We had a great time at this hotel and was very impressed. Our stay from start to finish the staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Value for money you cannot go wrong, they have all the amenities including a 24 hour bar, gym, sauna and steam room available. We booked 3 separate rooms which they gave us all next to each other which was a nice gesture. Rooms were very clean and everything was as it should be, rooms decorated and finished to a nice standard. They have plenty of entertainment and activities, games for adults and kids to play as well as a kids club so parents can enjoy time to themselves if wanted. A special thanks to Anil (waiter on roller skates) who was a great waiter and lovely host for us, always smiling and happy to help. The only thing I could pick on was that they should have more than 2 irons and a stand in each room or available separately for a 200 room hotel, other than this everything was perfect. Thanks again to all the staff.

Just came back from a 5 day stay at this hotel with my mum and sister. It was a very clean, grand and deluxe hotel with many amenities. CONS: - entertainment team was not good. They weren’t personable and didn’t get everyone involved in activities( I didn’t see many occurring). They need to work on getting people involved and recognising guests. - Food was too repetitive. Even on different themed nights, the food was the same. Most was tasty but breakfast was boring so thre needs to be some variety with all foods at different times of the day and the desserts. Also, the “snack time” should not be a repeat of the food that was served at dinner. PROS: - The bar service. The iced coffees, drinks and bottles at all time were amazing, especially when it’s so hot outside. Only thing I wish there was more non alcoholic cocktails. - The hotel was clean and beautiful - The security was amazing especially the man with white hair, who always used to park my car. - The rooms were always cleaned well and with great additions - All hotel staff tried to help at all times. - Good location for public transport but I would recommend taxis and cars if trvavlling to main Antalya. - Shops around hotel have good prices and are friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay that we enjoyed and can’t wait to be back!!!

Flawless top to bottom. Greeted on arrival at 2am helped with baggage, room upgraded and food/drink available at 2am for guests who arrive late. Hotel was extremely clean, from pool lobbys, beach, sun deck, rooms. Food had SO MUCH variety more than i could count as well as desserts. Unlimited drinks all day, streetfood bar next to beach downstairs. Paradise level experience. Service from team was excellent, all very friendly prompt and so so respectful. I genuinely couldnt fault this hotel even if i tried. Ahmet needs a raise, works very hard and service is amazing- true gentlemen

The hotel, which does not meet the 4-star standard, is old and in terrible condition, and it is not called Sirius Deluxe. The restaurant on the beach has a terrible employee who bakes Viennese waffles, does not follow sanitary standards, is rude, and behaves in an extremely inappropriate manner. Today, I changed my opinion about the hotel. The restaurants were clean, and the evening disco was amazing! Before, it was dull and sad!

We had a great time spending 10 days at the Hollywood Mirage. Staff were very good, welcoming and helpful. You get a small cleaning pack containing washing up liquid and cloths which is a nice touch. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our room had a spiral staircase up to the bedroom., it wasn’t the widest but it was fine for us. We chose to use pool 2 out of the three we could choose from. It gave as the most shade during the hottest times of the day. We will look to come back and stay in the future.

We stayed at Hollywood Mirage for a week. Place looked great at first, but not for long. On the second night of our stay we have discovered the place is full of cockroaches. You could see them on the halls and in bathrooms.The place looks great on the outside but the rooms are not too clean. You could see dust all over the room. We had a cleaning lady come in once during our stay to change the sheets and give fresh towels. On the positive note, the hotel gives you free bus connection to the beach. The hotel is located on a hill, so taking a bus directly to the hotel is a huge plus. Food was average as it usually is in hotels, so no complaints here. If you want to try nice Spanish cuisine, go to a restaurant.

Had a fabulous stay here with family and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Would come again and select particular rooms in advance. We were content with the three pools on offer and appreciated the different vibe to suit how we were feeling each day. The breakfast was good for us, with lots of variety. The little shop on site was super handy! We didn’t mind the location of the hotel and made use of the free busses down to the coast. We could still see the sea! I really enjoyed the entertainment night with the BBQ food by the pool and the aqua gym class was a lot of fun each day! The rooms were spotless and clean, with plenty of space. Exceptional value for money!

Spent 15 nights in Hollywood Mirage with my family of 5. The room was very clean, spacious and we had a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. We look forward to returning again next year. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lifeguard Victor at the Beverly Hills pool is the best. He's always willing to help with sunbeds and spends his day making sure everyone is well taken care of. Thank you.

Was here for a week mid July and One of the worst stays from a comfort and chill point of view. Why cant they have one of pools for adults only? GOOD: Reception staff, free bus, decent supermarket 2 minutes away down the road, rooms we big and decent air-conditioning, kitchen facilities and beds we hard but okay. BAD: Pool! Never went in any of the pools once on our entire stay! Too many people, all pools kids taken over, hardly and sunbeds you had people queuing early morning lined up with their towels!! Never been away before when we couldn't use the pool ever this was the 1st. Distance to resort was huge!! Maybe walk down in 30 minutes but back up take you for ever if your legs didn't fall off 1st..Couldn't grab a coffee from the pool bar was told to move along and couldn't sit down even though most of the tables were empty and even if we decided to grab some food that put us off and didn't make us feel like guests of that hotel.

