The most friendly staff I've met in Egypt. A beautiful coral reef, but it's about a 100m swim from the beach. There was a big party one evening including Argentinian dancers and a fire show, both of which were amazing. The food changes frequently, each dinner has a different theme. The first room we were given was next to a construction, so we had to ask to have it changed, which was no problem.

The staff here is simply amazing! Loved the animation team, they were so friendly and nice, best I’ve ever met🫶🏻the program here was just terrific, there was a party with a fire show and also some Argentinian dancers which was the greatest I’ve ever seen! Really recommend this hotel.

The hotel complex is very open, and the pathways are encompassed with flowers. Staff is exceptionally friendly and the food was very varied and of good quality. The recreational activities we attended were exciting and innovative as well. My only complaint is the rather slow, and overall often unreliable wifi in the room. Overall a very pleasant experience

Very nice location. The House Reef is intact and beautiful. You can see many different types of fish, sea turtles and big balloon fish. The Hotel room's are very comfortable and quiet with AC and Minibar. You get two bottles of water every day. There are different buffet - themes every day with different food and delicious cocktails. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Different Animation program every day. Friendly and very talented animations encourage you to the different activities every day. It was a great stay. Hopefully we get back soon!

No. Just no. The property is old and run down. Outdated is an understatement. There was constant construction and was unsafe to walk in certain areas at times, with bo signage to indicate where to walk or areas to avoid. There were water stains around the bathtub and toilet. The grout was moldy and chipped. The drapes were stained and there was accumulated dust throughout the room, showing lack of deep cleaning. The bed had a hard pad, bot a mattress that made it extremely hard to sleep. The pillows were deformed and also hard. The mini fridge was not very clean and turned off each time the key was removed from room. There was not much variety in the main restaurant buffet. The same pastries each night were served. There was one restaurant at the hotel, Italian. However, each room was only allowed to eat at the restaurant once per stay. The food was underwhelming and in actuality was not a restaurant, more like the “panorama bar kitchen” serving food to a gazebo that they called the “Italian restaurant” Positives: The air conditioning unit worked very well and cooled efficiently. The house reef was ok. We went out on a few dives. Saw turtles, eels, puffer fish and an octopus. Visibility was good. It was cold though! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever return.

Me and my family spent a wonderful week in here. The room are spacious and kept clean every day. Food and drinks are delicious. We’ve been a bit worried about the food in Egypt but this hotel proved us wrong. All the areas here are amazing, we really enjoyed all we could. Entertainment is fabulous, we enjoyed their program, especially the evenings. After all I really hope to come back here soon again. 10/10

Superb hotel for family vacation. Perfect location next to the beach, swimming pools fitting needs of different ages and extremely friendly and helpful hotel staff. On top the hotel is offering delicious variety of foods (egyptian as well as international cuisine) which rotates on regular basis. Not to mention local sweets which are served to each meal - if you have a sweet tooth do watch out :)))

You can choose with many things and it is delicious! Rooms as in the photos. Cleaned every day and we also had a surprise in the form of animals with towels etc. Really perfect hotel, we will definitely come back!

Great hotel, very clean, not very big, which is a plus for me. Amazing variety of food, changing a bit every day. A lot of sweet stuff as well. Rooms are cosy, cleaning service excellent. Animation team is attentive but not obtrusive. Coral reef for snorkeling next to hotel was perfect as well! Definitely recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Makadina in Makadi Bay, Egypt, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. After cancellation of our flight we got trapped there for a while. The bus ride and check-in at the hotel were very poorly organized and it was like chaos. No German or English is spoken, no WiFi etc. The accommodation is very poor. The food was spoiled and disgusting , the drinks were also really bad. The stuff sweat and the Perspiration get into the food. Everyone touch the food with the hand and put it back, its so terrible the food, never had such a thing before. The consequences were vomiting and diarrhea. The room is very dirty and probably hasn't been cleaned for weeks/months, so no sleep was possible Cannot recommend anything there

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Rooms are outdated blood om "clean sheets" asked them twice and still pit new sheets om with blood! Rooms are filthy all the staff want to do is over charge you on everything even the pharmacy charge you £21 for 3 lick balm and I went in and took back money because it was supposed to be £4! Male staff watching your children grown men staring! Ahmed the manager stole our money that mr hani said we could be refunded! we was leaving at 4 and said we could collect our money before we left then said come back at 7 knowing our flight was at 7! Staff offering cocaine and hash to 16 year olds! Only place I've ever met where they beg you for money Avoid like the plauge the water is poisen hotel staff are poisen its a all inclusive hotel but yet we had McDonald's cheaper than the food they was offering and it tasted better! Please don't go here we did so you don't have to!

So much potential if the restaurants were better. We had the all inclusive package but only aye there for the first couple of days and then refused to eat from there. Shame really as the rooms are good & the pools etc are lovely, just let down by the food served. Staff are very helpful and I found the rooms to be clean & nice.

I don't recommend it, the bar staff are grumpy, there's never any beer in the bars, breakfast is always the same. Only the waiters are friendly. The entertainment girls are nice, but they can improve too.

Visited in April, good temperature to swim in the swimming pool and see. Stayed in room 306 with the view to the pools. It is rated 5* but I would rate maybe 3* by the European standard. Decent breakfast, usually egg omelettes, beans, pancakes, salad buffet and loads of pastries and type of bread. Lunch usually choice of chicken and fish and some kind of grilled meat. Good salad buffet, plenty of bread and lovely choice of deserts. Dinner about the same as lunch with choice of Balaclavas. You can also book at other restaurants for a surcharge. Wine is rubbish but for a good bottle of wine is about 10 dollars so not too bad. Go to the swimming pool early and grab the loungers. There is a private beach, bus is running every15 mins, well organized. You can book snorkeling and other trips at the hotel, decent prices, don't forget to haggle or ask around. They will try to get more money from you.

I thought this was 5* but definitely not. The rooms were decent , not dirty but could be cleaner . I had a baby who was crawling and he was covered in black stains from the floor even after we asked then to mop everyday. Cleaner was very nice and came every day . Food is never good in any hurgada hotel so same here repetitive and yes we got food poisoning also . Animation team there was one boy who was lively and active the rest were boring with miserable faces especially a slim female with long braids who entertained the kids she always looked angry . Hotel is nice but needs updating and proper clean the lounge area smelt damp and sofas were not clean .

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I never normally leave bad reviews but this experience was actually so terrible! Where do I even begin- you will constantly be harassed - multiple times a day to buy an excursion or spa treatment or perfume or juice! Speaking of food - it is TERRIBLE! They serve the same tasteless food and cordial everyday, the alcohol is awful and the attitude of the men serving said food and alcohol is vile and rude. And if you’re black please AVOID! - You already know how they treat us. What an awful stay! It has left such an awful taste in my mouth regarding Egypt as a whole. This hotel has so much potential but they need new staff and new chefs and rigorous training on customer service!

Not a beach Hotel !They do offer transfers to the beach . Not a family and couples only! Definitely the worst place we ever stayed ! The food is just horrible and the same .We had to go out and buy food because 14 days living on what they offered,was impossible. Beautiful pools but dirty from the work around the resort. I can't describe how filthy this place is. Just few photos from our room,bathroom and kids dinning area from the main restaurant.

I came on holiday for one week with my husband, we hardly have any complaints The only thing we had a problem with was the bar staff was a little moody sometimes. But let's talk more about the positives, the hotel is beautiful and gardens are so well kept. The entertainment team are absolutely amazing, Paris is so helpful and always happy to give advice with anything. Helped me find out you can call on messenger 🤣🤣 There is a show each night and all have been so good! We took a trip to the marina which was also lovely, definitely recommend.

I was surprised how beautiful this hotel is, it looks exactly like the photos, everyone here is very nice and helpful. they will explain everything to you and describe how it works here. the animation team here is amazing, they organize a lot of activities of different kinds, so there really is something for everyone. there are sports activities as well as various events and smaller festivals. every evening there is a show and you don't have to worry about children because there is a mini disco or children's corner for them too. the food here is also excellent and every evening dinner is based on the cuisine. the rooms were always clean and tidy. I had a family holiday in this lovely resort. The gardens and grounds were absolutely beautiful and made a gorgeous setting. Our room was nice and big and recently refinished to a good standard. There were loads of staff and all were helpful. The main pool was larger than most on my previous holidays and nice and warm. It felt family friendly with a good mix of activities for all ages. The entertainment crew were great and friendly. The snorkelling from the pier on the beach was brilliant. There wasn’t much/anything to walk to from the hotel but this seemed typical for the area.

So this hotel is brilliant the service is second to none like all the staff are very friendly. I came here with my dad and he has been here previously (he says this is the best hotel he's ever experienced) I agree with him. The food is really good, there a few restaurants to choose from. Fantastic hotel. Came last year and wanted to come back again this year and it’s even better! Staff are always willing to go the extra mile and can’t do enough for you! There are many pools so you can choose the pool that suits you and your family, two of which are heated. Some pools are adults only and some are child friendly. The animation team are entertaining and always putting on entertainment for you and for the children but aren’t pushy if you don’t want to take part. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for 5 nights 27/01/2024. Rude staff, all men staff constantly flirts with every female, even when they can see they’re in a relationship. The staff don’t look like they enjoy their job the way the serve us (rude). Constantly bothering you when you’re sunbathing to buy and do activities. All the hotel staff care about is money, they’ll try their hardest to get more money out of you. Food was terrible, bland and tasteless. Don’t have much options for British food. Very disappointed in the food, except through the day time. The day time snacks were the only thing keeping me and many others going. Don’t have much vegetarian options. Evening entertainment was boring every night. Alcoholic drinks were vile except a tequila sunrise. The vodka is definitely not vodka and smells worse than tequila. Other than that, the only positive things were - Nice beach and stunning views Nice pools. Would I return to this hotel? No.

Very good hotel, should be a 5 star!! Beautiful resort, with uncountable swimming pools, bars, many restaurants, good good, great entertainment and shows. Parties, you name it! Big enough that there is something for everyone. Chill out areas, luxurious areas, active areas, areas for children. Water park. A lot of drink choices. Good sunbeds also lots of variety in them. Mr Hany is I believe the biggest asset to Long Beach resort! Amazing manager and a really nice guy. Definitely one of the best resort I've been to.

We went 11/01/24 it was very good, nice and clean staff so helpful. Food was very nice n fresh so much variety. That staff Abdullah. And Mubarak nice guys and helpful it’s such a big hotel plus nice views. we even went to Cairo and they gave us lunch bags. They have shuttle bus to take you to the beach from the lobby which was nice. When we first arrived at the hotel the receptionist said go have dinner first which was nice of him. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Amazing experience kids loved it the entertainment team were so much fun! The food and different themed days were really good. Staff are nice and help you in every way they can. The rooms were made to be spotless and cleaned everyday..minibar was refilled with water bottles. Different choices of pools were available with different slides. Halloween experience at the hotel was amazing 👏 Would recommend to others and would come again. We experienced this hotel with 3 children aged 1, 4 & 6 and the staff are very friendly. Our view was pool side and was great👍 Lots of food choice ranging from chicken to veg and pasta or pizza 🍕

I just had an amazing family stay at a hotel in Hurghada, Egypt! The food was top-notch, (and French expectations are always higher on that point) satisfying every palate in the family. The aqua park was a blast - kids couldn't get enough of it! And the staff? Super friendly and always ready to make our stay memorable. Definitely a gem for families seeking a fantastic vacation spot!

March 2024 Been here for 8 now, this hotel is great for the family, the Animation team is good, the hotel has 16 slides which are wicked, but 2 was not working, the rooms are nice and spacious, the restaurant has good choice but if hotel was at full capacity it would be small to accommodate everyone, the only thing I would say about the rooms is that the double beds are on the small side a bit, the staff in general are lovely, always helpful and friendly. There is Mall which is about 15 mins and about 8 Shops within 5 mins. The beech is great too, lovely and sandy and sea lovely blue colours 😎😎😎

For me as european rooms are clean and everything, but average. It's like 3 star hotel in Europe. Well from my experience. Workers are friendly and welcoming. It was very big hotel. I loved the details. Everything was free. It was the best week!! I really enjoyed. Food was delicious. Amazing variety. Wow. Also very very good room and hotel service!! Plenty of space in pool. Free water park, gym and almost everything!

Just back from a week here (and my first ever experience of all-inclusive holiday!) and it was honestly so much better than I thought it would be! Food: as a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes available for me. The pasta station and freshly cooked flat breads were highlights for me. My main frustration was that nothing was labelled as vegetarian (or anything else) so it was a guessing game with certain dishes and I'd have to avoid if unsure. We didn't try the restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, Mongolian etc) as the veggie options were a bit limited/bleak. Room: our room was a twin and the beds were huge. I found them comfortable and the room itself was very clean and spacious. Word of warning about the bathroom though - the shower floor is very SLIPPY!! Service: everyone I encountered was super friendly and we didn't have any issues at all with service. Check-in/check-out was quick and efficient. Housekeeping was great and refilling of the waters and sodas in the fridge everyday was a cute touch. Activities: Would recommend snorkelling on the left side of the pier on a calm day - amazing corals and fish! Even saw a stingray. The waterpark was also super fun! Overall I had a great time here and it was great for a chilled holiday to soak up the sun and spend time with family.

Beautiful rooms! I stayed in the newly refurbished rooms which was lovely it's a big place so there was a little walk to the restraunts which wasn't a problem for us. Staff were so attentive that they couldn't do enough for us, always ready to help. Our cleaner was a character always left different animals made out of towels every day. I'm sorry I didn't get his name so I could give him a fab review. Food was lovely, something different for all tastes. Pools were spotlessly clean as were around the pool areas if you wanted a sun bed the lifeguards got one for you as long as you added your towel it was yours for the day. The only downside are the bridges that go over the pools when they get wet they are extremely slippery, so be careful. Just walk around. That's what we did after a close call. I seen few people slip on them. The Pool bar is fab you can sit in the pool on stools. The waiters are fantastic always back and fore taking orders to your sun beds. The hotel beach is also beautiful and clean its not a far walk the waiters are back and fore to your beds without being intrusive there is also a food court down there with some lovely snacks to take away to your sunbed or stay there and eat. All in all fantastic holiday I would definitely go back.

So, we are approaching the end of our week here and it has been great. Problems are dealt with quickly, Sayeed in particular was very helpful as manager of the restaurants. Food is ok. Japanese restaurant is great but with only two show tables it is difficult to get into! Chinese was pretty good too. Beer and wine are local and, well, drinkable! Same story with the cocktails. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially if you tip them! The hotel grounds are nice with lots of pool areas, it never feels too busy or crowded.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and have to admit it’s a huge hotel with lots of restaurants and food choices on offer. Friendly staff and with the added bonus of being able to use the sister hotel next door for free so 2 hotels for the price of 1. Food was amazing and the New Year’s party was a great addition as they really went to town. Fantastic time and the pools were heated for this time of the year so kids had a great time swimming. Really great hotel and looking to book again soon. Well worth the money

We have currently just finished our holiday here, and we cannot complain about one thing. Every staff member is welcoming and friendly always willing to help, and they always have a friendly smile. The staff cannot do more for you. The food is great loads of different things to try. They have loads of pools with loads of sun beds, a lot for kids and adults to do too. We will 100% be coming back this is by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

The rooms were adequate but the bathrooms need updating but are clean. The food wasn't to my taste and repetitive for my liking but plenty of it to go around the guests. The Setting and gardens are beautiful and everything is kept well. The Staff are all amazing and can't do enough for you. Good value for what we paid .

It's our third time in 4 years at Desert Rose. This place is amazing! The facilities are great, they make good use of the green space (outdoor gym, games area, peddle court, kids playground). A few pools and a small aqua park. Unlike a lot of the other hotels, the food was also really good. Breakfast was repetitive but the other buffets were changed slightly every day and always tasted great. There are a couple of pool and beach bars where you can get some lighter meals (burger etc), those weren't as nice but did the job. Animation program was always nice, also for the kids. Main compliant is the rooms. While still nice and clean, the regular rooms are not 5 star standard. Old furniture, old bathrooms. The superior rooms are much nicer though. Finally, almost all the staff we dealt with were very nice and friendly. With one or two exceptions, no one was actively sitting there waiting for a tip (even if they really were)

Beautiful hotel with great gardens and great service. We enjoyed much its infrastructure, superb paddle court, CrossFit station, lots of lovely bars. The food was really good,what a nice thing for an all inclusive. Nearly every night we had a cool surprise like fresh grilled swordfish or ostrich. Service was excellent x1000. Every waiter or manager was caring, asking if we are happy, smiling. Tables were cleaned within 2 min, incredible. Gardens are beautiful, with lots of flowers. We used water normally, swam in a swimming pool and we did not have any stomach problems as you might get in Egypt. Rooms are very spacious, but quite ancient, with no WiFi in it. Actually I found it good for children, no screens in the evening. Hotel is situated not far away from the airport. We were really satisfied with our stay, I would recommend it to everyone, I hope we will be back here even this year.

It is a beautiful arranged Hotel-Area with many grass areas and colorful flower-arrangements. The Pool areas and the beach are nice and clean. Our room was good too. The housekeeping was remarkable. The personal in general was very kind and costumer-friendly. Bars and Activities delivered a variety of options to spend our time. The food was very diverse with a nice local touch. We will come back.

