Wonderful, caring staff. They tried to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The animators were cool , i loved them . In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone. What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros). We work on our own in Albania with this job and the price was a maximum of 50 euros, we did not like that value. We don't think of going back to that Hotel as it seemed like a scam to us. Was to far from the airport. rooms: On Monday there were to many people came in the hotel and the cleaning lady did not make to clean my room, i had to do it myself . She also told me that there was no pillow cover ,and this was not good for a 5 star hotel. But on the other days they cleaned my room every day Security" The lifeguard was not available all the time. One of us risked drowning and I had to save her myself, fearing that I wouldn't make it, but I did. Food There wan NO suitable food for babies . Only 1 kind of HIPP , my son did not like it . He ate only yogurt for 7 days , the all day . I really appreciate the chef , he tried to cook something for him , but he did not like it , it didn't have the thin, creamy texture for a baby , but i appreciate that he tried There was to much spicy food (i can not eat spicy) , but there was a lot to choose

The staff here is always ready for help, however, maybe it is now the off-season, quite some staff are not well trained so they do not understand guests' need neither in English nor in German. The food here is very poor. The soup is thin, no freshly grilled meat. I was expecting a Deluxe experience, but the reality hit me hard... The sea view is unbeatable.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant and at the bars. Excellent food, we appreciated the variation of vegetarian dishes. The staff is always helpful with dietary restrictions, we would especially like to thank Chef Ramazan. Rooms are spaciously and practically designed, clean and nicely tidy every day. Hotel is on the beach, there are plenty of sunbeds on the sandy beach and pier. The beach and pier is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Also during the high season, the swimming in the sea is not "overcrowded", because it is private beach. Sunbeds are available also by the pool where there is entertainment during the day with an animation programs. You can also enjoy foam party etc. On Saturday evening there is a luxurious thematic party at the pier. We felt very safely there. I recommend this hotel, because staff wants to fulfill your wishes.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely appalling service from the staff. We ended up leaving the hotel after the first night due to the hostile behaviour. Day 1, 3 members of staff came up to us and asked us to leave in under an hour with 3 children as the hotel management did not want us there due to complaints we raised about the rooms. We were locked inside with a technician as the doors stopped working and another room had no air conditioning, they could not move us or even downgrade the room so sent in a technician at 3am. When our provider questioned why they wanted us to leave they completely rejected what they said. Insulted us in front of other guests. Will be taking legal action against this hotel! If you fancy embarrassing yourself go ahead and book it! We have video evidence of the incident that occurred where they came up to us whilst we were having breakfast and telling us to leave. I’m happy to share.

Everything looks clean and nice outside but inside its not that as advertised. Few things I experienced: 1. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. 2. Food even repetitive, it was very good. 3. Too up-hill but Taxi is around 5€ from the city centre so all good. 4. Walls are super thin + balcony door are not sealed so you could hear everything from the room next to ours, they dont even need to speak loud. 5. Beds are super hard, barely could rest, like I was sleeping on the park bench 6. Rooms are cleaned just once per week of stay which I find a bit too much as the cleanness is not remarkable. All in all, good for the money, but I would go somewhere else next time for sure.

Issues with hygiene and cleanliness is the main concern. Although the room was spacious, there were stains in the shower and toilet like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. When the mirror fogs up after a shower, it is very evident that it also hasn’t been even so much as wiped down before our visit. Our room had a drainage problem, on the first night half the room was flooded, and the next morning we requested at reception, for the plumbing to be fixed. The next day it was better. Apart from that, the hotel has a big cockroach infestation. Cockroaches in the room, smaller bugs and spiders on counters and tables, even in the dining area we saw cockroaches scurrying around tables. I don’t even want to imagine what it must look like in the kitchen. The buffet was underwhelming, i don’t recommend the dinner buffet as choices are very limited and you have to pay for all drinks on top of initial cost, even water! The balcony lock system feels unstable i can see how easy it would be for someone to potentially break in through the balcony. We didn’t have any unpleasant experiences with staff, and the location is good, only about a half an hour walk to get to the beach. Overall the hotel itself is definitely not worth its 4 star rating.

Pretty decent place. Room was clean..pool area was what you’d expect. Bad points.. Food was awful. So bad I paid for a weeks breakfast and never went after day 2.. Towel in room had “you know what” stains on it… on site supermarket is very expensive.Cheaper one within 4 minute walk of gate.. I’d stay again for sure

Public spaces very clean and attactive. Three good size pools. Pool 3 is best if you want quiet and a bar. Victor is probably the nicest life guard in the world. Rooms are good size but awfully dated. Many of the fixtures and fittings are life expired and needs urgent replacement. The complex is at the top of a very steep hill

Stayed during the midterm Oct break. Very happy with the apartment. The pools were great. Pool staff very attentive and helpful. Entertainment crew did a great job. The Halloween party was lots of fun. Reception AND Spa staff very professional and friendly. About a 15min walk from the sea, but buses every hr and qe knew that before we got there. Very happy with our stay.

