Warning! Don't recommend this place. Went here with my 3 children (1 daughter and 2 sons) When we had arrived, They literally left us to go and put our suitcases upstairs. We only ate their food once and it was seriously cold. One time, one of the staff went to our room without any permission. I locked the door and couldn't open it back. My oldest son who is 11 years old, tried opening it back but couldn't. So i had to call one of the staff to go and fix it and that was when we realised they had broke the door. Horrid place, never coming here again.

I absolutely love this hotel. The hospitality, the friendliness and the love and respect I received from everyone was amazing! I LOVED the animation crew, especially the way they entertained us was great. I especially love the care and respect from Mrs. Rose (guest relations expert). She really helps alot with every aspect of the hotel. would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who would like a clean and friendly environment with wonderful workers. The food was overflowing with huge variety of wonderful selection of authentic dishes. I guarantee you will be happy as a guest.

( looks like a lot of fake 5 star reviews are being paid for by the hotel ) Please do not book this hotel let's start with the little man on the front desk he needs to find a new job no customer service skills talks to people like dirt . The food at this hotel is awful. The drinks are awful if you can get served by the miserable stuff I managed to find out that some stuff are working 16 hour shifts for very little money so I guess that's why there not happy. Don't be fooled by the modern look of the hotel behind the scenes it's terrible 1 bar open at a time stuff bunny hoping between each bar when they open no entertainment after 10.30 everyone sitting around on there phones looking miserable. Loads of old men smoking looking at the young women this place really needs to sort it's self out I've stayed in better 2 star hotels in Greece with better hospitality

We had a 4 night stay at this hotel in Oct 2024. Everything went well from customer service, pools, entertainment and the remaining facilities available to us. The only aspect which lets the resort down slightly is the food. Plenty of options available but in my opinion it was low on quality. Positives were the spacious and modern rooms, spa and wellness centre has some great people there, beach wasn’t too far away, cleaners can be seen all the time, pools and entertainment were good too.

We had a stay for 4 days, the property had a nice vibe along with the room. The issue we faced was with the housekeeping the other day. I have a 10 months old baby. Except the bed ,, The entire room, its floor wasn’t cleaned at all. Used napkins weren’t picked up and after complaining at the reception , they said “the staff is like that only” showing no signs to help. The major issue was not having options for vegetarian food. People can’t survive only with 2 options for vegetarian food (especially after paying so much where food is inclusive). The staff isn’t that friendly here as compared to other hotels that I visited in Istanbul and cappadocia

From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door. The staff try to be nice but are quite dismissive, also they hardly speak English. The food was ok, better than other places in Turkey we've been. The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes. We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay.

Me and my partner visited for 6 days. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome a staff member helped us to our room and then told us there is a late supper on which we are welcome to go to. The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym. All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on. Multiple bars to get drinks from and one that is even open till 2am. The evening entertainment was brilliant. They had different acts on each night. The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge. The shops on site were great and we have definitely gone away with our moneys worth. Good information In main lobby of things you can do outside the hotel. The only issue we had was the food. We are not really picky eaters but some of the food was not great. Allot of the meat was very fatty and not nice. There needs to be more signs telling you what is what on the all you can eat buffet as if you had an allergy to something especially on the salad bar it has no signs to say what it is. The food did seem to get better as our week went on but I do think the food needs a big improvement as most of the time it was either cold or bland. All round great hotel worth the money and would definitely come back again.

I would rate the hotel no more than four stars. It has quite a small area outside, also there is nowhere to go outside for a walk. The food is not great, I missed vegeterian options, every time the same food. The good side of it that it has quite big beach with a bridge with leaders to get to or from the water. One more concerning things is security, it uses magnetic cards as a room key so it gets erased once it reaches an iPhone for example and needed to ask the reception to set the key and the problem was that the reception didn’t ask for any details about who you are, just programmed the key and that's it; so in that case you can have your key programmed to unlock any room.

We were on vacation in Doganay and honestly I will never come back. Small rooms,need to be fixed and refreshed. The food is poor,I wanted to eat one fat and juicy doner,(we are in turkey) but never see him at dinner. Only 1 place for meat and when it comes dinner time all the guests rush for the meat and you need to wait for 10-15 min under the burning sun. The beach like every beach in Turkey is rocks and concrete.. Animators are good.

We are disappointed with our stay at Beatch Club Hotel Doganay. After a 20-hour journey, tired and sleep-deprived, we arrived at the hotel in question. At that moment, several busloads of tourists arrived. Chaos ensued. We waited about 4 hours for check-in. My friend asked the Turkish tour guide at the hotel when we would be accommodated and he started behaving like a thug - shouting, arguing, the attitude was shocking. The Turkish tour guide told him that he would throw him out of the hotel for asking. And actually checked him in with the hotel at 8:00pm. in the evening, left him waiting outside the hotel on a bench. I have no words. At first glance, there was a lot of food, but it was monotonous and tasteless. We found worms and flies in the fruit. By the time we left, we all had stomachaches. When we complained about this to the waitress, she laughed at us. Total madness. The hotel is full of people, everything is crowded. One gets stressed. The hotel beach is stony, even with water shoes it is difficult to enter. The only positive thing for us was the bed in the room - it was comfortable. We want to praise Hassan the bartender who served us politely and also a young boy waiter whose name we don't know. We categorically do not recommend a hotel Doganay Beach Club.

Hotel is dated but if you want to just sleep in there it's fine. Food is always fresh and tasty. The best part it's sweeming pool and animation team also hotel is very clean. I would come back we had a wonderful time there. Thank you guys

So firstly on arrival greeted by a lovely chap at the desk and directed to our room.upon arriving at the room it was very basic, outdated, not clean and in need of some tlc. INEED OF TLC AND CLEANING Firstly broken tiles on the floor loose fixing for the shower to the wall. Dust on the sides, on top of the wardrobe,shelf’s and bathroom. A side note to cleaning is that on the information sheet your a given they tell you that you will have bedding changed at least 2 times a week where stayed 7 nights and was not changed once but was remade. FEES when I booked this hotel I was under the impression that we would have a few things included as follows Wi-Fi Safe Tv Well little did I know , the safe requires a deposit plus a fee to rent per week. Wi-Fi costs 5€ per 24hours and was rubbish also only one device to be connected per transaction . Tv requires 20€ deposit per week we stayed which only have very few channels. All inclusive The food was not great seem to always have fish on the menu through out the day (not a fan of fish) so barely ate the food included. Snacks are available in the day from the bar but again very limited to what you can have. Drinks are included at the bar from 10:30am - 10:30pm drinks are available after 10:30pm but you have to pay for them. So in all inclusive was definitely not worth it. STAFF staff seemed great and friendly always happy to help so it seemed AREA Area was ok but you will see this when booking so be prepared to travel. DO NOT USE THE BUSSES. So in all I would only stay again if was offered as self catering (which they don’t offer) just to be able to get some sleep but stay during the day due to all inclusive really not being worth it.

staff is unfriendly. The rooms are unreasonable, you have ants, mold and dirt in the kitchen, not to mention water damage. For the WiFi you have to pay 20 per access. The remote control for the television costs 20€. You also have to pay money to weigh your suitcase. If you check in after lunch you will still get lunch on the day of departure. If you lose your bracelet it costs €150 per person. Drinking glasses are dirty and not washed. You always eat it cold.

Not good at all!! Never will come back here and DO NOT recommend. 1st day I end up with nasty food poisoning, but that’s just me. But… food awful, drinks awful, rooms very old and not that clean. No remote - have to pay, no WiFi - have to pay, pool towels - have to pay, round coffee - have to pay. No iron and no kettle no hairdryer. No shower gel miniatures, just bars of soap. No beach near by either. Apart from nice scenery and helpful staff, ppppffffff no thank you.

