The grandpa in charge of the front desk should immediately switch to a job where there is no human interaction needed at all. No manners, no service, no good vibes.
Room was okay, apart from the cockroach.
The food was atrocious. Coffee was disgusting.
Even the guests are terrible. Elderly germans that are just unpleasant noisy and rude.
Id never come here again.

Be careful before booking:
The hotel is surrounded by night clubs, and this hotel is filled with germans who are drunk 25 hours a day. Both of my neighbour rooms were very loud, turning on the TV at 5 am and putting it on full volume not to mention them almost kicking their room door open with their feet…
First room i went in had a leaking shower and the door wouldn’t close it also didn’t look as the pictures described it. Luckily the nice receptionist fixed a new room for me the other morning. This one was better then the previous one, still not perfect. blood on the curtains and hairs everywhere, the door of this room would also barely close (and barely open). balcony view was nice, and the room was large for one person.
The staff was nice, but it looks like the Owner neglects the condition of the rooms.
If you are coming to visit this hotel with you’re family or alone to have a nice relaxed vacation then i would strongly suggest you to search for something else.
But if you are a teenager who likes to get drunk with you’re friends and don’t care about other tourists then this might be perfect for you!

For a 3 star hotel, I'm more than satisfied. Rooms are not that big, but you have everything you need there including air conditioning. I had half board there and the food selection is excellent. Every day something different, especially for dinner. Located in the centre of the place, it's 7 minutes normal walk from the port. The nearest beaches are Son Moll (the smaller one) and Cala Agulla (the bigger one) which I highly recommend. Both are in walking distance, but you can use mini tourist train to get there and the stop is 2 minutes from the hotel. The only thing that I see as downside is English language knowledge of the receptionist, so if you don't speak Spanish or German, it might be hard to understand each other. But overall, it was a great experience for me and my family and we will probably come back.

A normal 3-star hotel, split in 2 buildings. The staff was mostly friendly with the exception of some grumpy staff members at meal times. Lovely receptionist.
The bedroom was quite basic, had no fridge, and could use more hanging racks (especially for the towels). The air con works well and was a life savior with such hot temperatures during our stay. The beds are not particularly comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection is quite poor, constantly going down or saying "no internet connection on this network". Nice balcony with view for the main square outside with loads of bars. Talking about the bars, it's a very loud area, if you are looking for a quiet place this is not for you.
The sound isolation is terrible, but our neighbor holiday makers are also to be blamed because some have zero consideration for others!
Meals - we went with half board, and the food was really good 👍 definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Both the breakfast and dinner had variety and different things every day. One problem, at dinner you have to pay for your drinks and on the first days we were told we couldn't pay with card but then later on they said you can 🤷🏼♀️ so the staff needs to have better communication.
There are two different swimipool areas, one more towards kids and the other more towards adults, but all welcomed in any and the area is lovely. Not many loungers, though.
There's no parking nearby and in high season parking can be really challenging unless you rent a motorbike, there's parking on the main square, opposite the hotel. Overall, it's quite a typical 3-star hotel.

The hotel was super clean, and the breakfast is very good. It has a nice variety of food. The fruit was excellent. The rooms are fine as well, there are hairdryers, AC and everything works fine. One thing I would improve is the shower/bathroom kit. The hotel only provides soap and shampoo (no conditioner) and after I used the shampoo it was not replenished. For long haired customers this is not comfortable, specially when arriving from the beach. The service in general was good, the check in and out worked well and the staff speaks German, Spanish and English.
