The staff here is always ready for help, however, maybe it is now the off-season, quite some staff are not well trained so they do not understand guests' need neither in English nor in German. The food here is very poor. The soup is thin, no freshly grilled meat. I was expecting a Deluxe experience, but the reality hit me hard... The sea view is unbeatable.

Wonderful, caring staff. They tried to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The animators were cool , i loved them . In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone. What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros). We work on our own in Albania with this job and the price was a maximum of 50 euros, we did not like that value. We don't think of going back to that Hotel as it seemed like a scam to us. Was to far from the airport. rooms: On Monday there were to many people came in the hotel and the cleaning lady did not make to clean my room, i had to do it myself . She also told me that there was no pillow cover ,and this was not good for a 5 star hotel. But on the other days they cleaned my room every day Security" The lifeguard was not available all the time. One of us risked drowning and I had to save her myself, fearing that I wouldn't make it, but I did. Food There wan NO suitable food for babies . Only 1 kind of HIPP , my son did not like it . He ate only yogurt for 7 days , the all day . I really appreciate the chef , he tried to cook something for him , but he did not like it , it didn't have the thin, creamy texture for a baby , but i appreciate that he tried There was to much spicy food (i can not eat spicy) , but there was a lot to choose

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely appalling service from the staff. We ended up leaving the hotel after the first night due to the hostile behaviour. Day 1, 3 members of staff came up to us and asked us to leave in under an hour with 3 children as the hotel management did not want us there due to complaints we raised about the rooms. We were locked inside with a technician as the doors stopped working and another room had no air conditioning, they could not move us or even downgrade the room so sent in a technician at 3am. When our provider questioned why they wanted us to leave they completely rejected what they said. Insulted us in front of other guests. Will be taking legal action against this hotel! If you fancy embarrassing yourself go ahead and book it! We have video evidence of the incident that occurred where they came up to us whilst we were having breakfast and telling us to leave. I’m happy to share.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant and at the bars. Excellent food, we appreciated the variation of vegetarian dishes. The staff is always helpful with dietary restrictions, we would especially like to thank Chef Ramazan. Rooms are spaciously and practically designed, clean and nicely tidy every day. Hotel is on the beach, there are plenty of sunbeds on the sandy beach and pier. The beach and pier is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Also during the high season, the swimming in the sea is not "overcrowded", because it is private beach. Sunbeds are available also by the pool where there is entertainment during the day with an animation programs. You can also enjoy foam party etc. On Saturday evening there is a luxurious thematic party at the pier. We felt very safely there. I recommend this hotel, because staff wants to fulfill your wishes.

Lovely hotel - spotlessly clean. Big bedroom - cleaned every day and fresh towels. The hotel is massive. Food excellent- there is always something you will like. The token situation to get drinks is odd but you soon get use to it. Pools are fantastic. Special mention to Andrea at the Areca pool who always had a smile on the face. The only negative I would give this hotel was the evening entertainment, flamenco, etc - it just wasn’t very good. Overall a lovely holiday - lots of sun beds - no need to reserve !

Lovely hotel with good rooms and pool. Beds made every day and if you leave towels on floor in hallway they will change them which was a good service. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection you could want. Poolside snacks daily. Evening meal had a variety of food which we found as we had a party of 10 there was something that everyone could find to eat. There is a few shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance but not loads in this area. Great holiday with entertainment every night.

The hotel is large and modern, communal areas are very well maintained. The room was very spacious and freshly decorated. There are various activities at the hotel with friendly entertainment staff, they are on most days. We enjoyed volleyball and a jewellery market. The pool was very clean. Good location, close to the airport and away from busy very touristy places. Lots of parking spaces nearby. There were a few annoying things like having to pay cash for towels/ cups for all inclusive. The cash machines charge you a fee of €5. You had to carry cups around with you or you lost your deposit. The floor in the room was cleaned with a strong chemical and left a sticky layer. The shower was annoying as it was dripping and the door wasn’t shutting well so had to be slammed. Small things but can get irritating.

I live opposite this resort and the way they treat the neighbours is despicable. 24/7 there is a monotone and loud buzzing/humming that comes from the resort building which makes life much more difficult to bear. If you have a choice, don't stay here, for if the price of a hotel stay is a dismissive attitude to locals and the surrounding environment, then you are also contributing to the unhappiness of the people that live next to this resort. Dear Hyatt resort, if you are reading this, then please consider doing something about the constant hum and buzz coming from the lowest floor of your building where the underground parking is. This disruptive noise is blocking out the serene and tranquil sound of the Ocean.

We had a fab mini break 🙏 10 mins of airport. Hotel is huge but the rooms are huge as well, lovely big living a dining area, huge bedroom and bathroom, double balcony. Staff where lovely, we only had breakfast in the hotel and it was fine, we ate out every evening the restaurants are delicious and very cheap. I was a little unsure about the token you get when you 1st arrive, when you get a drink you give the token in, then when you’ve finished you get it back, it’s so worth it, you don’t get people being greedy and it keeps the hotel very clean. Well I would deffo go back.

Great value hotel. We had a lovely holiday with the children here. If you arrive with you’re paying for a 3* hotel in mind you won’t have any issues, I think some people think they’re at a 5* when leaving negative reviews. The food was lovely with lots to choose from, there was always something to eat and a good variety of meats. There was plenty to choose from with the drinks so no issues there. Lots of pools to choose from which was great with the kids, a lovely beach a walk away from the hotel and a park on the resort. The place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel reception staff were great and very accommodating moving us room to one with a balcony upon request. My only issue with the hotel and our over all experience was the kids club staff, we found them to be very rude and some of the activities were at a charge, which is ok but if your don’t have cash there is no ATM on site. On our last day one of the kids club staff actually stood at the gate not letting anyone in unless they pay €10 for T-shirt making. There was no letting the children in just to play and not participate in the T-shirt making. I would have liked to of put 5* and resolved my issues at the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak with reception before my bus arrived. All in all we had a very positive experience here.

We got a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children which is fair to say wasn't adequate. Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks. Kids pool was really good and amazing way to spend a day, also the shuttle transfer to the beach was a plus, however any shops were about 25 minute walk away from the hotel and the shop in the hotel has barely anything in it so if you need something (which in our case was formula and nappies) it's some distance. Staff were trying to be helpful, particularly guys in reception, very good!

