The place is exceptional for snorkeling. There are so many fish to be seen. Much more than in any other place I have been to, like Hawaii, south east Asia, Australia. The hotel is good. I would say more quiet for relaxing. I have been there three times and I will definitely come back.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Dirt, mold in the room, every day we left a tip for the cleaners and it was never properly cleaned, only trash cans were brought out. Poor quality food that was not fresh caused us and other people severe intestinal problems and diarrhea. A few days into the stay there was no water at all. Food on rations, for example, the cook gives you only 1 slice of meat or 2 slices of watermelon and doesn't want to give more and looks sour. The only nice thing about this hotel is the coral with lots of fish.

I recently stayed here, and I must say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had , The staff were incredibly rude making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable , we also experienced water cut twice and this was unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality services, Our rooms was not properly cleaned, and we even found hair in our food during one of our meals and It was not only poorly presented but also it was rotten we ended up getting food poisoning, which made the experience even worse Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone It was a disappointing stay, Save your money and find a place that values its guests and maintains proper hygiene and service standards.

The most friendly staff I've met in Egypt. A beautiful coral reef, but it's about a 100m swim from the beach. There was a big party one evening including Argentinian dancers and a fire show, both of which were amazing. The food changes frequently, each dinner has a different theme. The first room we were given was next to a construction, so we had to ask to have it changed, which was no problem.

We just returned from a wonderful 10-day vacation at this beachfront hotel, and it met our expectations in many ways. The location is fantastic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Being right on the beach, we enjoyed long walks along the shore, soaking in the serene atmosphere. Although the sun loungers are placed quite close to each other. The service was outstanding, with the staff consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The variety of food offered at the all-inclusive buffet was very good, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. As for the alcoholic beverages, while not top-shelf, they were perfectly acceptable. For golf enthusiasts, the hotel offers access to a fantastic golf course just a short ride away on a golf cart. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the game in a beautiful setting. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking to combine beachside relaxation with a bit of golf.

Wonderful hotel. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much of a problem. Animation team make sure everyone is having a good time and create an uplifting environment for the guests. The hotel manager is always around, talking to guests and asking if there is anything we needed. Food is great with plenty of variety. Would highly recommended. Thank you!

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size for a couple or a small family. The only downside is that the rooms can be a bit noisy, as you can hear people talking in the hallways. Service The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We have visited several hotels across Europe, but this was by far one of the best all-inclusive experience we have ever had. The team at the hotel deserves special recognition, the waiters who were always attentive and kind, the service was flawless. The housekeeping team ensured that our room was every day cleaned. The reception team was warm and welcoming. We also appreciated the animation team, who were incredibly engaging and added an extra layer of fun to our holiday. I had a chance to spend a week in El Karma Resort, my first experience in Egypt. Overall the experience was nice. Walking distance to the sea, many pools ( which is big plus) . Food was alright . Room was spacious. The most important was the hospitality of the staff. Front desk always responsive and friendly, animation team did everything to make us feel happy and entertain, lifeguards at the 1st pool ( Abdo and Ahmed) were very nice , friendly and helpful. Always there for the guests, especially kids ( laughing and playing with them). Respectful and polite with elderly people. Very good young men

Beautiful location, rooms were good. Amazing pools! Beach clean and amazing. The BBQ was amazing, but general daily food wasn't very good variety was ok but too much of the same foods daily. Needed more variety. More Egyptian foods. The service was great. We got what we needed when asked for it. Thank you for the hospitality El Karma.

Lovely stay and we had the best cleaner called Yousef Ibrahem, he made it very fun for the kids, making lots of different animals with the towels, they had an amazing time using the resort with the aqua park and we had a fantastic holiday. Definitely go back

Well, I recommend the hotel 50/50, there's a few negative points. Starting from the staff at the reception, not helpful, very rude and not friendly at all. The rooms were okay in a way, clean, tidy, bathroom was fine, only issue if many people had a shower one after the other will run out of water. Food was awful, not flavour at all and no varieties, most of the days the same food for lunch and dinner. Swimming pools were very good, aqua park amazing, clean, organised, life guards around at all the time, but, the downside of it is the timing, only open for 4 hours a day I think is disgusting, if you are all inclusive should be All inclusive at all times. Vitamin bar for fresh juice, desert, ice cream we had to pay for it, again, it's not really all inclusive then (you should advertise that properly). The good and best about all of it is the members of staff starting from the room cleaner, restaurant people, bar, swimming area and entertainment people, they were absolutely amazing at all times and they were the ones making it all fun. If I ever go back would be for them only, and that's all .. Administration/Receptionist- need improvement on how to receive the guests, as they are the 1st people that we in contact as soon as we arrive and the last ones to see when we leave.

Shocking experience my money was stolen from the safe I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very negative experience. On the last day of my stay at the hotel, 500 euros were stolen from the safe in my room, even though it was secured with my own code. It was very disappointing to discover that the safe here does not provide any real security. After the incident, I immediately went to the hotel staff, but their response was extremely disappointing. Instead of starting an investigation or offering any support, my problem was ignored without any solution being offered. It seemed as if the hotel did not take this problem seriously. This is in addition to the lack of cleanliness and disorganization. I would like to warn all future guests: if you decide to book this hotel, be very careful and think twice before bringing any valuables. It is unacceptable that such problems occur in this hotel and that the level of customer service is this poor.

We have just returned from our week holidays, I would like to give my honest opinion. Check-in was smooth but people working on the reception need to say Hi Hello and bye with a smile,we were lucky to get a clean room but it was nothing special and toilet were standard .The room were cleaned every day . The food is tasty but almost same everyday and it was a kind of boring for us but everyone is different. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and kind ,specifically the ladies making omelette in the morning on both ends .The pool are very clean and really good for kids. There is other activities for kids as well like disco etc....It's not a 5 star hotel ,a good 3 star hotel . I would like to give my advice to the owner of the Resort , the price's inside the shops and ATM machine is 3 times more then anywhere in Hurghada, so people are not Stupid . I was charge 200 Egyptian fee for using ATM and outside was only 10 Egyptian. One plug is $3 in the shop and I bought 2 plugs for $2 outside and 35GB Internet for $10 .if you give the same honest cheap price then every tourist will come and buy or use ATM in the hotel and you will see more sale but this is just a common sense . This resort value the money I paid ,but I will not come to this resort again . We all have diarrhea during the stay.we paid $30 to extend 6 hours as the check out was 12 o'clock.

We went family to the holiday and stayed in this hotel . All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming. My children’s loved the kids disco and all the extra activities. Everything was ok we are satisfied from our staying there. Maybe personal need to do at least little bit more efforts. Want to great the boys on the front desk they were extremely nice, polite and understanding. Food was good and plenty. We did love the fish. Convenient is that in the back exit of hotel you can find a lovely side walk with plenty of stores, and hotel is extremely close to the airport 35 min. walk, 5 min by car 🚗.

This hotel is very very very far from 5*! Rooms are clean..ish (bottom of every piece of furniture is dirty, mountain of dust on the top of headboards) furniture falling apart - sliding door wardrobe tried to kill us both couple of times. Apparently we were lucky as our bathroom was actually clean and fully functioning. The staff is very friendly, at least most of them.. however, very rarely you'll be served with drinks or offered refill (drinks free of charge. Freshly squeezed juices are being offered all the time, however, you need to pay for these) The biggest struggles here are hot water in the bathrooms and WiFi. Get a sim card with prepaid Internet prior to the arrival to the hotel as there's no WiFi coverage.. basically, the only place where we were able to connect to WiFi was main lobby.. and you don't want to buy it in the hotel shop as the owner will charge you for half of Hurgada. The food is tasty, however, it's always the same so after a week or so, you'll be dreaming of something else than rice and beef. Don't look too much around when eating in dining room as that is not very clean either. We will definitely not be coming back!

Im giving 2 stars because of the staff members. They are helpful and polite as far as their policies allow them. NO BOTTLED WATER AVAILABLE with all inclusive reservation. Ive stayed at many hotels in many countries, even 3 star hotels give bottled water with all inclusive bookings. Diabolic behaviour of this hotel! Practically everything is an additional charge. You sit for your meal, they try push you to buy drinks, they dont offer any water, let alone any drinks that are available as all inclusive. Rooms are out dated, bathroom sink is not draining water fast enough, toilet flush stopped working. 1 elevator stopped working. Everything in this hotel is going wrong. 2nd edit: shuttle bus is free to the beach every 15 minutes from 8am-5pm. Beach has a bar for drinks. However, the sunbeds are absolutely dire! See images. Would i return to this hotel? Never. Using this hotel as a base to sleep in like a backpackers hostel. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Location: The hotel is in a great location, nearby many other hotels. Rooms: the rooms are a bit old, but it is well equipped, so nothing appears to be outdated, hence it is a large room. I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows. Service: 90% of the people are helpful and smiling, you must know that the resort was 100% in capacity, so every place was full of people, but you don't feel that you have any delays in service or food. Food: food was very good and have some varieties, I understand sometimes you don't find what you love, but I found that food was good. I have a concern for the breakfast, it should include more dishes. Snacks: were average maybe the pizzas were over average. Animation: is a bit repetitive, but they had some competitions in the beach and at the pool. Hence, there was a show everyday, except Friday there were 3 different shows in 3 different places inside the resort. I loved the foam party at the beach ⛱️ 😍 Pool: what I liked about the pool, that it was connected, so you have some passages to go from pool to another without getting out of the water. Disclaimer: it was more of a family hotel, if you're couples I suggest to search for another place, but for a family and kids it was on point. The sea tides were high at daylight, so you need to walk 200 meters or more to get of the shallow water. Lastly, we had a great time and we could think to visit the hotel again.

We spent in this hotel a whole week with my family and we had a super nice time. All of the staff were super professional, kind and did everything really quick for us. The hotel is really big, new and has a good design. The whole place is really big with a lot of pools, bars and restaurants. The own beach of the hotel is also really pretty and has a lot of good possibilities to snorkel in really shallow water because it has corals and a big variety of fishes. The food is tasty and for every meal we get a wide variety of choices. There’s always fishes,beef,chicken,a lot kind of side dishes, fruits, vegetables, breads, cakes…etc. So I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to spend a really nice time in Egypt.

If I could give more stars, I really would. Myself, my partner and our two children have spent the last week here and it has been amazing. A beautiful resort, with great pools and slides for the children, plus a park area and specific children's pool/splash area. A great choice of food also in a beautiful restaurant. I highly, highly recommend booking into the Mongolian grill restaurant where the food is outstanding and the staff are fantastic. We have been treated incredibly kindly by all staff here, the staff truly make this place incredible with all their hard work and kindness! We can't wait to return!

A really pleasant stay at this fine hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile at all times. The hotel is pristine and kept clean round the clock. I was fortunate to have a balcony facing the pool and was able to watch the beautiful Red Sea mountains in the distance as well as super sunsets. I came with my family and everyone enjoyed the facilities including the different pools, the health spa including a gym and the restaurant where there is large selection of food and drink. The airport is close by so you do get the sound of airplanes coming in for their final approach, but thankfully this is only a handful of times a day. Extreme caution to the shops inside the hotel as they charge tourist prices which means x10 what you should be paying. I would recommend the Senzo mall which is within walking distance where there is a large selection of everything you could want including Spinneys, which is a huge supermarket where you can find literally everything you could need at very reasonable prices. All in all a good experience. Note, if you are looking for excursions, it’s best to compare prices with tour operators before committing to the ones within the hotel. If you need a taxi, there is an app similar to Uber called In-Drive which is highly recommended. Avoid taxi touts as they charge extortionate rates

I absolutely love it.. The hotel is huge, as is the water park with its many different pools, slides and other water play .. Hotel restaurant is excellent offering different foods each day, yesterday was a German buffet There are snack bars as well, offering burgers, etc, throughout the day.. You must not drink the water so every day when your room is cleaned they fill your fridge with bottles of water and coca cola or sprite,, All towels are provided, including for the pools .. All staff are very friendly and courteous..

Hotel and service is perfect the problem is the sea very shallow beside the snorkeling area end of the bridge, so you need to walk a lot every day if you wanna swim or do snorkeling the hotel is very generous. We had an amazing time. Music needs to be improved. Same music every day we mentioned to the animation team already. We recommend a hotel after our experience.

We had an amazing 14 days here. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and have positive energy(especially the animation and reception team). The animation team has a whole program each day to entertain you (from stretching/yoga, evening shows, disco etc). There is a wide range of foods and drinks available. The only thing that can be considered less pleasant are sellers of services(as camel riding, diving/snorkelling etc, beauty salon) who approach you too many times, each day, even though you have no interest (but this is something that happens often in every Egyptian hotel directly at the Red Sea).

We are currently halfway through our fabulous holiday to Hurghada! Hotel is lovely, everything I very clean and tidy. Animation team and housekeeping all work very hard! We've been particularly impressed with the entertainment, all three nights of our stay so far have been brilliant, with the fire show being our favourite. Main pool is heated and nice and warm this time of year. Foam party today was also very good fun and the animation team did a fantastic job here (especially the wonderful Paris)! Overall a fantastic holiday with memories made. My only criticism so far would be the food. Although tasty and lots of variety, I believe it may have made me slightly unwell. However this hasn't affected our time here and I would likely return.

Me and my family have been at Jasmine Palace for 1 week. This hotel is really nice. The rooms are good , super clean. The pool is unreal , we sit at the active pool , it is heated. The food is also great , lot of choices. The animation team are the best!! Always have fun activities to join in with.

We stayed for 9 nights. I have stayed in many resorts, but this one is far below the list. Definitely not 5 stars, more like 2 or 3 stars. The fact that it’s big does not mean it’s 5 stars worthy. We payed extra for a room with sea view. It was a nice room and the cleaners are kind. The food at the resort was very bad, but the workers were hard working and kind. Most workers are underpaid, but still manage to bring out a smile and be positive. All the flaws are to blame on the higher decision makers. With so many money gain this resort needs to renovate it’s pools! Make it bigger and more beautiful. They need to make a place for the shows and sitting places for people. The shows were held on the outside of the main restaurant with no places to sit. And the sound system needs improvement. The animation team is really amateur. This resort needs much, much improvement. The rules are way too sharp. They are not flexible in bending some rules for their guests. They don’t care about quality, only bringing in as many guests as possible. When you want to make a reservation for one of their restaurants you need to go to a counter who is only available till 17:00. But at these times people are mostly still on their tour. This one time a tour ended early and we came at 17:04, where she rudely rejected us. These kind of treatments are not suitable for 5 stars.

Beautiful all around. The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You can also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest.

We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.

Hotel is lovely. Rooms are large enough with 2 separate sleeping rooms in the family room. Cleaners do a great job, pool consistently cleaned throughout the staff. Hotel is huge with plenty of pools, has its own beach, large park for the younger kids. Water park has plenty for young and older kids, Inc adults of course! Starbucks in reception is a bonus! ATM machines on site and regularly accept English, euros and dollars in all shops on site. Jamie from the entertainment team is very friendly and great for giving suggestions on what to do so definitely go to see him when you visit .

I recently stayed at the Titanic Beach Spa and Aqua Park in Egypt with my 12-year-old son, and unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. We encountered a significant issue right at check-in. Despite booking for 1 adult and 1 child (12 years old), the hotel insisted that their record showed a booking for 1 adult and 1 child (3 years old). I was confident that I made the correct booking, but since it was late in the evening, I couldn't immediately contact my travel operator. I asked if the hotel could allow us to check in for one night until I could resolve the issue in the morning, but they refused. Instead, they demanded that I pay an additional £895 directly to the hotel for my son as a full adult. This was nearly double the amount I had already paid for the entire 10-night stay (£650 for both of us). I explained that I only had £300 available at the time, and after some back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to charge me £300 and check us in. While this allowed us to stay, the staff was rude and unfriendly throughout the process, making the situation unnecessarily stressful. They also forced me to sign a paper agreeing to pay the remainder or check out the next day. Thankfully, the issue was resolved with the help of my tour operator the following morning, but it took until the last day of our stay to receive a refund, and even then, it was £7.50 less than the full amount, which the hotel attributed to their bank's refund transaction fees—something that should not have been my responsibility. As for the hotel itself, the food was average at best, with limited variety. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much more—I've had better experiences at 4-star hotels in Turkey. The selection of alcoholic drinks and cocktails was also limited. On a positive note, the room was cleaned daily, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, the poor handling of the check-in issue and the lack of customer service overshadowed our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel, as the experience was far more stressful than it should have been.

