Add Baggage Details

You can add your baggage details online now, which gives you one less thing to worry about at the airport. Simply fill in the short form on the following page and we'll contact you to tell you the cost within four days. Note; If your departure date is in the next five days, please call our Customer Service Team on 0330 124 0424 and they'll add your baggage details for you.


Make Name Changes

It's important that all the names on your holiday booking match exactly as they appear on the passport. If you need to change the names on your booking, just fill in the simple form on the following page. We'll then contact you within four days to let you know how much the changes will cost.