DO NOT TAKE ALL IN You will be treated like cattle I am staying at AluaSoul Costa Adeje under reservation number 35004036 and I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience. 1) Upon arrival, the receptionist, Nunes, was unwelcoming and inattentive, taking calls while I waited for assistance. Despite the hotel not being fully booked, I was denied early check-in and had to wait until 3 PM, leading to a crowded reception area. 2) The hotel has only one outdated and slow elevator, which is inadequate for a property of this standard. 3) While the room is modern and the bed comfortable, there is a persistent sewage odor that makes the stay unpleasant. 4) The all-inclusive package is misleading. Premium coffee and a variety of cocktails are not included, and the limited options available are subpar. 5) The pool area does not match the promotional photos; instead of stylish wooden loungers with white cushions, there are basic plastic ones. 6) The buffet staff appears stressed and unfriendly, with slow service and delays in replenishing items like milk. 7) Evening bar service is understaffed, leading to long waits, and I observed staff taking personal calls during service. Juan Carlos is extremely unfriendly, never smiles and his first reaction on every order is "no is included in All In" even if it is. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the quality of service provided. The staff’s lack of professionalism and the numerous shortcomings makes for a disappointing stay. I am seeking appropriate compensation for this unsatisfactory experience. FUN FACT: Last night at the bar, I asked for a glass of water. One bartender took a bottle of water, but his colleague quickly stopped him, saying, “This isn’t included in all-inclusive; all-inclusive only covers tap water.” They don’t even have a tap at the bar, so I was told they couldn’t serve me any water.

This hotel has been recently refurbished. Some great work was done but the food was not good . Very often the hot food section was " cold". Staff are fantastic but in my opinion this hotel has a lot of teething problems to iron out. Not really set up for AI soz.

Just back from the Newly opened and refurbished Aluasoul Costa Adeje (Formerly Be Live La Niña). Our room was lovely and the service was excellent. Most common areas have been refurbished to a very good standard and I do like that it's now adult only (16+). The pool are has been completely re-moddled and is nicely laid out although It has reduced in size since the refurb and I think is a bit small for a hotel with over 220 rooms. There is only 1 mixed sex toilet for the whole pool area which is a bit poor too. We stayed B&B in a My Favourite club room with sea view and the room was very nice and the shower was lovely with nice shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in there too. The breakfast was OK, the cooked food item were not the best with no rotation over the week we stayed and poor quality sausages and the usual strange bacon . The eggs station was better and the cold selection was fine.

This hotel has great staff and is in a good location. Sadly that is all the positives. The food at lunch and dinner is dire. No salad dressing and all meat except pork served on the bone and fatty! Very little flavour to the dishes and the chicken noodle soup tasted of pasta water. Limited choice and did not see any vegan options at all! The breakfast is the better meal but some of this is served cold and burnt. The rooms are spacious but shabby and the cleaning team do not clean! The beds are rock hard and for some reason our third bed was not even made when we arrived at 2am! The pool does not open until 10am so you are not even allowed out there to enjoy the morning sun before this time. Many of the sun beds are in the shade so if you want a sun bed in the sun at 10am, you have to do an Olympic sprint to secure one. We booked before the law changed on the 1st June so we were not privy to the full all inclusive (no one thought to mention this) and we were not even asked if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived (we wouldn’t have bothered and preferred to spend our money in the resort). Frankly this is a three star hotel at best and the price should reflect this. Would not recommend and will not be returning!

Food wasn't to my expectation, I've paid less for holidays and had much more choice, it was 2/5 at best. We ended up having to swap rooms due to the ceiling leaking in the bedroom after a storm. Service/people was probably the best bit, can't really fault any of the staff there. I wouldn't rate this place If you're travelling with kids, no entertainment on an evening, no kids club.

Situated a short walk to the beach, lovely light and airy hotel. Enough space for all. No scrambling over pool chairs in the morning! The rooms have a safe and fridge but they need a kettle, TV had quite a few English channels and clean towels provided everyday. Just wish we had a sign on the door to ask the cleaning team to change bedsheets. Lots of choice for breakfast and dinner including soft drinks. Alcohol had to be bought at the bar but you do need to spend a Euro for a cup when by the pool area. Lots of friendly staff and happy attitude every day. Really lovely stay x

Rooms were nice and clean. The food is a hit or miss but most of the time it's nice. I would recommend it to people who like to party but definitely not families as there are a lot of rude people who are extremely loud at night. You can forget having a good night's sleep for excursions... The night staff are sometimes helpful but most of the time, they won't be. Had to call reception to get them to let our "neighbors" know it's 4am, said they've sent someone when they honestly haven't. Had to call them multiple times to get them to do something and they sounded annoyed. Won't ever come back here. Extremely disappointed.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I did not have the same experience as all the negative reviews Excellent location, not too far from the strip. Being close to the strip, there was a few drunk people but this was barely an issue and only really on Friday night. Food was decent for an all inclusive, but don't expect crazy high quality (I really enjoyed the Mexican night and Chinese night). Rooms were nice, although the pillows were a bit weird and uncomfortable. All the staff were lovely (shout out to Santi who remembered my vodka diet coke order!) Pool was nice and not crazy busy (in September), although the life guards were very strict with music even though other guests wanted music. Overall I do recommend.

Just had a 5-night holiday with two young children 3 and 6 in late October 2024. What I like about this place: 1. WiFi available on beach (but the coverage is not great) 2. Great view 3. Good ice cream and milkshake from 1100 to 1800 everyday. 4. There is real coffee from the coffee corner 5. The hotel offers a good value one day boat trip to some great places to swim and casual dive. 6. There is a path by the beach - great for relaxed and quiet walks to two nearby towns. 7. Take away from food court is handy. What I dislike about this place 1. Quality of food is not very consistent - two dinners basic and nothing special and two dinners above average. 2. There is a long queue everyday during dinner time. 2. No food between 2100 and 2300. 3. Gym closes at 2100 and opens at 0900. No chance for a morning or evening workout. 4. Uncomfortable beds and pillows 5. Kids club is basic and can only take 4+ 6. Lots of mosquitoes by the three outdoor pools. Overall, will I recommend this place to friends? This place is not perfect but can be shortlisted. Will I return in the future? Probably no.

Girls for the Coffee Corner 👍👍👍excellent coffee The hotel's amenities were fantastic— beautiful pools, a clean and well-maintained beach. It was so relaxing to know that everything was included, from meals to entertainment, without having to worry about extra charges. Our chose family 2 very spacious rooms,the housekeeping service was prompt and thorough, ensuring we always had a comfortable and clean space staff at the all-inclusive hotel truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant servers and housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. The service was consistently outstanding. The restaurant staff were attentive, quick to accommodate any special requests, and always provided service with a smile. The entertainment and activities staff were energetic and made sure guests had fun What really stood out was the personal touch - staff remembered our names, Especially Sherhan very king and polite quick to help us every time preferences, and were always available to offer help or advice with a friendly attitude. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction made our experience unforgettable. We had an amazing 2 week holiday. Our 3 year old loved every moment. All food and drink options were great. All staff were friendly especially the restaurant and bar staff. Thank you to Eva and Halim in the restaurant. They went the extra mile to make sure we are well looked after and our daughter loved them. One thing missing was a little water park for young children. Our daughter loves a little slide in the kids pool. Highly recommend and we will return in the future.