Just returned from Serenity Fun City in Makadi Bay, Hurghada, and we loved it there! The staff were incredibly welcoming, making every moment special. Ahmad, who looked after our room (5124), amazed us daily with his creative towel art and kept our space immaculate and left fresh towels for us daily. The food, especially the Middle Eastern dishes, was great. Our kids loved the water slides and the warm baby pool, and even I couldn't resist joining in on the fun. The spa treatments, particularly the Thai massage and Cleopatra treatment, were really nice too. A special shout out to Corina, the customer relations manager, whose regular check-ins ensured we were always happy and satisfied with our stay. We also enjoyed a fantastic private quad biking adventure and found some great skincare products at the on-site oil shop. Additionally, we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the sister hotel's beachfront, where we enjoyed complimentary drinks at the bar and delicious lunch. Snorkeling there was like being in a tropical fish tank :) We hope to return to Serenity Fun City for another unforgettable vacation. A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel!

This resort offers excellent value for money! A wide range of delicious food, clean rooms, beautiful grounds which are looked after by a team of skilled and hardworking gardeners. Everyone working here does really well trying to communicate with all the different languages spoken by the guests here. I absolutely loved it here, and can't wait to come back!

Amazing hotel, everyone from Reception to entertainment staff (Dora & Abi) to all waiters, cleaners, porters, gardners work tirelessly. It is the staff which makes this hotel everyone was truly fantastic. Great food daily everthing so fresh and tasty. Desserts were best I've seen in an AI hotel, drinks good too some amazing bar staff please do tip. Waterpark was fantastic too especially the wave pool. Highly recommended. The entire hotel is spotless. WiFi needs to be improved asap and all the slippery tiles around pools need urgent looking into we saw a few accidents this isn't acceptable. Thank you for your hospitality we will be back! ✌️

During my visit which began by 11 of April till 18 of April, I had already done a deal with a taxi driver to pick me up from the airport to the hotel and take me back there at the end of the vacation and already paid to him 30 Euro for two ways . !! But your limousine drivers scammers told me that no cars are allowed to come in to the reception and I have to book a ride with them it's the only way to go to the airport or I have to Walk with my luggage to the main security gate ( 3 kms with heavy luggage and 2 kids ) And they made me pay 25 Euro again to satisfy the limousine company which you are renting an office for them

I stayed here in October 2023 - a little late on the review but my partner has left a review. The reception staff Abdu la was very nice I promised him a review he was very helpful professional and very kind! Thank you and our room house keeping staff was very nice too always very helpful smiling he was called Abdulla too and left our room spotless clean thank you, the taxi service man in the hotel too was very kind and all the drivers they helped us with getting our Egypt sim and went out their way to help and didn’t accept any tips we have to push them to have it very nice people very kind hearted, downside is the WiFi isn’t great in the rooms. The event reception there was a young lady in black hair who didn’t want to really help us book our al la carte until I asked to speak to management she then rushed to help us :/ I wasn’t going to let the whole of the staff down by lowering a star however the other lady with blonde short hair was very nice and upgraded us and gave us loads of information about the hotel and near by surrounding, even though there’s not much around the hotel you will have to get a taxi out to places but that shouldn’t be a problem there’s so much to do in this hotel the aqua park theme park etc great for kids and we didn’t bother getting excursions from the hotel as ours was a TUI package we instead went out to the closest market and got it much cheaper I would recommend this to everyone of course be safe get receipts and don’t pay in full pay 10% and pay the rest on the day to the driver :) the food was great the restaurant staff were very nice - all the staff are very hard working and they only earn a little so tipped as much as we could and honestly the hospitality was amazing! I've never been to a 5 star all inclusive where it has felt like I am hemorrhaging money from the minute I enter, the relentless hard sell from trip companies and the spa operating inside the hotel make laying be the pool almost impossible as you're constantly harassed by sales people selling hugely overpriced treatments. Once in the spa you're massage stops half way through to remind you to tip generously and the begging continues from there, despite paying twice as much for the treatment as you would anywhere else in the world (£500 for a block of massages). Same as the beauty treatment, half way through the treatment the begging starts, it's as if the staff do not get paid (£50 for a men's haircut that took less than 20 minutes, no hair wash so about £20 in central London) Similar to the shopping experiences, if you don't enjoy being harassed from the minute you enter, or even walk near the shops, then don't go near them, you'd be better off going outside to the actual shops in Egypt, same hassle and haggle mentality just probably cheaper.. we were charged nearly £50 for 2 buckets and spades amd a small inflatable (about £15 anywhere else in the world). Entertainment here is weak and repetitive in comparison to other resorts with the bulk of it being guests forced on stage to act stupid. The food was okay, but stick to the main buffet restaurant, we only tried 2 Al a carte's but it was largely the same food as the buffet just colder and hurried through, I think each sitting lasts 30 minutes for a 3 course meal. The only real saving grace we found was the service of the waiters in the buffet restaurant was great and the waiters on the beach and by the pool were amazing!

There was always an unpleasant odor in our bedroom even after it was cleaned and in our toilet also like rotten eggs because they didn’t use proper cleaning products while cleaning the rooms and my child’s face was filled with bed bug bites and his hands also and it was so shocking when we asked at the reception they said you can go pharmacy and buy some medicine instead of trying to fix the bed bug issue . The kids mini disco is at such a bad and disgusting location just outside and right next to their sheesha where all the people are having sheesha and smoking where the kids are playing and dancing and it made us so uncomfortable and scared that how could they let small children be ok with smoking and drinking people . Another thing at this hotel is when you go at the shops of this hotel especially outside lane which is situated in hotel the staff is always trying to force you to come in their shop and buy something force fully because they apparently think that our money is growing on trees just because we are from Abroad . The al la carts food was horrible including Chinese , Greek like there was nothing special in it and so called pre cooked food . Also the food isn’t really so good in Hotel , but the cleaning staff is very nice and Animation team is also superb but believe me it’s a very wrong impression for children to be with smokers at night while they want to have fun in their innocence in childhood . Also the toilet is little unpleasant in your bedroom as their isn’t much privacy and that makes you really really uncomfortable. The staff is always sad like no one is smiling as they are thinking we are saying there for free and paid no money , you know all they have to do is just smile a little so that you can feel little relaxed. In the end the mattress are very hard and gave us back pain and they don’t have good mattress covers either which makes you feel sick when you see them coming off the bed

The troubles with this place started as soon as we entered. The first thing we were told was that there isn’t any bed available for the child, although we booked a room with our child in it. Additionally, we waited THREE days for an iron, made countless calls to the receptionist who reassured us it’ll be with us ‘in 15 minutes’ yet it took three hours. The very last time I called, I specifically mentioned I will leave poor review due to the bad service and yet they showed absolute no care whatsoever. I found the staff rude at times but not dry friendly at all. Maybe they need to learn to smile a little more. However, my biggest issue was with the fact they specifically pick and choose whom they want to be nice to and whom they do not want to serve. Guests of a certain demographic is preferred over others, particularly, if you’re of south Asian background AVOID this hotel. They would laugh and make rude comments thinking I’d not know (little did they know I speak Arabic). Disgusting behaviour and disgusting comments. The guys maintaining the rooms do a fantastic job. The restaurant people need lot of training in customer service, and the receptionist and bar people at the lobby may as well be stuck with certain individuals. Overall, not happy, will not recommend anybody else to do so either! 0 star if I could do so.

I don't understand why people give bad reputation they are doing wonderful for my family (2Adults 1 Kids and 1 baby) and have a good job for all. Keep in mind, we slept in same bed to in home and so in here. Also our room face the pool not the road so you can talk to the reception just in case you want upgrade. The food are amazing. Standard continental breakfast choices, a lot vegetarian option, food and veggies. Lunch is handdown great varieties also dinner time can be different every night. We always avoid raw veggies everytime we travel and so in here. No food poisoning at all. Just eat in everything cooked and you will be fine. Bar restaurant great too, the free flow pizza, ice cream and fries are super👍👍 kids love in here than in main restaurant because it close to the beach. Keep in mind the beach and pool close at 5pm so better go there early. Many sales will bugging you around every hour but just said no they will leave you alone. SPA is great, I tried Hammam Spa package. Also the trips to orange bay (their sale close to the beach) camel ride on the beach fun too (pay £10) games room you can play bowling, billiards and mini arcade game just pay around £10 for each. If your thirsty the lounge bar will come and fetch your order. Free flow drink with nice choice alcohol. Overall we happy with their service.

I travel a lot with my two boys and booked this for 2 weeks, just came back today to the UK. I cannot explain to you how happy I was to be back home as this had to be one of the worst places I'd ever booked, especially as a five star hotel. There was a number of things that had happened and they all related to the fact that my skin tone was not fair as some of the other visitors that come to site. Myself and my two boys were treated awfully down to the point, I had to actually point out to the waiter how obvious it was what they were doing. There was a number of things that happened which I would never want anyone else to experience, especially as a Muslim South Asian individual. Everything was designed around Eastern European customers. Upon leaving the hotel I was stopped by security and by reception from leaving site because they needed to check my hotel room before we were permitted to leave site. I did not see this happening with anybody of Caucasian skin tone. It was the most embarrassing experience of my life. I was made to feel as though I had stolen something or committed a criminal act. Everyday for 5 days within the first week we were there. We were completely ignored by the people that pour drinks yet they were at the Caucasian tables immediately. During my stay because of the disappointment, I took a two-day trip to Luxor where the hotel was not a five star hotel. However, their experience was incredibly good in comparison. The staff have a problem if you ask them to do something unless you give them money. Basically the whole hotel is driven by money.... I will never want to go back to Egypt just because of the stay in this hotel! The cleaning person for my room was counting my towels on a daily basis as though I was going to steal 4towels to bring them back to the UK. He also would get the dirty towels and hang them over the top of the shower to make them look as though he had put fresh ones out. One day he came in whilst we were in the room and cleaned up the room but the only thing he did was sweep the floor and not do anything else. The cleaner had a serious attitude problem and was incredibly rude at times. I highlighted to one of the managers that the shower was leaking from the side. He completely ignored that and just walked off without offering another room or sending an engineer to fix a problem. At one point I did speak to a senior manager after I had been continuously ignored because of our skin tone which was very very clear. I was incredibly shocked by this as they are the same skin tone as me...... However, I guess money talks...Sadly this hotel is driven on tips and money and trying to exhort money out of their customers... As a Muslim, half my vacation started with Ramadan. They kindly sent food up every night for Sahoor. However, when it came to iftar at opened at 17:56 the restaurant didn't open till 18:30.... Basically that did nothing for Muslim customers, other than Sahoor. Also take your own prayer mats as they don't provide them. Over all I would never go back to this hotel ever again!!! I have never wanted to come home so badly. Just because of the lazy and disrespectful staff.

Lovely place for a weeks rest. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Plenty of extras being sold and all were great. We had massages at the Spa which were brilliant, first class, however after an incident there I strongly urge you to not leave anything in the lockers. Either don't take anything or take valuables with you. With that exception, everything was great and I will be back next year.

Hygiene and cleanliness is non-existent here. Staff are rude and unprofessional. The food wasn't too bad, but not a lot of choice and they use old food rather than cooking new food for example the cereal and the pastries. The restaurant is also in a school canteen style area. There is an absolutely awful smell of grease if you don’t sit far from the buffet area and staff are very quick to take your food and drinks (even if not finished) but not to clean up. A waiter became friendly and helpful towards me (I've experienced this before) but what I didn't expect and never encountered was he then asked for money before I left! The entertainment at night isn't too bad. The cocktails were quite nice but the hot chocolate horrendous and coffee very average. Customer service here is also non-existent. The only thing that kept me going here was the weather and the people that I met. My room also was a state with a lot of mould and broken aspects to it. The reply to this will be 'Sorry, and please give us another chance' but in actual fact the staff really don't care. I thought I was getting a great deal here with the money I paid but unfortunately the price was reflective of the experience I had.

I’ve stopped 5 days in the hotel and I must say that all staff work so hard here. Room I’ve had it was very nice but basic. There was a problem with a hair dryer and didn’t work but I’ve had mine. For animation you need to go in the bus to different hotels or to the hotel next door which was a shame. People in the kitchen are working there very hard however to have a good service everywhere you need to give it dollar or a euro everywhere when you turn your head. A snack bar it’s a joke! Please make sure you will have a good lunch and won’t be hungry till dinner. Food in the hotel isn’t great either. I lost a weight there! The best thing in the hotel for me it was a photo shoot. I would highly recommend as those photos worth the price. Overall it was okay, but I wouldn’t come back again.

The animation team was really caring and nice. The room is fine it’s clean. Food is not so good, but you can find something for you every day. And for people who are drinking Alkohol: you should buy your own, cause the Alkohol is horrible(gin, Wodka and whiskey is all the same). I didn’t tried the beer, but I was told by other guests, it’s really good. You can’t drink it at all. But all in all it was really good we had a lot of fun. Pool is also nice and clean.

I don't recommend this hotel. The rooms are very old, the washbasin does not drain water. The bed linen is dirty and so is the towel. There are no cosmetics in the bathroom, no bathrobes or slippers - although it should be 4 stars. You have to ask for coffee, tea, water and sugar. There are no cups in the room. I lived in room 4108 - very noisy. The air conditioner doesn't work. 7 days is hell. I didn’t rest at all because of the loud music. They wanted to change the room and were told to pay an extra $7 per day. At the bar I wanted to take 4 glasses of beer and they didn’t give me, they said 2 glasses - 2 beers. The glasses are dirty, plastic and very small. The room has dirty curtains covered in blood. The beds are not comfortable - they roll on the floor. This is not 4 stars, but 2 stars. I don't recommend it. On the day of departure they gave us rations - they were all sour. We were left hungry. The food at the hotel is terrible, but you won’t go hungry, you can find something. The fruits were the same all the time and did not change. All strong alcohol smells like acetone. You can only drink beer. Pay $2 for a cocktail.

Ok, my review might not be objective. The food is fine (even though I had constipation for like 2-3 days, but I blame this on the climate change,l). The rooms were clean and the cleaning personnel is very courteous and nice. As a woman, I was feeling very uncomfortable because most of the staff was quite clingy- complementing, whispering in ear, asking about my age etc. the animation team was trying their best, they have quite nice artists, however, they do push you to participate, that’s not nice. If I was alone, i wouldn’t feel safe here.

Probably wouldn't revisit. Found the beds to be harder than concrete and it genuinely ruined the entire stay. The twin room we stayed in was very cramped and it was very dated and had a lot to be desired with the finishing touches Found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant Food was very good and had plenty of options. Common areas and pools were in very good condition and nicely maintained. Location is situated bang slap in the middle of hurghada and is great to walk to most places.

Generally a very disappointing experience. There are some parts which look quite pretty (the reception and walk down to the beach) and they are lucky enough to be on the red sea, so they advertise this. However, in reality, the rest of the hotel sucks - especially when considering their attention to detail. It is advertised as 4+ stars, but it should be 2 or 3 stars at the most. None of the staff are trained properly and the rooms are terrible. The pool bar plays loud music until 2 am every day, none of the rooms have hot water and people who work in the shops constantly hassle you to buy from them.

Regular throughout the hotel. The meals are always the same, the people who work in the hotel are very friendly but there are some who are not. In my case I paid for one night and when I asked for an extension we had problems because they changed the all inclusive seals to breakfast only. We had paid the same and the lady at the reception asked us for 180 euros more to get the all inclusive seal back (almost 3 times more than what we had paid initially). They were not able to resolve the situation and ended up doing it in a bad way. The place is nice in common areas but the room is quite small.

Overall very horrible and poor experience. 1. Bathroom really dirty and need to be renovated, toilet seat yellow, curtains got stains on them,cigarette burns in bath tub, no bath plug, bath drain mouldy and rusty. 2. All plates, cups and bowls are chipped, breakfast, lunch and dinner alawys the same. Rice and pasta was only eatable. 3. People from hotel selling you massage, trips etc. Rip you off. So be carefull most of the time they want double the price then online. 4. Beach very small and no room for the amount people they have. No sun loungers as people throw their towls to book. 5. Pool very small and kids pool water is freezing cold. 6. Slides are very very old and dangerous. 7. Kids play park has nothing that is safe. Not much to do for children overall. 8. Ice cream is only for kids and served at beach bar so have to walk the whole hotel to get their. Served between 13-15pm. Nothing to choose from you just get what their is. 9. When we was checking out we gave our card back after a min i forgot my coat so ran back to the room. Come downstair reception say we smashed glass table in the room. Where no one even went to check the room so i wonder how they knew their was a smashed glass. My mistake was i didnt take a picture of it on the first day which ive learnt a lesson to always take pictures first thing when entering the room. We came late at night went for dinner and came back to room and went to sleep. Woke in the morning and i asked my partner did he see that the glass on table is smashed he said yes it was already their. We got charged 15 dollars which is not a lot and i wouldn't mind paying if we knew it was one of us. 10. Tips- all staff want to be tipped amd if you dont tip you get treated like trash so tip every and they will be running around you doing circles. 11. Views from room are horrible and its close to main street so all night you hear cars beeping, people arguing and someone praying at 4 oclock in the morning everyday. 12. Your allowed to smoke everywhere, even in the rooms, so room stink of cigarettes also as the rest of the hotel. Not very nice if you have children. 13. Baby seat very dirty and no hygienic. Overall we had a good time in Hurghada and we will be coming back but just not to this resort.

Had a very pleasant stay here for 8 nights. The rooms are nice and the service is pretty good. The hotel staff is excellent at there work and are always there to help you out, if you need it. The main restaurant is good and the buffet is big and it is changing everyday. They also have an oriental, Asian and Italian cuisine restaurant á la carté. Never used the pool area, but it looks pleasant. U can also walk to the beach in maybe 2-6 minutes. All in all it was excellent and I will stay here again.

