AMC Royal 4 stars -> pleasantly impressed. Many advised us not to choose 4 stars but we took the risk and we don't regret it. Spacious and clean room with ok furniture. Generous recreation areas. Food ok although on the cruise ship it was tastier. The depth of the sea a bit small but ok for small children. Swimming pools with warm water. For us it was also ok the package received in the morning for those who go on excursions. In conclusion, thank you.

Thanks to all the staff from Manager especilly Mr Haney an miss Juliana public reatiion .till waiter very frendly loving and taking care.i travelled from 20feb 2026 till 5March.it Was the month of holy Ramadan but everyone smile on face .A clean hotel big room best food best service beautifull aqwapark one attaktion Spa was great i fellt like a family Members,wen i go again i will stay in same hotel .Food with big buffet and differnt restaurants fresh and delicious, lots of fruits and cake, if it was breakfast Lunch or dinner best varities it was delicious. For Sport a big Training hall .In evening lots of varaties Show. Bar peopel very freindly all the daya smlle on face .Pools very clean with secuirty.i would recommed try once wen your trip is to Hurghada.

Positives - Rooms were large, we had a sea view, we paid extra for the upgrade. Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed, and water put in the fridge. Food was okay, coffee was good. We really liked the waiter mohammed, the whole time there we felt like he was the only person to serve us well, as opposed to seeing us a a walking cashpoint. No issues with the pool or beach seating. Negatives - no information provided to us when we first arrived We had 200 euros stolen from our hotel room, we only found out the money had gone when we had already left. Other reviews suggest this has happened here before. Dont trust the safe, dont try to hide your money anywhere else in the room either - keep it with you at all times if you can. Nothing in the hotel shop was priced, eveytime we went we were charged different prices for the same items, which were extremely overpriced. The chemist was the same - a bottle of their own brand shower gel and some cotton wool cost 10 euros. When we were changing our money at the atm in the foyer the shopkeeper stood close behind us rubbing his hands together and telling us "i like english money". Loud music played round the pool daily from 10am, we could hear it in our room. No sleeping in late here. Fumigation outside from 6pm everyday, we werent warned and had to walk through the chemicals to get inside. No late night strolls here because of the fumigation, it fills with smoke. We tried to walk along the beach, its not clean - there are just piles of rubbish on the other side of the gate, but the hotel side is fine.

Big hotel surrounding a oool and on the beach. Hotel was clean and tidy. Some staff were very helpful and friendly, others less so. Rooms were a good size, first stay we had a pool view with balcony, second stay had views of another unfinished hotel very close by. Not possible to have double beds in any rooms. Chair on balcony was broken. All inclusive only included a limited selection of cocktails. Several restaurants to choose from but the food, particularly the desserts were a bit samey after a while. Not a great selection for vegetarians. We were particularly irritated by the constant hassle from spa staff and tour guide vendors who wouldn’t leave us alone and were very persistent not to say argumentative if you didn’t want to purchase. Hotel location had nothing much close by at all. The beach had plenty of sun beds but the sea never went above knee height. In summary it was ok but not the luxurious and tranquil experience we were promised.

Fantastic hotel. Great food and plenty of drinks to suit all. Kept very clean and plenty of amenities. Staff are also very friendly and willing to help beyond their duty if required. I would choose no other hotel in hugardha and although about 12-14 km from the town centre it's only 170 Egyptian pounds by an uber to get there.