Nice sea facing rooms at extra, otherwise, inside road facing road are not bet. Nice staff, shame that English are not great at Customer relations, I mean why put them there if they cannot communicate with most European visitors. Allen inclusive restaurant have sufficient selections of food at reasonable quality. The combination could be a bit strange on certain days but should be able to find something nice. Breakfast is the weakest as there is no Pork at a Muslim country understandable but it's just repeat different varieties of tomato, cucumber and cheeses. However, bakery was great, nice bread and pastries. Main meals are OK, but the deserts are dire, all looks good not not much flavour, just sugary. However the local Turkish deserts are very nice and so they should be. Overall, 3 to 4 stars. Oh, air conditioning in rooms are weak, have to keep it on all day even when not in room. Best bit that saved the hotel are the private beaches.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel, visiting at the end of the season with our two children. It is quite a shady spot, so I imagine in very hot weather it is perfect, but at the end of the season the pools were quite cold. However, the sea was lovely for swimming and there is a good indoor pool with a great Turkish spa. Some reviews don’t rate the food, but we thought it was fab. Loads of choice, all cooked well and very tasty. When it’s busy the buffet area could be quite crowded. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our bathroom looked like it had recently been re-done. Great shower. There isn’t a beach, so for young children there isn’t an option for playing on the sand and paddling. We didn’t use the kids’ club but it didn’t look very inspiring when we visited. Entertainment in the amphitheatre was ok but not much on as end of season. Imagine it’s much better in height of summer. We opted for the Asian meal as our a la carte option - I strongly recommend not to do this as it was quite bad. Of course we should have gone for Turkish in Turkey! Staff were kind and attentive, the kids loved our waitress Eva. Overall we loved this hotel and would recommend.

Excellent in all areas, the rooms were cleaned everyday other than Friday (day off) rooms had everything you need for a family holiday. The grounds and upkeep were absolutely stunning. All staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant, nothing too much of an ask. The food was excellent and full of variety. The pools, absolutely beautiful along with the water park. If you are looking for a fun packed, family hotel then look no further, this place ticks all the boxes.

Great family holiday. Not posh and fancy but everything you need for a good time. Rooms spacious but basic, good variety of meals every night, with theme nights. The flambe bananas were amazing. polite staff. Good location to different trips/experiences. Kids splash park is everything you need to keep the little ones entertained. Kids entertainment is repetitive but they enjoy it though. Some of the beds are ridiculously hard, which has meant I've had minimal sleep. We've had 1 cockroach in the room, but look at the environment we're in, it's to be expected. Overall if you're looking for a nice family get away, this is for you. If you want loads of entertainment and luxury, this isn't for you.

Just returned from 10 days here all inclusive. The location is lovely, 20 minutes walk from a small beach. There is also a volcano walk directly across the road. The AI food becomes very repetitive, for example, we had Chinese cuisine 3 evenings over 10 nights. Snack bar offers burgers, hot dogs, fries and salad daily. Self service hot drinks and soft and ice cream is convenient. The rooms are basic but all you need for a base. Cleaning is patchy. Several occasions had to ask for towels and bed sheets as they hadn't been left or the beds not fully made up. There was dust from the air con unit that stayed on the floor for days, and with no sweeping brush in the room was unable to clean small messes yourself. I was grateful for the wipes I'd packed with me. If WiFi isn't included with your booking I wouldn't recommend paying for access in your room, it's not great and you have to be sat close to the router. Didn't reach the bedroom or sofa beds. The hotel itself is good. You do get the typical over indulgent AI guests, and these seem to be the ones that leave the mess around the pool areas e.g plates and cups. The water park is great fun and a lovely addition for young and old. However, the floor around the slides and the steps are very slippery. The same goes for around the pool bar. Would I return. No, but we didn't have an awful time, we did enjoy it whilst there. Just a few things as mentioned that puts me off.

Nice food not an hour without food. Bonus with water park included. Not quite enough sunbeds around pool if the hotel is full. Only 4 euro to town centre and another water park. Entertainment stage is quite small, cleaned rooms daily. Hotel staff informative and very helpful, Daniel, Madeline and Cara. Not sure if it is a 4 * probably say a 3*. Pool is open all night, no shut off which is dubious.

A very average 3 stars. It's not a bad place, just a bit run down. Situated just too far from town for a quick shop. Costs around 4-5 euros in a taxi. There is a small supermarket next door which has a good selection but quite expensive. The hotel grounds are nice but can get messy with paper cups and plates. The rooms are okay, however they're very used. The small coffee tables in the living room aren't very child friendly though, as a few heads were banged often. The cleaners don't take any care with anything left on the floor. It will be thrown into a corner, or brushed under the sofa/bed with the rest of the rubbish. Very dusty floors, the air con unit kept leaking water over the floor, there's no dedicated second bedroom (just a sofa bed). Most of the staff seem quite resentful of the customers. They're not very chatty or helpful. There are a few exceptions though. The food is definitely catered to a typical English audience. Fry up for breakfast, Burgers for lunch and Pizza for evening meal. The food is probably the most disappointing part of the hotel. The restaurant can get very full and very messy. The water park is separate to the hotel but is accessed from the hotel grounds. Towels tend to be placed on sun loungers from around 6am but still some choice from 0730. The kids pool is the best choice for smaller kids, or if you want it a bit quieter. All in all, it's disappointing for the money paid. There are just too many people for the size of the site. Very popular with the 'Stone Island Crew'

Returned home on the 20/11/24 from 10 nights stay. This was our 2nd visit within 6months and oh boy it did not disappoint, staff were as friendly as we remembered. Great food with plenty of choices and it was so nice to have more fresh fruit and salad available this time, the hotel was busier but made no difference to serve or waiting times, infact the staff kept the hotel running very smoothly. Hotel is kept immaculate, the ground staff do such an amazing job. Can't wait to return again next year.

Just returned from here (19/11/24) not a 5 star hotel the room was lovely cleaned each day with fresh towels FOOD what can I say did not cater for anyone unless you were russian all I had was fried egg and bread for breakfast and chips and bread for lunch and dinner we went to the Chinese the food was cold the Italian was hot & enjoyable views of the gardens were lovely the pools caters for all lovely and clean, the beaches was fine lots of entertainment for all but you had to be early to get a bed the shops around the two hotels were ok but shop keepers were pushy. Come to checking out time at reception they tried to charge us for two key cards we were only giving one reception staff need more training on how to be polite. In all not what we expected ( poor really)

We chose this holiday through EasyJet Holidays, drawn by the promise of an all-inclusive package. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the sheer size of the complex and the number of guests it accommodates. Unfortunately, the food experience at the buffet restaurant was deeply disappointing. Despite the variety offered, much of the food was unappetizing and of poor quality throughout our seven-night stay. To make matters worse, both my wife and I contracted a stomach bug during our visit, which took 4 days for her to recover and 5-7 days for me. We were not alone in this; several other guests we spoke to also experienced similar symptoms, with some reporting cases of diarrhoea. This was particularly concerning and put a significant damper on the holiday. If you plan to stay here, be cautious about the buffet and consider packing medication such as Imodium, just in case. While the resort has its strengths, the dining experience and health concerns overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable holiday.

It was a bit busy season so that everything was late. We'd paid for premium but till I raised an issue, the reception didn't give me the upgrade. Also I understood the reception was busy all the time, most of them were really helpful but ONE wasn't. I was very offended and had a complained, but she wasn't change. No bother. Room was clean itself but bed was a bit smaller than normal. Resort was big enough so many place to play. Food is under expectation. 😱

I spend 9 days with my family on all inclusive. The hotel was very nice and spacious. The food was good and the service was also very nice. The choice of food and drinks was impeccable. A big plus is the sunbeds on the beach and a small bar, a very nice way to spend time. The downside is that most of the activities were conducted in French and not always translated. The hotel is generally worth recommending .End of season lots off sale and much more quiet. Weather 23 degrees and not much sun in that part of Create.

We had an exceptional stay at this lovely hotel! The dining options were impressively diverse, featuring a wide variety of meats, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts, and delicious ice cream. The restaurant, with its cozy atmosphere and stunning sea view, was a highlight of our experience. Access to the beach is very convenient, The beach area was pleasant, with sun-beds available. The hotel maintained two beautiful pools, both featuring a lively atmosphere with music and breathtaking views. There’s also a designated shallow area for children, along with a gaming room to keep them entertained. The staff was friendly and engaging, providing excellent service - multilingual, speaking German, French, and English. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist in any way. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic all-inclusive experience!

