The hotel made a good impression on me. The beach is beautiful and very clean – perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The only downside was the food, which could use some improvement in terms of taste and variety. Other than that, everything was great – I had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return.

The hotel is very old and almost not renovated at all. I booked a "Deluxe" room for myself, my elderly parents, and my child, but we were placed in a small, dirty standard room.
The room was incredibly dirty and did not meet our expectations at all. While I was waiting for the administrator at the reception, he led my parents to a cramped room without informing me.
After a conflict and showing my booking confirmation, they admitted the mistake, but it felt like it was done deliberately.
The hotel does not have clear room category labels on the doors, and the old signs that remain do not match the new room names. This creates confusion and allows the staff to trick guests, giving them a lower-category room while claiming it’s better.
Do not believe the staff if they tell you that a small room is a "better" option. Always check your booking carefully and compare it with the real situation.

The hotel is in terrible condition, and the administrator was dishonest. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Just come back after 10 days there. The staff were all 10 out of 10 all made us feel special couldn't have done any more for us. We loved the resort beautiful beach and wasn't as far as we were expecting so that was a plus as we are in our 60s. Food was good I'm fussy but was always something there and was of a good quality breakfast could have done with a bit more variety on the hot side. Perhaps another type of potato rather than mash found that a bit odd for a breakfast choice.
Room was large but needed just a little upgrading to make it great instead of good but was very very clean and comfy beds and pillows.
Only negative point was some of the paving needs addressing so its not a trip hazard and the tiling round pool needs attention if all this was done it would turn this very good hotel to a great hotel. And when having a manicure we were starting to feel a little pushed into this. As always coming round even after a few polite no thank yous. We did have a manicure in the end it wasn't the best very little choice in nail colour and within 24 hours was already lost its shine and was dull. But the good points of this hotel with exceptional staff and beach we would return.

Disappointed and won’t return
We were very disappointed with our stay at Coral Beach Hurghada. Right upon arrival, a chocolate bar was stolen – I had placed it next to our bag on the ground for just a moment while looking for our passports at check-in. Shockingly, the man driving the shuttle literally rushed over and grabbed it.
We were told we were given a “deluxe” room, but there was nothing deluxe about it. On previous visits, we had been offered a much larger, more comfortable room with a sofa and a table – this time, the room was small, basic, and lacked those features.
We were traveling with a small child, and the room was located far from everything. At night, it was hard to sleep because of the loud music from the neighboring Long Beach Hotel.
The worst part was the check-in process – no one explained where our room was, there was no map, and it was extremely difficult to find our way. We had to wander the large property with three heavy suitcases and a small child. They have a shuttle service, but we weren’t allowed to use it. We even asked for help and said we were willing to pay, but the staff member just made a dismissive gesture and walked away into the lobby.
There’s also a clear lack of organization. Some events are organized by the animation team, but they are not announced in any way. For example, there was a foam party at the pool – we found out about it completely by accident while passing by, but by then we were already heading somewhere else and missed it. Communication with guests is clearly not a priority.
The only positive experience we had was with the hotel doctor. Unfortunately, our child got sick during the stay, and the doctor was very helpful and professional. We're truly grateful for his assistance.
Overall, I am very disappointed. This was our second and definitely last time staying at this hotel.

Awful, awful! Hotel is old and needs a lot of restration.
Rooms are big but run down, our windows have not been cleaned in years, mould in bathromm, bathromm door handle boroken and was not repaired after raising the issue.
Everywhere you get instant coffe (in the coffee machines), margarine for breakfast, not enough plates and cutlery. All drinks served in plastic cups- including wine for eveneing meal. Food does not look apetising adn small selection to choose from.
Good things are good wi-fi and nice beach (the main one).
