I highly recommend this hotel. The Rooms are clean and spacious, the food is delicious and staff is helpful. The lobby is truly Amazing and the view from elevator is something I can't get bored of. The hotel has 2 very big swimming pools and is almost at the beach so it is very easy to rest and chill. City of Costa Calma is rather cute, small and, somehow not surprisingly, calm. You won't find there crazy clubs but the hotel is close to some nice bars, shops and restaurants where you can find whatever you may need. Overall, amazing stay.

First of all, that’s not a 4 star hotel, it’s a good well located 3 star, but nothing more.
To make it clear:
4-Star Rating
Four-star hotels offer loads of special services and amenities, including concierge services, fine dining, multiple pools, and hot tubs, high-class fitness centers, bellhops, room service, valet parking, day spas, limousine services, and an array of special suites.
This hotel, don’t have a room service, everything you have to pay over:
You want a towels - pay
You want water in the room - pay
You want late check out - one hour cost me 35 euros
You want a safe box in the room - pay
There is no shampoo no any creams, you will get only peace of soaps if you want more , first they don’t have second for what they have you have to pay.
No restaurants, no food, not well working system, because hotel is very old and not been renovated for decades.
Bad internet. Very poor breakfast, with sardines from canne.
I was very upset of this visiting… and it’s not cheap hotel. If you count all the “over cost” I should take a good 5 stars for the same price and be happy with results.
Here I never will be back - that’s for sure…
And the cherry on the cake - the last day before you leave, your keys stop to working, so if you want to go to swim in the ocean, you have to go back true reception which is far away from everything and wait for the opening the door. Super uncomfortable
Incredible bad !

Great location on the beautiful beach, very impressive looking hotel but rooms needing some renovation, restaurant closes at 9pm, lights turned off at 9:20 (managers day off) restaurant staff not profesional....

We spent a great week here. Everything clicked. The selection of the buffet is fabulously rich, we loved the breakfast juices. The water in the heated pool is pleasantly warm, the building and the rooms are clean, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The staff is also kind, I would highlight the work of Marco at the reception, who provides correct and good information. We'll be back!

Would not recommend this hotel as they have not adapted to modern digital tourists . There is no internet connection inside the rooms so you have to pay for WiFi. Key cards stopped working soon as they touch a phone so you need new ones every day.
Long check in process where they ask for vouchers and breakfast card as they are used cater to old Germans.
There is no concierge, no bike rental, no nice amenities like dental kit or DND sign to put on the door so the cleaning lady doesn't wake you up at 8.30am without knocking twice.
You have to pay for the smallest things like the first bottle of water, the safe, etc.
Hotel provides no entertainment during the day by the pool.
The single room is two small beds put together instead of one queen size bed. Only two outlets to charge devices and it's not close to the bed.
In conclusion, hopefully the management will realize that this overpriced tactic to cater to old Germans only won't work long term as it doesn't provide the value and standard of a proper 4 star hotel.
