Good things - maybe the beach, most staff friendly and polite. The hotel itself is a real nightmare, the photos do not correspond to reality at all. The food is a complete tragedy - I am not very picky, I eat various food, but even I had nothing to choose from, I mainly ate vegetables. I caught such an infection that even their local medicines did not help much. The choice is very poor, the food is very poor, the meat is overcooked or dried out, the chicken is just bones. Even the locals express sympathy when they find out what hotel they stayed in, the employees themselves even say that it is very bad. My country peaple from the same flight, who have stayed in that hotel - everyone was horrified. One woman changed rooms several times because the children had rashes after the first night - she guessed they were bitten by bedbugs. The furniture is old, worn out, the beds are broken and constantly missing. Even more bad things there, but its too much to write :)
In conclusion - if you want to spoil your vacation and mood - you are welcome!
I don't understand those who write good reviews - they are either friends of the owner, or they went on vacation abroad for the first time in their lives, or they have vacationed in even bigger holes

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been at. Not even close. The service is beyond awful. Trash cans weren’t emptied. We didn’t receive more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 9 nights even after directly requesting more of it. It took them 3 days to deliver 2 more towels so we would have 1 each after requesting more, twice! Now let’s talk about the room. Fridge is broken in 3 different places. The kitchen fan doesn’t work at all. The fridge is incredibly loud. We only received a single room key even though we were 4 people. The walls are paper thin, you can easily hear people simply walking outside the door. The bathroom will smell bad no matter what even with the ventilation on 24 hours day, which also forces you to have the light on and it’s quite loud. Now onto the rest of the resort. The swimming pools are open for a measly 4 hours a day. The beach is nice but they play obscenely loud and repetitive music all day. It is an absolute hassle to buy(!) all-inclusive, they will do absolutely nothing to help you with anything at all. You would think being quite far from the actual city they would be able to offer a bunch of things like restaurants or snack shops but barely any exist. Absolutely no way to get anything but boba tea when at the beach because neither the hotels restaurant or snack shop allows non-all-inclusive to buy anything.
Cheers Mirage Buy for showing us that no matter how low your expectations are, some things deliver even lower.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time from December 30 to January 13, 2026.
My impressions are mixed, and the hotel has improved in a year or worse.
I wrote to the hotel in advance with a request to provide a room in a certain building, and our request was granted upon check-in. The bracelet is worn immediately upon arrival and is not cut off until you leave the hotel.
Everything was working in the room, there was hot water, two warm blankets. Cleaning is daily, but not very thorough. Two 1.5-liter bottles of water, shampoos, shower gels, and body lotions were placed in the room daily. The pastel linen and towels were changed once in two weeks and then at our request.
On the last day, the room cleaner complained that we didn't tip him enough and asked us to give him a JBL speaker that we had with us. This is the first time I've ever seen someone ask for something like that.
The food at the hotel has improved over the year. The breakfast became more varied, there were more pastries. There was always fish, chicken or beef for lunch and dinner. Delicious desserts, fruits (guava, oranges, tangerines, dates, melon). There were different cocktails in lobi and on the beach.
The beach is a separate song. In the early days, there were not enough towels, and those who got them took care of them like a jewel. Then the people dispersed a bit and towels stopped being in short supply. Then a separate quest was to find a sunbed first, since half of the sun beds are broken, then the same quest to find a mattress, since again half of the mattresses are sagged and torn.
The worst team I've ever seen, especially the blonde Veronica, who first says she's Italian, then she says she's Portuguese. Absolutely does not know how to communicate with hotel guests, behaves boorishly. I've never seen anything like it. Once I even had to complain about her at the reception, then the chief of animators of Rome came up to apologize, apparently for show, but this did not reduce the rudeness from the animation team. Half of the people simply did not know where the evening animation was taking place, as no one gave information to anyone. Boring and uninteresting shows, in the Miss hotel contest, you had to crow and pretend like you were laying an egg, what is that? The prize is a trip to the disco with the animators. For many, this is not relevant at all. Once we went to a club with them for $ 10, so we weren't allowed to move around the club, they grabbed our hands so that we wouldn't leave them anywhere and forced us to dance with them in a circle like in a kids' club. And it's all for our own money. And this Veronica was yelling at us that we should listen to her. I am 45 years old, my friend is 50 years old. This is complete rudeness. After complaining about them at the hotel reception, in order to somehow justify their behavior, they also accused us of dancing as if we were offering ourselves to men. On the way from the club to the hotel, the head of the animators, Rima, became ill, she was sick, we thought we would not get to the hotel. Actually, what kind of boss is the same as the team. The animators themselves, Veronica and Habiba, talked only with local Arabs on the beach. They were not interested in ordinary tourists. We didn't go anywhere else with them. After that, they ignored us and did not approach us again until the end of our vacation. I kindly ask the hotel administration to pay attention to this behavior.
The whole impression of the hotel was ruined by this team. I'm not going to this hotel anymore.

Definitely would not recommend this hotel. I made a terrible mistake booking all inclusive for 21 nights with my toddler! Customer service simply just does not exist in this hotel. The staff are just rude and disrespectful, they will have you standing there whilst chatting away having a laugh. The reception staff don't know very much, asked them for an iron, they have none... asked them for laundry service and told they don't have one! Issues with room on arrival and was told someone will get back to me but nobody did until I enquired again, and again! The food is always cold and bland, same food everyday! The room is full of ants, even the bathroom! Shocking hotel, Definitely won't be booking ever again! Cannot wait for my holiday to end but sadly only 3rd day in a 21 night stay!

the room was quite good, everything worked for us, it has air conditioning that cools extremely well, the terrace is also very nice, we didn't have chairs and as soon as we asked for them we got them, the toilet is also very good, we have no complaints about the room, neat, clean, praise
There is not much interaction for children, in the evening music is played and some people sing, many people gather around the lobby, children dance to the music, but there is nothing else to entertain them.
The path is very beautiful, always clean, lots of plants and flowers, poorly lit at night to the restaurant but that's not a big problem, there are bins, pixles, there's plenty of shade, the whole resort has palm trees, there are 6.7 shops where you can buy souvenirs and clothes and jewelry and perfumes, all praise for the workers in the shops, they are very kind, they know how to make you buy even if you don't want to buy but it's in their blood, be aware of that. It's about 700, 800m from our room to the beach but again I say there's shade so it's not hard.
the food is quite good and we are satisfied. it has a correct selection of chicken, fish, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta and some of their dishes, sweet, cakes, salad, there are many, delicious
The service was excellent, whenever we needed something, we left a note on paper and he always brought it to us that day, always leave at least 1 euro, it will mean something to them, our bed was always made and something made of towels, the toilet was always clean, new towels every day, he brought us water every day, every day when we went to the beach we saw a lot of them cleaning the path and wiping the lobby, the beach is also cleaned, there are a couple of workers who will always help you find a sunbed and the like, the workers are very friendly and kind, we have no complaints.
the beach is very beautiful, the sea is clean, sand, there are also a couple of swimming pools and an aqua park for children.
recommendation for the man who makes cocktails at the very entrance to the beach, and for the people who sell perfumes, souvenirs and jewelry (closer to the restaurant), but they are all wonderful!!!
the overall impression is that we would come back again❤️