Very good overall experience! 1)Food & Drink Food was great and the menu is changing every day during the week. Plenty of meals to choose from and we always found something good to eat. (There is plenty of space for improvement in the desert section and also in the way the restaurant operates) Food was always tasty and fresh and also the restaurant working hours are a big advantage (you will never stay hungry or miss a meal). Variety of drinks at the bar Definitely worth it for the price and considering that this is a 3* hotel 2)Sometimes overcrowded The hotel has a very big accommodation capacity (rooms and beds for people to sleep) but during my stay there is seems that the services ( restaurant and bars and entertainment stage area ) are struggling to keep up. Staff working hard to please everyone and seen customers become a bit wild and inconsiderate by blocking other people's view. 3) Just as a suggestion towards the management next to the entertainment stage I would say that you need a few Bug/Fly killer ( electrical device to eliminate the bugs) 4) Entertainment Kids club/kids entertainment is absolutely amazing. The entertainment staff is great and the kids can have loads of fun and have plenty of activities suitable for all ages/genders. Loads of activities and competitions for teenagers and adults as well. Different shows every night after the mini disco and bingo. I've seen a lot of areas that would need improvement and would help the hotel improve their customer service and improve the way the hotel operates and could be helpful. More remote than I thought, but in a lovely location. Close to some nice walks and also close to the small town (walkable in about 20 mins). Service: Cleaners do an amazing job. My room was spotless and they are lovely and friendly. I wasn't overly impressed by the service at reception when checking in (I checked in after midnight when I arrived) and check out (I checked out at 3am). They seemed ok at other times, the younger members were more pleasant. The canteen; I found them all to be rude with the exception of a young girl. She couldn't be more helpful. I wish I got her name, but she was absolutely lovely. The bar staff were all great and the life guard was helpful, giving me a plaster when I needed it. Drinks were fine and there was plenty on offer throughout the day. What was disappointing was the food and the entertainment wasn't my cup of tea, but you can't please everyone! I did overall enjoy the holiday and would go back again.

Food lovely and lots of variety. Restaurant staff work really hard. It’s actual Pepsi Max provided at the bar and in the restaurant and is self serve. Pool at the back of hotel was warm which was great.. Room cleaned daily but I did get bitten by something. it would have been useful if they had provided with more explanations when checking in as didn’t realise the other pool was across the car park and the daily activities were shown on a screen near the stairs. Evening entertainment not the best.

Clean, central comfortable. That's the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. Spent a week there and got very little sleep. Walls & ceilings are made of paper. I could actually hear the next room opening the zip on their suitcase. Breakfast was not good and they don't have a restaurant or serve food in the bar as per their website. Avoid avoid, avoid.

It is true that the hotel was the most affordable option in Benidorm at the time of my reservation, and I was prepared for a less-than-ideal experience based on some of the reviews I had read. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay. While it is certainly not a five-star establishment, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even allowed guests to leave their keys behind the desk when going out for drinks, which was a great way to ensure that keys were not lost. Although some reviews have mentioned the small size of the bathroom, I personally did not find this to be an issue. After all, who would want to take a long, steamy bath in the beautiful weather of Benidorm? Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in was a side next to the hotel kids and adults chucking fire crackers down the side street playing music while 3 am. The room was so basic no safe in the room like going back in time 1 member of staff really grumpy didn't hardly talk. Just had a 5-night holiday with two young children 3 and 6 in late October 2024. What I like about this place: 1. WiFi available on beach (but the coverage is not great) 2. Great view 3. Good ice cream and milkshake from 1100 to 1800 everyday. 4. There is real coffee from the coffee corner 5. The hotel offers a good value one day boat trip to some great places to swim and casual dive. 6. There is a path by the beach - great for relaxed and quiet walks to two nearby towns. 7. Take away from food court is handy. What I dislike about this place 1. Quality of food is not very consistent - two dinners basic and nothing special and two dinners above average. 2. There is a long queue everyday during dinner time. 2. No food between 2100 and 2300. 3. Gym closes at 2100 and opens at 0900. No chance for a morning or evening workout. 4. Uncomfortable beds and pillows 5. Kids club is basic and can only take 4+ 6. Lots of mosquitoes by the three outdoor pools. Overall, will I recommend this place to friends? This place is not perfect but can be shortlisted. Will I return in the future? Probably no.

Our chose family 2 very spacious rooms,the housekeeping service was prompt and thorough, ensuring we always had a comfortable and clean space staff at the all-inclusive hotel truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant servers and housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. The service was consistently outstanding. The restaurant staff were attentive, quick to accommodate any special requests, and always provided service with a smile. The entertainment and activities staff were energetic and made sure guests had fun What really stood out was the personal touch - staff remembered our names, Especially Sherhan very king and polite quick to help us every time preferences, and were always available to offer help or advice with a friendly attitude. We had an amazing 2 week holiday. Our 3 year old loved every moment. All food and drink options were great. All staff were friendly especially the restaurant and bar staff. Thank you to Eva and Halim in the restaurant. They went the extra mile to make sure we are well looked after and our daughter loved them. One thing missing was a little water park for young children. Our daughter loves a little slide in the kids pool. Highly recommend and we will return in the future.

Nice sea facing rooms at extra, otherwise, inside road facing road are not bet. Nice staff, shame that English are not great at Customer relations, I mean why put them there if they cannot communicate with most European visitors. Allen inclusive restaurant have sufficient selections of food at reasonable quality. The combination could be a bit strange on certain days but should be able to find something nice. Breakfast is the weakest as there is no Pork at a Muslim country understandable but it's just repeat different varieties of tomato, cucumber and cheeses. However, bakery was great, nice bread and pastries. Main meals are OK, but the deserts are dire, all looks good not not much flavour, just sugary. However the local Turkish deserts are very nice and so they should be. Overall, 3 to 4 stars. Oh, air conditioning in rooms are weak, have to keep it on all day even when not in room. Best bit that saved the hotel are the private beaches.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel, visiting at the end of the season with our two children. It is quite a shady spot, so I imagine in very hot weather it is perfect, but at the end of the season the pools were quite cold. However, the sea was lovely for swimming and there is a good indoor pool with a great Turkish spa. Some reviews don’t rate the food, but we thought it was fab. Loads of choice, all cooked well and very tasty. When it’s busy the buffet area could be quite crowded. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our bathroom looked like it had recently been re-done. Great shower. There isn’t a beach, so for young children there isn’t an option for playing on the sand and paddling. We didn’t use the kids’ club but it didn’t look very inspiring when we visited. Entertainment in the amphitheatre was ok but not much on as end of season. Imagine it’s much better in height of summer. We opted for the Asian meal as our a la carte option - I strongly recommend not to do this as it was quite bad. Of course we should have gone for Turkish in Turkey! Staff were kind and attentive, the kids loved our waitress Eva. Overall we loved this hotel and would recommend.