My experience at Pharaoh Azur Resort in Hurghada was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Gamal Eldin for going above and beyond to accommodate us with a larger room after a small inconvenience. The hotel itself exudes a welcoming atmosphere, and the food served was simply amazing. However, I do feel that lunch could be improved to match the standard set by the rest of the dining options. One thing that truly stood out during our stay was the prompt responsiveness of the staff and reception to any issues or requests we had. They were always quick to address and resolve any concerns, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my time at Pharaoh Azur Resort and will definitely be returning in the future. That’s a guarantee!

Reception basic not good English waited hour for room even tho arrived in the evening. Food is terrible unless you like plain rice, vegetables, mashed potatoe and dried up chicken...if you're lucky. Breakfast mash potatoes??? And omelette station outside so queue 10 mins minimum. Waiters being bossed about by miserable guys in white shirts who dont even say good morning etc Beach restaurant wasn't open, no beach tbh just man made with sunbeds and a small bar. Staff not very happy, not attentive. Small bar near reception with 2 staff sometimes so expect to queue ...everywhere as they constantly run out of glasses. WiFi forget it unless you're by reception. Entertainment is nothing and yet promote so much. Aqua aerobic s with instructor in pool ??? Needs updating from 90 s . SPA reps hassle constantly so annoying. If you're English stay away as it doesn't cater for . Positive it's clean and one swimming pool sometimes heated.....3 star max 16th trip to eygpt and for those that was 1st time they ll not come back . Such a shame for all the other hotels which fo so much better than this place

This place is just beyond amazing. It's been a magical holiday! The resort was built in the 90s and you can see it has gone extensive renovation work. The resort is huge! It has a lake, a warm pool, gardens everywhere and some trees that house many kinds of birds. It has access to a beach and a diving centre! Gym is just about ok for basic maintenance while on holiday. What made the difference to me are the people, the beach with its stunning waters, the two dogs of the resort (for those who don't like dogs- don't worry they are clever to know who likes them and only come close if you call them!) and food! Food has been great, a good selection on a daily basis. The staff has been lovely! I will miss the huge beach with two piers that give you access to the sea, Acqua Gym guy and his fist bumps, Emy, a cool young girl with a bright future ahead of her, the waitress who serves outside in the terrace and her welcoming waves at us... if you need to plan excursions, speak to Mohammed Ali (that's his actual real name!!) and for diving, the resort has an amazing diving centre! Best dives are with them plus it is located on the beach owned by the resort! Before coming here I read some reviews whose points I'd like to address: - rooms are outdated: the resort was built in the 90s. You can see the 90s design. Personally I don't think there is anything wrong with it- everything in the room is functional and working perfectly fine. Why generating waste in such a stunning place? Think of the environment: if something works fine, no need to change it! - pavement uneven: not true. The outside common areas are well kept. Note the resort is big, so it must be very difficult to maintain.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Pharaoh Azur Beach Resort Hotel staying in one of their bungalows situated within the beautiful gardens area. On arrival we were greeted and quickly checked in by very efficient staff and taken off with our luggage to our bungalow by club car. Ahmed ensured that our bungalow was kept immaculate, with water, tea and coffee supplies topped up on a daily basis. Our thanks to him. Food was on an All Inclusive buffet style and was delicious. There was always a really good selection of dishes so that there was always something to enjoy. It was also nice to be able to visit one of the speciality restaurants where the food and service were again excellent. The heated pool was large, inviting and clean, with a recently renovated pool area with plenty of sun beds and parasols. There was also a large private beach which was kept immaculate with lots more sun beds and parasols. Unfortunately during our stay my wife was unwell and had to attend the on-site clinic, whose staff were excellent. She then needed to be hospitalised. Our thanks to Guests Relations ( Judith and Tanja) and the hotel management for their help and support at this stressful time. The hospital treatment was 5*. Our thanks to ALL the staff for making us so welcome and our holiday so special. This applies to staff in main building, restaurants, bars, lounges, gardens, pool and beach, which were all kept spotless. We had an amazing holiday and can’t wait to return again

Update: wear beach/sea shoes as its very rocky in the sea. There is a heated pool. Towels are provided for the beach and pool. One free restaurant meal top floor, 😋 was lovely. Main buffet, bit busy and it's not mid season. Bathroom shower/shampoo provided. We had ground floor terrace in between pool and beach 2003 sunny side. Staff are brilliant always helpful 👍

A really nice resort in Egypt. Lots of things to do such as swimming, volleyball and table tennis. The heated pool was awesome. My biggest negative was that the alcoholic drinks were terrible. Cocktails where a poor quality syrup and the beer very average. If your like resorts, this would be a good place for you to holiday.

while the hotel has excellent facilities like a great beach view and plenty of pools, its service is horrible. they have shortage of staff, they don’t respond to your requests on time, and they put stale food when they are working under pressure. it’s understandable that the food wasn’t the best in Eid because the hotel was crowded, yet it could’ve been managed better. the food is also pretty repetitive since they don’t change the meals at all. they also allow you to use the iron for 2 hours ONLY, which is weird compared to other hotels i’ve been to. overall great scenery and clean pools, but the service could be improved.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the high standards of the hotel. My husband and I took our 11 year old son here and without doubt we will return. The hotel was beautifully located and we were able to access the sister hotel's facilities which was a short walk away (free shuttle bus provided if needed). The staff were polite and attentive, especially Ragab Ahmed, the restaurant manager who made us very welcome. The rooms were a little basic but clean. We can't wait to go back.

stella gardens has been my most favourite holiday so far! the staff here have been superb. rooms are always cleaned, and the cleaning staff are ever so nice, was incredible for my partners 21st birthday, made the room so special. the all inclusive food and drinks are standard but there’s something for everyone, i especially loved the fresh pizzas and pasta! there’s a lot of entertainment and if you’re unsure, the staff are so helpful and will answer any questions. again i highly recommend if you want a stress free holiday!

Currently staying at this hotel and would highly recommend. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite! The food is delicious with enough variety to please most. Thursday evening they had a food festival, which was incredible. They had put a lot of effort into this and everyone had a fantastic time. Couldn't fault the location, the beach is right on your doorstep and a club too. The pools are well kept and there is a range of different activities on each day, catering for all age ranges. Would definitely come back.

After being here for the last 9 days, we have had a very good experience. We really enjoyed the New Year’s Eve evening. Loved the beach and beach bar. Have had more than enough food and drink. The hotel and rooms are always clean and tidy. Can’t wait for the refurbishment to be done. Will be back.

The hotel was incredible, the facilities available within the all inclusive offering are fabulous, there is so many activities for families to do. The resort itself is kept incredibly clean and the staff were all approachable and friendly. Unfortunately the finish of the rooms (5000's) are (which I believe were recently renovated) are poor. There is a lot of snagging that needs to be done, from re-grouting, to fillers, to a cleaner paint job etc etc. The work appears to be of poor quality. The food is okay, a little repetitive, but that's as to be expected with an all inclusive buffet offering.

There were no family rooms the first night, so we stayed in a small room with a double bed for all three people. The following day, we were moved to two family rooms as booked. The staff and facilities were excellent. The food was fine but not as good as our first visit in 2019. All in all, we would return. It has the best water park in the region and excellent facilities for adults and children.

What an amazing resort 😍❤️ it was so much better than we had expected. The staff, accommodation, service, facilities, food were exceptional. The water park was unbelievable-something for all ages. The resort itself was HUGE yet spotlessly clean and the grounds were well maintained. There's a bus that drives around the park and also a free shuttle bus to the beach (approx 5mins away). All the accommodation blocks have there own pool which even though are not heated were extremely refreshing in the heat!!! There are plenty of places to eat (including the sister resort next-door) as well as snack bars during the day there's ice cream, waffles, popcorn etc. Plenty of activities for all the family. Even though there's some construction going on its relatively quiet and kept maintained. We will be back jungle aqua park and thanks for an amazing holiday full of great memories 😀 😊 I would highly recommend this resort you will not be disappointed.

We were looking for some winter sun and took some time researching hotels in Egypt. As a family with children this hotel looked perfect to keep them entertained. Where do I start… the hotel was just amazing. The staff were brilliant. All of them were so lovely and so kind. Got to know us and would chat to us when they saw us. Special mention to the gentleman who cleaned our room everyday! He used to make the most extravagant towel animals for our children to see, which they looked forward to. We spoke with him when we saw him and the kids even requested animals that he made for them. He was so kind to us and a lovely person who went out of his way for my children. The hotel was so clean, the lifeguards were constantly cleaning and patrolling the pool, the children felt so safe when swimming. The gardeners and ground workers kept the hotel super clean and top condition all the time! If you have children there is so much to do, the water park was brilliant, the entertainment team put on amazing kids shows every night. There was popcorn, candy floss, funfairs… they were never bored! The food was brilliant, the chefs were always kind and there were so many restaurants to choose from every night. You get to visit the Netherland show one night and the performance and food was great - highly recommend going if you stay. The hotel is very big so be prepared to get your steps in but they had a shuttle bus that travelled around the hotel every 10 minutes which was great when you didn’t want to walk. My children called is the party bus at night as the driver would turn his music up and we would dance on the bus and the driver was so happy and fun! I can’t think what else to say to tell you that it was a brilliant place to visit. We will definitely return and can’t recommend the hotel enough. Thank you to all the hard working team who took care of us.

This is a great family holiday hotel and location, there is so much to do for a family and you wont be disappointed. The only reason i have given this a 4 star is some of the older accommodation rooms need refurbishing. The room we stayed whilst ok really was very tired. If the rooms are refurbished this is 5 stars for everything.

This place is incredible, don't know how it could be less than 5 stars. We would give it ten stars if we could! Hard to know where to start, but it's gorgeous, absolute perfection. The grounds are beautiful and there is so much to do. The big pool is incredible. We were there at the start of March and loved that it was unheated, and there's a little sauna on 'jacuzzi island' right there you can pop into to get roasting hot. The lazy river is a highlight, pure bliss. There's a giant chess board, ping pong, pedalos, beautiful turquoise see. The planting in the grounds is stunning, beautiful trees and flowers. Beautiful sunsets, hot dry weather, views of the mountains in the distance. Great quality cocktails in the lobby bars. We're vegetarian and found the food amazing, especially at the standard buffet restaurant. So many options, we couldn't get tired of it. The staff of course really make it, they are working tirelessly and do a wonderful job. It's a very peaceful, beautiful resort to spend time in, an amazing place.

If you want to feel like you aren't in Egypt, and maybe Mexico or absolutely anywhere else by the sea, stay here. Not even an Egyptian restaurant. The real disappointment however was the spa, which I have reviewed separately as well. They sold my friend and I a package - 4/$100. So we booked one for that day, one for the following night of our 2 night stay. They ordered a variety of massages including Thai and Shiatsu - which baseline I'm not personally getting from someone that isn't qualified, and they were stating that someone was someone available for all of these. Anyway, I selected a basic massage. It began with just spreading lotion on my body for 10 mins, no pressure whatsoever. Then I was asked how the pressure was, to which I replied it could be a little harder. The massage therapist then began attacking my calf muscle as if it were a knot, attempting to roll it out with the pressure of a steam roller. I became scared for my back. Luckily she want able to maintain this pressure for very long, so while the pressure died down I continued to be assaulted on my back - often on actual bone. It was very clear there was no knowledge of muscle groups or even tbh of muscles existence and what a massage was attempting to accomplish. I walked out with a slight limp. THEN we were sat down by who I can only assume is management to fill out a review card under their watchful eye. I was nervous and didn't want to get anyone in trouble and also felt bad for the woman who had massaged me, so checked "normal", one step up from "bad", as did my friend who had an hour long experience of my first 10 minutes of lotion rubbing. We tried to be vague but after being interrogated for 15 minutes about why we checked "normal", I broke down and said that I found the massage scary and didn't want to return the next day. The manager then went on to say please come back, try a new masseuse for 5 minutes, and if I didn't like it he would refund us. After spending the day sore and disturbed by both the service and the interrogation by management, I returned the next day to say I do not want to return. The manager then gave me the run around, and when I started getting angry and said I wouldn't have even commented on the massage if we hadn't been forced to do so, and that he said he would refund us, the response was "I didn't say how much I would refund you" with a creepy smile. After threatening Ahmed (that was his name) with a bad review on trip advisor he returned the majority of money he should have. Very interesting service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I am really missing it. The grounds and number of pools and swimming options are massive. The amount of stuff included in the all-inclusive is astounding, you will never get a chance to do everything. I missed that they include 1 dinner per week at one of their higher end restaurants the buffet restaurants are lovely so much choice and they chance everything daily so you never get bored. I was annoyed with myself that I discovered the sauna and jacuzzi island the day before I was due to leave. Also I went on my own but paid for two people they refunded me $250 at the end of my stay.

Very nice hotel i recommend it. It is expensive so it is better to go only when there is a good offer for it. The rooms are clean, they all see the sea from the second floor up. The food quality is above perfect. The staff is very helpful and always there if you need anything.

Rooms are outdated but clean and spacious( your there to enjoy the weather and sea). Food is very good. Staff are amazing...everybody is so friendly. Beer is good and that is it.....spirits and wine are ermmmmm rubbish. Animation team are eager! All things said though would be happy to go back here anytime.

Lovely beach. Gorgeous sea. Staff very good in the main. Food great. Rooms very dated and in need of upgrade, though clean. Cleaners great. Food excellent. Great selection and very tasty. Quality of drinks very poor quality. Felt like wine was watered down. Juice at breakfast seemed of poor quality too Didn't like how staff tried to sell addons which should have been included in my wiew - better alcohol (not even brands known to us)or smoothies. Cocktails cost extra but reasonably priced and good. The cocktail bar showed football, mostly Egyptian. We did ask for Champions League to be shown one night but this didn't happen. A few staff including the General Manager were watching the Egyptian football. The GM was not the best host it has to be said. Music and entertainment was very basic. Didn't hold our interest. A great basic no frills relaxing holiday. The big let down was the quality of the drinks.

This resort is classed as a 4 star, but it's not even close to 4 stars. Rooms look like they from the last century. the only thing you're going to find in the room is a small fridge and a tv( ours was cracked and you could just see half the image). Food is not the best, just a handful of options and repetitive, basically every day on breakfast and lunch we had the same things , just on diner we had changes. If you want cocktails or something else besides bear, no chance. I had a rum and coke ( they use rum sirop, something that tastes like rum essence for cookies). Staff are ok, but the guys from entertainment and the ones selling trips are chasing you everywhere, and they are a bit to " flirty ".

If you are looking for a low budget hotel with nice and cozy atmosphere then that’s the one! The buffet is very convenient and various, hard drinks are part of the all inclusive but they are local brands, so would recommend the beer and white wine. Outdoor cafe is very beautiful especially in mornings as it overlooks the sea and mountains. Would definitely go again

The rooms are clean, but despite the hotel is renovated, they are with old furniture. The food is made without any taste and flavour. In the hotel there are too many local guests, which are treated differently by the staff and this is visible for all. Would not recommed to visit if you want to eat fresh and well cooked food and want good service. Sharing a view from the room - and these are the pools (One of the few good things about this hotel).

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's legitimately dirty. Even the tray in our room was dirty with caked on gunk. The reception smells like the toilet, and nothing is clean. I am amazingly shocked by how packed it is for being so filthy. The food is terrible, and the service is bad too. The only mice thing about this place is the aqua park is fun for kids. Even the tile by the pool doesn't make any sense, as it's incredibly slippery Even before becoming wet. DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN. Save your money. This place is gross.

It is the worst vacation ever. I will beg anyone not to come here. Food is terrible and cause stomach ache just don't book all inclusive you are wasting your time then rooms sheets, pillows, toilet, shower and mini bar can't be in a more bad shape. The bars are so limited with drinks regarding hot or cold. The hotel have good views but the service it provide makes you hate the place. There are no sign for the doors if you don't want the room service. Room service is so slow and so bad the guy have nothing to refill the room from toilet tissues to normal tissues or the mini bar tea or nescafe or water. We booked for 11nights came to the hotel reception was OK When we came to the room it was in 4th floor bedroom was out of order. Very unclean bathroom was smelly I made complain and then they changed it to another room Three days later one o'clock in morning from the terrace balcony somebody broke into our bedroom the was a lady and a man was drunk they kick the door and broke into the bedroom i was screaming like a hell with my little niece. Nobody heard No, even other room didn't hear us while that I was using the phone was disconnect. I was in my bedroom. My niece went downstairs and called for help. The room service came to the bedroom door was broken he shut the door When downstairs the manager came change the room for us. After that I said I wanna make a police report They didn't like it what we said to make a police report. Reception and the manager was very aggressive Even the manager told us to leave because we can't make the police report I don't understand we're going through the hell at middle of the night. One the reception guy was very rude skin headed one quite fat and goffy I just left it and came back Where I booked my holiday and made a big complaint. I will recommend everyone not to come to this hotel is not safe. worst holiday I ever had in my life

Staff: impolite, no smiles , barely much English, rude attitude , not helpful Rooms : very dated . Nothing was supplied in bathrooms except towels . Bed sheets looked dirty and bed was never made in a good condition. Rooms weren’t cleaned shower area didn’t look cleaned . Food: tasteless , bland and repetitive. Breakfast the omelette guy would rudely slap them onto your plate .. there was not much choice and juice was always concentrated and tasteless. Ice cream tasteless , from the 100 cakes selection they all literally tasted the same and tasted like cardboard! I love dessert and was so let down . Cold dry chicken served every day . Just very lucky we didn’t get sick. That’s cos we ate nothing !!! Staff miserable and don’t want to get anything for you . They want a tip for EVERYTHING which is ridiculous, like everything they do should be paid for - why?! It’s your job ! I’ll tip if I find you helpful , not that if I tip you , you will be helpful! Swimming pools : they had like 12 and not one is heated !!! Pointless us choosing this place and kids couldn’t swim or play anywhere as it was arctic cold …. The staff put me off big time they were pure rude ! Not one smiled EVER! I would not recommend this hotel at all . Plus everything you want to see is on the other side near the airport- stay there

Dear Sir or Madam,I would like to complain about my recent stay at your hotel. The food was the same every day, the kids' club was dirty and not safe, the sea was full of rocks and garbage, and some of the staff at the bar were rude. Particularly disappointing was the behavior of the woman at the kids' club, who not only was rude to the children but also seemed constantly engrossed in her phone. Overall, the hotel did not seem child-friendly or suitable for families. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely terrible do not book here. The place is a disaster please don't spend your money here you will regret it. We cancelled our booking after one night as they weren't willing to refund us and wanted to charge the night regardless of the fact we just arrived left our bags and went to ask for our money back. We didn't eat the food is awful. There is a sewage smell in the gardens. The bidet in toilet doesn't work, the phone doesn't work, no kettle in the room. No safe box. No hot water to shower. Feels like a place out of nightmares - even the staff and guests are odd. The animation team were sleeping during the "show" which was a few club dances, no communication with the guests honestly disaster after disaster. Bedding had stains on it and the heated aqua park is not heated. I'd rather not go on a holiday than go here. Boring place and awful atmosphere

The most awful holidays we had. Starting with first day of arriving and finishing with leaving the hotel. We have booked 3 rooms, in one of them alarm was going non stop, no one was even bother to come and fix it, so we had to sleep with this alarm, AC wasn’t working, no hot water, hair dryer isn’t working either, no towels in the rooms unless you give the cleaners some money. Life guards are stealing towels and covering the plank beds so if someone is offering money they can give them and earn money. We have booked a table in Italian restaurant. The food was disgusting, we just had a couple bites and got food poisoning.When they brought starters we were shocked 😄 pictures attached. On the last day we have been told that we will get a room to have a shower. No words can describe what room we’ve got. It was unbearable to stay in, all messed up. I have attached the picture. We went to reception, the guys was too busy talking with each other and not even felt embarrassed of the service they provided. I have asked to speak with manager, the guy with with a white shirt (unfortunately there was no name badge, but i was told that’s him) just shaken his head and showed no pride and interest to talk to me about the situation. Ohh also, some evening events aren’t free. So if you are even considering to spend your hard earned money to come here, I think you need to reconsider and look for a better place to spend time.

