We had a truly wonderful stay at Viking Infinity in Turkey – it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very safe and comfortable environment for both adults and kids. There were plenty of food options and activities to keep the little ones entertained, which made it a great choice for families. The staff were incredibly helpful – always nearby when needed, yet never intrusive. One experience that really stood out was an early morning walk I took alone by the seafront. I was dipping my feet into the sea with no one else around, and after a few minutes, a staff member discreetly showed up just to ensure my safety in case I decided to swim. That small act left a big impression – it showed how attentive and caring the team is. Despite the hotel being quite popular and busy, it never felt overcrowded. There was always enough space and plenty of food – their buffet selection is fantastic, with something for every taste. Overall, Viking Infinity is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Clean, safe, family-friendly, and with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Resort really nice, plenty of pools and nice slides both for kids and adults. Food was okay there were plenty of choices. It did lack on fruits selection. For an all inclusive hotel it does lack of bars to be opened after midnight. Bars are closing at different times during the day which leaves only a couple to run from 4 o'clock, therefore you have to walk a lot for a drink if you are by the pool area where the bar is closing early also causing massive queues for a drink. Very disappointed with coffee there was only instant coffee at all coffees machine and if you wanted a good coffee there was only a bar from 10 o'clock you can get one, imagine the ques as everyone wanted one. the staff lacks on speaking English, hence communication is quite difficult. You would ask for a glass of white wine and they would not understand. On a really bad note I would say the staff refused almost every request we done. they would not do it, only if you give a tip I asked for 2 tablets to be joined together and I been told they will do it only if I give €10 Overall a good holiday but left a bittersweet taste as they could do better.

I was here with my family on May 2025. The hotel itself is massive, a lot of walk. Only thing - not enough information about entertainment on the evening or what's going on during day. We stayed there 10 nights and only at our last day there was staff going around and telling there will be foam party at the beach (otherwise we wouldn't know, same with evening entertainment). Lot of walk over the bridge. Rooms very beautiful, hotel very nice itself. Food - nothing special, but alright. Alcohol drinks - not very nice (only 2 people from bar staff made it ok). Even juices for kids were so strong that kids had to add water. Location - not greatest as not too much to do around unless you rent a car, but we checked this out before we booked, so it was not a problem to us. Giving it a 4 star in total :)

This is a lovely place to visit, the food is good, the rooms are spotless and modern, the entertainment team are very good and friendly, there is plenty to do throughout the day with all sorts of activities. The evening shows are some or the best i have seen for a hotel. Would definitely recommend this place and i would love to visit again.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights recently and we cannot fault this place. Everything was 10/10 food drinks staff entertainment rooms all fabulous we didn't have children but it's amazing for them too! We would highly recommend and we would definitely return. FABULOUS 🤩

For someone who travels solo and does more outdoor activities to within the hotel / all inclusive deals - I’d say it was a good deal for me. The location is located in one of the reserved, peaceful, quiet places of the island with grocery shops , restaurants and ofcourse the beach close by. It has 3 swimming pools (10:00-18:00) with ample number of sun beds. The breakfast was just okay, not a lot of variety but it’s definitely doable if you don’t care to eat out for lunch and dinner. The room was conducive, spacious, nice views, clean and well maintained.

A holiday is what you make it and overall we had a really fab 6 nights holiday here. If you're looking for a cheap, all inclusive holiday in a lovely spot and away from the crowds this is a great base. We would return and stay all inclusive even though we eat out a lot. We loved the area/location with easy transport links running every 15 minutes and a close by taxi rank. It's much better to use the local supermarkets rather than the on-site shop. Just remember that this is a 3 star complex in need of refurbishment with a repetitive menu, no daytime entertainment and only have very short entertainment on a Friday night.

Rooms are dated but very clean, pools are lovely and food has been good even though it is limited. We have had no entertainment till tonight which was Jorge party imagine 360 was fantastic experience and fun to do. You dress up and dance and he videos it and then air drops it to you for you to keep and leaves you with great memories of our trip.

After reading bad reviews I was a little apprehensive about our stay. We are currently on a 4 night stay here, with one night left to go at Calleo Garden and I have to say, do not listen to the reviews. Our room is superb, large, clean, beautiful views. The staff are very friendly, I'd like to give a mention to Eduardo, Kevin And Luis lovely guys who will go above and beyond for you. The food... The food changes daily. There's lots of choice and you won't go hungry. My husband is very fussy and the first day I was worried as there wasn't much for him to eat and reviews had reported that it was the same food every day....that's a lie. Every day the options for breakfast, lunch and dinner change. He got to eat plenty and didn't go hungry. The food is also delicious. The pools. There are actually 4 pools, one is hidden away from the other three. The pool areas are clean and in a beautiful setting. Lovely cool water for when you are needing to cool down after being in the sun . These areas are cleaned daily by the lovely staff. Can't fault it at all. The Bar. I honestly have no idea why people are complaining. It has everything you need. Yes you have to pay a euro deposit for your cup but this is given back to you when you hand it in. I love this idea and it's much better than plastic throw away cups that would end up littering this beautiful place. The beer is san Miguel so hardly a bad choice. The spirits are plentiful and not watered down like some reviews state plus they are generous in their servings. There was entertainment (Friday only) but as it's out of season this is to be expected. The dreaded steps. Yes there are a lot of steps, I have serious mobility issues (fibromyalgia) and some days we're harder than others but due to the location of the hotel, it's to be expected, it also states all over the websites about these steps so its not like you are not warned. The steps are in little bursts around the hotel so it's not as bad as it seems. I personally think it adds to the character of the hotel and my weightloss lol Overall I love this hotel. The views are outstanding, we will definitely come back (can we choose the room we had again? Hibiscos 3002)

