A very good, high-quality hotel – beautiful marble, a very attractive and elegant lobby and reception. Plenty of attractions at the hotel, including a choice of à la carte restaurants once a week – Italian or Mexican (elegant!). The food is delicious, with a wide selection and interesting themed dinner options (e.g., an evening with typical Turkish cuisine). You could say it's literally a small town – it has everything. A spa, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, souvenir and clothing shops… luxurious rooms, a beautiful sea view. Great attractions, fun events during the day, delicious food… A fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly staff.🤩

The staff at this hotel were extremely rude. They refused to serve things and would argue or complain if you asked for something simple like more ice or another drink. They sat around talking in Turkish and almost making fun of you or talking behind your back, could not speak English, and overall showed no hospitality at all. Because of the staff, I would never recommend anyone to come to this hotel. On top of that, clothes went missing from the room. I am not saying it was stolen, but it is very disappointing that clothes disappear, even if it was by mistake. The food was not very good, but it was still possible to eat. Out of several staff members, I only met two who gave me a truly nice and warm welcome. All the others had no sense of service or guest-friendliness whatsoever. Honestly, this hotel is nothing compared to White City, where I stayed two years ago. I should never have chosen this one. Overall, the staff were far too rude, the service was on a very low level, and the price is much too high for what you actually get. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Viking Infinity in Turkey – it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very safe and comfortable environment for both adults and kids. There were plenty of food options and activities to keep the little ones entertained, which made it a great choice for families. The staff were incredibly helpful – always nearby when needed, yet never intrusive. One experience that really stood out was an early morning walk I took alone by the seafront. I was dipping my feet into the sea with no one else around, and after a few minutes, a staff member discreetly showed up just to ensure my safety in case I decided to swim. That small act left a big impression – it showed how attentive and caring the team is. Despite the hotel being quite popular and busy, it never felt overcrowded. There was always enough space and plenty of food – their buffet selection is fantastic, with something for every taste. Overall, Viking Infinity is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Clean, safe, family-friendly, and with excellent service. Highly recommended!

We stayed 4 nights all-inclusive and overall enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious with a nice balcony and terrace, though some areas (like the kitchen) were a bit run down. Food was decent but limited for vegetarians. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Downsides: no water dispenser, and you must buy a cup for drinks (you get the money back), which aren’t always well cleaned. Despite this, we still had a good time and would recommend.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’ve loved my stays so much. The staff are amazing and so friendly. I had a maintenance issue but they rectified it within 10 minutes which is great. The food was better than I expected and the drink selection was great too. The pools are a great and the location is ideal too. Yes the rooms are a little old fashion, but, they are exactly as advertised and are a great size with a balcony to relax on too. I will definitely be going back again and cannot wait.

When we got off the plane, my children and my wife were very hungry and we had missed lunch time. After check-in, we went to the restaurant and it was closed. We said We are too hungry that at the restaurant door AURELIO, the lovely person asked us “Do you like Chicken and Chips?” We said Yes, so come on the kitchen, he said, We got very happy. He is an angel and very friendly man. And the hotel is 3 stars because the rooms furniture is Old fashioned but no problem for me. Very clean, very delicious food and walking distance to the amazing beach and it has 3 big pools. Affordable prices. Highly recommended.

Would not recommend to stay here. The room has cockroaches and smalls ants every where. Something should be done about this. The rooms had no Air-con. Just a fan in the living room. It was very hot. The food in the restaurant was ok but was repetitive and no much choice. Soft drinks were not included in the half-board you had to pay for it. The restaurant staff some very nice but some so rude. No lifts in the hotel if you travelling with kids and buggies. The location was good we could easily get around to places.

Positive things: size of the rooms, they are apartments with separate bedroom and really spacious. Seemed clean and shower had really good water pressure. Pools, they are really really lovely with good depth to swim. If it wasn't for the pools this hotel would have been dreadful. Location - close to a lovely little collection of restaurants and bars. No real shops except some tat shops and supermarket. Plenty of street parking outside too. Negatives: rooms are really dated with old wooden cupboards and wardrobes swollen with water damage. The bathroom STINKS it reminded us of the old 1990s apartments with that horrible stale urine, bad drains smell in the bathrooms. Horrible Staff were absolutely miserable and didn't want to engage or smile. Food selection was small for an all inclusive. Not much salad selection and I had a few things which were absolutely stone cold...like meatballs and fried egg! All in all we wouldn't return, it doesn't warrant even 3 stars and it really needs a complete refurbishment. If it had that I reckon it could be a nice little place.

Check in slow but considering the amount of info that needs to be taken & processed... I had the good luck to be checked in by an outstanding receptionist who made it seem easy but in front of me were people clearly annoyed. Amazing sea view, close to two beaches, outstanding entertainment and kids facilities, great swimming pools. Nice room but pretty small and with a few maintenance issues. Large bathroom with bidet, separate shower & bathtub, toilet nightlight... Good housekeeping. Food very good for lunch & dinner, not impressed with the breakfast though as I had a lot better before. The breakfast coffee and juice are not up to the expected standard & the toasters .. . could be replaced! Their drinks system is weird and inconvenient too but the staff is nice and I've met some amazing professionals . Overall very happy.