Long winded review: Excellent points: -The staff are amazing, they are very talkative and love having a conversation with you. We made a very close bond to the animation team, who were lovely and spoke to us every day without fail. -Outside the hotel, nice shops and pharmacy, they have good English and help with any worries. Ok points: -3 different pools to use, only 1 pool could do with a bit more cleaning, but it looked more like oils/creams in the corner of the pool, which understandably may not be helped during the day with people in and out of them. All the pools: beach has a shower and toilets close to them. -Showers and toilets get cleaned regularly, i put this in the Ok point as they take 30-45 minutes to clean and will not let you in the toilets at this time. Needs improvement: -The mini bar advertised in your room, is not a mini bar, you get 1/2 bottles of water. -Management do not care about what’s happens to you- we went as a group of 8, 4 of our towels got stolen when we went for lunch and after 2 hours of my own time, looking at CCTV and being with the manager, he told us that stealing was not accepted in the hotel, but then tried to get us to pay, even though we had evidence they had been stolen! -Sewage smell around the hotel regularly. -Food is very basic and every meal revolves around chicken and rice, 7/8 of our party refused to eat in the restaurant. -In the restaurant no body understands the meaning of queuing and people will cut in front of you and the staff will serve them, meaning you could be waiting 10 minutes for something and a family will cut in front of you, get served and you have to wait again. -The showers had no hot water in, one of party complained about this 6 times to reception for our 2 week stay and they made a joke saying ‘why do you want a hot shower when it’s hot outside anyway’… this was never sorted out. -Another party had a problem with their Aircon and it was leaking water, when reception was made aware, one said they would move them to another room and another staff member said no, they had to argue amongst themselves about it… then our party member said no, they want another room due to it being dangerous to heath and one of these members had asthma and it could really make them poorly, it took them 2 hours to give them another room key. -My room was not cleaned for 4 days, we had to ask reception for our room to be cleaned, when everyone else’s rooms was being cleaned every day. -Now please read this carefully, we do not blame the hotel or staff for this situation but we do blame them for allowing this guest to stay: A Russian guy moved one of our party’s sun bed and put his own bed in his place, in the shade, when one our party’s asked him to move politely, he got into their face screaming, and a CHILD got in the way, he slapped their arm, and then also pushed the CHILD into a table, which made him bleed. The animation team were amazing and stayed with the children, the staff tried to calm the situation down and asked the man to move, but another member of our party stood up and tried to ask him to move, which this man then pushed his sunbed into this party members shins! This party member then asked for police but they refused and moved this man down the beach with his bed and told our party to have a nice stay and that was it… later that night, this same man started an argument/ fight with another family. We saw the whole thing but staff didn’t get involved (neither did we, as the argument was with another Russian family and we didn’t understand what was said/ going on). -When checking out, we never got a curiosity room, we had to shower on the beach and change in the toilets. TOP TIPS: -Never drink the water, always have bottled water or water at any bar. -Always barter your prices, everything is about money. -Get your towels and sun beds early, by 7:30am-8am,spaces were taken… Please be aware that a towel does not reserve your bed, we watched plenty of people taking beds throughout the day! Lifeguards/ attendants also take them for a tip.

Scam hotel. A ruin pretending to be a luxury hotel. Very bad, practically inedible food that is the same every day. Despite paying for all inclusive, everything requires an additional fee. Strange rules apply within the facility. Alcohol, drinks, ice cream diluted with water. A partially working aquapark with varying hours. Very dirty and uncleaned pool toilets, open only until 4 PM, just like the pool bar. No internet in the rooms. Internet available only in the lobby, but it's very slow. The worst hotel I've ever been to. I do not recommend a vacation in this place.

Very bad alcohol taste like water it's like whisky 30% and rest 70% is water added into it. 20 drinks and feeling nothing. Food is average. Good view and good location but they destroyed it with alcohol and food.

The restaurant in this hotel is disgustingly dirty and the food is absolutely vile. The food is laid out on mirrored cubes that are all broken. They don't even hide the fact that it's all broken and dirty. Wouldn't let a dog eat in that place. Certainly a health & safety risk! Listed as 5 star hotel on Love Holiday but on the hotel website it says 3.5 stars!! I wouldn't even rate it 2!

I've stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my friends. The hotel, location and rooms was better than i expected but the guy named Ahmed Saeed in the reception was the problem. He tried to rip off me with extra tours and he created problems with my tour guide who just wants to help me. Ahmed was working with another tour company and tried to sell me very expensive services. Also he created an ugly arguement with me and my friends. Waited us in the lobby without any reasons for everytime we need something. The hotel should do something about this guy immediately.

The hotel is better than the pictures and comments. I just want to make a complain for the guy named Ahmed Saeed in the reception who was the only problem. Ahmed was working with another tour company and tried to sell us very expensive services. When we try to buy from another guy who was working in the hotel as a tour agency he created an ugly arguement with me and my friends. We lost time and our morale because of him. Made us wait in the lobby without any reasons for everytime we need something. The hotel should do something about this guy immediately.

sad experience, the room is old and no WiFi! Remember no WiFi on the sea view suites! The laundry says 7 euros on the laundry sheet but charge me 10! When I check out, the reception tries to cheat me and charge me 10 euros and 500 EGB! The food is like a tragedy. Though the location is good and convenient.

One of the worst places I’ve seen in Hurghada, I went there to use one of their sports facilities and were stopped by one who’s calling himself a security manager, he had the worst attitude that could ever exist at any hotel’s security, after escalating his attitude to someone else who’s supposed to be his manager no action was taken and the guy kept insulting us although we’re a paying customers. The whole place is not recommended at all

I paid 21 GBP per night. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner included. Water park and private beach also included. Pool side snacks/ drinks also included. So it is a super good low budget choice in some sense. Staff is also friendly and do not urge you for tips. The room is clean. But there is no hot water in my room. Cold shower every night. The kettle doesn’t work. There are mosquitos in the room. You can hear your neighbour watching TV. No wifi in room. And one day when I return to my room at the evening, the door was open and the TV was turned on. Very horrifying. But nothing was stolen.

- Rooms are fine but far away from the sea & pool. Almost no rooms with good sea view. The rooms' size is normal not too big. - Service is bad for room service and reception service while service in restaurant and on beach are good. The room service is too slow and poor tools with no towels in the toilet and very slow reply upon asking for extra towel. Also, the towels of the pool and sea is very bad, old & cut with very bad response from the reception upon sending a complain. - Location : it is located in a good place on the sea with good sea view and sea corals. My main concern is related to the service and very bad and slow reactions from the reception and responsible person to my complain.

Large rooms (a bit too large, in my opinion, considering the poor air conditioning). Well-designed terraces with access to a walkway. The terraces were shaded during the day, which was great. The room cleaner did a decent job. The room was horrible - the shower leaked and did not turn on (low water pressure). The shower curtain looked like it was from the time of Tutankhamun. In addition, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. One of the liquid soap dispensers did not work at all. The curtain was torn - a hole about 50 centimeters in diameter. The bathtub was very old and cracked. In addition, the air conditioner blew warm air. Please be aware of the electrical wires of the lamp. The wires are dangerous. Also, the temperature of the handle of the kettle is 80 degrees Celsius. I would like to thank the receptionist who gave us this room for an additional $10. And this is at an outside temperature of 39 degrees Celsius. The dishes in the restaurant were not well washed, and there were often not enough plates. The queue for plates was a nightmare! Also, there is this constant problem with deep bowls for soups and yogurt. I cannot praise the cooks in any way. None of the shops in the hotel were working, and it costs $20 to get to the city of Hurghada. And a special note from my wife: there was nowhere to get a regular espresso! Only instant coffee of poor quality.

Rooms need an update! Fantastic service and good security. Can opt for all inclusive deal or pay to eat in the restaurants onside or the many places locally. There is a McDonald's across the road too. Private beach, lots of pools and slides for kids.

The hotel as a building fully corresponds to three stars. Such classic material fatigue. But all day long, everyone works to make the hotel last ;-) from the gardener to the maintenance man to the hotel staff. The food was absolutely no problem, drinks were always available and you can feel such a family atmosphere everywhere. We were here in November, so there were a lot of free sunbeds on the beach, almost no children, so there was no shouting anywhere. And in the evening, a person goes out in the middle of the city where the entertainment is taken care of. So a great hotel for us! :-)

Very nice, the staff are very friendly. The location is so good, and the resort has awesome beach, the water is so good, just some rocks could cause injury, so it's better to buy a sea shoes. Everyday new types of food, i loved it some days, and didn't like it just one day. It has two pools, they are very good too and so clean. One thing i just didn't like that pools and beach closes 6.20 pm, but all hotels and resorts are obligated to that by the authorities. Money compared to what you got, very good. I spent couple of days there, i enjoyed every minute of them. Thank you

All the areas of the hotel were kept extremely clean the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The towels are changed every day and even the beach towels changed .All the staff were very friendly and happy going on the shuttle bus to the beach was one of the highlights of the holiday with the singing 🎶 and clapping 👏 it was a very good atmosphere. The food was always good and plenty of it l was there for 2 weeks and am definitely going back soon .There was party nights the Christmas party and the white party nights were amazing. I also got 2 tickets to eat in local restaurants I chose the Italian it was very good .Overall a very enjoyable stay can't find anything bad to say about the hotel or the staff.

Compared to other hotels in Egypt, this one is truly great! Amazing food, each day different options to choose from, many options of salads and meat. There is a very nice heated pool, and since the hotel is quite small, the sea is always like 10 meters away. The hotel is super cozy, rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly. You might need to pay extra at the reception to get a nicer room, but either way it’s not expensive, and you get a sea-view room with a balcony for a very good price. The only thing that could be a bother was the shows happening every night, since the rooms are not very soundproof, but even so the events take place only from 9 until 10pm, so you can still easily get a good night’s sleep:) Definitely coming back here next time!

First room was on the hotel front . All night long car horns every 5 seconds. Went down at 4am to ask to change room. Had to go back at 12 noon, kept me waiting for 2 hours. New room was perfect looked refurbished, very nice. The hotel is lovely, staff are brilliant, grounds very nice, (try sitting at side of restaurant or just facing entrance to restaurant) nice and quiet. The food is very poor, (apart from pasta) and needs to improve immensely. The beach is brilliant and plenty of beds. Only problem is the towel guys get tipped and put towels down by 6am and beds are empty most of the day. Didn’t bother with the pool as everyone said water was very cold, but the sea was perfect. Sunbathing on the top decking was ideal sun all day long. Would I go back to hotel ? Maybe? But really no , but if they sorted the food out and bar stayed open till 12 then maybe a yes.

Clean hotel, kind employees and beautiful homy atmosphere. The food can get boring at some point, no seafood for example, only fish. The rooms were spacious enough and cleaned daily. Very attentive staff and always tries to solve all the problems. I felt very safe there. They always write down the licence plates of all excursion vehicles in case of issues, so thoughtful. Located in the centre. 5 stars because the animation team is the best ☺️

The resort is amazing with its beautiful gardens and smiling employees. The food is tasty, there’s a good variety- you won’t walk hungry. The beaches are clean, and cleaned non stop. Pools heated. Animations are nice and the animator is very friendly 😉 Kids enjoyed themselves.

Special thanks to Mohamed Shams, he went out of his way to give us a good room which would be perfect for traveling with a baby (which it was!). DON`T RECOMMEND! I was at the hotel with my family in April and that was the most terrible vacation my whole life. The rooms are dirty, miserable, terrible - you can see traces of dead mosquitoes in the bedding and hairs of the previous occupants all around the room, the furniture is too old and the food was so awful that we didn't eat in the hotel even once during our visit, even though we paid all inclusive. The guide was never available and the staff so rude. My advice - don`t go there.

Very beautiful place! Fully equipped resort. You can experience a relaxing feeling here, very comfortable. It's not far from the city of Hurghada, but the scenery is much better than the city. The included breakfast is also delicious, the freshly made waffles and omelettes are most recommended!

The hotel's outdated decor and worn-out rooms were major letdowns, reflecting a dire need for renovation. Upon entering the lobby, it was evident that the hotel's glory days were long gone. The furniture looked tired and worn, with faded upholstery and chipped wood. It felt like stepping into a time capsule from decades past, rather than a modern accommodation. The room itself was equally disappointing. The furnishings were outdated and showed signs of heavy use. The overall lack of attention to maintenance was evident throughout my stay. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, their efforts couldn't compensate for the hotel's glaring shortcomings. It's clear that significant investment is needed to bring this establishment up to par with modern standards.

We stayed in the last week of December for Christmas and New year and this place exceeded all my expectations. We had the bungalow with pool and Access to lagoon and rooms were very well maintained, overall resort is kept very neat and has a very scenic view across. Zeytouna island access is really great and the hotel arranged a lunch for all guests on the island restaurant on New year's eve which was exceptional. The service staff be it restaurant, reception, room service or the cafe/bar was outstanding and it is what made the stay special for us. Definitely a place to visit again if we come back to Egypt.

The hotel has a major issue with their hot water supply. I read reviews that there were issues with this and I asked them before booking if they had resolved the issues and they said yes. We had booked a jacuzzzi room for 3 nights. When we checked in jacuzzi was not clean and there was no hot water. We asked for it to be cleaned, and the housekeeping came with a very dirty and torn towel to clean the jacuzzi, without soap or any disinfectant. When we finally cleaned it, still no hot water, which they promised would be fixed. There were also other issues such as worn out linens and a rusty shower head. At the end of the second day, Mr. Hamdy, hotel manager, moved us to another room that was newly renovated and looks great! Jacuzzi was clean and there was finally hot water! But at night, we couldn’t sleep from the sound of dripping water in the bathroom drain which turned out to be from the AC. So overall, not the best experience at all and while we paid 3 days for a jacuzzi room, we actually used it for one day and we spent a lot of the time with maintenance in the room. Very disappointing and will never book here again.

From the moment we arrived until the day we were leaving the staff have been fantastic. The hotel its self is beautiful, there is so much to take in and such beautiful scenery around us. You can visit the private beach by boat. We can’t wait to return in 2025 with some family members joining us. Want to give a special mention to Alaa who cleaned our room every day and made sure our room was lovely and clean each day. His extra little touches made us smile and had us laughing. I can’t thank him enough, always so happy and talking with us every day we left our room. Even went that little extra mile for us which we really appreciated. It took some time to become familiar with which bars; restaurants and beaches we can use but management very happy to help. The small glass sizes can make getting drinks a chore as you are always walking to the bar so take your own plastic glass they are happy to use this. Breakfast was great lots of choice including fresh omelet and eggs how you want them. Lunch and dinner not so good for choice and quality but again see management and they will offer help. This is our first time to Egypt and found everything different to European holiday hotels but they will not be 27 degrees sunny weather in March!

Very good , service and entertainment staff are attentive and easy to talk to. Beach is beautiful and plenty of fish to see. Food and alcohol are ok, always plenty of food and good choice. Only thing that needs updating are the rooms as they could do with some TLC. Our shower door come off but was fixed straight away. Big hotel and always room to get a sunbed , what ever time of the day, very relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Plenty of shops outside if you want to buy fake clothes/shoes etc. and only a 7min taxi drive to the marina. Really nice hotel

We spent one night at this hotel, mainly because we wanted to lodge close to the airport. The rooms are fine and quite spacious and all meals are included. The food quality is okey and the different types of food to choose from is decent too. It's fine for the buffet type but not great. After a couple of days it would get boring I guess. The swimming pool is big and nice for a swim. If you seek to see some fish, you need to make a 5 minute walk to the sea and from there you can do some snorkeling or swimming.