Even for low budget hotel we had a bad experience. We spend five days. On positive side the hotel area was nice and quiet, pools were clean and breakfast was pretty good. Reception was helpful. The whole complex was old and needs renovations, but it was well kept and clean all around. Then the negatives: - We had half board and dinner every night was absolutelu bland and tasteless (fries and dry nuggets etc.) - Second day we had no hot water in room. Fixed next morning. - Last three days renovations right next room, drilling and banging from 10am. No warning, no nothing, had to leave the room for few hours just to get away from the noise. - Never had worse beds, really hard to sleep and we were both aching every morning. - No real blankets, just sheets or small musty wool blankets, and the room was chilly at night.

Absolutely love this hotel, 3 times I have stayed here and have always been made to feel welcome! My kids also enjoyed being here, the staff are very friendly any problems they sort prompt and quickly! Very child friendly, great entertainment everyday! LOVE that the pool is emptied, cleaned every night. Food is great to. If you want a kettle etc on request they bring straight to your room! I will be returning again 🙂 great view of the 3 pools! 43 floors, fantastic view.

I did a getaway trip with my aunt and sister and we all loved it. We had the most amazing view and loved the friendliness of staff and other guests. The food was a bit hit or miss, but we didn’t really go for the food. We had breakfast and dinner here and went out to eat lunch and tour Benidorm. Loved the pool and little cafe there as well and it’s a nice walk to the beach! Price was affordable and hotel was quiet and clean. I would recommend to others I know.

This is meant to be a 4 star hotel. Staff are very rude including the life guards shouting in our faces threatening us with police as my grandson had inflatable ring. Spoke to manager and he told us to go and get a smaller one. Only once we did that that manager was off and their replacement manager told us no none. This hotel is not disabled friendly. No rails to get in and out the pool. Not only do you have to pay the hire company to hire their scooters but the hotel charge you 6 euros to park it at the hotel over night each night. I have never been to a hotel where you are charged for a pool towel. Normally you pay a deposit and you get it all back once you returned the towel. This hotel keep five euros of the money to wash the towel. That’s terrible. We saw two cockroaches in the restaurant they weren’t bothered so last two days we didn’t eat there. I would never go back to the hotel. I expect to be spoken to like a human not the way the staff shouted in my face. Don’t get me wrong hotels want to make money but a four star hotel this was a joke. The entrance is beautiful. They need to work on their people skills 100%

Extremely Disappointing Stay The rooms were incredibly outdated—while we didn’t mind that, the hygiene was appalling. Dust covered every surface (which I had to clean myself!) and there was used shower gel left in the shower. The doors were covered in dirty smears, and the balcony railings were covered with vomit from the previous guest. Breakfast was a nightmare: we stayed on the 33rd floor, it took 15 minutes for the lift to arrive and another 15 minutes going down one floor at a time in a cramped lift. The view was the only redeeming quality, offering a beautiful panorama of the city. The staff were rude and unprofessional, often ignoring guests or chatting and laughing among themselves, making us feel uncomfortable. It’s a 45-minute to 1-hour walk to the city centre, but that didn’t bother us as there were nice bars and restaurants on the way. Cheap cabs (€8-€10) are an option. Overall, I’d never stay here again. A disappointing experience in every way except the view.

Stayed here for seven nights, the week before May half term on the all inclusive package. It’s a huge hotel with two large buffet style restaurants and an indoor snack bar. There’s various different bars and lots of places to sit. Along with a spa, gym and about 6 clothes shops. Pros x Large room with plenty of storage and lovely sea view. x Tasty food and great snack bar. x Decent soft drinks including Fanta lemon and Coke Zero. Great lattes. x Vodka not too bad. x So many places to sit outside, including comfy cushioned chairs. x Secure luggage storage area. Cons x Very slow check in, arrived at 2.30pm. Didn’t get a room key until 3.30pm. Was even given the wrong room and wrong safe key, which wasted even more time. x You need your room key to enter and leave the restaurants and at the bar, despite wearing your all inclusive wrist band! x All areas understaffed. Most of the staff aren’t friendly/trained well. x For a large hotel, there isn’t much choice of food in the restaurants. All inclusive guests can pay 3 euros to visit the view point at the top of the hotel. The safe cost us 3 euro per day and we received 10 euro back when we returned the key. All in all, I had a wonderful stay, I just feel this hotel is understaffed, which makes staff stressed and less friendly.