We recently stayed and while there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that need improvement. **Pros:** - The pool was fantastic for kids, providing a great space for them to enjoy. **Cons:** - Unfortunately, we noticed that our children kept getting cuts on their feet while playing in the pool, which was concerning. - There was a lack of kids' entertainment around the pool during the day. Unless you bring your own floats, there isn't much for the children to do. - The arcade, which was advertised, was quite disappointing and misleading in terms of what was available. - The food options for children were limited. While adults and less picky eaters might find something to enjoy, we often had to order food from outside the hotel, even though we were on an all-inclusive plan. We also found ourselves frequently visiting the on-site shop for snacks and drinks. - Bar food was only available through table service, and we had to skip lunch at the restaurant due to the limited options. - Our room, despite being part of the all-inclusive package, did not include a kettle or coffee/tea facilities, which was a letdown as many other hotels provide this amenity. **Evening Entertainment:** The nighttime entertainment left much to be desired. The kids' disco played the same five songs in a repetitive order, and while bingo was fun, it felt like other hotels offered much more engaging entertainment options. While we appreciated the cost-saving aspect of this holiday, we likely won't be returning . If you plan to stay here, I recommend bringing mosquito repellent for the evenings as well. Overall, I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its offerings for families

Superb service, excellent location, great entertainment options, and spacious apartments. Ideal for families with children! The overall experience was very good. However, the guest handling during check-out could be improved — the staff member (possibly a supervisor or manager) showed unprofessional behaviour, which was disappointing. That said, I still strongly recommend this place, especially for those travelling with kids.

Apartments were a great size and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool areas were very nice and clean, the adult only pool was our favourite and not too overcrowded. The free shuttle bus to and from the beach was fantastic and so convenient, running very regularly. The hotel is a little out of the way so expect a 15/20 minute walk down to the main strip but it is a flat walk. We only had breakfast during our stay which was nice enough and offered a good selection of food, but the actual dining area was very chaotic. Entertainment is good, there seemed to be a lot of activities on offer for children during the day and nighttime entertainment went on to around 11-11:30pm. Drinks very reasonabley priced from the bar. On site shop also very reasonably priced and has a great variety of products on offer.

We recently stayed at Lagotel in Playa de Muro and had an overall enjoyable experience. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The staff were consistently lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and came with a generously sized balcony, though we did experience some issues with mosquitos in the room and bathroom. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. While the hotel has good facilities, it wasn’t always easy to navigate. For example, we only discovered the separate adult pool on our last day. Clearer signage or a welcome guide would have been helpful. The food selection was great and varied, which I really enjoyed. However, having labels on the dishes would make it easier to know what was being served, and a few more drink options at mealtimes would be nice — currently it’s mainly wine or beer. The lunch bar by the pool was a lovely touch, though again, drink options were quite limited. I was a bit disappointed to learn that cocktails were only available after 7 p.m., as that’s usually my preferred choice over wine. Entertainment was lively and the bingo was a fun highlight of the evenings. That said, our room faced the stage area, and the loud music and noise made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. There’s a lovely beach nearby which is great for a relaxing day out, but aside from that, there isn’t too much to see or do in the immediate area unless you rent a car or take a taxi elsewhere. Overall, Lagotel offers a good experience, but a few small changes — like clearer information, improved air conditioning, and more flexible drink options — could really enhance the stay.

Two adults, three kids. So the positives, nice clean hotel, pools nice and a few of them but not massive, so get busy but not loads of idiots running for bed in the morning (there are a few though!). All staff seemed nice and helpful. Aircon in rooms good, worked well. Location very good, walking distance to the beach and a nice walk, beach very busy so worth driving out if you can but a decent size anyway. Lots of nice restaurants around the area too. The negatives, once the sun goes down lots of mosquitos, been several times so it's the norm. Back to the hotel, the entertainment goes on until 11.30/12, if you want to sleep ask not to get a room overlooking the pool area as the noise is unbearable! The food is just OK, as you would reflect a buffet but almost the same things every night, breakfast very samey, sometimes with chips though? Evening meals also the same and bland. Ended up going for meals out by the end of the week as it was a constant disappointment. Overall though I would highly recommend, there are more positives then negatives.

We recently stayed for 9 nights at Hotel Magic Cristal Park with an all-inclusive package. Our initial room had no phone signal, no view, and no hair dryer. However, after speaking with the manager on the second day, she was incredibly kind and responsive. While we had lunch, she resolved everything within 20 minutes and moved us to a much nicer room that had all we needed. She also explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations, improving room by room. Some may find the style old-fashioned, but that’s part of the hotel's charm—they’re preserving its classic look while upgrading the facilities. The food was absolutely amazing—many compliments and blessings to the chefs! Great variety, delicious flavors, and consistent quality throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, and we highly recommend tipping the hardworking housekeeping staff. If you've ever worked in a hotel, you’ll know how tough their job is—they truly deserve recognition. The location is also a big plus: just two streets away from the beach, making it very convenient. Right below the hotel, there’s a mini-market where you can find pretty much anything you need, and the prices are very fair. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Magic Cristal Park to anyone looking for a cozy, all-inclusive stay in Benidorm with great service.

The main reason for leaving such a bad score is the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the lobby, reception area and outside, by the bar was filled with drunk people, looking really rough, in such way that we worried for our safety, especially travelling with young children. Our first thought was that we were in the wrong hotel. After checking in we went to our rooms to find out that there was no balcony. It is the first time we travel to a beach destination where there was no balcony, making it impossible to dry our bathing suits. Because we arrived late and missed the dinner, we were told we could go in the restaurant for snacks. The restaurant looked like it's been vandalised with food on the floor and dirty dishes everywhere. Throughout our holiday we have noticed rough people with their young children weeing from the side of the swimming pool into the pool and also kids, bum naked sitting on the lobby sofas. What was worse is that nobody was doing anything about it, as if it was normal. On 2 different occasions we noticed police in the lobby questioning people. The only good things about the place was that the restaurant staff were really pleasant and polite and food was good, air conditioning worked and they were changing towels every day. We are not the type of tourists who complain that the breakfast is the same every day and there is no English breakfast option on a holiday in Spain, on the contrary, we are quite easy going but this was unacceptable to the fact that we were thinking to ring if it's possible to pay extra to change the hotel from the moment we arrived, but we just got used to the idea that we got conned and tried to make the most of it.