Interesting design, nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, they are making all efforts to satisfy your needs. Well maintained pool and water was warm enough for bathing in february. Booked all day trips with hotel tour operator Mohamed and was not disappointed, fair prices and good service. Unfortunately in the effort of keeping prices low food and drinks were sacrificed ruining experience(worst i have ever experienced on all inclusive). I would have rather paid a bit more.. No way of bathing in the sea as beach is rocky and water a mile away and they could not be bothered building a pontoon..

Overall, our experience at the hotel was satisfactory, but there are numerous areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of customer service. Upon our arrival at the hotel around 9:30 pm, we were pleased to find that the staff had kept dinner for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, we were shocked to discover upon entering our room that there was no water available for showering or flushing the toilet. We promptly brought this issue to the attention of the reception, and it was resolved by the following day. Unfortunately, our troubles did not end there. The fridge in our room was out of order, and it took three days of repeated requests to have it fixed. Additionally, the phone line was not working, forcing us to make multiple trips to the reception to address any concerns. The language barrier with the receptionist further complicated matters, as she could only nod and smile without providing any meaningful response or solution. Reception is unable to assist with much, not even a simplew request for shower gel. They only provided one small bottle for five days and do not refill it daily. We took matters into our own hands and sorted it out with the cleaning staff, who were more than happy to help us. It is evident that the reception staff and management is in need of customer service training, as they should prioritize listening to the client's concerns before offering a solution, which on few occasions we were rudely interrupted while expressing our concerns. On a positive note, I would like to commend the rest of the staff for their exceptional service and hard work. The energy and dedication of the staff members truly made our stay enjoyable. Management should recognize and appreciate the efforts of these individuals, as they provide better customer service than some of the higher-ranking staff members. While the location is still a work in progress, the theme and overall atmosphere of the resort were unique and appealing. The beach was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, while there were some disappointments during our stay, the efforts of the staff and the potential of the resort make it a destination you might want to considering.

This place is absolutely incredible! It is so atmospheric and very tuned with the theme. All bars are named after a Flintstones character! The place does need a bit of TLC and could do with a bit of a refurbishment. But the staff is absolutely incredible and always attentive with bright smiles on their faces. If going on day trips I do recommend asking for breakfast boxes as well as requesting late dinner serving. PS.: I did not see any kids, so I don't think they accept children.

The staff and the manager were incredibly rude and gossiped behind our backs. We live in Cairo and can speak Arabic. They didn’t know that. I came here with my friend. We are moms just getting away for the weekend and we were completely shocked. The staff members were also drunk all the time. The drinks were terrible and they overfill guests’ drinks with too much alcohol. The food is disgusting. The hotel is one boozy mess and not the value for money. There are scam artists in the shops next to the hotel. The rooms are very far from reception and the restaurants. I DON’T recommend staying here.

I spent 15 days in the resort and it's the largest resort we've been to. It's quite well maintained with a lot of greenery. The food is good with the highlight being the dinners - grilled meat of many types, fresh or sauted vegetables. The weak point for me were breakfasts as I did resort to mostly doing for egg omelettes, since the cheese, salami or sausages taste too unusual for us. The strong point of the resort is definitely the staff, all bar staff, waiters as well as the animation team. They all really strive to make everyone feel good and entertained with scheduled pool gym, regular stretching, volleyball and other activities, as well as just hanging around and finally there's evening events. As for the rooms, they're definitely on the smaller side, but as soon as you don't come here to sit in your room, you should be alright.

This hotel is relatively ok. All is average for price. Problem is strange policy to remove all-incl access the moment I checkout when I plan to stay there next 6 hours (airport transfer in evening). Even drinking water is not available officially. That is reason of 2 star review score. Reef which belongs to hotel is very nice. Beach ok, not great, not bad. Problem is the beach is little remote, on the other side of road ~600m from hotel. Animation team is very good.

Awesome own coral reef at the hotel door with amazing fish, turtles, sea rays, etc. It is a bay so weather independent. Great room and excellent food variety! On top of all, awesome animation team with daily programs (stretching, volleyball, soap parties, Kids Disco, night parties) and daily evening shows making ur stay very entertaining. We visited this hotel already for the second time and we will definitely visit again.

Food was quite nice compared to all inclusive standard. Alcoholic drinks are terrible and you have to pay for cocktails or a bottle of wine if you want to feel the alcohol. Cant go more than 5 minuets on a sun lounger without being hounded by people trying to sell excisions, massages, juice. We had a massage with hotel which was below average- freezing cold jacuzzi, dark sauna this cost us £60 for two. All the staff are very nice and helpful while eating, will offer to get you drinks and take plates as soon as finished eating. Entertainment is terrible and very annoying - loud music from 10am- 10pm on a stage right below many rooms. Rooms were standard but whole hotel felt dirty and smelt as people are aloud to smoke in lobby. Everyone there looked miserable. The location honestly seemed dangerous, people trying to force you into taxis as soon as you step out of resort. There’s a whole row of shops exiting the hotel where men will hassle you to go into the shops everytime you walk past. Very annoying and not a relaxing experience.

On arrival we was greeted by the very friendly reception staff and lovely porter who took us to our rooms showing us the key areas of the hotel on the way. The reception area was large, clean, smelled great. 1. Rooms - our room card was not working properly and electricity was turning off after few seconds and there was no 3rd bed for a child. As a couple we also would expect double bed and not two single beds. Once we communicated these concerns in the reception we was organised with a different room (with better view!) and it was relatively quickly resolved. Room itself I didn't feel was worth 4* - was quite basic, furniture and fridge was rather old but usable. Clean overall and cleaned regularly to in my opinion was acceptable standard. Had a good size balcony with great view. Personally room is not something that we pay much on as we spend our holiday quite active with minimum time in our rooms. Minor maintenance is needed - shower dripping etc. 2. Food- In my opinion the food choice was great, the food was in general tasty, there was Egiptian cuisine available - I like to try local food. I particularly liked the choice of meat especially the ones that were being prepared by the chefs outside the dinner areas on grill - from shish kebabs, chicken and pizzas. We never used a snack bar as we always came out full from the main meals. You can also eat your meals in the nearby hotels belonging to sunny days resort. 3. Drinks - water and juices dispensers are available at the pool bar to self service at all times. Alcoholic drinks we had were mainly rum, beer and cocktails which were all fine. At first it was frustrating that they were served in a small 150ml plastic cups but we quickly learned that if you're nice enough and tip you can get a proper glass and decent drink. Wine is available free at the lunch and dinner time in dining room only. Otherwise you need to purchase a bottle - I was hoping to purchase glass of decent wine and it was not available, which I think is a room for improvement. Also the cup size should be 250ml with the exception of beer min 300 in my opinion. 4. Toilets - common use restrooms I have found often lacking toilet paper and soap in the dining area, the reception toilets have frozen glass like doors, which are not very discreet and the ladies toilet area near the beach was poorly maintained with doors broken and toilets dirty. There were also maintenance issues with the doors on the male beach toilets and my son got stuck in the cabin once. I saw staff attending to these toilets during my stay but maybe frequency needs increasing. 4. Pool and lagoon - pool was good size but the water was colder than in the lagoon. At times it felt was too cold but on hotter days it was really helping to cool down if needed so not necessarily a bad thing. Lagoon was lovely with turquoise and blue like water, clean and great to swim in, I loved that area and the view. The bonus is that you can use pools in other nearby Sunny Days hotels including the Aqua Park which we didn't have time to use but we had a walk to explore and these are decent size facility. The pool is open until sunset. Sun beds were always available and if there was an issue finding one the staff members was on it immediately. Never took us longer than 5min to get organised around the pool. 5. Staff - cannot fail any of the staff members. Everyone was nice, helpful and lovely. They honestly make a great stay and I will be genuinely missing a good laugh I had with some of the staff members. 6. Entertainment - the music is on all day and in my opinion is pleasant. The entertainment is every night until about 10pm. Something different everyday from live singer which was average to Faker show, fire show or African show which in our opinion were awesome. There is also a disco that is open later at the beach area but we did not use this facility. Overall we had a good time and great stay and would be keen to come back and visit Sunny Days El Palacio Resort again. Would recommend. Added photos are all from El Palacio area.

I’ve been at sunny days 4 years ago and the visit was verity pleasant. Today 2024 same hotel but a total different experience. Very dirty rooms, most of the staff are not well trained at hospitality, and when shown my opinion to the manager the help provided was disgustful. Never would return to the place again. Very sad that sunny days has reached this level.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Sunny Days resort. It was a good quick transfer too and from the airport. The staff were very helpful. We had some great beach days and also some brilliant boat trips and desert trips. Close taxi ride to the marina if you would like a change - especially from the food ; which was great for me ; although the kids would have preferred more western food. The wine was not good in the all inclusive deal ; although pay a few dollars more and you can get a nicer bottle. They had great entertainment ; quite loud on a few nights ; however it was Christmas time. Everyone were very kind and hospitable. The spa was good and had nice sauna and massage. It could have been a little better ; but it is what it is and catered to all needs. It was a little confusing because they really only wanted dollars, euros, sterling - when we had got out Egyptian currency. Definitely recommend the fish restaurant ; that was absolutely delicious. The gym could do with more equipment. All in all - thank you very much.

Me and my gf stay here for 3 days. It is one of the best resort we have ever been. I have all inclusive which means most drink and food is free for us . Although it is free, the quality is excellent, in Europe the same quality of food or drink price will be 10 times more. After reception, the resort got 3 big pool and guest can drink in the swimming pool bar as well. After passing swimming pool, you can see Red Sea and resort beach.

The Hotel is a very big and set in a very beautiful area. The food is really good and tasty and there is a good variation of food. The people here are really nice and friendly. The hotel is close to the airport, which is definitely an advantage. The territory of the hotel is huge and well-kept. It is very cool that you could dive and enjoy the beautiful underwater world. We booked a bungalow room. He looked pretty good. The bathroom was a bit smelly and more attention should be paid to cleaning the rooms. Unfortunately, the water in the pool near the bungalow was ice cold. We were very disappointed by this, but there was one warm salt water pool. The staff is extremely pleasant and positive. Thanks to your Titanic team. A very big disappointment was the food. The choice is large, but it is needed to work harder on quality. Cocktails were delicious. We would happily go back if only they could improve the food.

Nice hotel. Brilliant reception staff. Nice tidy and clean rooms. Maybe just need bit updating. My kids got friendly with one of life guards. So big thank you to Hatem as he was brilliant with kids by kids swimming pool. My only one complaint is the food. . . Not much choice, unless you like chips, burgers etc that place is for you. We had a great stay,brilliant for the kids as has a lot of slide rides and Nice beach.

Checked into Tatanic Palace on Monday 15.04.24. Booked a tour with a private tour operator where the collection and drop off was outside the hotel gate. This was on Friday 19.04.24. On my return to the hotel I was interrogated by a security guard at the reception area. Adking for my room number and all my personal details. To say the least this was very intimidating and embarrassing. I was then escorted to the main reception area when I was handed over to a receptionist, which again interrogated me and asked for all ny personal details and who was staying in my room. This is totally unacceptable and its ahumiliation to the first degree. I felt totally violated and stripped of my rights to be a paying guest in the hotel. I understand that precautions need to take place but this was unacceptable. Totally disappointed.

The infrastructure is bit old including rooms. Food was the biggest setback for us. If you are vegetarian, its a nightmare. Very few veg options. And worst part is, its not labeled. What anything contains is up to you to find out. I think they really need to work on this. I would love to go back but when I think about food, not so much.

Spent a lovely 10 days at The Caribbean World Resort in Egypt. Based in Hurghada by The Red Sea, this hotel is the perfect place to forget about the bad weather back home and relax in the sun. The room was light and spacious with an amazing view across the complex. Every day without fail, it was cleaned thoroughly, and the bed was changed with fresh sheets. The mini fridge was also restocked with water every time it needed to be. The hotel, on the whole, is kept in immaculate condition. No litter. No mess. Everything is pristine. The gardens are constantly being tended to keep the place looking its best. I was very happy to find a heated swimming pool here ! ( don't find that everywhere ) It makes such a huge difference to everyone's enjoyment to not be standing in freezing water. Families and kids really enjoyed the pool area and spent a large portion of the day playing and chilling in it. The beach and sea are found at the back of the hotel. It's a beautiful place to be. The sound of the sea the warmth of the sun, I miss them both already ! I bought a snorkel and had such a great time swimming with the fish. On site, there was the Arabian Restaurant ( which i unfortunately didn't get a chance to go to ) and the main restaurant. Inside the main restaurant there are many many dishes. Almost as far as the eye can see 😁 with something for everyone. Every day at lunchtime, the BBQ Grill is on outside, too, offering even more choice. I was very well fed over the last ten days. I really enjoyed the food. Can't fault it. There are also afew bars over the site where you can get a cocktail as you relax. Lastly, but definitely not least the staff....I've read people before say ' the staff makes a holiday ' and it couldn't be more true in this case. The service you recieve it's simply great. Everyone couldn't be happier to help you and give you everything you need. Every day in the restaurant, my drink would be waiting for me as I walked in. The guys were so happy all the time as were the cleaning staff and bar staff. If you are looking for a chilled relaxing holiday in the sun them this is your place 👌

Only got a day pass as my mum was staying there 100 euro for 2 adults and 2 kids not bad! We are staying in neverland jungle aqua Park 4* and our hotel is well better poker and cleaner. I had a problem with a cheese pasty. The man rolled the dow with a fly in it and said its fine as he picked it out. Then when I said no and he did another he burned it on purpose. . I complained and the manager went and spoke to the chefs and agreed I was in the right to complain. He asked if I wanted free dinner , I declined and said it was my mums birthday yesterday. He said I will send drinks and food to her room. I spoke to my mum and she said she didn't receive anything! Definitely not a 5* hotel. The beach was really good but you get miethered by staff for money for excursions. Where in neverland jungle they take no for a answer strait away and are polite.

In general this is a really nice hotel. Among positive sides, one can mention the food quality, the location as well as the presence of diving and aqua center. However, taking into account that the hotel has 5 stars, certain points could be improved. First of all, I was quite disapointed that the swimming pool was closed in the morning and in the evening (after 5 pm basically). The sea zone available for swimming is relatively small and contains quite a lot of plastic (note that the Egypt is the most polluting country of the mediteranean sea, let's be honest). The hotel could put some efforts into cleaning the garbage... Finally, I was expecting better food from the fish retaurant. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and the personnel is very kind.

It was a varied experience, the resort is very spacious and has a lot to give, the beach is very nice and beach bars are amazing. The service was also very welcoming and good. The Restaurant really stood Out with the numerous foods, also the Interior decoration was well selected. The Shows were entertaining as Well, overall, as said, really nice experience, the only thing the hotel could work on are the bathrooms, especially the bathtubs but other than that, we had an amazing stay!!

Very nice small resort. The layout is not the best busy the service is top class. Location is great in Sahl Hasheesh. Really enjoyed our stay there. The restaurant had good food with a good variety. We specially enjoyed the daily grill by chef Mahmoud Megally. The heated pool was good size and suitable for swimming in December. The beach front is good. There is a small piece of reef with lots of fish and sea creatures to see. The room itself was good size but a bit dated. It was always cleaned to good standard with fresh water added daily. The nightly show was amazing. Specially the ancient Egyptian night which showed a lot of effort and great talent.

We had a blast! Amazing vacation if you desire to really relax and have a peaceful stay at a beach. It’s not a place when you wish to party and socialise. We had three kids and animators were very nice and helpful. Sea is beautiful and you see a lot of fishes right in front of the hotel as well. Food was quite various and delicious and stuff very friendly and helpful! The only thing I do NOT recommend is to buy anything from the hotel store, it’s runned by man named Roman and he is not hesitate to ask for a lot of money, he asked 125$ for two kids t shirts and one cup and didn’t go down with the price much, shameful.

First time in Hurghada with the family. Wasn't expecting too much but we had amazing week there. The place felt welcoming and safe. Rooms quite comfortable and well cleaned. Somewhat dark but hey, if you are spending your holiday in the room, maybe it is a wrong place :) Instead leave the room, take a walk inside or outside the hotel and enjoy. Would I come next time? Probably not if I would have another option. Because there are many other places to visit. But there is nothing wrong with this hotel. Thank you for hospitality and great service!

Location only 10 minutes out of the old town; there are lots of taxis, and is situated with an inlet to one side and the red sea on the other. Hotel facilities are in need of renovation. Do not expect high luxury here. Despite this, the atmosphere is very good. Staff super friendly; work very hard and always in for a talk. House reef is just in front of the hotel and snorkelling is outstanding. Corals are super colourful! Multiple options to go into the water with multiple snorkelling spots. Recommendation: go into the water at Arabia Hotel and let yourself drift to the house reef. Short distances to the city-center by Uber. The food is ok, all buffet- style. Be sure to have dinner once in a while in the city centre. Room cleaning every day. Tennis court present. I would definitively recommend the hotel to friends/ family.

Please reconsider and if you're here already note that this is the opposite of what Egypt is and it might seem that the good reputation lead to greed and over booking. Resort is 2 mins from private beach with perfect snorkeling, seeing turtles and lots of different fish. Food was great. Only moan which is a very small one is the drinks menu was a little limited for us on all inclusive basis.

It’s our first time staying at Three Corners and up to now it had been lovely. We followed the 3-day open water diver course at the in-house dive center and loved it. Even if you’re not a diver you can also snorkel at the house reef. Every evening the food in the main restaurant is a different theme so you never eat the same, during your stay you also have the option to eat free of charge in the a la carte restaurants which we also made use of. Overall our stay here is nothing but perfect!