I was with my partner on a week's holiday, I definitely do not recommend this hotel if someone suffers from asthma. The entire hotel smells incredibly of chlorine, which made it hard to get out of bed in the morning plus a sore throat. I will also add that people using wheelchairs or the physically disabled will have problems getting to the hotel or moving around on its premises. Apart from that, the hotel is really nice, nice views and we got a nice room (for an additional fee of course). Hotel service at a high level so there was nothing to find fault with. Animation only in French so if someone wants to go to this hotel with children, please keep that in mind. The drinks at the bar were very weak, the wine from the restaurant was much stronger, strange. Souvenir shops at every turn are a big plus, two supermarkets right next to the hotel are also a plus. The sea is about 200 meters from the hotel, so very close. Greetings to the entire hotel staff and management! 🩵

We were at Mitsis Bali Paradise for a week, from Sunday to Sunday. Everything was fine. The food was good and very tasty. The only thing that did not suit us very well was our room, it was not spacious enough for us. I want to praise the hotel staff, at the reception, at the bar, at the food, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Near the reception you will also find a shop where you can buy souvenirs or something you forgot to take with you.

Just back from a week here and it was great! Food, staff and whole resort was perfect. We had a balcony room, air-con and cleaned daily. The pool, food and bar areas were all clean and tidy. Wonderful clean hotel. Just back from a weeks stay with my family. Amazing staff including the gardeners, caretakers, waiters, cleaners, reception staff, entertainment staff etc. All so helpful and kind. Location is great. So close to a local park with climbing walls, gymnastic bars etc. Food was always fresh and cooked well. Not many vegan options on the themed nights but that's standard for all inclusive menu. Highly recommend.

Just come back from a great week at Arena Beach, yes it's a little dated in places and some wear n tear as you'd expect with a busy apartment complex but we have nothing really to complain about , food was varied and mixed and we enjoyed every meal we had, the drinks on offer were great . I would recommend you take a plastic pint cup with you as they charge you 1euro to rent a small cup for the day but we took our own and used them . The rooms are small.and basic but very clean and they have you all need, excellent WiFi and air con. Maid service is 5 days a week . We were based at the bottom of the complex by the smaller pool and splash pool which is much quieter and more relaxing than the main pool, some sunbeds are claimed by towels by around 8am but still plenty available . The staff are all friendly and very helpful . If your after a small, friendly place to stay with nice food and a good location to walk into the local town then stay here, you will find little marks here and there but your not staying at a 5star luxury resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel! The service is 5+++, the staff are really friendly, smiley and diligent. The territory is green and beautiful, lots of swimming pools and quite enough sunbeds. Spa is also good! The sea is clean and warm, you'll be able to see wonderful fish, though probably won't be able to swim cause of corals and big waves😅 Food was tasty, but not very diverse, though we really appreciated breakfasts and desserts. If you'll need a doctor during your stay, you're lucky, cause there is a really good one there. Animation is quite okay if you're not a very disco-and-all-day-long-entertainment-seeker. So, if you're not fond of swimming in the sea and can enjoy just staying in it, I can surely recommend you Cleopatra❤️

Food was good and great and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I must say the housekeeping team are doing a super job in maintaining the room clean. Bed is made up nicely , floors and bathroom squeeky clean and don't get me started with the laundry, I don't think I could ever fold clothes like they did. My overall stay at the hotel was good. The cleanliness was excellent, and the services were convenient. I even expressed my gratitude and appreciation to the reception during check-out. However, I had a negative experience with one of the staff members, Atif, who refused to assist me with carrying my luggage. This happened at the very end of my trip, causing significant distress and slightly affecting my overall experience. My booking was from November 16th to November 21st, in room 5522. I hope the hotel management addresses such situations to ensure a more pleasant and seamless stay for future guests.

The stay was amazing and loved the variety of food available in the resort which gave plenty of options to choose from. there are only two items that require improvement. 1. Guest relations team need to be more welcoming and keen to assist all nationals approaching them. 2. The quality of the alcohol (beer and spirits) need to improve as these, extremely cheap options, can cause major digestion problems.

Price/services/quality ratio I would give an 8 out of 10. Minus points: the room was small, the bathroom was clean, towels and linen always changed on time. The food is tasty, the drinks the same, the bar boy Mohamed 10 out of 10 super service. Unfortunately, we had a small problem with the room until we managed to talk to the manager who solved our small problem. Another minus would be the beach across the road.. However the boy who served us on the beach again left us a good impression Karim. We chose one of the evenings to go out to a party in Hurghada with the entertaining team. Disappointing unfortunately.. we arrived at the said location and found ourselves alone in a crowd of strangers. All in all, I would recommend the hotel for families with children because almost all the action is centered around them.

Nice hotel with great food but on the downside, to get to the beach you have to walk a lot, cross a busy 4 lane road and there are no corals nearby for snorkeling. The sunbeds are overcrowded. If you are looking to relax by the sea, this is not your place. The pool area is awesome for kids and there is great music. However, the bigger pools are cold. You have to pay extra to use the sports pool and cap.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights and loved it here! We plan on returning next year! The room we stayed in didn't have air con but we survived and the bed was two singles out together but it wasn't too bad. The views from our balcony were amazing though! We had all inclusive food and drink and it was so worth it, the food was well cooked and freshly topped up regularly. The drinks were all self service, including the alcohol!

went on a seven day all inclusive holiday with my parents, little brother and partner in August 2024 and I was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. This hotel was absolutely amazing. Before going I saw some not so great reviews and my experience proved them review wrong. The buffet was always fully stocked with all foods during the meal times and there were many options to choose for especially for my partner who is a very picky eater. Between meals you have a snack bar which is also set up buffet style. The view from both pools and rooms was absolutely beautiful. The bar was all self service when all inclusive so no need to wait in long lines when wanting a drink. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and were cleaned regularly, unless asked otherwise. The staff were very respectful when you didn’t want them to go into the room and still offered clean towels and to take the bins out for you. Overall our experience as a family was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be returning.

Our experience with Altamar was horrendous. We arrived 22:30 and were told there was no room for us due to construction. We were never informed about this before arrival. They put us in their sister hotel, where the breakfast was cold and the grapes were mouldy. We paid extra for a sea view, which the other hotel didn’t have. We had to spend hours trying to get back into the other hotel. When we finally got back, the air conditioning didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. We chose a self catering apartment, no washing up liquid or a sponge was provided. We were woken every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 with building work. Didn’t get a relaxed lie in once while we were away. The cleaners came around at 8:30 one morning, knocking on the window three times and peeping in the bedroom window - very inappropriate. We were never given anything to say ‘do not disturb’. Took 3 days to receive any sort of an apology, and at that we had to go looking for it. We were ‘compensated’ with free breakfast. Very poor customer service skills from the manager. Spoke to us badly and argued with everything we said. Save your well earned and go elsewhere, plenty more beautiful hotels on the island.

I went to this hotel with my family and it is one of the best places I have ever stayed it, the location is lovely and I love the way that the hotel is build as the views are lovely too. One of my favourite parts of the hotel are the balcony’s as they are massive and always gets sun. The entertainment is brilliant as they have stuff on for all ages which we all enjoyed. The food is good and it has wasn’t too busy. For us we managed to get a sun bed everyday which wasn’t a struggle, There is a lot of steps in this hotel but there is a lift for anyone who needs to use it, the lift can be busy but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Europa centre is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel if you fancy going out for a meal which we did some nights and it was great as they have shops there aswell. Overall I would definitely go again and I would recommend this hotelto anyone considering going to Gran Canaria.

We've stayed here for a week and I can honestly say we've had a lovely time. Rooms are clean and towels changed every day apart from 2 days which we were told about. Bed linen was charged mid week, which was nice as it was so hot! No air conditioning but we had 2 good ceiling fans and they are midway installing air con. Food was average but a good choice each day for breakfast and dinner. All staff are pleasant and friendly especially the waiters, who were constantly tidying and making sure we were ok. All in all a pleasing stay! 😁 We were informed before our holiday that they were having building work done but we didn't hear anything and it didn't affect our stay at all.