I really like this place—I’ve stayed here twice already. The undeniable advantage of this hotel is its location and some of the wonderful people who work here. The hotel itself isn’t brand new and could use a bit of a refresh ;) But I can see progress compared to last year, and it’s great that the hotel listens to guests’ suggestions and tries to improve. As for the food, I think it’s really good—there’s always plenty to choose from. I try to eat healthily, and there were always lots of vegetables, greens, and good quality meat available. The gentleman who makes delicious omelets for breakfast always brightened my mornings 😀 Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name. In general, the staff in the main restaurant really go above and beyond 👌🏻 The atmosphere at the hotel is perfect for relaxation—beautiful views, nature, plants, and a peaceful area. The pool is great for people who like action, music, and entertainment. Personally, I loved spending time by the sea—there was no loud music, just the sound of the waves and a wonderful view of the bay, plus professional lifeguard supervision. Especially The lifeguard Mahmut working at the sea is very professional, his work on the beach gives a lot of confidence 👌🏻 People like him really create the unique vibe of this place :)

We have just returned from a weeks holiday, the hotel is lovely, location perfect, food great especially the snack bar. The staff there were so polite and helpful, I had a Turkish Bath and massage which was amazing. Staff in Spa were very nice, reception and guest relations very helpful and polite. Big shout out to Yildiray, he was so helpful could not do enough to help big asset to hotel. Thank you all at Labranda Mares Marmaris.

Just returned from a 5 nights stay, have to say we had an excellent time, we had a superior room with a side sea view, we found it to be clean and spacious with a lovely view of the sea and mountains, even an earthquake couldn't dampen our experience lol. The food was excellent and plenty of choice, service was good and the staff friendly and pleasant, good choice of drinks available to. Sun loungers seemed plentiful and locations were good, all in all a lovely place to stay and one which we would happily visit again! 😀

We had a lovely holiday here,the location and scenery are absolutely stunning. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant served a huge selection of different foods,something for all tastes. My only real criticism is that this hotel was rated as 5 star,but i would rate it as 3 star at best mainly due to the condition of the room we had. Very tired and worn furniture and fittings,the air-conditioning didn't work, nor did the fridge and some of the lights. Also,the access to the room next door was only possible by the occupants having to walk directly across our balcony,so not private at all. Most of the sun loungers were seriously uncomfortable. Fantastic boat taxi service to Marmaris and Icmeler. Good pool and beach area. I enjoyed our holiday but i would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel did not meet my expectations at all. First of all, it is rated as a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it does not deserve more than 3 stars at best. The rooms are very old. There is no iron available in the room for ironing clothes. The telephone does not work—neither the one in the room nor the one in the bathroom. Room cleanliness is just slightly above average. The elevators are worn out.

The hotels locations is approx 2km from the edge of the strip. Not much close to the hotel. The hotel itself is poorly maintained and filthy. There doesn’t seem to be any pride in the facility. In the rooms round the couches, the floors were filthy. The rooms are poorly cleaned also, dust under couches, bed covers dirty and stained. No microwave or remote so air-con couldn’t be used. Floor covering didn’t fit properly either. Upstairs property had bedbugs and family had to move while we were there, thankfully we didn’t. The outdoor ground tiles in public areas covered in drunk stains and left to become sticky. In the restaurant the plates and cutlery in the restaurant are dirty in the clean pile with sauces and food stuck to them. Children’s high chairs never seen a cloth. The bar area tables were still covered with tables and drinks in the mornings. Paper cups floating round everywhere. There is no environmentally friendly measures, no reusable glasses, all single use cups which are strewn around the hotel. Pools are nice however and kept clean. Plenty of space. The dino park and its slides is great for kids of all ages. There are plenty of arcade games and pool, ping pong tables. Food in the restaurant was not bad either and was typical all inclusive Buffett. Overall costs seem to be cut at every corner.

We came back from our holidays and I need to say we had absolutely amazing time! I was so scared of the hotel because of the reviews. We arrived 11pm and we were asked to go to the restaurant to eat which was a nice surprise. The room was massive and clean. No bugs. The beds weren't the best but also not too bad. Our towels were not changed during the stay and we didn't have shower gel in the bathroom but we got our own. The children entertainment was great, Samantha has an amazing attitude, our little boy loved her. Mini disco is also great. The food was great, everyday something new, we were amazed by the choice. The only issue at the hotel was that people were not throwing their cups to the bins. Bins were everywhere but people were too drunk/lazy to throw their own rubbish, but the staff were trying to clean it as much as they can. The water at the swimming pool was cold but it was May, I am sure during summer months it gets warmer. The hotel had a free bus to the beach, which was a nice surprise. Overall we had an amazing time and we are planning there next holiday.

We've just returned from a seven night stay and we were delighted with our holiday experience. The rooms were suitable and the hotel team kindly honoured our request of are whole party (three rooms in total) being located next to each other. We arrived at Paradise Island at 11PM. After a long day of travelling, the warm welcome from Cedric was greatly appreciated (along with his sense of humour too!) and having a selection of food waiting for us and our fellow late arrivers was a real bonus too. The food throughout our stay was a huge positive with a wide variety of options availble throughout the whole stay and sensible meal time windows allowed for flexibility on when we ate. The pool and water park kept adults and children alike entertained and the daily, complimentary bus into town every day offered a great opportunity to explore Playa Blanca (although the majority of the time I chose to walk as it's only 20 to 30 minutes). An area of potential improvment is the arcade options and pool tables. Whilst these were seen to entertain many children, the majority of these are dated, espectially the cloth on the pool tables. The location of the hotel was favourable to allow for a climb of Mount Roja. It was with a very heavy heart when the time came to check-out, we would have happily extended our stay! Muchas gracias por un tiempo maravilloso !