Great hotel, we went as a family with 2 children on a b&b basis . Hotel was clean,rooms were good, buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff attentive to detail, friendly and always busy . Pool setup was very good, with a lifeguard on duty. Plenty of entertainment, for the children and also good evening acts . Handy shuttle bus to beach. We all really enjoyed our stay there. One minor thing ,a socket by the bed would be handy.

Looks dated but rooms are okay. We went all inclusive and the food again is okay but the queues to get served are long and annoying, you can’t self serve any drinks which slows things down quite a lot. Staff were pleasant and the entertainment was really good. The beach is 15-20 walk away or there’s a free shuttle bus (not on a Saturday) to take you there, once there it’s really recommended, cool breeze and the sea is warm and shallow to 50m out so great to play around in. From the beech there’s local busses into town - we ended up missing our stop but they’re circular. Loads of beach side restaurants and bars so guess overall a good place to go for a sensible price

Had a couple of night stay here. Super clean rooms, beds made and fresh towels daily. Communal spaces all super clean and maintained. Stayed B&B, reasonable food at breakfast, lots to choose from. Easy wander to the beach (about 10 minutes) choice of 3 pools at the hotel.

We had a fantastic time at the Lagotel. We booked a family room which was adequate space for a family of four. The room was cleaned daily along with fresh towels. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options-we were spoilt for choice-and the snack bar was very reasonable and the portions of food were very generous. There was a friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel, day and night. Although there was a short queue for the main pool before it opened, there were always enough loungers available and the entertainment team provided activities throughout day. My son loved all the activities, especially the children's water bingo. The lifeguard was a real presence, chatting with the holiday makers and was always on hand to help with any issues. The nightly entertainment was certainly our highlight! The visiting performers-especially the Queen tribute- were great. I would especially like to thank Fabian and the rest of the entertainment team for all of their efforts. They worked really hard to ensure that everybody was having a good time and we all looked forward to the party dances every night. We hoped to find a hotel which was clean and reasonably priced with a happy buzz and this is exactly what we got! Thank you Lagotel-see you next year!

Very clean rooms with very friendly cleaning staff, the restaurant caters for everyone, didn't have a day when couldn't find something to eat. The bar you did need to queue for drinks at busy times, staff always smiling though and welcoming. Reception staff were very helpful with any queries and again always smiling.

Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food . The room was nice and clean. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. Only draw back was the huge queues at the bar only had one member of staff serving. Apart from that the staff were very welcoming . Will definitely book again for next year

Hotel a little dated but was clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. No welcome pack only a few cans of fizzy drink in the fridge & a bottle of prosecco which was fine. The location was excellent! The food was more than excellent! Plenty to choose from well cooked and lots of flavour. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom clean but again dated bath could do with renewal but still usable. Water pressure great. Amenities great! Staff in all service areas were brilliant.

I love this hotel, the staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. A request for a suitable room for an elderly member of my party was met, along with other requests made. Food was very good and varied, I am a fussy eater, but I had no fault with what was available (an fresh omelette option on the breakfast service would be the icing on the cake)

Overall our experience was great, lovely staff , great food; accommodation great. However on our last night our room flooded, the receptionist was rude, wasn’t bothered about helping us or others. Couldn’t move us rooms due to not having any available, only offered us towels for cleaning the water. No housekeeping sent to help. Had to move hotels. Put in a claim for them to lie on it saying they had offered us a room swap but I didn’t take it.

Just got back from a week’s stay at the hotel. Like most we were worried with other reviews! I can say my fears were NOT warranted and we had a very pleasant stay. We had a lovely double bedroom with balcony, the room was clean (smelled of bleach on arrival) and cool with air conditioning. The rooms were cleaned daily and all staff were very helpful. The hotel has a very relaxed feel about it, yes it is a bit dated and the lifts run slowly but it’s a 3 star hotel! You get what you pay for and more! The food was a bit repetitive however every night we had multiple plates and always found something nice to eat. The queue for the bars can sometimes be a bit long but no more than 5 minutes, just be patient and wait. The beach is only a short walk from the hotel, loads of bars around too! Overall we would recommend to others, please don’t listen to the negatives, clearly these customers want 5* service wherever they go!

