Perfect get away for a few days ! The hotel is definitely not a 5 star by UK standards however the food was lovely and the facilities were brilliant. We enjoyed a massage in the spa and a sunbathe by the pool. Rooms were spacious however dated but for the price I couldn’t complain. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and we spoke to reception who had a Maintinence worker at our room within 5 minutes who thoroughly took care of the bugs and even returned a few hours later to see if we’d had any more issues! Upon leaving our taxi to the airport didn’t show up so security called us a taxi and waited with us for it as he didn’t want us being outside by ourselves in the middle of the night as two young females. The care & service of the staff at the hotel was brilliant !!

This is not a five-star hotel, and honestly, I’m not quite sure what rating to give it. I’d say it’s a solid three stars. We stayed here for just one night, mainly because the hotel has a pool — that was our main reason for choosing it.
Yes, there are pools, but in reality, only the kids’ pool and one of the general pools are open. The largest and deepest pool is under maintenance — and that’s during the start of the season, which seems like a very odd decision. Especially considering that we were here two months ago, in winter, and everything was working perfectly back then.
Now, with only one small general pool available, it gets overcrowded quickly. The atmosphere is not exactly pleasant — it feels cramped and far from relaxing.
As for the food — it’s a mixed experience. The snacks are very basic and limited, nothing special. However, dinner and breakfast were actually good: full meals, decent variety, and tasty.
One more issue worth mentioning — there were no towels available at the pool. We checked in at 3:30 PM, and by the time we arrived at the pool around 5:40 PM, there were no towels left. It’s a small thing, but it really affects the overall impression.
In summary, this hotel might be okay for a short stay if you’re not too demanding and don’t mind some inconveniences. But if you’re looking for comfort and proper service — you might want to consider other options.

We had a pleasant holiday overall. I think this place is great value for money, but avoid it if you are expecting a 5 star treatment.
The rooms are spacious, although a bit dated. The cleaning service is fine although the blankets in the room had a bit of a strange smell.
In general, the whole structure could use some modernization, it looks like it has been like this since the 80’s.
One downside is the strict adherence to check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM, even with the all-inclusive package. On the day of arrival, we got there at 9 AM but had to wait until 3 PM to access the buffet. On the day of departure, our wristbands were cut at noon which us something I’ve never experienced in other all-inclusive resorts.
The food was very good with great selection(and we’re Italian so believe us!!), and the all-inclusive offer was acceptable. The show cooking chef was so kind to us we really enjoyed the small talk!!
However, it was disappointing that you can’t enjoy any meals on the day of arrival or departure especially considering the large amount of food that goes to waste.
Regarding its location, the hotel is very close to the airport, so frequent flights pass overhead, it didn’t bother me personally.
It’s also conveniently located near Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje, both easy to reach by car. However, getting to the north side of the island takes over 40 minutes on the highway. There isn’t much to do in the immediate area around the hotel, so in the evening, it’s better to head to Los Cristianos.
However, you can reach sandy beaches like playa tejitas or playa de las vistas within 10/20 min by car, just keep in mind that in some parts of the day (3PM and 6PM) the streets are congested.

We had what is called a "Day Pass " to enjoy the spa and lunch at the hotel.
The spa was good, but we did expect better at a 5* hotel . More therapeutic jets around the pool, please.
A couple of things we didn't like were the fact that the tiles are quite slippy and it looked like people had glasses of water from the free dispenser, I hope that they were plastic cups that are much safer around a swimming pool.
The buffet was enjoyable, and we felt that there was a very good variety of food to choose from. We actually had a good laugh at some of the other diners, especially the man being fed by his partner because he was too busy with his phone and the woman who was filling her pool bag with extras for her time by the main swimming pool.

3rd time back here normally absolutely amazing but this time a let down... food wasn't that great always cold and the same thing over n over again.
Entertainment has gone right down since Miguel maximo is no longer here you have some new entertainers that don't know what they are doing 3 hrs for 2 games of bingo 🤦♀️🤣 we popped our head in most nights but walked away and went time the Irish bar up the road
Rooms are amazing the beds are comfy and so much space in rooms. The kitchen however is locked untill you request it to be open for 5 euros night which has only happened recently as wasn't before. Instead you now have your fridge in lounge and kettle on table.
Pool area is rely good apart from the flys which drive you crazy. All in all a good holiday but won't return for the 4th time.