Stayed in Gran Hotel Bali numerous times now and we really enjoy our stay. Hotel is perfect for us. Pool area is lovely, snack bar and ice cream bar available. The area itself is not far from Benidorm Old Town and a few bars & restaurants around the hotel for a quieter night. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds, bathroom and showers are good. We found the service on reception excellent and nothing was a bother for the staff. We tend to eat out on holiday but breakfast is average with a good choice of foods. We will be back again next year.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Despite some of the online reviews, I personally found everything at this hotel to be truly great. The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious, and overall, it’s a fantastic place for families with children — every evening there’s entertainment for the little ones, followed by shows for adults. The staff was very friendly, understanding, and helpful whenever needed. And I have to mention the view from our room — it was simply breathtaking, we were left speechless! Honestly, everything was amazing. The hotel offers everything you might need, and if you go outside, the beach is just a 10-minute walk away — or even 7 minutes if you use Google Maps. There are plenty of shops and restaurants all around. This hotel really has it all. I also want to say a special thank you to Melissa and her Guest Experience team for helping me organize a surprise for my wife’s birthday — cake, flowers etc, everything was arranged in advance over the phone before we even arrived, and they handled it all with such care and attention to detail. Thank you again, Gran Bali Hotel, for a truly beautiful stay. We will definitely come back, because we’ve been left with such wonderful memories. Damian.

Absolutely love this hotel, 3 times I have stayed here and have always been made to feel welcome! My kids also enjoyed being here, the staff are very friendly any problems they sort prompt and quickly! Very child friendly, great entertainment everyday! LOVE that the pool is emptied, cleaned every night. Food is great to. If you want a kettle etc on request they bring straight to your room! I will be returning again 🙂 great view of the 3 pools! 43 floors, fantastic view.

Overall a Very satisfactory and pleasant experience at this hotel. At first arrival the size and architecture of the hotel is amazing and really looks premium compared to other surrounding hotels in the area. Went for a lads holiday and really didn’t expect much but the hotel really delivered a good experience for us. The bartenders were friendly, lifeguards very nice and helpful and there was plenty of nice guests at the hotel. The rooms were satisfactory. Decent bed with very nice air conditioning and a good balcony which demonstrates a very nice view of the place, Cleaners were very efficient and friendly too. Facilities were Ok, The shower was decent but would either be really cold or too hot but it is not the biggest issue. Was provided a lot of toiletries and the facilities in general did not lack anything. The pool however was amazing and delivered a very good experience to my holiday The location is also quite good. Even though it’s far from ‘the strip’ it avoids the hectic nature of it. It’s a good place to relax. Taxi to the Benidorm strip is around €12 which isn’t bad at all. Views are fantastic and not much reason to complain really Overall- I would recommend to anyone looking for a more premium hotel for Benidorm

Hotel Labranda Mares Marmaris is a large resort that feels clean and well-kept. The food can be a bit repetitive, but there is always something to choose from – the absolute highlight was the carrot-walnut cake and muffins. We stayed in a ground-floor bungalow in the first row with a stunning sea view – definitely the best choice of accommodation. Room cleaning could be improved (for the first two days there was a dead cockroach under the sink, and the minibar was only refilled the day before departure), but drinks are available everywhere, so it didn’t really bother us. At the lobby bar you can always pick up unlimited bottled water (300 ml). I missed proper espresso coffee – only Turkish coffee and machine coffee were available, though iced coffee was a nice bonus. Ice cream is served by the pool until 4 p.m. and also during lunch and dinner. From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., snacks (a light lunch) are available at two locations. The beach itself is nice, but there is a huge issue with sunbeds – by 7 a.m. they are all reserved with towels. Reception staff were always kind and helpful, but at the lobby and beach bar, a few more smiles would have been nice. The restaurant staff tried their best, though compared to Egypt I am used to a warmer and more cheerful service. Garden maintenance could also be better – greenery around the rooms and along the path to the sea would look so much nicer with more care. The real star of the hotel is without a doubt security dog Mares – he wins every guest’s heart. 🐶 Overall, I rate the stay positively and recommend it especially for the bungalows with sea view, the spacious resort, and the pleasant atmosphere.

The view is beautiful and the location is great. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The lifeguards are attentive and ensure beach safety. Unfortunately, some people break the pool rules, but the lifeguards are vigilant. More thorough cleaning of the common areas would be helpful. The hotel needs renovations. However, the food selection is limited, as it's almost the same every day. Everything seems to have been reheated hundreds of times, so it's not very fresh. Overall, it's not the best value for money.

I visited Labranda Mares in June 2025 and fell in love with this place at first sight. The building is a bit dated, but the green landscape makes up for it. The hotel is nestled amidst lush greenery, with an abundance of trees, palm trees, and flowers. I've never been to such a green place with such close contact with nature. The staff deserves special mention – they were very kind, always smiling, and helpful. I would especially like to highlight the kindness of Esra from Gest Relation, Mr. Yildiray, who organized a very pleasant boat trip for me. I would also like to thank nurse Umut, who is very caring and patient. Waiter Mesut from the main restaurant was also very kind and professional. A big shout out to the entertainer, Emre, and DJ Eros, who create a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel with its beautiful views and fantastic, heartfelt service!

