Basic, clean, decent-sized rooms with comfortable beds (twin room), staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon in room for both heating and cooling (no surcharge). WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel but we found the connection to be very poor in our 2nd floor room. Overall a good budget hotel in a great location.

Great value, basic hotel in the old town, great location, lots of bars and restaurants right outside, close to the beach. Very polite reception staff. Kettle 10 euro deposit. Main strip about 20-25 mins walk. Tried breakfast once but it wasn't that great. It's perfect if you want cheap and basic place to sleep. Do not expect luxuries or 5 star treatment - this is a budget friendly place in the heart of old town.

One of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are basic but the air con is unreal, and you’ve got everything you need. People booking this should understand it’s not a 5* luxury hotel – it’s cheap, cheerful, and perfect if you just need a place to get your head down. The location is spot on: only a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach, with the Old Town right outside the hotel, full of restaurants and bars. The New Town is around 10–15 minutes away, which is actually nice because you’re close enough to enjoy it but far enough to avoid the noise. Great little spot if you’re after value for money and a comfortable base.

The Hotel Olimpic in Benidorm is a property with stars on its nameplate, but like many central Benidorm hotels, it has clearly seen better times. That said, it still offers a surprisingly comfortable and practical stay right in the heart of the city’s lively downtown. Rooms: The most important point for any traveler is cleanliness, and here the Olimpic delivers. The rooms are cozy and CLEAN — spotless to the point that you can smell the chloric cleaner. While that scent may not be everyone’s taste, it is a common hallmark of local housekeeping standards and reassures you that hygiene is taken seriously. Depending on your luck, your room may face a quiet side street, the patio de luces (the indoor shaft typical of Spanish buildings where bathroom and kitchen windows open), or the infamous Gin Street, Benidorm’s nightlife epicenter. Facing Gin Street can be noisy, but let’s be honest: if you’re staying here, you’re probably part of the party yourself, so sleep eventually comes easy. What they however really could improve is the noise when one is closing the door. You can hear them from stores above and below... BLAM! Entering or leaving... but thats also dependent on the guests... Service: The hotel offers 24‑hour front desk service, and the staff are consistently praised for being friendly, multilingual, and supportive. Whether you arrive late at night or need assistance during the day, someone is always available to help, which adds a reassuring layer of hospitality. Amenities: In the lobby, you’ll find a vending machine stocked with soft drinks and snacks — handy for a quick bite. If you need more, like beers, the area is surrounded by 24‑hour supermarkets, so you’re never far from supplies. There is also a dedicated breakfast room, though I didn’t try the breakfast myself. Other guests have noted that the food is decent, with buffet options typical of Spanish coastal hotels.. Dining twist: What makes the Olimpic stand out is its restaurant partnership with Pac Smash, a local spot specializing in delicious smash burgers. This is not your standard hotel dining hall — it’s a modern, flavorful burger joint that adds a fun twist to the stay. I’ll save the full burger review for another post, but it’s worth highlighting here as a unique perk. Location: The hotel’s location is both its strength and its challenge. Being in the middle of Benidorm’s downtown means you’re steps away from bars, clubs, and the famous Gin Street. For partygoers, this is perfect. For light sleepers, it can be a bit of a struggle. Still, the convenience of being able to stumble back to your room after a night out is undeniable. Overall impression: The Hotel Olimpic is a good choice for a short stay — a few nights to enjoy Benidorm’s nightlife and central vibe. It’s not a luxury resort, and it may feel dated in places, but it is clean, practical, and staffed by genuinely helpful people. We arrived at broncemar on 20th December 2025 for a week over Christmas. Receptionist was polite and told us we were stayin in room 208 Our apartment was really spacious with a cooker, microwave, fridge, pots, frying pan, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses There is also a smart TV that didn't keep a signal so was of no use We had a terrace aswell with two sunbeds and a table and 3 chairs The hotel is really clean and well kept with two pools, one was heated with a shallow and deep end Broncemar is close to the restaurants and shops and only a ten min transfer from the airport For us personally where our apartment was situated was right above the stage where the night time entertainment was and the noise is very loud. Worst part of the apartment was at night time it was absolutely freezing, not on really as for the full week we were really cold We would stay again but would be in the summer

Myself and my husband stayed here for 1 week I book through their website a premium room absolutely Nothing premium about the room. No toiletries no bathrobes no minibar all stated on their website . When we complained they just said sorry we never received any of the above. Also I had emailed to check if an iron was available and was told yes no problem when we arrived there we where told no that this facility was scrapped 2 weeks prior meaning we had to purchase an iron for 20 euro. The staff don’t seem to care when you complain when I asked to talk to the manager he said he hasn’t got time to talk to me. Don’t book this place it’s over priced and don’t know how it has 4 stars

Massive hotel venue with self catering and all inclusive. 2 big pools, great for kids. Hotel is reasonably clean and staff pleasant, decent facilities but would not consider it as a 4* for adults, although its great for families. Breakfast looked decent however we did self catering and whilst a few annoyances like no freezer, 2 blunt knives and nothing to actually wash up or spray sides with, it was convenient for what we wanted and the rooms and spacious and fairly clean. Location fab and quick walk to beach and various shops and restaurants

Just home from another fantastic week at broncemar, and it's not let us down again. From the moment you walk through into reception and welcomed by the staff behind the counters, to the wonderful, hard working bar and restaurant staff. They couldn't be more helpful. I've been coming here for the past 24 years and it just keeps getting better. The rooms are nice and modern. Food is good and plenty to choose from, I think anyone will always find something to eat. Great location for all the other activities in and around Caleta. Once again a fantastic family hotel

Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park – a perfect choice for a family holiday in Hurghada Our stay at Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is very large, yet extremely well organized, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, regularly cleaned, and offer a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. The service truly deserves special recognition. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Lovely hotel and staff. The food in the buffet is good but lacks flavour. If you're looking for an amazing dinner go to Tandoori the Indian restaurant in Titanic Palace where Manjeet the chef makes amazing dishes full of authentic Indian flavours and the nabager Ahmed is always courteous and helpful. The reception staff are always helpful no matter how busy they are especially the dark haired lady with curly hair who's name I don't know. The restaurant staff are quite nice too. The chef doing the eggs on the morning is very good and remembers you with a smile. I will say the only thing that wasn't great was the housekeeping which failed to clean the room well, didn't empty the bins and didn't replace toiletries or used glasses. Otherwise this holiday was fantastic!!!

Just got home from a 10 day stay just me and my daughter. Upon arriving there was an issue with the balcony door as it wasn’t locking, obviously being alone I wanted to feel safe, reported this to reception and someone came out within 10-20 mins to fix. From this I had the most perfect holiday. Cannot fault it. Pools, food, entertainment, weather, staff… everything was amazing. Definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were exceptional. Special mention to Oscar who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a slight issue with our room and he gave us another room that we were so happy with!! The hotel is extremely clean and very relaxing and quiet and not too big. There is a small mini mart in the hotel which is handy. The beach is about a 10 minute stroll away with the Pueblo Marinero slightly further. We stayed on a b and b basis so can't comment on the food other than that the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

We stayed there and without exaggeration, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff’s attitude towards guests was careless and unprofessional, as if customer satisfaction meant nothing to them. The food quality was absolutely bad — so bad that it was completely inedible. I was genuinely shocked by how low the standards were in every aspect. I would strongly advise people to avoid this hotel, as it was a total waste of time of holiday and money.

Clean rooms but very dated. Staff at bars dont seem to want to be there very rude and slow. Don't change glasses or wash them when getting fresh drinks. Food very basic bland and not fresh lots of tinned items like mushrooms. Salad buffet basic and unappealing. Clean and cheap but wont be back such a shame as with not much effort it could be a great place such a shame. After 30 years of all inclusive this has to be the worst. Reception staff lovely.

Just finished our 7 day stay at the blue sea gardens. It's been a truly wonderful stay in Costa Teguise, and the hotel has been great too. The entertainment has been great! The pool's got a really nice vibe and the room was clean. The only downside was it got pretty hot there and the fan didn't seem very strong, so we just left the door open to cool down. Breakfast was really good and the drink selection was amazing. The transport links to the towns were all close by, and the staff were super friendly.

If you have any basic human standards stay away from this place. I don't know where to start so I'll keep to the main points. Rent a cup for €1 in an all-inclusive resort. I've never seen the likes and the drink is shocking. Food - absolute muck. My dog wouldn't even eat it. Restaurant - its in the basement with has no windows, bright lights and so loud you'd swear you where in a disco. Entertainment - non existent other than bingo and bingo. Staff - tried their best but you could tell the management or owners just don't care because the staff didn't care. Rooms - the worst I've ever stayed in. No air con or WiFi and a very old safe which you could rent. Theft - my sons Nintendo Switch was stolen from our room during a clean up by the staff. Grounds - old and decapitated, the outdoor all weather pitch has a fence around it that could take the eyes out of your head if you weren't careful. Bathrooms - small with broken shower and no shampoo or hand soap. Double bed - it's an old sofa bed with a 20 year old mattress full of stains?? My wife and I went for a week with our 2 sons 6 and 10 and they even hated it so much that we left most days and stayed at other Hotels and ate out in local restaurants. 10 times we've stayed in Lanzarote and this place wins the crown for the most disgusting hotel in Europe. By the way. We stayed last July and its taken me this long to get over the shock of what was meant to be our once a year family holiday. Our own fault in fairness. It was our first time booking at last minute and we didn't take head of the reviews and booked cheap and definitely not cheerful. Holiday cost me twice as much in the end to entertain the kids and feed the family out. Too many nice hotels around, this is not one of them.

