Very Nice hotel. the staff is very friendly. the food was so delicious especially at dinner. the vibes were amazing. the rooms were very clean and tidy. the sea is nice, not perfect but nice. the pool is very good and clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sea Star Hotel in Hurghada!
The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling – they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was tasty and varied, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and relaxing.
We especially appreciated the friendly service at the restaurant, the cleanliness of the pool area, and the attention given to every detail.
This hotel is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea.
Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation so enjoyable – we will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel - you can relax in comfortable conditions.
The people who work there create a unique atmosphere. Everyone is very nice, pleasant, smiling, always ready to help and give advice. I would like to especially highlight Michael, the administrator, who was open to help and quickly responded to our requests!
We celebrated my mother's birthday at the hotel, and the staff was very open to all our suggestions, the administrator organized a holiday for my mother, ordering a cake, champagne and live climatic music.
The rooms are very clean, cleaned every day, towels were changed every day.
The hotel area is very beautiful, large and well-groomed. Two large pools, one of which is heated, which provided comfortable swimming in March.
The food was delicious, although there was a lack of variety, alcohol is very high quality, delicious red and white wine.
The evening program is very interesting: playing the guitar, playing the saxophone, live music, acrobats and extreme shows really impressed us. It was interesting!
The animators are not intrusive, if we wanted to lie quietly by the pool with a book, no one bothered us. In general, the rest at the hotel was very calm, there were few children and screams
We recommend the hotel for people who value a quiet vacation, without noise and fuss. I would return there again with great desire

This is a great hotel. i don't think it's 5* tho maybe a 4* at best, the rooms are nice and spacious with good views over the private beach and pool. The staff can't do enough for you and are all helpful. They are quick to ask for tips tho on everything! The air-conditioning was next level good! The room was constantly cool, so the heat didn't bother us at night. The entertainment was very basic, probably more for the kids than adults, and don't get roped into the foam party on Fridays it's just a way to get you to spend money at the bar.
The private beach is easily the best it of this hotel it's well set out and always has a nice breeze to keep cool, if you can get some goggles and have a swim in the sea lots of fish and crabs to see
Few shops just outside the hotel. I would recommend getting what you need from them as the hotel shop is extortionate compared to any other shop.
The bad bits were the WiFi situation. It was advertised on love holidays as being included, which it isn't! I was surprised at a hotel that charges you for WiFi, especially for a 5*. The gym isn't included either, although that is advertised as all included.

The hotel is slightly dated, with a canteen atmosphere at meal times. But, the staff have been more than helpful, kind and considerate, always trying to help at every opportunity. It is clean and the food may not be the best, but it was tasty and healthy and good. The entertainment staff are exceptional and got everyone joining in. Considering the hotel caters for so many different nationalities they do very well. I had laundry done, and it was perfect and very reasonably priced. Overall, we had a lovely time, the hotel grew on us and we enjoyed our time very much. Special mention to Ahmed Sameh who helped us from the moment we arrived, and Gamal who was kind and considerate.
