We had an amazing experience at Old Palace Resort Sahl Hasheesh, especially thanks to the animation team. The animators were always energetic, friendly, and made every day fun for both adults and children. There were many activities during the day and great evening shows that created a wonderful atmosphere in the hotel.
A special thank you goes to Chico, the animation manager. He is extremely professional, kind, and always treats both the animators and hotel guests with respect and care. You can really see that he cares about everyone’s feelings and works hard to make sure people are happy and comfortable. He is always smiling, positive, and ready to help with anything. His leadership makes the whole animation team feel organized, motivated, and welcoming.
Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday unforgettable. We would definitely love to come back again!

He followed up with us step by step, was extremely attentive to all our requests, and ensured that everything was executed perfectly. His commitment truly stood out, especially as he postponed his weekly day off to be present and support us throughout the entire stay.
I would also like to thank Mr. Anwar, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding cooperation and for making all procedures smooth and seamless for our group.

I have been coming here twice a year since 2015 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The welcome from the staff when you arrive is sincere and all the staff are friendly, professional, from the reception team, the porters who take you to your room, the restaurant staff who look after you, the pool guys - everyone is great. The food is buffet style so you can always find something, and although I have no food allergies I have seen the care the head chef takes with people who have. The location and facilities are excellent with two pools to choose from and a fantastic beach front as well.
The house keeping staff keep the place clean and tidy and the ground staff look after the gardens well.
I can’t recommend the Old Palace enough

The hotel is very beautiful, the service in the hotel is excellent, everyone wants to help you and does not impose anything. The beach is very beautiful and the sea too. The beach bar is excellent and the guys, the bartenders are the best even though they work non-stop. The beach guys are also excellent, they try to help. The best is Khaled. Dr kirollos Moheb , avery professional doctor who ensures excellent hygiene standards in the restaurant. Their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are truly reassuring. Highly recommended.