We checked in late and there was a queue so we had to wait a while so we were exhausted when we got to our room. Room was very basic but it was clean and a place to sleep. We had a sea view so I was happy about that. Food was good. Pools clean . The beach nearby was stunning. The staff worked their socks off they were amazing! Just one young receptionist that had attitude with me but I didn’t let it ruin my holiday. All on all we had a lovely time.

Loved every second of my stay at Club Cala Romani, from the moment I arrived it felt smooth and welcoming. Upon check-in, I was so impressed at how quick and easy it was, it honestly felt like I never had to wait at all. Knowing how check-ins can drag sometimes, it was refreshing to be settled in so fast. Everything about my room was amazing, spotless, and even came with a lovely special treat waiting for me. Let me say, Naim was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and one of the most down-to-earth people I’ve met. On reception, Anna and Joanna were both incredibly kind and guided me whenever I needed help exploring the area. Very grateful for their warmth and patience, they truly made my stay even better. Even though the food was a bit basic, that didn’t bother me because I wasn’t really there for the food. Sometimes I would just grab a pizza or burger and eat in the room, occasionally some Bulgarian treats. Plus, there’s a beautiful beach just down the green path, peaceful, scenic, and absolutely worth the walk. Every moment there felt calm and special, the perfect place to unwind. The whole atmosphere of Club Cala Romani was welcoming and full of good energy. You can tell the team genuinely care about making guests feel happy. All in all, an unforgettable stay that I’d recommend to anyone — can’t wait to come back! ❤️

A lot of harsh reviews on here, rooms are clean and cleaned daily by friendly staff, reception staff are friendly and very helpful. Tv remote and WiFi not included is interesting but not the end of the world, who needs it when on holiday anyway? All inclusive drinks are included using a cup system, maximum of 2 per person at a time but you can have all you want so is no big deal. Really nice area and the pool is great. If you want a quiet place with no children or drunken brits then definitely not the place for you. Would come again 👍

Fair place for a family holiday, pool activities for kids all day for different age groups, if you're looking for quiet or relaxing it's not for you. Food was good but breakfast was different each day, not a massive selection of alcoholic drinks, but plenty soft drinks for the kids. The staff can either be really nice or really disrespectful depending. The location is pretty good to walk out the hotel to local shops bars and resteraunts and the beach. Lots of hotels around it.

On arrival took about 45 minutes to check in, although first we were allocated two rooms on different floors they managed to consolidate us into one apartment, although clean and tidy was quite small and cramped for a family of five. Food was good but repetitive, always something to eat though, and plenty of it. Restaurant staff were brilliant and as soon as you finished a plate they would clean up, pool cold but it is october plenty of sunloungers. Plenty of activities for the kids. And close to the town of cales de mallorca which is small with a few bars, restaurants and shops. The downsides of this place for us and this is our personal experience is go early for breakfast as anytime after 8.30 becomes crowded with long queues, and evening meal after 8pm as at opening at 7pm was very over crowded and you will struggle to get a table now this is October so dread to think what it would be like on peak season. Also lots of mosquito we have been bitten a lot. Wether that's majorca this time of year we dont know. On check out was smooth we retained our cup tokens as you need these to exchange for a cup to get drinks till we left the resort, as our transfer was later, and due to us doing this and the swapping of the rooms they argued with my wife that there was only two of us when there was five, and the girl on reception was reluctant to get the manager, but out of principal we persevered and it was sorted and we had the 5 euros back. Also you need a 2 euro coin to use the lockers where you store your bags for when your booked out of your room if you want to store valuables, you dont get this back. If you want a plug for the bath its 5 euros and 20 euros for a TV remote although no English speaking channels unless you listen to the radio. 40 euros for a fridge in your room all refunded once you leave. We wouldn't come here again out of preference but lots of people enjoy it, we did enjoy it but not for us again

Would not recommend. Get ready to walk up a step hill just to get to the hotel and then the hill in the hotel to get in and out. Arrived when it was dark and quickly went to get dinner at the buffet before it closed, as soon as we got back to our room(in a corner which looked into someone else’s room) we were greeted buy some huge cockroaches,My partner then had a look round and it was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the previous people, bugs and dust everywhere. After a slight panic attack we went up to reception to complain and they gave us another room to look at. This one smelt clean on entry and had an amazing view an we didn’t come across any bugs, Which we then stayed in for our week holiday. Food was decent, breakfast was amazing. They do one cocktail a day which was nice but think you can get other drinks too like vodka and coke. Pool is nice and big and clean too, think it’s a salt water pool. Huge hill in the middle of the hotel to get from reception to pool and restaurant. There’s 2 lifts but don’t take you up the hill. Huge hill to get down to the beach or to other shops. Shop in the hotel is expensive but stocks everything for easy convenience but would recommend walking to the super dino down the road much cheaper. We had lovely weather and our view was amazing however I won’t be back.

We have only just arrived and already regret not reading the reviews more carefully. Guests are not allowed to check in until 4pm, which meant sitting around for hours with suitcases after travelling. The hotel is in very poor condition. The pool area looks dirty, the whole place appears shabby and poorly maintained, and parts look like they are falling apart. The snack bar food around the pool is completely unacceptable — unhygienic, unappetising, and not something we felt safe eating. The atmosphere is unpleasant and the staff have come across as rude and unhelpful. We have spoken to several other guests who all say the same thing: this place has gone downhill and they would not return. This is supposed to be our Christmas break, and instead we are already planning to hire a car just to get away from the hotel. That alone speaks volumes. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of booking Laguna Park to read the reviews carefully beforehand. We certainly won’t be returning.

Was slightly apprehensive prior to arriving but shouldn't have been. Apart from being up a steep hill over the motorway the apartments are fantastic value for money. Rooms very clean. Beds changed every other day. Comfortable beds and large balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for you. Pool large and clean plenty of sunbeds. Taxi only 5 euros from the bars so no need to walk the hill. Would definitely recommend.

I’ll be honest this is a great budget friendly holiday hotel. But that’s it staff are helpful and friendly. It’s always clean, the pool is a great size but is a salt water pool. Rooms are abit on the old side water is slow no fan or remote but you can rent them. The beds are not comfortable. No WiFi unless your sat in reception so get a esim. Food for breakfast is average nothing special. The walk to breakfast is a little tiring but you get a beautiful sunrise view in the way. I had no problems here parking was easy, staff were friendly and the room was clean but this is my honest review this is a 2** and budget friendly hotel. Designed for under 25 or budget family trips

We have been to this hotel a good few times over the years, it has everything you need and quite close to the main town. It is up the hill so it’s a hard walk back but taxis aren’t too over priced and they do have a free bus. The Room is basic but has everything you need, we stayed in a two bed apartment and it had a kettle and microwave ect. I think overall for the price of laguna park it’s as expected. Basic but clean.

I visited this hotel about a week ago , let's say going into this hotel my expectations were high. Dare I say I was really disappointed. Never the less here are some of my pros and cons for this place. I'll start of with my pros : 1.The beach is around a 10 minute walk. theres no rocks just sand , the water is nice and isn't quickly deepening. 2. The staff here are awesome , super welcoming and absolutely love kids. 3.Above the pool there is a porch there are sofas and armchairs to enjoy , it's quite nice for a break from the chaos. 4.The waffles and ice cream that are given out around 15 - 17 h are so good , I enjoyed them everyday! 5.The patisserie pastries are delicious - my favorite one was the cheesecake , definitely worth a try! Moving on with the cons : 1.The hotel only revolves around Germans , you walk by staff and they say "hallo" which is pretty annoying Sometimes even asking "how are you" and "what drink you would?" like in german. Also the late night shows are mostly revolving a round Germans , me as a Lithuanian have no clue what they were saying , like come on?! 2. The shows were awful , pretty pathetic. The dancers would slip and fall , mess up and just it looked like they didn't have a lot for the budget. 3.The rooms. We got the first floor , sounds coming from the lobby bar glasses shattering or making a bunch of noise , and then the room also went into the pools direction , people partying until 12 , getting a room like that with a baby was quite difficult to deal with. Along side that the rooms were filthy , the maids came in did a quick sweep changed the sheets like once or twice in the week I was staying there. The room needs renovation , the AC was dirty , laps would flicker , dirty towels not picked up after we left them there to be cleaned or changed. Paintings were crooked. 4. The food was definitely not a wow , I have a lot to complain about. I can definitely go to fast food place and eat much better there. 5. pools were cold , spa pool only works in winter , HUGE dissapointment.

All that glitters is NOT gold at Castival Hotel. Our 5-day anniversary break turned into a nightmare. The first two rooms were dirty, the third only just acceptable. The whole hotel is tired, worn out, and badly maintained — filthy carpets, noise everywhere, and stray cats even sleeping on dining room chairs. Food was average, and several guests fell ill while we were there. Staff were hit-and-miss, with some being downright rude — even laughing at us when we raised cleanliness issues. One staff member was caught sleeping on the job. We also met guests who got bed bugs, and the hotel tried to pass it off as allergies — yet secretly disposed of their suitcases, proving the truth. The only good thing was the spa team, who were amazing. Everything else? A complete disappointment. Would not return, even after a refurb.