Food was great with different options and well-cooked. For me this was the highlight. There were many activities, which makes things more interesting. As an improvement, they should publish the schedule a day in advance. Service was outstanding by everyone. The room was a bit old and should get renewed, specially the toilet (no toilet brush or hose, hair drier without hot air). The place is well-maintained.

Amazing hotel for anyone really just not people in wheelchairs , this is not a disabled friendly hotel , wheel ramps very small and not on properly and lifts break down easily , however apart from this amazing things to do from am to pm and entertainment will not disappoint ! Be aware to tip daily it is expected rather than hoped for and you will see a difference in the service you get if you do not tip ! Rooms are basic , but clean and the beds were a nice size and comfortable . Fun fair was great and the aqua park and pools kept the boys busy all day .

Fantastic for family’s or couples. There is plenty of fun to have with theme park/fair rides, water slides & pools for all ages. Staff are always on hand to help and friendly. In particular the legend who was to clean our room has been so friendly,helpful & nothing was ever to much for him. His work ethic is crazy if you had 5 of these people it would be a god send but we are so happy to have met him and for him to be our cleaner works non stop. If you go here for a holiday and have the pleasure of meeting this legend (Mansour) you will see for your self.

We recently stayed here. Yhe rooms could definitely do with updating. There clean but fixings in bathroom grotty. Beds uncomfortable. Plug points moving not secured. Or some didn't work its definitely not a 5 star hotel because of the room & bathrooms. This let's the hotel down. The main entrance is nice sister hotel is much more opulent & attractive. The water park is great lots of different slides which are brilliant. The fairground was ok for older kids you only have chairoplanes or bumper cars. The other ride was off. These rest for small kids. The entertainment seating area very basic. Nothing nice. That I would say is 5 star. Attentive waiters. As gor the food they focus too much on seafood. That is tasteless. The food was dire just tasteless every night. Hardly at much. Bbq food was pink in the middle so didn't touch it. Plenty shops selling tourist trinkets. Hair dresser, which is good on site. Pharmacy. The best thing is the water park. The pool area is good & kept clean. The cleaners all work hard at cleaning rooms. Pool, area. Most of the staff all friendly & eager to help. The reception staff are OK,a bit hostile. Especially if u ask for anything. Driver service is brilliant with some highly skilled drivers. As for location. There is nothing about to walk to. You need a taxi for everything it's 25 minuites to nearest shops. So that was a let down. I enjoyed my time here but wouldn't return as the food is just dire. Myself & my family spent my ten days eating little bits & were starving alot of ths time as the food was just terrible everyday. There are better hotels in egypt which offer much better food. We even ate better tasting food when we visited one of the snorkelling islands. By no way is this five star hotel.

I was in this hotel last October. The service was amazing, praise to the waiters and food in the restaurant! The location of the hotel is good, but the beach is not of the best you will see in the region. The rooms are okay, I would give them 3 to 4 stars, but they are clean and spacious. The cleaning persons are hardworking and they deserve 5 stars for sure!

I cannot fault this hotel. Service: friendly and brilliant by ALL staff! Hotel: Stunning! Location: Perfect! It is kept clean throughout the day. If you spill a drink before you can go get a tissue, it will be cleaned up for you. Private beach, drinks and food accessible, for children and other fussy eaters. It's the perfect holiday destination for young families. If any, the only let down is the amount of sales reps that bothers you through out the day trying to sell massages to holiday extras which is annoying when all you want to do is just rest by the pool. Also used the new spa facility. My female masseuse was amazing! The experience was however short. They should allow you to rest post massage instead of rushing you out the door. So, it's very much of you paid, we massage, now leave lol They also allow guests to try few of the restaurants on site for free (one per night) which was good as it provides an alternative to the buffet meals, even though there is a daily theme. All in all, we had a great experience at this hotel. Thank you.

My stay at Titanic Royal was absolutely amazing, and a big part of it was thanks to Thomas, the bartender. His drinks were fantastic, and his service was exceptional. Thomas was always so kind and cheerful, with a warm smile that made every evening at the bar special. He even taught me how to count to 10 in Arabic and shared insights about their culture, which added a personal and unique touch to my holiday. The food at the hotel was delicious, with plenty of variety to satisfy all tastes. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend Titanic Royal to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Hurghada, and I can’t thank Thomas enough for making my trip so memorable!

All the sun beds are in varying states of disrepair, the beach towels have definitely seen better days & should be replaced, the room bath towels are not much better. everything is much more beautiful in pictures than in reality. I did not enjoy my stay here. When we arrived at the hotel (around 9pm and with a baby) we were impatiently waiting to receive the room key because we wanted to put the baby to bed, but the gentleman at the reception was waiting for money (€50) to upgrade the room, he seeing that we don't want to do this update and he gave us the key in the end. There is no internet, only if you pay for it! or you can buy your Vodafone cards from a shop in the hotel, that's what we did. Employees had bad jokes and hit on women. the terrace is full of crows and you can't eat outside at all because they steal the food, it's very disturbing. The water in the pool is excessively cold because there is more shade on the pool than sun and we couldn't swim in the pool, especially me and the baby.. every morning many sunbeds were already reserved by people even though it is clearly written on the posters that they are not reserved. but "for a small price" as the employees say, they reserve it for you.

Ok..it is DEFINITELY NOT a 4 star. Bathroom was really dirty..loads and loads of customers complaining about lots of issues and getting no resolution. Trip staff ripping you off saying all costs included..until ungo on the trip and then are FORCED to pay extra in order to stay with the group. Not enough time seeing things and too much time taking you to shops to buy souvenirs..no doubt a deal between the two places. Go somewhere else. Dining room was really dirty..go somewhere else xxx

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in a sea view room but it was more like a pool view room. We were supposed to stay there for 9 nights but we actually ended up leaving 2 days earlier. When we went to check out at reception the receptionist went into a discussion/ argument with us about why we were leaving also. The room was old and dirty, cleaner only cleaned the room 2 times in a week period, we had to request toilet roll and fresh towels almost every day. We had mould in the shower, no cold water only lukewarm, toilet didn’t flush properly either. Hair dryer also not working at all. Light switches also damaged and not working properly, air conditioning doesn’t change tempo or temperature, blows dust out as it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed most likely, we and my partner both got really sick from the air conditioning and had to go to the pharmacy to get medicine. There were no toiletries in the shower and the shower wouldn’t drain fast enough either. The cleaner kept coming to our room knocking on the door and just walking in at random days of the day, didn’t speak English. You cannot lock the hotel door from inside so we had to put a chair against the door to stop the cleaner from coming in. Beds by the cleaner were not made properly, we had to remake them ourselves. Bed sheets filthy with stains all over them. Pillows hard and mattress old and disgusting. Floor also wasn’t cleaned at all. Couldn’t get any rest here, they played loud music at random times throughout the day and night. The food was also terrible, we ate the same thing each day and we actually lost a bit of weight there. Plates, glasses, cutlery also dirty and most of the time you have to wait on these things to be cleaned. The staff in the buffet area are quickly taking away your glasses and plates even when you’re not fully finished. You also need to pay for wifi in your room which is 20 euro for 7 days, when we got there they “didn’t have a 7 day pass available” so we could only buy a 3 day pass and the WiFi then only works on 1 persons phone then. WiFi in the lobby also pretty slow. The people from the hotel were really annoying when you were at the beach. Asking if you want tours and then quoting 100 euro for 2 people for snorkelling at one of the islands. We went outside the hotel and to a small street on the right side where we got the same tour for 15 euro per person.. the tours from this hotel are a big scam so don’t book with them, go outside the hotel!!!! Be careful at the beach directly outside the hotel, there’s big rocks there and loads of sea urchins, there’s no signs or anything to say that. I would recommend going to the beach from the Empire hotel which is a 2 min walk. The worker who was serving drinks was normally friendly but he refused to give my partner 2 drinks (one for me, one for my partner) because there was only 2 glasses left and there was a young lady standing behind my partner, the worker kept pointing at the girl, and not wanting to give the drinks to my partner. Eventually he gave them when my partner asked him what exactly was the problem.. On our last night (before we left early) at about 22:15 we were both sleeping as we had to leave early the next day. We were woken up by hard door knocks, someone standing outside our room with a piece of cake shouting “cake, cake”. My partner wasn’t wearing clothes and had to run to the door to hold it closed as they were just trying to open it and come in even when we said no. The people outside of the hotel also are really annoying and try to rip you off so make sure you shop around before committing to anything with these people. Even after this there are so many other small things, I really don’t understand where they got the 4 stars from.

We booked this hotel as an all inclusive package. My mistake not to check the hotel upfront before booking. I will start with the good things. Staff is very helpful, no bad things to say. The swimming pool is very nice and the umbrellas at the beach area as well. That's about it. Here comes the story. When entering the lobby, my mood dropped to zero. If this is a 4 star hotel, then what is Hilton? The reception was a place decorated with very dusty Christmas balls. I wander why nobody is seeing all the dust? We got a very old key handed over. Made me think not so positive about the room. And so it was. We could hardly open our door. Had to push and pull to make our key turn in the lock. The room was on the top floor. All in the middle of debris. No soap in the dispensers. We arrived at 5am in the morning and cleaning service was banging the door at 9am. Weird service not to be aware of us arriving this early. No hanger was available to give notice to the cleaning staff. Wifi is a laugh. Only available within 5m range of the reception. You can by Wifi everywhere (insane for a 4 star hotel) for 20$ for 6 days. But they don't tell you there is no wifi available. They make you spend the money first. So, no wifi available at all. Buy a SIM at the airport or an eSIM. You are better off. The hotel has all small independent services trying to sell their stuff. It's pretty annoying having these people coming and ask for things to buy multiple times every single day. It's an all-in! I don't want to be bothered. It's a no go for me as a recommendation.

Stayed here back in April booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms for 3 adults one child. On arrival staff was very rude and unprofessional stated they had no confirmation of our booking shouted at our 10 year old child eventually stating they only had 3 standard double rooms available worth half the price what we had booked. demanding we take these rooms with no compensation. Despite the hotel claiming to be 4 stars it had no entertainment and we found the excersion staff to be really over pushy and using bully like tacktics to get sails. Very missleading on what they advertise. Very poor food quality for an all inclusive establishment. On our last day the very frustraitingly angry and unprofessional manager again shouted at out 10 year old and threatened to get the police to him for a simple error of losing his room key atrempting to stop our airport transfer from leaving the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IS AVOIDED

The hotel is to small there is not enough sunbeds for everyone at the beach.. The worst experience.. At the beach there are a lot of man that are boring.. They want to sell you something that you don’t want.. And they come like every 10 times during the day.. You don’t have peace.. Beach is closing at 6 pm local time even tho there is still sun… I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL.. The people that work are not kind they are so mean you can see in their faces.. The worst experience.. 😑 There was no hot water in our room..You have to get up at 6am to find a sunbed otherwise you will have to stay in the bar. The food is not good, every day is the same food.. If you want something you must give them 1€ or 1$ to get the job done.. In the streets every one is offering you something to buy.. Every man on the street is looking 👀 at every women that go on the street..I just not feel safe..

Bad bits - Rooms are disgusting, in need of a refresh, terrible view of a wall, sticky floors, broken tiles, bad air conditioning. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Reception service is very poor, unfriendly and dismissive, wouldn't allow late check out, cut your wrist bands off at check out, didn't help when we told them about the air con not working. Our check out time was 12 but our flight was 10pm, they said we couldn't have a late checkout and took our bands off at 12. They said we could no longer use any facilities and couldn't leave the lobby. Pool is tiny and very crowded. No sunbeds free after 8am. Food is horrible and poorly labelled. Restaurant also very small and barely any seats. Day entertainment very sporadic and poorly planned. Evening entertainment not fantastic. Good bits - Bar service is good, friendly and they remember you which is nice. Cleaning service is also good, you can tell they care. Entertainment staff are lovely, but not great at shows... Beach is really nice, water is clear and clean, and the sand is lovely. Location is good if you want to be in the busy shopping area, close to the marina. Kids pool and club looked very good, and we would have used them a lot if we brought the kids.

The location is great and directly connected to the beach and they offer drinks at several spots. The staff is friendly and trying their best. They have 3 pools, which is great. The food is really simple and good at the first days, but it’s not changing at all. It’s not a big variety so you pretty much have to eat the same things everyday, which is exhausting after a couple days. The Red Sky restaurant was a disappointment! The rooms are not modern anymore and the bathrooms are old, but the rooms were still clean. Housekeeping is doing a great job. Our cleaner over the week was Mr. Mahmoud Khaled and he was super helpful and asked us everyday if there is something he could do for us. He is also really friendly and did good work!

Amwaj Beach Club is a great resort with lots of friendly personnel. Some will ask you for a tip, but most of them won’t. This is a typical Egyptian habit 😉 It can be hard to relax here due to the very loud music from the animation team each morning at 10:00 AM and afternoons and evenings. But if you can find the right spot at the pools and bring some ear plugs you can still have a good time 🎧 If you like snorkeling like us you will have a great time at the pier. In november it’s always very windy, but sometimes you’ll have a calm day and you can see the most beautiful fishes just beside the pier 🐠 The resort is very clean and well maintained. Our room was always cleaned by a lovely man who’d even clean the mirrors etc. The everyday food was not exactly my taste, but my wife loved it 😅👍🏻 You can make a free reservation a day before for both the Lebanese and the Italian restaurant once, after that you will have to pay. One thing I want to point out is the White Bar in the middle of the resort. The people here are very friendly and they make the best Caramel Frappuccino I have ever had in my life. And always with a smile. Please pay this lovely man a visit and buy one of his excellent Frappuccino’s (see picture)! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing yet fun filled holiday in Egypt. This hotel has many pools that are large and accessible. There is lots of different choice of food and drink. The bars are spread out for any location of the hotel. The animation team made the trip so much fun. They provide kids club so that children are entertained. They also provide daily activities for any and all guests to involve themselves in. In the evening they have a mini disco for the kids and a show/ entertainment for all to enjoy. We will definitely come again!

Returned home on the 20/11/24 from 10 nights stay. This was our 2nd visit within 6months and oh boy it did not disappoint, staff were as friendly as we remembered. Great food with plenty of choices and it was so nice to have more fresh fruit and salad available this time, the hotel was busier but made no difference to serve or waiting times, infact the staff kept the hotel running very smoothly. Hotel is kept immaculate, the ground staff do such an amazing job. Can't wait to return again next year.

Just returned from here (19/11/24) not a 5 star hotel the room was lovely cleaned each day with fresh towels FOOD what can I say did not cater for anyone unless you were russian all I had was fried egg and bread for breakfast and chips and bread for lunch and dinner we went to the Chinese the food was cold the Italian was hot & enjoyable views of the gardens were lovely the pools caters for all lovely and clean, the beaches was fine lots of entertainment for all but you had to be early to get a bed the shops around the two hotels were ok but shop keepers were pushy. Come to checking out time at reception they tried to charge us for two key cards we were only giving one reception staff need more training on how to be polite. In all not what we expected ( poor really)

We chose this holiday through EasyJet Holidays, drawn by the promise of an all-inclusive package. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the sheer size of the complex and the number of guests it accommodates. Unfortunately, the food experience at the buffet restaurant was deeply disappointing. Despite the variety offered, much of the food was unappetizing and of poor quality throughout our seven-night stay. To make matters worse, both my wife and I contracted a stomach bug during our visit, which took 4 days for her to recover and 5-7 days for me. We were not alone in this; several other guests we spoke to also experienced similar symptoms, with some reporting cases of diarrhoea. This was particularly concerning and put a significant damper on the holiday. If you plan to stay here, be cautious about the buffet and consider packing medication such as Imodium, just in case. While the resort has its strengths, the dining experience and health concerns overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable holiday.

Also I understood the reception was busy all the time, most of them were really helpful but ONE wasn't. I was very offended and had a complained, but she wasn't change. No bother. Room was clean itself but bed was a bit smaller than normal. Resort was big enough so many place to play. Food is under expectation. 😱

Rooms were basic. 90% of the staff rude. Food below average but the restaurants upstairs are nice but these have to be booked the in the morning. Alcohol was awful but I was told that about their own make so I grabbed a couple of bottles from duty free. Constantly getting pestered by salesman for massage, hair braiding, tattoos, etc. Very small shop inside with basic stuff with no prices so the charge what they want. Shops across the street. Not many with fake designer, pharmacy, souvenirs. Apart from that your away from everything. Need to get a taxi even to go get a restaurant as there's none close. I would not recommend this hotel and I'm honestly not that fussy. If you've not already booked please look at another hotel. I loved hurghada and will be booking for next year but not this hotel. Entertainment was okay for kids

Vacation in Pharoah azur was really exciting, the hotel is beautiful, staff are so welcoming and supportive starting from the Bell captain to the management. All of them are so friendly and nice to guests. Food is good, with different menu options every day that satisfy all tastes. Rooms are good, clean, and well maintained. The beach is rocky, but there is a pier to deeper water equipped with sofas for customers. The whole experience was lovely, my family and me will definitely come back.

