To help you plan your holidays and a few fun days out with the family, we’ve listed our favourite Bulgaria activities.

Water sports

From jet skiing to scuba diving, you’ll find a wide selection of water sports on offer in and around Bulgaria's glittering coastal resorts.

Don’t let the ‘Black’ Sea fool you, Bulgaria’s coastal waters are clear blue! As for the beach, expect golden sands and plenty of sunbeds, which provide the perfect base for a relaxing day out in the sun.

Visit Nesebar

A visit to the Black Sea coast is not complete without a visit to the ancient town of Nessebar. The Old Town is a must-see for culture vultures or anyone with an interest in history. Venture here and you’ll find old medieval ruins, beautiful architecture and plenty of souvenir shops.

Euxinograd palace

Situated just north of Varna is the Euxinograd palace, which once served as a summer house for the Bulgarian royal family. The building is a well-known landmark and gives an interesting account of Bulgaria’s rich heritage and 19th Century architectural style.

The party doesn’t stop on Bulgaria’s coast with a number of bars and nightclubs staying open until the early hours of the morning. If you’re looking for a night out on the town, you’re in safe hands here.
