Ok hotel - good for a cheap weekend out
Pros:
Front staff spoke English and were both lovely and really helpful! We had issues with the Wattzer scooters and although it's not part of the hotel, the staff tried their best to help out.
Rooms were clean. Pillow was soft. Nice views from the balcony dependant on where you were facing.
Cheap and close to the beach and strip - literally less than a 10 min walk to all the restaurants and bars, really good walking distance (just be aware that there is a massive flight of stairs and you'll get some decent exercise in!)
Pools are nice and clean. A decent amount of sun loungers. Drinks are nice as well and not too expensive. Outside toilets were surprisingly nicer than the hotel room toilets.
Cons:
Some of the waitresses didn't speak English which wasn't too much of an issue. The lifeguard however wasn't too helpful when some other English tourists in the pool were trying to explain their bag was stolen.....
Drinks ok however disappointed that the All Inclusive offer was only for beer or wine....Which my party and I didn't drink. No mention of this on the site we booked on (it does show on their website but not helpful after booking already). Was told at check in. Not too big a concern as cocktails can be purchased pool side but would have been nice for more options.
Sky bar closed on last night at the hotel which was only mentioned via a note stuck to the wall - which was a big disappointment as we were leaving this to experience the night before leaving. It was mentioned there was a staffing issue which is not the best excuse.
Rooms could do with a lick of paint and the doors had wood coming off of them. The room doors didn't seem that secure compared to modern hotels. Showers kept flooding and shower doors didn't close properly. Beds were indented - extended stays would have ruined my back.
Overall it was a great place to stay for a long cheap weekend drinking with friends.

Hotel itself is a lovely hotel a little dated in the room but very clean. Views from my room was at first a dirty roof and room was very small and felt very closed in. The reception staff were great and moved me to a different room that I was much happier in. The hotel is about 1 minute walk to a lovely beach so I didn’t need to use the pool as this was very small. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. All in all I had a lovely stay and would have happily stayed a few more days if I could

I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation, and I would like to share my experience. Overall, the hotel is well-located, but there are certain aspects that could be improved.
The reception was welcoming, and the staff was friendly. The premises were clean and modern. However, I noticed that there was no self-service water fountain, which would have been convenient.
As for the restaurant, the breakfast was quite repetitive, with more savory options than sweet ones. The dishes were well-prepared, but the beverages, especially the fruit juices, were extremely sweet. For lunch and dinner, the dishes were also well-prepared, but I was disappointed with the lack of choices and the poor quality of desserts. Additionally, there were no non-alcoholic and non-carbonated drinks available, except for water, despite the all-inclusive package!
The room was spacious and pleasant, but the walls were thin, and it was easy to hear the neighbors. Moreover, there was a constant noise resembling ventilation, even when it was turned off. The bathroom was a good size, but there was a lack of storage space despite the available area. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and efficient.
The pool and the outdoor bar were nice, but the closing time at 6 PM was way too early for a vacation setting. Additionally, it was frustrating to have to pay a deposit to get a drink at the pool bar, considering we were in swimsuits without pockets to carry money. The area was monitored and enjoyable, but the sun no longer hit the sunbeds after 4 PM. The smoking area was also inadequate, as it would have been preferable to be able to smoke in a relaxed outdoor environment while on vacation!
Regarding the all-inclusive package, I have to point out that it wasn't truly comprehensive. The hours were very restrictive for different times of the day, which was disappointing. Moreover, it wasn't possible to have the same drink from one bar to another, except during specific hours. Despite the law allowing three alcoholic beverages per meal, it was a shame to see that only low-quality wine and draft beer were available. There were no options for non-alcoholic beverages other than water, nor were there any non-carbonated drinks. The snacks offered were disappointing, with ham sandwiches or stale mini croissants.
The rooftop was a beautiful space; however, it was not included in the all-inclusive package, which was a shame. Furthermore, it was regrettable that children had access to this area, considering the hotel is advertised as adults-only.

3 night stay here, arrived at 1am and we were greeted by very friendly staff and offered food and drinks. Check in very easy.
Room is spacious and has excellent air conditioning.
Different food everyday in buffet and soft drinks available all day for free if you’re in all inclusive package.
Unique Impact
The thing I was least impressed with was the fact that they are advertised as all inclusive, but expect you to pay a €5 cash only deposit for the remote control in order to have access to the TV in the room. Also you have to pay €1 cash deposit in order to have a drink outside or away from the main bar. At an all inclusive I don’t expect to need cash, especially for things which I consider to be pretty basic. Also the roof top area is not part of the all inclusive so if you want a drink there you must pay separately.
