My stay at this hotel was genuinely delightful. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and my room was a pleasure to return to each day a comfortable bed, a great TV, efficient air-conditioning, plenty of storage, a spacious layout, a lovely bathroom, an excellent shower, a good hairdryer, and even the option to listen to the TV while getting ready.
What truly set this place apart, however, were the people. The whole staff is professional and attentive, from reception to housekeeping, kitchen, waiters, and lifeguards. But a few individuals elevated my stay far beyond expectations: Ebrahim Ahmed, Ahmed Okaliy, and Mahmoud Amer their warmth, humor, and genuine friendliness created an unforgettable atmosphere. There was also a young man at the lobby bar whose name I sadly didn’t catch, but his positive energy made every visit a pleasure. These four people are the reason I’m rating this hotel so highly.
The food is decent for Egypt about 7/10 overall, but the pizza and drinks are excellent. And the à la carte restaurant surprised me with a truly delicious steak, absolutely worth recommending.
Pools and the beach? Wonderful. A perfect place to unwind.

I highly recommend staying here. The staff are the backbone to this hotel. Everybody, from The front door staff, reception, serving staff during breakfast, lunch and dinner, the entertainment team, the pool guys and the water services. I genuinely believe that the standard of this hotel is extremely well kept by every member of staff, who work ridiculously hard, around the clock, ensuring that guests are taken care of. They are all super friendly, always happy to help and attentive to every detail. The evening performances and entertainment are incredible.
The rooms are luxury, immaculate, modern, well equipped and have exemplary cleanliness. In fact around the hotel, including the pools and beach. I didn’t see any pollution or litter during my 8 day stay. Again, credit to the staff that ensure the hotel is well kept. Snorkelling was an incredible experience, especially as a non-swimmer. I was made to feel so comfortable, and I cannot believe the beauty of sea life under the Red Sea. We are a young couple, childless and enjoyed ourselves without a single complaint. If you have children of any age, I highly recommend staying here, because the hotel provides an unforgettable experience and activities for children all day, every day. It’s evident that customer experience is at the core of this hotels ethos.

The Hotel complex is very modern, clean with beatiful surroundings. Garden is well maintained, also pool area is beautiful, clean. Staff cleaned and settled the whole hotel area every evening and morning perfectly, ensuring a very comfortable and nice environment. All inclusive option is very good, great variety, good and tasty fods, always some specialities. Great cakes, very good cafe, especially in the bars, but also in the restaurants. Great lobby/bar area with excellent staff (polite always, not pushy, not bothering, really helpful). Also restaurants' staff were super nice and fast in serving/cleaning, etc. We upgraded our room to royal suite, which was a very special experience, the suite is big, confortable, terace is perfect, we enjoyed it really much. The guy cleaning our room was very helpful and thorough, we appreciated his work very much (sorry, do not know his name). My husband and son had birthdays after we left, but I asked if we could have some surprise for them while we were there, which guest relation helped to organise and staff was also very keen on helping in this. It is a big hotel with lots of people, children, so it is quite busy and sometimes a bit noisy - if somebody wants more private or calm experience the neighbouring Pickalbatros hotel could be better choice, but for us it was really a good experience. Very good practice that there is no reservation in the private beach (towels are collected if unattented for long), so it is easy to find sunbeds. Gym is not so big, and the air condition not always worked in there, for such a big hotel, this area could be bigger.

The hotel staff were super nice, the rooms were very clean, and modern, the food was amazing.
On the first day, we met the manager of the hotel and he gave us his business card in case we needed anything, which was a really nice gesture.
What I wished they had is a beach with more reefs. However, you can get a boat trip to the nice reef spots. Anyway the hotel is located 15 minutes away from the airport.

My husband and I went here for our 21st anniversary. The hotel is so nice. From rooms, food, entertainment, pools,beach, bars and other things to do. The staff here at this hotel are so wonderful. I don't think they get enough credit. They all work really hard to make sure you have a wonderful time. We really had a great time here. One thing is, there is a taxi place right before you walk in the front door. Don't use them. They charge you so much money. The guy that was there charged us 1200 Egyptian dollars from the hotel to the mall( but he kept 200 for him self). So, it was 1000 Egyptian dollars. Very expensive. We decided on another day to use the taxi on the street. It was only 300 Egyptian dollars including tip. Just need to be careful with people. They will over charge you, even if they are with the hotel. Besides that everything else was good. The hotel and the staff I give 5 stars. Thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful and memorable time for me and my husband. You all are so amazing and definitely have patience to deal with some of these people. Thank you for always smiling and being kind to us. You all made our holiday/anniversary so much better. Even the gentlemen in the front(security)before entering the hotel would say hello, how are you? Everyone has been so kind. We can not thank you all enough for this wonderful experience. ❤️