We stayed for 4 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was a bit old and can be busy but every effort has been made to keep the place clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and reasonably friendly. They have an extensive buffet restaurant in 2 floors a bar where the drinks are not watered down as usually happens in some all inclusive hotels. The hotel has a big swimming pool on the 7th floor and games arcade for the children. Centrally located for the old town and bars and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it if you are a budget conscious holiday maker.

Our first time in turkey and we stayed here, excellent staff and service, the maids were the loveliest I’ve experienced anywhere. Air con in the rooms was excellent. Food was very good and a pretty wide range. Pools and facilities were meticulously clean and serviced. Very family friendly but not overwhelmingly like a kids hotel it was just the right balance. We did 2 excursions there, Jeep safari and the pirate boat trip. Both were fantastic days out and well worth the money. On our last day you have use of the spa showers and changing rooms so you can enjoy the full day and get ready for travel back. Very pleased .

Our first time coming to Turkey and we LOVED IT! Already looking to come back especially to this hotel! From the moment we arrived staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel room was lovely and cleaned everyday by the cleaners 🥰 we all loved the pool and slides and never had a problem getting a sunbed, food was good always found something we liked. Entertainment was amazing, the best shows we’ve ever seen. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, the cleaners, bar staff, waiters, the shop people, people who we booked trips through. The photographers were great also. Couldn’t fault this hotel or staff in anyway! The trips we done were amazing. We done water sports on the beach, a boat trip on the black pearl boat and the jeep safari and our driver was Richard, what a lovely guy he was! He was so fun and amazing with the kids. He deffo made the trip even more better! Also a special mention to Brogan, Christina and Elisha In kids club! Kids club was so fun, always different activists and the fact they bring the kids out to do the entertainment was so good. The girls were so welcoming and friendly with us and all 4 of our kids. We all made such a special bond with these girls, all 6 of us will never forget you guys and we miss you all so much already! We’d come back in a heartbeat just to see you guys again!

After reading negative comments we worried for put stay but it was amazing service, pools and the food was outstanding,not repetitive, very tasty & plenty of choice day after day. The bars were entertaining & always delicious snacks in reception to nibble on. We felt truly spoilt & definitely felt this was value for money. Our only little negative was sunbed wars, people getting up to grab a bed...but the chap managing the area did do a good job of sorting people out with beds & umbrellas so there was no need for the panic. Overall the perfect holiday for us ,the first time abroad in 7 years did not disappoint us ❤️

We had 14 days at this very tired hotel. The staff were amazing . Far too many sun beds around the pool. There was no spaces between the beds at all if you complained about the beds the staff just wanted to squeeze more beds in. There was only three lifts in the main building and quite often you would have to wait 10 minutes to get one. They would only give you one key card per room.The beach was full of cigarette ends and was too far to walk too. The desserts all looked very nice but were all tastless.

Taxi driver to the hotel was arranged by easyJet and was so bloody dangerous. Shocking, speeding ,In and out of the traffic. Not a great start to the holiday. But once we arrived , the service was excellent. Food lovely, hotel place spotless . Loads to do for adults and kids of all ages and most important always felt safe and welcome in the resort and out in the town.

From the moment I arrived, everything at Long Beach Resort Hurghada exceeded expectations. The reception, guest relations, concierge, and security team were all warm, professional, and welcoming. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. A special mention goes to the chefs and restaurant staff – the food was absolutely delicious with so much variety, and every meal felt like a treat. The service across the resort was consistently outstanding, and it really felt like the team takes pride in making every guest’s stay memorable. I stayed in the villa section room 1210 it was the best ever experience private swimming pool they even making more adjustments for private part There’s so much about this resort Whether it was relaxing by the pools, enjoying the stunning beach, or simply experiencing the friendly atmosphere, this resort truly delivers on every level. Without a doubt, it’s one of the best resorts in Hurghada – and I can’t wait to come back again!

I stayed at Long Beach Resort Hurghada for one night after my flight was canceled and the airline arranged the stay. We were placed in one of the older villa rooms on the first floor. It was clean and decent, but clearly about 20 years old, you can definitely feel the age. The room was under a concrete roof and just couldn’t cool down during the day, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The beach is definitely long, as the name promises, but not particularly impressive. I’ve seen much nicer beaches at cheaper or similarly priced hotels in Hurghada. The main restaurant was very loud, but I was pleasantly surprised by the food. There was a good variety and everything I tried was tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The main pool is huge, with multiple depths and plenty of loungers in both sun and shade, which was great. However, the pool bar only serves water in tiny glasses, not bottles, so you have to keep going back for refills. On the bright side, some of the renovated areas of the resort do look nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are lots of small bars and chill-out areas around the resort, which gives it a lively feel. That said, based on this short stay, I personally wouldn’t choose this hotel for a vacation, there are better options in the same price range in Hurghada.

Long Beach Hurghada is a well-designed resort with several pools for different moods—family areas, quieter romantic spots, and even a pool with six slides. The private beach and shuttle trains make it easy to enjoy the whole place. The buffet is large and varied, and family rooms are spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean. On the downside, the all-inclusive food is limited to the main buffet and Breeze (for guests over 12). Drinks include soft drinks and beer, but the cocktails were disappointing—mostly sodas with syrup and alcohol, without fresh juices or milkshakes. Service in some bars was also unmotivated, and at times unfriendly. Overall, despite these points, we had a good experience and appreciated the facilities and cleanliness.

It has been our first time visiting Long Beach Resort in Hurghada and from the very first day we have been spoilt, the service has been better than anticipated, nothing is an issue. The resort caters for all ages and all nationalities. Lots of activities for all to enjoy. The evening entertainment is very good and the animation team gets everyone up and dancing….very fun! We will miss this place. Thank you Long Beach Resort!