I read the latest reviews and was horrified by how dissatisfied people seemed. It was too late to cancel the reservation, so I gathered my courage and decided to come. When I arrived at check-in, I was welcomed by the reception team, who were very friendly and helpful. I was accommodated in a beautiful room with a pool view, which I wholeheartedly recommend. The food is more than enough, very diverse and delicious. The sand on the beach is fine, and during the day you have access to food, juices, beer, and wine. The resort has many places where you can relax — from acrobat and dance shows, to live music in the lobby, a space where you can borrow and read books, and a terrace where people gather in the evening to enjoy a cocktail and unwind. It’s a resort suitable for children (they have activities for the little ones), as well as for young people and seniors. I saw activities for all ages and preferences. We even caught October Fest, where there were barbecues and contests. Dear people, don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. I honestly can’t understand what someone could find disappointing about this resort. I travel to Turkey every year for all-inclusive resorts, often at higher prices, but this one surpassed them all. The value for money is excellent. There’s even a hair salon, which was always busy, and the spa area is amazing. The massages are INCREDIBLE, and there’s also a salt room… I wholeheartedly recommend this resort, and the cherry on top is the staff — always smiling and attentive to every guest’s needs. Congratulations to the Castival Hotel team! I give you a 10 out of 10!!!

This hotel is severely lacking in any facilities, if we had known it was the end of the season and they were closing down we would never have chose this place! The bathroom is needing updated the sinks are chipped and the taps are rusty! The shower head fell when using the shower so not safe. Also as other reviews have mentioned the food is awful, we got in touch with our holiday rep at love holidays who said he couldn’t help with the food issue and it’s gradually getting worse, we paid all inclusive but it’s not worth it, no entertainment the staff look miserable and bothered because they need to put there phone down and work, we are waiting to speak to the manager tomorrow, don’t waste your money coming here it’s no atmosphere no entertainment no snacks through the day as this afternoon the shop was closed to even buy them. Totally tarnished our holiday and can’t wait to go home Our only positive is Burham the night manager who welcomed us on arrival, this man was a gentleman took us to our rooms helped us order food as it was late nothing was too much for him and the times we see him he’s been happy

Arrived October 2025. Unfortunately apart from some of the friendly staff in the dinner hall and 2 of the cleaning ladies, me and my family are not happy with our stay. No sense of decency from the lobby staff. They didnt even have a porter to shift our luggage upstairs. Outdated rooms? Seams ripping apart on the blankets, had to keep asking for fresh towels, toilet rolls and cleaning. No variety whatsoever of food at any time. All inclusive board. Same options for all 3 food times for 7 days. We would never come again to this hotel.

Asked for a quiet room, had one overlooking the pool that blasted loud music from 10 am till teatime. Complained about consistently tepid food that was never rectified, which I think myself was the source of a few tummy upsets. Ended up playing safe wi salads. Honestly, it was a great vacation resort especially for families. We were looking for some quality time and we were really satisfied with the experience. There's a shop at the hotel with all kinds of products (swimming equipments, tobacco etc) and reasonable prices. Besides, there's a pool for kids which is safe and fun. Staff were polite, food was great and drinks were awesome. I have to say we are not peaky wirh the room furniture and didnt have any problems with rhe room either. We would definitely come here again in the following years.

We booked two rooms at this hotel was told by a man who works for the hotel Sezar we can get a refund as one room was not going to be used due to other half not comings He said we have to give him more money for the refund to be transferred. He took our money and said he will refund it back. We returned back and did not receive a refund from the guy. We informed the hotel and spoke to Mehmet Ayhan in regards to this we received no help at all from the hotel as this is someone that works in the hotel. Our money has been taken and nothing has been done to help us. I have several times contacted the hotel they responded and then did not respond again!!! Please be careful of this hotel!! Do not recommend at all!!! Be careful before you book!!!

We was dreading our holiday after reading the reviews here after we had booked but we were extremely happy and can’t fault the hotel nor their service. Me, my wife and our 3 year old daughter had a great time. The rooms were clean and maintained every day. There was a great variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks and drinks available all day at the poolside. The only negative we experienced was the sunbeds being occupied pretty much the time by other guests, so it’s difficult to find a sunbed until late afternoon but that’s not the hotels fault they are busy. There’s a convenience shop located inside the hotel lobby. The beach was just across the road. Overall a great time. Visited October 2025 for a week.

Absolutely terrible drinks are large, vodka, raki or gin, white or red wine, which are both crap. 3rd night here they have round out of gin tonight and ran out of ice in the afternoon. Food is crap definitely only 2 star not 5 star. The only thing that is very good are the rooms and it is clean in the pool and hotel area and the toilets in the hotel lobby are lovely. Stayed in better hotels & B&Bs in Blackpool. Some staff are friendly some are miserable. Please don't come here. You pay for all-inclusive never been anywhere where there is no choice of drinks. No ice cream. Half the lights when you get out of the elevator don't work so it's dark as well as when you walk down to the outdoor stage. No snacks after the restaurant shuts at 8.30pm.

After I made the reservation, I wanted to cancel it just a few days later, once I actually read the reviews. Dear everyone, Trust what people write — they’ve been there and they know exactly what it’s like! We stayed there for 5 days. Fortunately, only for that long, because I honestly couldn’t have handled more. This hotel is by no means a 5-star place! Maybe it was, once upon a time when it was newly built, but it definitely needs to be re-evaluated now. Everything is run-down. Broken decorations, freshly patched walls in the rooms, water doesn’t drain properly, doors don’t always close, and the dining area is a complete disaster. Don’t even get me started on the food — I ate only vegetarian dishes for a day and a half because the overall selection was terrible, especially when it came to meat. As for the “all inclusive” part — it’s a joke! Everything is included only at the top bar, and even there only until 11 p.m., although our booking confirmation clearly said midnight. When we arrived, they handed us a new paper stating the bar closed at 11. After that, you might as well just go to bed. If you want a drink at the stage bar or beach bar, you have to pay extra! I paid €5 for a tequila, and for three beers anywhere between €9 and more. For the kids — slushies, ice cream, etc. — none of that is included! I’ve been to many all-inclusives in Turkey before, but I’ve never experienced anything like this. Down in the hammam area, everything smells of mold. I went for a massage, but I couldn’t relax for a second because I could barely breathe. It’s obvious the place had water damage, but no one bothered to fix it. The whole hotel badly needs renovation before they should even be accepting guests! The towels are torn, the tablecloths too, and there are plenty of broken items everywhere. Don’t book any tours through the hotel — they’re ridiculously overpriced! We wanted to go on a boat trip, and it would have cost €39–45 per person through the hotel. We found a travel agency while walking around and booked the same trip for €15 per person. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff are kind and do their best. The rooms are clean. In short — don’t be afraid to spend a bit more if you want good service! It’s better to pay slightly higher for a better hotel, because in the end you’ll actually spend less there and won’t waste your money outside or on extras.

Food - Poor pretty much the same thing every breakfast lunch & diner which wouldn’t be a problem if it was nice but very basic unless you want to only eat salads (salad options although still the same for every meal were very good). Snack Bar also very basic. Few times had raw chicken from the BBQ. Service - Room was kept clean I’ll give them that. Other than that service was terrible. No greeting at all after a long journey. Staff in the restaurant are spread thin and can barely get enough clean plates available for the amount of people. So unorganised! Bar - one small bar serving the whole hotel. Overall this is advertised as 5 star hotel and honestly it’s 3 star at best. People screaming up and down the corridor all night nobody dealing with said issues. I have never visited a 5star hotel that don’t even put cutlery down on the dinner tables and only service vodka or Gin. Rooms and decor very dated as well. If it was not for the trips we booked this would have been a nightmare of a holiday. As soon as we left the hotel for the day we enjoyed Turkey. Not what you would expect when booking 5star at all! One positive was the Spa. Whole family (including two young children) had a Turkish bath which was great.

I recently booked an all-inclusive trip and had a mixed experience. On arrival at the hotel at 9:00 pm, I was told dinner was already closed. We asked for options, and the staff only suggested very expensive choices, which felt like a rip-off. I didn’t have cash and was paying by card, while one staff member was somewhat helpful, they still pushed pricey options instead of pointing us to the nearby restaurant just a 5-minute walk away. The Hammam Bath offered inside the hotel was another disappointment. It was overpriced and not worth it—I strongly recommend looking for better, more affordable options outside the hotel. On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean, spacious, and had a nice ambiance. The room service was good as well. However, the food was repetitive, with the same routine dishes every day, which became dull quickly. Overall, while the hotel facilities were decent, I felt let down by the misleading inclusions, lack of transparency, and overpriced extras. This trip ended up costing more than expected and didn’t fully deliver on the “all-inclusive” promise.

Would not recommend. Get ready to walk up a step hill just to get to the hotel and then the hill in the hotel to get in and out. Arrived when it was dark and quickly went to get dinner at the buffet before it closed, as soon as we got back to our room(in a corner which looked into someone else’s room) we were greeted buy some huge cockroaches,My partner then had a look round and it was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the previous people, bugs and dust everywhere. After a slight panic attack we went up to reception to complain and they gave us another room to look at. This one smelt clean on entry and had an amazing view an we didn’t come across any bugs, Which we then stayed in for our week holiday. Food was decent, breakfast was amazing. They do one cocktail a day which was nice but think you can get other drinks too like vodka and coke. Pool is nice and big and clean too, think it’s a salt water pool. Huge hill in the middle of the hotel to get from reception to pool and restaurant. There’s 2 lifts but don’t take you up the hill. Huge hill to get down to the beach or to other shops. Shop in the hotel is expensive but stocks everything for easy convenience but would recommend walking to the super dino down the road much cheaper. We had lovely weather and our view was amazing however I won’t be back.

