Highly highly recommend. Really thoughtful things such as a guy who came around each day to clean sunglasses, a changing hut (with mirror and left over suncream) by the pool, someone coming around to check on the rooms, no issues at all. Food wonderful. A 5 min walk to a private section of beach through other pretty hotels no bad thing at all; all felt like one bigger complex/ resort. Staff all friendly and never felt anyone was hanging on for a tip- at all! People who asked about trips or spa/ massage etc always polite and took a no thank you and carried on their way. Hoping to be back! Only place I’d consider in the area now. Quiet enough during the day by the pool and at the beach. Just music in the evening 8pm-11pm. Honestly highly recommend. Oh and regularly you were brought water or drinks by the pool servers where you were chilling by the pool- top notch service!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was good as was service in the restaurants, bar and by the pool. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and it would have been useful to have been provided with directions to the hotels rather small and crowded area here.
We had 3 problems in our stay
1. Dine around was difficult to book due to being a party of 4 in 2 rooms. We could not book it on line and despite several trips to reception we were not offered a table until we were settling our bill on our way down to the buffet on our final night. I mentioned this as feedback was requested and suddenly a manager got involved, was able to accommodate us in the Indian restaurant. This was lovely, one of the best Indian meals we have had. It was also half empty.
2. In keeping with most hotels we have stayed at guests tended to put towels and belongings on sunbeds before breakfast and return afterwards. On the final day we did this and returned around 10am to find our stuff had been removed and dumped by the pool. A pool attendant had done this to accommodate other guests. We were then offered 4 sunbeds which had someone else's towels on..... which I accepted aware that this would only lead to further problems. The guest who had reserved those sunbeds was very unhappy and I felt threatened by him. Management asked us to move off the sunbeds after he spoke to them and after some negotiation eventually found us some more.
I appreciate it is unfair to leave towels on sunbeds for hours when you are not occupying them but precedent had been set in the hotel and their application of this was unfair and inconsistent.
3. We had a 4am pick up on our final day. We were in reception and our transfer had arrived. We basically told we could not leave until they had checked our rooms, presumably to make sure we hadn't taken anything from the mini bar. They kept us waiting before allowing us to go.
Overall the hotel is pleasant and the food is excellent. However due to the above issues I would not return.

We’ve booked the royal suite for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we’ve felt special. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was really smooth and fast. They gave us a quick tour and showed us into our suite. The royal suite was royal indeed, very spacious & luxurious. The best part about the suite was the private heated pool. We used it all the time even tho we were in December and it was cold.
Food was amazing, and again the staff were very friendly and made sure we’ve got all what we need. From the moment you set foot in the restaurant, staff members come and ask you what you want to drink or if you need anything. Really overall great experience.
The entertainment was also top notch. They run shows every night at the lobby. The animation team is really friendly and engages with the guests all the time to make sure they’re always entertained and having a good time.