We will never visit again. Our vacation here was pure hell! 1. Many guests exhibited rude behavior, including racism towards my friend. I am talking about publicly shouting & insulting them with racist words that many guests could hear. Shockingly, some of the staff seemed indifferent or even shared these discriminatory attitudes. Very sad to see that even in 2024 some folks (eastern Europe as well as Egyptian) still share racist thoughts against certain folks. In general their behavior was very uncivilized. 2. The hotel was consistently overcrowded, leading to long queues for dinner and difficulty securing a table. This overcrowding severely impacted the quality of our experience. 3. Hygiene standards were subpar, resulting in illness throughout our vacation. It's well-known that different germs exist in Egypt compared to Europe, but the hotel's failure to maintain proper hygiene exacerbated the problem. REGARDING YOUR ANSWER: 1) Yes, we did report the incident during our stay. 2) Seats are limited in the a la carte restaurants so it doesn't really solve the problem, however I agree that the a la carte restaurants are better. 3) Of course you have already received complaints about this, just stop lying please. Every second tourist gets tummy problems and diarrhea in your hotel / in Egypt in general. Just because you have a doctor doesn't mean this problem will magically disappear. If you use tab water to wash the dishes etc. then sickness will occur for the tourists.

I am on my last day now in El Gouna at The Three Corners Ocean View hotel. We are from the UK and booked a few weeks ago. So a lovely hotel in an excellent location in Abu Tig Marina with shops and restaurants nearby if you want a change of scenery. Our room is lovely, very clean and modern looking out over the beautiful marina and a very large balcony which would be even better with some sunbeds on it as it is huge with only a small table and chairs.Sadly it is above a bar called Peanuts 🥜 and the noise goes on till midnight and it's the same music every night so if you do want an early night your not getting it. Also all week they have been renovating the place next to Peanuts so again if you want a siesta it's constant drilling which is very annoying.( But I understand this is a work in progress) The grounds are beautiful and well maintained the areas for sitting are so nice and overlook the ocean. There are two pools both are nice one at side of ocean and one in a separate building but both are relaxing. The restaurant is absolutely spotless and the food is buffet style with something for everyone. The quality of the food is amazing. The reception and bar area are very nice also. The cleanliness of this hotel is so high standard. Finally the staff in every section are great they all work long hours but are smiling and will do anything to make your stay amazing I cannot say how much they make this hotel such a nice place to stay. I would stay here again but I would want a far quieter room.

We spent ten days in the Ocean View and were very pleased. All people working there were very friendly and always prepared for a joke. The food was delicious and changed during the week. For Vegetarians there could be more options of main dishes. One day i was a little bit ill and the employees cared for me. Our room was an upgrade, very new with a nice terrace to the garden side, but there are also rooms without a balcony or an terrace. We can fully recommend the Ocean View.

My boyfriend and me had an excellent week in this little paradise with breathtaking views. Our renovated room was AMAZING, the hotel is beautiful and the area is peaceful and gorgeous. I felt very safe in El Gouna (as opposed to the 2 days we spent in Hurghada) and am extremely satisfied with our stay. Everyone is SO FRIENDLY and always in a good mood, the cleaning team, reception desk, sales people, bartenderd, restaurant staff. Nothing was too much to ask and I was treated like a queen. The whole hotel was incredibly clean. The food was surprisingly good, only the breakfast could maybe be a bit better but honestly it didn't bother us. Our trip to Zeytouna beach was amazing as well and almost felt like a honeymoon. Special thanks to Mahmoud Challabi who was the bartender at the pool area and was incredibly attentive. We came in February and the weather was lovely and we always found a nice spot to sunbathe. Yes, the average age was probably around 60, but being in our thirties ourselves we enjoyed connecting with people in the lobby. The animation team could probably try a little bit harder to get people involved in activities, but on the other hand, mosts of the guests were probably happy to just relax without participating. Thanks and keep up the good work!

This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. From the beginning, the service / stuff at the reception was great. Greetings from Poland to Ahmed :-) Great guy. Comfortable rooms, large bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning works well. Daily service and cleanliness. The entire hotel is very clean. The food is tasty, many dishes are prepared on site. Pools are clean, towels are fresh every day. The hotel staff was very nice and smiling. What nervous us was that - when more hotel guests arrived from Germany, there was a problem with the sun loungers at the pool. Even though it is not allowed, they reserve sun loungers by the pools early in the morning. This is a problem to solve. When there were fewer guests from Germany, this problem did not exist. The cool thing is that there is a large shopping center right next to the hotel. It is also close to the center of Hurghada (about 20 min by taxi) and to the dolphin show. We recommend this hotel and send greetings to the entire team / stuff.

Had a great stay here, one of the best holidays I have ever been on. The hotel is so large you cannot run out of things to do. The animation team was top tier with activities going on all day. The night entertainment was the best! Have a little museum and a mall only a couple minutes away. A pharmacy, hair dresser and excursion planners on site. Would definitely recommend for an entertaining holiday to remember. The rooms were cleaned and SPOTLESS every day, the standard of cleaning was honestly fantastic. ONLY downside I would say was the food due to personal taste, breakfast was very good though.

We loved the design and style of Alf Leila Wa Leila. Everything was beautiful and with a lot of love for detail. The resort is in very good shape, you see people cleaning and taking care all the time. Staff is extremely friendly and caring. All pools are observed, so safety is at a very high standard. Food is excellent and even in peak hours, we never had to wait long in lines. The resort is also doing some serious efforts in being more eco-friendly and sustainable, which we truly appreciated. As being a family, we loved that we had the chance to also use the waterpark in Aqua Jungle Resort during the day (though we prefered to stay in Alf Leila for the rest of the day as we found it quieter and loved the style). The only thing that was truly annoying is people putting their towels on the sunchairs in the early morning, blocking all spaces at the pools.

Firstly you dont get any wifi in your rooms. It was horrible like i dont know what else i have to say and the worst part was my family were mugged off at the salon when the staff told us one price and basically charged up double for the payment of one hair cut its absolutely stupid and completely ridiculous. Why would anyone want to pay double that much for a hair cut in the staff were completely rude about it they were not supportive in anyway they were not helping out it is completely atrocious and don’t get me started on the food. There was no Egyptian cuisine is nothing to enjoy just soggy, bland and flavourless food. in the man-made beach was even worse, the ocean was muddy and dirty and disgusting. And most of the staff are dumb and completely dumbfounded.

We’ve had a wonderful Christmas break at Malikia. It is a huge resort with beautiful gardens all around. Very clean and well looked after. Although some places may seem a bit dated, the hotel and all facilities were more than functional. Beautiful reef around. Can spot turtles and dolphins as well as plenty of colourful fish. There are nice sunbeds and wind shields on the beach so you can enjoy the sunshine even on a windy day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much to ask. We stayed over the Christmas period and Malikia has organised a truly wonderful Christmas Dinner. The food was delicious and the presentation was truly incredible. The amount of effort that must have gone into preparing this event is unimaginable. Although most of the staff in the resort have been very polite and helpful, we found that the staff working in the reception were not as welcoming as others and it would be great if they could provide more information on arrival, such as: meal times, a little map around the resort, a little information about what is available and where and more information about check out. They only provided this info when specifically asked and only answered with a few words, giving the impressing that they were too busy to give a more detailed answer. As front of the house, the reception staff should be more warm and welcoming. Overall we have enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone else who is looking for a lovely relaxing time in Egypt. Pros: Delicious fresh food - some food stations did live cooking. First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel. It looks like an old budget 4 star hotel. The room is old, the bedding is poor. We found a big cockroach in the closet. The bed is very uncomfortable and hard. The pool was good. The gym is terrible, lacks equipment, is worn out, no air conditioning, no water and no towels. Snorkeling is average. Many badly damaged reefs, no turtles, snorkeling in the bay is dangerous due to dangerously maneuvering motor boats. The food would be good if not for the diarrhea we got probably from the fresh salad or the ice cream machine by the pool.

The receptionist at the hotel is an idiot. We went for a walk from another hotel and wanted to lie down with our family on the sunbeds on the beach in front of the hotel, which was almost empty. The beach attendant told me it would cost 20 euros for everyone and to go to the front desk. My family was waiting on the beach outside the sunbeds. I asked the receptionist how much it would cost to lie on the sunbeds. He told me 30 EUR per person, to which I told him that it seemed a lot. He then took the phone and I call the beach and the attendant came told my family to leave. And this in front of the predominantly Czech drunken beach guests. Then he told me to wait for the manager who didn't come within 5 minutes. I left. I don't know what the staff is playing at. Never again.

Went for a family trip in February. Lovely hotel, with friendly, helpful staff, one small hic up not having a bed for my daughter, this got resolved quickly though. This resort is very family friendly. We stayed in Aladdin but also used Ali baba next door. I liked that we were able to go between the two hotels, to use the all inclusive, we used there swimming pools, went to the entertainment inside and out, we used there snack bar, and were able to get drinks etc without paying extra. .

I had a great time in this hotel. Cuisine was delicious. My hotel room was clean and spacious with air conditioning and a nice view from the window. This hotel has a large swimming pool and a heated pool. There is also a large water park with slides on the territory. In the evenings, the hotel organizes an entertainment program. The hotel also has its own beach with a bar, which is very convenient. I like this place.

Reality Bites

Staff experience varied from wonderful to pretty rude. Buffet restaurant has birds flying around inside and I saw one nibbling on the dessert buffet when nobody was present, and returned to the table to find another helping itself to my dessert. So, hygiene is pretty bad and staff must know but just don't care. Free drinks advertised are only the cheapest, and staff half fill the glass. Cleaners are good. Pools are too cold to use without risking pneumonia. Access to red sea requires footwear, unless you want your feet cut to pieces on rocks and coral. Too many staff wanting to sell activities, massages and the like. Guests don't want to be harassed by sales people and are quite capable of seeking these things out of the want them. Desperately needs a child free zone. Renovations have left a some of the common area unusable, with toilets out of action and dust from stonework drifting thru the air. Unable to relax on beach as music blaring at 10am in the morning. Having said all that, the place is pretty good. Really, if they fix the issues above it'd be great.

Unheated pool. When you ask the staff about it, all they do is splash water on your hands and say it's not that bad. On the day of check out, the employee comes around 8 and wakes us up saying that we have to move out today. Check out is until 12 and we have not forgotten. Then he comes again at 11:30 and asks if we know what time it is. I had never experienced anything like that anywhere else.

A clean and well appointed hotel resort located on the shores of the Red Sea. The package for us was complete with food and drinks, which spoilt us completely. The pool was great overlooking the sea. The sea itself is difficult to access,as you require to walk over dead coral, otherwise it's great.

Unfortunately we were barred despite family members staying in the room and extra anemities being paid for with the understanding that an extra guest may be joining my father and his friend we were turned away this is very disappointing and very unlike the usual hospitality we are used to in this resort and across Egypt. I will now have to find somewhere more suitable for my father to stay.

I cannot find anything bad to say about this place .we love it and have visited 3 times . The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff are meticulous in what the do and round all pools by day staff are their to make your stay comfortable. Location is great .. lots to walk out and see. The beach is across the road and also has food and drink included in the all inclusive package. You won't be sorry if you visit this hotel.

Amazing stay at Sindbad hotel. Service was incredible. Asian and Italian restaurants were very nice. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper, Muhammad Ali (room 5033), was superb! He kept our room spotless and left some amazing towel art each day 😃. Dive base Academy were brilliant. We did 5-days of SCUBA diving with them, would highly recommend.

Amazing experiences with Sindbad Club. In short, a wonderful hotel with great service. The staff was top notch, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Moreover, the food was great and with an extensive variety available during the breakfast/lunch/high tea/dinner. The facilities were also on the higher end including the beach. The only negative point to mention is a relatively weak soundproofing in our room. Other than that - top. Recommend 👍

My mum and I had an amazing experience here and was very impressed. It was so good we will definitely be coming back. We went to 2 of the 3 restaurants they had the Asian and the Lebanese and they where both decent. The buffet was good, they had a variety of things to choose from. The staff where lovely and very helpful. They were very welcoming and had excellent customer service. This hotel has a lot to offer and we felt safe. We was also impressed that they provided a built in UK plug socket in the rooms. The location was good as we wasn’t far from the airport and outside the resort there where quiet a few shops. They also kept the beach very clean. Thank you so much Sindbad Club and we look forward to staying here again :)

Not really enjoyed the food here. Had bad stomach, me and my child, also clinic on site is very expensive, but nice aqua park, good location. Bathroom in rooms needs renewal. I’d leave 2 stars but my child says that I need to do 4 because of one restaurant stuff man - he has been doing pancakes for us every morning at aqua park side restaurant. Today is our last day and he made for my child this. So thank you for this stuff member.

Hotel its-self was lovely and well looked after, the rooms were spacious, clean with with a gorgeous beach view. By the beach was music and loads of fun entertainment and games, sports by the animation team, they were also Fab!! The room cleaners also always asked if there was anything more we needed…and were super kind and helpful!! However the Restaurant..the food could have been better and they could bring out more options, and the Bartenders need to play there part more into making the drinks, instead of hitting and flirting with the women…Also, need to pay more attention when we ask for alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks, as most of the time when me and my parents were there they did not make the drink properly as we wanted them.

Lots of collection of food and amazing staff. Beach was amazing and weather was beautiful, every day there are loads of activities all day. There was also shows most nights and band. Avoid !!! If you from Asian or have Asian face. First of all, room, facilities and location are great. They are 100% same as all other Hilton hotels I have been to. However service is terrible, especially most of waiter, bar staff are racist. They treat western guests and Asian guests very different ! The reason is only because they believe only western guests will tipping them. Actually I gave tips as well but it didn’t really change anything. I was always the last person being served at bar. Never been asked for any drinks when having dinner in my 7 days stay. Sometimes waiter even reply me just wait when I asked if could bring me some drinks and never come back again. At last day I was trying to ask if could have late check out and staff told me no room available, guess what, the person next to me which is our friend but he is western. My friend asked same for late check out and staff told him it’s fine they have lots empty room. What a joke. Won’t come back again. Also will make complaint to Hilton Group. The last thing is asked to have mango juice at bar, bar staff give me a cup of mango juice already on the table with black dots ( no idea what that is) and tell me it’s ok nobody drink it.

The hotel as a facility is nice. The rooms are clean and tidy, and breakfast was good. But the staff are impolite the bell boy ran after us while we were leaving as if we didn't pay our bill this is unacceptable at all by any means it only meant that we are thieves used to staying in Hilton hotels world wide never back again after this incident.

All staff and guest were very welcoming especially the entertainment team and life guards. We really enjoyed all the facilities and slides. We took part in stretching classes in the morning and had pedicure and pampering in the spa. A really relaxing holiday. The location was good with lots of shops in walking distance and local cafe/bar staff were very friendly and we felt safe as two women travellers in this area. The hotel was great and staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

This has been one of the good places we stayed in Egypt. Good location, near to airport and also to beaches and city. We were surprised with the variety of options they had for breakfast, wow.. You name it, they have it. Service was to the point. Tables were cleaned and was ready for the next family or group to occupy. The crowd at this place was not expected. This resort has pretty much everything within their premise. Pub, many restaurants, clinic, spa, private dinner reservations and lots more. The management also arranges some night shows in their Amphitheatre. It was nice how they were engaging their customers to stay within the premise. We would definitely like to come back here.

Pros : food is good and rooms is clean Cons: there is no activities in the hotel like the other ones , staff is very rude , we were going to this hotel with a bank trip and they are always asking are you with the bank and that is something I can’t even understand cause we were talking the all inclusive board!!! There is no cold drinks in the bar except sodas and not fresh juice any something else is extra charge! Last year i came to cascades and there were snacks between meals but this year they don’t have and I can’t understand that because all hotels have snacks betwwen meals in all inclusive board!! Also the beach is far from the hotel you must ride their bus to go to it it take 5 minutes by the bus but the water of the beach is so good . All bars closes in the hotel at 10:00 pm and it is very early of course except the adults only bar it closes at 1:00am.

Location is far from the sea, but they have shuttles. Rooms are bigger than expected and well equipped. Food is amazing and the variety is great as well, their western dessert is great 🤩. The SPA we tried the Thallasso was massive, we enjoyed our time their it was great experience and different. We tried the free session for Golf for beginners and it was really great and I had the opportunity to kick the ball far at the end 🤩. Prices for golf wasn't too expensive. Cons: they don't provide water in dinner except with extra charges for half board!!!!!!! Big question mark and not a good sign in which their prices are not low compared to other hotels. Hence, water and juice are too expensive, really expensive. But you can buy water from the Marina with the regular prices and take with you to your room. But it wasn't classy and I was too embarrassed to do so. At the end, we enjoyed our time, but we were on honeymoon but they only provided a cake in the first day, and he changed our room to a room that have a sea view (far sea view), so don't expect anything for honeymoon sadly 😞.

My oldest son is 13 and daughter 15, they play aqua volleyball, darts and also enjoys the slides . Me and my husband's every day we’re involved in different competitions . We were well treated and the hotel was really nice. Inside the hotel it is really calm. They have staff cleaning the common areas all the time. Multiple activities were always going on if you want to keep yourself busy. The room is also well cleaned every day and the team that took care of our room always left towel sculptures in our bed that my kids loved. The hotel does a very good work keeping out the regular Egyptian hassle, common in the markets and in the streets outside. There were people selling SPA treatments and tourist trips inside the hotel but they were all very cordial and you are seldom approached. The weather in December was great for sports as it was warm but not too hot. And the large pools are all mildly heated so you don’t feel it is winter. You can swim without feeling cold. The food was good. The restaurants were very large and we did not have issues finding a table. They all offered the same food selection with exception of a few dishes, so in the end of our week we ate at the same one. The food was good, with lots of cooked vegetables, that I particularly enjoy. I would for sure consider staying there again in future. It was a great way to break a bit the cold and dark winter when living in the Nordics.