Excellent in all areas, the rooms were cleaned everyday other than Friday (day off) rooms had everything you need for a family holiday. The grounds and upkeep were absolutely stunning. All staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant, nothing too much of an ask. The food was excellent and full of variety. The pools, absolutely beautiful along with the water park. If you are looking for a fun packed, family hotel then look no further, this place ticks all the boxes.

Great family holiday. Not posh and fancy but everything you need for a good time. Rooms spacious but basic, good variety of meals every night, with theme nights. The flambe bananas were amazing. polite staff. Good location to different trips/experiences. Kids splash park is everything you need to keep the little ones entertained. Kids entertainment is repetitive but they enjoy it though. Some of the beds are ridiculously hard, which has meant I've had minimal sleep. We've had 1 cockroach in the room, but look at the environment we're in, it's to be expected. Overall if you're looking for a nice family get away, this is for you. If you want loads of entertainment and luxury, this isn't for you.

Just returned from 10 days here all inclusive. The location is lovely, 20 minutes walk from a small beach. There is also a volcano walk directly across the road. The AI food becomes very repetitive, for example, we had Chinese cuisine 3 evenings over 10 nights. Snack bar offers burgers, hot dogs, fries and salad daily. Self service hot drinks and soft and ice cream is convenient. The rooms are basic but all you need for a base. Cleaning is patchy. Several occasions had to ask for towels and bed sheets as they hadn't been left or the beds not fully made up. There was dust from the air con unit that stayed on the floor for days, and with no sweeping brush in the room was unable to clean small messes yourself. I was grateful for the wipes I'd packed with me. If WiFi isn't included with your booking I wouldn't recommend paying for access in your room, it's not great and you have to be sat close to the router. Didn't reach the bedroom or sofa beds. The hotel itself is good. You do get the typical over indulgent AI guests, and these seem to be the ones that leave the mess around the pool areas e.g plates and cups. The water park is great fun and a lovely addition for young and old. However, the floor around the slides and the steps are very slippery. The same goes for around the pool bar. Would I return. No, but we didn't have an awful time, we did enjoy it whilst there. Just a few things as mentioned that puts me off.

Nice food not an hour without food. Bonus with water park included. Not quite enough sunbeds around pool if the hotel is full. Only 4 euro to town centre and another water park. Entertainment stage is quite small, cleaned rooms daily. Hotel staff informative and very helpful, Daniel, Madeline and Cara. Not sure if it is a 4 * probably say a 3*. Pool is open all night, no shut off which is dubious.

A very average 3 stars. It's not a bad place, just a bit run down. Situated just too far from town for a quick shop. Costs around 4-5 euros in a taxi. There is a small supermarket next door which has a good selection but quite expensive. The hotel grounds are nice but can get messy with paper cups and plates. The rooms are okay, however they're very used. The small coffee tables in the living room aren't very child friendly though, as a few heads were banged often. The cleaners don't take any care with anything left on the floor. It will be thrown into a corner, or brushed under the sofa/bed with the rest of the rubbish. Very dusty floors, the air con unit kept leaking water over the floor, there's no dedicated second bedroom (just a sofa bed). Most of the staff seem quite resentful of the customers. They're not very chatty or helpful. There are a few exceptions though. The food is definitely catered to a typical English audience. Fry up for breakfast, Burgers for lunch and Pizza for evening meal. The food is probably the most disappointing part of the hotel. The restaurant can get very full and very messy. The water park is separate to the hotel but is accessed from the hotel grounds. Towels tend to be placed on sun loungers from around 6am but still some choice from 0730. The kids pool is the best choice for smaller kids, or if you want it a bit quieter. All in all, it's disappointing for the money paid. There are just too many people for the size of the site. Very popular with the 'Stone Island Crew'

We have just returned from our week holidays, I would like to give my honest opinion. Check-in was smooth but people working on the reception need to say Hi Hello and bye with a smile,we were lucky to get a clean room but it was nothing special and toilet were standard .The room were cleaned every day . The food is tasty but almost same everyday and it was a kind of boring for us but everyone is different. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and kind ,specifically the ladies making omelette in the morning on both ends .The pool are very clean and really good for kids. There is other activities for kids as well like disco etc....It's not a 5 star hotel ,a good 3 star hotel . I would like to give my advice to the owner of the Resort , the price's inside the shops and ATM machine is 3 times more then anywhere in Hurghada, so people are not Stupid . I was charge 200 Egyptian fee for using ATM and outside was only 10 Egyptian. One plug is $3 in the shop and I bought 2 plugs for $2 outside and 35GB Internet for $10 .if you give the same honest cheap price then every tourist will come and buy or use ATM in the hotel and you will see more sale but this is just a common sense . This resort value the money I paid ,but I will not come to this resort again . We all have diarrhea during the stay.we paid $30 to extend 6 hours as the check out was 12 o'clock.

We went family to the holiday and stayed in this hotel . All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. My children’s loved the kids disco and all the extra activities. The food was delicious and amazing. The beach is really very close and clean. We had a great experience overall… I will definitely recommend this place. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Everything was ok we are satisfied from our staying there. Maybe personal need to do at least little bit more efforts. Want to great the boys on the front desk they were extremely nice, polite and understanding. Food was good and plenty. We did love the fish. Convenient is that in the back exit of hotel you can find a lovely side walk with plenty of stores, and hotel is extremely close to the airport 35 min. walk, 5 min by car 🚗.

This hotel is very very very far from 5*! Rooms are clean..ish (bottom of every piece of furniture is dirty, mountain of dust on the top of headboards) furniture falling apart - sliding door wardrobe tried to kill us both couple of times. Apparently we were lucky as our bathroom was actually clean and fully functioning. The staff is very friendly, at least most of them.. however, very rarely you'll be served with drinks or offered refill (drinks free of charge. Freshly squeezed juices are being offered all the time, however, you need to pay for these) The biggest struggles here are hot water in the bathrooms and WiFi. Get a sim card with prepaid Internet prior to the arrival to the hotel as there's no WiFi coverage.. basically, the only place where we were able to connect to WiFi was main lobby.. and you don't want to buy it in the hotel shop as the owner will charge you for half of Hurgada. The food is tasty, however, it's always the same so after a week or so, you'll be dreaming of something else than rice and beef. Don't look too much around when eating in dining room as that is not very clean either. We will definitely not be coming back!

