One of the Best Holidays of Our Lives! We would like to thank all the staff for giving us one of the best holidays of our lives. The front office team were extremely friendly and attentive, always happy to help us with anything we needed. Our housekeeping attendant kept our room spotless every day and surprised us with lovely towel figures — such a nice touch! There was so much delicious food and plenty of restaurants to choose from. A special thanks to the Four Corners restaurant, which works outside of fixed time slots, so you can enjoy a meal almost any time. Every member of staff around the hotel was kind, helpful and ready to assist with any request. The security team were always welcoming us back with smiles and greetings, making us feel safe and like we were coming home every time we returned to the hotel. What really impressed us was that no one expected tips — something we didn’t anticipate in Egypt. This genuine hospitality completely changed our perception and made our stay truly exceptional. Tour guides and sellers also offered their services very professionally — after a simple “no”, they respected our answer and moved on, which was a big positive for us. There are plenty of facilities for children as well, but don’t worry — families usually stay next to Jaz Bluemarine, so it’s still peaceful and relaxing for everyone. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially if it’s your first time in Egypt, as it was for us. You’ll feel comfortable, safe, and completely at home.

Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff are very friendly and always ask if you are happy with your room. Staff around the pool and the bar staff are fantastic. Pool staff will help you with sunbeds. The entertainment team are fantastic always super friendly,they put lots of activities on and put on a great show for the kids. Large variety of food on offer. Second time to this hotel and will be looking to come again! Thanks Derby

Hands down the best hotel I’ve visited in Egypt. Much preferred here to Sharm, visited about 5/6 years ago… had an absolutely brilliant hotel, all staff are amazing but if you get a bloke called Salah, you are especially lucky. The guy remembered our drinks order from the first order and would often be seen so often that I’d joke with him throughout the Holliday “don’t you ever have a day off” as I’ve worked hospitality for a chunk of my life and I couldn’t help notice both his skill and that he was working breakfast, lunch and nighttime in the bar every single day basically. Absolutely amazing man, amazing staff all around. The manager at the time was fantastic as the airport had lost my suitcase containing medication, and the hotel kindly offered to put us up in a nicer room (which we opted against in the end as we’d already unpacked and the rooms were nice anyway) and managed to whisk me off to the on-sight medical team and pharmacy to aquire something that would help me through the night while TUI worked on finding out where they’d sent my suitcase. Lovely amenities on sight, plenty of entertainment, lots of places to eat… love the poolside and beachside little outdoor stalls and the amount of restaurant choice… really did witness some lovely performances and just had a fantastic time

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entertainment team really stood out, they were energetic, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. Their enthusiasm created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The service was good,the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of that, the food was good, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, the combination of great entertainment, outstanding service, and excellent food made my experience truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both relaxation and enjoyment.

I’ve been to several hotels in Egypt before, but this one really stands out. Everything was just perfect! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was really tasty — fresh, well-prepared, and with lots of options every day. The animation team deserves a special mention — they were full of life, fun, and made every day so enjoyable. You can really feel that they love what they do! I’d love to come back again soon. Highly recommend it!