***WOULD AVOID*** Green Nature Resort in Marmaris offers some positives, but overall, it falls short of the experience expected from a 4-star hotel. Our room (Room 4000) was spacious, but noise was a constant issue, with guests running and shouting late into the night, making it hard to rest. When I inquired about packed lunches, the response was condescending, as if I had made an unreasonable request. The dining experience was also frustrating. Staff would clear food and shut off drinks machines right as mealtime ended, even if guests were still serving themselves. Lights were turned off, and tables were cleared around us, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. A little flexibility would make a big difference. Bar service was inconsistent. While most staff were okay, one young bartender was rude and careless in preparing drinks. Thankfully, a senior waiter provided attentive service, which was a refreshing contrast. Security was another concern. We found the safe open and our room door left ajar, and only upon returning home did I realize that two of my designer t-shirts were missing. When I rang the hotel, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I had already left and would need to report it to the police if I was still there. The representative implied that it was my responsibility to check my luggage before departure, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The on-site shop experience was disappointing as well. My young daughters (2 and 6) were testing some toys, and the shop owner began shouting at them for making noise—even though we were planning to buy the toys. A friendlier approach would go a long way. The tattoo shop delivered good work, but prices were inconsistent. Initially, I was quoted £95 per hour, then later £80, which felt unprofessional. While the result was fine, I could find more reliable and consistent artists back home. Overall, Green Nature Resort has potential but lacks the service and security to live up to 4-star standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The Gamers (TheGamers)

It's a really nice hotel, the location is great. About 900 meters from the beach and mountains in the background. You could go with the bus to the beach which comes every day. Food is good, sometimes little bit cold but overall good. The hotel is mostly English so most of the food and drinks are from English culture. For the waiters on the other hand, they were mostly talking to each other and didn't do much. If you are sitting on one of the furthest tables chances are small that they are coming to ask for drinks. And for the tables, some big tables are reserved every day. Little bit weird. Swimming pools are great. Fun waterslides. Some extra things that the resort could change are: animation costs, some activities costs money. Like the bingo and pizza making. For a all inclusive resort this could be changed in the future. Overall this is a great resort and we had a lot of fun!

We loved our stay here, the food was okay, had enough of a choice not to get bored. The nearby beach isn't the greatest and it's an hour's walk from the grand bazaar or about a 8 min cab ride for about 8 pounds The best part about this hotel to be honest was the staff, we had our infant son with us and everyone was super accommodating. The Spa staff especially were excellent and so kind so much so I would return just because of them. Low points about the hotel were, no iron provided you had to rental from the on site shop and the WiFi wasn't the greatest.

It's not really a hotel for young couples because, during the season, it's full of parents with small children. Our room wasn't very spacious, it felt quite cramped, and the internet was extremely poor, barely allowing you to send a message to your family. The food is excellent, with a little bit of everything for everyone, even for vegetarians if someone prefers that kind of diet. The pools are medium-sized and mostly crowded with children, so forget about peaceful swimming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This is the best hotel ever when I used to. The reception was welcoming and friendly and quick check and booking. We arrived at 8 o'clock but they said going quickly for dinner and we sorted it out after the rest of things. The rooms are very clean ,spacious, and the airconditioning works well. The dining room was big enough, and the food was amazing every day various breakfast ,lunch and dinner ,lots of choices. They are cleaning and keep tidying all areas. The waitress was so kind. The pool area is big enough and a lot of umbrellas and sunbeds around the 2 pools. The entertainment team was so good, every day and evening was different. I can't tell you any imperfections. I really recommend trying this hotel.

This sprawling beachfront resort is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway at the infamous Red Sea. The rooms are average in size, offering the basic amenities, though slightly dated. The resort has several large pools, a variety of restaurants, and activities like snorkelling, beach games and a spa. The all-inclusive package is a must, offering buffet meals all day and poolside snacks. However the only downside is the limited options for vegetarians or health-conscious options. A key highlight is the private beach with direct access to the Red Sea, as well as an extensive amount of covered and uncovered seating on the beachfront. However, the location is quite far from Hurghada city center, so it’s best for those planning to stay on-site and enjoy all the amenities on offer.

I recently stayed at Long Beach Resort and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The animation team was fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and always created a fun atmosphere. From engaging activities during the day to lively evening shows, they truly made the stay memorable. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a special touch to our holiday experience.

The hotel has a great location! The pool area was fabulous and very spacious. Restaurants were clean and offered plenty of choices with excellent service. All the staff worked hard to ensure your stay was happy and enjoyable. The Animation Team really went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, providing great shows and entertainment throughout the day. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Location: The hotel is in a great location, nearby many other hotels. Rooms: the rooms are a bit old, but it is well equipped, so nothing appears to be outdated, hence it is a large room. I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows. Service: 90% of the people are helpful and smiling, you must know that the resort was 100% in capacity, so every place was full of people, but you don't feel that you have any delays in service or food. Food: food was very good and have some varieties, I understand sometimes you don't find what you love, but I found that food was good. I have a concern for the breakfast, it should include more dishes. Snacks: were average maybe the pizzas were over average. Animation: is a bit repetitive, but they had some competitions in the beach and at the pool. Hence, there was a show everyday, except Friday there were 3 different shows in 3 different places inside the resort. I loved the foam party at the beach ⛱️ 😍 Pool: what I liked about the pool, that it was connected, so you have some passages to go from pool to another without getting out of the water. Disclaimer: it was more of a family hotel, if you're couples I suggest to search for another place, but for a family and kids it was on point. The sea tides were high at daylight, so you need to walk 200 meters or more to get of the shallow water. Lastly, we had a great time and we could think to visit the hotel again.

