Firstly the hotel is absolutely huge. Absolutely stunning views. Gardens are beautiful, kept very well. Restaurants are lovely, food always hot. There are 5 alacarte restaurants, the Italian was our favourite. Drinks we're also really good. Hotel rooms are ok. Could be updated slightly but the cleaners do an amazing job, with all the decorative stuff on the bed. Staff around pools and on the beach are so attentive, we liked to tip but they didn't expect it which was nice.
The star of the show was Siannon from the animation team. She is absolutely amazing, made us feel so welcome, always tried to get us involved , we made a lovely friend in her. Amazing memories made. Thank you Jasmine palace.

We are here at jasmine at the moment, we think it’s lovely, grounds are well kept and gardeners work hard. Staff and life guards are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff are very quick to remove dirty plates etc and are just a pleasure to be around, there is always a vast range of foods available ( very tasty) my hubby says all inclusive alcohol is at the quality to be expected but you can buy different bottles ( he hasn’t) The hotel itself is huge and always very clean, the cleaners create some great towel art, rooms are well cleaned. pools are great (areas always tided daily, pools hoovered and filters changed) activities at main pool are fun, 4 slides are good, my son has been on them a lot.
nice stroll to the beach, water shallow but the walk down the pier type structure is nice, water is very clear and the snorkelling is a lot better in the deeper part ( second set of ladders) activities: we have booked at the front desks, I highly recommend the private atv experience though, only the 3 of us and a guide ( worth the extra money) other wise you are in a group of 20 plus going in circles slowly in the desert, where as we went top speed over hills and tracks and debris, we booked a 2nd trip a few days later,
Sales reps always trying to sell you something, it’s not excessive but we just say no thanks. Salon onsite is lovely but very expensive, agree a price before you enter, any extras will cost a lot.

We have just arrived home after 10 days at the resort. The whole team was very welcoming, rooms kept nice and clean with the added towel designs on the bed. Excellent entertainment at night for both kids and adults. The animation team made you feel very welcomed and were enthusiastic throughout the day. There was a good choice for the buffet food with different themes every day and a variety of cultures including the a la carte restaurants. The drinks were good and had a good selection.

On arrival it’s a little overwhelming, just the shear size of the resort, but you soon get to grips with the surroundings.
The rooms were clean and tidy and our housekeeper was amazing. Each day he left a different towel art.
Plenty of food and drink which is easily accessible, with 5 or so specialised restaurants on site. The Italian was amazing.
Great entertainment from the team throughout our stay who made us feel very welcome.

My experience at Jasmine Palace Resort was really lovely. The first thing that stood out to me was the reception team—they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in a hotel. Always smiling, super friendly, and genuinely willing to help with anything. They gave me such a warm welcome and kept that same level of care throughout my stay, which made a huge difference.
The resort itself is big and full of energy, with nice pools, tasty food, and a fun atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of.
If I had to point out one thing, it’s that the beach didn’t have enough shazlongs. On busy days, it was a bit tricky to find a spot, which can be frustrating when you just want to relax by the sea. Hopefully the resort will add more in the future, because everything else was great.
In the end, I left with beautiful memories thanks to the amazing staff—especially at reception. Their kindness really turned a good holiday into an unforgettable one. 💙
