Lovely staff, great place right on to the beach, you can walk along the path to other hotels and there are some little shops along the path from the beach.
The restaurants are good, especially the Italian. I just found it weird that there were pureed potatoes and vegetables for breakfast.
The room that we were in was old style, which I expected but could do with some updating, especially the locks on the bathroom doors and air conditioning units.
There are a lot of Russians and Germans, but they are still friendly.

Food and food quality was not very good. Same food every day and not very warm. Also not a lot to choose from. Sometimes I could get mayonaise, other days he wouldn’t give me. You could only get 1 drink per person at the bar, that’s quite annoying when you’re with 14 persons. Also you could only pay with euros or dollars in the hotel and shops at the market outside, they won’t accept Egyptian pounds. Also, beer is given in cardboard cups. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and the aqua park is good, but the food and drinks at the bar are not so good. Some of the staff is friendly, some are not. I hope they will change it in the future. Also, the hotel is full of Russian and Polish people.

This is our third visit. We enjoyed the previous visits very much. Something has changed here. Most of the staff are miserable and rude. The only one who stands out as friendly and happy is the guy who makes the omlettes at lunch. The bar staff in the main lobby are the worst. Today we had a gin and tonic and the guy put his thumb over the gin so none went in the glass.

We booked last minute as I have cancer and wanted somewhere to go before I start treatment.
On arrival we were told of our room and 2 single beds, we asked for a double bed as we are married 37 years, this was granted, he asked did we mind being ground floor and closer to the beach, we didn't mind "the resort is big".
Our room was Garden View, although we were facing the pool at the Aladdin resort. The view was good we could use the pool at Aladdin also. The beach was 50 yards away, the main building with the restaurants was a 5 minute walk. All win win so far.
Our room was modern spacious very clean with wifi, safe and air conditioning all free. The only fault and its very minor was the picture quality of the TV wasn't great but not an issue. Our room was cleaned ever day. I would recommend you bring fly spray for the room and mosquito repellent as they can be a nightmare.
The beach was fantastic and good for snorkeling you would need beach shoes to walk up the jetty or to paddle as there are some stones in the water. The beach is all sand with loads of sun loungers most under umbrellas but you can move them into open space. You have access to the restaurant on the beach for drinks and lunch you can also use the Aladdin restaurant. The food was fine ,I'm a very plain eater and had no issues.
I would recommend everyone to get up early and see the sunrise it's just amazing "I've attached photos"
We didn't use the main pool but it runs through the resort a good bit of it is shallow. We also never used the aqua park but seen it and looks fantastic.
There's a a pool bar for drinks etc the main building had restaurants with good variety and good service. Some shops in the hotel but you can find cheaper across the road or in the town, I guess like most hotels.
We used uber to go into Hurghada as a taxi can be expensive.
As for the staff, everyone was friendly towards us we didn't need or want for anything. Even on arrival the reception staff were very welcoming. Our luggage was taken to our room. We stayed for a week and paid £350 per person but like I said it was last minute. We got great value for money. A great break which was needed.
