It was our first time in Egypt and our stay in Premiere Le Reve exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and we got a free upgrade to sea view. Very quiet inside, and overall the hotel has a relaxing atmosphere without kids screaming as it's a hotel for adults only. The food was very diverse: lots of beef, veal, quail, shrimps, calamari. We'd love to see a good grilled seafish as well, but food was excellent regardless. I personally loved their hibiscus drink (sweet hibiscus ice tea), and their alcoholic beverages were good as well. Cold bottled water available in every bar. Swimming pools were good, especially the one with salted water - it's so much easier to learn to swim in it. Note that you can enter the sea only from the pier, but the coral reef is beautiful. I recommend bringing a snorkelling mask to be able to watch it! The staff was extremely nice. Honestly the nicest we've ever encountered, constantly trying to make your stay more pleasant. They bring you drinks when you sit by the swimming pool, as well as to your table in the main restaurant. Many thanks to all the staff at Premier Le Reve for making our stay truly exceptional!

I had a wonderful experience at Premier Le Rêve! 🌴 The services are excellent – the stuff is dedicated and very attentive. I especially want to mention bartender Ziad, who was tireless, hardworking, and extremely polite, always with a smile on his face. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. I really appreciated the fact that even if you put the “Do not disturb” sign, the housekeeping team was always attentive and made sure you would never end up with an uncleaned room. At the reception, we always found helpful and very prompt staff ready to handle any request. The food was delicious. Overall, all the staff – from bartenders and waiters to housekeeping and reception etc.– stood out through their politeness and readiness to help. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Hotel kept in excellent condition, with staff who are always available and professional. The entertainment is varied and enjoyable, both during the day and in the evening. Meals are decent and offer enough choice to suit everyone. The pools are large, allowing you to relax without ever feeling crowded, even in the middle of summer. The beach is well arranged, with service directly to the sunbeds, and it’s easy to spot fish in the water. Tip: bring trousers to comply with the restaurant’s dress code.

I was in Egypt for the first time and stayed at Premier le Reve. The overall experience was a beautiful one. The room was spacious and I had a view of the pool, and in the evening it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the resort lit up. The hotel is very quiet at night, and very quiet during the day, being for adults only. The hotel has a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. It has 4 swimming pools, one of which has salt water directly from the sea. I found that fascinating. The food was very diverse, and the cakes not only looked brilliant, they were also very delicious. The food and service were exceptional. At the pool every day at lunchtime we had Aqua Gym, a very cool activity that I participated in with pleasure. The two guys from Aqua gym really know how to do a good job. Both at the pool and at the restaurant, you were served with drinks. My favorite, the hibiscus juice! Brilliantly aromatic! I didn't think I would like it so much. I also drank a mojito, it was delicious. All the bars offered fresh and delicious cocktails. The staff was very kind and friendly and here I want to mention two people, who from my point of view in the area of ​​customer experience excelled. Two very nice people, full of energy and an extraordinary kindness, as you rarely find. Ibrahim from the Turquoise Restaurant Terrace and Carlos from the pool. 🔝 What made me smile every day were the artworks of the boy who cleaned our room. Every day we had something new on the bed: swan, elephant, crocodile, hearts. He really made us smile every day. He is really talented! The resort is like a paradise, has a private beach with direct access to the sea. The sea has some gorgeous colors, it is very clear. Keep in mind that you can only enter the sea from the pier, but the coral reef is gorgeous. I recommend bringing a snorkeling mask so you can admire it! We were just there to relax, since it was very hot for excursions. You can do many excursions, but I recommend in the months when the temperatures are not so high, so you can really enjoy the experience. What I didn't like: that the people who came with the excursions were very insistent, they didn't stop after you told them no. The most insistent was the gentleman at the spa, with the massage. The first time he told us it was 140 euros per person and on Friday, that they had a weekend offer, 100 euros per person. It seemed like quite a lot to me and he was quite insistent, every day. What I also disliked is that the souvenir shop in the hotel doesn't have prices displayed, the products aren't the best, so you can say that you leave with an original souvenir and every day the same product has a different price. The gentlemen there are again very insistent. Although I liked the date tea served in the perfume shop, the experience there was nice, but expensive.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight, and were welcomed and made to feel special from that point onwards. The restaurant was kept open for us so we could have a hot meal on our arrival, which was a nice touch after travelling all day. The hotel, staff and service were second to none, and if you want somewhere to relax, recharge your batteries, with exceptional food and service, this is the place for you. This was our first holiday as a couple without the kids (young adults), and I’m so pleased we’ve found this gem, which we’ll definitely be recommending to our family and friends and hopefully be visiting for years to come. Thank you to the Manager and all your exceptional staff, who work so hard and provided an amazing experience we’ll never forget ❤️