We spent in this hotel a whole week with my family and we had a super nice time. All of the staff were super professional, kind and did everything really quick for us. The hotel is really big, new and has a good design. The whole place is really big with a lot of pools, bars and restaurants. The own beach of the hotel is also really pretty and has a lot of good possibilities to snorkel in really shallow water because it has corals and a big variety of fishes. The food is tasty and for every meal we get a wide variety of choices. There’s always fishes,beef,chicken,a lot kind of side dishes, fruits, vegetables, breads, cakes…etc. So I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to spend a really nice time in Egypt.

The hotel has a very good location by the beach with a gradual entrance and the turquoise color of the sea. The equipment of the rooms is older, they are cleaned daily. The food is perfect, a really varied selection of everything, vegan options and food for people on a diet. There were a lot of wheelchair users and elderly people with canes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible.

We had a lovely holiday here and the range of services was fantastic. We ate at the Italian restaurant for my mums birthday and the servers even came and sang happy birthday. The only issue here was that we had a 5 course dinner in 45 minutes. Some of us were still eating one course when the next course was being brought out. It was all a bit rushed. Our room cleaner Ahmed was amazing. Our rooms were left spotless every day. He even hung the decorations we had for the birthday and he did a wonderful job with them.

Labranda Royal Makadi is simply outstanding. What sets it apart is their incredible ability to solve any problem, no matter how big or small – nothing ever seems to be an issue for them. The food is absolutely fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is always warm, relaxing, and luxurious. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making your stay truly unforgettable. We really enjoyed our stay, the entertainment staff are really helpful good fun. The food was freshly cooked as you stood waiting for it. We were impressed with the constant supply of fresh bottled water in our room and constant supply of smaller bottles in big fridges on the beach front. The food festival was good fun and a lot of effort put in to it. Lovely beach beaches and safe shallow water and organised trips via the hotel.

Very nice hotel, old but well kept. The staff is wonderful and always smiling, and the rooms on the ground floor with a garden are a paradise for children. the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. Sea is wonderful, but quite cold in the second half of June. all in all a wonderful experience. Greetings from Serbia.

We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.

We just got back last week. The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day. And mainly, the staff were all amazing, Smiling all the time so we Felt very welcomed. Even though they were working very hard they all were just so friendly! Thank you for a great Holiday And we absolutely recommend this hotel! 🌴🤿♥️

There are many aspects to my review. In general, we were really happy with our vacation. I do not know what many of the complaints I have read come from. Yes, the rooms, especially the bathrooms could use a renovation - shower curtain, clogged bathtub drain, loose toilet seat. But overall, the rooms were really clean, room service was offered everyd day. The same with the food - the breakfasts kept reprating the offer, but to be honest - myself and the kids eat almost the same thing at home anyway so why judge? Lunches and dinners were very variable and really tasty so no complains here whatsoever. I would appreciate more if other guests were a bit more considerate regarding the noise they make in the night and early mornign but this is hardly the hotels fault. And last but not least, the animation crew! These people are just amazing. Huge thanks go to the czech team, Sebastian and all the other people as well! The kids had a blast in the kids club and us, adults, enjoyed the activities as well. Thank you all!

location is not far from shop and main town. rooms very old and would need upgrading. had some insects in the room which i dealt with but shouldn't have been the case. did not get fresh towels or toilet paper. i asked three times and still did not get it. forget any cleaning at all. the service was very rude and did not care about anything it wąs disgusting how we we're treated. avoid at all costs.

Our stay at Bungalows Castillo Beach Park was very disappointing. The bungalow was old and had an unpleasant smell. Despite being self catering, we were given just one cup for three people, very little cutlery, and no knife for cutting – it was impossible to cook there. A hairdryer was also missing. On arrival, there were only two towels instead of three, and one duvet was missing for our child. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful, and the location was good. However, even for a budget option, we’ve had far better experiences camping. Definitely not recommended.

