We recently visited Premier le Reve, for my brother in laws 60th birthday. From entering into reception, we were greeted by friendly staff with a nice cool drink, which was very welcome after a long warm journey. Our rooms were of a good standard, although some areas of the room were a little tired , but that said, everything was so clean and fresh, the housekeeping staff works so hard to keep everything up to standard, our room was tended by Hamada, nothing was too much trouble and our room was always immaculate and well stocked. Dining was a good experience, great choice of food and restaurants in the hotel, and always so fresh, the waiters were very efficient. Outside the pools were tended really well we tried them all. Always plenty of sunbeds, whether around the pools or on the beach. The pool bar was well tended and Carlos kept us hydrated by bringing drinks to us, all the staff worked so hard and always so friendly and professional. Swimming and snorkeling was great the sea was a nice temperature and plenty of fish to see. We hired buggies, and ventured around the area, very easy to stop and park up and explore the area. I would highly recommend Premier le Reve, and will return again sometime. Thank you for a wonderful experience and holiday.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An experience far beyond expectations! From the very first day, everything exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded for free to a superior room with spa, which immediately set the tone for an amazing stay. The food was outstanding and truly beyond comparison. In particular, The Oriental Corner impressed us with the most delicious Egyptian specialties, full of flavor, authenticity, and quality. Every meal was a pleasure and clearly prepared with great care. A very special thank you goes to Mohammad, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Every single day, we returned to room 2317, which was always in perfect condition and maintained to the highest standard. On top of that, we were greeted by the most creative and heartwarming towel figures, clearly made with love and genuine care. These small but thoughtful details truly made each day feel special. The level of service was outstanding, and we genuinely felt valued as guests. We are truly sad to be leaving and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the pleasant experience I had at this hotel. From the very beginning, the emphasis is on guest comfort. Friendly smiles from the security staff to the pleasant check-in, where they even bring you a delicious drink to cool you down. I apologize for not mentioning all the names, as there are so many, but I can guarantee that everyone treated us with respect and the utmost humility. However, I did remember a few names, such as Abdullah at the reception, who was great in every way, as was the entire management at the reception, from the porters to the cleaning staff led by Hasan, who did a great job, as well as the staff at the pool, at all the bars, all the chefs and waiters in the restaurant, as well as on the beach and pier, in the spa and in the gym. We recently spent three wonderful nights at Premier Le Reve Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh, and the experience exceeded every expectation my wife and I had. From the moment we booked, the level of care was already evident. Even before we arrived, Mr. Khaled Helmy reached out with warm welcome messages and all the information we could possibly need. That thoughtful gesture set the tone for our entire stay. His genuine smile, constant attentiveness, and exceptional care for guests truly represent the best image of the hotel. He is the kind of person who makes you feel valued before you even step through the door, and he is a major reason we would happily return. The service across all departments was simply outstanding. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. Room service was prompt and meticulous. The waiters were attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring everything was perfect. Every staff member we encountered carried the same positive attitude and willingness to help, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was impeccable. Every area was maintained to the highest standard, and you could clearly see the extra care taken to create a comfortable and luxurious environment for guests. The food deserves special praise. The quality, variety, and presentation were exceptional at every meal. It was evident that great attention is given not only to taste but also to the overall dining experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the extra level of care offered to guests. It is not just hospitality—it is thoughtful, sincere, and consistent excellence in every detail. Best hotel for relaxing and feeling good. The hotel staff is bending over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with only friendly faces and lots of laughs! Only thing to mention as "negative" is the age of the rooms. Its extremely clean and tidy, but upon closer looks you can see that they got some years on the back - but compared to the awesome service, the perfect food, the classy ambiente and the hotel beach (+reef) this does not matter at all. Thank you so much for this awesome experience, i will definitly come again!