Avoid La Branda Marmaris at all costs! This place was one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disappointment. • The so-called “restaurants” were fully booked for the entire week the moment we checked in. Basically, forget about having dinner anywhere nice unless you book before you even arrive. • The rooms? No shampoo. No body lotion. Not even the basics you would expect from a budget motel, let alone a resort. • Customer service was a nightmare. The staff were not just unhelpful but outright rude and disrespectful. Any simple request was treated like a burden. • Food and drinks? Absolutely terrible quality. Watery cocktails, cheap alcohol, and food that looked and tasted like it came from a school cafeteria. The entire experience screamed cut corners, no care for guests, and zero respect for the money people pay. If you want to ruin your holiday, come here. If not, do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else in Marmaris

Good hotel in great location. Very clean and tidy. Lots of people working hard to make you enjoy stay. The pool is clean, tidy and a good size. People smoking at their sun loungers not pleasant must must be different laws in Turkey. The rooms are a bit dated. Our bathroom was very poor decor. I think Stevie Wonder did the sealant. Just a bit tired looking. Cleaners did what they could but it needs make over. The food is good, however more seating outside in the heat that not. Can be hard to find table at times. More cold food than hot but all in all good choices. We have had better in other countries and Turkey. The sea front has amazing views and good for snorkeling. Taxis to nearby Marmaris and Icelemar a bit steep for the distance we paid 350 TL after a haggle. You can walk but 40 odd minutes. Italian restaurant was fantastic. Didn't try the others. All in all a good place worth at least 4 star rating. However if you are fussy about rooms it could be a deal breaker. Fair warning on that one👍

Staying at paradise island at moment. Arrived on Wednesday morning. Very easy check in and very friendly. I must say we are impressed Rooms clean and comfortable. Facilities are so good. All the staff are so friendly. Food is lovely. We re going to book again next year with some other family members. Great for kids and adults.

Was a bit worried after reading other reviews but we went anyway. We found all staff to be really friendly and couldn't fault them, they work really hard! Our room was nice, basic with a kettle which was what needed. Could of done with an iron but managed without. I asked dor extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. The main pool was a bit lively but we stayed by the water slides all day and was very relaxing, the splash pool was fun for kids too! Food was delicious every day and staff were zooming about cleaning up as fast as they could. Entertainment on an evening was a good variety of different things each night and we enjoyed it. We loved every minute there

We have just come back from a fantastic family holiday here. Great service from the staff, lovely clean rooms, the food was good for an all in inclusive and drinks were great. The only slight downside was that the hotel policy is that you cant reserve sunbeds yet all the sunbeds were taken by 6am. There should be staff enforcing this rule.

From my experience, the staff were ok, but other than that well....the 1st night checked in went to the room and inside two massive cockroaches 1 climbing up the wall and the other sitting next to the fridge. The apartment was never cleaned bed sheets never changed, cleaners came twice and still left it the same quite dirty everywhere. The shower heads had visible mold dirty sewage smell every night and morning. The food was absolutely abysmal just nothing positive at all. Genuinely feel like ive been mugged for the money I paid . This hotel is no where near a 4 star 2 at best and that's no exaggeration .

To be honest that’s not a 4 stars hotel, from outside the bungalows looks nice but once you step inside everything looks like is going to fall apart because the furniture, the beds, the sliding door (my wife couldn’t even slide it), are old and had a poor maintenance over the years, the mattresses are an absolute joke, the pillows you cannot named like that, the wifi is free just for the first day. At 9 in the morning you can find the bins around the main pool still full. Unfortunately because they use paper cups for drinks most of it end on the floor and the content attracts a lot flies. The only good things that I can say is that the pools are open till late in the evening, and you can help yourself with beverages during meals. That can be a great hotel with some serious money invested in it, otherwise will go down.

Decent food, would say 6-8. But the rest is a solid 9.5. Great facilities and everything is at hand. Beach bar, pool bar, aqua park has a bar as well. But the beach bar is so well thought since the beach is so far away from the main restaurants, it has its own grill and snack sections, so if you spend time on the beach, you dont need to go back to the room, wash and change and waste like 1.5 hours, you simply take a snack and enjoy the rest of the day at the beach.

I recently stayed at Titanic Beach Resort in Hurghada on an all-inclusive basis room 1141 and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a wide variety of pools, dining options, and activities to suit all ages. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful, always smiling and willing to assist, which truly made the stay more enjoyable. That said, I do feel the resort could improve by being more considerate towards elderly guests and those with medical conditions who may struggle with the long walking distances inside the property. Adding golf carts or shuttle services for easy transportation, as well as more accessible wheelchair facilities, would make a big difference and ensure comfort for everyone. Another point worth mentioning is the bazaar inside the resort. While convenient, I found the prices there to be quite high. As an Egyptian myself, I realized I was paying much more compared to the bazaars just outside the resort, which are only a short walk away and offer better value for money. Overall, Titanic Beach Resort offers a fantastic holiday experience with great service, but with a few adjustments—especially regarding accessibility and fairer pricing at the bazaars inside—the resort could become even more welcoming for all guests.

We had such a great time at the hotel! Right from the start, the staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The hotel is gorgeous with clean, spacious areas and an amazing private beach. We got an awesome surprise—a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was really roomy and comfy, plus the balcony had great views, which made our stay even better. The food was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The pool was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. There were plenty of fun activities and the vibe was relaxed but lively. Overall, the service was spot on and we loved every minute. Definitely planning to come back soon!