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very suited for families with a water park and loads of entertainment for kids. The food in the restaurant is top class with a huge variety. Also snacks available at the pool bar include burgers, hot dogs and pizza. The rooms are nice and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just returned from here after a weeks stay. Plenty to do for the kids, the dino water park and kids club area is great for them. The big slides are very cool too! Good variety of food, very tasty! The only thing I couldn't get on with was the bed, was quite hard but other than that everything was amazing, good entertainment for kids and adults in the evenings too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

we had the best experience in this Hotel and in Egypt in general. The hotel is beautiful and there is so much to do for the whole family without the need to even go out if you don’t want to. The food is amazing and lots of variety and good quality. The cleanness and attention to details is of a high standard and the staff are super friendly and very professional. They work hard to make sure everyone is served and they are helpful and joyful. We were offered the excursions by our travel agency Rep the day after our arrival and we did the snorkel g, the safari and day trip to Cairo (flight) and we were well looked after by the reps and even the bus driver were all very polite and super professional. I can go on about every detail but to conclude, if you are a family and looking for easy fun holiday that won’t cost an arm and leg this all inclusive package is the best. We had our holidays booked with Red Sea holidays and we were not disappointed .

Worse hotel I have ever been to and cannot at all understand how this is 5 stars!!! The managers and staff lie to your face, we came and ac wasn’t working. After travelling 9 hours and suffering with children crying our room AC was broken and we suffered all night in 29 degrees heat but felt a lot hotter! After going back and fourth being promised a bigger room with a bath as my son is scared of showers we then get told this wasn’t promised to us. First day here and it’s a NIGHTMARE!!!!! They say the manager will get back to you in 5 mins and an hour later you have to chase the call up yourself! Having emailed the hotel a week before the stay letting them know our requirements apparently this was their best, Put a family of 4 in a very small room with a shower!!!! How considerate!!!!!!! I am absolutely fuming. This hotel is like 1 star, I have never come across staff and management that use Gods name to fix things then go against their word. I am writing this on my first night/day because I am so angry at how me and my family have been treated! I have never been more disappointed! How is my son supposed to bath for the whole week in this weather???? He’s a toddler!!! I have seen rooms with baths. This is totally unacceptable!!

I absolutely had great times at the resort with my family and also going different places like Cairo (for Pyramids), Luxor, Red Sea Snorkelling etc. Hotel Management will look after you very well if you have any issues. Only problem I had was related to Food as resort is focusing more on Beef items and less items of Chicken, lamb etc. The service is also OK at the resort. Though this resort is rated as 5 star, my personal view is that it should be 4 star and not the 5 star. To show 5 star category, this resort need to improve a lot on food, service including wifi and for some rooms as well. My suggestion would be to add more items of chicken and different cuisine like Indian, chiense, mexican etc. and reduce Beef items. Al Carte restaurants doesn't have attractive menus as I could see again many items are related to Beef so needs improvement on there too.

My family had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim the Executive assistant manager , who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire staff was amazing, especially Ali Ibrahim (350) and Mustafa, (184) who took great care of our rooms. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The Seeker

Let me start with the drive to the hotel… It started with our driver joyfully picking us up from the local airport, only to tell us that our tour guide wants to see us now to talk about our excursions. (Mind you, this was around 10pm and we’ve been travelling for about 10 hours+). So I told him we’re tired and we can talk about that another day, so he reluctantly agreed. (A bit strange that they didn’t already know that and that I had to explain to him multiple times IM TIRED! SO GIVE ME A BREAK!) Then he dropped us off at titanic hotel, but it was the wrong one. So make sure you tell them it’s titanic beach and not just titanic. As there’s a whole group of titanic hotels and other similar sounding hotels. So he picked us up again and took us to the correct hotel. We were given rooms on the other side of the hotel, even though our package said we have ‘Poolside Rooms’. I also found it strange that there were other people in front of us and the man at the desk asked them “what rooms do you want? Top floor, or bottom?” And when it was our turn they just gave us any room. Strange indeed. Anyways, some of the rooms have fridges which make the drinks very cold. Which is ideal for me. Make sure to set it to number 3 and leave it for a day to get cold. The AC is strong enough to keep you cool and the bathroom is very spacious, with a walk in shower. You can use the bidet which is installed inside the toilet itself but it’s not really ideal. They also have balconies to hang clothes and relax in The cleaners also give free drinks of water bottles, coke and 7up, as much as you please. So enjoy and make sure to tip! Overall the staff were only nice when it suited them, otherwise they were arrogant and needed an attitude check. There were the odd few who were kind and looked after you but it was the exception, not the rule For example, i spoke to one of the staff at the arcade and told him your manager gave us half hour to use today and he said to us “that’s your problem, not mine!” I mean why do you have to act like a spoilt child when asked a basic question? Customer service is definitely not trained in Egypt I see. Well you can guess what I told him back - “No, that’s your problem! So you better sort it out!” He did end up giving us the time to play but after much back and forth. There is a gym (if you can call it that) in the Spa building. You have to walk past Jack and Rose restaurants and the Grill and you’ll see a turning on your left. Go through that and and on your left you’ll see the Spa. Go in there and on your right will be the “gym.” Best to go around 1pm, as literally no one is there and you get an empty gym to yourself! Also, don’t waste your time with the city tour or any other excursion with your tour guide, from your country. They charge extortionate amounts and the only justification for robbing you blind is that they give you insurance. What a joke! (Only buy the sim card from them, as you’ll need it to ring people and use the internet. - Much cheaper than Airalo) The city tour itself is a waste, apart from visiting the big mosque. You go to overly priced shops and restaurants and pay UK prices for Egyptian goods. Complete rip off and not to mention a complete waste of time Book everything from getyourguide and download the app. The horse riding with swimming is the best horse riding I’ve ever done! Take my word for it In addition to this, there is no prayer room sadly. Even though there are multiple bars, multiple restaurants, massive arcade room, numerous pools and slides, etc. Sadly, the prayer comes after everything else in these hotels.. sad that One more thing - do not use taxis from this hotel as they’ll charge you an arm and a leg. Instead use Uber and it’ll cost you like £2 to get to Senzo mall and back

