                                        We stayed One week All inclusive at the Sunrise Alma Bay Resort in Hurghada. The resort was kept clean and maintained throughout. The employees were all very friendly and professional, full of smiles and they went above and beyond to make the holiday feel extra special for our toddler, greeting her, making her laugh and surprising her with balloons etc. The food was plentiful, fresh and well presented with different themes and options each evening. Breakfast had more of a limited selection but this was to be expected because it’s a smaller resort. Our room was the Mega Family room with a balcony and pool/sea view and we were very pleased with this. The room had nice decor, ample space to store clothes and luggage and the bathroom had a shower and was well stocked with toilet paper and clean towels. The room had a safe and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary cans of pop. Our toddler loved the kids section in the pool and we spent a lot of our time in the sea and along the private beach. Our toddler was very fond of dancing, music and the stage and she adored the lovely lady who organised the mini disco every night. We spent 2 weeks at the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm, pleasant. The staff is excellent in every way, helpful, kind and cheerful. The rooms are large enough, the kettle, coffee and tea are useful in the morning. The daily cleaning is excellent. The pool is cozy and large. It is easy to enter the sea, not too rocky. The restaurant has a wide selection of food. In addition to the main restaurant, you can book 2 thematic restaurants (Asian, Italian). The hotel gardens are beautiful, tidy, with wonderful flowers, trees, palm trees. The service providers (massage, beauty salon, Dr. Fish...etc.) are not intrusive. The hotel staff are all helpful and kind. Thanks to all the waiters named Ahmed at the Island bar. Thanks to the elderly but always smiling Ahmed, who helped the bars, the festivals and everyone else all day as a delivery man, cleaner, dishwasher. Thanks to the gardeners for the beautifully kept gardens, flowers and trees. Thanks to Ali the lifeguard for his attention. Thanks to Chef Mahmoud and his colleagues and all the kitchen staff for the delicious food, the wonderful decorations and hygiene. Thanks to Mr. Wale the night manager for his kindness, the beautiful room, his helpfulness and all his kind words. Thanks to Mr. Ibrahim the hotel manager for his helpfulness and for running the hotel properly. Thanks to the staff at the main entrance and the main building gate for their kindness. Finally, we would like to thank all those who contributed to the perfection of our holiday.
The only negative thing about the hotel is the currency exchange. Unfortunately, the machines in front of the hotel do not exchange money and we were not able to exchange money at the reception on any occasion. This would be a good thing to change.
We couldn't use the Wifi in the hotel, and there was no internet even after connecting.                                         I had a very good stay at this hotel. The reception was welcoming and helpful, the food was delicious and tasty, and the pool was very clean. The staff were always kind and supportive, and the show team was very exciting and entertaining.                                         I liked the hotel grounds, friendly staff, great animators, very tasty food in the restaurants, decent drinks in the bars, excellent room cleaning, cleanliness in the hotel and on the beaches, staff assistance in any matters and questions.
I didn't like that soft drinks weren't added to the minibar every week, I ask that more attention be paid to this. I mentioned this incident at the reception, but the request was not fulfilled. I didn't like the price of the hotel services, we agreed on one price, but when we signed the contract it was already different, I ask that more attention be paid to this.