Im giving 2 stars because of the staff members. They are helpful and polite as far as their policies allow them. NO BOTTLED WATER AVAILABLE with all inclusive reservation. Ive stayed at many hotels in many countries, even 3 star hotels give bottled water with all inclusive bookings. Diabolic behaviour of this hotel! Practically everything is an additional charge. You sit for your meal, they try push you to buy drinks, they dont offer any water, let alone any drinks that are available as all inclusive. Rooms are out dated, bathroom sink is not draining water fast enough, toilet flush stopped working. 1 elevator stopped working. Everything in this hotel is going wrong. 2nd edit: shuttle bus is free to the beach every 15 minutes from 8am-5pm. Beach has a bar for drinks. However, the sunbeds are absolutely dire! See images. Would i return to this hotel? Never. Using this hotel as a base to sleep in like a backpackers hostel. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I spend 9 days with my family on all inclusive. The hotel was very nice and spacious. The food was good and the service was also very nice. The choice of food and drinks was impeccable. A big plus is the sunbeds on the beach and a small bar, a very nice way to spend time. The downside is that most of the activities were conducted in French and not always translated. The hotel is generally worth recommending .End of season lots off sale and much more quiet. Weather 23 degrees and not much sun in that part of Create.

We had an exceptional stay at this lovely hotel! The dining options were impressively diverse, featuring a wide variety of meats, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts, and delicious ice cream. The restaurant, with its cozy atmosphere and stunning sea view, was a highlight of our experience. Access to the beach is very convenient, The beach area was pleasant, with sun-beds available. The hotel maintained two beautiful pools, both featuring a lively atmosphere with music and breathtaking views. There’s also a designated shallow area for children, along with a gaming room to keep them entertained. The staff was friendly and engaging, providing excellent service - multilingual, speaking German, French, and English. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist in any way. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic all-inclusive experience!

I was with my partner on a week's holiday, I definitely do not recommend this hotel if someone suffers from asthma. The entire hotel smells incredibly of chlorine, which made it hard to get out of bed in the morning plus a sore throat. I will also add that people using wheelchairs or the physically disabled will have problems getting to the hotel or moving around on its premises. Apart from that, the hotel is really nice, nice views and we got a nice room (for an additional fee of course). Hotel service at a high level so there was nothing to find fault with. Animation only in French so if someone wants to go to this hotel with children, please keep that in mind. The drinks at the bar were very weak, the wine from the restaurant was much stronger, strange. Souvenir shops at every turn are a big plus, two supermarkets right next to the hotel are also a plus. The sea is about 200 meters from the hotel, so very close. Greetings to the entire hotel staff and management! 🩵

We were at Mitsis Bali Paradise for a week, from Sunday to Sunday. Everything was fine. The food was good and very tasty. The only thing that did not suit us very well was our room, it was not spacious enough for us. I want to praise the hotel staff, at the reception, at the bar, at the food, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Near the reception you will also find a shop where you can buy souvenirs or something you forgot to take with you.

Reusable cups at the bar, exchanged for tokens, so no empty cups lying around. Shop with essential items directly in the hotel. - Paint on the bathroom tiles was peeling off. The coffee in the restaurant was particularly bad. Juices available only at breakfast, later only soft drinks. À la carte restaurant was quite average – the dishes don’t stand out in flavor compared to the main restaurant, only the presentation is different. Relatively small terrace at the main restaurant, usually all seats taken; on warmer days, the temperature in the restaurant is too high, no air conditioning available.

Overall we thought the hotel was excellent even though there was a number of areas where things could be improved. The reception staff were always very helpful, the catering & cleaning staff were always friendly and the animation staff were the best I've ever witnessed. Our room was very good with a sea view, however some rooms have very poor views from their terrace, basically facing a wall, I would recommend a sea view room. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was first class. The catering was good, my only gripe would be that there could have been a better selection of vegetables and the deserts choices were poor. If you enjoy the beach it is a very long way down to the sea and a steep climb back up, not good if you have mobility issues. Other facilities include an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. Unfortunately the WiFi went down while we were here and although the hotel said it was an issue outside their control, it is now day six without Internet. We would without doubt use this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my week here. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was cleaned beautifully and had a great sea view. We found plenty of choice of delicious food. We stayed on an all inclusive deal. We were also celebrating a special occasion so spoiled ourselves with a couple of treats which cost a bit extra. Staff were very kind in suggesting alternatives which wouldn't have had extra cost for us and took great care serving us once sure we knew the options.

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Everything you need. Beds were comfortable, mini fridge stocked up on arrival and a bottle of wine. All appreciated when we arrived later in the evening Staff were lovely especially Angel on reception. Food was good. Pool area was always kept clean and tidy. The beach was a little walk away but well worth it, you do have to pay for the sun beds. All in all a lovely hotel staff food nothing to complain about at all.

We stayed in the my favourite club double room sea view. The rooms were well equipped, mini bar, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and safe. The rooms were clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean and tastefully decorated, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff were excellent with plenty of activities on offer. 2 large swimming pools and a childrens pool, plus heated indoor pool, (no sunbed wars). Food was nice with a wide selection of dishes available. Access to the beach is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues as long steep walk down and back. Despite this and the temporary issue with the WiFi we would definitely return to this hotel.

