We had a wonderful family vacation. The service at the reception desk deserves special praise. We couldn't check into our room until 6:30 p.m., but upon request, we were able to use another room in the meantime for our little daughter's afternoon nap and to freshen up after our arrival.
It is also worth mentioning that we were kindly allowed to use the room until 3 p.m. on the day of departure upon request. As an improvement, we would like to see a daily overview of the dishes served in the various restaurants. This would allow families to plan where to eat the next day. We would also have liked to see a bookshelf or game rules where you can borrow (children's) books or games for your stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The waiters in particular were so child-friendly.

Our stay at Beach Albatros was wonderful!
The sea is beautiful with clear water perfect for swimming, and the sand is soft and clean.
The food was delicious and varied, and the service and management were excellent.
The animation team was amazing, with fun and diverse shows, especially for kids at the mini disco. Cristina is full of positive energy and makes the little ones so happy!

We spent 10 unforgettable days there! It was our family’s first time staying at a resort, and honestly, I was afraid I might feel “trapped” — but it turned out to be the complete opposite. We had the best vacation in every sense of the word. Unlike our usual active trips with lots of excursions, here we could truly relax. Some excursion (like the pyramids) were too long drive for the kids, but without a strict checklist, we enjoyed the beach, pool, and water slides, and fully rested both physically and mentally.
The hotel has its own beach and a beautiful house reef for snorkeling, full of colorful fish — it truly feels like swimming in an aquarium. Our room was very comfortable, and the best coffee can be found in the bakery section, which is open all night.
The food was amazing, with plenty of variety and something delicious for everyone every day. There’s also a great kids’ program, and all the staff were incredibly kind and well-organized.
In their culture, it’s normal that women don’t work in such roles, so at first it felt a bit unusual to see only men on the staff, but everyone was professional and friendly.
We also took a few trips outside the resort — and that’s probably the only “hard” part, because inside the resort it feels like heaven, while outside you sometimes get the impression that a war has just ended.
One thing that could be improved is having at least one pool open longer — they close at 5 PM — and a night swimming option would be fantastic. The hotel spa and hammam are also lacking. Although external providers offer these services, the quality and experience don’t match what the hotel itself provides.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Great for families, food good
The hotel is well set up for families. Pools and daycare were clean and well managed. The daycare follows a 4-eyes policy, and they’re strict about pickup/drop-off, which made it feel safe and organized.
The cappuccino bar was a nice surprise — genuinely good coffee and excellent pastries. Definitely a highlight.
Food overall was very good, fresh, and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Beds were also comfortable, which is always a plus.
The only real downside was the gym — very limited equipment, especially for strength training. There’s space for improvement and it could really use a few more machines and free weights. More cable machines, another smith machine, more dumbbells!!!
WiFi worked well. The guests were mostly German, generally cold, well mannered and respectful. Some adults were friendly but you have to approach them with a smile first. Their kids were well mannered, adhering to rules.
All in all, a solid family-friendly hotel with great food — just don’t come for the gym.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived; the staff are incredibly friendly and professional.
The room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully designed. All the amenities were fantastic—especially the delicious food at the restaurants and the well-maintained pool area.
Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a truly wonderful experience!
