This was our first stay at this hotel and we were absolutely delighted! The entire resort is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a great attention to detail that creates a wonderful atmosphere. The food was excellent, with an impressive variety of options. The seafood dinner, especially the shrimp, was simply fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Cleanliness was maintained at the highest level – our room was cleaned daily and always restocked with fresh water, Coca-Cola, and Sprite. The hotel is perfect for families with small children. The pools are heated and the water is very warm – ideal for kids. The foam party on Wednesday was an unforgettable experience! In the evenings, there were great animations starting with cartoons on a big screen, followed by interactive activities like dancing in different languages, games, and live performances, including belly dancing, Latin shows, and Egyptian-style acts. The beach was clean and well-maintained, with enough sunbeds for everyone. Although sunbeds by the pool were hard to find after 9 AM, the staff would happily bring more upon request. Another big plus was the excellent Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel – even on the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. This was our first visit, and we are truly impressed. The whole resort is simply beautiful – a real treat for the eyes and soul. We highly recommend this hotel!

the hotel is beautiful and very modern. the hotel service is at the highest level, always helpful. the food is also delicious and varied. every employee of the hotel is very well trained and helpful. there is also no shortage of attractions for children. the hotel's location is ideal - close to the sea and close to the airport. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I don't have enough words to express how happy I am that we chose to stay in this hotel. The rooms are so clean and tidy, they are cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily, you have shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and even body cream (the stock is renewed daily) - the food: what can I say: every day there was something new and for all tastes. The pools: cleaned every evening. The staff is 5* honestly, such waiters, like here, I have not met anywhere, these people are really happy to see you, they smile but not fake, you feel that you are welcome ... and they love children ... they really are not indifferent to them!! even the chefs that make pasta and breakfast in the morning, the lady that makes pizza, the chefs that make burgers, the lady that takes care of the women's toilet - They are all wow!! thank you beautiful people for what you do, I really bow to you! 5*! and on this occasion, to those who come and visit Hurghada, I recommend you from the bottom of my heart to do the excursions with these wonderful people: Andrei and Larisa from "Egypt Gentleman Adventures". I guarantee that they will make your vacation even more beautiful. we were with them at Orange Bay - on the yacht, we were also on safari with them (God how good it was), we were also willing to go for a massage, sauna, body scrub, jacuzzi .... for 3 hours all through them except that it was already fully booked when we woke up to schedule, we also went to visit the dolphins through them... we also wanted to go with the parachute if the wind wasn't so strong... I guarantee that you won't regret it if you book with them. plus, all their tourists benefit from free medical assistance if needed (let's hope it isn't)! 5* and for you beautiful people, thank you for making our vacation more fun and amazing 🙏

The staff at the pool bar & the restaurant staff were brilliant. The location is beautiful and the rooms & pool were very clean. The issue we had was the food - the person I travelled with is coeliac and the main reason we chose the hotel was because we were told that she would be safe with gluten free options. But what we found was that the chefs when asked, didn’t know what it was, and food that was labelled as gluten free seemed random. A few times we asked the restaurant manager Abdul Elhrman (who was brilliant) if things were actually gluten free like they were labelled - and he would come back saying no they are not. He did help us by having some special food made. But the buffet food was not labelled correctly. One day chips were gluten free, the next they weren’t. French toast was labelled gluten free but when we asked we were told is was not. My friend has definitely eaten gluten while we were there and is now poorly. As I said, it’s disappointing since everything else was so lovely, but she really struggled to eat this week and has some days left hungry.

Lovely place with great staff . Everyone is very nice and helpful. We whitness a lot of guests making problems and beeing very rude so I would be careful reading bad reviews. Room very clean , pools very clean. Staff Amaizing . Poll heated. Guards keep an excellent eye on everyone especially kids . Good quality hotel food- not Michelin:) but you won’t be hungry. Big big variety of meals. Late check out till 6pm possible wich was a great plus for us. Loads and loads of activities for adults and even more for kids. Big shout to Kadi from animation team :) hotel tris a bit expensive- much better booking through infinity tours from the town great great great service.