Mum and I went on holiday here 11-18 October 2024 3 star hotel. Staff polite friendly and helpful Rooms needed air conditioning not just a unit which was very noisy only pool view get the units. Or you can pay 5 euro a day for it. Pool bar was great serves food and you can have any drinks after 11pm you pay shuts at 12am. Entertainment was wonderful in evening and in day also entertainment was great for all. Buffet food in dinning room A lot to chose from sometime it is cold but what do expect when it's a heated unit. Chefs keep checking to replace food quickly Tables get cleaned also quickly

My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

We are currently on our 5th night. From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days. Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful. Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. Most staff speak great English. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is inland, but a free shuttle is provided for the beach. Staff are friendly and hardworking. I do, however, have two complaints. Jet2 advertise the hotel as a family destination yet there is no gate on the children's pool area which would add a level of added security. We are travelling with 2 toddlers, yet we have been allocated rooms over the smoking area and the pool bar where nightly very loud entertainment does not finish until 11pm. It can be heard even with the balcony doors closed, which also makes sleep difficult as the air-conditioning unit is portable and needs to be vented through the open door! There is a ceiling fan, but this just circulates hot air. We have twice requested quieter family rooms only to be told the hotel is full and there are none available. This is despite an email request before we arrived, and there have been two changeover days during our stay so far. The hotel does not appear to be full, but maybe there are a lot of rooms with single occupancy. I therefore could not recommend this hotel as a destination for families with young children.

Posting review right as staying at labrana blue bay Probably like a lot of people was very concerned to book by reading bad reviews, but honestly can’t name anything negative. It’s amazing for the kids!! The pools are clean and water park is amazing. Rooms are small but cleaned daily. Staff are friendly and kids discos, clubs are good. Right on the beach, yes it’s stones, but as soon as you go a bit deeper it’s sandy, so water shoes a must! Food is not bad, big options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My picky kids found a lot to munch on. Nice to have early breakfast in the beach restaurant the views are amazing. So don’t be put off by negative reviews and have fun, you get what you pay for as it’s only 3+ stars but I would give a 4 definitely

A great stay in a great location that it is near to the airport for short transfer times, amazing food, rooms, service and great entertainment for the children. Before coming we were slightly worried about some of the reviews and after our holiday we can honestly say we didn't experience any of the issues people have previously mentioned. I would recommend this hotel for a holiday to friends and family. Be realistic with your expectations as this is a hotel for families and the majority of activities are designed for children which for us was absolutely perfect. The staff here are fantastic and friendly and the entertainers really made the holiday one to remember for the children. If I was pushed to offer some constructive criticism I would ask for more bar staff on some of the bars - there is 3 in the evenings to choose from and 2 of them only have one person operating them which occasionally leads to slightly bigger ques than other hotels we have been at. However it is still pretty impressive how little you have to wait when there must be at least 1500 guests here. If you have booked this hotel already and have worried when reading poor reviews like me and my partner did, then please do not change it - everyone is entitled to their opinions and ours is that this is the perfect family holiday with a fantastic water park that is managed diligently by qualified life guards. We are sad to be going home and would definitely book again. Thank you to all for a great holiday.

Stayed here during a family vacation about a month back. Our stay at this hotel in Greece was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled right by the beach, the location couldn’t have been better. The rooms were immaculate and offered stunning views of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This is an exceptional reasonably priced hotel. It has been recently refurbished and there are a variety of of rooms and out looks. Multiple seating areas, pools and bars. Great for families, but adult only quiet area also. All very close to fantastic sandy beaches and calm seas. Great swimming and snorkeling. As other reviewers have written - the food and drinks are extremely good. Great location, arguably best area to go exploring from on the island. Complementary sandwiches and water for late arrivals, and water from shop nice extra touches. All in all a superb holiday. Efharisto para poli much Sunrise Team!

hotel definitely below European standards cleanliness in rooms and generally in the recreation area below standards. The hotel needs renovation. Food is average, very monotonous and the choice is quite modest. If someone has purchased all inclusive, they must be prepared for quite high additional costs after 23 everything is payable and the choice of cocktails is quite modest. The number of available sunbeds by the pools is very limited and evenings with animators end around 23 despite the fact that it is a hotel for "adults". The biggest advantage is the location, the views are breathtaking and this would be the only plus of this hotel.

I certainly wouldn't call this a 4-star hotel. The staff are fabulous, and the food is good, for all-inclusive, but the rooms are dated, the bed was horrifically uncomfortable, the bathrooms are a bit grotty, and the booze is low quality. "All-inclusive" cocktails are still charged at half price, are not well made, and do not use decent ingredients. Better cocktails can be found pretty much anywhere else nearby. The sunset is beautiful, though, and the evening entertainment is quite good.

We stayed for 7days. The food was really bad. We’ve had half board and the food was really greasy and almost the same every day. Also the glasses that we were drinking were really dirty. We’ve stayed on the first floor, we didn’t have a balcony and it was really hard to dry our beachwear because no direct sunlight was entering that room. Beds and pillows really uncomfortable and the room was looking really outdated. Also, you can hear everything from the other rooms. Definitely the hotel needs an upgrade because it doesn’t look like a 4star hotel, every piece of furniture is really oldand looks bad. The pool and the location was nice.

Dated, not a 4 star as advertised... food was good, drinks are terrible... we were disappointed as we have stayed in much better 3 stars... beware the tourist tax.. €7 per night for a 4 star hotel, we paid €140 for our 2 rooms before we even got to the rooms... it seems everything is money now in Greece and it's expensive... we were all inclusive and still managed to spend £800. Island location is beautiful but I am afraid this was our last trip to Greece 🇬🇷

Rooms were as expected. Quite basic need a little updating. Beds are really hard. I felt like I got a pressure bruise on my hip. Food was lovely great variety each day. Wine was surprisingly good 3 white 3 rose and 3 red always found one that was suitable. The desserts were fantastic the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The spa is well worth a visit. Great massage head neck back perfect! Lovely Spa and staff are excellent.

Me and my partner stayed for 8 days and it was lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was amazing and very modern with gorgeous views from the veranda. It is a very large complex so we did a lot of walking but there are buggies available to take you around site. I really enjoyed the food, a lot of options and it was nice to try new things. The desserts were also delicious. The food courts around site were very nice also, the bar next to the beach did lovely pasta dishes and pizza around lunch time. We dined in both restaurants on site and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in both. The staff were also lovely and welcoming. Overall it was a lovely holiday and thank you to all the staff.

The only small thing that we found to be a problem for us is that there is nowhere to go for a walk - the road in front of a resort does not have a pedestrian sidewalk, so for a walk we had to take a buss

This is our second visit this year but would have to admit the first time was by far the better visit. The first two rooms offered were totally unacceptable but eventually an amazing hotel receptionist provided us with a good room similar to the one we stayed in on our first visit. Unfortunately coming at the beginning of the season and now at the end of the season you can certainly tell the difference.

Still have a few days left and came here as a mother daughter holiday for my 30th birthday, this is such a great spot for those on budget and for those who like to be closer to amenities/shops and the sea front is only a 5 minute walk straight down the road. Stunning views at the back at the hotel of the sea and islands opposite. Malta national aquarium is also only about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a budget friendly all inclusive holiday especially at Christmas timing. You still get the somewhat warmer weather even with a little rain. Have enjoyed the stay so far and look forward to the last couple days we have here. May have to book a spa treatment at the hotels spa before I go.

Me and my friend has a lovely week away. The San Antonio Hotel and spa was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. The food and drink was also beautiful! We paid for all inclusive plus once here and was definitely worth the money. The bar tender Puskar in the all inclusive plus lounge was so attentive and friendly and he's such an asset to the hotel. The hotel is situated in a really good place for travelling and there's good access to local transport. The massages we received at the spa were really good.