Absolutely loved it! Rooms are basic but you only use them to sleep in so does the job. Clean, spacious, great shower and fantastic house keeping. Food was lovely, lots of choices, lots of fresh fruit, salads and vegetables. I enjoyed trying lots of new things ie monk fish, muscles, cockles. No break in we heard of. ALL STAFF WERE BRILLIANT. Cleaners, bar staff, waiters, receptionist All. Received a nice birthday present when we arrived which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second visit to Caleta Dorada, which I think speaks for itself. We were in B block first time and A block second both Apartments were great, although we did enjoy the pool view of A so would say it’s worth the extra money.We found the food was excellent and there was plenty of choice at mealtimes also snacks and drinks at each block. (No alcoholic at A) We went to Entertainment at night and although we were a couple, it is great for families with children, although we did enjoy the coco bar. Rooms were cleaned every other day along with towel changes housekeeping were great. All the staff were lovely at Reception and restaurant/bars. Friendly and efficient, even though very busy at times. We have to mention Dayana who was fantastic in restaurant and Cocos. Animation team great as well. We are looking forward to going back again in August with our daughter and granddaughter 😊☀️

1. Food was nice , many options to choose. 2. Room was clean , I did not see any bugs like some people wrote in comments. 3. People who worked there has been really friendly they worked hard like in 4/5 star hotel . 4.Reception people was nice helping with smile . 5.There is some washing machines ( and dryer)outside cost 5 euro in 1euro coins if you need it really helpfull with little kids . 6.If you need to use hotel safe you have to pay 10euro deposit to get the key it was fine we got money back at the checkout. 7.There is approximately 15 min walk to the shops / car rental /town market and nearest beach. Literally every person we met was friendly. 8. If your kids will be running every 15 minutes to get ice cream better to choose all inclusive plus ( so you have all brands to choose ) only simple ice cream in a plastic pots were included in simple all inclusive. 9. Bar was open till 23 if I remember correctly ask for room far from it if you don't want to hear loud music in the late evening . I could survive it but I know some people would be annoyed. Just ask for room a bit far from kids swimming pool and bar/ disco .If that's a problem . 10. They had nice kids entertainment and live music etc . There is more pluses than minuses . For us there was only one minus . Cold water in swimming pools . Swimming pools are nice and clean but water was freezing. I bet they could get 4 stars or more if they heat them. Even if they do that only in kids ones . Water was really cold. Anyway I think we will book it again.;) ( for people reading 1 star comments , don't expect 5 star hotel , for the price of 3 star 😀) 4 stars from me (- one for cold water only )

Some of the reviews are a bit unfair and I think should be taken with a pinch of salt! Rooms are clean & tidy, the short walk to pools and Resteraunt are pretty much traffic free (we saw 3 cars whilst crossing in the whole week) it's more like a complex with lots of bungalows hence the roads between them. The staff were all polite and always gave a polite greeting. The entertainment staff worked very hard to get people included. There's a great kids program, and a kids club in the games room area & Sergio did a great job rallying the adults to get involved in water polo, darts, ping pong etc. We'd definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was a real highlight every meal was full of flavor. everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude made me and my family feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back!☺️

Well what can I say I've been on worse caledonian trips for hotels wasn't too bad room was clean when we arrived but didn't see a maid in 10 days no towels or bed changed 🤔 the food is as bad as they say but there's chip's so u wont starve we drank our all-inclusive . There not name brands but will get u drunk so no worries there.. Alberto the bar man was really polite also a few of girls in restaurant Miguel was polite as for rest of staff not so ..u get what u pay for only thing I'd say take a torch as friend face planted floor on uneven un lite paths that the lights don't work on ..pools good cold but u get used to after a while shops down hill ..an that map wow crazy how they explain where yr room is also bedrooms felt a bit damp get a safe key u get bond back they get you to pay 2 euro for plastic cups but get it back when u return I can see what as we'd of had a good collection of glasses in room if we didn't take em pack as we had a good few plastic to take back 😉 yes rooms do need up dating we did see some with plastic windows though

For the money paid this place is fab, i stay here several times a year. I feel many negative reviews arw unfair. It basic and dated but if it wasnt it would be more than 2 stars and be alot more money to stay. It is up a hill but i enjoy the walk and the views, not ideal if you have mobility issues than being said a taxi is only 3 euros to the front. All the bungalows have stayed in have been clean, reception has always been friendly and helpful. The beds are not very comfortable but i find that abroad alot.

