We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The location was also perfect convenient.
Overall, the service exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and high quality stay. We would definitely come back again! The animation team was incredible we encountered elsabaky, medo, ussa, nour and zainab all of them were so sweet and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, and the hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality.
We also appreciated the stretching sessions, which were well-organized, effective, and suitable for everyone. In addition, the hotel offers nice and enjoyable activities that make the stay even more pleasant.

The atmosphere is perfectly balanced. The food is high quality, varied, and well executed. Cleanliness is outstanding, and the rooms are comfortable, welcoming, and very well maintained.
The activities are well designed and genuinely enjoyable. Being able to soak up the sun in the middle of winter was a real luxury.
Special mention to the staff: friendly, relaxed, highly professional, and always helpful. A team that truly elevates the experience and makes you want to come back.

This hotel was a great choice for my vacation. Everything was nice and comfortable, from the reception to the rooms and the restaurant. The highlight of my stay was the entertainment team. They worked very hard to make guests happy, with daily activities, games, and amazing night shows. They are friendly, active, and full of positive energy. You can really feel their passion for their job. Thanks to them, my holiday was full of laughs and good memories.

Travelled to Makadi Spa and Star from the UK for a week's All Inclusive in January. This place is exceptional and the service here is World Class. The moment we arrived after a long journey, we were given a seat with hot towels, easy check in and suitcases taken to the room. What stood out was the finest of details through the holiday to ensure all guests felt very comfortable by all the staff, little touches like sunlounger drinks waiter service, sunglasses cleaning, laying your beach towel for you (which they provide) and much much more. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, great entertainment team, food was amazing. Being January, they were doing a few repairs here and improvements which didn't impact at all and shows they want the hotel looking it's best. Well done Makadi Star and Spa, from someone who knows about delivering high service levels, keep doing what your doing.