We have only just arrived and already regret not reading the reviews more carefully. Guests are not allowed to check in until 4pm, which meant sitting around for hours with suitcases after travelling. The hotel is in very poor condition. The pool area looks dirty, the whole place appears shabby and poorly maintained, and parts look like they are falling apart. The snack bar food around the pool is completely unacceptable — unhygienic, unappetising, and not something we felt safe eating. The atmosphere is unpleasant and the staff have come across as rude and unhelpful. We have spoken to several other guests who all say the same thing: this place has gone downhill and they would not return. This is supposed to be our Christmas break, and instead we are already planning to hire a car just to get away from the hotel. That alone speaks volumes. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of booking Laguna Park to read the reviews carefully beforehand. We certainly won’t be returning.

Was slightly apprehensive prior to arriving but shouldn't have been. Apart from being up a steep hill over the motorway the apartments are fantastic value for money. Rooms very clean. Beds changed every other day. Comfortable beds and large balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for you. Pool large and clean plenty of sunbeds. Taxi only 5 euros from the bars so no need to walk the hill. Would definitely recommend.

I’ll be honest this is a great budget friendly holiday hotel. But that’s it staff are helpful and friendly. It’s always clean, the pool is a great size but is a salt water pool. Rooms are abit on the old side water is slow no fan or remote but you can rent them. The beds are not comfortable. No WiFi unless your sat in reception so get a esim. Food for breakfast is average nothing special. The walk to breakfast is a little tiring but you get a beautiful sunrise view in the way. I had no problems here parking was easy, staff were friendly and the room was clean but this is my honest review this is a 2** and budget friendly hotel. Designed for under 25 or budget family trips

We have been to this hotel a good few times over the years, it has everything you need and quite close to the main town. It is up the hill so it’s a hard walk back but taxis aren’t too over priced and they do have a free bus. The Room is basic but has everything you need, we stayed in a two bed apartment and it had a kettle and microwave ect. I think overall for the price of laguna park it’s as expected. Basic but clean.

5/5 — Great family stay, worth the money We had a lovely stay at Club Es Talaial. Staff were friendly and the cleaning was always on point. Food was very good with plenty of choice, and the team were excellent when we asked about avoiding pork for our family. There were lots of alternatives, including turkey and chicken, so everyone ate well. Special thanks to the chef who found us a ready-made spicy sauce in a bottle. One small suggestion: add a fresh spicy sauce at the buffet. Some of us like a little kick, and a small “spice corner” would make us very happy. The pools and splash area were clean and fun, with kids’ refreshments available through the day. It felt easy with children and worth the money. Even when our Friday plans were disrupted by a shuttle error for Saturday’s airport transfer, the hotel reception team were very helpful. They kept chasing the transfer company and helped us get it sorted, even though it wasn’t the hotel’s mistake. We appreciated that support. Overall, a very good family hotel. We would happily come back.

Not that great! The beds was rock hard, like sleeping on a yoga-mat on the floor, and bad sleep just puts a dent in a holiday. The food was a ok, but much the same. The staff was nice. Wifi was pretty bad. Our friends stayed in another room and they got a bottle of water free every day, and their beds was not as hard, no idea why this difference. The room should be renovated but was pretty bland, and had signs of moisture damage. But I guess you get what you pay for.

One of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are basic but the air con is unreal, and you’ve got everything you need. People booking this should understand it’s not a 5* luxury hotel – it’s cheap, cheerful, and perfect if you just need a place to get your head down. The location is spot on: only a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach, with the Old Town right outside the hotel, full of restaurants and bars. The New Town is around 10–15 minutes away, which is actually nice because you’re close enough to enjoy it but far enough to avoid the noise. Overall impression: The Hotel Olimpic is a good choice for a short stay — a few nights to enjoy Benidorm’s nightlife and central vibe. where do I start . firstly arrive at hotel to get room and your hit with extras charges for everything WiFi air-conditioning kettle fridge ect ect and not cheap for any of them air-conditioning £35 for 7 nights only thing we was willing to pay for ! WiFi box you can get cheaper at the shop just down from the main reception they also sell small kettles at a fraction of the price to hire and they open 24h a day ... breakfast is only scrambled egg toast and small sausage again you need to pay extra if you want more ! our room ground floor room number 612 if you have any on this side be prepared for a large dog barking at all hours day and night ! bathroom dirty black mold around all silicone bedding and towels not changed or replaced during our 7 nights just bed remade and dirty used towels folded back up to re use ! we would 100% definitely never go back to this place !!! good luck if you decide to book

Really good location, nice views and a good walk down to the square. They even provide a free coach down to the beach at 11 am every day! 2 nice pools one with a bar. Food was ok. Rooms where nice and clean however a heads up about air con, there is non. Overall it was worth the money and would go back.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. You have your own kitchen and fridge, parking is easy, and the pool is spotless — it gets cleaned every day! The staff are hardworking and provide excellent customer service. The food was okay, and the overall environment felt safe, especially for kids, making it a good choice for families. My only concern was that there is no AC or fan in the rooms, which I feel is a big drawback. I managed to rent a fan from the hotel itself, but if the management invests in providing fans for every room, this place could easily become a 5-star stay. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money and a comfortable place for families!

Went for a long weekend to surprise friends who were on holiday. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Was surprised at how spacious the apartment was. Despite the hotel appearing a little tired there was everything you needed in your apartment for self catering. The restaurant served adequate meals at reasonable cost if you chose. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was even a free luxury coach available twice daily to take you to the town centre and return you to the hotel.

If I could rate with zero stars I would. Image of the pool on the booking site is not the pool beside reception. 32 sunbeds(poor condition) and 5 Umbrellas(worse condition) for the full complex. The image of the pool with bridges over it is actually in the complex next door and the bridges are closed off. The lifts are boarded up so if you have young kids all the more reason to stay away as the family rooms are on the 2nd floor. Also no WiFi if you stay on the 2nd floor. Apartments have no Air Conditioning. I had to wedge our sons bedroom window shut with rolled up cardboard and a knife. It states that it is 5 min walk to the beach which is a complete lie. You would struggle to make it by car in 5 mins. It also states that its surrounded by bars and restaurants when in actual fact you have 1 restaurant 5 mins walk away and the rest are by taxi. It also says they have a shop on site which they don't. Staff have zero interest and just clock in and out. The company that owns this complex own a few others around lanzarote and by the looks of it Lanzarote Paradise is the poor relation that gets the hand me downs from others. Its the further place from Paradise you will ever see. Yes its a budget complex but I think people deserve more for the money thats paid.

The Christmas Gala dinner and show were especially impressive and well organized. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and the hotel played a big role in making our holiday in Egypt a success. We booked excursions in the hotel after meeting with Hossam Yousif from Sun International and everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. Regular free bus trip to beach Good location. Bad bits...... The Hala shish bar Hisam owner will rip you off so pay as you go do not run up a tab. The 20% discount cards they give out mean nothing and despite tipping we still got ripped off so avoid. The all inclusive drinks are despicable so budget for drinks outside the resort or bring your own from duty free. On site shops expensive .......they all say they will look after you but you are far better off going to the shopping centre where the museum is, everything is priced reasonably and no false promises. Also the "Fresh juice " is half the price and will be cold. Beware of "odd job" who will be very pushing trying to sell you a white party and a bbq. Over priced and not worth the money. The entertainment although good is on late compared to other resorts. Overview.....on the whole a great holiday by all......would we return? Yes for sure and we know exactly what to do and not to do next time. Thank you to all the staff at royal lagoons aqua park we will miss you!

Just spent a week at Royal Lagoons, very nice, very good staff, very busy and have nothing but praise for the resort. Royal Lagoons is great with all the facilities, great pools, great staff and all you want and more. Great beach via free shuttle bus every 15mins. We would go back definitely.

There was one awesome man in the left side by the reception who helped us with everything. His name is Amir which means "prince". I called him -Prince of Egypt. He gave us the best trips with very good prices to everything there is notable to see in Egypt. We became good friends. Surely will come here again.

Food was nothing special – repetitive and without much creativity. Definitely don’t come here if you expect any kind of culinary experience. It’s warm, colorful, and there’s plenty of it, but that’s about it. With kids it’s not really a win either – the hotel doesn’t seem to count on families too much. We stayed in September and there were no animations or even basic kids’ facilities. The walk to the sea is quite far and crossing the main road from Heraklion with a stroller felt a bit like an adrenaline sport. The shuttle bus to the beach is fine, but you’re tied to fixed times (10:00, 12:30, 15:00). The beach in Gouves is great when the wind calms down, but after a windy day it was full of seaweed and the waves were rough (end of September). Walks around the hotel are basically impossible – best to rent a car and head somewhere else. For example, Stalis beach is fantastic with kids. On the positive side, the hotel staff were all really kind and friendly. But overall – we probably wouldn’t come back.

Visited for a week as a family trip, unfortunately it was not an enjoyable experience. The hotel lists a number of amenities which are not actually included such as 5 pools when in reality there are only 3, a spa which doesn't exist, entertainment where none was on at all that week, an arcade which is a few claw machines. Staff were rude and dismissive shrugging shoulders when notified about the broken air conditioning in our room. The manageress was hardly seen and her office was in a hidden spot hard to locate. the rooms were dirty, only one room in the apartment had air conditioning which then broke a few days in leaving all four of us to sleep in one room. Shower water ran yellow and a window handle fell off. Food was terrible with little selection, we ended up eating out for all 3 meals every day which cost us a few hundred a day. For an all inclusive hotel, only free drinks were local beer wine or off brand soft drinks, cocktails are €8 which was disappointing. Su beds also frequently broke and a parasols actually flew out as clearly broken and hit me in the face. This should not be 3/4 starts at all and was a terrible experience i would not recommend.

