This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of arrival, the hospitality was exceptional — every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring amenities such as a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower. Housekeeping maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay.
The pool area is attractive and generally well-maintained. However, on a few occasions, the water quality was slightly affected by debris, though this did not significantly impact our overall experience.
All of the on-site restaurants offer outstanding cuisine and a high level of service. Dining here is consistently a pleasure, both in terms of food quality and atmosphere.
The hotel provides soft entertainment, which we found to be more than sufficient. That said, the morning music volume was occasionally excessive — starting as early as 10:30 AM — and could be disruptive at times. Events such as the pool party, however, were enjoyable and well-organized.
The gardens and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and impeccably maintained, contributing to a relaxing and pleasant environment.
I rarely give five-star reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it — particularly because of the remarkable team of staff who elevate the entire guest experience.

I recently stayed at Purelifestyle Hotel and overall, it was a very relaxing experience. The atmosphere is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. The service was excellent — staff were always friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was also top-notch throughout the hotel.
One of the highlights was how easy it was to find a free sunbed at both the beach and the pool, no matter what time of day. The location is another plus, being conveniently close to the airport.
However, the food was a bit disappointing. The Gourmet Market offered the same types of dishes every day, with no variety. If you enjoy a diverse and rich food culture, you might find the dining options limited and not tasty in the hotel (or a la carte restaurants). So it’s best not to set your expectations too high in that area.
The entertainment program was also quite basic and not very extensive. The majority of the guests were older German tourists, which may affect the overall vibe depending on what you’re looking for.
All in all, Purelifestyle is a good hotel if you’re looking for rest and relaxation, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to food and entertainment.

A Dream Getaway at Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle – Pure Relaxation and Outstanding Service!
My stay at Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel offers a luxurious and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying every moment.
The rooms are simply stunning – modern, beautifully designed, and very spacious. I especially loved the combination of style and comfort. Everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay.
The staff across the entire hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Whether at the reception, in the restaurants, or in housekeeping – everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for.
A very special mention goes to the lifeguards (Abd Elhagef ) at the beach. They were not only there to ensure safety but were genuinely helpful, always present, and extremely kind. Whether setting up sunbeds, offering fresh towels, or simply having a warm, friendly chat – their attention to detail and willingness to help truly made my beach days exceptional.
Overall, my experience at Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle exceeded all expectations. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish escape with first-class service and a beautiful beachfront atmosphere!

Totally amazing place to be hotel is 100% fantastic. Staff cannot do enough for you . Hotel as soon as you walk in is clean and fresh you are welcomed in with a cocktail and a seating area of luxury. The rooms are totally fantastic clean and fresh the jacuzzi is a touch of luxury and your swim up room is perfect. Food is fantastic your are waited on and treated like there isn’t enough staff can do for you. Beach is beautiful and keep amazing staff at Alex bar are wonderful and our lifeguard is so helpful he tends to your every request 100% lovely guy pleasant and funny . This hotel certainly has our 100% all round definitely will be our choice again to stay in hurgahda.

One of the best hotels I've been staying to. The staff is amazing! They will go above and beyond for you and the service is impeccable. The buffet is really good(I loooved the falafels) and having a special area foe the beach is really cool! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Can't wait to renew the experience!
