Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park – a perfect choice for a family holiday in Hurghada
Our stay at Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is very large, yet extremely well organized, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, regularly cleaned, and offer a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views.
The service truly deserves special recognition. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From reception to the restaurants and animation team, you can feel genuine care for guests. The food is diverse, fresh, and tasty, with plenty of options for both adults and children.
One of the biggest highlights is the aqua park, the large swimming pools, and direct access to the beach, making this hotel an excellent choice for families. It is easy to relax here, but there are also many activities available for those who want an active holiday.
A great additional benefit is that guests can also use the facilities, attractions, and restaurants of the sister hotel Titanic Palace, which adds even more variety and flexibility during the stay.
The location is very good, the hotel grounds are impressive, and the overall atmosphere provides a truly stress-free vacation experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great value. We would definitely love to return again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The property is stunning, very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You truly feel appreciated as a guest here.
However, during our stay we discovered that there is a VIP option with a blue wristband. With this band, guests can access all restaurants and enjoy additional services. It would be helpful if this option were communicated more clearly upon arrival, so guests can make an informed decision from the start instead of finding out later.
I would also like to mention a point for improvement regarding the sunbeds at the pool. Many guests place towels on sunbeds early in the morning and then do not use them for most of the day. This prevents other guests from finding available seats and creates unnecessary frustration.
A possible solution would be for the lifeguards to monitor this more actively within their designated areas. If a sunbed remains unoccupied for a long period of time, the towel could be removed and placed neatly on a central table in that zone. This would create a fairer system for everyone and significantly improve the overall guest experience.
We hope management will consider this suggestion, as it would remove a common irritation and make the stay even more enjoyable for all guests.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort.

Truely an incredible place that has made an excellent holiday. The room was amazing well stocked from water to sprite and cola. The staff were so friendly and helpful and would happily make conversation with you. The food was very much the same buffet style food every day but there were different themed restaurants which broke things up. There are lots of activities to do while there from a games room to many pools, heated and cool as well as a water park with slides. Along with a beach. The staff were incredible and helpfull often asking if you needed drinks. The building itself is a work of art from the architectures to the art work. An amazing place with so much culture to visit.

We had a fantastic holiday here. My children loved it. The hotel is very big and has everything you need. There are multiple restaurants, shops, spa and amusement arcade with bowling alley. There is also a beach.
If you cannot find a free sun lounger at the pool lifeguards will go and get you some.
Rooms are cleaned every day and free water and coke/sprite was left every day in the fridge. The air con in the room was fantastic.
Food is very good. Unfortunately we could not eat at the Japanese restaurant as it was fully booked for our entire stay. I think the booking system should be fairer.
There are a lot of flies and birds in the main restaurant. They are landing on food.
The gym is not very good.
The treatments in the salon are a bit over priced. 50 euros for a basic pedicure and would have been 60 euros to have with gel polish.
Massages are very good and better priced.
WiFi in the hotel is bad. However if you go to reception and complain they will let you have access to the VIP WiFi.

Lovely hotel and staff. The food in the buffet is good but lacks flavour. If you're looking for an amazing dinner go to Tandoori the Indian restaurant in Titanic Palace where Manjeet the chef makes amazing dishes full of authentic Indian flavours and the nabager Ahmed is always courteous and helpful.
The reception staff are always helpful no matter how busy they are especially the dark haired lady with curly hair who's name I don't know. The restaurant staff are quite nice too. The chef doing the eggs on the morning is very good and remembers you with a smile. I will say the only thing that wasn't great was the housekeeping which failed to clean the room well, didn't empty the bins and didn't replace toiletries or used glasses. Otherwise this holiday was fantastic!!!
