This hotel was a huge disappointment. For the price we paid, I would definitely go somewhere else. I booked a room for myself and two kids (16 and 11) on a booking platform that described the room as suitable for three people, with a maximum of two adults. I assumed it would be a double or twin room with an extra bed for a child.
However, when we arrived to check-in in the evening, they told us they had no record of three guests, only two adults, and that we could not stay in the room we had selected. They gave us a bigger apartment and asked me to come to the front desk the next morning to resolve the situation. I must say that the gentleman at the front desk during the evening shift was sincerely apologetic and showed empathy. However, the front desk man in the morning was a completely different story. He was rude and arrogant, and I've never experienced such poor hospitality. He showed no acknowledgement of their incorrect advertisement. They claimed that the room we selected was only suitable for two adults, with a maximum of one two-year-old child. I took the time to search through several different platforms where this "family-friendly" hotel was listed, and on all of them, it stated that children up to the age of 13 were free of charge. However, in our case, we were asked to pay extra for our 11-year-old, which amounted to a 50% increase in the original price. With poor English skills, the only argument they had was several times "It's not my problem. You pay now or leave!" - without getting back any money for the rest of the nights, of course.
In the end, we paid the price and were reimbursed by the booking platform afterward, although I'm quite certain it was the hotel's fault. Mistakes do happen, but the rudeness and poor attitude of the staff were unacceptable. I don't see the hotel as family-friendly, friendly, or even polite at all.
As for the hotel itself, the amenities were quite old, as evidenced by the condition of the rooms, restaurant, and outdoors. The pool was literally colder than the ocean, and nobody could stay in it for more than five minutes. For the original price, I would say it's about average, but after the 50% increase we paid, the hotel is way below average, and I would rather find a better hotel in a better location.
To top it off, when we were leaving breakfast, one lady working in the restaurant got hysterical about our 11-year-old taking an APPLE from the breakfast buffet - how silly and rude reaction, especially to a kid.

The hotel room is according to a 3 stars hotel, not more, not less. However, for a really good price we had a huge room for 2 people, a really nice view from the room and from the balcony - the balcony itself is a highlight - and service was always available if you want it.
The staff is super friendly, we needed things that were missing in our room and they right away found a solution. In a few minutes we had everything that we needed.
The included breakfast was good, not a huge buffet but again according to the price. We had fresh food every morning.
The pool area was amazing, even though we barely stayed there.
The only downside is that we chose the hotel exactly for having a parking area but they have more than 200 apartments and something like 30 parking spots. Every night it was a struggle to park and most of the nights we had to park outside - not to mention how horrible everyone parks and the hotels take no action on that.
The location is calm and good.

It”s a vintage hotel, but it is very clean and well maintained. Meals are targeted to the older people so you need to spice them, but overall they are good. Staff is professional and there were no issues. The hotel has some problems with internet connection, but 5g coverage for a backup was fine. The location is superior, a gorgeous trail is a minutes away. The hotel parking is crowded, but there are many free spots by the street nearby. Overall I recommend this hotel for people looking for the quiet place.

The hotel offers nice views. Breakfast & dinner were also good, there were many things to eat. For this price are rooms as shown on pictures...old furniture, smelly etc. A BIG downside of this hotel are parking spots! As previously described by many people...there are a LOT of rooms but only a few parking spots! Which leaves you each evening searching for a spot, leaving your car on shady streets or on dangerous sides of roads...If you go here and you have car rental you will likely face those problems. Me and my partner were told off by a director of a hotel. Telling us that a police is coming if we leave our car by road at the hotel and not at the street outside of hotel residence (all parking spots were full). We told him that we are from the hotel and searching for parking, but he just shrugged and said that it is not his problem if we don't have anywhere to park. He just directed us at the street nearby and told that we need to search for parking outside of hotel residence. He also told off every other person who drove in hotel residence by car, not letting them leave car at the residence by road. It was a complete caos.
To anyone looking for a hotel I recommend it only if you don't have a car.

Awful hotel !!!
Please don't waste your money coming here !!!
The food is terrible . They use mostly refrigerated meat and smell very dodgy .
The rooms are outdated ... The furniture is at least 40 years old .
Our room wasn't cleaned one day , and when we arrived from town I called reception around 16:30 and they said they don't have anyone to clean the room or to refresh it !
This is not acceptable !
They serve the same food at breakfast and pretty much the same at dinner .
I found a table in the room very outdated ( I wouldn't use in garden I had it! ) .
The cleaning ladies made a lot of noise in the morning , screaming and talking between themselves .
Please don't waste your money coming here !
This hotel is a SHAME!
