Staff where so friendly , especially entertainment staff ! lots of fun ! 🤩 my highlight was belly dancing night in the oriental restaurant with fire pits , opens personal tents to sit in 😋👌 Italian restaurant was also. Very nice food ! Restaurant good also !! Drinks were ok bit watered down but expected compare to English spirits !! On the plus side they used English Coca Cola sprite Fanta etc 👌 bar staff were
Also friendly most of the time !! When not tired!! ( they work very hard and long hours) we were also
Lucky to meet lots of lovely other guests to drink and party with together from ages 21 to 86 !!! 😁 which we are now

The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied, with something for everyone. The quality of the meals and the presentation were excellent, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and attentive.
The animation and entertainment were fantastic. The animation team was energetic, talented, and very engaging, offering fun activities during the day and great evening shows that were enjoyable for both adults and families. Every show was well organized and entertaining.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfort, great food, and amazing entertainment. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We will definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and it truly felt like a place where you can relax and feel at home.
The restaurant deserves special praise — the food was delicious, fresh, and varied, with something for everyone. Every meal was a pleasure, and the quality and presentation were outstanding.

The hotel staff were really nice, they always made sure we are comfortable and had a good time, 5⭐️ for them. Rooms are nice and clean, beautiful garden. Wi-Fi is non existing at this place.. The food at the buffet is not nice at all.. Boring and you get the same food every single day with different seasonings we was really disappointed. We couldn’t wait to get home and have a nice food again. If you are going for a full day trip to Luxor or Cairo you can request a breakfast at the reception but you will be shocked, you get 2 bread roll in 1 with 2 tiny slices of cheese and the second one with 2 small slices of some kind of “ham” they were tasteless.. We only eat it because we was starving and our lunch was at 2pm on both trip. We was lucky to try they new Italian restaurant the night before leaving. The food was nice but had to wait 25 minutes for the steak and we was running out of time, we couldn’t enjoy our dinner because our booking was at 8 and the restaurant closed at 9… The sea was beautiful at the beach with beautiful corals, but they could upgrade the sunbathing area as it looked very cheap with dirty sun beds. The alcoholic drinks didn’t taste good the only cocktail was drinkable is the blue hawaii. ⭐️The Safari Park guys next to the pool were really nice with excellent prices and great tours. ⭐️

The place is good the staff are great the food was good. It is very clean and the beach toilets are as good as the reception toilets the beach staff cant do enough to help. It is located a long way from anywhere and there is nothing really to do. The onsite facilities are expensive but they do try. If you want to laze by the pool or beach it is perfect if you want to venture out you need transport. Overall the hotel is great for an all inclusive no hassle week or 2