We loved our stay here! It is amazing for kids and for sporty people! Food was incredible! Lots of things to do, amazing heated pools, great aquatic park, animation, etc! Also, everything extremely clean! they were cleaning at all times, all the time! Very well kept hotel. Staff also really nice! We are already planning on coming back! The taxi service from the airport they offer is extremely expensive, I would recommend to get a airport transfer through booking, it is 1/4 of the price.

We became really close with the animators which organised many fun activities throughout the day. We had much fun! Everything is well taken care of, the cleaning staff leaves fun designed bedding after each clean. The good is utmost best quality I've seen, the choice range is wide for each and every diet. We have just spent 11 nights at Aqua Vista as a family of 4. This was our second visit after first visiting back 4 years ago. The hotel is spot on for a family with young kids and adults seeking some sunshine. All the staff are very attentive to detail, from the gardeners to management. The grounds and hotel are immaculate and are constantly being cleaned and the gardens being looked after. Life guards at the pool are super friendly and very happy to play along with kids. Hospitality staff are constantly working super hard in the heat around the poolside offering you drinks. Food in the restaurants is a buffet style with a range of food each day. All presented perfectly. We had a family room which was cleaned each day to a high standard. Cleanliness clearly runs throughout the hotel. The room could do with a lick a paint in the bathroom but ultimately unless you were looking you wouldn't notice. The hotel is linked to the aqua park which is perfect for the kids and older kids who like the bigger water slides. Again you feel safe with the life guards who are constantly on watch. Gym facilities are super clean and the equipment is of good standard if you so desire to have a workout on holiday. Kids club and the entertainment team really work hard all day in the heat to provide good entertainment for kids. Couldn't fault them. Overall fabulous holiday and very much likely to return to get some winter sunshine. Highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work!

They have excellent service in everything and they bring you all your needs in your room such as dental kits and shaving kits. there food was incredible and very delicious they even had so many traditional foods such as okra and it was incredible I loved it . The aqua park is very safe and they had many life guards that were surrounding the whole area and it was super amazing and they planned the whole day for us and so many entertaining shows at night for kids and adults like for example face paintings and mini disco and for adults the tanoura and the belly dancer in red sky

Where to start?... It was our 5th time in egypt, the first time in this hotel. And the first time we want to return to a hotel. On arrival check-in went smooth, luggage brought to our rooms. As we arrived in the morning the room was not ready yet, so we first had some lunch. We were family of 5 and had a family room. One word: Amazing! The room was spacious, clean, enough beds and towels and storage space. And not to forget what a view! It was great to wake up and see the sea. Safe and small fridge were in the room as well as coffee and tea facilities and a complimentary bottle of water. There are enough pools, 4 in total, one relaxing adult only pool, one family pool, one heated pool and one 'adventure pool'. What was amazing is that there were always sunbeds available as wel as umbrellas! Towels were easy to get and to change, and always with a smile even until 6pm when the pool closed. There was a waiter going round at the pool, convenient for ordering drinks. We used the heated pool, which was 28 degrees, the other pools were 22 degrees. Also not too much hassling by people trying to sell you excursions or massages. You can ask for a red flag at the towel station, so they won't disturb you at all. Beach was nice, enough sunbeds available, watershoes could be a plus, water is shallow. And a nice pier to walk on. We took our food at the beach, serviced at the table, with a good choice, portions were quite small but one can order twice. And several options were possible. There was also ice cream available till 5pm. Drinks were good, especially the Mojito. In the evening the food was also very nice, there was a dedicated seating area for families with kids, for disabled people, for adults and it was also possible to sit outside. Drinks could be ordered with the waiters. Again we were surprised, no fight for a seat, there were always enough seats available. For what concerned the food, buffet was great with a good level of variety and really tasty, also for the kids. And always enough. What is a plus for families with smaller kids, there is a family seating area with normal sized seats for adults and a kids table next to it, so that one can have a decent seat as an adult. Same for breakfast, always enough seating and plenty of good options. Fresh orange juice was available for 2 euros for a large glass. Animation team was great and friendly, although we prefer to just sit and have a chat in the evening there was always something organised. Also they were very friendly to the kids. Checkout also went very smoothly. We will definitely return. Thank you for the amazing holiday.

The staff are just beyond incompetent in terms of quality of service. Very disrespectful & unprofessional behaviour. During phone booking, the representative was very rude and unclear on the rooms options. I paid $900 USD for 3 nights for 2 ppl, and on the last I had to leave a bit earlier than my friend for a tour at 10 am whilst checkout time was 12 pm. As I was walking out with my bad, I informed the security that I’m not checking out yet and my friend will checkout at 12 pm. After arriving at my car, someone came running telling me that there is money unpaid and I can’t leave before paying it (this would of course be paid at checkout when my friend properly hand over the keys) anyways I go back and pay the €2 that was on the room and when I stated this is very disrespectful experience, the receptionist was even rude (honestly shocking service)

Spent 10 nights here. We upgraded to a junior suite which wad amazing, separate sitting area & dining room, fab sea views with panoramic windows. Buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner. We found the lunch choices to be much better than the evening meal, but still lots to choose from if you ate the choices. The snack bar was good for lunch. The pools were great although we stayed by the heated pool throughout and found it very comfortable, coming from Scotland it wasn't cold. The staff we met were lively. Friendly and helpful. Didn't see the animation team around the pool for the 1st 4 days, so I assumed out of season & they had finished but them seen them. It was a bit disappointing that nobody explained the going on of any daytime/evening activities or sports or pointed us to the information board, we found it by accident on the 4th night, so it's not too bad. Spa/beauty was lovely and friendly although some staff spoke very little English, and were clearly speaking about customers in their own language which I thought was a bit rude. The hotel was very spacious and more geared to wards dutch/German guests than english as most staff spoke Dutch. Diving school was great, but again, more geared for Dutch/German guests. I did try scuba diving and managed 1 dive, but due to language barrier, I felt a little unsafe. Beach was beautiful and could walk out quite far only up to your knees Would definitely go back, although nothing outside, you're literally in the middle of nowhere. Nothing is within walking distance.

We had a fabulous week at this resort at the end of March 2024. We had been upgraded to a different room without asking. Luggage got taken to our room on a little buggy. Went straight out to the restaurant as arrived at around 8pm. Found various dishes, salads, fish etc and soft drinks ,wine. Our room was situated on the ground floor by the heated pool. We stayed around the pool most days and got served by a lovely young man called 'mohamed '. The other pools were amazing but freezing cold so it seemed most of the people in the hotel congregated around the heated one which is also the smallest lol. We managed to get 6 sunbeds in a row ,but we did go out there at 7am to do so as by 8am they were all taken. The food was very samey. But you could always find something. The drinks were fine, cocktails were great, especially the mojitos. We went on a trip to luxor and the temple which was amazing but a very long day . It was well worth it. We booked through trip advisor as it was so much cheaper than going through the travel agent. You must haggle!! The local shop on site was extortionate so try take snacks with you or buy off site. Haggle with everything, the boat trip and quads were a ridiculous price but managed to get them right down. Overall , we had an amazing holiday. Plenty of active onside if you choose to do this. The beach was nice enough, the sea was very shallow and you can walk out quite far. At the end of the jetty is a snorkel area where you see plenty of corals and lots of fish, octopus etc. An amazing sight!!! WiFi was great. We had it in our room as was by the heated pool, in reception but not in the dining room areas . I would definitely visit this hotel again and would highly recommend.

Lovely staff, great place right on to the beach, you can walk along the path to other hotels and there are some little shops along the path from the beach. The restaurants are good, especially the Italian. I just found it weird that there were pureed potatoes and vegetables for breakfast. The room that we were in was old style, which I expected but could do with some updating, especially the locks on the bathroom doors and air conditioning units. There are a lot of Russians and Germans, but they are still friendly.

Family of 5 ranging from age 10-70 & none of us were happy in this hotel. Room was lovely & WiFi worked fab along with good air con. The cleaners were nice & friendly and always made sure we had enough bottled water etc. The fridge was so old and noisy it had to be switched off at night otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to sleep. It also smelled really badly. On our first night it was quite late when we checked in so we put our stuff in the room and went for food. Upon returning we found the key card we had left in the wall to keep the air con running was missing. We rang reception to advise someone must have picked it up by accident when bringing up some bedding & the man on reception suddenly got very rude and said we were accusing them of theft. We were not at all and knew it was just an accident. He said to my husband it was probably your wife that lost it and we are going to charge you for it. Eventually the man who had brought the extra bedding came back with our key card which oh surprise he had picked up by mistake. The man on reception then phoned to apologise. This was not the best start to our holiday. The food in all the restaurants was below average. We really struggled with it. The choices and quality were poor. We ended up eating out a lot. We were told we could book the speciality restaurants by going to a desk between 12:30-2:30. This was no use to us as we were out on excursions nearly every day. We asked at reception 4 separate times about getting a booking and told them we were struggling due to being out on excursions but nobody cared and just said come ask someone else the next day. Our last day we decided to have a pool day so thought we would book the tepanyaki restaurant only to be told it was fully booked for the next two days. At no point were we told we could book in advance before this. We were in the hotel for 10 nights and didn’t get to book a single restaurant. This is not acceptable!!! Drinks selection was poor and given in the smallest cups you’ve ever seen. Sometimes they would give you ice and other times they said they had none even though you just saw them give it to someone. The guys running around waitering on tables were all lovely and worked really hard. It’s extra for ice creams, candy floss, popcorn and fruit juices. Shops in the hotel try to rip you off charging double than what things are outside. Even the taxi rank from the hotel wanted about 4 times as much as Uber or Indrive. Our last day we were unfortunately on a late flight and were only getting picked up at 19:30. We were asking for days before about keeping our room and kept getting told to ask later. Told to go 9am on morning of checkout to go to desk and ask only to be told none left even though we went at 8:55. Asked about luggage room and there is none you have to just leave your cases sat in reception in the open where everyone is walking past. Asked about shower room and told yes between 2-4 but if someone is using may have to wait to can’t guarantee a time or anything. Should be able to book a time slot. Due to this our last day was completely ruined as we didn’t want to risk going to the pool as my daughter had booked into the hairdresser to get her hair plaited at 3 and wasn’t sure if she would be able to get a shower in time. Water park was decent but it opens at 10 and then closes at 12:30 for an hour and then reopens and closes at 4. You have to take all your stuff and leave during that hour break. The main pool is absolutely massive but there are nowhere near enough sunbeds. Lots of space but no sunbeds. The hotel really needs to invest in more. Whilst around the main pool or beach you constantly get hassled with people trying to sell you stuff. Apparently you could get a sign saying not disturb you but you shouldn’t need to. We only managed one day around the main pool anyway as could never get a bed. Always seemed to be plenty in the water park but had to hassle of having to leave for an hour at lunchtime. I will never go back to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Food and food quality was not very good. Same food every day and not very warm. Also not a lot to choose from. Sometimes I could get mayonaise, other days he wouldn’t give me. You could only get 1 drink per person at the bar, that’s quite annoying when you’re with 14 persons. Also you could only pay with euros or dollars in the hotel and shops at the market outside, they won’t accept Egyptian pounds. Also, beer is given in cardboard cups. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and the aqua park is good, but the food and drinks at the bar are not so good. Some of the staff is friendly, some are not. I hope they will change it in the future. Also, the hotel is full of Russian and Polish people.

This is our third visit. We enjoyed the previous visits very much. Something has changed here. Most of the staff are miserable and rude. The only one who stands out as friendly and happy is the guy who makes the omlettes at lunch. The bar staff in the main lobby are the worst. Today we had a gin and tonic and the guy put his thumb over the gin so none went in the glass.

I don't know where to start. How is it possible that you travel all the way to rent a flat on THE BEACH and don't get to use the beach? How is it possible that you see a very nice advertisment of a resort with a beach a spa, restaurants and have NONE of those? I do not kid you none of those. Oceans breeze does not offer you anything because it's still under construction, full of workers only pools with no chairs no umbrellas. Not only that but we discovered that the bridge we take to have a dip in the water is not oceans breeze's bridge, it's TROPITELS the resort next to us and ofcourse they didn't allow us. I can go on forever about the flat's Hygiene, the cockroaches we saw on our first day of arrival, to the noise we hear from workers everyday and them cutting off water and electricity so they can work :))) and the amount of things we faced but to spare all that just BEAWARE of Islam hafeez and his son Mohamed ibrahim hafeez but specifically Islam the person we rented the flat from is not a professional, not someone to be trusted. He's a typical sales person with the art of persuasion, he'll sell you comfort he'll sell you everything to fall into the trap of actually buying the idea and get screwed over. Just like he did with us. The amount of calls and complaints to Islam hafeez so he could do something are uncountable and he just gives more lies with his fascinating art of persuasion Thank you Islam for a Disastrous trip :) karma will come bite you

Great place to stay ❤️ My recent stay was an delight. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured all my needs were met. The room was clean, and had a wonderful view of the shimmering Red Sea. The hotel's amenities were top-notch swimming pool, a private beach, restaurant offering delicious cuisine, and plenty of activities to enjoy. Hurghada itself is a charming coastal town with a laid-back vibe. I loved strolling along the promenade in the evenings.

Overall this is a good hotel. The room was very large and comfortable, if a bit dated. The outside is well maintained and attractive. Great location for the beach and short transfer to the airport. Food buffet was variable, some days ok , other days excellent. But the best thing about the hotel is the truly amazing service by all the staff. They make every effort to deal with your questions and needs with a smiling face and happy attitude, very rare these days. And I never felt that they were fishing for tips, quite the contrary. If this hotel gets a renovation and more variety and quality in the buffet main courses it would be a truly excellent hotel. One suggestion, for customers on a gluten free diet it would be great if the labels for dishes indicated gluten free, as I have seen in other hotels. We spent an amazing time in this hotel. First day we arrived late, but they prepared late evening meal for us. All inclusive package is fantastic, we could find everything we needed, or even more (I have a special diet and even I was more than satisfied). The beach is beautiful, and relaxing. The Tea Bar on the 4th floor is worth to try, especially if you catch the sunset there. Very nice 3 km long promenade in front of the hotel, full of bazars, first look around in Cleopatra fixed price store to get an idea about the prices.

The worst regarding cleanliness. The staff members responsible for house keeping are very reluctant. The buffet is not bad, though the menu doesn’t include varieties The drainage and piping system in the bathroom is a total mess. The room service pick up after calling for ages I asked for a toothbrush at 12 pm that i was given 6 hours afterwards. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The room was a bit old so I was disappointed. But, other than that it was a very enjoyable vacation. The staff were all friendly, especially! I was very satisfied with the meal! The chef was very friendly and greeted us warmly. In particular, the menu changes every day, and everything was delicious, so I was really looking forward to it before the meal. I gained 3 kg during this vacation🤣 It was fun to watch the performance every night. We were also lucky to participate in snorkeling, and it was fun because there were so many fish in the sea in front of the hotel.

I went with my extended family there was 14 of us. The service was amazing we loved it. The food was excellent. New foods every evening for dinner. There were three restaurants our favourite was the Italian the seafood was delicious. The middle eastern grill was also excellent. The service was phenomenal everyone was so polite. Checking in on us and asking if we needed anything. We had 5 kids with us and they had a blast. So many services and the pools were a lot of fun. There’s a heated pool too. It’s also a quick golf cart ride to the beach and they drive you there. The drinks were also fantastic. We will be back!

The best Hotel we been to yet. The main Restaurant ( rich buffet) is fantastic. So much choice of high quality dishes and the service is great, in case you need it. Every need we had was no problem, the staff made everything possible. There are so many nice activities besides the pool and the beach, we cant discover them all in our 10 day stay. I want to say a special thanks to Hassan from the bar and his colleagues – it was a pleasure sitting in the big lobby listening to live music and enjoying the delicious cocktails they mixed for us. We are looking forward for our next visit.

Rooms are very clean and the whole hotel is in good shape. The pools are very nice and also the beach and the beach bar is very satisfying. The breakfast has everything you want from Egyptian food to pancakes. Everyone will find something nice to eat and the quality is also good. Definitely not 5 stars. The food is honestly terrible. Mainly cold and undercooked. Hardly any authentic Egyptian food. My daughter was upset most most nights as little choice for children. The family suite was quite run down. Our suite was directly below a noisy outdoor stage which plays loud booming music until 11pm. Absolute nightmare for a tired 5 year old who wants an early night. UK people please Google this hotel in the UK media and you'll make your mind up. Avoid.

1. We booked sea view room with double bed from Agoda, but we got two single bed room with side sea view, they told us there was no sea view room left. But after negotiation, if we give best review in Agoda they will give us sea view room. 2. The key didn’t work, we must reactivate the room key every day from reception. 3. The hotel has a much smaller beach area than on their photos. 4. We just left the beach towel in restaurant, because the towel desk on the beach was closed. After told with reception on the day after, they wanna charge us 200 local currency for each towel!? What a statement?! After they checked internally, they found out the restaurant staff returned back towels. But we must wait on the reception for one hour. 5. On the last check out day the cleaning staff knocked the door at 8 a.m. in the morning as we were still sleeping. They wanted to check whether we have already left, even if the check out time is 12 o’ clock. 6.The curtains don’t block out the light, super bright in the morning. 7.Some staffs are not professional and friendly

The hotel experience was both good and bad the renovation work that was being undertaken was extremely noisy and dusty I reported the noise to a female manager who took all the detail however the situation ways never resolved I assume that the hotel was fully booked which left no option to relocate my husband and I to another room when I left a negative review at reception on my departure two other managers advised that I should have followed this up with reception again, having worked in the Customer Service area for all of my adult life it is my understanding that a complaint should be addressed upon receipt and a complainant should not be required to per-sue, I had advised this manager that my husband was not in good health and a peaceful holiday was what we expected if we had been advised that the hotel was under renovation we would not have chosen to stay at this hotel, the food could also be significantly improved it was probably the worst standard of food we have ever experienced, we requested a late check out at 8 euros per hour during the first hour we received 2 phone calls asking when we would be leaving we left after two hours however were still charged for 3 hours? a high percentage of the staff were very nice and courteous, this hotel was highly recommended however after chatting with guests who had been visiting for many years there is a significant decline in standards..

