Had an amazing holiday and 5 night stay here! Upon arrival we were informed the floor our room was on was undergoing plumbing issues so we were put up in a lovely hotel down the road and upgraded our whole holiday to all inclusive, couldn’t of been happier with how the staff handled the situation! Hotel and room was clean , food selection wasn’t too bad , pool area was a good size was never overly busy. We really enjoyed the beach bar which was part of the all inclusive was amazing having that by the beach for drinks and snacks. Location was great ,beach was 5mins or less walk, shops and restaurants near by and we made use of the arcade just down the road! Overall great holiday and stay, would recommend

Fantastic stay at the Alua Boccacdo. Very nice clean hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The location was perfect. Just 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach ⛱️. Food is very nice. Lovely lakeside seating outside and air conditioning inside with lovely views. The hotel is spotless well done to the staff.

I would like to share my impressions of the hotel where I rested. First of all, it is very hospitable, all the staff is very friendly, and always happy to help. The rooms are cleaned every day, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and bright. The food is very tasty and every day they have a different and interesting menu. For relaxation, this is all you need, I can highly recommend this hotel, especially the beach is 5 minutes away.

Fantastic hotel. Food was great , we did all inclusive and great value . Food so fresh everyday and great choice. The design of the hotel was beautiful and being able to eat all our meals outside facing the water was heaven. Great entertainment, and loved the evening sun and drink by the pool everyday when we came back from the beach. Oh beach so near only 4 to 5 mins stroll . Great holiday thanks to all the staff who were very helpful 👍

My partner and I chose this hotel in Mallorca for our anniversary, expecting a relaxing week away. We were drawn in by the photos and positive reviews, but sadly our experience was the complete opposite. Please do not be fooled by the marketing.
Rooms:
The photos online make the rooms look spacious, but in reality they are tiny. I’m a petite 5’4” woman, and even I struggled to move around the room. We had to shift furniture just to fit our suitcase on the floor to unpack. We booked a double room, but were given two single beds pushed together. This was extremely uncomfortable as the beds constantly drifted apart during the night, leaving us slipping into the gap. For what is advertised as a 4-star hotel, this was very disappointing.
Noise:
The noise levels were appalling. For the first two nights, I barely slept. We were disturbed by constant street noise, clattering from the restaurant right next to our window, people outside late into the night, and bin collection every morning at 5am. This went on night after night. We complained to reception after the first night, but the staff did not care and told us they were “fully booked.” Fair enough, but people check in and out every day—so why not move guests around accordingly? They promised to “keep us updated,” but never called, never messaged, and never reached out.
After our second and third complaints (by now we were furious, five nights into a seven-night stay), they finally moved us—only after we pushed hard, offered evidence, and proved the restaurant was in fact directly outside our room. The receptionist even sighed when we insisted, making it clear they simply didn’t want to deal with the problem. This was deeply frustrating. To make matters worse, the new room was just as small, so the noise wasn’t the only issue.
Customer Service:
This was by far the worst part of our stay. The staff had a “don’t care” attitude from start to finish. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and only acted when we caused a fuss. There are so many ways they could have handled our complaints better—showing empathy, keeping us informed, or making an effort to resolve the situation sooner—but they did none of this. It was appalling service, not what you’d expect from any hotel, let alone one claiming 4 stars.
Food & Drinks:
The all-inclusive food was repetitive and basic. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were the same every single day. Nothing special, nothing memorable. What shocked us most is that water is not included. On arrival we were given one small bottle in the room, and after that we were told to buy our own. Signs are posted on water dispensers forbidding bottle refills. In all my travels, I have never experienced an all-inclusive hotel that refuses to provide drinking water. It is bizarre, unacceptable, and makes you feel nickel-and-dimed throughout your stay.
Pool Area:
Yet another disappointment. The pool is much smaller than the photos suggest and is often in the shade. The number of loungers is very limited, and most are “reserved” by guests who leave their belongings there all day. There is no enforcement of rules to stop this, so finding a spot is nearly impossible. We only managed to use the pool area once during the entire trip because there was simply nowhere to sit.
Overall:
This hotel is absolutely not worthy of its 4-star rating—at best, it’s a 2-3 star property. The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable, the noise levels make it impossible to relax, the food is repetitive, and the pool area is overcrowded and poorly managed. Most importantly, the customer service was appalling: dismissive, unhelpful, and at times downright rude.
Our anniversary trip was meant to be special, but this hotel ruined it. I would not stay here again even if someone paid me, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. There are far better places to stay in Mallorca where your money will be much better spent.
The only good thing was the beach next to the hotel and the all inclusive bar next to the beach. if we did not have that, it wouldve made the trip worse.