I have quite a list so we can start: Pros: 1. The location of the hotel and the facilities are very good. 2. The bridge that takes you 3 to 400m to the sea where a coral is located with an amazing subaquatic fauna... colorful fish, sting rays, large turtles, I presonally saw one large size turtle like the one I saw at the Hurgada Grand Aquarium. 3. The food is good with a large variety, but it laks a bit the taste. 4. Snaks and drinks were widely available all day in all locations, hotel, pool, beach. 5. Child friendly with lots of activityes, mini disco every evening, swiming pools and slides for kids and adults. Cons: 1. The room we received had very old beed sheets but were clean and we are not very pikey people. 2. The cleaing services of the rooms could have been better. 3. The staff is almost, as I say almost begging for typs all the time, at some moments you can get a bit upset with that. 4. The aircon of the room (depends what room you receive) worked for 15 min after it went to error and only the blower was working, wich I might add that even on low was quite annoying. 5. The swiming pool and beach program end at 18.00 wich is to say the least dissapointing ! Overall we were happy with our stay there, but I would not go for a second time !

Review for Titanic Beach Hotel I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. My experience here was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The food was of extremely poor quality, tasteless, and unsafe — it caused severe stomach pain for both us and our children. The reception staff were shockingly unprofessional, especially a receptionist named Verna, whose attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. The rooms were in bad condition, with uncomfortable beds and terrible mattresses. The swimming pool was dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained. The staff overall were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed no interest in assisting guests. Even the hotel manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I paid a large amount of money expecting quality service, but instead, I got disappointment, illness, and stress. There is no value for the money, and the hotel completely fails to deliver even basic standards. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will never come back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

I really can’t fault the hotel itself — staff, facilities, and pricing were all spot on. We booked this as a cheap and cheerful getaway before the end of the year, and that’s exactly what we got. The rooms were perfectly fine; nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect. The staff were friendly, polite, and couldn’t do enough for you — not to mention very generous with their free-pour measures behind the bar! The only thing that let it down for us wasn’t the hotel, but some (most) of the guests. Pardon my French, but the scrubbers were out in full force 🤣. No manners, antisocial behaviour (even around their kids), no respect for others or the staff — just overall rude. Of course, you’ll always get a mix of people on holiday, but this was next level. That aside, the hotel delivered exactly what we wanted: great value, good vibes, and a mostly stress-free break.

We have just got home yesterday from booking on a whim. Didn’t know what to expect but the first thing we did notice was service. From reception, to cleaning staff to kitchen staff everyone was polite and always met with a smile. The rooms may not be the highest end but they were pleasant and had everything we needed. The apartment in general were very pretty externally and the view from the patio in the evening was beautiful.I wouldn’t call them basic like some of the reviews on here. The food was very impressive and we found a wide variety available. With a supermarket and restaurant and Irish bar with a fabulous landlord but a 5 minute walk from the complex the location is great and just a 12-15 walk down to the beautiful beach and marina. Overall we were more than impressed with our holiday and although we don’t usually visit the same country twice we would definitely consider returned. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. You should be proud of the experience you deliver to your guests

Just came back from 10 nights at this amazing place. Not sure where to start. 8 of us went and we had 2 apartments next door to each other which was ideal. Location is perfect with everything within a 10 minute walk. Activities at the beach are great fun. Food was superb with plenty of variety to choose from. Snack bar by the pool was ideal. Biggest take away from the holiday is the staff … they are amazing! Super friendly, always smiling and happy to help from the restaurant, the reception area, the bar, the lifeguards, every single resident we met were just brilliant! Our kids made some lovely friends and me and my partner did too! Just a great place and we will be back one day without a doubt! Thank you for a great holiday experience.

We booked 7 nights to stay here in peak summer holiday time. We tend not to read reviews because you can't please everyone, and I'm glad we didn't as we would've been put off visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. We travelled with a 7 year and 11 month old and we were able to keep them both occupied, fed and watered. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. There was something for all of us at meal times. The buffet was hot and kept well topped up. There was always an available highchair for our littlest. Unlike others I found the pullout sofa-bed to be comfortable and we both managed good night's sleep. We were also provided with a very good travel cot. Air con in the rooms was excellent and much needed during the week we visited. We mostly used pool A as we stayed in that block. The pools were clean and we were able to get a couple of sunbeds each day we were at the pool. Would be more than happy to visit again.

4th time here but not been since 2017 its had a massive face lift since I was last here but still the same amazing complex. From service to cleanliness cant fault at all ,staying on c block so close to the main pool and bar ,rooms cleaned every other day, clean comfy rooms and beds,pool sides are always been cleaned plenty to do for children and adults,short walk to the beach and excursions from hotel if wanted ,market is 5 minutes away on a Tuesday and Saturday, staff are lovely ,plenty of variety of food in restaurant,dont listen to the negative reviews go with an open mind and remember its a 3 star resort not 5 star ,special mention to the animation team especially harry not his real name but what he said his name was in English, hes only been here 3 weeks and he works so hard trying to get people involved in the activities he even joins in himself ,hes so good with the adults and children and a great assest to the hotel and made this holiday even better ,still have a few days left yet and will be sad to go home thank you caleta dorada for another unforgettable holiday for all the right reasons .