I stayed at this hotel, and I must say — it was absolutely wonderful! Despite its rating, the quality of service and experience exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious every single day, and the rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The pools were spotless, and even the outdoor tiles were washed daily — a small detail that really shows their commitment to cleanliness. But what truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks go to a man named Dali — the heart and soul of the evening entertainment. Every night, he hosted Showtime — whether it was a quiz, dance party, or karaoke, he brought great energy and fun to the event. What’s even more impressive is that he speaks (if I’m not mistaken) five languages — definitely French, Greek, English, and German — so conversations flow easily no matter where you’re from. He clearly gives his all to make sure guests are enjoying themselves, and his positive energy is contagious. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, clean, and fun place to stay. Don’t let the 3 stars fool you — this place shines bright!

We chose this hotel because of the very good price. Our bungalow was a bit old, but offered plenty of space for two people. The grounds and the rooms could be looked after a bit better, because it is actually really nice. After we were a bit shocked by the state of the room on the first day, it was thoroughly cleaned on the second day and some things were replaced, such as the frying pan. Unfortunately, our previous tenant left the kitchen quite dirty, but we cleaned it up ourselves. Overall, good value for money, but not for everyone. If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel, you should look elsewhere.

Good value for your money. Location is good, a few markets around the campus, 10 minutes walk to central area, where you'll find a lot of restaurants with good selection of food. The bungalow was clean and seamed freshly renewed, with 2 TV screens and decent kitchenette. Wi-Fi was super speedy. On site, on your laziest days, there is a nice pool with a bar and a restaurant around the corner.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment , so about half of their rooms will b fitted with solar panels and refurbished. To be honest this wasn't really bothering Us ,as there are two other swimming pools available out there if you need a quieter place. I noticed two bars with food and drinks and also a supermarket in front of the hotel which is great. Entertainment is happening in the afternoons as the main bar is closed at night. Rooms were clean , everything was working ( coffee maker, kettle etc). The bathroom and beds were nice too. The hotel is slightly away from the center ,so if you don't like 20 Minute hikes to the beach , take a taxi 🚕 should be about 4 e. Overall a very quiet,and relaxing place , and I will probably stay there again as it was great. Our room wasn't cleaned,and I never get fresh towels,but our stay was short , and I didn't bother about it anyway. But don't Expect 5star , if you pay a discounted price in High season.

I stayed at Kn Matas Blancas from 4–14 January 2026 on what was sold as a 4‑star, adults‑only, all‑inclusive holiday. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standard advertised, and several issues significantly impacted the quality and safety of my stay. 1. Misrepresented Star Rating This hotel is not a 4‑star property. It is widely recognised as a 3‑star hotel, and during my stay the rating was even amended online to reflect this. The facilities, food, service, and general condition of the hotel simply do not meet a 4‑star standard. Had the property been accurately described, I would not have booked it. 2. Persistent Foul Odour Throughout the holiday, a strong and unpleasant smell was present in various areas of the hotel, including communal spaces and occasionally inside our room despite windows and doors being closed. We reported this twice (9 and 12 January), as did other guests. We received conflicting explanations; first that the smell was due to “reusing the black water”, then that it came from a water purification plant outside the hotel. Regardless of the cause, this was intrusive and made it difficult to relax. 3. Cleanliness Cleanliness varied significantly depending on which staff were on duty. The large floor‑cleaning machine used in communal areas did not actually clean the floors, it simply moved dirt around and left streaks. However, I want to highlight Yuliana, who was exceptional. She consistently left our room spotless and added thoughtful touches, such as filling the ashtray cup with water. She was the one member of staff who delivered a genuinely high standard of cleanliness. 4. Staff Some staff were polite and helpful, but others were dismissive or rude, which further detracted from the experience. Shout out to Rosi, Javi and Melany for super great service and always executing it with a smile or a dance. Also ‘Bryan’ on Reception - Amazing customer service, nothing was ever too much trouble and he was amazing helping with the washing machine issues. Overall While there were a few positives; particularly our room and the efforts of certain staff members - the overall experience was disappointing and, at times, unsafe. The hotel does not meet the 4‑star standard it advertises, and several issues need urgent attention, especially around guest safety, food quality, and consistency of cleanliness. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, as the potential is there, but the current standard falls far short of what guests are promised.

What can I say, I had an amazing week. My best friend and I stayed at this hotel back in late August, all inclusive. I spent much of my time around the pool bar socialising with the other holidaymakers and the staff. The lady with the short, dark hair and round glasses provided an excellent service, and was great to talk to. She provided a fast service, always with a smile. I enjoyed the food too. Shout out to Melany for always being a ray of sunshine (me and my friend took quite a shine to her). The entertainment was fantastic. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the man who ran the entertainment, but it was an affable young man who had a quirky sense of humour. I especially liked the bingo, and the party games he would play at the end of the night. I realised quite late in the holiday that they were running "animation" (entertainment) throughout the day. I was able to watch a rather amusing game of mini-golf, with alcohol involved, watching from the confides of my balcony (I may or may not have been hungover...). Reception staff were helpful too. Always called me and my friend a taxi when we needed one, and quickly resolved an issue with our key, with no fuss. I should say why I haven't rated them 5 stars.. - Service in the shop could be improved. - Toilet near entertainments room had no hand soap, and bins were always full. - Place appears to be understaffed, which is a shame, because it's such a lovely hotel. So, service was slow at times, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. - I'm a bit confused that I heard Jet2 customers get 1 day free in the Spa, but that the reception knew nothing about this.. I could be wrong though. Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes! Not a day goes by where I don't wish I was back here. It is a great hotel for the price. I hope to see everybody again in the near future. Also, the hotel cat was cute, and rather cheeky. On one last note: "Shaky shaky dye dye bingo bingo BALLLLLS" (inside joke).

Stayed here for a week over new year 29-5th jan Almost changed my booking after reading negative reviews. Don't be put off the stay was actually fine. Most of the hotels all say they are 4* locally, different standards in countries compared back to a 4* hotel in london not quite the same standard, other than general wear and tear pictures provided are pretty accurate of the hotel. Found staff to be friendly and helpful. We only had bed and breakfast, so can't comment on the rest of meal times but overall good breakfast. Couldn't fault the cleaning or room . We stayed on floor 2 and didn't have a problem with noise. Costa calma itself is well "calm" . Not really much going on. We ate in the asian restaraunt asia garden highly reccomend. Day visits to nearby Morro Jable worth the bus or taxi fare (30 euros) Overall if i was visiting fuerventura again i would stay again.

After reading the reviews, I wasn't expecting much of this hotel. However, to my delight I thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay! The staff were all very friendly, happy, polite, and accommodating. We went all inclusive, & as a fussy vegetarian I didn't struggle to find food each day which I enjoyed. My boyfriend enjoyed all the food too. For the drinks, you have to pay €1 for a cup for the full duration of your stay, and you get this back when you hand it in, personally I thought this was a good idea. The cocktails were strong but not that we minded! Room was basic but large, we had a view of the pool from the balcony. I found all of the hotel to be very clean. Vibes around the pool were great, there were daily activities or mini excursions. Sometimes if you arrive late to pick out a bed, they were all gone. Pool area opens at 10am so there's always a queue to get beds. It closes at 6pm which I haven't experienced before at a hotel, but didn't mind. Unfortunately we didn't use the gym so can't comment. The spa you have to pay, but you get one day free use to use at any time during your stay. It has a pool, jacuzzi areas, sauna and steam room, it was so relaxing inside we loved it. No views from the hotel itself as it is out of the way, again we didn't mind this, a taxi into the town is around €5-7, or around a 30min walk. We rented a car from reception and the process was so quick and easy!! This was around €120 for three days. There's ample parking to the front of the hotel. Check out was easy and there's a shower room free to use if you have a late flight, which is great! All in all I would return to this hotel if I were to visit Fuerteventura again, and I'd recommend it :)

Where do you start please read newest reviews we stayed here for 9 days over Christmas got to be the worst hotel I have stayed anywhere. • food awful no variety same every night sack the chef. • management waste of space they need to get new managers in there before place closes down. • outside pool freezing you can't even get in there unless you get hyperthermia. • all inclusive drinks never any cups day or evening if they ran out you would get small plastic cups, beer to gassy. • not good if you have mobility issues as they have no consideration for customers with mobility issues, not child friendly either. • showers are cold in the rooms had to going to reception to get to check it, kept having to ask for towels as was not getting these to the evening as they had to many, had to keep asking for toilet roll as only half of roll would be left. Beds very hard and pillows. As your over the flight plane these kept us awake most of the night constant planes day and night. • don't never go at christmas as they only worry about there own and paying customers on new years eve you could not move or get a seat even thou you were staying in the hotel they forget they survive on tourist obviously wasn't bothered about the guest staying there which was out of order. • staff rude especially the tall chap in the reception bar at night reception waste of time the only 2 decent staff was the pool man and Muhammad the luggage man who we tipped generously. This hotel really is a hidden gem for the price. Me and my wife had an amazing time . Themed food nights such as seafood night and a bbq night . The pool is clean and the pool guys make such effort to try get you sun beds when busier and will pull chairs out and try to accommodate you . The food was great we love Egyptian food and trying new things and the desserts were great . If you are a fussy eater then you may not like but there’s plenty of great food non the less. The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the beach walk is generous for prams and those with low mobility , and the hotel is right near Naama bay with shops and restaurants The rooms are a little outdated but everything was clean and the hotel housekeeping go above and beyond . Thank you for making our holiday special big thank you to all the animation team and the hotel management team , Osama thank you for everything you did for us .