We book for the 31st December for 10days As soon as we got in reception customer service was terrible we where given a map of the complex on a little piece of paper and told roughly where to go, we got into the apartment and it was discussing front-room nobody had been into clean there was dust everywhere and cobwebs the sofa bed was ripped and stains all over the cushions the foam didn’t even have clean covers and food and item fell out when opened, ceiling fan was covered in dust that fell off when turned on .kitchen same cobwebs and fridge and cooker not cleaned no utensils to use for the cooker floor was filthy bedroom the same, sheets covers had stains on and mattress was the same and bathroom there was moldy, I took pictures and took them to reception to as to be moved I got a gentleman that was Ignoring me he said there are no rooms available at this time and talked to college and turned his back. I asked his colleague for a cleaner and bedding and got same response.Though out the holiday I still asked for a different room and got ignored I asked for towels and clean bedding and the room to be cleaned. No one showed up for the 10days I was there. Walk ways didn’t make sense got lost and pathways crumbled no good for wheelchairs .The restaurant was friendly and helpful and drinks were very nice, the pool is salt water so was clean but very cold no pool refreshments or activities no good for children and lifeguard didn’t start till 9.30am and left about 3pm, we walked 10 minutes to the shops and there was restaurants located in the same area really friendly and caring staff,

Been here few times. This time a bit disappointing but bear in mind 2 star. Shower came off wall few times and went everywhere! Toilet leaked, though we reported wasn't fixed during week stay and leaked everytime we flushed. Bed was horrific so husband and I slept on settee and pull out bed. We were self catering so can't comment on food. Pool area clean. Quiet location, we were room 17. No cleaners in the week so had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. Absolutely doesn't ruin holiday but bear you are booking a 2 star.

The pool area was lovely, everything else was less so.... If you're just after some very cheap and basic self catering and you're happy to be totally self sufficient then you're all good, but under no circumstances should you opt for the all inclusive option!!!! Also be aware that there are planes flying over every few minutes. We quite enjoyed this, but it may put some people off.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. So much food choice, friendly staff, large clean modern rooms, evening entertainment and no screaming children. Lots of mosquitos though so bring spray! Would definitely return.

Friendly service in a beautiful location let down by poor alcohol and even worse food. There is also no access to the sea walking in from the beach. If you want to swim in the sea then this is not the place for you. The staff and service were good. Clean rooms everyday by happy staff who take pride in what they do. Aside from the weather this is probably the best thing about the resort.

This is not a luxury hotel. It is around a 3 star experience at best. I believe most of the reviews are churned out by members of staff and follow a similar style of presentation. It's not a bad hotel but the food is mediocre and the entertainment poor. The layout is nice, there is a decent gym, the pools are sizeable, the Italian restaurant is fine and the beach area is well done. Staff are friendly and reasonable. Rooms in the main building are tired, they are better towards the beach. The hotel next door to the south blares out loud music throughout the day and till 1am. Are there no controls?

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. Very clean and tidy. Our cleaner Ahmed for our room 4253 was so friendly and helpful and made our rooms up to perfection. Delicious food and beautiful views. Will definitely be back.

Hotel was great. Only gripe was with the taxi service. If you pay for a return trip back to hotel then they will drop you at a local shop and the local shopkeeper needs to call the taxi driver when you are done in the area. They pressure you into buying from their shop first.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Barceló Hotel. We were here seven years ago for the first time and it made us come back here again. Hotel is close to the airport. A big advantage here is a beautiful coral reef. After entering the sea, beautiful fish approach you. Food is really varied and delicious, a lot of sea food. The hotel staff is really kind and helpful, including a person dealing with towels, bartenders, waiters, rooms service and animators. They aren’t too pushy. The WiFi is also really good everywhere in the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Barceló Tiran Sharm as a family with a young child. The hotel is quite dated but clean, which we appreciated. However, there were some issues during our stay. The handle on the balcony door kept falling off, and our room door worked without needing the key card. While staff sent someone to fix these problems several times, they were not resolved. The staff overall were amazing and made our stay memorable. We especially want to thank Ibrahim, who kept our room spotless and pleasant, and Ahmed from the Kids Corner in the restaurant, who spoke “cat language” to our son and turned our meals into a highlight of the day. The animation team was a mix of fantastic and underwhelming. The boys and Saio were great - very professional and engaging. On the other hand, the brunette hosting darts seemed more focused on her watch than the guests. Natasha in the mini-club didn’t show any interest in entertaining our son, even though we were the only guests there. We had to ask for things like painting supplies ourselves, and in the end, she announced we had 7 minutes left before asking us to leave. The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Despite the issues with maintenance and some parts of the animation team, we had a really good stay thanks to the friendly staff, good food, and beautiful setting.

Restaurant Manager Mr Bassem kept checking on the perfection of every detail at the restaurant. Animation team is nice and friendly. The receptionists are very helpful. Me and my girlfriend are having an amazing time here !! Food is good! Service excellent! Animation group all kind and everyone is very caring and friendly!! Great! The beach also is good as you can just swim from the beach ,there is a side without coral barriers which you can easy go for snorkeling and there is a lot to see down there! The only think i can’t say I loved is the room cleaning , is not bad but doesn’t satisfy my expectations to be honest . Overall great place to be and thank you to all the people that makes it happen!

