I was at the resort with my girlfriend for 12 days and we had a really good time there.
The stuff was very nice and polite with big smile on their faces, happy to help us in any situation and for any information.
I would say that it was very clean and safe, there was a big choice of food and drinks, sea was clean with space for juming into the sea, for women there was aqua dance as well, the pool maybe a bit small but it was very clean and nice!
All recommends for this resort :)))

Very stressful and unpleasant stay
We stayed at Minamark Resort for only a few hours before our flight and had a terrible experience. We booked a room without a pool view to avoid noise, but it was very loud — we heard shouting and even what sounded like a fight on the street. The AC made a horrible buzzing sound, so we had to turn it off. For the price, the room was outdated and far below a 4-star standard.
The worst part happened at check-out. We never used the pool, but the staff insisted we return towel cards that we had accidentally left in the room. Even after explaining that our taxi was waiting and we were late for the airport, the receptionist forced me to go back to get them. Then the shift manager spoke to us aggressively and even tried to stop our taxi driver from leaving. It felt intimidating and completely unprofessional.
Only the lobby looks decent — everything else is average, and the staff were rude and unfriendly.
Absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant and we were highly satisfied. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent, varied, and of great quality, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was on a very high level.
There are, however, a couple of downsides. The biggest issue is with the beach – all sunbeds are taken very early in the morning, so you practically have to get up at 6 a.m., sometimes even before sunrise, to secure a spot. Another drawback is that the rooms, at least the one we stayed in, are quite old and in need of renovation.
Despite these shortcomings, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.
P. S. A special shoutout to Carlos at the pool bar - you're the best! 🌞 Also for the staff from Lotus spa, Dr Fish and the guy who makes delicious fresh fruit juices on the beach. I wish you all the best!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in – avoid it at all costs.
We were given a terrible, damp basement room. After paying the receptionist (a short, chubby man with a mustache) 200 dollars for a “better” room, we ended up with an even worse one. When we asked for a refund, he pretended not to understand.
The staff serves guests who speak Arabic first, even if you’ve been waiting in line longer. The pool area smelled awful, and women shouldn’t go to the bathroom alone, as male staff often follows single female guests, which feels very unsafe.
The hotel’s high ratings come only from animators asking guests for good reviews.
I strongly advise avoiding this place.

The customer service is truly the best! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Especially Mina and the Guy from the rightest shop near the pool bar - moreover the prices here are really fine. Unlike in many other areas of Egypt, there’s no pressure to leave tips - which makes the experience feel much more relaxed and genuine.
The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and cleaned daily. Everything was tidy and well-maintained.
The food was amazing - lots of variety, fresh ingredients, and really satisfying meals. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews; maybe those people are just used to a fries-only diet like my younger brother 😅
The pools are fantastic, especially for families with kids. There are shallow areas and a lot of slides. You can also find a kid's corner.
The views are absolutely beautiful - the beach is stunning during the day, and at night, the atmosphere becomes magical with lights. It’s the perfect place to relax.
