A true modern and luxury hotel in Hurghada that matches the Hilton Luxury. We are a repeat customers and we love going back to this hotel. The staff are amazing. Special thanks to the supervisor Abd Alhamied who was very patient and understanding. We loved our stay and had to extend it by one day. The breakfast was great. The pools and the beach areas are spacious and very clean.

The hotel was really good. There can be more variations with the food. On every table there is a paper about save the planet do not spill the food, but when we want to take the food that we couldn’t eat at the moment to the room, they said you can take that because of the policy and then they take it and throw it away. Thats really strange!
The hotelroom was great with sea view. Most important we had room 933 and the roomcleaner Mohamed was amazing. Every he leave a suprise for us in the room. When we came back at night, immediately there was a smile on our face. Thank you Mohamed ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Plaza Hurghada. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully located with stunning views of the sea.
My wife, our 1 year and 4-month-old son, and I truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with our little one — always making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was delicious and varied, and the atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We especially loved the pool area and the beach access — perfect for a peaceful getaway.
Thank you for making our stay so special. We’re definitely coming back again!

We enjoyed our stay! No one asked for tips or anything like that, except for the room cleaning service. The man kept asking us if the room was clean or not — it was a bit strange!
The food was great. However they use a lot of coconut oil for cooking. The taste was not that neutral.
Late check out was not possible. We wanted to have only 15 minutes extra.🤨
There were just two things we missed:
1. The freedom to swim – We weren’t allowed to go beyond the installed border on the beach, which was disappointing. We couldn’t see any fish or corals, only stones and sand. It would have been wonderful to be able to explore beyond the marked area and discover more of the sea.
2. Free access to the sauna – The sauna price was unbelievable! One of the staff members wanted to sell us one hour for 30 euros. We were really surprised that hotel guests didn’t have free access. He even offered us a Hammam package including sauna and massage for 100 euros! Hopefully next time, access to the sauna will be included without extra charges.

Hotel - clean, staff friendly enough
Dining - staff is friendly
Rooms - clean, spacious, great water pressure, sheets changed daily
Beach - very clean
Pool - loved the adults only pool, even though we had kids in our party
Egyptian bar - loved it, just wish they had what it says on the menu (not just tea and sodas)
Shopping - there is a store in the hotel, and a mall (poor choices though) literally next to the mall.
Room service - somewhat better tasting
Coffee maker in room- Nespresso, but you only get 2 capsules on the first day.
Con's
Spa - very poor massages, masseuse had sharp nails, didn't massage arms or head, cuts the massage short by 15 min by having you wait and fill out forms even though we arrived 10 min early. Didn't feel like a professional massage at all would give 0 stars.
Dining - food 6/10, bland tasting, poor fruit choices, no fresh juices, no hard cheeses (well there are but are guarded), no cold cuts of meat at all such as hard salami, proscuitto etc, no bacon, no oats for breakfast. Previous hotel Jaz Casa del Mar had better food (but staff was not great). Long lines for coffee only 3 machines working at a time, tables not cleaned let alone disinfected between guests, crums and grease left on the tables. We had to get our own utencils each meal.
Bar - the drink service is non existent, cutting down on expences? A few bars with poor choices.
Beach - never available chairs even at 9am, jelly fish but all dead so harmless
Pool - same problem, and it was closed twice during our stay for a few hours because kids pooped in it. Kids pool with slides freezing cold water.
Minibar - empty, you can order it and pay in advance to have it filled.
Entertainment - not the best, and only for kids.
Shop - expensive
Overall, the Spa is the worst. It doesn't even feel spa like.
The hotel is okay, but there are better options for the same price.
