We had a lovely holiday here. The pools were really good and the heated ones were lovely and warm a really big. We had a nice large family room which our cleaner kept really well and did some great arrangements with our towels and duvets.
The food was good and varied, perhaps a couple more options for younger children might have been good. Drinks were good, I would have preferred some larger glasses for beers as sometimes they were a little small, still meant they didn't get warm I guess.
Great snorkeling off the beach and the pier which was great to get to do everyday, I'd definitely recommend bringing a snorkel set.
The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Albatros Resort. The staff is so kind and attentive. Our room was always cleaned very well. The food in all restaurants is varied and delicious. We did not take part in the animation but it looked like a lot of fun for other guests

It was a pleasing and enjoyable vacation.
The restaurants and variety of food was satisfactory. the distribution of meals schedule was great to cover almost all over the day from early breakfast (4am-6am) to late-dinner (10pm-12am) for multiple preferences.
Swimming pools were fantastic, and heated, also the Aqua for the children, they enjoyed much.
The beach is sandy and is swimmable for kids, also having a specific spot for snorkeling was helpful, although the reef wasn't attractive, there were some colorful fish arround.
Room were clean, but the bedding items need some attention, The pillow and mattress wasn't comfortable.
Finally the most pleasing and excellent point was the whole stuff actually, from the recipients to the housekeeping and the restaurants stuff, they do the extra mile to make our stay much enjoyable and satisfactory.

I expected a little more from the hotel.
-Hospitality from the cellars especially
-At the children's pool there is more atmosphere in the sense of music, a little, not loud
-The bungalows should have had a lift or something similar to get up with strollers
-Food could have been more varied, not almost always the same
-There were no real snacks in between, only sweets but no fruit or other meals, especially with children, that would be an advantage
-Ice cream was also only available at a certain time, which wasn't so good either, it should have had ice cream at any time and not only refilled but also ones with cornet or normal ice cream lollies
-The tip has been mentioned very often, I think it's inappropriate, you already pay so much for your vacation and then you want more from yourself, there's a reason why you take the all-inclusive option so that you don't have to spend even more on site
On the whole it was ok, the entire hotel area was clean

We found the perfect hotel in Hurghada!
Our neighbours recommended us the Beach Albatros Hotel.
During our trip we understood why:
- The whole hotel is super clean. You won't find a piece of dirt anywhere. Everywhere were people cleaning floors, toilettes or taking the dirty plates after finishing the meal.
- all the people who work in the hotel are super super friendly! You get help for everything you can imagine: the life guards at the beach, the persons at the check in, the cleaning man who cleaned our room, the waiters - everyone made our holidays super special.
- The room boy made sure everything is fine whenever he saw us. He was very careful.
- In every restaurant we found delicious food. There was not even a single day we went to bed not being stuffed with gorgeous food. I loved that there were many fish dishes and my husband (who doesn't like fish) loved the fresh cooking stations outside for lunch. The food is very very tasty. The drinks were very good as well!
- The hotel has a very beautiful beach. You'll find a big sand beach where you can walk and swim without swimming shoes. When you walk in about 5 meters it is deep enough to swim. The water is so clear you can see until the ground everywhere! Even when it's deep. They have a little house reef right in the front where you can see many fishes. It's beautiful!
- The most important part making our holidays so special were the waiters! They were absolutely super friendly and cared for everyone everywhere. They make a super job!