Food was good and very big positive is that all 6 restaurants are available for all inclusive, so always is something to choose, would be very nice if it would be some fries during lunch and dinnertime but that was available only at marina from 3 to 5, also breakfast could be longer till 11 or something now it is till 10 what sometimes was to early. Professional staff. We were given sea view room upgrade for free. Food is nice,lots of variety. Nice desserts especially Arabic ones which are phenomenal...Rooms are cleaned daily,gardens are meticulously maintained,it looks like an oasis. The pool is great,my 3 yo son loved the water slides. He also ate well which was a relief... Pebbles restaurant manager Mohammad was very friendly and attentive. Some smaller things I didn't like : you have to get up early if you want to get nice spot at the beach,or any spot...(after 8 am all the best sunbeds are already taken). Hotel pharmacy is ridiculously expensive (I had no idea that you must negotiate the prices of medicine,otherwise you get overcharged by a lot ,I thought that was only for clothes etc.) The photo I uploaded was the view from our room... All in all it's a very nice hotel worthy of 5 stars.

The hotel food in the Main restaurant is the same Every day the quality of food in the other restaurants changes is day today. You need to be careful if all inclusive as so many things cost extra but you won’t be told until after you have ordered. If you are in the premium rooms over the road from the main hotel, there is no Wi-Fi and there are very limited dongles. I had one but it took 24 hours to get then ran out and still haven’t had a replacement the next day all the hotel say is I will try come back later. Wine is extra except for with a meal. Soon adds up if you don’t drink spirits or beer. It’s not quite all inclusive as I expected. I came on the recommendation of travel agent but it’s not as expected. Mosquitos are everywhere and they are vicious Deet didn’t work. On a he private hotel beach you will be constantly be hassled go on boat trips, massage, hair cuts and manicure, diving. The hair dresser was particularly rude when I refused a beard shape for £25.

Not 5* hotel at all !!! Room number 4209. The service in the main restaurant, in the pool area, and on the beach Doesn’t exist ! It's not bad value for money if we won't be ripped off by booking.com and the hotel. We have booked an all-inclusive basis, but at the time of check-in, we had been told that we have all-inclusive soft drinks only and to have alcoholic drinks we have to pay $30 per per person per day which is absolutely ridiculous. I checked the prices on the hotel website and with other travel agents to find out that we paid the same price or even more like the rest of the guests . But by paying huge amounts as the extra cost for alcoholic drinks will push the price up so much and make it more expensive than to stay in Jaz or Continental next door !!! But this hotel is not even near to compare with them ! So we were badly cheated by Swiss in and booking.com, so we would never recommend this hotel to others. My wife was ripped off in Beauty Salon. I do understand that the prices in the hotel will always be higher than outside, but trying to charge more than in London and using unskilled staff simply out of order!!! Now my wife has to put it right on our return as her hair was badly damaged by a hairdresser in Beauty Salon. We made a complaint to the hotel representative/ customer relations, but didn't have any response from the hotel, which we found very rude and disrespectful !

We had a lovely holiday here and the range of services was fantastic. We ate at the Italian restaurant for my mums birthday and the servers even came and sang happy birthday. The only issue here was that we had a 5 course dinner in 45 minutes. Some of us were still eating one course when the next course was being brought out. It was all a bit rushed. Our room cleaner Ahmed was amazing. Our rooms were left spotless every day. He even hung the decorations we had for the birthday and he did a wonderful job with them.

We really enjoyed our stay, the entertainment staff are really helpful good fun. The food was freshly cooked as you stood waiting for it. We were impressed with the constant supply of fresh bottled water in our room and constant supply of smaller bottles in big fridges on the beach front. Really good hotel with good ‘themed’ dinner nights. Lots of excursions on offer at the hotel such as trips to Luxor, quad safari and submarine boats. The daily entertainment from the animation team were brilliant, and also the kids club and entertainment throughout the evening. The staff were really nice and also speak multiple languages which is very handy. Would recommend for individuals, couples and families.

Was amazing, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. We are a couple and had just as much fun as the families there. Next year we are planning on returning with more of the family, including a child as very family friendly. All ages catered for so really is for anyone. I loved the character statues, but I am a big kid at heart…..I want to thank the staff team for making our first visit to Egypt so perfect we have fallen in love with the country and resort!! Hotel was amazing! So much to do, so much going on. Food was good and varied as there were so many restaurants to choose from! Something for everyone! Staff were so friendly and polite from housekeeping to lifeguards. I felt comfortable leaving my 3 year old to splash about knowing the lifeguards were there. WiFi is a bit patchy in the rooms but worked in other areas of the resort (enough for my 3 year old to watch her tablet) I cannot recommend this resort enough. We will definitely be back!

We travels to Jungle Aqua Park in November as a family with one 3-old child. In a nutshell, we could fully relax and had a careless vacation. But, you are in a bubble. When you want to have a hotel vacation only, that's perfect. For day trips, options are limited unless you know a local you can trust. The hotel area is gigantic, with lots of water playground areas for children in different ages and challenging water slides for adults. We never been to such a large aqua park, our son was overwhelmed and happy at once. The personal and service was outstanding, it seems like people there were very grateful for the job they have and you could feel it - always s helpful and polite. As for food, I think there were about 6 different restaurants that offered everything from early breakfast to dinner. Mostly german or English oriented food but a fair share of local food as well, we quite enjoyed the latter. Everyone was happy here and found what he likes. Sales men offer daily trips for diving, quad tours etc. - roughly 40€ p.p. but you can negotiate. We can definitely recommend dolphin tours there.

We all had a great stay at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic. Staff very friendly and helpful can't do enough for you. Rooms could do with a little TLC but everything you to enjoy your stay is there. So many swimming pools and some adults only so if you a quiet time you can have that too. A sort trip on a golf buggy through the sister hotel and you at the beach, with your own beach bar serving food and drinks. The entertainment in the hotel is also very good from children's show to the later adults show which is around 21.00. All in all a great place for children and couples

The hotel is really good. The location is awesome. The beach is mind-blowing. The pool is very large and clean with various depths but it was cold. The hotel has various rooms with stunning views our room was good it needed a few adjustments. The main restaurant is very good with a variety of food with good quality and refill. Drinks are good and there is a coffee machine. The Asian a la carte restaurant is poor, I don't recommend it. Snacks are good but lacks variety and availability. Most of the staff are so nice and welcoming except for a few incidents. Overall experience is very good and if they fixed the few disadvantages I would strongly recommend it and go there every vacation.

The resort itself is excellent, has a very fresh and a refreshing feeling as you enter and is very welcoming. The swimming pools are of a good standard and enjoyable for all age groups. There are bars outside of the main restaurant which serve drinks and hot food, although I would mention that the food is an everyday repeat with nothing new. Small bars beside pools server usual drinks, chips, burgers and hot dogs, nothing else. The food in these small huts are the same food daily, no variety whatsoever. I would also like to stress that the main restaurant is not big compared to other resorts I've stayed at and it is always very hard to find a table and sometimes your have to wait ages for new plates to be put out again, leaving you hanging around for a while which is very unpleasant. The food itself in the main restaurant is of good quality though. The room I stayed in was a mega family room with two adjoining rooms and both had balcony overlooking the pool and beach which was excellent. Only thing I would like to add about the room is that the inside door handle broke and kept falling off and took ages to be fixed and was only fixed on our last full stay. The evening shows were not really good, very basic and short, nothing exciting compared to other resorts I've stayed at in different countries. The resort could make more of an effort in introducing good evening shows such as adding choreographed dancing, magic shows, stunt shows and various other shows that other resorts do. The resort itself is good but does have several points to improve on.

The check-in process was very smooth, and my room was spacious and well-furnished, making for a comfortable stay. The buffet offered a great variety of dishes, and the food was consistently delicious. However, I believe the Aqua Park could use some improvements to enhance the guest experience. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel for its excellent dining and overall comfort.

My family and I had an amazing stay here, the service from each team was flawless. The animation team went above and beyond to welcome us and keep us entertained. The staff in the restaurants and bars were so helpful, friendly and fast with their service… the food was also incredible. We are sad to leave!! The concierge were also very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much! Finally, the lifeguards were very attentive and worked hard in the hot sun. We loved the location and having a private beach, plus the water park made it even better. Thank you to the cleaning staff too who also worked very hard. We will return again soon!

We just wrapped up our third stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy become our go-to for family vacations. The pools and water slides are fantastic, and it’s clear they were designed with family fun in mind. There’s also a variety of activities each day that appeal to all ages, so no one ever feels left out. The animation team deserves a special mention. They’re fantastic. The food options are excellent as well, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone.

This place has a great beach, but everything else is terrible. The beach is very good with clear water. The food is tasteless, with barely one or two items actually edible at each meal. The restaurant has no ventilation, so it always has a bad smell. The AC is very weak in the rooms and even in the main lobby, so it's very hot. The lobby has literally six sofas, which is not enough seating for a fraction of the hotel's capacity of over 400-500 people. The staff are always grumpy. The beach area is completely closed and inaccessible from 6 PM to 8 AM the next day, not even available for walking. All of the beach guards whistle very loudly and annoyingly at exactly 6 PM to get everyone out of the water, even though the sunset is at 8 PM and it’s still very early. Overall, the experience is bad except for the great beach. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed at Lemon and Soul Resort, and it was a complete disaster, primarily because of the rude and unprofessional reception staff. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists had terrible attitudes and made it clear they had no interest in helping with any issues. Every time we approached them with a problem, they were dismissive and completely unwilling to engage. It felt like we were bothering them just by asking for basic assistance! They made our stay so much worse with their indifference and lack of care. Avoid this place if you expect any decent service at all! Furthermore, most of them don’t even speak basic English. So much attitude it’s rarely seen… However, Staff at the restaurants and around the pool were super nice and approachable and made our stay bearable. Food was repetitive, sloppy, no taste…deserts horrible, like sponge…not even sweet 🤣and after few days it started to be ridiculously funny, like, we couldn’t even believe what they are serving to people: so we had just a plain salad and bread…and the flies, my God - everywhere! When I saw one in cottage cheese, that was the end. 🤣 My bad for choosing resort, but here is a review so you can choose better.

As for the rooms, I don't quite understand what people expect for the price they pay. Hassan, the room steward, was amazing, and so was Muhamed from the pool. Ahmed from the pool bar was also great. However, I think the staff at the front desk could benefit from better training.

The hotel owner and Exim Tour / Dertouristik say it is a 5 star hotel. In reality only on the pictures. It is no more than two star hostel. The room is full of dust, blood marks on walls, mosquitos squashed everywhere, security trezor does not work. I reported that 4 times to the reception and once via my delegate. In all cases we were sent back to the room to wait for someone to come and fix it in 5-10 minutes. We waited, but nobody came. When reporting the same issue again, the receptionist pretended to speak with someone by dialling a number with the phone down. I had enough of that theatre. I do not blame the staff, as they were trained this way, although they should tell us the truth. The mattresses are way after their life, making sleeping uncomfortable. Do not worry about the loud music coming from downstairs every night, because the old aircon full of dust is much louder. Reading previous reviews I was worried of food poisoning and diarrhea, but it was not so bad. Only breakfast selection was poor, as there were no oats nor cereals. I found once sour milk and smelly chicken meat (which could have been caused by the way the chickens were kept. I can not tell if it was old. We rather did not eat it) Apart from that we were ok. I believe the restaurant for foreigners was at extra charge in the past, but that is just my assumption from reading previous reviews. In general, I can not recommend the place due to the bad state of the rooms and long queues in the aquapark. What is the point of paying extra for a place with aquaparks, where you spend most time waiting? The majority of the guests are locals and russians. Most of the showers in the pool area are not working, so people wash off their feets with sand in the pools. The pool bar along with the toilets are disgusting. I saw the cleaner sweeping the floor and then with the same floor-broom he swept food away from tables and laughed at me. He didn’t care about people watching him, so I even videoed him doing it. The internet in lobby area is terribly slow. No good for uploading short videos or even making a video call. The gym is the same as the rooms, covered with dust and most things are broken. Nobody cares about health and safety as the smoke detectors everywhere including the restaurant are not working! The elevators are dangerous. I liked all members of the staff apart from the liars at the reception. I still wonder how can they get away with selling this in Europe as a ***** Hotel?

If you are looking for a cheap vacation, this is it. Everything was clean. The rooms are older but still clean and nice. The food was repeated every day and there were just a few options to choose from. The employees didn't know English, you'd better communicate in German or Russian. The hotel is in the middle of the center, so you have everything close by. We also used the restaurant that the hotel has and it was fine, nothing special. The biggest disappointment was the entertainment. Their evening performance was terrible, every single one. Not to mention miss hotel, which downright humiliates women. They talked just with Russian-speaking guests. We are giving less stars for rating just because the entire entertaining team and their approach. Otherwise, the hotel was valuable for the price.

The location is amazing, situated on Sheraton road, walking distance from Marina, Cherry street, El Mina Mosk, all the shopping area is there. Don't hesitate to loose yourself on the streets behind Sheraton road. You will find a lot of shops, local restaurants with a big vatiety of local food: fish, lamb, camel, cow, froot bars, locaal icecream, and amazing sweets. As per hotel, is very cozy, not crowded with a small private beach. There is the posibility to book your trips directly in the hotel. I come the 5th time in this hotel. The variety of food is not very big but is very tasty and can meet all the tipes of tourists: Vegan, non vegan, on diet. I recomend this hotel. The best period would be October if someone asks:).

The variety of food is very good. Drinks (alcoholic / non alkoholic are of a good quality). The staff - very good. If you want to - you can joke and discuss with them. If not - you will be not pushed.

The overall experience is really bad. Starting from the reception, we had to wait for more than 2 hours after 12 pm. to prepare our room. The room was comfortable, but there was no privacy as one of the housekeeping staff tried to enter using master key while we were in the room. He then apologized and mentioned that he didn't know we were there! The resort is disorganized with significant distances between everything. The restaurant is far from the rooms, requiring a 10-15 minute walk to reach the main pool and restaurant. The food and drinks are the worst aspects of this hotel. Everything in the restaurant is lower quality than the minimum standard. The pool is not clean, but the sea and the beach were good. The night activities are quite silly with bad music, dance, and poor animation. In general, I do not recommend this resort to anyone. Please choose something else that is worth your money.

I had an awful stay at this hotel. To start, there was no hot water in the room, which is unacceptable. I reported the issue three times to the front desk, but no one ever showed up to fix it. Taking a cold shower after a long day is not what I expected when booking this place. To make matters worse, the door to my room was broken and open. I reported this as well, and they assured me it would be fixed. However, no one bothered to address it during my stay. Had to use the back door and jump over the banister to enter the room. Completely unacceptable. The complete lack of responsiveness and basic amenities ruined what would have been an fine stay otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone considering coming. Been to Egypt many times and you can get far better quality hotels at the same price. Food was hit and miss but generally find something to eat.

This hotel has become a real discovery for me, and I will be happy to tell you about my impressions! We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and at the reception we were greeted with smiles, offered drinks and quickly processed documents. The room we were provided with was spacious, clean and with a wonderful view of the sea. The room had everything you need: air conditioning, TV, mini-bar and hairdryer. Cleaning was carried out daily and without complaints. The territory of the hotel The territory of Mirage Bay impresses with its well-groomed appearance. Green spaces, well-groomed flower beds and cozy corners for relaxation create an indescribable atmosphere. There are several pools, including a separate children's pool, where you can have a great time on hot days. The hotel's beach also deserves praise: clean sand, comfortable sun loungers and soft umbrellas make your stay comfortable. Food The hotel's kitchen also left a positive impression. Every day we enjoyed a variety of dishes in the main restaurant. We were especially pleased with the theme evenings, where you could taste the cuisines of different countries. Fresh seafood, a variety of salads, delicious desserts — all this made me come back for more. Dinner on the terrace overlooking the sunset was a highlight of our stay. Service The service at the hotel is at the highest level. The staff was always ready to help, friendly and courteous. In our free time, we turned to animators who offered various types of leisure activities: from aqua aerobics to evening show programs. I especially remember the amazing evening programs with dancing and music. Entertainments As for entertainment, there is also something to do here. We tried water sports at the local center, and also participated in excursions around Hurghada. We visited the underwater world of the Red Sea — it was an unforgettable adventure! Conclusion Overall, the Mirage Bay Hotel left only positive impressions. It is cozy, comfortable and homely. I can safely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We will definitely come back here again!

