I had an amazing time at the hotel! Everything was just perfect - the animation team was super friencly, funny, and full of energy. They made every day so much fun with their shows, games, and activities. The restaurant was great too - delicious food, a big variety every day, and the staff were always smiling and helpful.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job. The service overall was excellent, everyone was polite and ready to help with anything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

The animation team was absolutely wonderful, they made our stay unforgettable. Amina was very special, always smiling and encouraging us to have fun, she even got us to go up stage and dance!
The spa team were awesome, they gave us a relaxing experience without iudgement. Remonda, was so kind and caring, made the whole spa treatment lovely. Emad always came over with a smile and lots of compliments.
The bar staff, cleaners, concierge and reception team were also exceptional.

This is my fifth time visiting Hurghada, and I have always stayed in 5-star hotels. My wife and I spent 7 wonderful days at Hilton Hurghada Plaza, and I can honestly say I am more than satisfied with the overall experience.
The service is exceptional – every single member of staff is extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel itself is spotless and perfectly maintained, which really makes the stay comfortable and relaxing. I would also like to give special praise to the gardeners, who do a phenomenal job. Thanks to their hard work, the surroundings of the hotel look absolutely stunning and create a beautiful atmosphere.
If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be the food and desserts. While everything is tasty and fresh, the variety could be slightly better compared to some other hotels of the same category in Hurghada. Still, there is always something delicious to choose from for everyone’s taste.
The beach is excellent, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times, which we really appreciated.
Today is unfortunately our last day here, and I must say this is one of the rare hotels I truly feel sad to be leaving. Hilton Hurghada Plaza has left a lasting impression on us, and I would gladly return again.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. From arriving to departing nothing was too much trouble. The staff at reception were very helpful and courteous. As was the concierge and security team. The lifeguards at the beach were great. Ali Faisal had our Sun beds sorted every morning and Kamal Sabry made sure our area was clean and tidy everyday. Kerlos at breakfast and dinner was very attentive and special mention goes to Walid our ever present bar waiter who made sure our glasses were always full. Our room was meticulously cleaned everyday and we had beautiful towel sculptures to look forward to. The staff in the kitchen/restaurant also deserve a mention. The food was so fresh everyday and such variety there was something for everyone. I could not say a bad word about this hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Each and every member of staff we encountered were so friendly.

A fantastic hotel! We are so glad we chose Hilton Hurghada Plaza for our first trip to Egypt. The room was lovely, the food was fantastic, and the amenities were great.
In terms of the staff, we loved the animation team - especially Amina! She was so welcoming, made our stay so fun and she is an amazing asset to the Hilton brand. Also, we want to thank Remonda and Hala for a relaxing spa experience, you were so kind and welcoming. Emad from the spa sales team was brilliant and always brought a smile to our faces. Finally, Hassan Ali (restaurant manager I believe), was very welcoming and friendly, and answered any queries we had. Thank you to all the bar staff, cleaners, and entire team who made our stay so memorable. We hope to come back soon!
