I came here in Feb with my family (4 adults and a toddler), for a couple days after doing the big attractions in Egypt. When I arrived I asked if our rooms could be upgraded to the apartment style rooms, and I was fine paying for the upgrade since our tour company had booked our reservation. The goal was so my parents could also spend time with the toddler. We had some issues with the jacuzzi with the suite upgrade but they were able to fix the jacuzzi in the end.
The service from the entertainment staff was great. My son enjoyed the bounce houses during the day, and the night time dance party for the kids. The food at the buffet was pretty good overall. But since arriving my wife, son, and I all had diarrhea despite not getting it for a week in Egypt which included a Nile cruise. Just be mindful of what you eat. The food itself tastes great and lots of variety.
Overall very family friendly. I would just be mindful for anyone traveling in Feb, there are high winds during this month and the Hilton sits on a large hill so it gets a lot of that wind. The main pool is heated (felt great for me but my toddler was chattering his teeth). The kids pool with the water slide is not heated and was very cold.

Our stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza was truly unforgettable, and it was all because of the incredible people who work there. From the very first moment we arrived until the day we left, we were surrounded by warmth, positivity, and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made our experience extraordinary was the staff. Every single person we met greeted us with a smile from ear to ear, and not once did we encounter anything negative.
We would especially like to thank Ahmed Hamed, Abdalla Mohamed, Ahmed El Nomairy, Abdelrahman Hesham, Mohamed ElWakel, Salah Ragab, Mahmoud Sayed, Mohamed Gamal, Abd Allah Mohamed, Ahmed Sabah, Mina Awadallah, Abdelbaset Ahmed, and Mohamed Helmy.
Each of them contributed in their own way to making our vacation perfect. Whether it was in the restaurant, at the bar, on the beach, in housekeeping, or working behind the scenes, their professionalism, kindness, and positive energy stood out every single day. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of.
What impressed us the most was the consistency, every day, every interaction, the same high level of service and genuine friendliness. It felt like they truly cared about us having the best possible experience, and that made all the difference.
Thanks to this amazing team, our time at Hilton Hurghada Plaza was more than just a holiday, it was a memory we will cherish forever. We are so grateful for all of you and hope to return again soon. 😊❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and one of the absolute highlights was the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, and truly made the experience unforgettable. From daytime activities to evening shows, they created a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out and brought so much life to the hotel.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall hotel facilities were excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and the animation team deserves special recognition for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival and experienced exceptional service throughout our stay. Mahmoud was especially attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed, and Azazy was fantastic as well. Muhammed, the night manager, handled an issue we had (not related to the hotel) quickly and professionally. The hotel is also in a great, convenient location near the town centre and tour spots. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return!

This is our second stay at the hotel and it was fabulous both times. Beautiful hotel and the staff are so welcoming and lovely. Nothing is too much bother. We will definitely return for a third time. Mahmoud Nagdy looked after us so well when we were in the bar each evening. Lovely service. My room was beautifully looked after by Ali Mahrous who was always very friendly. But all staff were superb….. thank you all of you for making our holiday fantastic. See you again 🫶🏽
