Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant and we were highly satisfied. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent, varied, and of great quality, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was on a very high level.
There are, however, a couple of downsides. The biggest issue is with the beach – all sunbeds are taken very early in the morning, so you practically have to get up at 6 a.m., sometimes even before sunrise, to secure a spot. Another drawback is that the rooms, at least the one we stayed in, are quite old and in need of renovation.
Despite these shortcomings, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.
P. S. A special shoutout to Carlos at the pool bar - you're the best! 🌞 Also for the staff from Lotus spa, Dr Fish and the guy who makes delicious fresh fruit juices on the beach. I wish you all the best!

A wonderful place. Small, relaxed, and beautiful. There aren’t any special bars or pools, but the beaches are small and lovely, with lots of nature around. The food is decent. The sea is stunning, and the service is okay, except for the souvenir shop in the resort where they will probably overcharge you. The rooms are decent—not anything special—but the hygiene is fine. The beach bar is absolutely beautiful.

After reading the hotel’s response to my previous review, I feel the need to comment again — even though, quite conveniently, they’ve disabled the option to reply.
By doing so, you’ve only confirmed exactly what I wrote before: you don’t listen to your guests, you don’t read their words, and you clearly don’t care about their experience.
My original review was a compliment addressed solely to Mr. Mohamed Bassam — the only person in your hotel who actually performs his job professionally, with respect and responsibility. I did not praise any “team,” nor did I say that my stay was pleasant, because it simply wasn’t.
Your so-called “invitation” for me to return to the hotel is, frankly, in poor taste — after everything I experienced there, accepting it would be nothing short of masochism.
Instead of hiding behind generic replies and disabling comments, try actually listening to your guests for a change. That would be the first real step toward improvement.

The customer service is truly the best! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Especially Mina and the Guy from the rightest shop near the pool bar - moreover the prices here are really fine. Unlike in many other areas of Egypt, there’s no pressure to leave tips - which makes the experience feel much more relaxed and genuine.
The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and cleaned daily. Everything was tidy and well-maintained.
The food was amazing - lots of variety, fresh ingredients, and really satisfying meals. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews; maybe those people are just used to a fries-only diet like my younger brother 😅
The pools are fantastic, especially for families with kids. There are shallow areas and a lot of slides. You can also find a kid's corner.
The views are absolutely beautiful - the beach is stunning during the day, and at night, the atmosphere becomes magical with lights. It’s the perfect place to relax.

We leave at 6 PM, so we have to be in the lobby by 4 PM or the bellhop will be looking for you. Alcohol and beer are a disaster. Wine is bagged. Food for the paid restaurants is brought from the regular cafeteria. Sprite smells of something. The food is okay, you can always choose something.
The soups are awful. Snacks are practically nonexistent, because they are, oh my... worthless. The rooms are poorly cleaned, with sand on the floors all week.
On the plus side, beautiful views and a well-maintained exterior. The lifeguards at the waterslide are excellent. No music or attractions during the day, but maybe that's how it is in Egypt. Booked for three people, but the beds are two singles. Two people only get water and glasses, as if a child is nothing. Apparently, it's similar in other, more expensive hotels.