Lovely experience. The room could do with a bit of sprucing up, but otherwise, beautiful experience. They were able to upgrade my room when the love holiday app didn’t book us in. The meals were top tier. Especially loved the breakfast and Yushan restaurant. The view was extraordinary but bear in mind, it can’t be seen from the front of the building.

Really enjoyed the stay at dB San Antonio. Location was great and the staff helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable and room had Aircon that just worked. The facilities were pretty good, and I really enjoyed the treatments in the spa that sorted out some muscle issues. The cafe was great for playing cards in the evening and the on site restaurants had a good selection of food. Site has a lot of space so would really like to see a games room or some more activities to keep us occupied in the evening. A couple of pool tables, pinball machines, table tennis or arcade machines would be nice. Only slight mishaps that prevented a 5 star were the bathroom flooded a couple of times as the basin outlet wasn't connected and the ceiling fan didn't work. Nothing major. Would go there again.

The food is fantastic, there are several restaurants in the hotel, but we didn’t get the opportunity to visit any of the speciality restaurants. However, the main restaurant offered plenty of choice for everyone and I don’t think we saw repeated options over the week we were there. The buffet was constantly topped up and I can’t speak more highly about the food. The evening entertainment and the bar is brilliant, enjoyed all. The pool at level 0 seemed to be just about the right size. I did enjoyed adult only pool and bar on level 10 and the scenery from that floor is beautiful. A special shot out to Michael M who went out of his way to ensured that everyone was enjoying their holiday. He was very helpful at the restaurant and also when he was working at the pool side bar. The room was clean and spacious and the AC was lovely also have ceiling fan which I used in addition to the AC when I turned the AC to a low level. General I will recommend this resort and I will be returning in the near future. Overall service ranging from the receptionist to the the cleaning crews were brilliant 👏🏼

The rooms, the hotel view, and the exterior scenery are all stunning. However, the food was disappointing and barely edible. From the reviews, it's clear that many guests have complained about the poor food quality, and it seems the management is not addressing these issues. If the hotel continues with this approach, it might drop from a 4-star to a 3- or even 2-star rating. Based on our experience, we believe this resort is at most a 3-star and are quite disappointed. The staff were friendly, smiling, and pleasant. We purchased an all-inclusive package, but were surprised to find that we still had to pay for certain drinks, ice cream, snacks, and some non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, a swim cap is required to use the indoor pool, which is an extra cost not covered by the all-inclusive package. We expected that with an all-inclusive plan, such amenities would be included so that guests could enjoy their stay without additional expenses. The resort may be suitable for families with young children (ages 1 to 8/9), but if you are traveling without kids or with older children, it may not be the best choice. We expected more from this resort and are very disappointed. Even though we are still here, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend it.

By far the worst food ever had at an all inclusive. To say how big the hotel is the choice of food and quality of food I wouldn't feed my dog. Lower your expectations if you're coming for quality. The desserts are all good but the mains are very poor. I imagine prison food nit being this bad. Rooms are reasonable size and the veranda had alot of good space. The hotel is well over due a revamp and bringing up to recent times. The pool areas are all good but they sell inflatables and you can't even use them in the kids pool. You have to go over the road to the water park if u want to use a inflatable. The all inclusive bar is OK but the cocktails all being pre made and put in a jug a pina colada is more like warm pineapple syrup. Not alot of choice on the cocktails either.

We was there for 5 nights in Polynesia. First opening door of the room we notice there was hole in the wardrobe in bedroom and bed was dancing when you was trying to lay down, another minus bed for couple was made from 2 separate beds which was horrible to sleep … Half of the staff was ok, specially people on the restaurant was lovely, Reception people, problem with communication due to very low knowledge of English. We arrive before 11 pm and we cannot expect any food available for us with 2.5 year old boy, only “snack bar” was open where 90% of things was drinks and beer. Food was very good at restaurant and staff there was lovely. Big minus for parents which comes with child age close to 3 y/o, there is no attractions for kids in this age, only after 9pm… Soft play not accepting kids under 3y/o but they charging you for 2.5 years old kid like for adult. Localisation of the resort is not the great due to walking distance far with kid to the center, you can only use public transport or taxi where public transport cost you €4 and taxi 11/13 to the center, trans station around 45 min walk form the hotel to get easily to Malaga. I can say food good, rooms can be better and service of the reception staff can be much better also they should change offer for kids under 3 to charge less or offer more for kids in this age. If I will be back there ? I don’t think so.

Great hotel and really good value for money. The only downside was you had to pay to use the indoor pool as they say it's part of their spa experience which was a downer. Never the less we did use the spa and it was really good. Just wish they included it in the price you pay.

We recently visited the Holiday World Resort and had mixed feelings about our stay. The only truly negative aspect was the lack of a private beach at the hotel, which meant we had to walk 15 minutes to reach the nearest one. Another aspect that left us wanting was the outdated condition of the hotel facilities. It seemed rather old and could benefit from some renovations. However, we were very pleased with the staff's attitude, the variety of activities offered, and the quality of the food. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the activities available at the hotel helped us have enjoyable moments. We found the room to be very clean, but unfortunately, there was often an unpleasant odor from the drains in the bathroom, which somewhat affected our overall impression.

Visited early November 2024: Excellent location, just 30mins walk along the beach to Albufeira Town which includes a few nice refreshment stops along the way. The other way, there is a nice walk along the beach which also was very quiet, due to the time of year. The hotel has the end of the beach, which was very quiet when we visited. The outside pool is quite large but we didn't choose to use it as every morning the bathing seagulls filled the pool with feathers, of which the staff did clear out every day, besides having access to the sea was much more desirable. The indoor pool was an adventure to find, for some reason the signs in the hotel are not correct. The rooms are semi-modern and ours on the third floor was in need of a bit of a revamp. There is next to no soundproofing so expect to be woken up by late night party goes, non the less the bed was very comfortable and we were able to drift back to sleep. All in all, very good base to get around a few places and leasurely walks to town. There is a party strip up there road from the hotel so expect it to be busy during peak seasons. The staff were excellent, very attentive and helpful. The male attendant at breakfast in the morning made an effort to welcome us and say "good morning". Breakfast was a standard affair, full English seemed to be the most popular but there was a good selection of fresh fruit.

5 star i think not. First impressions were not bad until told at reception breakfast was by the pool area and lunch and dinner was in another hotel located about 600 yards away. Rooms was tired but clean on first day but never cleaned thereafter. Towels not changed, bin not emptied, cups not cleaned. Then when we run out of tea and coffee for the room we was told its complimentary for the first day only and take your own . Also they don't provide milk or water which was a bit tight as an all inclusive 5star hotel. The food served for breakfast was OK and ample. The food served in the other mutha hotelin jacs bar was atrocious to say the least. The indoor pool which was said to be on the 4th floor In the lift was actually on the 1st floor. Reception apart from the day of arrival was abysmal and unhelpful in all aspects. Would I stay there again?????? Not on your nellly...... as for 5 star more like 2 star..

Whoever rates this place at more than 2 starts clearly had to be drunk. The hotel is outdated throughout, and the room is from 1990 at the very best. Whoever thought about giving this hotel 4 starts clearly has no clue about what they are doing, and 5 stars sight at the entrance to the reception. It is a silly joke. Food option for all-inclusive is shocking at push, you get the same 3 option buffet in the morning and although you can book yourself a dinner in one of many restaurants which they own, we left the place after 15 mins as I wouldn't feed my dog with what was served. I have automatically cancelled all reservations which we had for the rest of the week and when chatting to the receptionist, he just knocked his head and said that he knows how poor it is and there is nothing he could do about it and simply apologised. 3* Hotels in Spain seem to be luxurious to this, and although we are only 3 days in our 7, I would already book a plane back if I could only get the money back.

But still made the best if it...

