Stayed here on a couple of different occasions...
The resort offers a good selection of different restaurants, 3 open buffet restaurants and 4 ala carte restaurants which you have to book. You are only allowed to book each ala carte restaurant once every 7 days, so can try them all aslong as they are available and not fully booked.On all occasions we really enjoyed the shogun (ala carte).
The hotel itself is well-suited for everyone. The resort is very large and well maintained by the cleaners and gardeners.
The pools and waterpark is very popular with everyone, likewise the beach area.
We created some beautiful memories here on each occasion and surely will be back...

We spent 11 wonderful days at Alibaba Palace, and honestly, everything was just perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of, and that feeling stayed with us until the day we left.
The hotel itself is beautiful, well organized, and very clean. The amenities are excellent, offering everything a family could possibly need. The pools, water slides, and outdoor areas are fantastic, especially for children. This resort is truly kids-friendly, which made our vacation stress-free and full of happy moments.
The food was very good, with a wide variety of options every day. There was always something for everyone—adults and kids alike. The restaurants were clean, well managed, and the staff worked hard to make sure guests were satisfied.
The entertainment was great, both during the day and in the evening. There were plenty of activities, shows, and fun programs that kept the kids excited and entertained. My children enjoyed every single day so much that they didn’t want to go home at all, which says everything about how amazing this place is for families.
I would also like to specially mention the housekeeping team. They were very helpful, kind, and professional. Our room was well maintained and cleaned every day, with great attention to detail. Coming back to a fresh and tidy room daily made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every single staff member we met was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay.
Before leaving, we were absolutely sure about giving Alibaba Palace a well-deserved 5-star rating. We created beautiful memories here, and the resort exceeded our expectations in every way.
We will definitely come back again, and we highly recommend Alibaba Palace to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday in Egypt. Thank you, Alibaba Palace, for an unforgettable stay we can’t wait to return!

Just came from an amazing vacation from Ali baba.
We love this hotel and coming back every year. The quality of the place is just awesome. Personal is really attentive, food perfect, rooms well renovated, housekeeping and gardeners are doing a great job.
Many thanks for an amazing time to the animation team especially to Masha and Amy at the kids club.
The only one minor point is that the sales department is not really keen to sell you the rooms, so we booked via third party and paid less.
We will for sure be back next winter!

Just back from the hotel we stayed here for about a week. The staff at the hotel are phenomenal, they couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms are really good quality and great for children. They have a warm pool close to the main building which was great in December! Plenty of sun-beds and the staff look after the area really well. The aqua park was great fun and again the service was brilliant.
I’d highly recommend it! My only thing I’ll say is the on-site shops (independent shops) are a complete rip off if you go to the local mall (60EGP by taxi) there are loads of cheaper shops.
The food at the hotel was good for buffet food but after 4 days I could stomach eaten anymore of it! If they could change it about a bit more often that would be better!

Brilliant hotel, staff and entertainment.
The staff were all more than helpful and the animation team are amazing, the kids club could do with updating. Ouzo was our main man from the animation team, he always made sure us and our kids were having fun and included.
The only issue I have with the hotel is that they need bigger rooms, we are a family of 6 and had to have 2 rooms when it would’ve been ideal to have 1 big family room or connecting!
The hotel was clean & tidy, always people ensuring the place is super well maintained.
There was a variety of food brilliant, lots to choose from and the pancakes were a hit with the kids!
Would definitely recommend and stay again!
