Had a great stay. Staff is super friendly. The service throughout the hotel was beyond exceptional. Every staff member is warm, welcoming, and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything. The hotel is flawless. Housekeeping did an outstanding job and was caring about our room each day. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend it to anyone for the service you get for the price you pay. Honestly, I cannot find a single thing to improve. I know for sure I’ll be coming back

I had a wonderful stay at Jazz Hotel! Everything from the atmosphere to the service exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out for me was the animation team – they are incredibly friendly, full of energy, and know exactly how to keep everyone entertained throughout the day and evening. They make every guest feel welcome and involved, and their enthusiasm is contagious.
One highlight of my trip was the Pink Party organized by the team – it was absolutely one of a kind! The music, the vibe, and the attention to detail made it a night to remember. I was really impressed by the creativity and effort put into making it such a special event.
Overall, I left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Me and my children came to Jaz Aquamarine and have left with hundreds of memories, constant smiles on our faces and couldn’t be happier. The food was amazing 10/10. Much to choose from. Drink selection was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. The staff were so friendly and the entertainment side of the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind. One young lady in particular called Lily was so kind and accommodating. Such a lovely girl. 10/10

The Jazz Aquamarine Hotel provides a fantastic, relaxing getaway. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is excellent. The hotel is very clean, and the food is delicious with a great variety.
A Special Shout-Out to the Animation Team
A highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment. The animation team works tirelessly to make sure everyone has a great time, from daytime activities to evening shows. We especially want to recognize Karolina from Ireland. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and she made a huge effort to include everyone and make them feel welcome. She's a true asset to the team!
We highly recommend the Jazz Aquamarine for a wonderful holiday.

absolutely amazing hotel. wonderful rooms, amazing service. cleanliness is 10/10, very clean. Food is good. Staff are amazing, very welcoming to guests. Animation Team are very good with everyone… a very special mention to Kasia , Tilly and Sophie who takes that extra step and time with guests to check how they are and how their day is going. And they make very nice pool festival every week that you will enjoy it . 100% would recommend this hotel!