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week whilst visiting paphos. Tldr; Overall, I would give this hotel 3/5 stars, good hotel ONLY if you get it for a good price like we did. I wouldn't recommend it at all for young couples in their 20s and early 30s or anyone seeking anything other than sun, beach and being poolside. Rooms 2/5: the rooms are dated and not particularly well equipped. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are really poor. The air con in the room works fine, the TV is tiny, has about 8 channels that are all in greek. We got the sea view room and the view was good however depending on which sea view room you got your view could be amazing or awful. Our towels were changed daily and bed made with some light cleaning. Staff/service 3/5: once again it was just decent. The staff don't really talk to you or say much, they're not particularly friendly but not rude either. A very average service throughout. Food 4/5: the food was surprisingly good considering it was included, we got half board breakfast and dinner and both are buffet style. We were both surprised at the quality and the amount of choice. Notably the meat choices for the dinner service. I read a few reviews before coming to the hotel, that the food was poor however it is clear that those people were unrealistic considering this is a hotel on the cheaper side. Drink 2/5: I usually wouldn't write a section just for drink but this is important. They have the WORST selection of 3 beers and 0 cider options which was surprising to me. They do however get +1 star for the cocktails that although do not look great and are not made with any real care, are loaded with what I can only call "super measures" of spirits. Hotel environment. 3/5: once again it was very standard and nothing special. The pool is big with ample seating, there is a standard sized indoor pool and sauna and a TV room with a small TV. There is daily evening entertainment which is probably the worst thing about the hotel. It was either music or bingo or both, and the musicians could have been anyone they pulled off the street, furthermore you have no choice in listening to it and the windows are not soundproof. Local area 3/5: you're pretty far out from the centre of pathos but there are travel options very close to the hotel. There is a particularly good beach spot a short walk away but be advised, other than this beach there is nothing else to do locally that is not shopping or eating. There was no evidence of local crime or scamming going on and the area seemed safe and mostly clean.

Positives: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean (but cold). Outside is better than the inside and the grounds were well kept. Negatives: We went for 5 days. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedding wasn't changed nor did we get clean towels until I complained - twice. There were also cockroaches in the room. The food was disgusting and lukewarm and flies kept landing on it all as it wasn't covered. For a 4* hotel I expected the food to be at least adequate but it truly wasn't. The entertainment wasn't the best but we were out of season. It is located on the beach but there is no access directly and its very rocky. The indoor pool is even colder than the outside which seemed odd. The all inclusive drinks don't include Latte, milkshake, hot chocolate etc and u have to pay separately for those. To keep it's 4* rating it needs completely refurbishing inside and new chefs/food choices.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

We recently stayed at the Mitsis Ramira and had an overall enjoyable experience, though there were some areas for improvement. The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and unfortunately located in front of the hotel’s air conditioning engine, which made it less than ideal. The main building rooms could definitely benefit from some renovations to match the rest of the hotel's offerings. On a positive note, the food had a lot of variety and was generally good, though nothing stood out as exceptional. The service, however, was excellent. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a highlight—very clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to relax. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of a very nice beach, though it is a bit stony, so something to keep in mind. The animation team did a fantastic job keeping guests entertained with fun and interesting activities throughout the day. There was a dedicated crew for children, and activities like morning yoga and more, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if the room conditions improve with some updates.

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

Oh yeah! I remember this hotel when we used to stay for one week on the 24th of August 2009. Absolutely shocking n horrible on the first day when we arrived. Our room n there was old fashion n outdated furniture made from the 90s couldn't lock the balcony door. Hundred of fairy flies all over in bathroom. We have been complaints n the next day, they offer us to move to another room which is feel more safe n secure. But room is still outdated n old fashion n no air condition.. Food in the hotel restaurant absolutely awful n bland n same everyday. Orange juice is not juice, it's made from orange powder. Fizzy drinks at the bar Coca-Cola n Fanta are fake brand. They are not the same as you can tell the taste difference when you buy from shop. Some spirits are poison. Beers alcohol have water down Our daughter when she was 13 years old n she saw a cockroach came out of salad bowl in the hotel restaurant. After 3 days later, We fell ill n diarrhoea. We did not been to restaurant in the hotel. So we went out of our hotel n went to different restaurants n was absolutely lovely food. Cockroach everywhere n even dead cockroach floating in the pool. Hard to find a reception staff. Most staff looks really fed-up n can't be arse to help.. Absolutely shocking n horrible hotel overall. HOTEL FROM HELL ☠☠🤬🤬 P.S... We did want to go back home after 3 days but no flight available on that week..

A tired and dated holiday complex that needs some updating. The WiFi is almost non-existent and this makes electronic communication difficult. There is a problem with the gulls that gather around the swimming pools and this will prevent a return. The food was good in all restaurants and the hotel rooms a little dated with old Tvs and dated bathrooms. The management is poor and hard to find, with the reception personnel lacking in basic hotel service needs.

Well, it’s cheap and the location is pretty great. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rest is pretty much abismal. It is very run down and old. Seems like there where no updates and maintenance since the 90’s or something. I don’t know why some reviewes say the food is good because it is awfull. Almost no choice, everyday the same stuff and it is just very very bad. Seriously, you only take the all-in for the free booze and nothing else. In the room, almost everything was broken and moldy. So if you don’t care about quality whatsoever and just want a cheap stay, this is the place for you :).

This place is the perfect start to visit Africa! The service is very good with lots of entertainments. The food is delicious! Near the hotel is a beach with dedicated area for hotel guests. Amazing views. Finally, each evening there were different shows.

On arrival we were met with loud music, drunken people and informed we were in our room for just one night before they would have to move us. Luckily this was a one off. We had already booked and paid for an excursion the following day so were told to make sure everything was packed and they would move us while we were out. The initial room was a family room, it was beautiful, large and clean. Whilst out we were moved to another room which would naturally be smaller as just 2 of us. Again it was a nice room, good size and clean. Some minor repairs required but by no means affected the stay. All of the staff (apart from the odd one) were so polite, hard working and couldn't do enough for you. We paid all inclusive and are non drinkers, the rooms had kettles but only provided a satchet of coffee for the first night. The hotel is nicely located and a stones throw from the beach and local shops. It can get very loud at night from other activities outside of the complex which is no fault of the hotels. There is a large variety of Moroccan foods to choose from that are available during 3 different times per day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The communal areas of the hotel are beautiful, a large seating area which all feels very opulent.

Had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff were great, food amazing, and the entertainment spot on for all ages. I went all-inclusive. The bar opens from 10 and the snack bar from 12-5pm. There is also a part of the beach sectioned off for the hotel, which is nice as it means the road sellers aren't able to pester you. There is a decent sized pool which is cleaned daily as are the rooms.

Not all but certainly the majority don't appear to be keen on the British. If you are French or morrocan you can be sure of Great friendly service. I rate it 3 stars because the first room we got was above a nightclub. It was impossible to sleep due to the loud music. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the room. Fortunately, after complaining at the reception, we were able to change to a much better and quieter room. The staff was very helpful, and the food was delicious. What we liked the most were the atmospheric evenings prepared by the staff. If it weren't for the nightclub with its parties, I would have given 5 stars.

Rooms not big enough to swing a cat, need refurbishment in bathrooms and with paper thin walls. Room service team amazing. Service not enough receptionists.. always a queue. Massages not cheap and not great. Also a 25 minute massage should be 25 minutes not 8 minutes of setting music, getting heated towels or lotion. Lifeguard courtesy not good.. whistles and shouts across the pool. All in all... not what a Hyatt is cracked up to be.

Room was very nice, but bathroom is open to room with frosted toilet door. Had pool view & slept well. No towels for 2 days. Some waiters are nice, others not so much. Food just above average, Mexican & Chinese eve. Didn’t try breakfast. The only disappointment was they kept blocking our cards from opening room door for last 2 days, my friend & I holiday separate - so we weren’t together at all times to pay bar bill. Lot of fuss for the sake of 80 euros, we are not thief’s but were made to feel that way. Nice area around & close to hotel.

