The facility is nice, the food could have been more diverse, but I didn't like the appetizers. The attention is excellent. The hotel and pools are clean. The staff are very attentive, but the best part was the international cuisine restaurants. I think it's a true value-for-money hotel. Check-in and check-out are excellent, and the staff is always on hand. Sunrise Festival was legendary. Thank you for everything. Food is important to me, so I can't say it's perfect, but it's okay so you won't go hungry. They need to diversify the breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The aquapark was so much fun, and my child really enjoyed the horses, camel, and the treasures there. The food was delicious, and overall the atmosphere was fantastic. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable, they were truly amazing! I would love to come back again.

We booked the resort through the Booking platform and everything was fine, but a few days before our arrival, the hotel manager contacted us via WhatsApp and offered us a free room upgrade. As Europeans, this principle seemed a bit strange to us, and we initially thought it was a scam, since the reservation data he sent us was incorrect. Additionally, he told us that there would be a 50 euro surcharge for early check-in, which turned out not to be true. The hotel room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor, where there is a terrace that connects the left and right hotel blocks with the rooms, and our balcony door could not be locked, which in theory means that anyone from any room on that floor could enter our room. That's why the room rating is so low. In addition to everything already written, the equipment in the room is also very, very old - you can feel the springs when you lie in bed.

An incredible place to relax! Very friendly, kind and professional staff - always smiling, attentive and ready to help. The atmosphere of sincerity and care is felt from the first day.
The entire territory and rooms are perfectly clean. Daily cleaning, order is maintained even at night. The apartments are very cool: clean, modern, comfortable - everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
The beach is very close, two minutes on foot.
I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their warmth, care and excellent service! It was a truly unforgettable vacation. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone!🇪🇬🇺🇦
