The worst possible food at this hotel is found. We stayed with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was the same every day (few varieties for 4 stars) or on other mornings even the 2 good Spanish cheeses we were used to were not available (only 2 types of cheese). At dinner the same, repetitive dishes, if meat varieties were served on their specific board, they were only made on one side (i.e. uncooked) to be food taken out for people to serve themselves, many varieties of food were almost uncooked, the food had no taste, everything was made simply and quickly, very few varieties of vegetables to make a tasty salad. Even though I read all the possible comments before choosing this hotel through the agency, I did not find any other minuses besides the food. And so it is... food of grade 1, and the rest of the aspects of grades 9 and 10. We initially said that what could be so bad about the food, from all the dishes we could find something to eat, well, after 3 days we were already disgusted by the buffet of dishes... not to mention the fact that if we didn't manage to eat in the first 10 minutes, being a lot of people, few assortments and little food, the trays and plates with exposed food were immediately emptied, then there were queues for food because there were few staff to prepare the food, and there were many customers... in the last few days we went to eat after 30 minutes after the opening of the food program, and many were empty, we didn't even know what food was being served... there were always no plates to put our food on and we had to wait until they brought out washed plates... the dishes didn't have labels with the name, what they contained, we didn't even know what we were eating... the glasses and the cups were not washed properly... total chaos in terms of food. We who are fans of sweets ate nuts with honey, pancakes and ice cream, the rest was full of sugar and totally unhealthy. And we bought from the surrounding area. If there are people who appreciate and care a lot about food, I do not recommend this hotel to them, it is a total disaster. Cleanliness-8, view-10, beach next to the hotel-10, swimming pools-10, hotel staff-9. If we were to go again, we would choose everything this hotel has, but without food, we paid for the food in vain because we only ate simple, tasteless food which is actually the cheapest.

Suggestion for guests:
Do it. It is price-appropriate.☺️
Rooms are appropriate in all aspects: clean, big, quiet. The sea-view from the rooms is great if you are on the 5+ floor. On the 4th floor it depends on where exactly your room is situated at.
At reception. I mostly got help and support. Besides Spanish they all speak either English and/or German.
Food (awesome kitchen staff) and service are excellent (thx to Ibra & Mostapha). The food is more of an international flair adjusted to central European tastebuds. Only a few local specialities.
Two pools and a kiddy pool. It was all clean and fine. But you are only allowed in pool until 17.30 with a lifeguard present. Until 19.30 you can get in the pool at your own risk. From 19.30 until 8 in the morning it is forbiden. That is sad, since some of us prefer to swim later in the evening. It is also a nice way to cool down in the heat.
There is a "hotel cat" on the premises wandering about. Very chilled, calm and clean. Obviously well looked after. Everyone loved that litlle fella.
Two things that pester me is for one the blond German lady at check-in who took everyone's official IDs and kept it overnight (!) to copy (!) and send it to local authorities.
The other is hotel manager that does only smile but not support. The main reason that I give the hotel 5 stars.
Management failed to support me when I told them that a small paper bag with items I bought disappeared from my room. I pretty much figure it was mistaken for thrash, still it had a content of approx. 40 Euros. I informed reception within the day. Nothing. Informed the manager. Promises to look out and then inform me. Nothing. I did not even expect them to retrieve the bag... an information and a small apology would have been nice. We had a hotel safe where anything expensive was stored. These were capsules for my e-cigarette. I did not expect for it to get "lost".
I told my room no. to be 457. The manager repeatedly told me she would get back to me by reaching out to room no. 459. I corrected her at least (!) twice in the process, and she did not take notes. Alrighty. A manager who does not know the rooms of its hotel is not what anyone would expect.
Suggestion for SBH: An assessment of the management would not hurt. Blank promises are bad for the image. Furthermore, the check-in procedures need to be executed within the legal possibilities. Training of staff on correct procedures may help avoid trouble.

Upon arrival we were waiting in line for check in, seen a blonde woman on reception explaining things to other guests on german, when we approached her talked on english she immediately changed her attidue in a very negative way. Suddenly she wasn't friendly at all and just went trough all the infos quick. Went into room was no WiFi, went back to reception asked the same woman what can we do, she just sad 'nothing you can do'. A person like this shouldn't even get near to a hotel not to work in it. Was discrimination and this is HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL! As a manager in another hotel i would recommend managment to re-validte her completely.
Rest of the staff were just simply amazing from the cleaning ladies to the servers down stairs, specially Mara in the piano bar and Pouqi during breakfast and dinner :) The general manager as i noticed a blonde dutch lady was always smiling interracting with guests, right on touch ;)
Room walls were thin, sound proofing is very weak and missing some amanities from rooms, otherwise quite comfortable.
Boriss welcome
I want to warn everyone that the staff works with discrimination of clients, if you are not from Germany then the reception will wipe their feet on you, they do everything for vacationers from Germany, the hotel chain belongs to Germans, 80% of those coming to the hotel are supplied by companies from Germany, so they smile at them. As soon as they hear another language - the delight immediately disappears. I would like the owner of the hotel to pay attention to the discrimination.

Air condition wasn't working, but at night cools down to 72 in the summer. Don't forget your own shampoo because there they only have small packs to use, duschgel auf deutsch. Oh wifi isn't good there too, signal to weak , it's everywhere in the hotel , if possible use cell carrier.
