This is my first time in Egypt and in this hotel, and I am honestly very pleasantly surprised. The service here is amazing! From the moment you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel welcome and truly taken care of.
The food is delicious, the waiters are always helpful and attentive, and the guys at the bar make sure you never miss anything. The animation team is fantastic as well- always smiling, making people laugh, starting conversations, and even teaching some Arabic phrases.
The rooms are clean and tidy, and fresh water is delivered every day. I am really impressed with this place and I will definitely come back again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The location was also perfect convenient.
Overall, the service exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and high quality stay. We would definitely come back again! The animation team was incredible we encountered elsabaky, medo, ussa, nour and zainab all of them were so sweet and kind.

Fantastic stay, super friendly staff, and excellent food. Thank you so much! Things that could be improved: 1. The rooms are a bit dated. 2. The gym could use some updating; a small outdoor area for working out would be nice. 3. Some of the long drinks and cocktails were mixed with very little alcohol. If you're going to make a gin and tonic, please make it properly. We'll be back...

I recently stayed at Just Dorms Spa Hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, well-organized, and has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment team — they were absolutely outstanding!
The kids animation team deserves a special shoutout. They were so caring, energetic, and creative in entertaining the little ones. My child had an incredible time with them — from fun games to arts, dancing, and mini-disco evenings. They made every child feel special and included, and seeing the kids so happy every day was priceless.
The sports animation team was also fantastic. They kept the energy high throughout the day with engaging activities, fitness classes, competitions, and fun challenges for all ages. Whether it was water games, volleyball, or stretching classes, they always made sure everyone was involved and enjoying their time.
The whole animation crew truly brought life to the hotel — always smiling, professional, and full of positive vibes. They create such a friendly atmosphere that you feel part of a big family from the moment you arrive.
If you’re looking for a place with great hospitality, relaxing spa facilities, and an exceptional entertainment team, I highly recommend Just Dorms Spa Hotel. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

The grounds:
Well kept, nice gardens, everything clean and tidy.
The rooms:
Looking a little tired, but very much in line with what you expect at this level of resort in Egypt.
The food:
Excellent, good selection. Bettter than the other two resorts mentioned above.
The staff:
Brilliant. Friendly, amazing sense of humour, couldn't do enough for you.
The beach:
This is where we lose a star!
1. There were two occasions where there wasn't enough space on the beach. We asked to go on the beach next door (another Makadi resort) and were refused. This is a strange policy, to simply not allow people to use a beach at a beach resort.
2. Myself and my girlfriend had to save another guest from drowning and tow him to shore. The lifeguard tower was empty - That's not okay.