Actually we a bit struggled to find this place, unfortunately we arrived after 3am and the main gate and street was a bit dark....on the main gate looks like people had nice party over night 😅 anyway finally arrived on reception and the guy was nice and polite, also his english wasn't too bad (compared to main gate security..). Straight away we picked room key and towel cards. Apartment clean and prepared to our arrival, soap&shampo in bath, water, coffe, sugar in rooms - nice. Whole resort sufficiently clean, swimming pools clean enough to be honest. Restaurant daily had actually same food, a lot but the same and to me - not enough european food but tolerable. I will not moan about long distance walking to restarursnt as that wasn't too bad instead of pushy salespeople on way to dinner - in my opinion terrible. Best part of the hotel for sure is the bar where were served drinks.... the main bartender served amazing drinks, not just vodka+coke. Beach and water nice and warm also clean. I would probably recommend, cheap enough, good value for money 👌🏻

Me & my sister stay at the Hawaii riviera aqua park resort for 2nights we live here in hurgarda & fancy a little weekend break on arrival all staff where friendly helpful we got an early check in which was fantastic reception staff went above & beyond for us he did say he would give us a good room with a pool & sea view & from open the room door the view was amazing food very good plenty of choices very very clean though out the hotel pools are amazing & they is plenty to choice from 😉all staff we met was fabulous we then decided to book for another 2 nights but unfortunately we had a family emergency & had to check out on the Sunday night night reception very help & also the night manager was so helpful on us checking out earlier we was very disappointed that we had to leave but we will definitely be booking to stay here again hopefully we can have are old room which was 2512😉thank you to all the staff here who work so hard look foward to staying again very very soon😉 Tracy & Nicola 😊😊

I spent a week at this hotel and it was a week of super fun. Friendly staff, clean beaches, large territory, delicious food and everything you need for a holiday. The animators here are the best. Lots of interesting activities: volleyball, dancing, yoga. In the evening we went with the animators to the club and it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much for the pleasant time spent here.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location and the aqua park were great, the overall experience was ruined by the dining situation. The location is ideal, and the aqua park was a definite highlight – well-maintained, fun, and perfect for families or anyone looking to enjoy water activities. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. It was bland, uninspired, and left me feeling unwell, which is unacceptable. The restaurant was overcrowded, with long lines and not enough seating indoors, making mealtimes a frustrating and unpleasant ordeal. While the setting and amenities had potential, the poor dining experience overshadowed everything. I cannot recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Good overall impression considering the price. The rooms are spacious, decent and well equipped. They are cleaned every day, towels are changed. Terrace with a beautiful view of the lagoon or the open sea. The beach is excellent, those who like swimming have a lagoon, those who like shallow waters have a beach on the open sea. The food could be better. Not enough tables and a constant crowd, but friendly waiters, which cannot be said for the staff at the reception and the towel center (very unfriendly and unprofessional). Special praise for the animation team. They were great!

This might be the best located hotel in Hurghada, it has it's own coral reef which is so rich in different species, vivid and colorful, it is even better than the reefs we visited in the wild. There is a lagoon, then shallow part to the north which ends with nice small reef and there is a serious reef to the north-east like from a nature documentary! People from other hotels are paying to dive at this reef! Rooms are clean, service was good, food very tasty, the only problem is it can sometimes get crowded in the restaurants

The place is nice, green, the staff is pleasant and helpful, the food tasty and a lot of variety. Nice swimming area, lot to see while snorkeling. Would stay again.

Perfect if you want a quiet location for your stay near Hurgarda (45 mins away) . Hotel and rooms were basic and a bit tired but had everything you needed if not too fussy. Food - very much depends on your taste. If you're expecting a full english, pizza and chips, you'll be dissappointed as catered mostly for German and Russasin guests. However, if you're happy to try something different, there was some great fresh cooked options. Staff - were just brilliant, as a smaller hotel, you got to know the staff who couldn't be more helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and accomodating. Despite some initial reservations, the charm of Paradise really grew on me throughout the week and was very sad to leave.

Sold as all-inclusive but this only applies to some food and some drinks and one bar, however bar prices are low such as eur3 for cocktail and eur1.5 for coffee. Booked sea view room was not available at late evening arrival so was given dirty unprepared room at back of complex, it took until 2pm the next day to be moved to a better room but still not as on booking. Hotel staff very good and helpful, seems the problems are with the Eqypt travel agency.

the hotel has only a nice beach , and the people who work on the beach they are very good and friendly . FOOD very poor and the Restaurant need more cleaning and It need more sterilization . Animation very poor and not polite, They push people to write good comments to review the hotel , the room is average and cleaning every day, The maintenance in the hotel is very poor . You can hear the noise of the restaurant door closing and the noise of the restaurant's central air conditioning fan without repairing in tow weeks . This is the worst vacation of my life.

Rooms are basic but clean. They are chalets , and if required, they will change sheets and towels daily. There is plenty of food to choose from. If you are looking for pizza and chips, this isn't for you. All staff are friendly and helpful. Beech is wonderful . Very peaceful, relaxing place to stay.

This is a detailed review from the point of view of European tourists. Coral Beach Hotel is a cozy, quiet place where you don't feel crowded. The hotel's biggest advantages are the coral reef, a very nice and well-kept beach, room service, and very nice service. Well !!! Having visited the coral each hotel 30 years ago when it had both a coral reef and a hotel, I was somewhat disappointed to bring my girlfriend for a day pass that effectively for $50 allowed you to wear a red plastic bracelet. The receptionist remembered to charge us the said fee but failed to give us our (possibly only entitlement) towel coupons. After a 15-minute trek to what is a beautiful turquoise bay, I was left to trek the way back as the cretinous receptionist had failed I. His only other job. There are some fish there, but there are s many anchors and snapped grey dead coral. The resort is nothing short of an unfolding horror movie! Most of the staff are nice and inept. The owners should be lined up and shot.

I chose this place based on the good recent reviews although if you don’t like to walk a lot this place is not for you (elderly people and babies) it’s huge place and everything is far. If your room is near to the restaurant you would need 10-15 min walk to the beach. There are cars from reception but still it takes a lot of time to go there and they are not available all the time. There are no phones working in the rooms in this spacious place you can’t call the reception to help you in anything. AC in reception, bar and restaurant is old you will feel hot all the time. During our time of stay there was water problem( no water for 2-3 hours although they are fixing that). The food is ok and there is a variety in launch and dinner nevertheless the breakfast is boring. Also my father was sick after eating fish so I don’t recommend it. Rooms are old. The greatest thing in this place is the beach the beach is huge and not crowded. There are two sides side for swimming and snorkeling where you can see beautiful corals and colorful fish and other side for relaxing. Also the staff is so helpful, cooperative and respectful. Room services is great. All inclusive drinks on pool and beach till 5 pm and in bar 24 hrs. The animation team is great all the day. At night there are nice shows that keeps everyone entertained. I only enjoyed the beach and the respectful staff otherwise I really was tired of walking and didn’t enjoy the food. I would never come back till these problems are solved.

I've just returned from a week at this hotel, firstly the beach is outstanding, no shortage of sun beds here and around the pools, with windbreaks on the beach as well, which to be honest, are needed, can be windy there. Both areas are extremely clean and tidy. The actual hotel rooms are in need of some TLC, rooms although clean are very dated. The bar staff and waiters are so friendly and attentive to everyone. My main problem is the staff on the reception, totally useless and most unhelpful, I hadn't had any notifications regarding my pick up time, and all my correspondence said if I hadn't had an email to ask at reception, which I did 48hrs prior to my departure and again 24hrs later, I explained to the member of staff and was told 'no I can't do anything and he walked away, the next day I tried again, a different member of staff, this time, and I was told very abruptly to look at notice board, absolutely nothing in English, so 9am on Tuesday 12th Nov, the day of my departure, I still didn't have a clue as to my pick up time, so again I went to reception, this time I was greeted with a smile by Mahmoul, I explained again my problem, he asked me for my transfer voucher which I passed to him, he rang 'Master Travel Service' and my pick up was 17-15, sorted as quickly as that, why on earth did non of the other staff on reception do that??? I must say it really spoilt the last couple of days of what was a brilliant holiday, I am a solo traveler so the pick up farce was the only thing on my mind, making it very difficult for me to relax as I lay on the beach or around the pool for the last couple of days of what had been a super holiday. Mahmoul, needs to train the rest of your staff on reception in customer care skills, he's a credit to the hotel.

The worst hotel i have ever booked, poor hospitality, rooms are not well facilitated, bars staff and reception aren't helpful at all, i have to talk to supervisor to get the required service, location was good , and beach was good , however its far away from the facilities areas and visit places , i saw too many issues with other guests but i thought it's individual cases but when i tried myself i found it general issues. the restaurant staff were good and helpful and the beach staff too , when it come to the help desk and reception it will be a mess

Bungalows and Estate well shaped, big selection of various food, beach is clean and service is available, we stayed here for some days to rest and we had a great time. Only the fact that people want to sell excisions and massage at the beach was annoying. The staff is very motivated and friendly and tries its best to satisfy your needs.

I love this place, the garden is to die for. At the bar and in the restaurant you are always given preferential treatment and the room boys are always very friendly and attentive Today the lifeguards had a training on the beach, we were very shocked how badly they are trained. Drowning is therefore the better option. Neither would they be shown what it's like to bring a person from the sea to the beach, the heart massage will definitely cause rib fractures. Whether the patient may have swallowed the tongue is not checked at all. The boys put on their swimming goggles first, before everything was really water, it took 7 minutes. The fitness of the boys also leaves a lot to be desired. Their equipment on the beach is very inadequate to react accordingly. A professional should actually train here and not someone who watches it on TV from time to time. Better education and education and equipment would make the guys better.

—Detailed review Very bad food, not varied, I had a stomach infection and a fever, and now I am taking medication and have not recovered yet. and they don’t care about cleanliness, especially cleaning the rooms. They didn’t change the bed sheets before our arrival, until the time of our departure, there are insects in the hotel and upon our arrival, we found different rooms other than the ones we had booked in advance. Otherwise, the beach and the hotel’s location are very good, but it’s not recommended to go there.

I have been coming to Regina for a few years now. Its location is excellent. Service is excellent and all staff and management very friendly. Animation are very good also. What I can say is that the guest are quite rude and unpleasant. But overall I am extremely happy with the hotel the staff and my rooms and will continue to go back as I like it

In the resort you have everything you need: pool, private beach, restaurants, bars, massage or nails salon, shop and the possibility of buying boat tour or desert safari. In proximity there are other restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and and small bazars. The staff is very friendly and helpful, all of them are speaking English (other languages: French, German, Polish, Italian). The rooms are not what I was expecting, but are very clean. Our room had an amazing view to the pool and see and the sun was hitting the balcony only a few hours in the morning - in Egypt this is a good thing :)) The food is halal how I was expected, but everyone can find something good to eat.

First we got an apartment looking on the wall and ventilation that made dust all over the terace. We asked to change rooms and they did. We got in exchange the best room in all hotel, even though it was just the two of us, we got a room for four overlooking the pool. In both of our rooms, the aparmant was cleaned everyday and they put new towels too. Beda really comfortable! All the staff were extremely nice. The beach is small but clean. There are some reefs on the beach which were amazing to see. I am leaving some pictures of the fish and rays that we saw here. Everything we asked for, we got. The food is almost the same everyday but it was really tasty and there was enough to choose from. The hotel is in the city center and is very safe. There are a lot of shops. Absolutely recommend and would come back! PS I would recommend going diving, I felt very safe and there is a lot to be seen. Luxor is just not worth that trip.

Currently staying here. Booked a Seaview room can see about an inch of the sea. Have to pay extra for wifi never had this in any other hotel. Service is abysmal. Not one staff member has even said hello apart from my cleaner in room. Tempted to check out and find somewhere else shameful worst holiday ever had. Vent there with family , staff not so friendly, we was 5 people give us 4 towels, we not ask more just shared. At the check out they say we give you 5 towels and you give back only 4 need to fight with them that we always had 4, invite even pool manager to confirm that we always had only 4 towels, and he say with straight face I cant remember them. But we stay 10 days talk to that person every single day, lough and he even know our names but by magic his memory gone when they want to charge us 50$ for loosing towel which we never had :D

First and last time. Where to start?! The hotel was generally nice, the rooms were clean and fairly modern, but the meals in the main restaurant were almost the same every day. The service in the restaurants was nice, but in the pool bars they didn't even try to be nice (some of them). !!!!!! But the way the touts on the beach (some of them) from Red Sea Sky were cheating was too much. One of them sold me a one-day diving trip. There were supposed to be two dives for 25 minutes each, lunch and a return to the hotel. Since this was my seventh trip to Egypt, I asked him three times (to make sure) if we were going ONLY for diving, of course he confirmed three times that yes. It turned out that there were two dives, only the total time was 28 minutes. I pointed out to the "instructor" that it was supposed to be 2 x 25 minutes, he became aggressive, saying that they couldn't have told me that when selling me this dive. Then they announced that we were sailing for an hour's stop to Paradise Island, which has nothing to do with paradise and which was not supposed to be in my and two other people's plans. Conclusion: please be careful with Red Sea Sky, if you buy something from them, ask for details, when diving check the time spent underwater.

I stayed here with my family in the beginning of August everything here was lovely! The staff here was very attentive and service was great! From welcoming you and accommodating to your needs to making sure your comfortable during your stay the staff here was always on top of it! The food is delicious too and the kitchen staff work diligently no matter how busy it gets to serve high quality food and service. The animation team was wonderful as well Sam and the whole team had daily activities planned that we looked forward to every night. Lastly the beach was superb very calm and clean and beautiful. The sand is soft and there are no rocks in the water and the water is so clean you can even see little fish swim next to you. Great resort for families 10/10 would recommend!

We spent a week at this hotel, and I have to start by saying the staff are absolutely amazing. Every single one of them went out of their way to make us feel welcome. To our delight, we received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic stay. A special shoutout to Deeya from the bar team and Abdo, one of the waiters—these two are a true credit to the hotel. They were not only hardworking but also so lovely to chat with, always ensuring we were well looked after. The food was absolutely faultless. Having never been to Egypt before, I was a little nervous about trying the local cuisine, but everything was spot on every single day. The grilled BBQ area, which is freshly cooked twice daily, was a standout, alongside the carvery, a variety of bread, pastries, desserts, and salads. We also dined at the Brazilian restaurant, and the meat was cooked to perfection and simply melted in your mouth. The hotel grounds are stunning and vert well maintained, offering plenty of space with no need to fight over sun loungers. In the afternoons, burgers and chips are served fresh at the pool bar, and the indoor bar area provides a great selection of sandwiches between lunch and dinner—perfect for a snack. For activities, the hotel has its own tour guides. We booked a day trip to Luxor and also went quad biking, both of which were incredible experiences. Just a short walk from the hotel, you’ll find a few bars, restaurants, and shops, which are lovely to explore in the evenings. Best of all, you can stroll without feeling hassled, which adds to the relaxed vibe. If you’re looking for a hotel where you can truly unwind, enjoy exceptional food, and experience great service, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. It’s the perfect spot to chill and recharge.

I'll skip on the basic stuff about the resort and give you the important infos: The food is really good and we haven't had any problem with it! But if you're from Italy just skip the pasta.. it's a bit underwhelming for us while they're trying their best. The pool and beach are well curated but mind you that any other activities or "food" the staff might try to offer will come with a surcharge even if you have the super inclusive package. Oh and also tipping, even if it's not mandatory, is a nice practice so keep some spare changes with y'all!

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax. Food was good, a bit the same most nights but it was tasty and we went out to Marina twice to break it up. Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff.

The food in the restaurant is good, it could be better, but the drinks are good too. We enjoyed the rest of the hotel, our room had been recently renovated. The entertainment team did a wonderful job, especially the Brazilian entertainer Jonathan. He was very friendly and attentive to our family. We will be back soon.

We are currently staying at Ali barber hotel with still 1 week to go. On arrival to the hotel, we checked in which was a mission in its self-unorganised. We arrived at our room, which was filthy, smelt of damp and all furniture was aged (in need of renovation) we were offered the room to Be clean by the unhelpful staff, after paying for an upgrade which was their Deluxe room which should be a standard for a 4-star hotel as this was still dirty. The staff are shockingly disrespectful and rude! The only member of staff which was helpful and went above and beyond Mohammad who working in the beach restaurant. Not welcoming at all! Only helpful when they are trying to Sell you something. The bar area there's one main bar to serve the hotel in the evenings, which you must queue to get a drink. Only a choice of 3 sprits and 1 beer. The food is disappointing the same every day, flies around food very unhygienic, one of the restaurants has bird flying around. Will not be returning and strongly advise no one books the worst hotel we have ever been to! Should be a 3 star hotel!!