The cleaning ppl don't come , lots of bugs in your room, bad WiFi, food is good on the first day but it keeps repeating. Service was okay but can use some improvement. I'd just say don't expect different food everyday because it won't happen , other than that it was not so bad just improvement needed

OK, will soon be going back to Castillo beach for the 5th time. I have to be honest had no bad experiences here despite the horror stories that get posted. Sure the apartments are not 5 star but then again you are not paying 5star prices. We have always found the staff to be very pleasant and enjoy the wander down the hill to town ( admittedly we usually get a cab back which is why location is 3 star ) We always go self catering as my wife has allergies and we find that with a combination of a full oven, double hob and a microwave we can easily put together some tasty dishes. I like the laid back atmosphere and the fact that you don't get hassled. If you need help ask for it and the staff will do everything they can. There are stories about robberies but I don't think its any more prevalent than anywhere else as basically any tourist is a potential "mark" to a bad person. Simply do as you would at home and lock up, don't leave anything lying around. We have recommended it to several family members and 2 are on their second visits soon and a 3rd one going for their first time. Cannot beat it for the price.

Arrived approximately 8.15pm was greeted by a lovely lady receptionist, got all the paperwork, all inclusive wrist bands and bungalow keys plus a map of the overall site, hadn’t eaten all day so reception watched our luggage so we could grab a bite to eat from the restaurant, very basic food not much variety but put that down to our late arrival. The walk to our bungalow was lengthy after a days travelling, upon entering the bungalow we was surprised to see a full kitchen set up, cooler,micro,kettle plus pots and pans. We looked around the rest of our bungalow and found the bathroom could have been cleaned a better there was hairs all on the floor, bath and tiles from the previous occupants overall the place was clean. We got chilli in the night so pulled a blanket from the wardrobe that was filthy, that went back in the cupboard. The main complex consists of 4 pools all well maintained and cleaned daily there is plenty of sun loungers around each pool. Although there is winds every day it’s very easy to burn. We walked down the hill took approx 10mins to the local town where there is plenty of bars and shops plus a beautiful coast line, upon our walk back up we came across a UK shop with all your favourite home snacks. Food on the complex varies but not enough choices in my opinion. We would revisit this place again but we’d go self catering. No evening entertainment apart from the drunks that sit outside the only bar open and smoke

We’ve just returned from our 8-day holiday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself does deserve its three stars. The rooms are quite spacious, regularly cleaned, beds comfy (could have been joined permanently to avoid sliding apart). The portable air-conditioning unit requires leaving the balcony door open and is quite noisy. With all the noisy entertainment on the stage by the pool one just wants to keep the windows shut to enjoy some silence. We were provided with the All inclusive option: the food was quite tasty but of average quality ingredients. Luckily, there were many options to choose from so everyone should find something to please their palate. We have only tried breakfast and dinner meals as at the time of lunch menu or pool bar snacks we were away sightseeing or enjoying the beach. The location is okay, exactly as described on the website. The free beach bus could run more frequently though. It’d be great if the pool and jacuzzi areas were available until 9p.m. We didn’t get the chance to use them more than 3 times throughout our whole stay because of such short opening hours. The lifts need more attention and the room doors that are far from soundproof. On the whole, it was a very pleasant stay.

No other words but excellent! Nice clean hotel with very friendly and always helpful staff. We don't do all-inclusive very often, but it's a lot easier with 2 young children, but it was by far the best all-inclusive food we have had! Endless choice and always something different every day. Also, lovely fresh, thin based pizza is available all day from the snack bar along with salad and other snacks. The bottom pool is always lovely and warm, and a great little kids pool and kids club to the rear of the hotel. Had a great room that always had the sun on the balcony and nice views over the pool. Great entertainment on a night and a good mixture of music playing through the day. Little kids' arcade area was handy for nighttime. Only 1 negative was that the gym was very basic, which could do with a bigger room and some more weight lifting equipment. Will definitely visit again!

We can't fault the hotel in general. If your idea of heaven is lying by the pool in the sun all day then this is a great place to stay but for us the negatives were the location and our room location. We enjoy walking to the lighthouse daily but the hotel was too far for a comfortable walk, there was a free bus and the local bus and taxis but we enjoy the exercise, also we like to stay on the patio/terrace and don't go near the pool but our room was in blockD and the patio was is shade all day we did ask to be moved and the hotel did move us to a sunnier room. The positives hugely outweighed the negatives. The rooms were very nice and comfy, the food was full of choice and tasty, every meal there was always chefs cooking fresh as well as the preprepared food. There was always good daily and evening entertainment and the staff were great. We would not come back but only because of the location if we didn't want our daily walk we would be back in a flash.

This is our second time at this hotel. We came back as we loved it so much. The animation team are all so lovely and easy to get along with - not forceful for you to get involved in activities either! We first came in 2023 and would say there was probably more for smaller children the first time around, but never the less, it has been really lovely again this time around. The food is very good for an all inclusive, there’s so much to choose from!! Eli & Beyoncé’s twin (😏) have been so so good with my daughter!