Where do I start - this will be an honest, lengthy review. First of all, the hotel is in an amazing location. I would rate the room 5/10. Pros - it was spacious, decent balcony with a nice view at night and it had a long length mirror. Cons - the air conditioning was weak - you only felt it when you were stood under it. At night we were very hot; Ventilation in the bathroom is also terrible; Lighting is horrendous - there are 2 side lights, 1 dim lamp and a normal lamp - there was not a main light which seemed weird to me; the shower pressure was good but at random times it would go boiling hot; you can hear the people in the next room - i knew when they woke up and opened their balacony door, they don't offer a free iron (I've never been to a hotel even out of the UK that doesn't have an iron) and instead had to pay for the services. Having said that the housekeepers were so friendly and I was told the ironing would be done within 2 days but was done with an hour. Tina who was at the desk was amazing and friendly - I hope everyone meets her when they check in! She makes you feel really welcomed and went the extra mile with my reservation at a restaurant, thank you so much! The bar staff very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment isn't the best but it's something to do when you don't want to sleep or would like a drink with background noise. Unfortunately, I really wanted to like the hotel but each day something would come up and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone going to Gran Canaria

I recently stayed at the Gran Canaria Princess, and while the hotel itself has potential, my experience left much to be desired. The food was disappointing throughout most of my stay. I struggled to find something I genuinely enjoyed until Thursday, which was frustrating given the high expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. The lack of variety or quality made me dread mealtimes, which is not something you want during a holiday. All-Inclusive Plus: I was not informed about the “All-Inclusive Plus” option during check-in, which led to an awkward situation when I tried to use the pool bar. I was embarrassingly turned away and told to use the self-service area instead. This could have easily been avoided if the staff had taken the time to explain the options and amenities properly. Upon arrival, I was only told the times for dinner and nothing else. I wasn’t given any guidance on where facilities like the self-service area, bars, or other amenities were located. This left me wandering around trying to figure things out, which is not the kind of welcome I expected. A quick orientation or a map would have made a significant difference. Overall, the lack of communication and the poor dining experience overshadowed the positives of the hotel. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially in ensuring guests feel informed and welcome from the moment they arrive.

The atmosphere is serene, making it ideal for couples and solo travelers alike. The room was clean and the staff were always polite and friendly with a smile and always greeting me. I like the fact it is also wheelchair and accessible friendly. The pools were great and I love the fact that even at 10am there were plenty of sunbeds available due to the notice on each one. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing animation team. They were engaging and brought a fun, lively energy to the hotel without being intrusive. Their enthusiasm truly enhanced the overall experience. The variety of food available was impressive, with options catering to all tastes, every meal was a delight. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rodos Maris, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with every detail, but a few highlights truly stood out. Firstly, the food at the hotel was another memorable aspect of my stay. Each meal was delicious, with a diverse range of cuisines to try. The real stars of the culinary experience, though, were the sweets! Each dessert was like a work of art, both in presentation and taste. I found myself eagerly awaiting each meal just to try a new treat—the pastries, cakes, and chocolate delicacies were simply out of this world. The sea view was beyond breathtaking. The beach was pristine with crystal-clear waters, and the gentle waves created the most serene atmosphere. Whether lounging by the shore or taking a sunset stroll, I felt as if I’d found a slice of paradise. Lastly, a special mention to the wonderful team at the Mexican restaurant. The waitresses were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family from the start. Their warmth added an extra layer of enjoyment to each dining experience, making it feel truly authentic.

Lovely hotel...rated at a 5* but at best a possible 3+/4 but... The staff are amazing!! Big shout out to Chris,Elizabeth and Junior at the bar!!! The hotel is currently going through renovations which it does need, we were lucky enough to get a newly renovated room (633) we went on the last week of the season and the staff couldn't do enough for us! Welcome drinks on arrival, golf buggy to our room, mini fridge filled daily, fresh towels on request...some aspects were definitely 5* such as service...the small things like quality products in the room and the points I've previously mentioned. Down side some staff were rude but we have put it down to it being the end of the season and exhausted. Value for money...YES!!! location AMAZING!!! I would recommend getting a private transfer though as even with a taxi it was still 1 hour from the airport. Entertainment excellent 👍🏻. We will be returning for sure.

We stayed in the resort for 7 nights. It was our first time at this place and the welcome impression was the most disappointing. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. For example, she didn't inform us about things like fitness with Angie? I found this info here on Google reviews. She made a fuss to answer any question. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Another thing is that we didn't have electricity in our bungalow. So on arrival we couldn't have a shower, stayed in the dark room with not working minibar, without air-conditioning or couldn't charge our phones. It really made a really bad first impression. It took 2 full days to get to the point where the mini fridge actually started to work! Above all we also had to pay tax upon the arrival for the every day stay at the hotel. Also, our son didn't get a proper duvet just some old blanket to cover. Although we couldn't complain about the food or drinks. Those were really good. The stuff and management of the restaurants- truly 5 stars.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, making it super convenient to enjoy the sun and surf every day. One of the highlights of my experience was the incredible activities offered by the hotel. Angie, who runs several of the fitness programs, truly made our stay memorable. Angie also organized daily volleyball games, which were so much fun and a great way to meet other guests. Absolutely wonderful octobee half term holiday. We had 17 family members ( 5 family units) 7 children and 10 adults. We had a mixture of family rooms and bungalows. The staff were very helpful and responsive if there was a problem. We had a beautiful room and the food was delicious. The pools were a bit cold for the kids so we spent most of our time all together on the beach. They water was warm and the bar staff very good. Sunbeds are a bit rubbish though. Great holiday would definitely go again.

We loved our stay at Cooks Club. The hotel is in a great central location with easy access to all the great bits of the island. The hotel has been designed beautifully inside and out. Not only that but it's very clean and there were always pleasant staff to greet you. The lobby, dining hall and grounds are all immaculate and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are a decent size and ours overlooked a mountain which was lovely! The bed was very comfy and the room was nicely appointed. It had a luxury feel. The app that they use to order food works seamlessly. There was a good choice every night and it wasn't all the same stuff. There was a good choice of Greek cuisine too. This is no buffet, food is delivered beautifully to your table. The a la carte restaurant is amazing. The best food we had on the island! Don't be afraid to order something a bit different! There is a good array of drinks too. You don't feel hemmed in by the all inclusive at all. So summary- great hotel! I would visit this one and the others in the group. Don't hesitate to book!

As regular fans of Cooks Club, we were disappointed by our stay at Cooks Club Corfu. While the staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel did not meet expectations. The all-inclusive package is overpriced for the low quality of food, which felt more like a canteen experience. The hotel isn’t suitable for relaxation either, with loud music playing all day and live performances at night, making it hard to sleep. The location is far from appealing, with no beach nearby and a setting that feels industrial. You can hear traffic from the main road every morning and throughout the day. Overall, this stay was a disappointment, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the Cooks Club standard we’ve experienced elsewhere.