I am currently one week in on a two week stay. I have to express my gratitude already to all of the staff, management, chefs, entertainment staff, bar staff, pool life guards. The rooms are much bigger than the pictures. They will be cleaned everyday if you leave the sign provided on your door. Bottled water is provided daily to your room and will be kept in the mini fridge free of charge. There are many restaurants to eat, all of them very good standard indeed. The staff could not be more accommodating they make your stay comfortable as possible. Whether you are by the pool, In a restaurant, in the lobby, at the beach or in your room, they’re so unbelievably helpful. My son is currently poorly from the heat so I had made a couple calls throughout the day to reception for extra water & toilet roll ect. The manager had noticed my calls and came to my room personally to check all was well and if we needed any assistance. I highly recommend this resort to family’s thinking of coming to Egypt, there is also a water park fully accessible free of charge. There is a beach on the resort. The pool is enormous, in good condition and clean. My room view @ 5123 is fantastic. I’m so happy we chose this resort! Happy holidays!

If you want loud boom boom music from 10.00am to late all over beach and pool area, hassle on beach from vendors selling, no wifi, uncomfortable beds come here. No wine or beer after 11pm on AI and even if you arrive late at night and have a late flight on return, your AI band is removed at 12.00 midday and you cannot eat or drink anything else! Would not return or recommend.

Very good hotel and staff. But today, on the last day, I had the most unpleasant experience with the Sea Star hotel taxi company. I paid for a round trip to El Mina. First of all, they dropped us off 10 minutes away from the destination in 40-degree heat. We spoke to the souvenir shop where they dropped us off, agreeing that someone would pick us up at 4:00 PM at the latest so we could be back at the hotel by 4:20 PM, as we had a transfer from the hotel to the airport. We returned to the souvenir shop at 3:45 PM, but by 4:12 PM, no one had arrived to pick us up. The person there kept telling us that the taxi would arrive in a minute. In the end, we had to leave and take another taxi to make it back to the hotel on time. Zero professionalism from the hotel's taxi company. nice place.

I spent 15 days in the resort and it's the largest resort we've been to. It's quite well maintained with a lot of greenery. The food is good with the highlight being the dinners - grilled meat of many types, fresh or sauted vegetables. The weak point for me were breakfasts as I did resort to mostly doing for egg omelettes, since the cheese, salami or sausages taste too unusual for us. The strong point of the resort is definitely the staff, all bar staff, waiters as well as the animation team. They all really strive to make everyone feel good and entertained with scheduled pool gym, regular stretching, volleyball and other activities, as well as just hanging around and finally there's evening events. As for the rooms, they're definitely on the smaller side, but as soon as you don't come here to sit in your room, you should be alright.

We were here together with my boyfriend and we enjoyed it so much! the food was tasty, a lot of choices with meat, vegetable and deserts. Room was clean and big enough for a bigger family. The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are looking very good, especially after the cleaners were inside and left a surprise figure on the bed from the towels. Honestly , what made me the happiest is the service. Everybody is greeting, smiling and doing their job professionally. The guys in “The View” restaurant are always looking after you. The kitchen is delicious. The guys at the bar are very fast with the drinks and very creative. A few days ago I went to the bar and I asked a guy named Hamada to make me a sweet cocktail- this was the best cocktail I’ve ever drunk. I really hope these people get what they deserve

This hotel is suitable for absolutely everyone, the arrival was smooth, the rooms are clean and the food is very tasty. They take great care of the pools and the entire hotel, everything is clean and the staff are very helpful and kind. The beach is absolutely beautiful, suitable even for small children thanks to the gradual access to the sea. The animation programs are absolutely great from morning to evening, the children always enjoyed the mini-disco and the evening show was simply top notch. We will definitely be back again soon. Very good hotel with nice rooms, comfortable beds, and an excellent all-inclusive buffet. Lovely large, ice-cold pool for those who enjoy long swims. Friendly staff and service. Conveniently located near the beach and boat tours. A very small fitness center with no cardio machines but plenty of weightlifting equipment. I also recommend a visit to their spa for pedicures and facials.

The hotel is informal and the staff is friendly. Although it is close to the airport you can't hear the aeroplanes. The cute cats and the entertainers' funny alarm clock at 10am are our highlights. There are a lot of pensioners here, so it's not a party hotel. It was our second time here and we would love to come back.

Lovely hotel, excellent rooms and service, wonderful pool area, and the food was absolutely fantastic. The only criticism I have is that the private beach area is not great. There is only a small area that is allocated for Bel Air, and the surrounding massive and much nicer beach area is for Arabella patrons only. This isn't clear and I was asked to move several times before I finally figured out where I was allowed to sit (they can tell by your wristband). Still, overall it was a great place and I would stay again.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating!! We had a great week in the sun the food was amazing, and there was plenty of options for the all inclusive! The hotel has a private beach which was lovely, spent hours out in the sun and had plenty of fun.

The rooms are large, but looking old and many parts have a "touch up" rather than being properly repaired. The gym is great. Great for strength and cardiovascular training. The food became boring quite fast and slowly everything started to taste the same. Some meat for example was always garnished the same...or left in the containers for so long that it was basically boiled (bland and chewy). I felt sorry for the workers as they appear to work non stop for 12+ hrs a day for 2 whole months and then get a small break. In spite of this they remained friendly and helpful. I was frustrated at the beach. The Vista guests are only allowed to occupy a pier with no direct access to the beach (this is reserved for guests with different coloured wrist bands). Also there is a shack of a bar only for us. Water left in the warm. Cheap coffee on offer. I went to one of the other restaurants and was told that I couldn't use the coffee machine for a flat white...seriously! You have people here filling their plates (eating half), leaving half drunken beverages everywhere or the best, little Russian children getting bottle after bottle of drinking water and pouring it into the sand! I mentioned this to a few staff members and they didn't care (but me getting a higher quality coffee is no no lol) Mixed emotions...the weather and gym were the highlights. Next time we try somewhere else and I suggest others compare with other hotels.

When we arrived the foyer looked glamorous and we were really excited to be staying but it all quickly went downhill . We were given room 6242, 4 flights of stairs for me was hard after having a double hip replacement. Plus we overlooked a building site and a toilet block. The smell of human waste was so overpowering we were unable to sit out on our balcony. We did inform the hotel prior to our visit that we would be celebrating our wedding anniversary, yet we were given a twin bedroom and our request for a double bed was ignored. The buffet restaurant set out is silly and to far spaced so by the time you have walked the great extensive area your food is cold. The pools were freezing, the supposedly heated one was cool rather than warn and the no reservation policy for sunbeds was ignored as the lifeguards are being paid to reserve sunbeds by some guests so unable to get a bed near the heated pool. No real adult entertainment, animation team lazy. Karaoke night in Sports bar advertised to start at 9pm yet the animation team arrived at 10pm .Beach visit was terrible treated like third class citizens told to sit at far end of beach. Food and drinks miles away up 2 flights of stairs, cold pizza and cipd, stodgy pasta served by a man in dirty uniform. We had diarrhea for 5 days out of our 10 day stay. My husband witnessed a male reception staff member use the toilet a d not wash his hands afterwards!

Everything we wanted and more. We came here after having a massive loss in our family. Everyone of us hurting. We actually wanted to cancel this holiday thinking it would be wasted on us. We are so glad we didn’t. 14 days of what can only be described as perfect. Every member of staff goes above and beyond. The hotel its self is beautiful we had 3 different rooms in our party every room was as good as the next and cleaning down daily by the wonderful staff. We spent most of our time around the small pool and the guys at bar were nothing but the best made sure we wanted for nothing. The lifeguards made sure we had everything we needed and was greeted every morning with a good morning and a special handshake. Manager of the bar what an excellent man he is. Went out of his way to make sure we had the best holiday. The guys that come round everyday to make sure everything is going good with your holiday and fixes any problems that day. And the only problem we had was no batteries in our remote 😂 that’s how good this holiday was. There are plenty of places to eat from, now me and my 12 year old are the most fussiest eaters you will ever know. And I’ll be honest we lived off chips bread and pizza where as the rest of the family ate everything. We also know when booking holidays that this is what happens and it’s our fault for being so fussy. My others were well fed. We had a few medical issues while away again due to our own mistakes. Kids are very pale and even tho I used factor 50 they still got red and a bit sore so the chemist is a ten min walk away but he is very good and knows his stuff and the cream he gave us was very good and it sorted the sunburn straight away. The animation team is brilliant and a credit to the hotel we was known as the run aways cos my daughter fled during one of the shows 😂 they did everything to keep everyone involved in all the activities without pressure. The kids absolutely loved them. The pool parties were brilliant and we have never known anything like it. We won all the water fights 😂 Because of our loss we still had some tears, my birthday was a hard day with lots of tears and tho we tried to hide it the staff would Notice and bring tissues and was nothing but compassionate. All in all we can not praise this hotel enough. During normal circumstances this hotel would of been excellent but this wasn’t normal circumstances and this hotel Helped us forget for a while and helped us be happy with just a few sad moment and for this I can’t thank you enough. Everyone of the staff makes this hotel what it is and we will forever be greatful for helping us heal a little

Exceeded Expectations in Every Way!😊 Our stay at Panorama Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The hotel was immaculately clean, with a beautifully maintained garden that added to the relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to Ahmed and Moustafa at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. I never really got to experience the hotel itself because they cancelled my reservation before I could check-in. The booking was through booking.com. Neither booking.com nor the hotel itself reacted on my messages that I will arrive late as my flight got rescheduled. Instead they just cancelled my reservation. At the desk they couldnt even explain me why they would do that even though I had paid for everything in advance. Super disappointed. Would neither recommend booking.com nor the hotel itself. Very stressful holiday experience which stained my whole picture from the area.

Mr. Hossam from reservation was actually the one good person we dealt with in the hotel, other than that the treatment is extremely dull without even a smile. We have to ask for things multiple time to get a response. Housekeeping: they stole two chairs from the room in the last day without even asking us. Infrastructure: The bathroom had an issue and we reported about it but nothing happened. Overall: the scene, room and jacuzzi were the most beautiful things in the experience.

The hotel is a great and safe place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pools. Despite having many of them, none are deep enough for a proper swim. The shuttle bus to the beach is efficient, but the beach is relatively small and often overcrowded. Additionally, swimming at the beach is restricted to about 50 meters from the shore. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent.

When visiting this hotel me and my friend was really happy with the level of service we got though-out our stay here, food and drink is good lots of variety and bar staff is the most helpful people always coming to serve us even by the pool. Huge props to the animation team especially bebo and jamie in this hotel were amazing with the activities too which is good for us like to get involved with things This hotel offers a massive range of things to do from excursions to club night trips with the animation. Rooms are really clean due to the amazing house keeping guy we have, very good size even for two people and bathroom is massive, now and again room card holder can be abit temperamental but is decent most the time

I will start by saying that last year I was in Albatross Aqua Blue in November 2023! It was very nice! Now on 02.11.2024 we returned with a group of 40 friends and small children! Nothing in common! We paid for Albatros aqua blue pool view rooms! They We were accommodated us in Albatross Aqua Park! We didn't agree! They said Aqua Blue is full! The reception staff behaved terribly, arrogantly! We were told that the three hotels were the same!!! But they aren't! They kept us in the lobby for 6 hours, it got to the point where we called the hotel manager! After 6 hours of waiting, sleepless, tired, they accommodated us for what we paid! But at the cost of a lot of nerves! The food is terrible! The bars are not open! The pool with the water bar is not heated! It was the manager's decision! There was heating only in the small pool next to the restaurant! Only the cleanliness of the hotel is at a very high level! This is not the hotel we stayed in last year! I could write much, much more, but I think that's enough! I will not come again! I'm sorry! This was a great place, you ruined it! Apparently the Albatros hotels aren't what they used to be! Our friends stayed at a hotel of the same chain in Sharm el-Sheikh and they are not satisfied! Apparently there is a problem with this hotel chain! Last year I put 5 stars, now you don't even deserve 1!

This was my third trip to Egypt, and it was by far the best experience I've had at a hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the gardens were lovely, the food was great, and the beach was large and beautiful. My family and me really enjoyed meeting and talking to all the staff there. From the gardeners and bartenders to the animators and beach workers, they're all really friendly and hardworking people, and they're a big part of the reason why we enjoyed our stay here. If you’re planning a visit to Egypt, I highly recommend this hotel!

The location and the hotel are amazing. Facilities are good and staff are very attentive. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food which is very poor for the size of the hotel plus the number of restaurants it has. Very poor choices and low quality food. Chicken was served raw and undercooked had to complain which they brought us out a new fully cooked chicken but left the raw meat for others to have. Very limited choices of food and many days we struggled to get anything suitable. The hotel really is a 3 star if that when it comes to food. The red band is great addition to the stay and is a must as the sales people selling things is constant. These ref bands tell the sales people that you don’t want to be harassed but still some sales people ignore that and do still try. The pool is very cold when it comes to October they say it’s heated but it’s definitely not. Entertainment was made up of getting the audience to do stuff and was very low budget. It appears that hotel management try to do things on a shoe string budget so with the entertainment and food it is very poor which is ashame as the hotel is amazing apart from that.

Very nice hotel, with lots of vegetation, well maintained. We stayed in executive room, which was great, but be aware that the hotel next to this one was very loud in the evening. Animation team was awesome, fun throughout day and evenings. The only downside of the hotel is the food. We visited Albatros Citadel and Titanic Royal, and food was way under this level. Breakfast is always the same, and not much variety in the lunch and dinner offerings. Overall, a pleasant experience

I would like to share with you our experience with this hotel. When we arrived everything was fine. After we checked in we went to the room that was relatively nice and clean.We noticed that mirror had a minor crack in the corner ( not a big deal and definitely nothing we were concerned about). We enjoyed our vacation and had a great time diving, snorkeling and other activities on the beach although the food was more then average and was big disappointment. We checked out week later at 2am and got in the bus with other people and went to the airport. All of the sudden after few minutes of driving the bus turned and went back to the hotel. Nobody knew what was going on.When we arrived back to the hotel they told me that i have to go to the reception. We had no clue whats going on so i went there and they told me that i broke the mirror and have to pay 35 euro for it. I said no i did not. We went back and forth and after few minutes i decided to give them that money just because of the people in the bus who waited. The guy on the reception was very arrogant and had no experience how to communicate like a professional. I dont care about 35 euros but we just felt huge unfairness therefore i decided to write this review. Lesson learned. 1) Always check your room and tell the staff all damages as soon as possible and hope that they will not accuse you for it. 2) We will never go to this place again although the sea was amazing as well as the surrounding gardens and some members of the staff. My overall stay at the hotel was good. The cleanliness was excellent, and the services were convenient. I even expressed my gratitude and appreciation to the reception during check-out. However, I had a negative experience with one of the staff members, Atif, who refused to assist me with carrying my luggage. This happened at the very end of my trip, causing significant distress and slightly affecting my overall experience. My booking was from November 16th to November 21st, in room 5522. I hope the hotel management addresses such situations to ensure a more pleasant and seamless stay for future guests.

The stay was amazing and loved the variety of food available in the resort which gave plenty of options to choose from. there are only two items that require improvement. 1. Guest relations team need to be more welcoming and keen to assist all nationals approaching them. 2. The quality of the alcohol (beer and spirits) need to improve as these, extremely cheap options, can cause major digestion problems.

Price/services/quality ratio I would give an 8 out of 10. Minus points: the room was small, the bathroom was clean, towels and linen always changed on time. The food is tasty, the drinks the same, the bar boy Mohamed 10 out of 10 super service. Unfortunately, we had a small problem with the room until we managed to talk to the manager who solved our small problem. Another minus would be the beach across the road.. However the boy who served us on the beach again left us a good impression Karim. We chose one of the evenings to go out to a party in Hurghada with the entertaining team. Disappointing unfortunately.. we arrived at the said location and found ourselves alone in a crowd of strangers. All in all, I would recommend the hotel for families with children because almost all the action is centered around them.

