I recently stayed in the property for a week.
I took the signature suite. Everything right after being received at the reception till the day we left was hassle free. The food and buffet system was amazing and plenty of variety of desserts, this made me happiest.
Relaxed at the beach and the staff got me drinks over there.
Tried their beauty centre and spa, it was really hygienic and the staff was trained well in offering the massages and beauty treatments.
The security was A1, we left for day trips from the hotel, and the security guard took our room no and the photo of the van that picked us.
The swimming pool and the jacuzzi in the room was well maintained by the room attendant and the room was cleaned everyday.
It was a very good experience

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, good time of the year to go, not too many people so it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The hotel was super lovely, clean and tastefully decorated. The food was great – lots to choose from, nicely presented (some of the displays were amazing, very talented people!) and cooked well, there were always chefs on hand to cook certain dishes while you waited. It all tasted great. The desserts were ok but although they looked beautiful, very arty they didn’t really taste of much but there was always something yummy to try.
All the staff were brilliant, helpful, friendly always smiling and really looked after everyone.
A special thank you to Sameh who cleaned our room every day, it was always immaculate and well stocked, wonderful – thank you.
The outside area with the snack bar and five other restaurants, is clean and well kept, it’s also where the evening entertainment takes place. We did have difficulty booking with the other restaurants, you make the booking on a booking system and they were always fully booked. You either have to try first thing in the morning (early) or very late at night. However, we got a table at the Italian and the food was amazing, we had the risotto with chicken and it was truly delicious – compliments to the chef!
The beach is right opposite the hotel and is beautiful. Loved staying here, would definitely go back and definitely recommend. Although it would be extremely busy in the height of the season. Thank you KaiSol.

We recently stayed at KaiSol Romance Resort and overall had a very enjoyable holiday. The resort is beautiful, the adults-only concept is fantastic, and most staff members are genuinely friendly and welcoming.
We stayed in Room 1923, a Deluxe Room with a shower, bathtub, and jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Housekeeping surprised us every day with creative bed decorations, which was a lovely touch. The only small downside was that, as active athletes who shower several times a day, we often had to request extra towels.
The food was outstanding. The variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was enormous, with different themes, live music, and special drinks almost every evening. We never felt the need to book an à la carte restaurant because the buffet offered more than enough choice. We also appreciated that most guests dressed appropriately for dinner, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
We mainly used the main pool, which has excellent in-water loungers and a very attentive waiter who keeps guests hydrated throughout the day. Unfortunately, our experience with the pool attendant was much less positive. After tipping him once and helping him exchange coins for banknotes, he started asking for money almost daily. The final straw came when he woke me up from a nap by tapping my shoulder and saying, “Habibi, can you call your husband and ask for €5?” We found this highly inappropriate and intrusive. Since relaxation was the main purpose of our holiday, we decided not to return to the pool after that.
Fortunately, the beach was excellent, with comfortable loungers and a much more peaceful atmosphere. We also loved the red flag system at both the beach and pool, which prevents vendors from disturbing guests.
One of the highlights of the resort was the gym. It is modern, well-equipped, and suitable for serious training. The trainer is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and strikes the perfect balance between offering help and giving guests space. If you choose to train with him, he will push you in a motivating and professional way.
Our biggest disappointment was the spa. The facility itself is beautiful and luxurious, but the value for money was poor. We purchased a “special private” couples Hammam package for €225 after negotiating down from €300. We were promised one hour of Hammam treatment and one hour of massage. In reality, much of the time was spent sitting in the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi before the actual Hammam started. The Hammam itself lasted only around 20 minutes, and unlike other Hammam experiences we have had, it did not include hair washing. The massage was pleasant but also noticeably shorter than advertised. For the price paid, we felt disappointed and somewhat misled.
My partner also visited the resort’s barber twice, paying €25 each time for a haircut and shave. The first visit was disappointing, as we later noticed that a large portion of the hair on the back of his neck had been missed. The second barber was clearly much more skilled, and after that visit he looked excellent. The quality therefore seems to depend heavily on which barber you happen to get.
The resort could benefit from some renovation work, as there are visible areas with peeling plaster and missing pool tiles. However, this did not significantly impact our stay.
The location is excellent. The area feels extremely safe, with visible security, very little traffic, and almost no aircraft noise despite being only 23 km from the airport. It feels more like a private village than a typical tourist destination.
Overall, KaiSol Romance Resort offers beautiful surroundings, excellent food, comfortable rooms, a fantastic gym, and a wonderful adults-only atmosphere. We would happily return, but we strongly recommend being cautious when booking spa treatments, as they were significantly overpriced compared to the experience provided.

We had a lovely stay at KaiSol. The staff is super friendly and we liked the style and setup of the hotel a lot. However, I don’t think it deserves 5 stars (not on google or in reality). Our room (jacuzzi room) and the open spaces are well used and not 5 star worthy. It’s all very clean and quality materials however all is very well used and would do with a renovation. Another thing, and that’s maybe down to our taste, the dessert in the main restaurant isn’t great at all. The rest of the food is absolutely fantastic, but the desserts are poor, not even the fresh fruit was up to a hotel in that category. Very odd, but it stood out for us…

We’ve just stayed at KaiSol Romance in Egypt for the third time, and that says it all — we keep coming back because we genuinely love it here. Every visit feels like coming “home,” and the hotel consistently delivers the same relaxing atmosphere and high standard of service.
What makes the biggest difference is the wonderful staff — always kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with anything, big or small. A special thank you to Hakim and Ahmed by the pool for their great care and friendly energy every day. We also want to highlight Denise and all of her colleagues in the restaurant — warm, professional, and always making meals feel extra pleasant. Big thanks as well to the team at the Sea Bar for the great service and great vibe, and to Sameh from housekeeping, whose work was consistently thorough and made our stay even more comfortable. And a big thank you to Ibrahim at reception — always helpful, welcoming, and professional, making everything smooth from the moment we arrived.
KaiSol Romance continues to be a place we’re happy to return to — and we already look forward to our next visit.
Hugs from room 1519 :)
