The hotel was wonderful, it was huge a lot off facilities around the place. The whole lobby is air conditioned and all off the dining areas too so especially when the weather is very hot it you always have a space to cool down. The staff inside and outside are lovely and really helpful also. The animation team work almost like 24/7 they are constantly around smiling and making sure you can always do something but they will also respect if you would just like to relax. The rooms are lovely really clean and cleaned daily. The beach is also really really nice and only at the bottom of the hotel.

I stayed at Jasmine Palace Resort recently and honestly, I was so impressed! The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere, but what truly stood out to me was the reception team. They are absolutely amazing – so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything.
From the very first moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and easy. During my stay, whenever I had a question or needed something, they were always polite, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. It really felt like they cared about the guests, not just doing a job.
I’ve stayed at many resorts before, but the hospitality at Jasmine Palace is on another level because of the reception staff. They created such a positive first impression and carried it through the whole stay. Honestly, they made me feel at home, and that’s something I’ll always remember.
I highly recommend this resort—not only for its great facilities, pools, and food—but especially for the wonderful people at the reception. They are the heart of the hotel, and they made my holiday truly special.

My experience at Jasmine Palace Resort was really lovely. The first thing that stood out to me was the reception team—they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in a hotel. Always smiling, super friendly, and genuinely willing to help with anything. They gave me such a warm welcome and kept that same level of care throughout my stay, which made a huge difference.
The resort itself is big and full of energy, with nice pools, tasty food, and a fun atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of.
If I had to point out one thing, it’s that the beach didn’t have enough shazlongs. On busy days, it was a bit tricky to find a spot, which can be frustrating when you just want to relax by the sea. Hopefully the resort will add more in the future, because everything else was great.
In the end, I left with beautiful memories thanks to the amazing staff—especially at reception. Their kindness really turned a good holiday into an unforgettable one. 💙

We have had a great 2 week stay at jasmine palace. We are a family of 5 2 adults 3 teenagers and the rooms were modern clean and plenty big enough. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the animation team were fab! The food was nice the alcoholic drinks weren’t as good as some all inclusive hotels. the pool and gardens were always kept nice. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

I had such a wonderful experience at Jasmine Palace Resort! The place itself is beautiful, but what really made my stay special was the reception team. They were sooo nice, friendly, and always ready to help with a big smile. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond just to make sure guests are happy, but the reception here truly did that. A big thank you to them for their kindness and professionalism—it really made my holiday even better.