Nice hotel with great food but on the downside, to get to the beach you have to walk a lot, cross a busy 4 lane road and there are no corals nearby for snorkeling. The sunbeds are overcrowded. If you are looking to relax by the sea, this is not your place. The pool area is awesome for kids and there is great music. However, the bigger pools are cold. You have to pay extra to use the sports pool and cap.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Egypt and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. Complaint Letter Dear Hotel Management I am writing this letter with immense indignation to formally complain about the utterly unacceptable discriminatory treatment I experienced at Arabia. As a consumer, I have every right to expect proper respect and quality service, yet this recent experience has fallen woefully short of such basic expectations. On the day of check-in, the front desk staff escorted us to our room. During a brief moment when we were inspecting the room, the staff member proceeded to sit directly on our bed without permission. Such behavior is a blatant violation of basic professional ethics and a gross intrusion upon our personal space, leaving me feeling profoundly uncomfortable and disrespected. It was as if my rights as a guest were being brazenly disregarded. Furthermore, when I approached the front desk to address some issues regarding our stay, the staff member displayed an appallingly poor attitude. They responded with obvious disdain, standing with their arms crossed and offering curt, impatient, and dismissive answers that lacked even a modicum of courtesy or professionalism. This demeanor was entirely unbecoming of someone in the hospitality industry. This discriminatory treatment not only soured my mood during what should have been a pleasant stay but also raised serious doubts about the overall image and management standards of your hotel. I firmly believe it is the hotel’s responsibility to regulate and hold its employees accountable to ensure every guest receives fair and respectful service. I hereby demand a reasonable and sincere explanation for this incident, as well as concrete measures to address and rectify these issues to prevent other guests from enduring a similar ordeal. Please be advised that I reserve the right to take further action if necessary and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory response. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. Hotel Arabia is a perfect holiday place. There is a beautiful beach area and clear sea which is so nice to enjoy. The staff are all amazing and friendly I enjoyed my stay here as the entertainment staff are very good and have a lot going on in the day. Beautiful location with sea and amazing coral reef with the most stunning fish. Good entertainment with singers, dancers etc. Good food and nice service. Hotel desk staff could have been more polite and still a bit of hassle when your relaxing by water but you can get a red flag to prevent this Lovely rooms, especially when you have a view! Make sure you fill up your water bottles. Huge though so have to walk a bit sometimes and can get lost. More signs would be good. Didn't venture outside the resort so can't say much of location

I don't know where to start. How is it possible that you travel all the way to rent a flat on THE BEACH and don't get to use the beach? How is it possible that you see a very nice advertisment of a resort with a beach a spa, restaurants and have NONE of those? I do not kid you none of those. Oceans breeze does not offer you anything because it's still under construction, full of workers only pools with no chairs no umbrellas. Not only that but we discovered that the bridge we take to have a dip in the water is not oceans breeze's bridge, it's TROPITELS the resort next to us and ofcourse they didn't allow us. I can go on forever about the flat's Hygiene, the cockroaches we saw on our first day of arrival, to the noise we hear from workers everyday and them cutting off water and electricity so they can work :))) and the amount of things we faced but to spare all that just BEAWARE of Islam hafeez and his son Mohamed ibrahim hafeez but specifically Islam the person we rented the flat from is not a professional, not someone to be trusted. He's a typical sales person with the art of persuasion, he'll sell you comfort he'll sell you everything to fall into the trap of actually buying the idea and get screwed over. Just like he did with us. The amount of calls and complaints to Islam hafeez so he could do something are uncountable and he just gives more lies with his fascinating art of persuasion Thank you Islam for a Disastrous trip :) karma will come bite you

This is my sixth stay at the Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza, and each visit feels just as wonderful as the first. The weather is consistently beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff truly makes the experience exceptional. A special mention to Hana from the restaurant—she always checks in to see how things are going and is ready to help whenever needed. Her enthusiasm is evident, which makes us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for as guests. I hope to keep returning to this lovely place for many years to come!

This was my first time in Marsa Alam and hopefully not the last. The Three Corners Fayrouz plaza gave us an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived with their cool refreshing towels, sweet drinks and welcoming attitude. Our room was clean and nicely designed for a cozy and comfortable experience. I loved snorkeling in the nearby beach…it was just phenomenal!!! I also loved that we could find turtles in the beach nearby. The pool was fun, relaxing and refreshing…I simply did not want to leave! The best food I had there was during their Lebanese night at the set menu restaurant…this one you simply cannot miss. Although the overall experience was amazing, I do have a few comments that I hope that hotel can improve in the future because I hope to visit again. The food was great overall, but for the first couple of days of our stay, the vegetables were not fresh and some smelt funky I had to throw them away. And the reason I rated the service low, is because there was one day where we did not want to clean our room and had the “Do not disturb sign” on the door, however, the cleaners came in touched my things unnecessarily and moved my bag. This was very unprofessional and not acceptable. When we complained to the reception, the did not take responsibility and tried to talk their way out of it. We didn’t make a big deal, but I was not happy at all with this lack of professionalism.

I really love this resort! They have lobby bar, with very good service! The lady Aya is very nice and helpful!👌🏾👍🏽🥰 The rooms and the restaurants are extremely clean. The food is also variable and tasty. Hana welcomes you with your name on the door and assist you with the table. Everyday they pamper you with music and dance activities. Therefore I will definitely go this hotel next time.

Incredible, I stayed for 2 weeks and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Great service, very kind staff, good food, fun artistic moments, good drinks, at least the cocktails, I loved all of them. I went to the Japanese restaurant during the stay, as well as the Mongolian one and both were very nice, the food was incredible and it was a nice experience. 10/10 from me. The only downside, which is just my preference, is that the beach is very big and most of the day the water is very far away, however there is a place where the water is deeper and we went snorkeling there a ton, we had an absolute blast! Otherwise the beach was very clean and nicely decorated. The slides are really fun, I tried almost all of them, I couldn't catch one open because it would be open only for like 20 min at 10 AM and we were having breakfast at that time so we missed it every time, but the others were super fun, the waves pool too was fun, the only downside with this area was that, except for the slides, the waves for the wave pool would only be running twice a day for 30 min, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, same for the river area, otherwise both were fun. On the closing note I will mention the reception and bar area being truly breathtaking, it has many statues and paintings on the wall, very comfortable couches and armchairs. We were taken aback by how stunning it was.

Visited here for 2 weeks with my family of 9 including 4 children myself my partner my sister and mam and dad. The hotel caters for everyone, the pools are excellent and so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The animation staff are amazing especially Jamie with the children. The staff are also very friendly and will do anything for you. The food is good and always a variation of fresh meat and fish and they have themed nights. The trips are available to book from the hotel and we did the sped boat to see the dolphins, the quad bike safari and the boat trip to orange island as well as the day trip to Luxor all were well worth the money. The rooms are extremely clean and all with a pool view. This is a big resort so you must be prepared to walk. The only down side is the sea is warmer then a bath at home and very shallow for a long time. The slides your children must be 120cm to ride the big ones my youngest son was 1cm short and was allowed to ride one day but not the next which was frustrating. Overall we have had an amazing holiday and would recommend to anyone to visit the titanic palace resort.

Hotel rooms were clean About bars not every bar is open 24/7 only one is open always but when you go there around 2 am the barman's will do your drink with big problem an they wanna tip for giving more than 3 beers The water pools it's okay they are clean but almost everything is closed even the see We go on the beach at night about 11pm and the guard tell us to go back into room's that's bad

We’ve booked for a sea view room but were given a bay view full of cruise ships. The WiFi really sucks in the room, so avoid staying at zone D or ask to change the room if you're allocated there. The food is pretty decent and hotel compound is good and really Greek-style.

The Hotel is just grate. Very beautiful rooms and so many nice waiters. All people are so friendly and kind. The meals are well prepped but sometimes unsalted but in generell very good. My personal highlight was the house reef and the gym. Often, especially in African countries, everybody is „friend“ and „bro“ with you, makes you compliments but only to sell you their stuff. This gets very annoying after a while. The bad thing is, that it is the same in this hotel. Though I think u can’t find I hotel without some people being like this. That’s their job so I don’t mid about that. But in the other hand their are people like Fady Adel. He‘s a waiter at the beach near the reef and I can tell you, i‘ve never met a more friendly and open minded person than him. I thank him so much for the great time and all these beautiful memories I could create through this man. It was so funny with him and me and my sister laughed a LOT with him. What is also recommendable, besides booking a trip to this hotel, was the snorkelling trip we took on our last day. We not only had the chance to see some wonderful coral reefs, besides the one in the hotel, but also we got the chance to see some dolphins. Big shout out to Red Sea (the company who does all these wonderful snorkelling/diving trips) for this wonderful trip (the meal was even better than in the hotel) So to put it in a nutshell, only recommendable for everyone. No matter if u like or dislike snorkelling, the Azur vibe will catch u anyways🙌

We had a terrible stay at the Arabella Azur Resort. The staff is unfriendly (most likely because they are underpaid and exploited). You ask, at bars: "What do you have? Is there a menu or something?" "No we don't, what do you want?" "Hum, maybe a Mojito?" "Well we do have that at the bar next door". And when you walk into that bar, the Mojito are available for an extra charge. WTH. The resort has a lot of features, like ping pong, squash etc. But you can only access those from 9AM to 5PM, at 5PM what can you do? Nothing. Everything is closed. You can go for dinner, where the food is bad. It's really like it seems there's a lot of good stuff, but when you look at it closer, everything is the same and tastes horrible. Also, some rooms don't have wifi. They say that WiFi is only available in public areas. This place is such a scam, STAY AWAY!

Staff are very very very friendly and helpful, they celebrated our anniversary, and made sure we had a wonderful stay. My partner and I visited this hotel for the second time now. We usually never go to the same resorts/hotels for the second time, but the first stay was so good, we decided to visit again. We were not disappointed - the stay was just exceptional. This is the most beautiful hotel we stayed in - absolutely magical atmosphere and beautiful architecture in Nubian style. This is the place you go to truly relax and enjoy peace and quiet, without cheap music, annoying party people, or children's attractions. All the other guests are very respectful. I cannot however compliment enough the hotel staff - the towel guys, waiters, the cleaning services, gym receptionists, the cooks... everyone was so welcoming and professional and took great care of us. We never experienced such service anywhere else before. The attention to detail is uncanny - the staff noticed I had a birthday during our stay and gave me a beautiful signed birth postcard. Not only that but during the special Romantic Beach dinner, they unexpectedly came with musical instruments and sang Happy Birthday and also brought a birthday cake, which was delicious! I was really touched and pleasantly surprised (thanks to everyone!). The food was absolutely delicious every day - we could not stop eating. I also appreciate there is a big selection of sports activities that we can select from. I very much enjoyed yoga with instructor Uli! We will definitely be back soon :)

Most fantastic sweet, helpful staff: 10! Renovated luxury rooms with sea view: 10! Beach: 10! Amazing big sea turtles: 10! Diving /snorkeling school next to the hotel: 10! As for food, only really good bread is missing. That is quite tasteless if you are used to French bread. And muesli with nuts and raisins would be nice ;-). The sunbeds also need replacing now and then and a mattress on them would be nice. But that should not spoil the fun! We had a wonderful time thanks to the lovely staff.

A good hotel, even if the food is not as varied as in other places, it is very tasty (congratulations to the chefs!). The room is large, very clean and well organized. The reef was a disappointment, unfortunately the coral is mostly dead. However, there are many fish. The main attraction are the turtles, guaranteed to be visible in the morning in the bay (in the area with seagrass). Unfortunately, starting at 9:30 the place is overcrowded with tourists brought from other places especially for the turtles and the reef. The best snorkeling is very early, on the left side of the bay (farthest from the hotel) - safe from waves and with good visibility. The entrance from the pier is not worth it in my opinion.

Our stay at this supposed five-star hotel was a disaster from the start. We paid extra for a sea-view room, only to find dirty bedsheets, filthy windows, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The minibar, part of an "ultra all-inclusive" package, was laughably inadequate, stocked only once with two bottles of Coke and water during our eleven-night stay. Housekeeping tried to impress with towel arrangements, but it couldn't hide the dirty windows and poorly maintained room. The food was a major issue; my partner and I suffered from diarrhea for over five days, likely due to substandard meals. Even with an upgrade to executive all-inclusive, the food quality didn't improve. The hotel's approach seemed more focused on squeezing money from guests. Despite the all-inclusive package, we had to pay extra for fresh juice and fruit. Staff and vendors constantly pushed overpriced services and demanded tips upfront. On-site shops charged outrageous prices, such as 22 euros for a small bottle of sunscreen. The poorly soundproofed rooms made it impossible to relax, with noise from neighbors and maintenance staff. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we've ever had, feeling like a complete failure. We won't be returning and hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment.

My stay at Serenity Alpha Beach Hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality provided by the staff specially Mr. Ahmed Said he made the check-in process very smooth and efficient. I was greeted with a welcome drink and a complimentary upgrade to honeymoon package, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities. I particularly enjoyed the 5 different swimming pools, which was well-maintained and provided a great space to relax. The restaurants & bars served delicious food and drinks with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide array of fresh and tasty selections. The service was impeccable. THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you.

The hotel on its own is fine, but I really don’t recommend it to anyone with a family or someone who’s coming to Hurghada to enjoy the sightseeing in egypt. The location is terrible: you are literally isolated from everything else which can be fine for people who are older or who came here to just relax and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. If you are a party person who likes to drink alcohol, the staff will entertain you. If you‘re here to to go out of the hotel and do stuff it‘s probably the worst decision. The center of Hurghada is 30 minutes away from here which might sound like it‘s not a big deal but you have to pay for each transit with taxi or shuttle bus. If you wanna go to the city to buy stuff you gotta use a shuttle bus and then keep track of time so they can pick you up. It‘s not like it‘s the hotel‘s fault but it‘s something I didn’t see any other review mention at all. Even our hotel agency said this hotel and this type of location is really not suitable for families and that barely anyone from their agency books here… So if the hotel is so isolated from the city, it must be huge and entertaining, right? This is where you‘re wrong. It‘s huge which means if you get a room number far away from the lobby you don‘t have wifi. Thankfully we got one nearby. If you get a room far away from the lobby, you need to walk in the heat for 10-15 minutes till you reach the lobby to eat. The thing is, this wasn‘t the issue for us, it was the beach. There‘s no beach and there‘s only a bridge far out to the sea to snorkel. Food is really good to egyptian standards and the lobby is clean and cool. What isn‘t cool is the hotel room which has a old look in general and old almost non-functional air conditioner. We asked them to fix it and a guy came over to look at it but he said it was old….. All I‘m saying is book a hotel which is not isolated and if you booked here after you read my review and regret it - not my fault 🤷‍♀️ One thing I love about the hotel is the security. You are very safe here because it‘s hard for other cars to come here - the safe guards always look at who comes into the area and who doesn‘t. The staff is really friendly too.

Overall the experience was very good and the value was very good. The receptionist decided to spoil everything the last day by refusing to let our driver enter, and forcing my pregnant wife and I to walk 15min to reach our driver at the gate of the territory. Of course they wanted us to use their own taxi service which is 4times the local price. Also the cleaning guy decided to be very unfriendly the last day because we didn’t leave tips. I would have if he wouldn’t have skipped the cleaning two times and forgot to fill up the fridge as we were entitled to after one week.Also he focused more on making sculptures with towels to attract tips than getting rid of the dust around the bed.

Don’t even know how to start when it comes to the wrong things about this resort. After checking in, the bathroom was full of long hairs which was truly disgusting. Called the reception and they completely ignored that! Generally, service throughout the resort is consistently bad especially at the main restaurant which is almost unbelievable that it belongs to what supposed to be a 5-star property. This tells you a lot about the type of the management running this place. Location isn’t on the marina and you need a shuttle bus to get there which is very inconvenient and literally makes you in the middle of nowhere. Food at both breakfast and dinner was below average and something you would get at a 2-star hotel. Spa is nice but not appealing enough to come back to this resort for. You can still visit even if you are staying at surrounding resorts because it’s chargeable anyway. Good luck trying to find a reason to stay here for.

But what have made our stay special was the staff, from all the departments, they were friendly, nice and always avaliable for assistance. It was a good time till it ended with a big thing, STOLLEN JEWELRY. That costs a huge amount of money. And the hotel management were not that much helping. Telling will keep u updated. Which was so weird as a reaction for such an accident. Asked to check the security cameras but always a ridiculous behavior. I guess they knew who did it and never wanted to mention who and our JEWELRY never showed up again. Even police made us signed paper that we found it just to let us and all the group go home. Security there is not as we were hoping. Even the idea of compensation was never mentioned from their side. So bad And we still want our stuffs back.