Perfectly adequate but do not expect a 5* if you've not paid 5* prices. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and amazing views from the rooms. Nice staff. Tons of food selection and all fresh/tasty. Delicious desserts which makes a change for an all-inclusive. Good selection of drinks. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, but it's not the 5* experience you'd hope for. Location: stunning but a car is highly recommended. Bali is very quiet and the beach very average. Entertainment was mostly terrible so be prepared to get out and about.

We loved staying here! Great staff that make you feel at home, especially thank you Regina we will miss you! As a group of 5 friends we stayed at the green villa, and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Mostly everybody try their best to make your stay comfortable. Maybe the food is not the best but you get more than what you pay for. I would recommend renting a car to be able to visit the wonders of this breathtaking island.

My stay with Filion hotel was one of my best vacations ever. The place is beautiful, every meal is great and the hotel's service is perfect. All the staff members are friendly except one person at reception, who I won't mention here, I believe everyone should be nice. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and chill vacation.

An absolutely fantastic holiday staying here. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a bath and shower in the bathroom which was unexpected. The food was incredible and a variety to choose from. The staff were also welcoming and friendly. A nice spacious balcony too and we had a nest in the corner which was lovely to watch as the parents were feeding 3 babies. There’s a lot of birds around which was nice. There’s mountains surrounding the resort so we were able to see bird of prey in the distance There were 3 pools to choose from, each had sun beds around that were clean and comfy to lie on. Towels were given for €5 deposit. Drinks and snacks were available from the pool bar and again, the staff were very friendly and served with a smile. There was entertainment on and some was great, the Magician, The Professional, was phenomenal and a great show! There were 2 dancers which wasn’t a great hit, it looked like they argued a couple of times during the set and the show didn’t flow - they kept stopping for a minute or two after their dance. As soon as they got the audience involved in dancing, the evening was okay but their show was embarrassing. There was a shuttle bus that fit 8 people and took you to the beach and back for free. We did this a couple of times and it was really nice but sometimes going back to the hotel was a wait due to the number of people wanting to go back. Not a problem though as there was a cafe/ bar right next to the drop off point I cannot fault the staff but a big thank you to Regina who made us feel welcomed. She was always ready to help us out with booking a car for us or sorting out a late check out Really happy with our stay and would really recommend to everyone

Honestly very good location,but absolutely dated hotel. Booked a room for myself and my husband even though we requested before booking, They didn’t give us double Bed,there wereTwo single beds and they Put double duvet to make it look like double bed. Bathroom and room lights were not working. AC didn’t work three days out of seven days. And in the bathroom, it was very old and dirty bathtub and you couldn’t even stand in the bathroom, It was that small even after complaining they didn’t listen .so never ever again in this hotel .

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

We recently spent Easter at the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Paphos, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make the holiday special. They had thoughtfully arranged transport for guests who wished to attend the local church service, which was such a lovely touch. After the service, there was delicious traditional Easter food available, and everything was perfectly organized. A special mention must go to Lucia, the restaurant manager, who was absolutely amazing—warm, professional, and always attentive. She made every meal feel personal and welcoming. The pools were sparkling clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. And the food—what can I say? It was absolutely incredible. From the variety at the buffet to the quality of ingredients, every meal exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed, well-fed, and truly cared for. I would highly recommend Olympic Lagoon Paphos, especially for a special occasion like Easter.

The food was absolutely delicious with so much variety, the pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the facilities throughout the hotel were top-notch. only stayed 4 days but experienced most of what the hotel had to offer (although we didn't bother with the a la carte restaurants as it wasn't the best option for the children). The rooms and facilities were great, Simona made up our room beautifully and was really friendly. Almost everyone went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. There was a mix up with sunbeds which have to be booked on your first day and then remain "yours" for the duration, we were double booked and subsequently relocated, which isn't ideal. The hotel information (website etc) has quite a specific dress code and states very clearly in multiple sections that inflatables are not allowed in any of the pool areas. We found that the dress code was not enforced and that balls and inflatables were in use in every pool area. This was frustrating as we would have planned and packed differently if we had known none of these "rules" would be enforced. We also found it a little tricky to find out what around at first (although reception were always helpful when we asked where things like the restaurant/kids club were) and would value a "map" feature adding to the hotel app. The food was lovely, good quality and lots of variety, there would be plenty of options for anyone to choose from and the staff were always helpful in advising or providing what was requested (such as a glass of milk for the toddler). The main negative was the behaviour of other guests, specifically their children. Children of all ages were running around corridors and the lobby area and nearly ran into us multiple times, which is not good when you are carrying a toddler. They were also using the bedroom corridors to chase each other and play "hide and seek" in addition to "riding the lifts" late into the evening, which was a problem for us when trying to get the baby to sleep, and trying to sleep ourselves. So I would say, if you don't like badly behaved, unsupervised children disturbing your sleep, book outside of school holidays.