All the staff are great, rooms are clean, and 2 pools to choose from!. Entertainment is also very good, particularly Double Trouble. After staying at this hotel last year, I was really looking forward to another visit. Reception and customer services – we arrive at about 02:30am and checked in easily but little information was provided, we were offered basic sandwiches too but they didn’t look very appetising. Customer services were the most helpful at times when issues arose and they didn’t seem too interested in finding resolutions either. Room, #798 was large, and had a partial sea view balcony (side street), room housekeeping was hit and miss with towels not always changed and pillowcases were missing a couple of times. Lifts, at various times at least one was out of service and lift no. 3 overloaded with more than two persons! Pool areas and bars – probably the biggest disappointment, despite the advertised times the rooftop bar closed early several times with no notice or warning – one the lights were switched off whilst a group of us were still present. Main pool bar also closes early not that they have a swanky new theatre but this means that the entire hotel uses on small bar – big queues and the sports bar was also never open but this was as friendly as a hospital waiting room anyway! Pool towels were available on payment of a €10 deposit, towels changeable at the bars and sauna but these were shabby and thin, at checkout e returned our two cards they said we only paid for one but relented and repaid the €20! Main restaurant – OK on the whole and a reasonable choice available to suit most tastes. Wine and beer on tap, fruit juices and coffee via machines. Deserts were rather disappointing but on our first night they had some stunning blue cheese! All in all, this could be a great hotel (not sure the claimed four stars are accurate) l but it is obviously run on a budget with management taking absolutely no notice of any feedback looking through this site.

Large hotel with lots of things to do. From the roof top bar/pool to the spa. Staff were very friendly. Only thing that lets it down is it is somewhat out of date the rooms etc. Needs some modernisation. Which appeared to have been happening slowly. Right on the road and next to bus stops. So easy to hop on the bus and go do what you want and get dropped off right at the door.

Don't bother coming here in November. At the rooftop pool the bar is closed "due to it being winter" and there's nowhere to buy drinks or snacks except vending machines. If you can't cater for people in November then don't take their money and bring them here! Room is nice, view is lovely. But the service experience really dampens the holiday.

Visited early November 2024: Excellent location, just 30mins walk along the beach to Albufeira Town which includes a few nice refreshment stops along the way. The other way, there is a nice walk along the beach which also was very quiet, due to the time of year. The hotel has the end of the beach, which was very quiet when we visited. The outside pool is quite large but we didn't choose to use it as every morning the bathing seagulls filled the pool with feathers, of which the staff did clear out every day, besides having access to the sea was much more desirable. The indoor pool was an adventure to find, for some reason the signs in the hotel are not correct. The rooms are semi-modern and ours on the third floor was in need of a bit of a revamp. There is next to no soundproofing so expect to be woken up by late night party goes, non the less the bed was very comfortable and we were able to drift back to sleep. All in all, very good base to get around a few places and leasurely walks to town. There is a party strip up there road from the hotel so expect it to be busy during peak seasons. The staff were excellent, very attentive and helpful. The male attendant at breakfast in the morning made an effort to welcome us and say "good morning". Breakfast was a standard affair, full English seemed to be the most popular but there was a good selection of fresh fruit.

5 star i think not. First impressions were not bad until told at reception breakfast was by the pool area and lunch and dinner was in another hotel located about 600 yards away. Rooms was tired but clean on first day but never cleaned thereafter. Towels not changed, bin not emptied, cups not cleaned. Then when we run out of tea and coffee for the room we was told its complimentary for the first day only and take your own . Also they don't provide milk or water which was a bit tight as an all inclusive 5star hotel. The food served for breakfast was OK and ample. The food served in the other mutha hotelin jacs bar was atrocious to say the least. The indoor pool which was said to be on the 4th floor In the lift was actually on the 1st floor. Reception apart from the day of arrival was abysmal and unhelpful in all aspects. Would I stay there again?????? Not on your nellly...... as for 5 star more like 2 star..

Whoever rates this place at more than 2 starts clearly had to be drunk. The hotel is outdated throughout, and the room is from 1990 at the very best. Whoever thought about giving this hotel 4 starts clearly has no clue about what they are doing, and 5 stars sight at the entrance to the reception. It is a silly joke. Food option for all-inclusive is shocking at push, you get the same 3 option buffet in the morning and although you can book yourself a dinner in one of many restaurants which they own, we left the place after 15 mins as I wouldn't feed my dog with what was served. I have automatically cancelled all reservations which we had for the rest of the week and when chatting to the receptionist, he just knocked his head and said that he knows how poor it is and there is nothing he could do about it and simply apologised. 3* Hotels in Spain seem to be luxurious to this, and although we are only 3 days in our 7, I would already book a plane back if I could only get the money back.

States on welcome letter, food and drink not to be taken to room or there will be a charge, if wristband lost €25 charge... €100 per room deposit, never have i been asked to pay deposit in any hotel I have stayed in especially a supposed 5 star.. But still made the best if it...

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week whilst visiting paphos. Tldr; Overall, I would give this hotel 3/5 stars, good hotel ONLY if you get it for a good price like we did. I wouldn't recommend it at all for young couples in their 20s and early 30s or anyone seeking anything other than sun, beach and being poolside. Rooms 2/5: the rooms are dated and not particularly well equipped. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are really poor. The air con in the room works fine, the TV is tiny, has about 8 channels that are all in greek. We got the sea view room and the view was good however depending on which sea view room you got your view could be amazing or awful. Our towels were changed daily and bed made with some light cleaning. Staff/service 3/5: once again it was just decent. The staff don't really talk to you or say much, they're not particularly friendly but not rude either. A very average service throughout. Food 4/5: the food was surprisingly good considering it was included, we got half board breakfast and dinner and both are buffet style. We were both surprised at the quality and the amount of choice. Notably the meat choices for the dinner service. I read a few reviews before coming to the hotel, that the food was poor however it is clear that those people were unrealistic considering this is a hotel on the cheaper side. Drink 2/5: I usually wouldn't write a section just for drink but this is important. They have the WORST selection of 3 beers and 0 cider options which was surprising to me. They do however get +1 star for the cocktails that although do not look great and are not made with any real care, are loaded with what I can only call "super measures" of spirits. Hotel environment. 3/5: once again it was very standard and nothing special. The pool is big with ample seating, there is a standard sized indoor pool and sauna and a TV room with a small TV. There is daily evening entertainment which is probably the worst thing about the hotel. It was either music or bingo or both, and the musicians could have been anyone they pulled off the street, furthermore you have no choice in listening to it and the windows are not soundproof. Local area 3/5: you're pretty far out from the centre of pathos but there are travel options very close to the hotel. There is a particularly good beach spot a short walk away but be advised, other than this beach there is nothing else to do locally that is not shopping or eating. There was no evidence of local crime or scamming going on and the area seemed safe and mostly clean.