The Cascades Resort is a holiday haven in the Soma Bay complex. Highlights include pristine golf courses and a stunning sandy beach next to the Sheraton beach, just a five-minute shuttle ride away with shuttles circulating every ten minutes. There is easy access to a jetty that leads to a fascinating coral reef, perfect for snorkeling and diving. As a quiet golf hotel, the Cascades offers a beautifully maintained course perfect for enthusiasts with complementary intro session. The world-class spa and thalasso center provide rejuvenating treatments. On the cons side… Although the food selection is adequate, it fails to impress at 5* level. The entertainment is virtually nonexistent. The rooms are well maintained and clean but slightly dated. With its serene ambiance, friendly atmosphere and top-notch environment, the Cascades promises a memorable and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed of the customer service. I used the ATM to change Euros, however, the ATM couldn’t do so and didn’t return me the full amount. I asked the girl at the reception for help, left my phone number but nobody reached out to me. When I contacted the reception again, I was told to contact the hotline, and they cannot help me. Although I understand that this is in fact an outsourced service, I did expect some help as I can’t reach anyone and the hotel and a bank employee does in fact visit the hotel every day to refill the ATM as I was told by the reception. I asked them politely to then speak to this bank employee, but continuously they refuse to help. We are foreigners here, we do not have the connections during a vacation to call a bank that doesn’t speak English or is reachable. Please, I hope your management can contact me ASAP. My phone number is still with the lady of the reception.

For the family of four stayed from 25.09.24 to 04.10.24 the hotel was above the expectations despite its 4-star rating. The hotel can definitely beat their 5-star counterparts by offering a wide range of food to suit to all tastes, great variety of entertainments for everyone’s choice in the each corner of the hotel premises, let alone of water slides - a paradise for the kids, where they simply disappeared. Over the 9 nights stayed there we barely tested half of the things offered by the hotel. The beach and the sea are the points to highlight were we were ready to seek for the free sun beds and to see shallow water down to low tides, but to our surprise we were met by a cozy bay with a crystal clear water and plenty of vacant sun lounges. The beach entry is nice and clean with no need of any feet protectives. Transfer to the beach, a short-distance drive from the hotel at regular intervals didn’t make us boring at all. All in all our family staying was wonderful and we look forward to visiting this place again.

From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day full of activities. A special mention goes to Yuliia, the children's animator, whose dedication and enthusiasm made a significant difference in our stay. Every day, Yuliia engaged our children in creative and fun activities that kept them entertained and happy. Her ability to connect with each child and ensure they were having a great time was truly impressive. Because of her, my partner and I were able to enjoy some much-needed relaxation, knowing that our kids were in excellent hands. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and entertainment options that cater to both adults and children. The dining options were varied and delicious, and we especially enjoyed the themed dinners. The pool area was fantastic, and the kids loved the water slides and play areas. We very enjoyed our stay in Alf Leila Wa Leila. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean everywhere. The food was good, but could be more variety and also could be more nonalcohol drinks in the offer. The water in pools was a little bit too cold for us in October. Huge advantage for iced coffee with ice cream at the pool and for very nice aqua gym :) we saw that the animators made photos during water activities, but we don't know where it was published... I think it could be good idea to organize some small area for nonsmoker guests at the some pool ;) Program of entertainements/shows was very rich, but somethimes we had problem to find appropiate stage and it was a little bit annoying for us. On Neverland show should have to be more option with food for vegetarian. We heard that here there are some disco parties at the evenings but frankly speaking we couldn't find it 🙈 Thank you also for the fruits and beverages which we got in our room :) We spent here very nice week. We will be recommend this hotel for sure and probably we will come back here someday :)

The reception was very nice, excellent. It was my first time going thank God I was successful in choosing. I liked the dealings, the staff are wonderful and communicate with you 24 hours a day. The service is fast,excellent. Cleanliness, calm, comfort. The hotel was excellent, good selection of foods at lunch and dinner and rotated every day. The animation team are all very friendly and personable and make sure you feel included and encourage participation in many activities. The workers at the hotel are all happy to help and able to assist with any request. The rooms were cleaned well and replenished with towels every day, pool facilities are excellent and the slides are especially fun (girlfriend loved them). The fact you can go to the brother hotel for activities and drinks and also to use the beach is an extra bonus.And it will definitely not be the last visit. Thank you. ❤️❤️

The rooms are lovely, the staff are class and location is lovely. My first time in Egypt and it’s a safe and nice place. The security in the hotel even talk to the taxi drivers and ask for your room number to ensure you return safely. The pools are heated as well which makes it even better during the winter months.

Read the reviews as you will realise how many fakes one are there. I recently left a 4-star review (see below) and shortly after, I was approached by the animation team, sent by management, to discuss my feedback. While I understand the importance of reviews, I found the approach inappropriate and uncomfortable. Instead of addressing the points I raised, the conversation felt focused on questioning why I didn’t give a 5-star rating, almost as if I was being pressured to change my review. This made me feel that my genuine feedback wasn’t respected, and I question how many 5-star reviews might have been influenced in this way. Reviews should be valued for the insight they provide, not treated as an opportunity to alter the rating. This experience left me feeling offended and diminished trust in how feedback is handled by management and also makes me question their legitimacy. (Hence the updated 3 star) We recently stayed at this hotel in Egypt and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is lovely – it's well-maintained, clean, and the staff work incredibly hard to ensure guests are comfortable. The weather was also fantastic, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. A special mention goes to the activation team, particularly Angelo and Shark. They went above and beyond to look after guests throughout the day, ensuring everyone had a great time. Their energy and dedication really stood out, and they made a positive impact on our stay. However, we did have some concerns regarding the food. While the hotel offers a variety of dishes, we found that many of them were quite oily, overly salty, and somewhat repetitive. If it weren’t for the option of the Italian snack bar, we would have struggled to find meals we enjoyed. The Italian snack bar was a great alternative, and we ended up relying on it for many of our meals, especially since we often found ourselves skipping dinner at the main restaurant due to these issues. One positive note is that the management actively seeks feedback from guests, and after sharing our concerns, we were treated to a special dinner prepared by the chef, which we appreciated. This gesture was lovely, though we believe more consistency in food quality throughout the stay would make a big difference for guests. The hotel does offer beachfront access, but unfortunately, the beach is quite small. Because of this, we didn’t explore it much, as it often appeared completely full with little space available. Expanding or better managing the beachfront area could greatly enhance the experience for future guests. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was a great place to relax, and we really appreciated the efforts of the staff. With a bit of improvement in the food offerings and the beach area, we believe the experience could be perfect.

The hotel was near enough perfect for me and my family in terms of the experience, service, the acres of spaces the hotel has where you can just walk around. The lobby area where we always hang out was comfortable to relax in and had a great ambience to it. The food was incredible, different cuisine every day with loads of variety and the lunch hall had loads of space. We were eating loads of food every 3 hours, breakfast, snack time they would service fish and chips or hotdogs, lunch and dinner and then after dinner they still continue to serve food! Basically all day long there's no shut off time for there restaurants. The service was excellent, bottled water any time you want, the staff never really said no, they were always accommodating for our every request which was amazing. Now and then we'd receive a call from a member of staff asking us if we need anything. The only negative I'd have to say are the rooms as they were average. The rooms had outdated furniture and the beds weren't exactly spotless. And there was no hotel soap or slippers or more extra stuff to make the stay better. We also encountered an issue with the key card for our room door which constantly was not working. They explained to us that this was because of magnets coming in to contact with our card however even after this we still had an issue we couldn't get into our rooms many times and the card would suddenly work 1 out of 50 attempts of putting the card in and out. This was quite frustrating but the rest of the hotel was amazing so I forgave them for this and they said they doing a project next year to install better cards.

We was for one week in the Steigenberger Aqua magic and we know that we will come again because everybody in the hotel are so kind and they have really everything. Starting by the many pools for kids and adults until the lazy river. My individual highlight is the park when u go to the beach. Amazing! Thanks to everybody who works in the Steigenberger Aqua magic and makes this vacation so beautiful. A big thank you goes especially to the cleaning staff who work so hard every day to keep the rooms clean. We was at the magic sky restaurant in the steigenberger aqua magic and it was really nice.The food was amazing and the atmosphere also. My advice is the apple pie with ice cream.. so good. The staff really work hard and are all very welcoming. The food is prepared with a lot of effort. We are very happy that we choose the Steigenberger Aqua magic. We will come again. Rooms are not the best and need some renovation. But we don't spend a lot of time in the room so it's not crucial. Just come from Sky restaurant where we had a dinner. Service was up to high standards, food is delicious, staff is friendly and thoughtful, atmosphere is relaxed. Highly recommended.

Me and my friend visited hurghada and we chose this hotel because we saw the design is so unique, we stayed in this hotel for 3 days, the place was amazing except for the staff, they are very lazy and the service is very slow. The staff in this hotel don't know how to treat the guest. They have a very poor service and i will never go back in this hotel ever! They don't have elevator also and our room was on the higher floor, me and my friend have heavy bags and the bellboy was very lazy to carry it! Not good at all!

My advice don’t buy anything from the shops outside the resort they are very expensive if you get a taxi into Hurghada you get better deals and taxi is only 5 euros

I stayed in Albatros beach resorts Hurghada with family and friends very recently. It’s an awesome, excellent location and resorts to stay. The staffs are very cooperative, friendly and supportive. The stay was very pleasant, enjoyable here and makes us to wish to extend our stay. The front office manager Amir’s service was excellent and he is completely supportive. Over all an amazing, entertaining experience. Really every penny worth here to spend. They give all inclusive which gives a complete piece of mind. We don’t need to worry about anything. We really miss this place and wish to come back. Everyone must visit and get experienced here.

The resort has a privileged position in a beautiful bay with a sandy beach, cristal clear water and a small but very rich house reef. Our room was beautiful, with a great side view of the sea. We were especially impressed by the cleaning and maintenance staff, hospitable but not obtrusive and highly professional and accommodating. Restaurants' offer was varied and abundant, cuisine on a very high level. The resort offers numerous activities throughout the day, however it is very quiet and peaceful after 11 pm which we highly appreciated! If we decide to come back to Hurghada, this is definitely the place for us.

Hotel * * * * * 5 stars In our opinion, the Beach Albatros Resor is the best family hotel in Egypt. Not only the children get their money's worth, but also the parents. It starts with the food and ends with the drinks. There are various coffee specialties and there are various themed restaurants to satisfy hunger pangs. Rooms * * * * * * 5 stars The rooms are very well equipped and are cleaned daily. Service * * * * * * 5 stars The staff are not generally very friendly and not just on arrival. At all times they took time for our concerns and always tried to make the best of our vacation. Animation * * * * 3 stars The only thing that doesn't work so well is the entertainment. Here you should focus on the family theme. The children's entertainment should be more present during the day and not on stage at the children's disco in the evening.

We traveled with 5 adults and 1 baby. Everybody had a great time thanks to the great service of the hotel staff. We had some concerns travelling with a 5 months old baby to Egypt, but he also enjoyed the time spent there. We had 3 rooms: all of them were clean and in good condition. The food was also plentiful and good, however, we missed more seafood, premium grilled meat and imported shots (all liquors seemed to be Egyptian, which quality is questionable, since it is a non-drinking country).

Just back from a lovely 2 week stay at this hotel. Had a really relaxing 2 weeks. The staff are amazing always smiling and friendly and can't do enough for you. Even the guys that tend the garden say hello as you pass. The beach is huge with plenty of sun loungers and shades and the pool is large and very clean. I particularly liked the spa pool which is smaller and quieter. The rooms probably need a little updating but they are spotlessly clean. Food is plentiful, tasty and well cooked. I spoke to so many guests that have been returning year after year which speaks for itself. I will definitely be making a return visit

This hotel is outstanding, service is second to none. The staff are what makes this hotel so special. Our daughter had a medical emergency, the hotel doctor was fantastic, she had to be transferred to hospital for 2 days with my partner, the hotel staff and reception staff were fantastic. They were very helpful and caring. The traumatic time was eased by the staff and their care towards us. The hotel is great, when we arrived around 2300hrs, the buffet was open to allow us some food after the long journey. Nothing seems impossible for them. The individual restaurants are first class, the pool is great and the beach is wonderful. Very child friendly place.

This is my second time in this hotel and I really love it! Everyone is very kind, respectful and they truly aim to please. Decor and cleanliness are amazing especially the beach. One of the nicest beaches I have ever been to. Food is very good, even though desserts were much better last year. Their Al a Carte restaurants are truly worthy of trying. This place is more than just a hotel, it’s an experience and coming back for a second time it’s confirmed. I will definitely be back. The ONLY reason I am not thrilled about giving 5 stars is because of the following: this hotel has an amazing area called the Peace Bay or Quiet Zone. It is a clearly marked and separated area where people who want to relax in peace and read a book can stay. There are clear marked signs that it is a quiet area with signs of no music, no loud talking etc. Wonderful lifeguards confirmed that it is a quiet area and peace should not be disturbed. This year it has been very bad, a lot of noise, people yelling, screaming, listening to music, drinking aggressively and yelling across at each other over the beach. We have asked them to keep it down since it’s a quiet zone and they ended up yelling at us. I was looking forward to relaxing and reading books in the quiet area but it has been a little difficult with the amount of noise. I suggest lifeguards walking through and reminding people it’s a quiet zone throughout the day. Other than that keep up the great work, I love this place!

Absolutely amazing stay for my one week here, loved the staff and service extremely accommodating and friendly with a good sense of humour! Special requests for drinks are catered for and the snorkeling is amazing with a great team that make the whole experience so fun and safe. As a vegetarian there was plenty of choice of food most nights and the quality was good considering so many options. If I was being super picky I would say maybe the hotel could do with a refresh with some fresh paint and some new cosmetic changes, but cannot fault the service and the experience we have had here. Will have to return soon!

Rooms look is very strange. Opened storage units look like a dressing room.... very empty and poor rooms, honestly speaking. In the same time all hotel together making good impression, facilities are in a good condition, aqua park is very good,safe and convenient. Service is good too. During our stay, there were several aspects that we truly enjoyed. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Asem, who took great care of us from the start. While waiting for our room key, we were offered a refreshing and flavorful welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The hotel's amenities, such as the pools and rides, were fantastic and provided plenty of entertainment options. We also appreciated the diverse dining options, with seafood, Moroccan, and Indian restaurants offering fantastic cuisine. All the staff members were friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking sunrise we enjoyed every morning from the beautiful beach. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. We loved the opportunity to go snorkeling, where we explored small coral reefs and saw colorful sea species up close, making it a memorable experience. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. . The main buffet restaurant was often overcrowded, making it challenging to enjoy meals comfortably. We also experienced a water leakage issue with the AC in our room, which should be addressed promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent amenities and dining options, though there are some areas that could be improved.