My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

We are currently on our 5th night. From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days. Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful. Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. Most staff speak great English. We will definitely be back!

Mum and I went on holiday here 11-18 October 2024 3 star hotel. Staff polite friendly and helpful Rooms needed air conditioning not just a unit which was very noisy only pool view get the units. Or you can pay 5 euro a day for it. Pool bar was great serves food and you can have any drinks after 11pm you pay shuts at 12am. Entertainment was wonderful in evening and in day also entertainment was great for all. Buffet food in dinning room A lot to chose from sometime it is cold but what do expect when it's a heated unit. Chefs keep checking to replace food quickly Tables get cleaned also quickly

Great facilities from the pool bar to the snack counter. I can't really find anything bad to say. The animation team were always around and the evening entertainment was way better than expected. A free bus shuttles you to maspalomas beach. The rooms are somewhat tired and would benefit from some TLC. Our bath plug had enough mastic sealing it you could have used it to plug the hole in the titanic. Overall a good hotel and with a little TLC would be a great hotel.

The hotel is inland, but a free shuttle is provided for the beach. Staff are friendly and hardworking. I do, however, have two complaints. Jet2 advertise the hotel as a family destination yet there is no gate on the children's pool area which would add a level of added security. We are travelling with 2 toddlers, yet we have been allocated rooms over the smoking area and the pool bar where nightly very loud entertainment does not finish until 11pm. It can be heard even with the balcony doors closed, which also makes sleep difficult as the air-conditioning unit is portable and needs to be vented through the open door! There is a ceiling fan, but this just circulates hot air. We have twice requested quieter family rooms only to be told the hotel is full and there are none available. This is despite an email request before we arrived, and there have been two changeover days during our stay so far. The hotel does not appear to be full, but maybe there are a lot of rooms with single occupancy. I therefore could not recommend this hotel as a destination for families with young children.

Cheap disposable plastic cups and no hot food, food is served at room temperature. That’s not 4 star experience, but that is what Evita Resort served us. We arrived at Evita Resort and the gentleman and the lady at the front desk said that even though we had paid in advance, there was no room for us. But they would accommodate us at nearby other hotel of their’s and it would be Evita Resort quality, so we would not need to worry. Evita Resort quality means ants marching in room and bed. Cheap disposable plastic cups, no glassware even for lunch or dinner. What should have been hot food, was served room temperature. So cold scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Their four star lunch was chicken nuggets and hot dogs, served lukewarm of course. Dinner was for example so overcooked chicken breast that knives had problems cutting them, yet they weren’t served hot. Towels and linens are changed every three days only. Another sure sign of four star quality. Only positive thing was the pool area, it was clean, peaceful and nice amount of sunbeds and shades. I would not recommend Evita Resort.

Booked Evita hotel for 10 days, we have been to Greece on a few occasions, this hotel has been far the best.Good choice of food throughout the day including snacks. Sam is amazing, he makes everyone welcome and makes everyone smile, this made us comfortable.The room are spacious and are regularly cleaned to a good standard. I've read reviews about ants etc ...but these are outside not inside, maybe if people did not drop food there would not be any. Thanks for a lovely stay and will book again for next year, well done to the rest of the entertainment team for your hard work, but previously stated Sam was exceptional,Thank you.

I recently stayed at Evita Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious. It was nice to have plenty of room to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout our stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had. Their welcoming demeanor made our stay more pleasant. However, there were a few significant downsides. The food was a major disappointment. Despite trying several dishes, we found that none of them met our expectations. The quality and taste were subpar, which was quite a letdown. Additionally, the food options are not particularly child-friendly. Families with young children might struggle to find suitable meals, and the general atmosphere of the hotel doesn't cater well to the needs of families. In summary, while Evita Resort excels in room quality and staff service, the food and family-friendliness leave much to be desired. If dining and location convenience are important to you, you might want to explore other options

Well, on our late arrival got to our room and no air con. Reported first thing and was told that it would be looked into. Hours later still nothing. Cutting a long story short we were given another room for the night and to return key next day. We were told next day still hadn't been looked at. Now couple days into holiday and no room. We were told that they were fully booked an no other rooms available. Now partner stated he would sleep in lobby area or go to another hotel. This seemed to ruffle a few feathers as they gave us a room next door to our original. Rooms were not cleaned properly either. Even found broken human nails on sides of bed and shower hose broken off, when fixed pieces were left all over bathroom floor. Food was the same every other day and as a result on 7th day I tried Moussaka and few hours later I started to feel ill. I was sick all night and following day spent in bed. I did however notify them and ask if any other issues? I couldn't stand smell of food or drink. We spent rest of our 10 days off complex and away and we enjoyed Rhodes more. I would like to say that we don't rate this hotel as a 4 at all. Certain staff were polite and friendly but others were rude and ignorant. If you look at any other reviews they all seem to follow same pattern and hotel responses are all copied and pasted replying to complaints which is just an echo to their rudeness. Not good at all.

