I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
I would especially like to thank Peter Ezzat at the reception. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. He went out of his way to assist me and made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. His positive attitude and genuine care really stood out.
Thank you to the whole team, and a special thanks again to Peter for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great time at this hotel! I came with my family and my 5 year old absolutely loved kids club the ladies there did a fantastic job. I would say they need more/new resources for their arts & crafts and toys as there are so many children using them. There was lots to do and my daughter couldn't wait to go each day! The animation team kept the vibes high and the schedule had a range of things to do. The evening entertainment was good and the hotel is pristine! Cleanliness is 10/10!! I was very impressed with how clean it was every day. The food was delicious and there's enough to choose from, I can't really fault them! The staff were very kind and doted over us, service was great. As we went in Nov/Dec some of the pools were heated to our delight and the beach was cleaned and looked after daily. Yes, I was impressed with this hotel and everything that came with it. We will recommending it!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean – everything was well taken care of. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed how clean and well-maintained everything was. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

As a family of 5 we’ve visited so many resorts all over Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada, just to find our favourite one. ( it’s Beach Albatros Resort in Hurghada obviously) the beautiful views are everywhere, but the experience? very few. we visted a restaurant called Culina with exceptional food but,
what made Culina really special wasn’t just the amazing food—it was Chef Sayed himself. He was so friendly and welcoming, like an old friend making sure everyone felt right at home, making sure we were all comfortable and happy with our meals. You could tell he genuinely cared about each person sitting at the table. That kind of kindness made the whole experience feel really personal and memorable. Chef Sayed didn’t just cook for us—he looked after us, and that made all the difference. If you go to Beach Albatross, Culina is the place to be because of him.

From the moment we arrived to when we left we could not complain about anything.
Staff were all friendly.
Food at buffet was always varied and delicious. I liked the fact that salads were made individually as well as cheese and cold meats sliced as per request , which ensure the food to be fresh.
Bottled water was available 24/7.
We stayed in an economy double room which was more than adequate and comfortable.
The most important for us was to be at a hotel with direct beach front access as well as being able to snorkel. These were both fulfilled as well as so many other things the hotel offered.
There was WiFi throughout the hotel as well as the resorts beach.