The food was fantastic. The staff were fabulous, so friendly and helpful. The rooms very clean beds comfortable and great shower in bathroom. The big spoiler for us was the very, very cold room, no heating just offered more blankets. The room faced the pool and was never in sunshine.

The Hotel itself is in a good location, near the beach, some shops and bars. About a 20 minute walk to The Yumbo, or a 2 minute taxi ride for just under €5 Euros. The bar, catering and housekeeping staff are helpful and friendly, most of the time! However, the Reception staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. There are endless lists of petty rules, as long as your arm, pinned up everywhere, and relentlessley enforced. We paid a lot extra for 'all inclusive', which to most reasonable people means 'everything' is included. However, many things are not included at all. Bar snacks and sandwiches by the pool are available to purchase, but aren't included under the 'all inclusive' terms, for example. When we asked why not, as we were enjoying the sun outside in the afternoon, we were simply told to go inside and eat in the underground windowless canteen. I had to ask for extra toilet rolls on 2 occasions, as I had a cold. But I was told I could only have one extra each day! When I pointed out that one more might not last until the next day, I was told to buy tissues from the nearbye shop. Some of my hair dye rubbed off on a small hand towel when I dried my hair. After this was discovered by the housekeeping staff, I was locked out of my room without any explanation. So I had to go to reception to get the key reactivated. Once there, Stefan, on Reception, told me the dye wouldn't wash out of the towel. So he insisted I had to pay €14 Euros to pay for a new towel to replace this ragged 20 year old one. When I checked the towel, it hadn't yet been washed. He then said, the Laundry company had refused to take it at all. So, he had blatantly lied to me saying it wouldn't wash out as he now admitted, they hadn't even tried to wash it yet! So I refused to pay and I never heard any more about it. I do not appreciate being lied to by Hotel staff in an attempt to extort additional money from me, particularly when I have paid extra for an 'all inclusive' service! Those poor guests without 'all inclusive' wristbands were not allowed even a glass of water by the pool or in the dining room and we witnessed them actually being told off by the staff when innocently attempting to take one. Not a pleasant expeeience for them or us. All in all these petty incidents added together to spoil our enjoyment of what should have been a great holiday. It was more like being in a prisoner of war concentration camp than a relaxing stay in an Hotel. For these reasons, we will not be staying here again, and we cannot recommend for anyone else to stay in this 'Hotel'!

I recently stayed at Greenfield. The hotel itself is clean and 99% of the staff are fantastic. The thing that lets the hotel is the food combination and the lack of choice. The first night, the meat choices rabbit goat and pork. To be honest, the meat choice every night was pork. There are only 12 hot food serving trays. And 4 to 5 of them are taken up with pasta chips and potato products. Which limits your choice some what The food is quite Bland and poorly presented. Reminds you more of prison food, to be honest. I would say the food is more for German tastes than English. I was going to leave a higher rating, to be honest. But when I checked out, my wristband was removed and was told that I now have to pay to use the facilities. I think that this is poor. I have never had a wristband removed on check out. Even when I last stopped here, the wristband wasn't removed. Seems very poor customer service to save a few euros in drinks. This left a bad taste in my mouth even worse than the food. The only thing I'd say is that if you are going to stay, don't expect much from the food. Because frankly, it's awful.

Just arrived for what must be my 10th visit to Greenfield and now its even better than it ever was. It was always brilliant but improvements in the last year, since I was last here, have made it even better. Great paint job on balconies ceilings makes the building look great, new signage smartens it up more than ever and the pool looks amazing with new glass fencing and the artificial grass replacing the often difficult to walk on former ground! Plus the room we are in is extremely smart with nice new clothes storage area and new balcony drying facilities - which I can see from outside are on every balcony. Just brilliant and highly recommended - well done to all involved and I look forward to a great week

Great family holiday, thanks to the amazing entertainment team! We stayed at Evita Resort in Rhodes as a family of four (me, my husband, our 4-year-old son, and my mother-in-law). Overall, we had a lovely time! The room was alright — nothing fancy but comfortable enough. We did have a few ants in the bathroom at first, but once we mentioned it to reception, they sent someone to clean it right away, and it was sorted. The food in the main restaurant was okay – not a huge variety, but what they had was tasty. The real star, though, was the snack bar – 10 out of 10! The gyros, pizza, chicken, and fries were amazing. Honestly, some days we skipped lunch because the snack bar food was even better than the main buffet. The main pool was always clean, and the water park was great fun for both adults and kids. Now, the entertainment team – they absolutely made our holiday! On the first day, we thought the entertainment wasn’t that great (we later found out Leo was off that day), but once he was back, everything changed. Leo is such a fun, positive, and energetic guy – he brings the vibe every day and night. Our 4-year-old loved the mini-disco, and even when he was the only child there, Leo and Billy still did the full show just for him, which meant so much to us. Billy also ran a great aqua gym, but Leo was honestly the highlight of our holiday. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment too — the music quiz, video quiz, and karaoke nights were brilliant. Sam was funny as well, especially during water polo. But out of everyone, Leo stood out – he’s the best! The bar staff were mostly friendly. Slava was lovely and always had a smile. However, the young Albanian barman could use a bit more maturity and tact — when he heard I was 27, he said, “Oh God, you’re 10 years older than me,” which wasn’t exactly a nice thing to say to a lady! He’s only 17 though, so hopefully with time he’ll learn how to be more respectful. All in all, we had a really enjoyable stay and made some lovely memories — mainly thanks to the wonderful entertainment team, especially Leo!

This was our second time visiting Evita Resort, and once again it was absolutely amazing! The food was fantastic with so much choice, the service was excellent, and everything about the resort makes for a perfect holiday. What really made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment crew – especially Sam. His energy, friendliness, and the way he gets everyone involved made such a difference. He truly went above and beyond to make our holiday special, and it wouldn’t have been the same without him. Evita Resort never disappoints, and we’ll definitely be back again. The staff hated being there, always looking bored and angry. One cleaning lady was kind though, so off course age got all our tips. The buffet had lower quality than a School cafeteria, though the pizza and gyro in the streetfood section was pretty delicious. The pool was dirty and the rooms were simple, damaged and stained. There was an issue with the air conditioning however they resolved this and in the showers there was nowhere to put products like a shelf which really annoys me as it’s a very basic thing , also the shower head holder did that droopy thing or was tilting right up at the ceiling so you have to get the pressure right to stop this , the staff were very friendly and the room cleaning was superb and a nice touch replenished water in the fridge daily. Although the distance from town was a mile there was a taxi point and we used the electric scooters (hopp) that you download the app and go , the food was adequate not superb but I have had a lot worse , overall I would come back 👍

We booked our trip in May through TUI. Unfortunately, the problems started right after check-in. The room we received was completely different from what we booked – instead of a double room, we got a “family” room with three beds and an unpleasant bathroom. After contacting reception and our travel agency, we were told to come back in the morning to change the room. When we did, the receptionist (dark hair, glasses) was extremely rude, asking what our problem was since we got an “upgrade.” The problem is that we did not book a family room – we booked a double room! Eventually, with great reluctance, they gave us the correct room. Saying “there are no other rooms” after a booking made months in advance is the peak of unprofessionalism. The second and even worse issue – our Dior Sauvage 100 ml perfume disappeared from the room. I have a photo showing the perfume on the desk on Sunday, and it disappeared after housekeeping on Monday and Tuesday while we were on trips and at the beach. We searched the room countless times – nothing. If the perfume had been broken, the smell would have been obvious. We reported this to the reception and to our travel agency immediately. Our agency called the hotel daily, but the only answer we got was “the manager has not replied yet.” The manager never showed up to speak with us and there was no confrontation with the cleaning staff. After constant pressure, we received a ridiculous 50 euros compensation, which is an insult compared to the value of the loss. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful towards guests. To the person who stole our perfume – you are a disgrace. Stealing from hotel guests is one of the lowest and most shameful things a person can do. We hope karma catches up with you very soon, because you don’t deserve to be working around other people’s belongings. Hotel management is absolutely incompetent! A manager should be present in the hotel and handle such serious issues immediately, not hide away. This hotel deserves 0 stars. The only positive: the restaurant staff and the animators. The restaurant service was always smiling, very attentive, and kept everything clean inside and outside. Pool bar – tasty drinks and friendly service. Animators – amazing, full of energy. Snack bar – delicious pizza and pita. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We will never come back and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My review is for the pool bar alone as we haven’t stayed here. The best pool bar in Agios for non residents in my opinion. The staff are so friendly and hardworking. The food is good and very reasonable. Lovely views behind and a very welcome breeze. €10 minimum spend per person. Opens at 9, get there early to get a lounger especially later in the week.

Although my room was directly overlooking the main street where there is traffic, I have to say that I liked the room with kitchen very much. You have towels, soap and sheets. The staff is very friendly and above all what I loved was the pool and the pool staff. Fantastic staff, sensational food and reasonable prices for a great holiday. I would like to recommend the hotel to pay attention to the bathroom in the room, I think a renovation of the showers would be nice. It was just a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Beautiful views of the green hills from the pool/bar. Irene, Gregory and the rest of their team were all lovely hosts and I would happily stay again. Accommodation different from the one booked – lower quality room. Unsanitary conditions – dirt, stained linen, walls with dead mosquitoes, blankets smelling of urine. Lack of promised amenities – no sofa, no hygiene products (shower gel and shampoo). Excess mosquitoes – empty mosquito repellent, we were bitten. Hidden costs – air conditioning for a fee, although included in the price. Staff with a terrible attitude.