We had an amazing holiday at this hotel in Hurghada and I can wholeheartedly recommend it! The food was absolutely delicious – a wide variety of dishes, everything fresh and well-seasoned. There’s something for everyone, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The pools are another highlight – clean, spacious, plenty of sunbeds, and great attractions for both families and those just looking to relax. But the biggest impression was made by the animation team! They were all great, but Dino stood out by far – he’s simply the best animator in the entire hotel! Full of energy, always smiling, and giving 100% every day. He organizes the best parties and keeps the whole hotel entertained from morning till night. Dino truly made our stay unforgettable!

I'm currently staying at Labranda Royal Makadi and I’m genuinely enjoying every moment here. The resort has a calm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to relax by the beach or pool. The beach is clean and beautiful, and there are always enough sunbeds around the pool and on the beach. The hotel feels very safe and secure, which makes a big difference when you're travelling. The staff are extremely helpful and kind — always ready to assist with a smile. I had no problem arranging a late check-out, which made the end of my stay much more comfortable and stress-free. The food is varied and tasty, and my room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to the amazing staff at the pool bar, lobby bar, and the grill – they’ve been fantastic. Friendly, professional, and always full of positive energy. Actually all staff was wonderful. One thing I’ve noticed is that if you are polite and smile, the staff will definitely return it — they really appreciate friendly guests and it makes the whole atmosphere even better. Overall, I highly recommend Labranda Royal Makadi for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Egypt.

Very nice hotel, old but well kept. The staff is wonderful and always smiling, and the rooms on the ground floor with a garden are a paradise for children. the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. Sea is wonderful, but quite cold in the second half of June. all in all a wonderful experience. Greetings from Serbia.

We just got back last week. The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day. And mainly, the staff were all amazing, Smiling all the time so we Felt very welcomed. Even though they were working very hard they all were just so friendly! Thank you for a great Holiday And we absolutely recommend this hotel! 🌴🤿♥️

We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.

This is not a 5 star hotel, really dated, rooms require urgent refurbishment. Staff was okay but definetly not 5 star hotel experience. Food was okay but again they are far far away from 5 star, drinks are limited and cheap alcohols. We mostly enjoyed the clean sea and it was beatiful but we would no come back to stay at this hotel again. They are not up to standard to be 5 star hotel maximum 3 star.

We stayed 4 nights at the bungalow. From the first day we were disappointed. The reception gave us a map drawn incorrectly to our accommodation. 20 minutes to look for the accommodation. The room was dirty, broken glass shards under the furniture (a sign that it was not cleaned properly) 3 rolls of toilet paper for about 5 days. No products in the bathroom. (not even hand soap) Towels changed every 3 days, bed linen every 1 week. We did not receive cleaning after 3 days! The lady on duty said that she did not do it, although we spoke to the reception for cleaning... The accommodation leaves a lot to be desired... The pool was superficially cleaned. There are not enough sun loungers for all the bungalows (or at least 1 sun lounger per bungalow) Unfriendly staff! An exchange of sharp remarks. Just because we wanted a bath towel (there were 2 large towels and one hand towel in the room) I work in this field and I know exactly that a lot of things were not done. I paid for many services that I did not receive!

I booked this as a surprise for my partner for his birthday, after 3 years of not being able to get away. What an incredible disappointment. I read the reviews, and altho mixed, some were glowing, I can only assume those were fake. We booked with Love Holidays, and the first item on the room info was Aircon, a deal breaker for me, there was none and never has been. We had to pay €20 to hire a fan, plus a €20 deposit. Oh, and you onky get one key so we had to pay €5 for a second so we could go out separately if we wanted, as another couple we met said there were 2 break-ins during the week they stayed. We rejected our first room, it was just awful. Our 2nd room only slightly better, at least it didn't have tge 1970's orange pine kitchenette. Don't even think about self catering, with one small hob, a microwave and a toaster, and very limited utensils and cutlery, you can't even cook a simple meal. The fridge had 2 settings, not working (everything tasted warm and the butter was melting), or freeze, literally everything froze within a couple of hours, oh, and no working light! The room was filthy and riddled with problems, curtain rail hanging off, toilet seat broken, and just very unclean, stains everywhere, a throw over the sofa bed to hide stains, blood spots on the spare pillows, and stained white sheets, and I don't think housekeeping existed, same sheets and towels all week, never saw them once. Its a good 25 minute walk to the beach, downhill all the way, Google maps also says mainly flat, but its definitely not, its hard work coming back up, and you have to go down to the town to eat as the places around the accommodation aren't great. Litter was everywhere, fast foid pacjets, cans, crisp wrappers etc, and a million dead e-scooters just abandoned everywhere you looked. I only give 1 star as no stars isn't possible. We went to reception several times to complain about various things, Anna was amazing and extremely helpful, but the guy on checkin when we arrived was rude as, to the point of carrying on a personal conversation whilst we tried to talk to him. Others there at the same time complained about the food on all inclusive, so feel very fortunate we had booked self catering, but this should be changed to room only as the facilities are just not worthy of self catering. We stayed early July, loved the island, its beautiful, but really tainted by this truly awful experience. If we could have come home the first night, we gladly would have. Asked if we could speak to a Love Holidays rep, the guy laughed in our faces and said he'd never seen one, so good luck! Couldn't get anyone on chat, maybe it was the signal, but just kept saying nobody was available, and to be honest, they wouldn't have done anything by the sounds of it. Contacted them once we were back, after we'd both calmed down a bit, provided screenshot and photos of how truly disgusting the place is. They take up to 28 days to review and check our info, still waiting, and to be honest, I don't want a refund, i just want to stop them lying to people and false selling the dream! If you're thinking of booking...DON'T is my advice. And don't use Love Holidays, this was our first experience, and it will most definitely be our last. Stick with On The Beach!

