Upon arrival at the Dana Beach Resort we were helped quickly and efficiently, we were given our room after lunch. The room was very clean and modern and was well located for us. The only complaint is that the rooms are very noisy, you literally hear everything that happens in the other room. The resort is large, yet beautifully laid out, so that everyone can choose a nice spot. It is perfectly maintained, from paths to gardens, everything is very neat. The staff is there for you, nothing is too much for them and always with a smile and sometimes a little joke. We visited all the restaurants, each with its specific food and appearance. Besides the Castillo, which is a really a big canteen with a lot of noise and the gruff show-cooking chefs, we enjoyed the other restaurant every day. From breakfast to dinner there is only one problem: choosing from the huge range of food. We went to the beach every day, the red flag system works perfectly, so no sellers passing by endlessly. The service there is also great, all drinks are brought to you with a smile. The sunbeds are wonderful with their thick mattresses and beautiful towels. The last evening we were treated to a candlelight dinner and show this because we are a returning customer. Which was a wonderful end to a great week in this very beautiful resort. We will definitely come back to Dana beach resort.

Ahmad the manager and his team are amazing! Me and my whole family have been privileged to enjoy your 5 star services. We received an upgrade due to it being our second stay and our rooms were 10/10. The views were amazing, the bathroom was huge. So many options to eat, all included within the price. The best hotel in Hurghada in terms of service and experience! Very luxurious!

Fantastic hotel for a family stay. Majority of guests are from Germany so all the staff is fluent in German but we managed to communicate in English as well. Nice easy and sandy beach. We spent a week over Easter and it was just hot enough. Food is served in 7 places so u can always find what u like! Heated pools are just a cherry on the cake!

The place is really great with everything you could need..the rooms are clean and internet works really well. In my opinion food and service are not up to a 5 star hotel. In the reception for almost whatever question you need to wait extremely long time. It is perfect for kids, families etc.

Spacious and very well-kept and beautiful resort complex with offers for all age groups. Very good all-day catering is also available on the beach. Very nice and hard-working staff who always endeavored to meet the needs of the guests.