The only decent thing about this place is the pool staff and the hardworking cleaning staff. Everything else — especially the owner — is a complete disaster. The owner is hands-down one of the most unprofessional and hostile people I’ve ever come across in hospitality. Reception is barely open — maybe an hour a day — so if you have any kind of issue, good luck getting help. It genuinely felt like she was avoiding guests. I was staying here with my pregnant wife. Our room was practically in a ditch next to a main road — not only was there no view from the balcony (just a wall and car exhaust fumes), but the traffic noise was constant. You couldn't sleep properly at all, day or night. We politely asked if we could change rooms, and instead of handling it like a professional, the owner completely lost it. She came storming out from behind the desk, got right in my face, and started screaming like she was having a breakdown. I didn’t react — just told her to step back and lower her voice. She eventually did, but the whole interaction was surreal and aggressive. It was actually threatening, and totally unprovoked. After that, she tried to charge us €13 per night in tourist tax. We didn’t argue — we just looked up the real rate ourselves and found it was €5 per night for this type of accommodation. We didn’t pay her made-up amount. Then came another surprise: air conditioning isn’t included. If you want to use it, it’s another €6 per day — on top of the tax — and none of this was listed anywhere on the booking site. That brings the real extra charges up to €19 per day for things you'd expect to be standard. This woman has no business running guest accommodation. She’s aggressive, dishonest, and clearly resents her own customers. I wouldn't stay here again if it were free. Avoid this place like the plague — it’s stressful, noisy, overpriced, and run by someone who shouldn't be dealing with the public.

I joined my husband's diving company for the holiday, for which such a hotel (for overnight stays) was perfect. Since I had holidays in Egypt more than once (all times in Sharm al Sheikh or MarsAlam), this hotel is a dump. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. Our first room had a view of the wall (definitely better than the street), but the safe did not work, the hum of equipment could be heard from outside, the air conditioner was directed directly at the bed, and the room smelled. The food is disappointing. no variety, fruits: woody melons, starchy bananas and dates. The pool and beach areas are simply crammed with sunbeds, which are difficult to pass through. The water on the beach is really clean and clear, despite the fact that boats moor right here. There is a diving center on the hotel territory, so its boats spend the night here. The staff, with exceptions, is also not very helpful. To be fair, I have to admit that the hotel is in a good location, you can go out into town to find a delicious dinner. I don't recommend it for a vacation, but for divers who spend their days on the boat, it's a great location with a good diving center. And if you're planning a trip that requires a breakfast package, I highly recommend making one yourself, because what I got was absurd.

The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and efficient and the rooms are a decent size. The buffet style restaurant for both breakfast and dinner is adequate, nothing fancy but plenty of choice. Make sure you book a Seaview room, you won't regret it! Also make sure you visit the rooftop bar! Overall, a good hotel, better than 3 star but not quite 4 star. I would happily stay here again.

Had a lovely time at the Hotel for a Christmas Break. Its a nice hotel. The rooms are a good size and we're spotlessly clean. Plenty of room to hang up your clothes and store other items. The room has a full size fridge. The staff were all really nice from the reception to dining room to the cleaning staff. The food was of a decent quality and plenty of choice. The Christmas Day Gala Dinner was excellent and the staff worked really hard to make it enjoyable. It was a well organised event. Would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming with nothing too much trouble. The location is incredible with the beach literally a few steps from the hotel and many other attractions a short walk away including shops, the marina, parks and many restaurants. The food is wonderful with a huge, quality selection for both breakfast and evening meal. The free entertainment is varied and has something for everyone. The free swimming pool and basketball/football/ping pong area kept the kids entertained and I've become quite the water volleyball and boules expert after being convinced to join in some of the organised games. Really top class, cannot recommend highly enough.

Just come back from this hotel , had a good time , location perfect rooms and beds very comfortable , found the drinks very pricey, fantastic rooftop bar but pricey drinks , we had bed and breakfast and to be honest although it was all ok the breakfast was not at the correct temperature, I know it must be difficult, but it’s needs to be kept at a certain temperature , it would help if the plates were hot ! Having said that I would stay there again and I’m sure the hotel could put this right ! Thankyou for a great visit !!

I visited this hotel in Torremolinos with my elderly parents, hoping to explore the area and potentially make it our annual family vacation destination. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing due to both front desk staff behavior and room conditions. From the very first interaction, the young man at the reception, who refused to give his name, was rude, dismissive, and openly contemptuous. It was clear that his attitude was influenced by my North African features and brown skin tone. My parents and I were treated with disregard and unnecessary hostility, even while simply trying to check in and unload our luggage. Another front desk staff member, who introduced herself as “Natallie” while covering her name tag, yelled at us, refused to let us briefly park to unload luggage, and created an embarrassing and stressful situation for my elderly parents and me. The most telling part was that both staff members immediately changed their behavior once they reviewed my reservation and saw my American passport. Suddenly, the contempt disappeared, and they became attentive and careful in their interactions. Respect should never depend on nationality or perceived status, it should be basic hospitality. As for the room itself, it was very basic and far too small for three people, despite us booking a room for four. The air conditioning unit was old, filthy, and had visible black dirt inside, so we never used it and suffered in the heat. For the price, this level of comfort was unacceptable. I do want to acknowledge that other staff, restaurant, housekeeping, and maintenance, were kind, professional, and helpful, which only highlighted how extreme the front desk issues were. Overall, this stay was disheartening and uncomfortable, and it completely overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable family vacation. I hope management addresses both the discriminatory front desk behavior and the poor room conditions so future guests are treated with basic dignity and comfort.

Stayed here over Christmas. Was impressed by the size of room was well equiped, required for stay. Extremely clean and staff were more than helpful. Was easy to get to old town by public bus, little train or taxi which was reasonably priced at around 7£ even on christmas day. The only thing was noise from bars underneath as our room was on main road, but it is a holiday destination. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel was comfortable, very nicely decorated and as it was Christmas had a proper Christmas feel. Reception staff went above and beyond and so did the domestic staff. I would recommend this hotel and definitely be back. Thankyou for our stay

Every detail is carefully thought out. The staff deserves special praise ❤️. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and sincere. My special thanks go to Sandeep for his constant kindness, willingness to help, impeccable service, positive attitude, and the warm atmosphere he creates every day. The food is simply amazing! Always fresh, varied, and suitable for everyone — whether you’re on a diet, love to enjoy delicious meals, or don’t mind leaving Portugal with a couple of extra kilos 😄 (not because the food is heavy, but because it’s just too good to resist!). I haven’t used many of the hotel’s entertainment services since I spend a lot of time exploring different places, but every time I come back, I truly feel at home. Went with my best friend for 6 nights, no one said prior that we would have to put a £100 deposit down before even being given our room key. They proceeded NOT to send it back after the holiday was over! I contacted them and the travel company i went with and i still didnt receive it and we left the room Immaculate! For food we had to go to a sister hotel and it was shocking. They also threatened to cut our all inclusive bands for no valid reason! Couldnt even borrow a towel without paying €15 just to borrow it.

Staff attentiveness: Not the best, unfortunately. Given a card key and then told to get a physical key from Reception confused me as I have no idea what the card key was supposed to be used for. On my first day, I was searching where to get 'Bakes & Cakes' and a staff member just replied "Over there" pointing her hand in a direction (that I was unfamiliar to having just arrived) and walked off. I thankfully found her again and asked again, quickly explaining that I just arrived (before she would walk off again) to which she apologised and gave clearer guidance. J Flies around the Bakes and Cakes and hot drink machines were VERY off putting. We had a mixture of sunshine and rain and for some reason both doors and fans were open/ on which meant food was getting cold quickly. House keeping: Kind and friendly lady Amenities: States 'tea and coffee making facilities' in room yet all I had was a kettle, 2 cups with spoons and 2 glasses. Air con: On my first day, I was hot, so as I turned on the air con, black dust or something flew onto the other bed. Thankfully I was one person, so I slept on the one bed but this put me off having the air con on again. Jacuzzi: Quite disgusting! I could feel I was sitting on grainy bits and when I got out, I had various bits all over my body. This is the first time I have experienced that from a Jacuzzi - really disgusting ans unhygienic. Entertainment: POOR! On my first official morning here I was really looking forward to 'Aqua gym' and had double checked at reception that it was still going to go on despite the light rain. Reception told me it was, so I went to put on my bathing suit and waited by the North pool side (once I found it)... Aqua gym never happened!

Oh yeah! I remember this hotel when we used to stay for one week on the 24th of August 2009. Absolutely shocking n horrible on the first day when we arrived. Our room n there was old fashion n outdated furniture made from the 90s couldn't lock the balcony door. Hundred of fairy flies all over in bathroom. We have been complaints n the next day, they offer us to move to another room which is feel more safe n secure. But room is still outdated n old fashion n no air condition.. Food in the hotel restaurant absolutely awful n bland n same everyday. Orange juice is not juice, it's made from orange powder. Fizzy drinks at the bar Coca-Cola n Fanta are fake brand. They are not the same as you can tell the taste difference when you buy from shop. Some spirits are poison. Beers alcohol have water down Our daughter when she was 13 years old n she saw a cockroach came out of salad bowl in the hotel restaurant. After 3 days later, We fell ill n diarrhoea. We did not been to restaurant in the hotel. So we went out of our hotel n went to different restaurants n was absolutely lovely food. Cockroach everywhere n even dead cockroach floating in the pool. Hard to find a reception staff. Most staff looks really fed-up n can't be arse to help.. Absolutely shocking n horrible hotel overall. HOTEL FROM HELL ☠☠🤬🤬 P.S... We did want to go back home after 3 days but no flight available on that week..