My husband and I spent nine nights in this hotel. We had never been to Egypt before and we had the most amazing holiday. The staff in the hotel are all really helpful, friendly and made our stay so comfortable. The rooms were always cleaned and tidied to an immaculate standard. The entertainment staff has loads of personality and energy. The buffet restaurant had so much to choose from every night. - food was excellent and better than I expected. If you need a day trip or taxi service speak to the Ali who sits in reception. We had a private taxi take us there and back to Luxor. The driver Ismael was incredible, he made the journey so much fun and was very sad to see him go after being with us for 2 days. We would 100% return - no complaints or negative comments at all.

Just finished a 2 night stay at this quite superb hotel. From the wonderful helpful and friendly reception staff right through to the room maid I can't speak highly enough of the hotel staff team. The staff really seem like they absolutely want to you to have a great time and we certainly did. Lovely sea view suite was a joy, so roomy and clean. Food and drinks were excellent and served with a smile. I think the pool area is a bit small but the beach and lagoon area make up for that. It's just an absolute gem of a hotel and I put it up against any that we have stayed in, in Hurghada. Thanks so much.

We had high expectations for our holiday in Jaz Solaya... they were all exceeded! It was our best holiday ever. 1. Everything is close by - water park, restaurants, pool, beach, coral reef for diving, fitness center, desert excursions and other services 2. All the staff at the hotel are excellent and friendly, always helpful, and never say no. There is plenty of it throughout the resort, and they care about your safety and comfort 3. Rooms are clean and equipped, housekeeping 100% 4. Service in the area - around the pool fast and friendly, speaks several languages 5. The restaurant is a chapter in itself. Great selection of food and drink, waiters always ready to fulfill requests. After a couple of days, they know what you have to drink when they see you, and by the time you come back with your starter, there's your drink on the table for the whole family, even little things like straws for the kids. We tasted many great local dishes. 6. The beach has a gradual entrance, perfect for kids. The Coral Reef is in the bay, so even when there are bigger waves in the open sea, you'll enjoy diving and snorkeling 7. You can see that the staff take care of the whole area 8. There are plenty of animation activities for both adults and children! Disco, water exercises, etc. We will definitely return to experience a fantastic holiday in Jaz Solaya / Coraya Bay as soon as possible. We rate 11 / 10 :)

We are a couple who lived at the jaz Solaya hotel until March 2024. Everything was fine until one incident that occurred in this hotel. We always kept our funds in the safe in the room, in the hope that it was safe. But on March 12 we had to leave and go somewhere else city, because the plane departed from Hurghada. When checking out of the room, they took a bag with documents and money from the safe. We got into a taxi and upon arrival in Hurghada we discovered that a large amount of $2000 was missing, and instead of $100 bills, they replaced it with a few 50$. We contacted the administration, but no one answered us, apparently this scheme has been working for a long time! Let me remind you that the money was always in the safe under a password in our room 1218. This is hotel theft! We, like other people, were hoping that the safe was reliable, but it was not.👎 Whatever happens, it prevents hotel management from stealing personal funds directly from the guest room from the safe. Guests, be careful - you are not protected!

The drink menu is large, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, the cocktails are perfect and wonderful, and there are also various types of coffee. Really a place to enjoy and have a real vacation. Our stay was simply amazing! The service is incredible, so nice and welcoming. The food was great and the location is bonkers beautiful. The beach and house reef are beautiful and clean. They are environmentally friendly, recycle, have glass bottles instead of plastic, organize beach and reef cleanups, employ a marine biologist and have a vegetable garden. The little house are gorgeous and there are 2 big swimming pools and 2 small ones for kids. We went snorkeling 4 times in the house reef and saw something new each time. Everything is very organized and the people working here are the best! We can absolutely recommend this!

American family of four (mom dad 18 & 8) stayed for four nights in April. After a mild hiccup during the initial check in process, this stay was nothing short of excellent for my whole family. Grounds are beautiful, you can sit at the beach and see a beautiful sunrise over the Red Sea, water park next door was such a nice perk of staying at Serenity. As fun as the water park is, I’m very pleased that we stayed at Serenity instead, as the layout and overall vibe at serenity were more relaxing. This is a property that wants to earn top marks from all its guests, and the various management teams do very well in taking care of their clients‘ reasonable requests. Guests seemed majority German, with the next most represented country being the UK. In general a very well behaved crowd there during our stay.

We landed on 04/04/24, the transfer and the pick up on the airport was really nice, the man escorted us to the transfer and he spoke dutch. In the hotel the people where really nice and helped us with the check in and escorted us with our luggage to our room. The room had old furniture, not that it is a issue but also the beds and the mattress where old they are very uncomfortable and hard. We didn’t say anything about the mattress. But after a few days i had a lot of back and neck pain. The hygiene of the room was 5/10. There where bugs and i wouldn’t shower or walk without slippers. We asked a couple times for a solution but on te 6th day they swapped the mattress with a softer one. Unfortunately i was very uncomfortable most of the days because of the back and neck pain…… The food 8/10 was overall good and diverse, you can dine in the different types of restaurants and there is a buffet. The drink, cocktails and wine are terrible, low quality alcohol 3/10 The staff, a couple where really nice and we tip them good they were respectful to me and my partner. But there where a lot of men (staff members ) who ignored my partner or disrespected him. To me they were to nice and tried to get “other” attention from me when my partner wasn’t there. Very disrespectful and not discreet. The wifi is 6/10 some places is doesn’t work that well, very nice for a week to go offline! The gym 6/10 Material is old but you can do your workout with a little improvise. The spa 2/10 Its really not relaxing, the staff members where talking constantly, the water of the jacuzzi was cold, no bubbels and dirty water. We had booked a massage, the energy wasn’t good so we really wanted to go. We got our money back. The manager wanted a explanation of our review and we got a bottle of wine. But overall we’re not going back to this hotel.

We had a lovely holiday here. The pools were really good and the heated ones were lovely and warm a really big. We had a nice large family room which our cleaner kept really well and did some great arrangements with our towels and duvets. The food was good and varied, perhaps a couple more options for younger children might have been good. Drinks were good, I would have preferred some larger glasses for beers as sometimes they were a little small, still meant they didn't get warm I guess. Great snorkeling off the beach and the pier which was great to get to do everyday, I'd definitely recommend bringing a snorkel set. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to visit.

We found the perfect hotel in Hurghada! Our neighbours recommended us the Beach Albatros Hotel. During our trip we understood why: - The whole hotel is super clean. You won't find a piece of dirt anywhere. Everywhere were people cleaning floors, toilettes or taking the dirty plates after finishing the meal. - all the people who work in the hotel are super super friendly! You get help for everything you can imagine: the life guards at the beach, the persons at the check in, the cleaning man who cleaned our room, the waiters - everyone made our holidays super special. - The room boy made sure everything is fine whenever he saw us. He was very careful. - In every restaurant we found delicious food. There was not even a single day we went to bed not being stuffed with gorgeous food. I loved that there were many fish dishes and my husband (who doesn't like fish) loved the fresh cooking stations outside for lunch. The food is very very tasty. The drinks were very good as well! - The hotel has a very beautiful beach. You'll find a big sand beach where you can walk and swim without swimming shoes. When you walk in about 5 meters it is deep enough to swim. The water is so clear you can see until the ground everywhere! Even when it's deep. They have a little house reef right in the front where you can see many fishes. It's beautiful! - The most important part making our holidays so special were the waiters! They were absolutely super friendly and cared for everyone everywhere. They make a super job!

It was a pleasing and enjoyable vacation. The restaurants and variety of food was satisfactory. the distribution of meals schedule was great to cover almost all over the day from early breakfast (4am-6am) to late-dinner (10pm-12am) for multiple preferences. Swimming pools were fantastic, and heated, also the Aqua for the children, they enjoyed much. The beach is sandy and is swimmable for kids, also having a specific spot for snorkeling was helpful, although the reef wasn't attractive, there were some colorful fish arround. Room were clean, but the bedding items need some attention, The pillow and mattress wasn't comfortable. Finally the most pleasing and excellent point was the whole stuff actually, from the recipients to the housekeeping and the restaurants stuff, they do the extra mile to make our stay much enjoyable and satisfactory.

We had a really nice time, our second time in Meraki. Rooms are OK but everything else is PERFECT. Energy in this hotel is awesome and the employees are more than polite, not pushy, just perfect. Food is same as in every hotel in Egypt but we are not here to eat! So, to me, not important. So, one more time. Ahmed and the team are wonderful. We have used the Egyptian and Asian restaurants. The food is very fresh. The staff are polite and attentive. The Egyptian mixed grill is served in hot coals. The range of drinks is fab and served so quickly. The Greek was amazing. The wine was fab and Abdullah gave great service.

Amazing! We couldn’t have chosen a better resort. It has everything you need, different restaurants, great shops, activities and entertainment. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing in all the restaurants. The scenery is beautiful and even in January/February the weather was great (a little windy at times but otherwise warm and sunny). We were worried it was going to be too lively and more of a party hotel but although you definitely have the option for party’s with a nightclub on site and other bars, if you want to just relax in peace it’s a great place too. There’s a lot of different areas, some lively and some quiet so you have the best of both worlds. Our room was really close to the nightclub and it didn’t bother us at all. We are not really into partying and so although we went to the club once, the rest of the time we were in our lovely room, in our comfy bed by a reasonable time. The room was amazing, homely and exceptionally clean. Our housekeeper did a superb job, he went above and beyond. The animation and entertainment team were excellent too. I can’t think of a single complaint we have about the resort. We hope to come back very soon!

We have booked a DZ for 2 adults + 12-year-old boy. The extra bed was totally fine, but also sufficient in terms of space. The room was neat and well maintained. It was cleaned daily and there were always funny and beautiful towel surprises placed on the bed. Nothing was missing.

Sunrise Garden Beach Resort is one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to as the location of the resort, the service and the restaurants are honestly excellent. Especially, the Italian Restaurant (Basilico) is probably the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever eaten in because the food was so tasty, everywhere you go in the restaurant, there is not one place that isn’t hygienic and the chefs and staff were so nice. The hotel and the entire resort are truly exceptional. The food variety is impressive, ensuring that guests won’t tire of the options, even when staying for more than a week. The availability of thematic restaurants further diversifies the dining experience. The staff are remarkably friendly, and we were especially pleased with the animation team, which offered an outstanding program in the evening that my children absolutely adored. The kite center is conveniently located, making it an excellent spot for learning kite surfing. Our room was fantastic, with incredibly comfortable beds. The only feature we missed, in comparison to Makadi Bay, was the coral reef, but this was easily remedied with the day snorkeling trips offered.

This was an absolutely great place. The location is a 4 just because you need to be aware that it is in an isolated location. As long as you understand and expect that, it’s really a 5. What impressed me the most was the quality of the extremely large buffet, and how they varied it every night. Even the cooked vegetables were still on the bright and slightly crunchy side rather than the typical overcooked and mushy looking veggies in most buffets. One caveat for those who choose half-board. None of the on-site other restaurants were open for lunch when we were there and there was a pool bar with a limited lunch selection, and that was it. Beautiful grounds, pools, and beach.

This was my second time here, the hotel and staff were amazing. Great service and facilities. Right by the beach, great for water activities and have great options for families. We did snickering with Raslan who can be at the aqua center on the resort. He arranged a great itinerary for us and captain and crew were brilliant too!

We actually never usually leave reviews for a hotel but for this place we will make an exception because our 2 weeks here was an amazing experience and well-worth the money! Comfortable beds/rooms, lovely surroundings and the food and drinks much better than I have had at similar places before! Even my husband, who is a very picky eater was very satisfied! But the biggest advantage that the hotel has is it’s staff - the servers were so incredibly friendly and eager to help with anything that we desired (and some things on their own initiative, and always with the biggest smile on their face! We were treated like family from the first day, for the first time in an Egyptian hotel, we felt truely welcome and our next visit can not come soon enough , we only hope that the same staff is there and we hope that they know how appreciated they are. And one last tip - try the fish dishes, they are amazing! Thank you so much!

Family Resort with many children Our stay at this hotel was largely enjoyable, with several highlights and a few areas that could use some enhancement. Initially, we weren't aware that the hotel primarily caters to families, with a significant portion of the guests being children under the age of six. This information would have been useful during the booking process to set proper expectations. A big disappointment are the prices for transport services, especially from the airport. Be aware that you can book transport for about 12€ with the taxi provider at the airport if you are friendly and not afraid to negotiate (which still is much for Egypt). The hotel will charge you about 33€. That’s unreasonable. The dining experience was good overall, though the variety for vegetarians left something to be desired, lacking in diversity and protein. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist, contributing significantly to the quality of our stay. The rooms and the hotel's facilities were modern and impressive, aligning with our expectations for comfort and style. The internet service, while generally okay, suffered from instability, which could be frustrating at times. A standout feature of the hotel is its fantastic reef, offering an excellent opportunity for snorkeling enthusiasts to explore marine life. In summary, our stay was pleasant, supported by excellent service and facilities. People without children might want to look for a more quiet accommodation.

Location: The Hotel is located directly on the beach and therefore offers an ideal location for a beach holiday. The surrounding area is quiet and well-kept. The bus takes about 15 minutes from and to the airport. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean. They are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Food: The food at the hotel was excellent with one exception. The buffet at the main restaurant was very varied and offered something for every taste. We particularly enjoyed the food in the Moroccan restaurant. The food in the beach restaurant was unfortunately a bit disappointing. Service: The service at the hotel was simply top notch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to fulfill our requests. Facilities: The pool area is very large and offers something for everyone. There is a separate area for children, an adult relaxation area and a large pool for swimming. The beach area is not quite as beautiful, but you can reach a small house reef via a jetty, where you can snorkel well. Entertainment: The evening entertainment program was quite nice, even if a bit too loud for our taste. Overall: We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and would recommend it. The hotel is ideal for a family vacation with children. Special highlights: The incredibly friendly and attentive service The large pool area with different areas The excellent food (with the exception of the beach restaurant) The small house reef for snorkeling Suggestions for improvement: The food in the beach restaurant could be improved. Very bad. Rude staff. On one occasion we were 8 people sitting at the table during the dinner, having coffee and desserts and the staff came and took one of our table as other people came for dinner and two people had to stand to finish coffee. Unbelievable very rude… dirty tables, matts on the tables. Cleaning is very poor. The tables, the chairs, surfaces are clean the same cloth again and again, no disinfection liquid or spray. Disgusting, Drinks are horrible. Cheap alcohol the bottle of one litre of every alcohol serves at the hotel cost just £2, does not matter if it is vodka, gin, rum or whiskey. Surprisingly it all taste the same like “ petrol”- horrible the difference just the colour. One litre £2 - no wonder why so disgusting.

Amazing Architecture, really stunning. Lovely relaxing hotel, with Marina, Lagoons and Beach. Great service. Very clean and staff were always polite and attentive. Plenty of Sun beds available. Spa a little over priced, as well as the airport taxi service. We arranged our own, at a third of the price. The hotel is a little further out than the others, but this suited us. We could still arrange tours and used Viator and Sphinx Tours.

This place has fascinating architecture reminiscent of a palace and exudes a fortress-like atmosphere, making one feel in a very special place. When booking a table at the restaurant for dinner, the food is great. The overall experience is okay, though mocktails could be improved to offer healthier options, not just sugary drinks. Additionally, I found their directions misleading, and I got lost on my first day as this hotel is immensely big. I suggest improving orientation guidelines for newcomers as well. Overall, I would love to come back; the price and quality ratio is great at this place.

Rooms are in quite poor condition. Worn down and just over all - even if in top condition - they are not more than at the best 3 star. External facilities are great and lovely. Entire family got stomach problems, obviously from food at the resort as this was the only food we ate. Generally nice staff but taxi service is a rip off. Charge very much more than local fees (I mean VERY MUCH more) and the man at the desk then called and said we had paid too little so that we had to pay more to the driver. This was not correct but we felt that we had to pay the extra to the driver anyway (in addition to regular tips). So not great service at all here. Got a room which was not working from the beginning (lot of food smell). This room should not be used at all. It meant that our first night was spoiled.

Second time at this resort and surprisingly still with the same level of excellent service and warm welcome. Room with excellent sea view 5/5, and every day the room is clean and tidy 5/5 too. I really love the cafe area below reception, tasty pastries and great coffee. Regarding the buffet food in the restaurant, you should add 1/2 seafood dishes, but you can't have everything perfect, right? Last but not least, entertainment must be improved and find new ways to provide pleasure to all types of cultures and ages.

Animations and their activities are well worth attending, the team is not only very interactive, but always smiling and happy to help with anything- including private yoga sessions! I would very much recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff is very friendly, the food is very good, the animation is on point - a few courses during the day and great shows in the evening. Only the wifi could be better. Also, I‘d recommend to book all inclusive, because the prices are rather high if you book only half pension (e.g. 4€ for a glass of sparkling water).