bathroom was dirty when we arrived, looks like blood dots on the bathroom, sink draws dirty. a cockroach had came in on our last night there. scrubbed the inside of the pool once in the 5 days but didn’t get all the muck out so was just left in a corner, didn’t clean the outside of the pool the whole 5 days i was there 20 minute walk to the beach then uphill to get back no hand soap provided, only had 2 towels and no bath mat the whole 5 days first 2 days the bath drain didn’t work and made a drain in the bathroom floor come out and flood the bathroom, someone came in to fix it and seemed work after that. the whole complex is huge, about 5 pools, 1 supermarket and a brit shop, bars and restaurants food in the all inclusive restaurant was okay, not much me and my family would eat but thats all preference. some staff was rude but then others really friendly and helpful, whenever we came to the bar he would automatically bring out 5 cups for us. basketball ball court, tennis court, little football pitch. little park laundry room 5 euro to wash 4 euro to dry washing liquid provided

We stayed 4 nights at the bungalow. From the first day we were disappointed. The reception gave us a map drawn incorrectly to our accommodation. 20 minutes to look for the accommodation. The room was dirty, broken glass shards under the furniture (a sign that it was not cleaned properly) 3 rolls of toilet paper for about 5 days. No products in the bathroom. (not even hand soap) Towels changed every 3 days, bed linen every 1 week. We did not receive cleaning after 3 days! The lady on duty said that she did not do it, although we spoke to the reception for cleaning... The accommodation leaves a lot to be desired... The pool was superficially cleaned. There are not enough sun loungers for all the bungalows (or at least 1 sun lounger per bungalow) Unfriendly staff! An exchange of sharp remarks. Just because we wanted a bath towel (there were 2 large towels and one hand towel in the room) I work in this field and I know exactly that a lot of things were not done. I paid for many services that I did not receive!

I have stayed here a few times. You truly get what you pay for. This is a 2 star place, people on reviews for get that. I've stayed here multiple times and I have had no problems apart from the all inclusive food is terrible so would recommend self catering. Apart from that, would recommend for a cheap place to go

I booked this as a surprise for my partner for his birthday, after 3 years of not being able to get away. What an incredible disappointment. I read the reviews, and altho mixed, some were glowing, I can only assume those were fake. We booked with Love Holidays, and the first item on the room info was Aircon, a deal breaker for me, there was none and never has been. We had to pay €20 to hire a fan, plus a €20 deposit. Oh, and you onky get one key so we had to pay €5 for a second so we could go out separately if we wanted, as another couple we met said there were 2 break-ins during the week they stayed. We rejected our first room, it was just awful. Our 2nd room only slightly better, at least it didn't have tge 1970's orange pine kitchenette. Don't even think about self catering, with one small hob, a microwave and a toaster, and very limited utensils and cutlery, you can't even cook a simple meal. The fridge had 2 settings, not working (everything tasted warm and the butter was melting), or freeze, literally everything froze within a couple of hours, oh, and no working light! The room was filthy and riddled with problems, curtain rail hanging off, toilet seat broken, and just very unclean, stains everywhere, a throw over the sofa bed to hide stains, blood spots on the spare pillows, and stained white sheets, and I don't think housekeeping existed, same sheets and towels all week, never saw them once. Its a good 25 minute walk to the beach, downhill all the way, Google maps also says mainly flat, but its definitely not, its hard work coming back up, and you have to go down to the town to eat as the places around the accommodation aren't great. Litter was everywhere, fast foid pacjets, cans, crisp wrappers etc, and a million dead e-scooters just abandoned everywhere you looked. I only give 1 star as no stars isn't possible. We went to reception several times to complain about various things, Anna was amazing and extremely helpful, but the guy on checkin when we arrived was rude as, to the point of carrying on a personal conversation whilst we tried to talk to him. Others there at the same time complained about the food on all inclusive, so feel very fortunate we had booked self catering, but this should be changed to room only as the facilities are just not worthy of self catering. We stayed early July, loved the island, its beautiful, but really tainted by this truly awful experience. If we could have come home the first night, we gladly would have. Asked if we could speak to a Love Holidays rep, the guy laughed in our faces and said he'd never seen one, so good luck! Couldn't get anyone on chat, maybe it was the signal, but just kept saying nobody was available, and to be honest, they wouldn't have done anything by the sounds of it. Contacted them once we were back, after we'd both calmed down a bit, provided screenshot and photos of how truly disgusting the place is. They take up to 28 days to review and check our info, still waiting, and to be honest, I don't want a refund, i just want to stop them lying to people and false selling the dream! If you're thinking of booking...DON'T is my advice. And don't use Love Holidays, this was our first experience, and it will most definitely be our last. Stick with On The Beach!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, room were dirty, beds stained, plug socks hanging out of walls, no air con, no security what so ever anybody can walk in to the complex and the list goes on. Honestly we stayed for 7 days and all 3 of us wanted to go home on the 1st day. Only good thing about this place is the pool. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