Kids swimming pool out of order I don't get any of it. Guys we relocated and if you book this I'm 101% sure you will leave also. I took this up with my agent asking for a refund hotel lied and said they promised the pool would be working the next day! This is a total lie as had that been the case we would have stayed in the hell hole. Hotel are compulsive liars and I will expose them for the world to see! Also hotel is in the middle of nowhere, appalling hotel should be shut down. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there!!!! Also lots of thefts!

For the money paid this place is fab, i stay here several times a year. I feel many negative reviews arw unfair. It basic and dated but if it wasnt it would be more than 2 stars and be alot more money to stay. It is up a hill but i enjoy the walk and the views, not ideal if you have mobility issues than being said a taxi is only 3 euros to the front. All the bungalows have stayed in have been clean, reception has always been friendly and helpful. The beds are not very comfortable but i find that abroad alot.

Well what can I say I've been on worse caledonian trips for hotels wasn't too bad room was clean when we arrived but didn't see a maid in 10 days no towels or bed changed 🤔 the food is as bad as they say but there's chip's so u wont starve we drank our all-inclusive . Alberto the bar man was really polite also a few of girls in restaurant Miguel was polite as for rest of staff not so ..u get what u pay for only thing I'd say take a torch as friend face planted floor on uneven un lite paths that the lights don't work on ..pools good cold but u get used to after a while shops down hill ..an that map wow crazy how they explain where yr room is also bedrooms felt a bit damp get a safe key u get bond back they get you to pay 2 euro for plastic cups but get it back when u return I can see what as we'd of had a good collection of glasses in room if we didn't take em pack as we had a good few plastic to take back 😉 yes rooms do need up dating we did see some with plastic windows though

We had the most incredible experience at the Cleopatra Resort! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and polite staff made us feel so welcome. Every day, they greeted us with warm smiles, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The entertainment was another highlight – there was something new every night, from live music to spectacular shows, keeping us entertained and fully immersed in the resort's lively atmosphere. It felt like they really thought of every detail to make sure we had a blast. As for the food, wow, it was absolutely amazing. There were so many choices, each meal was a feast for the senses. Whether we were indulging in local delicacies or international dishes, there was always something new to try. Every meal felt like a special experience, and the variety kept us excited every day. Our room was spotless, too. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, tidying up every day and making sure everything was perfect. It felt like a true home away from home. All in all, our time at Cleopatra Resort was absolutely wonderful. We left with full hearts and memories that we'll treasure forever. The whole experience was very nice. Comfortable and very clean hotel. Mainly for relaxation. We loved our stay. The food is nice and delicious. The pool is very nice and clean. Pool guides are very helpful. Staff smiling everywhere. Activities and shows could be better, but the hotel policy is about relaxing. No very loud music like the adjacent resorts which were amazing for relaxation. Room service were very nice people. We used the gold cart many times, and every time, we felt welcomed. Beach is rocky, and the coral reef is beautiful. The room we took was 5011, one of the best rooms I have stayed in. Everything is clean and new. Quality of the furniture & toilet amenities are very high. Totally recommended for future stays. Best for honeymooners who want relaxation.

I have decided to spend here my summer holidays. I've booked 11 nights here and, so far, I've been here 3 days already and I find the resort very charming. Despite it being a little far from the centre of Sharm El Sheikh, it is located in a very beautiful position and it has a wonderful beach and many pools. The food, as an italian, tastes good and it changes pretty often. The staff is very polite and available for anything u need. They do a lot of animation stuff, such as kids activies, fitness, yoga, party and many evening shows. So far, I'm really enjoying my stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Just spent a week all inclusive at this hotel after booking a very last minute deal. Arrived at the hotel late evening and was checked in by friendly reception and offered late arrival food in the restaurant which was declined but first impression of room was basic but clean, nice to have a fridge. Around the pool and sun loungers was clean with plenty of sunbeds with no reason to get up early and reserve sunbeds. Entertainment was very much hit and miss and very basic. No football, sports or any usual activities. Mini disco is also at 16:30 around the pool which I found odd and no evening activities until 21:15 on most nights. Food on the whole was very good and above what we expected, each night was themed but above expectations based on other reviews. Staff at the hotel were in the most professional and helpful however one receptionist was very unhelpful to the point she refused us a late check out, however later the same day Dani on reception straight away sorted us a late check out. Location wise is not the best and is located a long walk and down a steep hill but if you're holiday is to stay within the confines of the accommodation then it is great but if you're looking to explore a little more then I wouldn't recommend. Free bus to the beach which gets very busy but is an option. We ended up hiring a car. Nice hotel, good food and would return but some staff need to improve customer service.

We have just spent 10 days at Dunas Mirador. The hotel itself has been absolutely fantastic, Our 4 year old son really Loved the pools and all the entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Eli, Francisco and Corina! Bar staff were fantastic and special thanks to Alejandro! the rooms were clean however the Details of which rooms have air conditioning could be a bit more prominent on the jet 2 website that we booked with, we did manage to get a mobile one though for an additional cost but this was well worth it! All in all I would definitely come back again. Thank you team Dunas!

No other words but excellent! Nice clean hotel with very friendly and always helpful staff. We don't do all-inclusive very often, but it's a lot easier with 2 young children, but it was by far the best all-inclusive food we have had! Endless choice and always something different every day. Also, lovely fresh, thin based pizza is available all day from the snack bar along with salad and other snacks. The bottom pool is always lovely and warm, and a great little kids pool and kids club to the rear of the hotel. Had a great room that always had the sun on the balcony and nice views over the pool. Great entertainment on a night and a good mixture of music playing through the day. Little kids' arcade area was handy for nighttime. Only 1 negative was that the gym was very basic, which could do with a bigger room and some more weight lifting equipment. Will definitely visit again!

