The animation and entertainment were fantastic. The animation team was energetic, talented, and very engaging, offering fun activities during the day and great evening shows that were enjoyable for both adults and families. Every show was well organized and entertaining.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfort, great food, and amazing entertainment. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We will definitely come back!

At 1 o'clock in the afternoon, 2 people came with a bag in their hands and picked up the cats in front of a lot of guests. Their clothes had the word Pet Killer written on them. I told them not to do that. They said they would just give them an injection. If they want to take the cats to the doctor, why do they put them in a bag? I will never come here again and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Why don't they kill the animals at night? Why during the day when there are a lot of guests there?
