A very nice and clean hotel – I wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff make sure everything is just right. We’re very grateful for the warm welcome from Ms. Malwina, who was always helpful and smiling. Many thanks also to Victoria for the wonderful fun with the children.

I just returned from a great week stay with 2 adults and 2 very young children.
Staff were excellent with my children, very kind and interactive.
Food was good - there was always something for us to enjoy at each meal.
Drinks were good, I believe they have introduced a well thought out system where they only serve 2 drinks per person at a time to keep the queue moving at the pool bar, though they could benefit from a second person to make this even faster.
Room and facilities were basic but very clean.
Children’s playground could use an update as the flooring is uneven.
Pool is not heated so a bit chilly in March. But this wouldn’t be a problem in the summer months. Life guard present, who does take the time to inspect and observe that rules are being followed.

A Fantastic Anniversary & Birthday Getaway!
We recently stayed at Globales Tropical to celebrate my birthday and our 10th anniversary, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were wonderful—so attentive, friendly, and helpful. While the hotel could benefit from a few more parasols around the pool, everything else was simply amazing throughout our 7-day stay.
Having read some negative reviews before arriving, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the genuine attention given to guests. It far exceeded our expectations.
To top it off, we met another lovely couple who have become friends for life—just one more reason this trip was so special.
Well done, Globales Tropical! We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending you to everyone we know.
Thank you!

Just got back from a stay at this hotel. I was apprehensive, especially after reading some of the recent reviews. I’m happy to report, I throughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was fully functional, it had a fridge, tv and air con and I cannot fault it. Food, again, no issues. Breakfast is as expected, lunch and dinner had multiple options and I didn’t once go hungry. We ate at the hotel throughout our stay. The pool area was clean and there was no issues getting a sun lounger, could it do with a freshen up, yes but it didn’t affect its functionality. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We didn’t really get involved in the entertainment side of things, purely a personal preference, we were looking for time in the sun and relaxation, we got both in spades. Anyway, the purpose of this review is take the negative comments with a pinch of salt! As a last minute break in the sun, in a prime location, it’s great value for money.

We've just got back after staying here for 1 week. This year we had a tight budget to stick to for a holiday and we took a risk when booking as all the reviews were very mixed. Im glad we took the risk and booked. The 1 major negative is the hotel has NO AIRCON!!!!! The rooms can get very hot, you can hire fans from reception. The hotel is very clean and tidy, all staff polite and friendly. Check-in was very easy. For us 2 adults 3 kids we needed 2 rooms which were next door to each other which was fab, bathrooms very clean and tidy, amazing shower with high water pressure and good hot water, bedroom had 2 single beds then in the lounge there was a pull out pop up single bed under the sofa. Nice big LG tv with freeview. Cleaners came in everyday apart from Wednesday and Sunday, beds made fresh towels and floors swept. Only fault in our bedroom was a missing shelf in the wardrobe, rooms come with a safe but you have to pay to use them. Our rooms had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, there was a table and 2 chairs and an airer for wet clothes. Lovely pool but it's filled with sea water!!!! And absolutely freezing!!! Plenty of sun beds, yes people do get up early and put down their towels, the staff were not bothered. Entertainment staff in the day organise things like table tennis matches, footy games, water polo, darts. On all inclusive your limited to getting 2 drinks at a time per person which is fine but the cups are small so before you know it your back for more!! Afternoon snacks could do with improving, No crisps or nuts no ice cream or ice lollys it was basically chips burgers hotdogs sandwiches salad fruit. Re food breakfast is amazing you can get a full English!!! Cereals fruit yoghurt fresh meats cheese bread and also pastries like pan au chocolate and croissants. There are flavoured waters like cucumber and lemon and fresh fruit juices plus a tea and coffee machine which also does hot chocolate. Lunches were things like chips pasta salad cold meats and cheese, burgers and hotdogs, NO CHICKEN NUGGETS which i would have liked for my daughter, wasn't the end of the world but think they should add them for kids, evening meals were fab!!! Every night there was a different theme, while there we had- Italian Chinese Mexican Spanish, other dishes that changed included rabbit, veal, pork chops, different types of fish, bbq ribs, overall the food was amazing all very fresh and tasty!!!! Evening entertainment was different each night, disco, karaoke, pub quiz, bingo. The hotel has 2 shops, 1 is a gift shop and the other is a buy what you forgot to pack shop plus food drink snacks etc. If you walk for 15/20 mins there is an lidl and mercadona, there are 2 huge Chinese shops which sell anything and everything and it's all so so cheap like temu and shein!!!! Honestly worth a look!!! There is also an ikea and burger king. We got a taxi into town playa del castillo which cost 5 euro, absolutely worth it gorgeous place!!! Lovely shops, places to eat and drink, lovely beach and a beautiful harbour!!! We also got a taxi into Puerto del Rosario, this did cost more about 16 euro each way, there is a lovely promenade to walk down, nice places to eat and chill, there is a big shopping centre which has full air-conditioning much needed to take a break from the heat!!! Some fab shops included home favourites of zara h&m pull&bear jd sports. Overall if your looking for a cheap and cheerful hotel give them ago!!! If you have high standards high expectations keep away as you'll only want to complain!!! And thats not fair, For a young couple or young family it's ideal for a cheap little holiday in the sun. It's clean tidy good food nice staff, what more do you want! Ok yes a lovely big fancy 5* hotel is nice but we can't all afford that!!!!