The food was fantastic with so much choice, the service was excellent, and everything about the resort makes for a perfect holiday. What really made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment crew – especially Sam. His energy, friendliness, and the way he gets everyone involved made such a difference. He truly went above and beyond to make our holiday special, and it wouldn’t have been the same without him. Evita Resort never disappoints, and we’ll definitely be back again. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel with my family a couple of times a year, but this place was just a nightmare. If you’re reading this – honestly, don’t book it. We had to wait for hours in the heat to check in, didn’t get the room until 6 pm. The room was in bad shape, the food was awful, and the pool… disgusting. There was literally poop floating in the water. Sunbeds around the pool were broken too. Nothing good to say about this hotel. Total waste of money.

I recently stayed at Evita Resort in Faliraki and while the hotel itself had some positives, I was really disappointed with the restaurant. The food in the main restaurant was extremely poor – very little variety and the same options repeated night after night. On top of that, the food often looked unappealing, which made it hard to enjoy. For a hotel advertised as all-inclusive, this was definitely not up to standard, especially considering the price paid. That being said, I have to give credit where it’s due – the men at the snack bar running from 12-4 every day were fantastic. They made the best gyros and pizza I’ve ever had.

Really lovely resort, The room was incredibly warm but it was 40⁰ outside. Staff all attentive and helpful. They have a very convenient supermarket on site but Faliraki is only a stone throw away. The food in the main restaurant was a bit "samey" but overall nice, the snack bar was the main source of lunches and late breakfast with pork skewers, pizzas, pork gyros and fruit. The entertainment was ok but the fire show was incredibly good. Overall a very safe, clean, quiet resort for a nice family trip.

Our stay at the Sandy Villas resort has been lovely, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue is that some of the bar staff, they are more than content to just stand and talk whilst you are waiting for a drink.. perhaps some gentle reminders from managers about their responsibilities... Our Villa is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well presented and a quiet corner of Sandy beach resort. The cleaning staff are quiet and dilligent in their duties, the room was clean perfectly everyday . At night whilst by our pool we saw Hedgehogs, geckos and mosquitoes (bring repellent). We have spent our days on the beach or in the Adult only bar and pool. It has a great atmosphere. The restaurants offer a wide verity of dishes with core dishes changing daily. Plenty of tables available, even when extremely busy. The staff that clean the tables do a fantastic job whilst under a lot of pressure. I would like to say a big thank you to the buggy drivers whom are always there ready to take you to wherever you need to go. My wife has limited mobility and they saved us lots walking, especially as we had a few days 40⁰C plus. The beach is beautiful, plenty of sunbeds, but they do fill up fast, there is an area just for adults. We shall definitely come back to Corfu and Sandy beach resort. There is so much to do, from the kids play area to the Adult pool, there is always something going on.

We returned a week ago from Sandy Beach. Well what can I say. After a long and stressful flight. We were dropped off by a lovely friendly driver. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The resort was huge and very busy at times. The meals were delicious, always hot, topped up frequently. A variety of dishes provided. I was generally impressed with the service provided. Few things that could be improved are more sun beds especially by the dolphin pool. It was hard for us to find a bed free. The music was too loud by the slide pool.Apart from that everything was excellent, I normally go to Spain. After Sandy Beach, Greece is my new " Happy Place"! Efcharisto xx

Hotel in a great location, really nice beach with golden sand. Standard rooms are suitable for 2 ppl and are really small, we were with 2 kids, so after couple of nights we have upgraded to a big apartment with 2 bathrooms which was nice and spacious. Food and drinks on AI were average, you can get classic drinks for extra pay. Animation team was great. There are shopping options within hotel but also very close outside (5 min walk). Staff was helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We just came back from a 2-week stay at the hotel with 2 adults and 2 kids. At first, I was a bit worried because of the negative reviews, but that feeling changed immediately upon arrival. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were spacious – maybe a bit simple, but that's a matter of personal taste. The food was delicious, with something new to enjoy every day. The animation team was fantastic – active all day long, great energy by the pool, and fun shows every evening. The pool is huge, with plenty of space for everyone. No need to wake up at 6AM to reserve a sunbed – there’s more than enough room. To get to the beach, there’s a shuttle service that’s very well organized. We were very happy with our 2-week holiday – thank you for the great experience! 😊

Just back from a 7 night holiday, had a fantastic time at the hotel. The place is clean and well maintained with staff that are very helpful and informed. A special mention to the restaurant manager as we were travelling with our young child (3)who has a lot of food allergies. Every meal time we were able to talk with the manager and have allergy friendly food cooked fresh in the kitchen which was a great help. My advice would be to inform reception straight away on arrival so they can liaise with the kitchen immediately. Pool is big enough for the volume of guests in the hotel, plus no mad 8am scramble for sunbeds! And it has a fantastic shaded play area for the kids. Great animation team and all round good atmosphere and entertainment.

Really well maintained and clean. Well staffed, a plate didnt sit more than a few minutes before it was cleared. Constant cleaning. Asked for a proper single bed rather than a cot and it was changed. Things for improvements though that we've noticed in other hotels of the same calibre...some type of clothes line on the balcony, kettles for the rooms, self serve soft drinks to reduce pool bar queues, tea and coffee at all meal times, more hangers, irons to borrow. Move able parasols by the pool or larger ones that can be opened or closed as needed. Lovely hotel just in too quiet an area, gift shop could be double the size considering this

The hotel is stunning, very clean, and all inclusive food is fully stocked, food testers test temperatures and quality of the food is great, accommodation for intolerance is somewhat accommodated but it's not perfect... had to prompt the staff to make sure deserts had no nuts in so we didn't die as they are not labelled. The staff on reception where very attentive Paulo was a fantastic receptionist with a permanent smile and a greeting like he enjoys you coming there, so positive and full of life. Easy to use facilities, spa was terrible half of it not working, don't recommend, pool was good, atmosphere outside was great, plenty of sun loungers, staff made this an exceptional place, kids club have lots of activities throughout the day, making it great for kids, holiday reps where also available most days and they where quick to resolve small issues. Trips where easy to book and a free bus put on by the hotel to and from the beach!!! Amazing...