Just returned 3 days ago after our first ever trip to Egypt.negatives- First impressions standard hotel nothing special when walking into reception basic large brown sofas everywhere no features to wow. Rude reception staff. Rooms very clean, although shower temp and pressure very poor. Quite pool brilliant although very scummy around one edge ruined my swim wear, pointed out to life guards who were very quick to clean didn't make much difference. Food overall good but cold, restaurant clean but full of birds looking for food inside and out, walking all over tables and chairs. Service received standard expected in a 2-3 star hotel unless u have a bottomless tip pocket, we felt as the only other English couple in the hotel for the first week we was completely ignored by waiters, no service offered to us that even justified a tip (because we was English not German) the language barrier a major issue they just don't speck English. Animation team was seen twice. The theater a waste of time for English as all about belly dancers and a man with a light skirt spinning around we didn't visit after that. Positive - the beach and sea is amazing the coral at the pier with all the fish made our holiday we spend 2 full days snorkeling and never got bored. The quite pool (relaxing pool) was just that no one under 13 allowed so no balls and splashing we spend 8 out of 9 days here. The family pool was good as well still relaxing and alot deeper than the quite pool, we always got a sunbed even later in the day. Towel service great the life guards set u up with sunbeds umbrellas table and ashtrays, however the pool bar is a bit of a walk for a drink. Special occasions don't go unnoticed even without prompts cake card and drums in the restaurant and then delivered to room. Biggest down fall both mysef and husband ended up very poorly after 5 days with diarrhea and sickness which has continued now home and I now have antibiotics. Over all I would give this hotal 4/5 cleanlines, 3/5 service, 3/5 food 2/5 for poor activity awareness 3/5 entertainment 2)5 hospitality We wouldn't return here

I had breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks at the hotel restaurant, and I was impressed with every meal. The food was flavorful, and well-prepared. The service at the restaurant was also excellent especially Marry from dinner staff . Staff: The staff at the hotel was some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay especially Hisham gamal and ahmed from fast food bar . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location, tasty food, great facilities especially if you have kids or older people or disabilities. This is my second visit and will keep coming bk, even they upgraded everything since my last visit in 2022. The whole team were amazing but few names I would like to mention: A huge thanks to Ms. Juliana, the customer/guest relation manager, who was so attentive to details documenting every single comment or request and taking it seriously to make things better and in the right place. She is one of the best in the hotel Mangment, so dedicated, great listener and very helpful. Thank you to Mr. Wageh, the pool restaurant manager who was so kind and helpful and a great leader to the whole restaurant team, thank you to the best restaurant employee, Mr. Mostafa Saber who cared so much to details, cheerful, kind to my child, and providing everything with a smile even during stressful times. We really enjoyed our stay again. The room was nice and spacious with a great view. Of the restaurants I would like to highlight the oriental (Tagine) and the Asian, both are very good. Even at the Italian restaurant you could always find something that tasted good. The staff everywhere was very, very friendly and helpful. Our thanks to everyone for that! Firstly I’d like to address the positives, the resort is beautiful and definitely 5* , it’s kept very clean and scheduled on time for cleaning/food/serving etc and the facilities are amazing! , the staff at the palm pool are incredible and always looking to assist and help, the waiting staff and managers for citadel restaurant and food court are brilliant and always kept myself and my husband smiling. 10/10 for some of the staff there , they work very hard and will always try to make you smile Now, I’d say there’s just a few adjustments that would really make this place amazing, first off when we arrived the entrance and security was great and really made you feel safe, the staff helping with our suitcases were welcoming and made you feel special, however as soon as we approached the reception for the first time checking in in the evening we were rarely acknowledged or greeted, there wasn’t much of a recognition or explanation of the resort and where we were to go it was very quick and almost ‘send you on your way’. First impressions last and this unfortunately stayed with us throughout the stay. The rooms are beautiful but we found that the floor was quite dirty when we’d walk around bare foot in the room only, our feet would be black with dust so just some updated cleaning of the floor would of been great. I did request some time prior back and forth through email for any adjustments to the room to be made and if anything could be done to make our first visit to Egypt special as we were celebrating our anniversary but nothing was noted or added to my knowledge which was unfortunate compared to other resorts we have visited in the past. On one occasion I rang room service for myself and husband only to be greeted with an incredibly rude man on the phone who seemed almost offended by my request to order food, a female member of staff rang the room back to take the order again which was to my surprise I thought I’d ordered with the gentlemen. Overall I felt a little out of depth with regards to asking for help, assistance or ringing for facilities which was a little uncomfortable at times due to this. The mini fridges in room could be stocked a little more often or if there was a multiple choice card of water/soft drink options that you could choose from so they could be stocked more specifically for each room that would massively jump the service up to 5* and streamline the process for them and also guests staying. All in all we did really enjoy our stay, it was peaceful , weather was beautiful and we really didn’t want to come home we are looking to return to Egypt end of December for 2 weeks. We would love to stay here again if the little adjustments were made.

The beach is very beautiful, amazing. The staff is kind, in this hotel you are not harassed by the staff. The night is quiet, you can sleep. The problem is with food, every day it is repeated, with a few variations, potato by potato. Cakes have no taste and the worst quality. my room was in a very worn condition, the interior needs renovation. If it will be renovated and good food, it would be perfect for a vacation.

Unfortunately, we also had several incidents with the staff, who were consistently rude to us, treating us differently than they did foreign guests. My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at Albatros Citadel in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and the à la carte restaurants were a fantastic experience. We loved relaxing on the beach, which was always clean and had plenty of available sunbeds. Our room had the most breathtaking sea view – waking up to that every morning was pure magic! The heated pool in November was a lifesaver, making every swim so enjoyable. This place is a true gem, and we can’t wait to come back! ❤️🌊

Great and varied entertainment for adults and children. We got to know Jana and she was amazing with kids. All other girls from the kids club were very kind and engaged too.Overall very nice and clean hotel with many heated pools and a great water park. Unfortunately, I’ve got an acute intestinal infection from the all inclusive buffet and as I’ve heard about super high charges from the hotel doctor (even of thousands of euros for examining kids and prescribing antibiotics), I needed to take care of finding the medicine on my own. I recommend checking the pricing for the doctor services in advance or using the hospital if needed instead. I would also wish for the hotel to offer mineral and not filtered water, to avoid belly issues for the Europeans used to different bacterial flora.

Our second time returning to the hotel and it was lovely just like we remember it. The staff were lovely and very accommodating and there was a good variety of vegetarian food. Great having the water slides on site and the beach is accessible via the shuttle bus- if you’re wanting some beach action. This time round, I found the beds a little uncomfortable and the bedding used, albeit fresh, was bobbly.

The hotel is perfect for everyone from every nationality and the people are really friendly, a tip goes a long way and doesn’t cost much. The water park is great, very clean and safe! Staff at the private beach are amazing and you get free drinks and food for guests at the Jaz hotels. My partner broke his phone early on and the man behind the bar and the manager were able to get it fixed for us which was very kind and helpful! I would recommend booking excursions privately through locals as it is a lot cheaper! Orange Bay, snorkelling and riding the horses in the sea was amazing! Also the entertainment is okay they threw a great white party! The food upstairs in the adults only area was amazing!

Everything is perfect in the hotel. The Hotel management is taking care of everything. The buffet is amazing with a variety of food. There is a variety of activities on the beach and beside the pool and the animation team is making sure that all activities are up and running. The sandy beach is perfect for anyone who loves to swim in a shallow sea. My only concern is the snacks in the snacks area beside the beach can be improved, the pizza was okay, but the burger and the steak were below expectations. Other than that everything is perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful and everyone in the hotel is making sure that you are having a good vacation.

Came with my husband on vacation ✨️ Transport brought us to the hotel, they checked us into a room that wasn't very good, we wanted and paid extra for a room with a sea view, but they gave us a room on the first floor 126, but in the end we resigned ourselves and stayed in this room on the first floor. The room was clean, I just didn't like the view, but everything else was super, cleaning, all the necessities in the room and water, and fanta, and tea, and coffee, and robes and slippers, everything you need. ✨️ The animation team entertains on the beach, the guys are very cool, they organize fun parties in the hotel. There is also gymnastics on the grass and in the water, in the warm suspect pool. There is also a very beautiful jacuzzi. Also warm ✨️ The beach is very clean, the guys clean it every day, they also clean the sea if any garbage gets in. ✨️ I really liked the food in the restaurant, everything was cooked very tasty. The food here is really top notch. There is a large selection, there is everything you want: sweets, fruits, vegetables, and salads ✨️ Every day there is a show program, dancers constantly perform, live music and dancing. It is very fun in the evenings 🎈 The downside is that it was already windy in the evenings at this time. I took a lot of dresses with me but it was already cold in them, but you could take blankets from the bar and sit in the warmth to watch the evening program. ✨️ We are happy with the choice, maybe we will come again I also liked that there are no children in the hotel, but there are also many elderly guests here. Arrived with my wife. We liked the hotel. We were shocked by the great service and friendliness We were greeted very nicely, taken to the hotel, brought, checked in, fed and super. Room number 133 It was on the first floor, which was very convenient, everyone wanted something higher because of the sea view, but we wanted it on the first floor because it was convenient to go out and everything was close. Our room was quite spacious, we were also surprised by the cleaning of the room, the guy was great, he cleaned every day, brought everything we needed We were pleasantly surprised by the food in the hotel, we visited all the A la carte restaurants, tried everything, the food was not bad but nothing special, since all this is also in the main restaurant. The choice is very large, soups, meat, salads, desserts. Lovely. What we liked most about the hotel was the animation. Very cheerful and active guys, entertained us every day, always help if you need something, most speak Russian, which is very convenient, there are many Russian-speaking guests in the hotel. Every evening they delight us with a show program, for every taste, and dancing, and acrobats, and Mr. and Miss of the hotel, also pleased with the variety of show programs. Every day live music, also always different, also dances with animation before and after the show are held every day. Vacation with family was a success, I definitely recommend this hotel!!!!

UPDATE: I WAS NOT THERE AS A TOUR OPERATOR! I don't know if you don't care about criticism and haven't even informed yourself about the incident or if you got this lie from the security man. I didn't want to pick anyone up from the hotel or be let in because of this, please inform yourself first before you talk about safety here. If I had claimed that evening that I wanted to go to the club "B2" which is on their premises, then I would have gotten in. And the fact that they stand by a security man who insults other people for NO reason shows that you don't have their employees under control. I have been living near the Continental Hotel for 2 years, I have always been delighted and have recommended the hotel to everyone. My family, my friends and also our guests from our company. Even I myself was always a guest at the hotel, but after today that is over. I have never been treated as disrespectfully as by the security man "badry". We tried to explain the situation to him several times and he just thought it was funny that we didn't fit in, even though several hotel employees explained to him the situation. He really laughed and smiled, to show us we aren’t important. No matter how nice the rooms are, the food etc. if you don't have your staff under control then none of this will help. I will not continue to support such behavior and will advise our guests and my family to cancel their bookings if there are no consequences. The photos with the view from the balconies, just so no one can claim that we were never there, you can see that these are different vacations.

An old but well-maintained hotel. The buildings and overall architecture are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the view from terrace is stunning. The large, clean, and well-maintained pool is great. The sandy beach is particularly beautiful, with an excellent entry into the sea, no coral, a gentle slope and a suitable depth – a rarity and a big advantage of this hotel. Also, the early opening of the towel service at 7 AM allows for an early arrival to the beach. The food is ok, organized as a buffet with self-service, and there's always something to find, even for those with special dietary needs. The several bars, by the pool and on the beach, are excellent. The staff is very friendly. The animators try to give a best, so it's never boring. Security is high; the hotel complex is covered by cameras, and the police can often be seen patrolling in front of hotel building. Hotel is covered by fast internet even on the beach. The only problem, for which I give 4 stars, is the early occupation of sunbeds. Although the hotel has more sunbeds and places on the beach and poolside than guests, early in the morning, positions are taken up with towels, which spoils the feeling of relaxation and puts early risers at an unfair disadvantage because when they arrive at the beach at, for example, 7:30 AM, half of the sunbeds are already occupied. I think the hotel management could easily solve this and avoid often argue between guests. Overall, the hotel is excellent and I recommend it.

The best entertainment team, especially Bedo, a guy full of energy, enthusiasm, communicative and joking. Bedo, don't forget the words in Hungarian! Classic tourist hotel with big rooms, typical buffet style restaurant and all-in bars. There is an array of different rooms although the hotel is in need of renovation. Our room was a big double room with a walk-in shower. The AC was working well albeit a bit noisy so we had to turn it off at night. Many guests reserve sunbeds early in the morning making for a stressful morning ritual to find a good spot by the pool. More beds were available on the beach. You are haunted by locals trying to sell you all sorts of trips, spa and other treatments, and activities. There is a possibility to indicate that you are not interested. Food is good but not great while restaurant is not very big given the size of the hotel. Although the hotel has a good price quality, I would not recommend. Animation team and program is active but not very inventive or impressive.

Definitely the best resort we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful and spacious rooms, super clean, the service is amazing, everyone is incredibly friendly, genuine, accommodating and professional, special thanks to the reception team who helped with all of our fussy requests, the canteen worker Mahmoud Abd Alshfy who made our day with his positive energy and Bedo from the animation team who organised the amazing partying part of our holiday and who we had good chats with. The food was gorgeous - great variety of meals, they do grill outside every day as well and cook a lot of meals in front of you 🤌🏼 The food quality and taste are outstanding! You HAVE TO go to their shisha bar, I have shisha quite often, but the one there was the best I’ve ever had! Amazing cocktails too and the prices are weirdly very low. They have lots of activities, parties, games, entertainment pretty much non stop. Also they’ve got spa and Beaty salon, can recommend both 🙌🏼

I think the resort is great for a short break. Food - 8/10 As good as 'buffet food' could be. Good variety and options to chose from. Staff - 10/10 Very friendly and extremely helpful Entertainment - 8/10 for children the kids club was great, although small. The evening shows were also enjoyed by the children. Activities - 8/10 Golf / a little park/ Volleyball / Ping pong table / some form of beach front gave some variety to the hotel. The pools and slides were great for the children. If any mistakes were made by staff during my stay they tried their best to rectify and accommodate.

Lovely shopping on the street outside. Food at hotel is nice but very little variety, if you don't like spicy then it's salad and chips or Pitza every meal. Rooms are nice and hotel is clean. Very loud music round the pool that you can hear even under the sea but it's not all day every day like most resorts these days, only for pool party or activity. Children's pools look fantastic with a pirate ship and a castle and loads of water things dropping and squirting at you it looks loads of fun. Beach is long plenty of sunbeds. Tourists are mainly German. Glass bottom boat £40 4 hours snorkeling and seeing sandbanks well worth it lovely chaps helping you enjoy. Evening entertainment is fine.Nov 2024 and sea is just warm enough to swim. Decor in all areas is very nice.Be aware paying extra for a sea view isn't worth it as you are above the pools and the sea is quite a distance.

Furthermore, the reception is well staffed but not much attention is paid to the staff. We had to wait some time for our room even though it was already after 2pm, and this room also had slight mould in the bathroom. Here the first time contact with the guest service, which will take care of the concern and I should come a little later to the Rezetion for a room change. No sooner said than done, but there was no information at the reception about a room change and we were offered an upgrade to another category, which I strictly refused because I wanted a mould-free room. After a long time, we were given another room. There was supposed to be a heated relax pool, but apparently the heating was defective, this could ba happen, so it was 25 degrees, three days before our departure the pool was heated and had 31 degrees, but the day after it was 28 degrees and the next day 25 degrees again although the heating should still not working or in my opinion has stooped. We also wanted to know from guest relationship management whether the pick-up time for the transfer to the airport was OK. I am still waiting for this answer today! I know from other hotels that the management or at least the guest service mingles with the guests to find out if everything is in order, unfortunately the management doesn't seem to care and the guest service either has no competence or doesn't care either. So this position could be saved, as it is of no use if it cannot/will not help! Now to the positive staff: the waiters really give their all and also the pool attendants, who are really great people. I would come again, because of the waiters and pool attendants in any case, because of the management rather no, other hotel groups can do that much better and also face the reality in front of the guests. Conclusion, I see great potential for improvement in the management and reception.

Everything was great - I arrive with 2 small children early in the morning and we received immediately a breakfast and after we had our ready. Food was also very good - you have the choice of several restaurants in the large hotel area. Swimming pools, hotel room and all services were also excellent, I also visit every day the Columbus Cafe with various coffee drinks. Also the aquapark for children was great.

When we arrived, we didn't get the room we had booked. We were offered to move to another room and then switch to the correct one the next day. We declined because we wanted to relax on our vacation. This vacation was one of the nicest. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively. The service was absolutely perfect. Food and entertainment too. Staff always very nice. We liked the lifeguard at the pool (16+). We were pleasantly surprised by the huge selection of restaurants. Cleanliness comes first. The butler kept asking if we were missing anything. The animators are also top notch. I definitely have to recommend this hotel further and it is quite possible that we will appear again in the coming years.

A very nice experience. We had a lot of fun with the hotel, the services, the treatment, the food and the activities. Everyone was cooperative and the staff were the best I have ever seen in terms of service and welcome. The five restaurants are rich and varied and satisfy all tastes and the food is delicious, especially Castello. The lake in the middle and the boat for transportation were a brilliant idea. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and have a nice view.

All the employees are polite and very hospitable. I was very pleasantly impressed by the whole resort, the beach and view. It's clean everywhere and the employees are top 10. Always make sure you have everything you need. The room was spacious with a beautifull view. Ali took care to clean daily, make sure that I didn't miss anything, always smiling and attentive. The food is diverse and delicious. No employee asks for a tip, on the contrary, they behave just as nicely even if you don't tip them.

The stay in the hotel was very convenient and very pleasant. The services provided by the personnel were truly exceptional. We spent a beautiful holiday in the hotel. We liked as well the food. The restaurants were fantastic. There is maybe one objection, which I want to mention: multiple times we had a problem with the key card and we could not get into our rooms, which was quite annoying. Each time we had to go to the reception and they issued new cards to us. The reception was very helpful. Maybe the hotel should revise the door locking system in the rooms. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We spent the last week of September at the hotel and were absolutely delighted with our stay, both in terms of the infrastructure and the staff. The hotel is definitely up to European standards. We felt well taken care of in every aspect. The hotel grounds are very safe, and despite the large number of guests, it was peaceful. There are beautiful coral reefs near the hotel. The only downside to the hotel's location is the lack of direct access to the sea. Overall, we rate the hotel five stars and highly recommend staying here.
