The hotel is located perfectly with a bay between the two wings which is literally a huge natural swimming pool. When you snorkeling in this bay you can find colourful fish. Even better if you go to open sea which is a few steps away just at the end of one hotel wing if you just go to the other side of the building. The staff if very friendly and helpful but the less friendly staff I noticed were at the reception desk which is weird to be honest. They are the first contact and should be helpful and friendly but I couldn't get that (perhaps from one young lady and one guy). Anyway, the food is fine but there were queues in some parts of the food stations like meat or pasta. General over 75% of the guests are Russians but I think it might be like this in other hotels as well. They are currently refurbishing part of the hotel but I could hear and sounds from construction site which was good. Overall I can recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunny Days Hotel and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel atmosphere is relaxing, the location is beautiful, and the staff truly make you feel welcome.
A special thanks to Elenna from the animation team — she is full of energy, always smiling, and brings such positive vibes to the hotel. Her activities were fun and engaging, and she really knows how to make guests feel happy and included.
I would also like to sincerely thank Master Ayman at the reception. He is extremely professional, helpful, and respectful. From the moment I arrived, he handled everything smoothly and made sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. His attitude reflects true hospitality.

I’ll start by saying that the hotel territory is large and located in a very beautiful place. There were always enough sunbeds available for relaxing in the sun, and the views around the area are truly lovely.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
We arrived late in the evening and were sent straight to our room. When we walked in, we were honestly shocked. The room was not properly cleaned – it was dusty, the curtains were blackened and torn, and overall it felt very neglected. On top of that, our room was located next to some kind of chimneys or ventilation systems that were making a loud noise day and night, so any idea of a peaceful rest was impossible.
In our booking we specifically selected a room with a balcony or terrace, but this was completely ignored. The room only had a small window that barely opened, and directly underneath was a dining area, which made the night even more uncomfortable.
The next morning we asked to change the room. For that I would like to thank the young man at the reception who kindly helped us and arranged another room with a much better view.
However, the rooms themselves are still quite poor. We happened to visit during a windy season, and the wind was blowing straight through the balcony doors. We had to wake up several times during the night just to close the balcony door again.
The food was also disappointing – either completely tasteless or overly salty. The selection was quite limited and nothing really stood out.
What was the most disappointing part, however, was the service. Out of all the employees we encountered, I can only highlight a few who were genuinely pleasant.
Thank you to the young man at reception who helped us change the room.
Thank you to the woman who was making eggs in the morning for her smile and polite attitude.
There was also a very young waiter in the dining hall who was the only one who showed us a table and asked what we would like to drink.
Another thank you goes to the young man working at the bar on the left side near the bay (the one making coffee) – thank you for the friendly conversation and willingness to help.
And also thank you to the room cleaner.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were very disappointing. Especially the young man working at the bar near the reception – he should really learn some basic customer service skills and not slam drinks onto the counter in anger, splashing guests. I have honestly never experienced such poor service before.
We stayed for 10 days. Russian language and mentality dominate the entire hotel, so if that bothers you, I would strongly suggest reconsidering this place.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Overall experience was very good.
Resort needs updating but the resort is very big and a perfect place beside the beach.
There is lots of activities like snorkeling, paragliding scuba ,swimming pool witha private beach.
A large variety of buffet food selection plus a option to eat in A la carte in 5 different restaurants.
Excellent customer service from and many thanks to the below people
1) Rashid in reception area
2) Ahmed mahmoud in the main buffet
3) Eslam Khalaaf in the main buffet area.

Great Food, But Room and Service ShortfallsWe stayed at for 2 nights during our recent trip. The food was a highlight – delicious Egyptian dishes with fresh ingredients, and the service in the dining area was attentive and friendly, making meals enjoyable. However, the reception staff was a letdown. They struggled to understand English, gave short and impolite responses, and didn't help much with our queries. The room itself was average at best – outdated and not very comfortable. WiFi worked fine throughout, which was a plus. The old TV was the biggest issue, showing mostly Arabic channels with limited options. A smart TV would be ideal so we could access YouTube or international channels easily.Overall, 3/5 stars. Good for food lovers, but needs upgrades in rooms and front desk.