After booking this holiday and reading reviews I was worried to say the least but actually we have had a lovely time here at Evita. Rooms were cleaned every day. Food was really lovely, there’s plenty to choose from, yes they repeat some dishes but so what. The selection is still very good. Staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help aswell. We don’t have a complaint at all and will hopefully be returning in years to come. Thankyou for such a lovely stay Evita ❤️

We spent a fantastic week here with my family. The resort was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the buffet on most days but found that there were not many chicken options. The evenings were filled with fun and laughter thanks to the amazing entertainment. The animators went above and beyond. Kids club was fantastic and a great opportunity for little ones to make friends and parents to have a few relaxing hours.

I took my wife for 5 days for her birthday, We stayed in the adult only part of the resort, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and there was a nice variety of food to choose from. The whole resort was so clean and tidy. all the staff were friendly and smiling. There were 3 different forms of entertainment each evening at the 3 different bars. We booked a spa treatment, which was very reasonably priced and It was fantastic. We only wish we would have booked longer, so much so we are booking again for next year and taking the whole family. The only negative thing we experienced was the mosquitos, but that is just nature and is no fault of the resorts whatsoever. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. It was absolutely amazing.. Thank you once again and see you next year.

We had a lovely family holiday here. The highlight for us was that the hotel was right next to a gorgeous beach, where the sea was clean and clear. The food in the hotel was good, but it seemed to lack in variety from one night to the next. The rooms were fine and cleaned to a high standard. We had amazing sunset views from our balconies. The last day of our holiday was slightly stressful though as we booked and paid to have a late check-out of our rooms, but then we were informed at the last minute that we couldn't have these rooms so we quickly had to pack and move which messed up our plans. Also, we hadn't been given/couldn't find out information about our transfer back to the airport, and the reception staff couldn't help us with this. We know transfers are not their responsibility, but a bit of help working out what was going on would have been appreciated. Overall, however, we have very happy memories of our holiday at Sandy Beach, Corfu.

Beautiful big , clean rooms. Good room service. Lovely food, enjoyed variety of salads and veggies. Beautiful, clean beach. But didn’t like that guests are reserving beach lounges by leaving their towel on it not giving fair opportunity to everyone to use them. But the same time in not very respectful manner I am with new born baby was told of when crossed dining in my bikini. It was not acceptable but at least I deserved to have private conversation not in front of people being punished like 10 year old naughty girl. Manager needs to learn how to solve conflict in nicer manners and keeping guest privacy. I found it’s rude and disrespectful. Poor service from manager. The rest is brilliant and worth money paid .

We are here at the moment, having been here previously more than twice a year and been happy with the room we were allocated, but not this time. I feel we were given one of the smallest rooms available, when asked to change was told fully booked. I know that is not true as I was very observant of available empty rooms during our stay.The room was very dingy and dark and dissapointing, we are used to better.Having said that it was nice to see some of the same staff still there . They were so friendly to us and the food was always lovely, but not always hot. The kebabs are to die for.The cleanliness is so good here cannot fault anything at all apart from our room. My husband is disabled and would like to see walk in showers in some of the rooms.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the room is lovely we got given a free upgrade so have a pool view. The food choice and quality is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the second half of our trip was very noisy and disruptive due to hordes of under 14's staying for a football competition, they were noisy and every evening till nearly midnight were running around the corridors and banging on doors.

Lovely hotel, rooms spotless, cleaners work really hard, as do all members of staff. Pool is huge, but cold, mind , you do soon get used to it . Never had a problem getting a sun lounger, loads to go round. 2 restaurants, green for families and blue for adults, plenty of choice , just the odd day the choices weren't to my taste, but, still found something to eat. All in all we had a lovely holiday. If anyone asked me if I would recommend the Alvor Baia, my answer would be, yes absolutely

This is not a 4star hotel. Very limited food offer in restaurant same most days . No pool tables no real games room . Indoor pool u have to pay extra bd kids can only use between 6 and 7pm . Limited drinks menu. When we stay there was a booking with over 600 kids in a football tournament who took over hotel. Very noisy here everything from floor above and corridor. Entertainment is prob the worst ever seen in a hotel . Staff do nothing when u raise a complaint. Lovely area shocking hotel. We won't be back

Fabulous hotel, staff were all very polite and efficient, clean... So clean! Food was good. We did 10 days all inclusive and always found something different. We ate out in Alvor a couple of times too which was nice to have the quiet from the busy dining at the hotel. Pool is huge, it was cold especially first thing in the morning but the kids seemed not to care, the pool can get a bit crowded on some days but we usually always found a lounger if we were late getting down in the morning. The entertainment team were great and full of energy, put on great shows. Kids tried kids club a couple of times and seemed to like the activities and how quiet it was compared to other resorts we have been to. The grounds and kids play area were great. Little shop on the hotel had lots of useful things but there's lots of shops in Alvor and it's worth the walk down as its a beautiful place. We hope to be back sometime.

