Lovely hotel and quiet, especially being in a very touristy part of Majorca. Room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our balcony view very much. Great selection at breakfast with omelette station and the staff were all lovely. The rooftop pool and bar was a real treat! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good value stay with quality in S’Arenal.

First impressions of the Hotel are good, the lady on reception was so helpful and lovely.
The room was new and clean.
WiFi in room was not good but excellent in the lobby.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Location of hotel not great, the area is very run down and feels like you are in the middle of an estate. Lots of noise at all hours with dogs barking and people shouting. Dog mess on the pavement.
Palma city is 50mins on the local 25 bus for €2.
All the bars seem to be set up for the Dutch and Germans.

We had a great trip over to Mallorca during the Easter holidays, and we were well looked after at whala!fun. The hotel was clean, tidy and well-presented with a fantastic breakfast buffet that was included in the cost of our stay (we booked through Air BnB). Quiet little rooftop bar and a small swimming pool were the perfect place to relax during the sunny afternoons.

A Complete Disaster – No Water No Excuse
· I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute nightmare. One of the most basic necessities, running water, was completely unavailable throughout my stay, making the experience both uncomfortable and unacceptable. On our first night there was no access to water, meaning no ability to shower, wash hands, or even flush the toilet. This not only raised serious hygiene concerns but also made the entire stay unbearable. Staff provided vague explanations and little to no assistance, leaving guests frustrated and helpless. Staff suggested: using the ground floor toilet to have a shower at 1am. I explained that this is a health and safety concern e.g slipping etc. Staff said that they don't think that this is a valid concern(!). Staff suggested us moving to a completely different room at 1am meaning that we would have to pack all our staff and do this all over again. Both solutions show how staff really don't value costumers experience. I am truly shocked by the absence of professionalism showed by the staff who worked overnight on the 15th of April. To make matters worse, there was no alternative solution offered, no bottled water for basic needs, no compensation, and no clear timeframe on when the issue would be resolved. A hotel failing to provide water is a fundamental breach of service and the complete lack of communication and care from the management made it even more unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here. No guest should have to endure such conditions, especially when paying for a supposedly functional accommodation.
******Update: The hotel below commented that the water issue only lasted an hour. We had no water from 22:00 until early in the morning the next day. I am honestly shocked that the hotel is publicly lying about such a serious issue. I am really concerned about the management of this hotel. I would rate their costumer service with NO stars if I could.