We had a 7 night stay at this hotel 13th - 20th August and loved every minute of it! Check in & check out was effortless, quick and easy, with staff polite and friendly. We had room 63, a ground floor suite overlooking the Olympic sized pool which was perfect for me due to mobility issues. There's also lifts to go down to the restaurants, Grand Cafe and gym etc. The room was well thought out, spacious and spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job. The food is your typical all inclusive and had lots of choices of meats,fish,salads etc - for me personally the choice was limited although I am quite fussy as dont like fish, pork,eggs or lamb. The BBQ nights were great though. The snacks are available in between meals and held on -1 floor and offers ice creams,hotdogs,burgers, filled rolls and cakes - my only gripe is that food such as burgers, has to be eaten in the Grand Cafe on -1 level and can't be taken out - guessing this is to prevent mess and potentially attract animals? We did enjoy being able to eat our meals in the Blue restaurant as our son is 12 - a more peaceful environment for us personally. The Green restaurant caters for all ages and could be quite noisy and full. Lively entertainment each evening by the pool side but get there early to grab a table as it fills up really quickly - we ended up sitting on sun loungers but that was OK Our son enjoyed the small games room which had table football and a few arcade games. Measures of alcohol are VERY generous! The free shuttle bus to the beach is a nice touch and we also used Ubers to go to other places such as Portomiao and a waterpark, which were very cheap and lots of them available. We did the Pirate ship Santa Bernada to see the caves which was such fun and ended our holiday on a high. The walk into Alvor takes 10-15 minutes and there's a supermarket just as you get into Alvor which was handy to stock up on milk for a hot drink in our room, as well as snacks etc. Alvor at night is beautiful and gets very busy, with queues into most of the restaurants. My only real negative is that there's no frying pan/saucepan to cook on in the rooms kitchenette - hubby wanted to cook fried eggs and bacon but settled with boiled egg and used the microwave to cook the bacon ( typical Brits abroad). There's a small metal pot in the kitchen that can be used to boil water for a cuppa which was very useful. All in all, a cracking hotel that exceeded our expectations - we didn't want to leave! 100% recommend this hotel.

A little feedback on my stay, a great hotel! A top welcome! Welcoming waiters! Especially Best, Jehu and Mariana, big favorites, they are great! The super friendly cleaning staff! Nothing to say! The only shame is that in the evening you can hear the music quite a bit from the hotel room... and regarding the meals, a little more variety would have been great, but it's still super good, so not too disturbing. Otherwise, having booked on Booking.com, we were told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, but on site there isn't all that... it's a shame... but otherwise GREAT

I had a lovely break from start to finish! We arrived late at night on 27/07/25, after 10 PM. Even though dinner time had finished, Loretta at reception kindly offered us dinner. She is such a lovely and welcoming person – thank you, Loretta! All the hotel staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard – thank you to the housekeeping team! Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. My son and I also really enjoyed using the gym and sauna – everything was fantastic. The food was amazing – honestly some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. I felt completely relaxed and was able to make the most of all the facilities, which meant a lot given how busy my life usually is. This was truly one of my most unforgettable holidays. A very nice hotel that I would definitely love to return to!

The hotel has wonderful facilities and potential; the staff seemed to do their absolute best with what has been offered to them. The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. But for us 4 star absolutely

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room we received was located close to the entrance, advertised as having a “sea view.” In reality, the view was of the driveway, where tourist buses were constantly arriving and departing. This made it very noisy throughout the day and night, and certainly not the relaxing atmosphere we expected. The room itself was outdated and did not match the standard of a 4–5 star hotel. The furniture and decor looked old, and the overall impression was more similar to a hostel than a luxury hotel. We also noticed that only some guests were placed in the newer part of the building, which created a very inconsistent experience depending on where you stayed. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its advertised star rating. At best, it feels like a 2–3 star property, and we would not recommend it to anyone expecting a true 4 or 5 star experience. The food is okey, pretty diverse (It would be nice if the scrambled eggs in a 4-star hotel were freshly made rather than from powder) and the service is really super nice. Edit: Big thanks to the hotel crew for changing our room. The view is breathtaking and it’s quiet and relaxing.

This was our first ever all inclusive family holiday (and this is my first ever review too) I’d previously avoided this type of holiday, but Mitsis Family Village was recommended to us by family members. I have to say that we were all very impressed with the entire set up. To start with the Transfer to the hotel was so easy. The food was amazing, so much choice and variety. Different fresh fish everyday was the highlight for me, but the meat and vegetarian options, and desserts were wonderful too. The beachside pizza and gyros snack bars a great addition, alongside the beach bar. The view from the hotel and restaurant was beautiful. The sharing and main pools were fantastic, and with evening entertainment suitable for the whole family. Absolutely All of the staff were wonderful. They worked so hard, but still remained very cheerful and attentive throughout. My eleven year old son said it was his best ever holiday (he loved the independence of going up for ice cream and crepes and without having to ask for money!) so a big Well done to everyone at Mitsis Family Village.

As a person with ceoliac disease I have the highest praise for the wonderful Chef, who walked me around the all inclusive buffet at every visit, pointing out the safe gluten free options. I found this very reassuring and helpful, being able to eat without the worry of being ill. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. My grandchildren, aged 11 & 9 years had a fantastic time, enjoying the pools and waterside. They also made full use of the ice cream and crepes station. Would highly recommend.

