The hotel was lovely! Lovely staff and heated pool. Great service all around. Great activities and lots of shows to watch. The staff are really fun and enthusiastic. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious. I would definitely recommend! We also loved that we got to have 2 meals in the hotels restaurants separate from the evening buffet for free. They also offer lots of great services like the spa and great diving trips to the Red Sea.
The animation team were lovely, especially oumou she was great and really lovely. She made us feel welcome and kept us up to date with what was going on for us to enjoy the entertainment in the day times and evening. She taught us Latino dance and aqua gym which made us make friends along the fun experience. She’s a hard worker and great to be around!

Our stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza was truly unforgettable, and it was all because of the incredible people who work there. From the very first moment we arrived until the day we left, we were surrounded by warmth, positivity, and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made our experience extraordinary was the staff. Every single person we met greeted us with a smile from ear to ear, and not once did we encounter anything negative.

Each of them contributed in their own way to making our vacation perfect. Whether it was in the restaurant, at the bar, on the beach, in housekeeping, or working behind the scenes, their professionalism, kindness, and positive energy stood out every single day. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of.
What impressed us the most was the consistency, every day, every interaction, the same high level of service and genuine friendliness. It felt like they truly cared about us having the best possible experience, and that made all the difference.

The Hotel was uber clean and each and every member of staff were so welcoming.
The food was over and above what we expected!
As vegans we were shown at every meal what are options were and even though there was a mega amount of choice for us head chef Mohamed Mustafa would prepare extra delights for us 💚
The entertainment was fun and very inclusive for all levels of fitness, Mango 💖 would do stretching early and Julia 💖 had us belly dancing each day too! Always so happy and such lovely girls!
You can find Memo in the Bedouin tent and have an authentic Egyptian experience watching him prepare Bedouin coffee or mint tea each afternoon 💚💚💚

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and one of the absolute highlights was the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, and truly made the experience unforgettable. From daytime activities to evening shows, they created a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out and brought so much life to the hotel.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall hotel facilities were excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and the animation team deserves special recognition for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Our stay at the Hilton Hurghada Plaza was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful views over the Red Sea, spotless rooms, and a relaxed but luxurious atmosphere throughout. The food was excellent with plenty of choice every day, and the staff across the resort were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
A special mention has to go to Barkat Obama at the pool bar. He was genuinely one of the highlights of the entire trip. His energy, friendliness, and attention to detail were on another level. He remembered our drinks, checked in on us throughout the day, and somehow managed to make every interaction feel personal and special. It honestly felt like he was running the whole pool area single-handedly with a smile on his face the entire time. People like Barkat are what turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience.
Overall, an amazing holiday and we would 100% return. Huge thanks to the entire team, and especially to Barkat for making our stay so memorable.