After a week's stay here, I can honestly say that this hotel fell short of our expectations. Pre-mixed cocktails dispensed from a machine tasted cheap and nasty, couldn't drink them. The air conditioning situation was frustrating, having to hire a portable unit at extra cost, we couldn't hire it the night of arrival as we enquired when we arrived and was apparently not possible. Beds weren't all that comfortable. The heat is intense in the room, you have to leave the sliding door open to use the air con unit which poses a bit of a security issue. As a smoker myself, the smoking area is disgusting, there is a huge vent opposite blowing out hot air making it extremely uncomfortable to sit or stand and have a cigarette. There's also a very powerful vomit/sick smell we noticed when walking past the top of the pool bar. Dinner was good, breakfast was ok and some days were a bit repetitive. Some plates didn't seem completely clean and had to go on the hunt for cuterly some evenings. I will say that the reception staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, answered all our questions about the local area, things to do, transport etc. I also had a massage at the hotel and that was excellent, the masseuse was very professional and I felt extremely relaxed. The love/hate sports bar is fantastic. Service was very good, the food was incredibale and staff are lovely. In summary, the staff are a credit to the hotel but the hotel itself needs some improvement.

We are staying for a week with our young kids 10 and 6. They are loving it, which is the main thing. The animation team, led by Kendra, are very good, providing different games and activities all day & at night. Great fun was had during the music quiz! Food and drink choices are nice and varied, and the cleaning staff are very thorough. So far, so good!

The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The room has a decent view of the pool. It's so annoying that there's only a mobile air conditioner and it's not enough in the summer heat because you have to leave the balcony door open to vent the pipe. This is a bit of a strange solution. The restaurant operates in a buffet system, varied, thematic and delicious. It is a bit far from the city and attractions, so for convenience it is worth renting a car, although public transport is quite frequent.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel! We booked all inclusive – and it was amazing: breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were varied and delicious, always fresh. The bar with drinks was available for free during the day, which was very convenient. The hotel is located in the mountains – the views are incredible and the air is fresh. There was a free shuttle to the beach, only about 7 minutes away, which was no problem at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were well-maintained and green. The atmosphere is cozy, a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back!

We had an excellent 10 day trip staying at Filion, every member of staff is so welcoming and polite always greeting you with a smile. The room was beautiful with a great view and is always kept clean and cool with excellent air conditioning. The rest of the hotel is lovely too, the pools are nice and cool for the hot weather, the restaurant is big enough to always get a table and the outdoor area has excellent views. The bar is always staffed and it's easy to grab a drink throughout the day. The location is beautiful, you're high up in the mountains with a great view and there are regular minibuses down into Bali if you're looking to explore outside the hotel.

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Filion. There is nothing bad to say about our experience. The rooms are lovely and well attended. The food was a great variety and pleased all of the family - even the fussy eaters! The location is stunning and there is lots to explore in the area. The most impressive thing about the hotel though is the staff and the service that we received. The team are friendly, welcoming and went over and above to make our experience the best it could be. The reception team, the chefs, the cleaning team and pool bar team were wonderful. We would highly recommend.

This hotel is advised as 4 star but sadly it is at best an average 3 star by Irish standards. The hotel is in need of a major update and is very poorly maintained in some areas. However, the pool area is fabulous with views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking. We were always able to get sunloungers and umbrellas not matter what time we visited the pool. Make use of your balcony to watch the amazing sunsets. Rooms are large but again dated. Beds and pillows especially fall short in the comfort department. Food is buffet style and is good overall. The drinks menu is limited and what is on offer is of poor quality, especially the beer and wine options.There are no international drink labels on offer at the bar either if you wanted to upgrade your drink to your usual tipple from home. This proved to be a major barrier to our travel group enjoying their evenings in the hotel. I don't drink alcohol and found the soft drink options to be fine. We had a few minor issues during our stay which were dealt with immediately. The staff are hard working and friendly. Rooms above or near the nightly entertainment will be disturbed by the noise. Overall the location is the major draw for this hotel, the pool was amazing. If you can overlook the faded grandeur of this hotel it is a good option for pool lovers and is close to the main strip and a short distance from Coral Bay beach.

I had a lovely break from start to finish! We arrived late at night on 27/07/25, after 10 PM. Even though dinner time had finished, Loretta at reception kindly offered us dinner. She is such a lovely and welcoming person – thank you, Loretta! All the hotel staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard – thank you to the housekeeping team! Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. My son and I also really enjoyed using the gym and sauna – everything was fantastic. The food was amazing – honestly some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. I felt completely relaxed and was able to make the most of all the facilities, which meant a lot given how busy my life usually is. This was truly one of my most unforgettable holidays. A very nice hotel that I would definitely love to return to!

A little feedback on my stay, a great hotel! A top welcome! Welcoming waiters! Especially Best, Jehu and Mariana, big favorites, they are great! The super friendly cleaning staff! Nothing to say! The only shame is that in the evening you can hear the music quite a bit from the hotel room... and regarding the meals, a little more variety would have been great, but it's still super good, so not too disturbing. Otherwise, having booked on Booking.com, we were told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, but on site there isn't all that... it's a shame... but otherwise GREAT

The hotel has wonderful facilities and potential; the staff seemed to do their absolute best with what has been offered to them. The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. But for us 4 star absolutely

Hotel was excellent, very clean in rooms and public areas, food and drinks were great quality. Fresh cocktails and premium branded drinks. Pool service and allocated sun beds was fantastic and definitely what other hotels should replicate. No early morning rush for a sunbed and your beds are allocated for your whole stay. All staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention to Vanessa at the pool/sunbed allocation service as she just went above and beyond to ensure we had a great holiday, absolutely fantastic hotel and would definitely recommend

We spent a wonderful week here in June with our two young children, and it was our first time both in Cyprus and at this hotel – we’ll definitely be returning! After a long flight, the short transfer was a real bonus, and we were greeted with a warm welcome at reception. The hotel has so much to offer for families: plenty of activities for the children and fantastic pools that kept them entertained for hours. The food was excellent, with a huge variety to suit everyone. Our daughter especially loved the children’s buffet – the lower counters and plastic plates may seem like small touches, but they made the experience feel inclusive and exciting for her. What really made our stay unforgettable were the staff. Every single person we met was kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to look after us.

