We had an easy check-in and Asmaa (our guest relation manager) gave us a walk through of the resort. The rooms, pools and other areas are well maintained. The staff were very friendly and always asked for our feedback for any improvements. The aqua park has lot of slides and there are multiple pools with a couple of heated pools as well. The food variety was good but was repetitive after a couple of days. The hospitality was great overall and Asmaa took great care of us during our stay. We will definitely go back there again and recommend others to visit this one.

Overall a very good experience. Beautiful views, pools, palms, plants. The gardens are looked after, plants are not dried out, pools are cleaned every morning, the sea shore is also shallow, clear waters. The staff are very friendly, helpful. If you lay by the pool they always come by you and ask if you want anything to drink. One of the best staff experiences ever, made a lot of new Egyptian friends 😁. The food is tasty, would like a bigger selection for the main restaurant downstairs. We also reserved the Morrocan and Beach restaurants for seperate evenings (cause the hotel has 3 restaurants for reservations with a menu) and they both were delicious. The other hotel called Pickalbatros Beach Resort has an aqua park, another gym, and an artificial wave for surfboarding where we can also use those activities. We also went to the moto safari which was good and rented a taxi from the hotel to see the city of Hurghada. One day we forgot our glasses in the Spa gym. We asked the Spa administration for the footage. Next day the boss/owner of the Spa came and showed us all the footage only for us to realise that the glasses were stolen. The same day the Spa boss/owner, Ahmed Saied, and his colleagues from the hotel administration organized everything, looked thru all the footage and got our glasses back. We had one of the best staff-guest experiences in our lifetime. They were not only helpful but very very very very professional. Really appreciate the staff of this hotel, they made the vacation 1000 times better.

A very well-kept large resort within easy reach of the airport. Despite its size, the hotel does not feel overcrowded and offers multiple pools, some of which are heated. Guests also have access to the aquapark at the neighbouring sister hotel, which is extremely convenient for families with children.
The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily upon request. However, the bathrooms are clearly in need of an upgrade, as they feel dull and tired.
There is a good variety of restaurants, but the overall quality of the food, drink and dessert options falls short of what you would expect from a 5-star resort. Vegetarian and children’s choices are disappointing, and the menus are very repetitive. Small details are missing, such as ice cream in the main buffet restaurant, meaning the kids were unable to enjoy a simple sweet treat after their meals. Meat options are acceptable, but the selection is heavily dominated by beef, and more variety would be welcome.
The main restaurant feels more like a canteen and during peak times, the lack of hosts meant guests were left walking around searching for available tables.
The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, always smiling despite the long shifts they work. A special mention goes to Asmaa in Guest Relations, who made a genuine effort to address concerns and regularly checked in throughout our stay to ensure everything was okay.
Overall improvements are needed especially with food and drinks to live up to it's 5 star mark however if you're not too concerned with this then the resort overall is very good!

I went for a vacation with my family for about 4 days. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and polite. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10, but from 10 to 11 for those who woke up later, they also served breakfast on the hotel terrace. Lunch was served from 12:30 to 2:30, and another hour was left on the hotel terrace for those who wanted to eat later. The variety of food was good. There were delicious desserts and fruits, salads, vegetables, soups, and diet foods. Next to the restaurant, someone made doner or hot dog sandwiches and someone made pizza with any flavor you liked. But the food was too spicy in my opinion. In the children's section, there were special dishes for children to eat by themselves, and there was a TV to keep them warm. Alcoholic drinks, tea, and coffee were available all the time while eating. Dinner was served from 6:30 to 8:30, next to all these restaurants. There was a bakery cafe that was open all day until 4 am and was full of delicious bread and pastries, tea, coffee, and herbal teas... The hotel had various programs for the evenings and nights, and I really liked this part of it. One night a DJ came, two nights they had a dance program, and one night there was a very good singer whose voice sounded like Elton John... Overall, I had a great time. I hope I can go again.

Highly recommended. The rooms are cleaned to perfection every day. All the staff pamper you. The entertainment is also top-notch every day. We had a truly dream vacation. A big 10 for everyone at the resort.
We will definitely be back.