A tired and dated holiday complex that needs some updating. The WiFi is almost non-existent and this makes electronic communication difficult. There is a problem with the gulls that gather around the swimming pools and this will prevent a return. The food was good in all restaurants and the hotel rooms a little dated with old Tvs and dated bathrooms. The management is poor and hard to find, with the reception personnel lacking in basic hotel service needs.

Well, it’s cheap and the location is pretty great. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rest is pretty much abismal. It is very run down and old. Seems like there where no updates and maintenance since the 90’s or something. I don’t know why some reviewes say the food is good because it is awfull. Almost no choice, everyday the same stuff and it is just very very bad. Seriously, you only take the all-in for the free booze and nothing else. In the room, almost everything was broken and moldy. So if you don’t care about quality whatsoever and just want a cheap stay, this is the place for you :).

Our stay at the Atlantic was really enjoyable. We had a self-catering room on the 3rd floor, with a sea view. Rooms are basic but more than adequate. Maid service daily, the ladies were always polite and accommodating. It was slightly noisy if the doors were banging or neighbours were loud. The pool area was clean, uncrowded, and with plenty of loungers available. The snack bar had a decent range of food. Es Canar exceeded our expectations, having read that there wasn't much in the area. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Hippy market on a Weds. Ibiza is so much more than clubs and bars. Es Canar is the perfect base to explore the islands beauty.

Luis was our receptionist when we arrived, four hours later than expected, due to delayed flights. He was helpful and helped us plan our week and suggested many restaurants and beaches. The room was clean, had a kitchenette, and the balcony views were awesome. The room service was professional as they kept checking on us for towels or cleaning when requested.

Nice clean hotel. Very welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the safe in our room cost €30 for ten nights use. And the tourist tax was €30 each too. So as soon as we arrived we had spent the best part of €100 at the reception which I found expensive indeed. The food was OK if mostly the same on most days we stayed there. Great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were cleaned daily by friendly maids. The hotel wasn't too crowded so there was never a wait for anything. We only breakfast at the hotel as we chose to go out every night for our dinner. Good selection of drinks at the bar and snack bar was fab. Would definitely return in the future.

Decent hotel in a good location in the Es Canar resort. The beach is a short walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were an OK size and clean. Air conditioning didn't really do much except make a funny odour so we left it turned off. Bathroom dark and a bit pokey. We were all inclusive, included drinks were beer (San Miguel), wine, sangria and a small selection of cocktails. Food was OK, the breakfast selection was small and samey but lunch and dinner were better with good options and quite tasty. The pool was sadly too chilly to enjoy fully. There is a separate splash pool which our 3 year old loved. No problem getting sunbeds. The pool bar had hot food but only until 3pm. With dinner starting at 7:30pm there was a long gap without any all inclusive food. The entertainment was very hit and miss. Wasn't much on during the day and I didn't get to see any of the nighttime entertainment. There was a very basic kids club, definitely not a place where you can leave the kids and enjoy some time by the pool. There was a mini disco almost every night at 9pm. We didn't interact much with the staff but they were friendly at check in and check out. They were also happy to provide extra towels as housekeeping never left us enough. Overall we were happy with our stay, but the unreliable entertainment schedule and kids club let it down.

I stayed here recently and had such a great experience! The staff who greeted me were super friendly and supportive honestly, everyone I met there was kind and helpful. The kitchen staff were especially polite, and the food was amazing much better than in some other hotels I’ve stayed at in Cyprus. The meals were tasty with plenty of options, so I never got bored. It was actually better to dine there than go to a restaurant! The pool was big and nice, the place was comfortable, and everything felt just right. What really touched me was that when we arrived, we had missed breakfast, but the staff surprised us by offering lunch as a gift such a thoughtful gesture. The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It’s paid around €25 for two devices, and if you want to add another one, you pay again €25 for seven days. Honestly, that’s a crazy fee for Wi-Fi, especially considering it’s not even that fast. It’s cheaper and easier to just get an eSIM instead. Other than that, everything was great I totally recommend this hotel for the lovely staff, amazing food, and overall comfortable stay.

I stayed at Tsokkos hotel in Protarus for 12 nights with my partner for a family wedding in Protarus. I thought the hotel was clean and tidy in the communal areas, a great pool and outdoor area and the food really exceeded my original expectations. We stayed on an all-inclusive package and the food and service was extremely good every day and stayed consistent throughout our stay. I found the staff approachable, everyone spoke very good English and every staff member that I spoke to was happy to help. The room was very average definitely due a refurbishment. We thought the bed was quite uncomfortable and the cleaning service was appalling really. Our bed wasn’t changed for over a week of our stay and after complaining at reception on day 4, 5 and 6 each time the bed wasn’t changed and was just made by the cleaners. All the cleaners really did was change the towels and make the bed each day. The room wasn’t swept and coffee and tea wasn’t replaced, the cups was just rinsed out each day and not properly cleaned as there was still stains from not being cleaned properly and the bed not being changed was the worst part. I have never been to a hotel where the cleaning service has been so sub par. On the all inclusive package deal it isn’t all inclusive as you may think, there is extras that you need to pay when you get to the hotel. To use the wifi this is a extra 24 euros for 2 people for 1 week, you have to pay extra for beach towels, extra for a extra key card for the door to the room etc etc. Overall I think the hotel is in a fantastic location being next to the beach and also right near the strip of Protarus to walk to at night. I think the overall food service was fantastic and really exceeded all our expectations being consistently good! I think the hotel is definitely due a refurbishment with parts being run down and in need of renewal and some serious attention to the cleaning staffs poor attention to cleaning the rooms.

Enjoyed this hotel. Stayed here 5 nights and it was nice and clean. The bathrooms need updating as shower is rusty and the sink keeps clogging. SPA I did a hamam at this hotel and it was amazing. It was my first experience and was very calm and relaxing. Layla was incredible as she did my pedicure and i was very impressed. She took her time to deliver the best service and everyone complimented me.

I wouldn’t book this hotel if I have a choice. But I didn’t as I got this as a package trip through my friend who booked it on loveholiday.com as a package. Although it has a good location, amazing staff and communal amenities like the pool, reception and restaurant but the rooms need some renovations. The rooms are spacious but everything in the room was old or faded. When we checked in, the shower drain and sink was clogged, had to get house keeping to sort it out the next day. The bathroom mirror was held by a cello tape. I was glad I brought my towel as the bathroom towels were brown despite they are meant to white. Overall it’s not a bad hotel but the management needs to invest into renovating the rooms. Just need a bit of touch. Aside from that I had an amazing time staying there as the staff were so nice.

My stay at this hotel was due to an easyjet flight cancellation. I had to stay here for 3/4 nights. There was a female receptionist and she was one of the rudest people ive ever met across the few countries ive been to. Her customer service was honestly disgusting which was a shame as moroccan people are lovely. She is letting the hotel down and more importantly herself. I was told i would be fined for a towel i used to wipe mud off my shoe But luckily wasn't fined in the end.

Had an overall great experience here. The staff are amazing - but in particular Amir, who made us a few surprise drinks and had an amazing personality. Food was good and had a good range of food to choice from on every meal. The entertainment staff did do some good shows over the few nights we were there, however, there were some occasions where they did not understand "no" when trying to entice us to engage in activities, such as joining a Congo line which in turn, we were called a lazy couple who would have lazy children all because we didn't want to participate. One of them asked my partner to write a review and would not leave until she had done so, she said yes and when finished, he wanted to read the review and made sure she had included the entertainers before he took a picture of it and told her to post it. Room was as expected but did keep finding ants on the bedside tables and the bed closest to the balcony. In conclusion my overall experience was positive as there's a lot of positive people that work there such as bar staff, waiters reception etc which made the experience really enjoyable I would more than likely go back in the future despite the short comments.

Not 5 star but not bad Pros Good selection of food. I'm not sure what other reviewers mean. They pretty much have everything, in fact there is too much choice. Rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. The hotel is the beach so very good access to the seaside. 15 mins away from the town centre. Cab costs around £2. Entertainment every night. Bar open all day where you can get hot drinks and cold drinks too. Cons Seems like they are cutting costs. Water, tea coffee are not replenished daily in the room. They were not replenished at all while we were there. The room at times felt cold and we just wanted a hot drink. At times we were thirsty. We didn't bring our water bottles as we had assumed water would be available daily in our rooms. No iron. I came to celebrate my birthday and could not wear my outfit as we couldn't get hold of one. No bathrobes or slippers. This is a minor but adds to the fact thst service is a little lacking. The hotel is cold in Dec/ Jan so please bring warm clothes. I thankfully had a coat but I wish I bought tights and leggings and a hot water bottle. I felt colder here than the UK!

We had an amazing stay at Iberostar Mahdia. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located by the beach. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable throughout our stay. The staff truly make this place special – everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Ramos, the best man there! He was outstanding, always smiling, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. His service really made a difference and added a personal touch to our holiday. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again!

We spent some amazing holidays there; We choose the full board option. The bedroom was big with a balcony opening to the sea view/ so beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was varied and really nice. The only things that can be improved was the desert (maybe because I am not fan of sponge cakes) and the juices were to diluted. Because we went in November it was not too busy and so could properly relax not being closed to other people. The beach is really big and was empty. The water was not very warm but enough to swim.