Overall our stay was definitely 5/5. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was fantastic and the facilities were amazing. We 100% will be back. Our only downside was we booked the honeymoon suit in November 2024 yet when we arrived in September 2025 we were told there was a system error and we weren’t in the honeymoon suit, considering this was our honeymoon and the hotel failed to notify us of this until we arrived I wasn’t impressed with the communication on this. This being said the hotel were very apologetic and did provide a room upgrade at a discounted cost which we were very impressed with. It would still of been nice to be in the honeymoon suit or at the bare minimum told there was an error especially as we paid a deposit to secure this. All in all though a very pleasant stay and a very much enjoyed honeymoon.

We just returned from a one-week stay at the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Paphos. While the reception staff was very welcoming, our initial experience with the room was disappointing. We had booked a room with partial sea view, but it had visible mold on the ceiling and wall, accompanied by a musty, damp smell. After reporting this, housekeeping responded by spraying heavy amounts of the hotel’s signature fragrance into the air conditioning system and all over the room—even the curtains. Covering up the issue with perfume does not make the air healthy, and for someone who values clean, fresh air to sleep in, this was far from acceptable. After two sleepless and stressful nights, we were upgraded to a proper sea view room, which was much better. However, losing two nights of rest on a one-week holiday is simply not acceptable, especially given the price and the resort's 5-star rating. The food in the main restaurant is generally good for an all-inclusive resort, but the desserts are extremely poor—mostly frozen mousse or industrial cakes that look like they've been picked over. Six years ago, we stayed here and were much more impressed by the food and drink quality. Now, for example, cocktails are made with soda from a syrup dispenser instead of proper bottled drinks. It’s clear there has been a noticeable decline. On a positive note, the staff across the resort are genuinely kind and hard-working—kudos to the entire team. But to be honest, we wouldn’t book this hotel again.

The weather the second week in May was unseasonably cool, and the hotel was cold. It was often difficult to find staff for service in the bars, especially around the pool areas. It lacks atmosphere and friendliness.

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas style beach with lots of space and cabanas. I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. So the value is amazing. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well. Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The pool near the hotel was very clean and big enough. Excellent place to stay.

We stayed for 5 nights in mid-September, my husband, my 1 year and 8 month old baby and I. I confess that it wasn't very pleasant as it was a 3 star hotel, but this was really bad. Ok, let's go. They put us on the first floor in front of the terrace and the large extractor fan extremely noisy I believe was from the air conditioning that only turned off at midnight, so this noise tormented us all day until late. In the room there wasn't even a kettle (which was offered to be "rented" at the reception What?) or a minibar to make life easier for the family. The room and bathroom need renovation, the bad smell in the bathroom was bothersome, no sound insulation? During the night we could hear everything that was going on in the corridors when other guests passed by. There was actually quite a variety of fruits and salads, which really saved us, the main food was always cold, really inedible. We only saw pork, chicken or hamburger as meat? As we were with a child, we ended up staying in the shallow pool in complex even though it was 30 degrees, it was cold. I think there is sewage near the pool bar, it took over the whole pool area, the bad smell didn't make us comfortable there. The location is very bad, far from anything, the vans that take you to the beach had a long wait and were crowded, we chose to rent a car on the first day to save our holiday. We ended up spending more (on travel and restaurants) and we could have stayed in a better hotel. The service provided by the staff was one of the positive points, everyone was courteous to us. I really don't like giving good reviews but there is no way to be happy on vacation in a hotel like this, I hope they improve so that other families don't ruin their vacations.

This hotel is lovely and as long as you are going with the expectation that you are staying in a 3* hotel and not a 5* hotel you should have a wonderful time. Pros- Clean and spacious hotel. Housekeeping are wonderful and keep rooms/communal areas clean to a high standard. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy to help and friendly. 3 different pool areas to suit everyone NO FIGHTING FOR SUN LOUNGERS, you can find one at any point in the day as people don't leave their towels on all day and only use it for an hour. Food plentiful and fresh. Room adequate for the amount of time spent in them. Cons- Any local shop is around a 20 minute walk apart from the on site shop which is rather expensive. Food can be a little repetitive. Childrens entertainment can be a little rubbish depending on which staff is doing the mini disco which is only half an hour long at 20.30 which is a little late. Unless your child is put into kids club during the day they are not included by staff on an evening. The bunk beds are not adequate for a young child to sleep on top as there is only half a bar that stops them from falling off. (My 10 YO didn't feel overly safe up there)

