After about 15 visits to Egypt, I can say that I have experienced a completely different Egypt. This hotel and its services are simply incredible. The staff at all levels are top-notch. The beach is stunning. There are many thoughtful details, such as the staff cleaning guests' sunglasses on the beach. Guests can use red flags on the beach for peace and quiet, signaling that they do not wish to be approached by staff offering fresh juices, excursions, or spa services. The food is impeccable. The fitness center is well-equipped, and there is also a trainer (we used his services and were very satisfied).
One small downside – though unrelated to the hotel or the stay itself – was our experience at the beauty salon. It was highly overpriced and did not meet European standards, so we would not use it again.
We will definitely return to this hotel. Truly an oasis of peace! I highly recommend it to everyone, even the most demanding guests.

My overall first experience here was pleasant, the weather was glorious. Occasionally a breeze occurred. Overall, generally the hotel staff were professional, friendly, funny, pleasant and helpful. I felt well looked after genre speaking. Even in ways I am not used to.
Svetlana was especially helpful, patient and understanding.
I raised and flagged constructive criticism and things that needed looking at with Svetlana. Hopefully by the next time they'll be dealt with partially or fully.
It would be nice if dairy free options were available in Egypt and more TV channels or smart TV apps. But this isn't the hotels fault of course.
During theme buffet nights, it felt a bit more challenging finding things I liked.
The room I stayed in could be modified to block out sound of evening entertainment I believe. But it is over by 10:30pm so not complaining. And there seemed to be some construction noise nearby. Otherwise generally quite quiet most of the time.
Finally, I felt a bit awkward being addressed as "ma'am/madam" by a few waiting team members as I am non-binary and I don't think it's appropriate regardless. I know no offence is intended though.
Smoking shouldn't be allowed in the outside bar/seating area. I find the smell off putting and very unpleasant.
Give this hotel a chance. I might stay again in future. 👌🏻🤗
I liked that it's adults only. Although felt a bit strange that nothing much was done to stop non guests from viewing evening entertainment.
I rate my first stay a 4 out of 5. It was nice enough for my first ever visit to Egypt. Felt a bit odd sharing a vehicle when checking out and being taken back to the airport. Even though they were on my flight. And quality of inside of the vehicle could be updated.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon for a week. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we were looked after so we'll. Treated like King and Queen.
When I say nothing was a problem for anyone it truly wasn't. They wouldn't let us open a door. As long as a member of staff was about. They are all so grateful and humble. We have made some good friends for life.
The rooms are nice. Comfortable and clean. The bed we had was a king size. Rooms are cleaned every day. Towel art every day. Not sure if it's available in every room but we had the honeymoon package so had a few added extras.
We will be going back again no doubt. And would thoroughly recommend this amazing place to any adult wanting to escape and be pampered.

We were a honeymooning couple and had a great overall experience at the resort. Although the resort is on the smaller side and doesn’t have direct beach access—you need to cross a street shared with other nearby resorts—the food and rooms were excellent. The staff, including the waiters and workers, were fantastic. However, the activities offered weren’t very impressive.

Amazing service, beautiful spacious and clean rooms.
Manager Ibrahim is very professional and helpful. Location of the hotel is very nice, directly in front of the of the sea with amazing views.
Restaurant is very nice, everyday they had different themed food and so many options, staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
The vibe of the hotel just amazing.
