The hotel was lovely! Lovely staff and heated pool. Great service all around. Great activities and lots of shows to watch. The staff are really fun and enthusiastic. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious. I would definitely recommend! We also loved that we got to have 2 meals in the hotels restaurants separate from the evening buffet for free. They also offer lots of great services like the spa and great diving trips to the Red Sea.
The animation team were lovely, especially oumou she was great and really lovely. She made us feel welcome and kept us up to date with what was going on for us to enjoy the entertainment in the day times and evening. She taught us Latino dance and aqua gym which made us make friends along the fun experience. She’s a hard worker and great to be around!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and one of the absolute highlights was the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, and truly made the experience unforgettable. From daytime activities to evening shows, they created a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out and brought so much life to the hotel.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall hotel facilities were excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and the animation team deserves special recognition for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

This place was phenomenal. The sea view rooms were spacious and comfortable. The all-inclusive package is really value for money. The restaurant is amazing as it offers a variety. The animation team is an added bonus! Amazing group of people that ensure everybody has fun.

The stay has been lovely. We did half board and the dinner buffets are amazing, they are themed and have sooo much variety. Amazing!
The location is stunning and the sea is beautiful. We were upgraded to a balcony room for free too.
The hotel puts on many shows and activities throughout the day thanks to the animation team, everyone is very energetic and make the stay enjoyable. Oumou especially was very friendly and pleasant and tried to get us all involved.

Having read lots of reviews over the years I realise that there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to what people expect and want to get out of their holidays!
So this is my personal experience of the Hilton Hughada Plaza!
Hotel:
Firstly, there is more than one Hilton in Hurghada, make sure you know which one you're staying at - ours was the Hilton Plaza.
We got to the hotel quite late, about 10.30pm and were greeted by 2 very welcoming and polite receptionists. Our room was on the 8th floor of the hotel, with stunning views of the bay. I'd previously emailed and requested a room with a 2 view if possible, and they excelled themselves!
The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I mean, spotless!! The staff never seem to stop!
The staff cant do enough for you, but at the same time, dont pester you.
If you need anything, there's a supermarket - walk through the shopping centre, literally across the road (which is more like a side street!) from the main entrance. It's a bit like a wholesalers, boxes stacked up everywhere, but they have most things you'd need and its very reasonable priced.
There's an ATM in the hotel and in the shopping centre.
Plugs:
You dont need travel adapters for the rooms, and they have lots of USB ports too!
Wifi:
Best wifi in any place we've stayed! Signal stays connected - doesn't disconnect you every time its busy or when you've not used it in a while! The wifi is as strong at the end of the beach as it is in the hotel