Positives: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean (but cold). Outside is better than the inside and the grounds were well kept. Negatives: We went for 5 days. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedding wasn't changed nor did we get clean towels until I complained - twice. There were also cockroaches in the room. The food was disgusting and lukewarm and flies kept landing on it all as it wasn't covered. For a 4* hotel I expected the food to be at least adequate but it truly wasn't. The entertainment wasn't the best but we were out of season. It is located on the beach but there is no access directly and its very rocky. The indoor pool is even colder than the outside which seemed odd. The all inclusive drinks don't include Latte, milkshake, hot chocolate etc and u have to pay separately for those. To keep it's 4* rating it needs completely refurbishing inside and new chefs/food choices.

I liked the hotel and the rooms. Especially the staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet was with some of variety. I went with my 2 daughters and they loved the pool especially the saltwater one. Which was close to our room. We didn’t really use our private pool because it was too cold. Beautiful surroundings and taken care of. Since nothing is perfect there were a few things I didn’t like. That we had to pay for the gaming bit. A few coins per day would have been nice for the kids and I couldn’t get the drinks refilled at breakfast or dinner buffet. Beautiful country seemed very safe they even had a refrigerator outside the store even when the store was closed. And didn’t have to pay for parking! 🥰

We recently stayed at the Mitsis Ramira and had an overall enjoyable experience, though there were some areas for improvement. The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and unfortunately located in front of the hotel’s air conditioning engine, which made it less than ideal. The main building rooms could definitely benefit from some renovations to match the rest of the hotel's offerings. On a positive note, the food had a lot of variety and was generally good, though nothing stood out as exceptional. The service, however, was excellent. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a highlight—very clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to relax. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of a very nice beach, though it is a bit stony, so something to keep in mind. The animation team did a fantastic job keeping guests entertained with fun and interesting activities throughout the day. There was a dedicated crew for children, and activities like morning yoga and more, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if the room conditions improve with some updates.

From arrival, we were greeted with warmth and welcoming by Miltiadis which continued throughout our stay. The room which we stayed in was a family room with private pool and was always maintained and stocked for our visit. A minor during this season is that the sun does not hit the private pool or deck but the main pool is fully enjoyable and in sun. The beach always had sun beds available and the sea was stunning and warm. The beach bar staff were exceptional and we highly recommend visiting this bar. The food was fantastic. The bar was tremendous with great compliments of live bands playing throughout the nights. The evening cocktail bars were very relaxing and chilled out. Staff were very prompt and friendly with special mentions to Erika and Edi. Overall a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was stunning and everybody was so friendly. Mariana was lovely. The room was left spotless and she even left us flowers. Absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come here again. The building, pool and beach was amazing. Loved it here and we don’t want to leave!

From the minute you walk in its lovely. The staff really want to help you have the best time. The entertainment staff come and chat and sit with you, dance with you. Play uno with you. The food is cooked fresh to order in many parts of the main restaurant. Beds are really comfy. We had a side view family room with partition, the child's part has no plug sockets but apart from that it's lovely. Patio to sit and watch the sunset over the sea. Shows every night different ones.

Had such a wonderful holiday with the girls at this hotel. Every employee was so polite and accommodating. The hotel is so clean and pretty, great facilities and the beach near by was lovely for morning walks. Would happily come back and would recommend to families or groups of friends. It’s in a great location and has lots of lovely bars and restaurants near by. You feel really safe and welcome in the hotel, we were all at ease and could really relax. Although we made the best of our holiday and the entertainment staff, dining staff were all amazing, however.... The reception staff and management let it down. My husband became seriously ill during the first night and staff were unable to help with first aid or even willing to come to the room to assist. Hence the reason for the low rating. You really become aware you are a number very quickly!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel, and we absolutely loved it! Starting with the warm and welcoming reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, excellent service, delicious food, and finishing with the hotel’s prime location, which offers direct access to the oceanfront promenade. This spot is perfect for spending your evenings, with numerous small restaurants, lots of people strolling by the ocean, and top-notch security. About the Hotel: **Reception:** I give the reception team the highest rating. They are a fantastic team of professionals, ready to solve any issue and always friendly to every guest. We interacted the most with a young man named Adil. He always explained everything, assisted in any situation, and gave excellent advice. I want to express my special gratitude to him for the warmth of his heart. **Room Cleanliness**: Excellent rating. Fresh towels were always provided, beds were neatly made. The room had everything necessary: a TV, a safe, a fridge, a large glass water bottle (the hotel follows a “plastic-free” policy), and glasses. The furniture was good, the beds were comfortable, and the mattresses had the right firmness. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a handheld shower, a rain shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, and glass cups for rinsing. Everything was always spotless. Additionally, the room had a balcony with a table, chairs, and a drying rack — a huge plus for drying swimsuits. **Restaurant:** Also deserves the highest rating. The food catered to all tastes — you’ll never go hungry. In the mornings, you can enjoy various fresh juices, coffee, tea, and the traditional mint tea. The team of waiters was exceptional, always ensuring the comfort of guests. The bar was always lively, with welcoming bartenders. Rating: Excellent. **Moroccan Cuisine Restaurant:** The hotel also features a Moroccan cuisine restaurant, which requires an advance reservation. The service here was outstanding — bravo to the team! **Pools and Towels:** The property has two adult pools and one for children. Towels can be picked up with a card and exchanged throughout the day as needed. These towels can also be used at the hotel’s private beach by the ocean, where a lifeguard team is present. The water is heated in only one pool (the deep one, 2.2 meters) and the children’s pool. However, the water in the other pool (1.6 meters deep) was quite cold, which **Disappointed** me. By the pool, there is also a restaurant and a bar where guests can enjoy lunch without leaving the area. Additionally, there is a clean restroom nearby. The spa area has a pool with mineral water at a very comfortable temperature, but guests can only use it for free for two hours a day, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. **Entertainment Team:** The hotel has a team of animators who are fantastic — cheerful, humorous, and very friendly. In the evenings, they organize dances and entertain guests. Rating: Excellent! I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit the magical country of Morocco and immerse themselves in its culture. We had a wonderful time and never regretted choosing this hotel for a moment!

I stayed at this hotel in December, temperatures were 28-30degrees. The air conditioning in the hotel was turned off for the Moroccan winter season. Unfortunately had many restless and hot nights. Everything else was great (location, service, excursions, facilities, food and meal times) and I would come back here.