We had a wonderful 14-day holiday at this luxurious resort. The food and drinks are of excellent quality – truly deserving of compliments. Our Deluxe Sea View room (no. 3236) was clean and comfortable, although the “sea view” was disappointing: the view was mainly of the pool, with just a glimpse of the sea in the distance. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have paid extra. Unfortunately, several aspects negatively impacted our experience. The resort hosts weddings almost daily, which causes a lot of disturbance: loud groups, both around the pool and in the evenings. Additionally, the à la carte restaurants are often closed or reserved for wedding guests. If the restaurant is open, there’s likely a noisy wedding happening right next to you. As a regular hotel guest, you often feel second-rate. The beds were also a letdown: soft mattresses with loose sheets that shift during the night. We had to remake the bed ourselves every evening, but tightly – something that really should be better in a five-star hotel. On the positive side: the sun loungers by the pool are comfortable, with extra toppers. Less successful: the scrambled eggs at breakfast, which were completely tasteless – surprising, given the high quality of the other food. The resort certainly has five-star potential, but as long as weddings have such a dominant impact on the atmosphere and service, it fails to live up to that promise.

Firstly i want to apologise as i didnt catch this persons name but there was a young tall beautiful lady with brown hair on guest services during my stay and she was absolutely brilliant. She was very informative, booked us taxis and was super friendly and welcoming whenever we saw her. Lydia at reception and in the restaurant had fantastic hospitality. Subash was wonderful, very helpful in the restaurant, kind, welcoming and advised us well on the bar timings and getting advise from reception. His hospitality was next to none! Dora bought me ginger, fresh ginger and this went above and beyond, her hospitality was great and she had a lovely aura about her. Sharon and Gita worked really hard at the snack bar and I really appreciated their efforts. Georgeta in the spa was excellent at putting me at ease and performing a luxurious treatment for me, and Lisa in the spa was extremely thorough in her skills during my mums treatment leaving my mother beaming with happiness. The staff were superb, it was the best hotel experience I have had in 20 years of extensive travelling, I would highly recommend this hotel and resort. Additionally i want to thank you so much for making the room special for my mums 70th birthday we all had a wonderful time and are very impressed with the management.

Not the Holiday We Hoped For Unfortunately, this hotel wasn’t for us. What we anticipated as a peaceful getaway turned out to be more like a summer camp for kids. From the pool to the restaurant and even in the hallways, there was constant noise—screaming, yelling, and door slamming, often caused by unsupervised children. We were hoping for a relaxing, quiet escape, but that simply wasn’t possible here. While the staff were friendly and the basic services were good, the overall ambiance was not what we had hoped for. It’s worth noting that this is not a great option for vegetarians or those who follow a halal diet. Pork was widely available, but there were no halal meat options at all. Vegetarian and seafood dishes were often placed next to meat dishes, leading to frequent cross-contamination—again, often due to kids helping themselves without supervision. The hotel may be ideal for families with children looking for activity-filled holidays, but for couples or individuals seeking tranquility, this is not the place. Sadly, our holiday felt more stressful than relaxing, and we won’t be returning.

When we checked in, we were given a tiny and stale-smelling room by the main lifts on the 1st floor with a single window approx 3ft x 4ft. Fight outside the bedroom at 01.30. Receptionist was amazing and did give us a different room with a balcony when we complained the next day though. Well done to them! Limited choice of cakes/desserts which were often left unreplenished, although 'all-inclusive'. Food was very bland and vegetables mushy. Two beaches nearby (hotel provides bus to main 1 in 'town'). Very limited bars or shops nearby. Nowhere to buy large bottles of soft drinks. Cigarettes have to be bought in the town at specific shops.

We had a really nice time here, rooms a bit small for 4 people but not tragic, 2 pools for adults and 2 for kids , food was ok not very diverse tho but good selection every day for kids and adults ( same for deserts) idk if we were lucky but noise was never an issue throughout the 7 nights we stayed. Pool bars with self service on soft drinks ice cream and coffee. I would come back in the future 100% . Pros : clean rooms, balcony with nice view, nice pools for both kids and adults, kids club, entertainment activities all day till 23 00 , friendly staff, good food Cons : no fridge in the room , small rooms for families, u get 1 cup per person and u have to carry around everywhere, Considering the money we paid around £300 pp all inclusive i,ll give it 5 stars as its a bargain for what we received tbh

Hotel needed a bit of tlc in places, but was clean enough. Felt like the staff could be increased. Arrived at about 2.30am and after getting to our room, and settled down, there was a fight started in a room close by, which went on until about half 4. Threats being made of throwing someone over the balcony and loud banging, like someone was getting their head smacked against a door! Wasn't given a number to dial for reception when we got checked in and didn't want to leave my son in the room by himself. Asked the desk the next morning if we could change and after a quick look was told they were fully booked, but they will have a word and then said what the number was to call them from the room. Apparently they have security but can't say I ever saw any during our stay. Extra staff would also help with the foul language and constant arguments that occurred at the poolside while kids were wanting to play and families wanting a nice peaceful break. Guess that's what all inclusive is for to, get mortal and start agro because they have a rep to uphold!! Saying that, the food wasn't too bad probably one of the better "all you can eats" with fresh grilled fish most nights, rice, veg, salad, pizza, pasta, chips and loads more. Not much info on what going on out and about and not much in the way of entertainment either, for an all inclusive the activities are limited and take place across the road in the "family friendly" area.
