Amazing experience! We got the Junior suite and the rooms were spacious and modern. The workers were nice and always with a smile (in particular the lady with the glasses at the reception, a big cheers to her). The breakfast was diverse as well as the meals offered by the hotel. It has also a mini market where you can buy essentials.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food options were limited but food was really tasty, especially the grilled meat and fish. Half board option included beer and wine with the dinner which was great. Hotel is close to the beach, maybe around 500m. Overall really nice place.

Title: Avoid if you want to sleep
I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and I must say that my experience was far from pleasant. The title of my review should serve as a clear warning to those considering booking a room here.
The hotel itself and its facilities were decent, nothing particularly remarkable but acceptable for a short stay. However, the glaring issue that overshadowed everything else was the unbearable noise disturbance that plagued our first night.
On the very first night of our stay, the hotel decided to host live music. While the concept of live entertainment can be appealing, what followed was a complete nightmare. The music that began at 9 PM was so deafeningly loud that not only did the stuff in our room shake from the vibrations, but it also made it impossible for us to engage in any conversation or even watch a movie with professional-grade earphones on.
Despite our complaints and the obvious disturbance caused, the hotel staff seemed unprepared and utterly inept in handling the situation. There was no manager available to address our concerns, and the front desk was powerless to take any meaningful action. What was even more frustrating was that the music was supposed to end at 11 PM, but it continued blasting for another half hour.
We were assured that the manager would contact us the next morning to arrange for a quieter room. However, that promise was empty and remains unfulfilled. Growing tired of waiting for a resolution, I contacted the front desk once again and requested either a new room or a partial refund so that we could find accommodation elsewhere. To our dismay, not only did they decline to provide us with an alternative room, but they also flatly refused the request for a partial refund, even when contacted through hotels.com.
Consequently, we were forced to endure a second night at this hotel. Thankfully, the noise was somewhat less intrusive on the second night, although we still had to rely on earplugs to get any semblance of rest.
In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice, especially if you value a good night's sleep or if you have young children or individuals who are sensitive to loud noises. Our experience was marred by the hotel's inability to manage a simple noise disturbance situation and their subsequent refusal to take any corrective action or provide compensation. Save yourself the frustration and choose a hotel where you can actually enjoy your stay without the constant disruption.

Overall a good experience. You get what you pay for. The rooms are simple but clean, nice big pool and good access to the beach. The buffet didn’t have a lot of variety but was consistently good. Especially the antipasti (Greek olives, cheese etc) were very tasty. The staff was super friendly. From the cleaning lady to the kitchen and reception staff and the animators, everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
The few things I didn’t like why it’s only 3 stars:
- the shower in our room wasn’t always hot. Once I complained and it got fixed but stopped working again the next day. After that I just gave up and either took a hot shower in the room next door that belonged to my parents or showered cold
- While the staff overall is incredibly nice, the restaurant manager seemed quite rude towards his team and us. For example, when I asked him one day to please open a bottle of wine for me that I had bought that day to drink on our balcony he told me he can but I have to ask again extra nicely. I felt quite uncomfortable with this little power game. The other time I asked at the bar and they helped me without making me beg… We also observed a situation where one of the waiters asked him if he can have breakfast (the area was emptying), the manager put 2 slices of dry bread and a packet of honey on a plate, gave it to the waiter and sent him to go eat it in the kitchen (rather than let him pick his food on the buffet himself). It was little interactions like this that just made us less comfortable with the manager especially as everyone else was so friendly
- the other minus point is that at least in our area of the hotel we frequently had a very bad sewage smell in the air. Some days were ok, some days we couldn’t sit outside on the balcony because it was so bad…

We went together with a friend for a last minute holiday deal. It was the first day after the hotel reopened due to the wildfires happening in Rhodes. You can actually see the damage made by them just in front of the hotel building, really sad to see but the hotel staff made sure that everyone felt safe and satisfied with the stay regardless.
The staff makes this place honestly.
Everyone was so nice and genuinely happy to be there, even in the busy times.
Zara and the other Italian girl from reception (so sorry i cannot remember your name) Lara from the pool bar, night bartenders, waiters during lunch and dinner, life guards and attraction team always happy to dance and make people around happy, even Claudio the gardener and the lovely lady from the kiosk, so many names i could not be able to remember but they all deserve a praise. Everyone just seemed really genuine. The only downhill is the wifi connection which I believe everyone is aware of being bad. We have had a really great time and the service has been amazing. Thank you for your kindness and we wish you all the best this season.
