I had the pleasure of visiting the Aqua Blue bar during my stay at the Meraki Hotel, and I must say that my experience was made truly special thanks to bartender Said.
From the moment I approached the bar, Said greeted me with a warm smile and an infectious energy that instantly made me feel welcome. His knowledge of cocktails is impressive; he recommended some fantastic drinks that perfectly suited my taste. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing mojito and the exotic fruit punch he crafted.
What stood out the most was his attention to detail and his ability to engage with guests. He took the time to chat with everyone, making us feel like part of a community. His friendly demeanor and great service made every visit to the bar enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Aqua Blue bar and experiencing the excellent service from Said. He truly enhances the atmosphere and makes your time at the bar unforgettable. Thank you, Said, for your fantastic hospitality!

Arrived at 11.30 pm and after a long day travelling we were greeted by the friendliest staff, cool towels and a refreshing drink. Check in was easy and we were in our room in no time after being offered something to eat.
The hotel is in fabulous grounds which are kept spotlessly clean and tidy. We had a gypster room...again fabulous.
We really enjoyed the food on offer in the buffet and speciality restaurants.
Service in all the areas of the hotel and pool and beach areas was perfect.
We will definitely be back!!

We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and were impressed from start to finish. Everything was simply perfect: the warm welcome upon arrival, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always smiling and attentive. The quality of the food was excellent — from breakfast to dinner: fresh, varied, and delicious every day.
The common areas are very well maintained, the atmosphere is both relaxed and elegant, and the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The entire stay was a real pleasure.
👉 The only downside (and it’s a shame for a place of this standard): the toilet paper in the rooms is of very poor quality. It’s a minor detail, yes, but quite surprising when everything else is flawless. Definitely something that should be improved.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were excellent and helped us multiple times, even providing us with a shower room after we'd already checked out so we could feel comfortable on our flight home. The resort itself and the private beaches are gorgeous and the food was glorious. Every person we spoke to was incredibly friendly and made it easy for us to enjoy our stay too the fullest. The Meraki Resort is the best hotel we have ever stayed at - thank you so much!!!

On arrival in Egypt we experienced a few issues and were told that we had been upgraded to this hotel. On arrival at this hotel we were met by the friendliest staff, we received cold flannels and drinks whilst waiting for our room. Once our room was ready we were taken and staff even carried our bags to the door. Our room was beautiful and cleaned to the highest standard everyday. Lovely variety of food and drinks with so many restaurants to choose from. Animation team were also lovely and always around to involve you with activities. The hotel is kept to a very high standard. Overall we had a five star experience at this place and would recommend to everyone.
