It was really good experience. We loved the upgrade to junior suite. Heated swimming pool was great. And we enjoyed very good coffee in lobby with nice bakery. Also I have to say special thanks to our cleaning guy who did perfect job in our room. The only thing which could be better is food styling in restaurants. It looked like in a fast food buffet. But a la carte restaurant was amazing!

We had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. The buffets are good, although a bit repetitive for a 5-star hotel. The kids’ pools are excellent and heated during the winter, which is a great bonus. The pool service is outstanding. I also really appreciated the enforcement of the no sunbed reservation policy - we always had plenty of options when arriving at the pool or beach. We enjoyed a good massage and also did a photoshoot. The experience itself was lovely, but at €7 per photo we found it quite expensive. As a result, we only purchased a few pictures, even though there were many beautiful ones. It would be helpful if the pricing or package options were communicated more clearly upfront. A few minor points for improvement: the continuous harassment from salespeople around the pool and beach, and the lack of clear signage for the bathrooms. We initially had to walk to the snack bar to use the restroom, which was quite a distance from the kids’ pool — and with children, when they need to go, it’s urgent. On our last day, we discovered there was actually a restroom much closer to the pool, but this wasn’t clearly indicated. One final remark: the service at the lobby bar was noticeably slower compared to the rest of the hotel, where service was generally excellent. Overall we had a great stay and can certainly recommend White Beach! The hotel is also very close to the airport (taxi max €10), but without any noise from airplanes.

Sadly it falls a long way short across most areas. Drinks are limited and very inconsistent between each bar. Food choice is ok but pretty mixed bag and quite a lot is bland. Describing it as having three restaurants is an exageration, really just one spread out over three rooms. Snacks are limited. Evening entertainment is poor. I suggest the managers spend time at both the above hotels and learn how it should be done properly. The kids pools are however really good and the beach quite nice although pretty crammed with sun beds. Overall ok but pretty disappointed compared to experiences elsewhere. If you visit make sure you ask for your gratice trip to Neverland. Appears the tour operators dont advertise this but hotel offers transport and day and evening trips depending on who you booked with.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! The buffets offer an enormous variety of delicious food, with something for everyone to enjoy. The entire resort is incredibly clean – staff are constantly cleaning everywhere, whether it’s the restrooms or the pool areas. The beach is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The staff are very friendly, and the waiters in particular are always in a good mood and great fun. Overall, highly recommended.

Hotel was lovely, Staff where always very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well stocked and had a very good view of the whole complex. My only gripe and I'm clutching at straws would be the food, I've tried food from all over the world and enjoy all the flavors that. Come with it but there seemed to be a bit of spice on everything. It would have been nice if there was a choice other than pizza or the kids menu that didn't have spice on it. The beach was fantastic, again very clean and perfect. The people who do the excursions with their office/kit store by the beach are brilliant I'd highly recommend doing a excursion with them, especially the snorkeling and scuba diving just magical.
