Very enjoyable stay @Hilton Hurghada. The hotel is very clean and accessible with a great beautiful view of the sea, very green and lush gardens and several pools to suit everyone plus a blue golden sandy beach. Also a great equipped indoor gym. Food was very tasty and clean and suits every taste. All staff at the hotel are very attentive and helpful making sure you enjoy your stay. Hilton also offers great entertainment through its beautiful animation team with daily stretching and pool aqua classes plus several dance shows, events and activities spread throughout the day and night. The dance shows are fun and enternaining and professionally done by the animation team members who are very sweet and friendly. Highly recommended.

July 12, 2025 – Late night arrival:
We appreciated being offered a late dinner upon arrival, which was a positive start.
Room 119 – First and serious disappointment:
The assigned room had visible mold in the bathroom and an unpleasant odor. The extent of mold was far beyond any acceptable hygienic standard. I was genuinely shocked that such a room could be released to paying guests at all. When we raised the issue, the night receptionist informed us that no room change was possible at that time.
July 13, 2025 – Room change after strong complaint:
The next morning, after a firm complaint in front of other guests, we were moved to room 224. While the new room was mold-free, we encountered other issues:
the shower was not working,
the door did not close properly.
Moreover, the entire process of resolving the room issue consumed almost a full day of our vacation.
Guest Relations – Poor timing and ineffective support:
About an hour after moving, Ms. Sarah from Guest Relations called to ask how satisfied we were. Honestly, I found this poorly timed and frustrating. I repeated all the unresolved issues once again.
Dinner – Disorganized service:
At dinner, there were no glasses available for soft drinks. Staff assured us they would bring drinks to the table, but they never did. This again required us to file another complaint.
Since July 16 – Air conditioning failure:
The air conditioning in the corridors on the entire second floor (where our room is located) stopped working. Despite reporting it, no action was taken to fix the issue. In a hot climate like Hurghada, this is unacceptable.
July 17 – Resignation and disappointment:
On July 17, I gave up pointing out further deficiencies, as it became clear that management – particularly the Guest Services team – was not genuinely addressing any of them. Smiles and polite responses are appreciated, but they are not enough. This is exactly how loyal customers are lost.
In conclusion, this was my second and certainly last stay at this hotel. The management appears unprofessional and unresponsive, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I believe this property severely damages the Hilton reputation. For the price paid, the level of service delivered was unacceptable.

Our stay at Hilton Hurghada Plaza has been absolutely fantastic. It’s the kind of place where families feel truly welcome and cared for. From the first day, we felt at ease and in good hands.
• Rooms are spacious and always clean
• The buffet offers great options for both adults and kids
• The beach is stunning crystal clear water and soft sand
• Pool areas are well organized and never too crowded
We especially want to thank the animation team for their constant smiles, energy, and amazing activities. A heartfelt thank you to Dima, who stood out with her kindness, creativity, and the way she connects with everyone she made our kids feel like part of a big happy family.

My expectations of this hotel were way too high. Definitely not 5 star as I expected.
Pool staff not very friendly and seem to favor certain people.
Managers are seen but not very friendly. Not enough staff at the bar area in the evening make it a 30 min wait if not longer.
The buffet is average nothing to shout about.
Food is mediocre and so is the entertainment.
Definitely not value for your money.
Definitely better resorts in the area that I have stayed at with exceptional service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very clean, and the location is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, and everything works perfectly.
However, the food options could be improved. While the food isn't bad, there isn't a lot of variety. Despite this, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. I want to especially thank Mr. Mahmoud, the restaurant manager, for his outstanding service, and Mrs. Alaa duty Manager for her assistance.
Although I can't give a perfect score due to the food, I still rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. It truly deserves a high rating for its service and hospitality.