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Good Location it’s near where you can walk to shops or have lunch or dinner out or go out in the evening to have a drink

Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

Pool is only shallow at very ends and no signage for depth..it is very deep and some slipping at steps ! We had a great time at this hotel. We had booked into a basic room which was fine and we were happy with. 3 days into our trip we got offered an upgrade to a room that had direct access to a pool. If you get the chance I would book this room. The drinks are all branded and the cocktails were lovely. The food was very tasty. The walk up and down to the beach is about 5 minutes and it not too bad of a walk. Overall I would fully recommend this hotel. We paid £700 each including flights and it was great value for money

Overall I really liked Mitsis Family Village. The location and the sea views are really nice. The staff is very friendly and constantly takes care of the property. The food selection is not huge, but the quality is good. The rooms are very spacious and clean although in some aspects they are certainly dated. I would recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. As soon as we arrived, a somewhat unpleasant episode occurred, which the hotel manager kindly and promptly remedied by offering us an à la carte dinner. It was a very appreciated gesture and I think it is right to report it. Also for this reason, if one day we will have the chance, we will gladly return to Mitsis Family Village for our holidays. The shared pools were a fantastic addition, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. With numerous recreational activities available, including seawater swimming pools, water slides, and sports facilities like beach volleyball and tennis, there was never a dull moment. Overall, Mitsis Family Village is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and enjoyable stay in Kos. Rooms are spacious, towels changed every day. There are shampoos, conditioner, shower gel all provided. The animation team were so friendly and tried to get everyone involved. There were so many activities we couldn't fit it all in. Lastly, the beach is probably one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been on. The sea crystal clear with lovely fine sand. Everything about the resort was phenomenal. The food was incredible. The entertainment was unmatched. The workers couldn’t be more helpful, they are so cheerful and inviting. The entertainment staff had so much energy and filled the entire trip with joy. I cannot stress enough how amazing they truly are. They remember you and engage with you throughout your entire visit. The cleaning staff leave the most incredible towel designs everyday. I would come back in a heartbeat! This place is incredible and so magical. Such a great stay for our family at this hotel. We arrived early after an overnight flight with a toddler and they helped to find us a room to rest. So appreciated! The hotel was perfect for travelling with a baby. We appreciated the huge bath tub separate from the shower and spacious room. The door to the balcony also only opened by a lock placed very high for safety. The hotel is very clean and close to everything in JBR. Breakfast is worth it, especially with family. Huge selection and great staff. Special thanks to Sachin for looking after us at breakfast, as well as all other staff. We also appreciated towels for the beach and excellent pool service. Nice kiddie shallow pool and playground. Thank you, we will return!

We have been to Dubai quite a few times but this was the first time with our 4 month old baby boy. We had an amazing time and the hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was great with an amazing sea view and the staff were fantastic. I really cannot understand other reviews which are asking for an adults only pool/area. This is quite clearly a family hotel and there are plenty of very nice adults only hotels in the area if this is your preference! We shall return next year!

I have visited Dubai numerous times and if you can afford it; I think it is, without a doubt, the BEST hotel in Dubai. There are 5 or 6 swimming pools, numerous restaurants, beach bars, sports facilities, gardens and it is located on the beach. The location is perfect and close to both the Marina’s and all the boat, jet ski, paragliding hire etc. The staff here are so in incredible. Not only are they highly professional but so supportive, helpful and kind. They are literally like a family to me when I visit for either work or a holiday. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful resort 🙏🙏🙏!

Just got back from a fantastic holiday at the Le Royal Meridien in Dubai and I'm already missing it! The whole place was just beautiful and my room had the most amazing view of the sea. It was so nice to just chill out on the balcony. Being vegetarian, I was a bit worried about the food, but I was seriously impressed. They had so many delicious veggie options across all the restaurants and every dish was full of flavour. There was a small mix-up at check-in because I booked through a website, but the staff were super helpful and even gave me an upgrade for the fuss! Talk about great service. Orlando, one of the staff members, was an absolute star. He made sure I had everything I needed and always went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. It's people like him that make a stay truly special. Honestly, if you're looking for a place to stay in Dubai, you can't go wrong with the Le Royal Meridien. I can't wait to go back!
