Amazing holidays
This resort exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean, making mornings magical. The pool area was well-maintained, and the activities there were enjoyable for both adults and children. The beach was just a short walk away, offering clean sand and crystal-clear water. The dining options were diverse, with something for everyone, including vegetarian and kids' meals. I appreciated the variety of evening entertainment as well; every night felt special. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return for another fantastic family getaway! Highly recommend!

We (family with children) recently stayed at this all inclusive hotel for a week. Sadly, we will not be returning to this hotel despite its good location.
The quality & variety of food was very limited. The desserts from evenings were served next day in breakfast. Hygiene is poor. We all had a upset tummy whilst there.
There were queues for food counters. You can bypass queues if you tip people. Often the managers/ staff members were served food at food counters out of turn whilst guests including little children kept standing in the queue.
The drinks, both alcoholic & non-alcoholic, were of poor quality and tasted like sugar syrup. The fizzy drinks were too sweet and with hardly any fizz and appeared to be some cheap local brand.
Even fresh orange juice or a virgin mojito came at an additional cost. The only good place for a nice coffee was fresh bean cafe which opens only for a very short time and closes at 12 noon.
The daytime activities were few and very basic. The evening entertainment was average.
The wifi is practically non-existent even in the lobby. When reported, reception staff informed that wifi had been a problem for past 5-6 years.
You have to tip for pretty much everything. I don't mind giving a tip, but nothing happens without it. If you were to stay here (even after reading this review) then carry some cash in your pocket.
The rooms are dated, shower curtain kept falling off, mattresses and pillows were of poor quality.
This hotel should be rated 2.5 stars, at a push 3star and certainly not more.

I had a wonderful day in this amazing Hotel! My family and i are more than satisfied. We had so much fun and good time! the entertainment was so caring, helpful, always smiling and welcoming. The shows at night was so good! also the activities during the day for the adults and for the kids! All the hotel staff was so nice to us. we recommend this hotel and we will be back soon

Great Hotel, with a great location. The beach is privat and beautiful. The hotel is big and offers a wide variety of activities. The food is amazing, they have each night a different theme. The food is great quality, and fresh and super delicious. The store at the hotel are a blessing, you can visit them to buy all kinds of different souvenirs or snacks or medication. The staff is super kind, helpfull and always smiling and cheering the guests up. The room is great, all clean, spacious and well kept. Great place to stay and enjoy!

Very good Hotel. Has everything you ever need. Service and Personell ist very good.
We have everyday Shows and the Animation team is outstanding. All in one 10/10. would come again here everytime!