Mitsis Family Village Beach Hotel is more than just a luxury hotel — it’s a place where you feel truly welcomed and cared for. The hotel is elegant, the view is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is peaceful and romantic. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Chrysa, the Assistant Front Office Manager who arranged a surprise romantic dinner in our stay. The decorations were stunning, and the whole experience felt like a dream. She made our stay truly unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to returning to this beautiful place!

The hotel is situated on a hill, which was stressful to get up to. Great job that they provide towels. Lots of steps so beware of your children. Staff are very friendly. Mini market is basic but a larger one at the bottom of the hill. Buggy to the beach every 30 minutes. Great pool and great seats. Wonderful views at the sea or mountain. If your child is a picky eater please speak to a staff member and they will always accommodate you. All inclusive drinks available at the beach. Sun beds are great and comfy. Everything put together though great service, Great views and great company. Thank you.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very good experience, although there are a few areas that could be improved. Pros: •Beautiful and well-kept hotel grounds with lush greenery. • Brand new, comfortable sunbeds by the pool. • Clean and well-maintained swimming pools. • Delicious food with surprising touches like homemade fries and freshly baked croissants for breakfast. • High-quality desserts, far above the usual all-inclusive standard (no cheap cream-and-gelatin combinations, but real, tasty ingredients). • Well-stocked shops on-site, very convenient. • Friendly and helpful hotel staff, always willing to assist with a smile. Cons: • The beach was disappointing: dirty, poorly maintained, and with much worse sunbeds compared to the hotel grounds. There are about 3-4 sunbeds for 1 beach umbrella which take all the free space on the beach. If you want to get 1 sunbed you will have a stranger „neighbour” 20 cm next to you. • Too few elevators for such a large hotel, leading to long waits.

The food was absolutely incredible with a lot of variety. The room was super clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The view from the hotel was amazing, and I really enjoyed the big swimming pool as well as the easy access to the sea. On the downside, the staff were not very friendly at times. I don't necessarily blame the hotel for this, as it's more of a cultural thing where Tunisian tourists tend not to get favored compared to foreigners. Another point is that, as an introvert looking for peace, I found the place too crowded which makes sense since it's a very popular destination (a good sign for the hotel, but not ideal for me personally). One frustrating thing was that many guests would "reserve" their seats by the sea with towels or belongings, then disappear for hours, making it hard to find a spot. Also, the seaside area itself is quite small and gets overcrowded quickly.

We recently stayed at this hotel and the first contact at the reception was awfully managed. I had my baby crying and overtired, after a long wait I was doing the check-in at 3.40pm and the lady “Fetem” she stood in front of me for few minutes on the cellphone without any explanation and at end she told me the room is not ready. Very disappointed I left to calm down my baby. Apart the reception team, the rest of staff were very nice housekeeping, the kitchen staff and the entertainment team were the best. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed the beach and the swimming pool. We Recommend it!

Stayed here for 8 days the hotel was exactly how we thought it would be. The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic and the animation team was absolutely brilliant. Everyday the entertainment during the night was different and the animation team always got you involved. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. There are 3 pools which are brilliant to use and are constantly cleaned. The staff at the main restaurant were brilliant and always made sure your drinks are always topped up. Overall, this hotel is good to come and relax and during the night time entertainment were brilliant and you always had something to do and watch a show.

Great location, great staff and service. Mirza was great and waited for a taxi with me and didn’t let me go until the taxi was here. Irene at the restaurant and also our room service guy/and another guy who always cleaned the lifts, it’s a shame because I forgot their names but they were absolute gentleman! Great place overall.

Great hotel and location.we went all inclusive and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was really amazing and a good variety. As part of the all inclusive you could use the soul restaurant and we did 3 times in the week. Big shout out to the soul staff who are great and very attentive with drink refills. On the last night (tonight) they noticed I did not feel well and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely lightning and atmosphere and we had a great time there. The pool is great and the 2 lifeguards are lovely and got us towels and sunbeds and put up sunshades and moved them to accommodate us. They also rushed to open the doors for us. Rooms are cleaned well daily and are nice and spacious. We had a balcony and the air con worked well. The people who greet you for the breakfast and buffets were always happy and friendly and asked if they could do anything further to help with the stay. All in all a lovely hotel and amazing staff.

The breakfast here is honestly amazing! Everything is fresh, tasty, and there’s such a good variety to choose from. You can go light with fruit and yogurt or really treat yourself with eggs, pastries, and hot dishes. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. But what makes it extra special is the staff. Irene, who leads the breakfast team, is absolutely wonderful. She’s so kind and caring she even remembered our names and asked about our day each morning, which made us feel right at home. It’s little touches like that that really make a big difference. Highly recommend starting your morning here, you’ll leave full and smiling!

The absolute best hotel. The staff will go over and above to make you feel welcome and to ensure a pleasant stay. The food is of high quality and plenty of choices. We stayed on the half board basis and had a choice of lunch or dinner. Water is provided with meals unlike several hotels in Dubai where they charge for the water. Lovely seaview room, great choice in restaurants, lovely outdoor pools x3 and gardens, brilliant location (close to the walk and marina) and 5 star staff. Can't wait to return.

We were very impressed with this hotel, especially the service. All staff were very caring and always available for requests. From check in until we left, we felt very well taken care off. Even when we had extremely loud people in the room next to us that kept us up all night before leaving for an early flight, which was not even the hotels fault, staff organised our car to take us to the airport for free. The pool is amazing and bar staff lovely as well (thanks Abishek, great work). Prices are not cheap but it’s worth it. Beach is a short walk away with towel service and life guards and free water, which is very nice. Location is right next to JBR walk, so excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel is one of the best in dubai with a sea front. The view and garden area a stunning. Service is brilliant rooms needed a little upgrade. Get a sea view room with a lovely view in the morning. If searching I would certainly recommend this hotel
