My wife and I stayed in the Steigenberger pure lifestyle hotel Hurghada as part of our trip to celebrate our 41 Wedding Anniversary. I must say that the customer service in every part of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The scenery and the beach as well as the pool settings were amazing.
A special mention must go to the main restaurant Staff. In particular, the Restaurant Manger Hanna Gerges and Head Chef Assem who did everything to ensure our satisfaction and meet all our wishes with specially made menu according to our wish. A special mention also must go to the Dessert Chef Mustafa and the egg station Cook Shaimaa who were fantastic and excellent in what they do. Additionally, I must mention some of the wait staff who served us with a passion and were most helpful and accommodating; Merna Gerges, Mariam and Mina. Finally, I must also mention the beach staff, Karam, and the Pool Restaurant Manager Sobhy and Emad.
We would like to thank them all for a hospitality that is at world class level.

We had an amazing time at Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left we were treated like royalty.
The staff here are incredible, making sure your stay is memorable. Notably, our housekeeper Mohamoud was fantastic, decorating the room and bringing us cake to our pool for my partners birthday. The lifeguards made sure you had everything you needed, as did the wait staff and bartenders. The management and executive chefs personally check on you throughout the stay.
It is a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel with the friendliest staff and best hospitality around.

Why? Because it ticks all the boxes.
Is the location practical and easy to reach? Yes, it's beautifully located at a private beach and just a 10 minute drive from the airport.
Is it a boutique hotel? Yes, with around 100 rooms, its quiet with lots of space.
Are the rooms nice? Nice is an understatement. They are beautiful. Especially the swim up rooms. They are equipped with all that you need.
Is it adults only? Yes and that's probably the best part if there wasn't the staff that takes such good care of you every day.
There are so many to mention. Here are just a few names and sorry to those that I did not mention.
From the restaurant, I specifically want to call out Maryam. What a sunshine! She lights up every room.
Everyone at egg station made my morning with the best omelette.
At the pool Mina took especially good care of us. Making sure we were never without a drink. He really must have over 30000 steps by the end of the day.
Let's also not forget wonderful Hagar that was the most cheerful of them all whilst cleaning our sunglasses, bringing us fresh juice or cold towels at the pool.
The real heros are the life guards though. Abd Elhafez and Shaher not only make sure that everyone is safe (like during the foam party) but they also go out of their way to make sure you have the best sun lounger with shade or no shade. All depending on your preferences. These guys also keep the pool and surroundings clean and tidy. They are working all day long. When we come, they are there and when we go they are still there.
Overall, this hotel really impressed us in so many ways but if I go on with all the good things, this review will never end.
I'll end this with a simple thank you to the hotel and it's wonderful staff!

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of arrival, the hospitality was exceptional — every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring amenities such as a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower. Housekeeping maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay.
The pool area is attractive and generally well-maintained. However, on a few occasions, the water quality was slightly affected by debris, though this did not significantly impact our overall experience.
All of the on-site restaurants offer outstanding cuisine and a high level of service. Dining here is consistently a pleasure, both in terms of food quality and atmosphere.
The hotel provides soft entertainment, which we found to be more than sufficient. That said, the morning music volume was occasionally excessive — starting as early as 10:30 AM — and could be disruptive at times. Events such as the pool party, however, were enjoyable and well-organized.
The gardens and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and impeccably maintained, contributing to a relaxing and pleasant environment.
I rarely give five-star reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it — particularly because of the remarkable team of staff who elevate the entire guest experience.