Absolutely amazing resort. The interior is beautiful. The amount of places to chill inside and outside is luscious. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The beds are insanely comfy. The rooms are so spacious and big and the bathrooms are really nice. The food was really nice. Some of the best all inclusive food I’ve eaten. Staff are really Friendly. The on-sight entertainment is amazing. The team is lovely. Overall I’ve had an amazing week and would deffoooooo be returning!!!!! Only thing I would say is bring some tissues and make sure to iron your clothes and getting your hands on an iron is near impossible and there’s never any tissues but these are minor ‘problems’.

Fabulous hotel, rooms are so clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice at mealtimes and plenty of drinks choices. EVERYBODY at the hotel are super friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The animation team are lots of fun. The pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds and towels to change every day round the pool. The evening entertainment was fun and something different every night. Lots of quiet places to sit and relax too. We really did enjoy our stay here and would love to return in the future. Thank you to all the staff at Sol Oasis for such a fabulous holiday

Great food. Good drinks. Really nice resort. The fire pits in the evening were fantastic. Evening entertainment (casino/ bingo/ the voice competition) were all fun. The pool is heated during the winter months (slightly chilly but can definitely get into the water.)

We had a lovely stay at the Sol Oasis, Marrakech in November 2024. We booked a last minute deal only 3 weeks ago. I can highly recommend for a lovely winter break. The hotel was fabulous. Food is fantastic and all the staff are so happy and engaging. Plenty to do all day with activities around the pool, but not so loud you are disturbed if you don’t want to join in. No hassle, completely relaxing stress-free break. Definitely looking to return again, hopefully next year. 5 out 5

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We can not rate it highly enough. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is first class, especially the sweets, delicious 😋. Rooms are spacious, towels changed every day. There are shampoos, conditioner, shower gel all provided. The animation team were so friendly and tried to get everyone involved. There were so many activities we couldn't fit it all in. Lastly, the beach is probably one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been on. The sea crystal clear with lovely fine sand. I can highly recommend a visit to this lovely hotel.

Everything about the resort was phenomenal. The food was incredible. The entertainment was unmatched. The workers couldn’t be more helpful, they are so cheerful and inviting. The entertainment staff had so much energy and filled the entire trip with joy. I cannot stress enough how amazing they truly are. They remember you and engage with you throughout your entire visit. The cleaning staff leave the most incredible towel designs everyday. I would come back in a heartbeat! This place is incredible and so magical. This is the perfect place to be both insanely busy or equal just to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I would recommend this place to friends, family or just couples. Returned home on the 20/11/24 from 10 nights stay. This was our 2nd visit within 6months and oh boy it did not disappoint, staff were as friendly as we remembered. Great food with plenty of choices and it was so nice to have more fresh fruit and salad available this time, the hotel was busier but made no difference to serve or waiting times, infact the staff kept the hotel running very smoothly. Hotel is kept immaculate, the ground staff do such an amazing job. Can't wait to return again next year.

Just returned from here (19/11/24) not a 5 star hotel the room was lovely cleaned each day with fresh towels FOOD what can I say did not cater for anyone unless you were russian all I had was fried egg and bread for breakfast and chips and bread for lunch and dinner we went to the Chinese the food was cold the Italian was hot & enjoyable views of the gardens were lovely the pools caters for all lovely and clean, the beaches was fine lots of entertainment for all but you had to be early to get a bed the shops around the two hotels were ok but shop keepers were pushy. Come to checking out time at reception they tried to charge us for two key cards we were only giving one reception staff need more training on how to be polite. In all not what we expected ( poor really)

We chose this holiday through EasyJet Holidays, drawn by the promise of an all-inclusive package. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the sheer size of the complex and the number of guests it accommodates. Unfortunately, the food experience at the buffet restaurant was deeply disappointing. Despite the variety offered, much of the food was unappetizing and of poor quality throughout our seven-night stay. To make matters worse, both my wife and I contracted a stomach bug during our visit, which took 4 days for her to recover and 5-7 days for me. We were not alone in this; several other guests we spoke to also experienced similar symptoms, with some reporting cases of diarrhoea. This was particularly concerning and put a significant damper on the holiday. If you plan to stay here, be cautious about the buffet and consider packing medication such as Imodium, just in case. While the resort has its strengths, the dining experience and health concerns overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable holiday.

It was a bit busy season so that everything was late. We'd paid for premium but till I raised an issue, the reception didn't give me the upgrade. Also I understood the reception was busy all the time, most of them were really helpful but ONE wasn't. I was very offended and had a complained, but she wasn't change. No bother. Room was clean itself but bed was a bit smaller than normal. Resort was big enough so many place to play. Food is under expectation. 😱

There's nothing terrible about this hotel, but nothing great about it either, It is average at best. Food bland, dry and not very tasty, But it is adequate. You won't starve. Staff a mixed bag, some really helpful, others look like they'd rather be anywhere else on earth but here. Hotel is very clean, that is one positive. But there are few others

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel! The service was excellent , they fulfilled all our requests and were very serviceable. Although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet, pleasant and peaceful vacation. The hotel grounds are enormous so we always found an available spot at the pool and at the beach. The hotel beach is just beautiful ! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our stay here! Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic! The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!

Hotel very nice location is good too but if you want to go to the old town it’s bit too far about 2 hrs away. I stayed in this hotel in August 2024. Overall hotel is very beautiful but there are some things I didn’t like beach towels are too far from the beach and I didn’t like the plastic cups in the pool and beach bars. There is not enough changing cubicles in the beach only one that I saw. Food was very nice but they need to put more choice of food. Staff were amazing specially in the main restaurant. I didn’t like Dimitri at the beach bar he was always grumpy. Rooms are very clean. Staff is amazing. Entertainment team love you all thank you.

This wasn’t our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. There’s so much space and plenty of activities to enjoy, yet it never feels too crowded. The food is decent, everything is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is always vibrant and uplifting. What really stood out to us this time, even more than before, was just how hard the staff works to make your holiday as perfect as possible - everyone. They truly go above and beyond. Just one of examples - we had a minor issue when our daughter twisted a muscle, but the spa staff immediately found an available slot and worked their magic—she was back on her feet like nothing ever happened. You had to see how dedicated they are !!! Everyone in hotel deserves a big thank you for their dedication and effort. The only downside was the behavior of some hotel guests who were leaving a mess behind them. It's disappointing to see such disregard for others. However, they are minority. Despite that, we’re certain we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Please always smile to people who work hard there, and you will see the magic back !