Hotel is in great location. Our room required updating as it looked tired. We had a problem with noisy neightbours that was dealt with efficiently. The reviews I read had stated the food was great with show cooking and themed nights, well we got none of these. We had thin minute steak one night, the next night we had chicken thighs and fish that was falling to pieces. Every other night we had what they call roast pork loin but was in fact thin pieces of pork fried in oil. There was very little choice unless you liked salad. I feel like we were robbed as we got 1 star service at 4star price and had to go out at night to eat, not something I had budgeted for. Asked to keep room as was being picked up at 7pm and was told it would be 89 euros even though the hotel.was closing the day after so room bot needed by other customers. If this standard of Hyatt hotels I am.sorry to say I will not use them again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel and the location is perfect. The hotel and rooms very well decorated and clean. The ambience of the hotel is amazing. Plenty of sunbeds with poolside bar and snack bar. Buffet restaurant with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly and nightly entertainment was good. Close to local shops and bus station. Easy walking distance to the amazing hippy market. Fabulous choice of holiday.

We stayed for 10 nights. The price seemed expensive at the time, however we'll worth it. Guaranteed sunbeds at the pool and private beach area all free of charge, we only got bed and breakfast however the breakfast was great. Rooms cleaned every day and we were provided with fresh towels and soaps daily. The hotel also had a gym and spa, indoor pool all free of charge. The hotel was beautiful inside and well maintained. The room was ample size and the air con was a life saver! Only downside is that it is far from a decent sandy beach and far from the harbour with all the restaurants, however there are a few good restaurants nearby and it's only a 40 minute walk across. Definitely would come back again.

Expensive compared to other hotels but adult only & was fabulous. Rooms spacious, food great & alternative restaurants were excellent. Plenty of bar staff, entertainment each evening: singers, BBQ, magician etc. Plenty of sunbeds available. Lovely coastal path that you can walk to The Harbour 30 mins, lots of bars & restaurants & shops. Hotel staff lovely & friendly & was quiet during the day which is what we wanted. Would recommend

We were happy with every aspect of the hotel , the staff were friendly, the rooms and service were good & we even got a free upgrade to a suite with it being our honeymoon! The only downside of the hotel in our opinion was the vile pensioners who would tut and talk amongst themselves as my wife passed them in a bikini! Also at the dinner table if she decided to wear a nice dress. So the only negative part of this review is the guests. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was amazing. Defo recommended this place for a quiet and relaxing holiday, but if your young beware you will get stared and tutted at by the oldies!

We have stayed here twice before and have booked to return in May next year. Simply cannot fault this hotel for a relaxed adults only break. It is a lovely walk along the sea front to the harbour if you wish to dine out in the evening; if not then dining in the hotel won't disappoint either. Highly recommended.

We have enjoyed this fantastic hotell in 2017, 2019 and now. I'm sorry to say that from last Sunday the hotel's peaceful charm was blown alway by a german "gymcamp". Loud music and shouting from 07.30 every day ruins our stay this time. I wonder why the hotel management let this happen ? Status on Friday 15.11 0720-0940 - the usual quality of waken up with a peaceful morningen cofee - is like zero 😰

Possibly the prettiest little harbour I've ever visited. Lots of bars and restaurants which make the most of the scenery. The hotel is just around the corner from the cove (walk out and turn right). The hotel is peaceful as there are no children. The entertainment on the rooftop bar is fun. The rooms are generally small but cool (the air conditioning seems to work well). The balcony is tiny but welcome, we have a poolside view on the second floor and it suits us fine. If you enjoy a relaxed pace and love the sea then this is the place for you.

Had a great time at the Barcelo Hamilton. One of the best locations for a hotel that we've stayed in. Views from balcony and rooftop are just stunning 👌🏻 On the the down side, we thought the food could have been better. Breakfast is fine but omelettes were still have cooked with the egg mixture still running out onto my plate. Next morning I asked the cook if she could let it cook longer which seemed to upset her and I got it undercooked yet again. No more omelette for me. This happened again at lunch with the pork cutlets, however I could always find something within the buffet that I could eat. Food at the pool bar is not complementary under AI until 3pm. So if you fancy a snack at 2pm you must pay or attend the buffet restaurant. Also some of the cocktails like strawberry daiquairi are not offered on All inclusive so better to ask the bar person before ordering. My final negatives are the air conditioning in our room was very poor. I asked at reception if they could check it and they agreed. However, it never got any better, so really warm at nights. Apart from these niggles it is a good hotel. If they cooked better, cooled the rooms and allowed All inclusive at all bars 10.00 to 23.00 I would give it 5 stars. At 3k for 7 nights for a couple I expected better.

There are stunning views of Mahon bay from the superior sea view rooms, although views from some of the first floor are limited due to the ground floor of the hotel extending forwards, ask for a sea view room on a higher floor level if possible (4th floor best) and rooms numbered 115 to 124, 215 to 214 etc.  for best views. Rooms are compact, with an unusual bathroom layout (separate WC and shower areas, washbasin in the bedroom). Our superior sea view room had a safe, kettle and fridge, all at no extra charge. The WiFi was fast enough and didn't drop out. We found the evening meal offering  disappointing, with limited choice and food not always hot. Also there were always small flies around the buffet which was off putting; other reviewers have commented on this.  We didn't find the restaurant up to our expectations of a 4 star hotel, and have had much better at 3 star hotels. There are numerous restaurants a short walk away, if we returned we would opt for bed and breakfast. All the staff we met were friendly and efficient,  the hotel was clean, the rooms spotless. The outdoor pool is sheltered and offers sun and shade, whereas there was little shade on the rooftop area. There are small shops just off the square a couple of minutes away, and lots of restaurants and bars ariund the bay to the right of the hotel. There is a good bus service to Mahon, only €1.75 each way (cash only). There is a water taxi, €15 per person return, or €10 one way to Mahon.

The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday by wonderful people. The food is excellent , with loads of choices. The staff are 5 star, especially Monica who took it on herself to teach me Spanish phases. The location is the best I have ever visited. Sitting drinking coffee on the sea view balcony watching the boats go past in the sunny weather is an absolute dream .

Area quiet. Some restaurants on front. Town limited for bars/ restaurants. Better to visit Mahon (Meo)10 min bus ride. Buses cheap and regular. Not far to walk to stop. Room smallish. Odd arrangement with bathroom as sink practically in bedroom. Food good but not really 4*. Bit limited on bar as lounge bar not open.

Very long check in process Asked to sign a doc re Data Protection but the doc was all in Spanish with no English translation Checked in at 6pm and receptionist had to go and check if the room was ready. No porter Rooms are not 5 star level No tea/coffee making facilities in room. In a 5 star hotel this is a given One elevator out of order for 3 days Breakfast is good although not a large number of items. Spa very nice and organised. Outdoor pool very nice, quiet and relaxed Nice gardens

This is a large, clean, stylish and modern hotel, but is lacking in the personal touches customers would expect, with this star rating. The weather the second week in May was unseasonably cool, and the hotel was cold. It was often difficult to find staff for service in the bars, especially around the pool areas. It lacks atmosphere and friendliness.

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas. I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We can not rate it highly enough. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is first class, especially the sweets, delicious 😋. Rooms are spacious, towels changed every day. There are shampoos, conditioner, shower gel all provided. The animation team were so friendly and tried to get everyone involved. There were so many activities we couldn't fit it all in. Lastly, the beach is probably one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been on. The sea crystal clear with lovely fine sand. I can highly recommend a visit to this lovely hotel.

Everything about the resort was phenomenal. The food was incredible. The entertainment was unmatched. The workers couldn’t be more helpful, they are so cheerful and inviting. The entertainment staff had so much energy and filled the entire trip with joy. I cannot stress enough how amazing they truly are. They remember you and engage with you throughout your entire visit. The cleaning staff leave the most incredible towel designs everyday. I would come back in a heartbeat! This place is incredible and so magical. This is the perfect place to be both insanely busy or equal just to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I would recommend this place to friends, family or just couples. This is favourite holiday and I will be coming back.