Stay as far away from this hotel as possible! Everything about mine and my friend’s experience here was awful, start to finish. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor, the carpets throughout the hotel lobbies and stairs are covered in stains, both the inside and outside the tables were hardly ever clean and the reusable cups aren’t cleaned properly, they’re just sprayed and rinsed, no proper cleaning or sanitation of the rims of the cups where you drink from, and the bar staff were always annoyed whenever we asked for new cups. The staff in general had an appalling attitude towards us, reception staff were blunt and not helpful, the bar staff were always annoyed whenever you asked for anything, the beach transfer driver had no regards for safety and would constantly overfill the minivan. The only shining light of the staff was the lovely woman in the hotel shop, she was always smiling and happy and would dance and joke with me and my friends whenever we entered her shop. The manager, who told us his name was GM, was the most unprofessional and rude person we encountered. He demanded us into his office, and originally only tried getting the girls of the group in the office with him and refusing to let the boys come in with them. We refused this and all went in together, where he was extremely aggressive and nasty in tone towards us and our complaints about the quality of the hotel. He was condescending and confrontational and was trying to abuse his power over us asking questions like “do you know who is the one giving the orders here? Me.” The whole conversation he was arguing with us against our complaints and not being cooperative to resolve any of them, and using it being 3 star hotel as an excuse for all the faults rather than wanting to improve our experience. He also stereotypes us from the beginning of the conversation, assuming we came for a party holiday and to be clubbing, when all we were looking for was a relaxing poolside holiday. The pool area was also disgusting, the first day we arrived the pool was taped off for “cleaning purposes” but there was no cleaning happening, it just reopened and nothing had changed about it. The food was always freezing cold, even the hot food had no warmth at all, we tried the beans, sausage, and bacon and they were all stone cold. The bread rolls were the only thing we ate after this and even they weren’t the best. We saw countless other reviews from the last month about how the food was making people ill and after visiting the hotel, we can see exactly why it made them so ill. The hotel is also full of bugs and animals, we saw a rat scurrying around the pool bar, and found silverfish, ants, earwigs, and countless other bugs and creatures in our hotel rooms. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly, they are full of stains and black mould, and feel extremely dirty to be in. I had some sort of slime come off the door and stain my finger, as well as the lights coming out of the wall, flooding bathrooms, and the no locks on the door. Everything about this place made me and my friends feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Definitely not a family friendly hotel and definitely not a place to ever consider staying.

Just back from a week at HSM Canarios Park with my Wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. We all had the best time. This hotel is ideal for families with kids. The food is good, nothing fancy but plenty options for the kids and fresh fish or meat cooked at the buffet every day. The restaurant is open for long periods which makes it easier to plan your day and means you can avoid busier times. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to the overall experience of feeling welcome at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned so thoroughly and beds were always made up and room tidied and cleaned throughout the day. The staff would even make the kids beds and then lay their teddies on top. There are 3 pools at the hotel so always space to find a couple of sun loungers. The kids pool was great, so shallow so easy to relax and not have to worry. There are shuttles into the town but we always opted to walk as it's a straightforward route that's pleasant and safe to walk - about 20 mins or so. The tourist markets in the town are great and well worth the walk. Some nice bars and cafes too. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave so I think that says it all!

I recently visited HSM Canarios Park with my friends for a nice memorable holiday. However it wasn’t nice at all and memorable for all the wrong reasons!! When we first arrived we were greeted by reception and when we checked in we were given a sheet of paper which was for a single cup for drinks for the WHOLE HOLIDAY!! I found this appalling as we paid for an all inclusive, so having to have one cup the whole holiday shouldn’t be right and definitely not very hygienic. On our first day we made a complaint to the holiday company we flew with as the hotel was not how it was described when we booked it and VERY unhygienic. The tables were dirty, our food was cold at breakfast, the ceiling in our bathroom had mold on it (which was unsafe for me as i have asthma), the bathroom would flood after one use of the shower, the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from the room next door, stains on the bed sheets and around the room, there was no inside lock on the door and there was loads of bugs in our room (ants, silverfish on my bed, A RAT, and other creatures). We then got called in the managers office and the way he spoke to us was appalling!!! We were a group of 3 girls and 2 boys and in this ‘meeting’ he only wanted to speak to the girls!!!! This was because he was trying to single us out and saw us as easy targets. When we finally argued that we aren’t going in without the boys he let us all in. When we were in there he singled me out made me sit down on a chair and asked me condescending questions like ‘do you know where you are?’. Throughout the whole meeting he was very condescending, unapologetic, unprofessional and just out right rude treating us like children and constantly stereotyping us! We never stayed in the hotel as we didn’t feel safe we was only there to sleep and shower. In the day we would take the beach shuttle to the beach which was VERY unreliable. The man driving the 8 seater van would try and fit around 15 people in the van which was very unsafe! And he said to me and my friends if we didn’t squeeze in the van, which already had 15 people in there we would have to wait for an hour! This was RIDICULOUS as when I spoke to reception they said he should come back until there is no one waiting, which was a lie! Overall all of the staff made us all feel extremely uncomfortable the whole trip, the staff was talking and pointing at us all the time and just being very unhelpful! The only member of staff in the entire hotel that was kind, fun and made us feel welcome was the lady in the shop! She would dance with us when we would enter, and had amazing energy! She deserves all the praise and deserves better than working in that dump!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I understand that the hotel is only listed as a three star, but some of things we experienced during our stay wouldn’t even qualify for a one star hotel.
