After spending an incredible week here we would definitely return, the hotel is about an hour away from palma airport via transfer and is in a stunning location with incredible ocean views. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is to much for the them they really do go above and beyond, they also speak very good English and being from Belfast most places you abroad go staff tend to not understand you very well but here they understand perfectly and every interaction we had with them was flawless, majority of guests are French so meals are more on the French side but still plenty of options for food at breakfast and lunch with a few different options throughout the day at the bar crepes pasta etc, dinner time is a letdown so be prepared to eat out most nights however that is the hotels only flaw! Other than that the rooms are spotless drinks are good value and plenty of sunbeds and places to relax. We would recommend booking the premium was an extra £150pp but was definitely worth it if you want a more relaxed and quiet experience with more drink and food options and upgraded rooms. The general area is good with a few nice Resteraunts and bars. Overall it’s definitely a 10/10 hotel would give more than 5 stars if I could and would definitely return.

Me and my boyfriend just came back from staying for 5 nights and overall everything about this experience was positive. All staff were so lovely and accommodating, and rooms were immaculate. The entertainment consisted of karaoke nights/ white parties etc, the staff were really friendly and got everyone involved. They did mini games in the day and then had different entertainment in the evening, so there was always something to do. One thing I would say is if you wanted a table to watch the entertainment you should get there an hour before because the tables did get taken up quite quickly.
There was one main pool and then 2 adult only pools which were never too crowded and there are always sun loungers available. We updated to premium which meant there was a section with more pools, beds, and another bar which overlooked the sea. We 100% thought that upgrading was worth it because in the premium areas it was less busy and can be more relaxing.
The overall area was good, if you walked down there are some shops, markets and plenty of places to eat. We did have to go out for dinner a few times because the food was the one thing we would say was not great.
There wasn’t much selection and the food itself was a bit bland and overall not nice. However, they did plenty of snacks for example crepes/ pastries/ burgers in the day so you never went hungry.
We would 100% recommend this hotel, we wish we booked longer.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a great location. With gorgeous views and a short distance to a fantastic beach, it is incredible.
The variety of tasty food for every taste, age and preference. Everyone can choose something nice for him.
The animation group worked so hard to entertain everybody and they were really great. Lots of different sports and mind games, challenges and aqua gym for every age during the whole day and also evening performances. Thanks a lot for your work.
Thanks a lot for the first great experience in Majorca. Hope to come back there next year.

Honestly, I was quite torn between giving a 3 or 4-star rating, but I think the 4 stars is fair. It's hard to say anything that 'pops' out, and I have to admit I've been to traditionally 'nicer' 4-star hotels, but for the price I'd say it's worth the money.
Rooms are nice and are cleaned very well every day as well as towels changed, I'm not sure what the higher class / more expensive rooms look like but one thing i do know is that the advertised 'private' pool area you get with the purchase is nothing to get excited about, it looks the same as the other 3 pool areas, so I wouldn't bother personally because, as mentioned, the standard room was quite nice anyway; as for every other area of the hotel, the same cleanliness standard was kept. Edit: forgot to mention the air-conditioning, it didn't do anything to cool the room down, so we used both the ceiling fan / keeping the balcony door open at night, I think you'd struggle with the heat in the height of summer with this to be honest.
Pool areas are nice and spacious, loungers
are aplenty and comfortable, and the loungers are accessible at all hours even after the pool closes, which I like. Staff are friendly, always have smiles on their faces and were helpful when needed.
The food itself was good, but for me, there just wasn't enough on offer. 3 stations of the hot 'main' food, 2 of which had the exact same on; other hotels I've been to will offer way more food, but like I said, the food itself was good and time slots for eating were also appropriate.
Location is good, large beach just a short walk away, shop right across the road, hotel parking €6 per night, but we only had to use it once as there was a free car park right across the road, as well as other parking down the road for anyone who hires a car. I have stopped in a hotel nearby previously and can say that the local area is great for night time, bars and restaurants are abundant. A big part of our trip was to go climbing (roped & deep water solo), so for anyone with similar interests there are some good spots a short drive away, I can't imagine getting the bus is much harder. I think it's worth mentioning that if you like a good night's sleep, stopping in a room at the front of the hotel might not be for you and it could be worth spending that bit extra for the sea view at the back as it got quite loud in the evenings with various 'open-late' bars out front, and our visit wasn't even during peak summer, so can only imagine it gets worse.
The only real thing that let's the hotel down for me was the entertainment, which is pretty much non-existent. I'm not really a fan of when the 'entertainment' is just the hotel staff doing different things (singing / dancing), yes it gets the guests involved but I don't really consider it entertainment to be honest.
Overall, I'd still say it's worth the money spent and is worth a visit.

The only slight let down was the food/drink. After a couple days I just couidnt bare the smell of fish in the restaurant. We didn’t get premium but feel it would defo be worth it for the premium drinks alone
Apart from that this hotel is perfect. The staff are amazing, there’s games all throughout the day fitted to everyone for taking part. All the staff are friendly and and upbeat. They are especially good with the kids. The pool is very deep but they provide life jackets for all the kids at the side of the pool. Special mention to Tooms who made our holiday, always taking time out to interact with the kids. Location is good lots of shops and nice bars near by without anyone pestering you to go in them. Plenty of sun beds too so no need to reserve them. Will definitely be back
