The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of activities to keep you entertained and everyone is very friendly and playful with the children. Absolutely amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort!
My stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, well-organized, and offers everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The rooms are comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, and the atmosphere is truly relaxing.
However, what really makes this hotel stand out is the animation team – they are on the highest possible level. Their energy, professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion for what they do are simply outstanding. Every day was full of fun activities, great shows, and positive vibes that made the stay unforgettable.
A very special mention goes to Ms. Samar – she is an absolute star! Her charisma, kindness, and incredible energy make everyone feel welcome and involved. She knows how to create an amazing atmosphere and put a smile on everyone’s face. Thanks to her, every day felt more joyful and full of laughter.

Lovely resort with plenty of pool space. My friend and I felt safe on the resort too as two women. Pools were a mixture of warm and cool which was good and the beach area is nice. The snack bars are plentiful too. Would come again. :)

We have stay for a week. Food was good and personel very friendly and helpful. Heated pools and aquapark are a massive advantage. Plenty sunbeds both near swimming pools and sea. Sea food restaurant pay extra but you still have asian, egiptian, greek and italian to choose. Book in advance is necessary. Only disappointment is the room. We have emailed hotel 3 times before the arrival to ask about room upgrade but no one come back to us. At the arrival we had to pay almost €260 to have a family room with 2 bedrooms. Standard was basically the same, street view and the construction side just next to us, with tiny balcony. When you book online price difference between rooms is only $11. When I've asked at the reception they said it's a fixed price for upgrade so fair enough but I feels like it was way to much. Except that everything was great.

We have just arrived home, positive… food was good, hotel and beach area that was open was lovely.
NEGATIVE
The staff force people to write reviews, even taking phones off customers, watching you and wanting to take pictures of the reviews, we refused and got met with a bad attitude!!!
We were not informed the hotel was a construction site!!! Not only are you in between two construction sites you are staying on one with work going on from 6am-12am if not later. I wish I could add the videos of the noise!!
Live wires, concrete piles, old furniture and just generally a very unsafe hotel!
Near enough the whole right hand block is being renovated but my son had a room in it, we did complain but got told they had no rooms available to move him too!!
EasyJet should be ashamed that they have people go there without informing them. The main pools in the middle of the blocks was out of use the whole time we were there.
Not a relaxing holiday at all with having drilling and banging going on all day!!!
Update!!! Just read the hotels reply…. The pictures I have taken are all within aqua joy sunrise hotel!!! The work is not secured off, walk up the stairs from my sons room to the fourth floor and live wires are there for you to see and touch!!!
Walk from reception down to the pool and you walk past the pools that have been closed off by a white sheet!!! And the ground floor rooms in one block are open for you to walk into with concrete falling from the ceilings!!
Madness that they are not taking responsibility for the work being unsafely done within their hotel!! The noise was coming from aqua joy, not the hotels either side!!
