I had an amazing experience at Riviera Aqua Park Resort! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this resort prioritizes cleanliness and hygiene, which made me feel very comfortable and safe during my stay. The facilities were spotless, and the staff were constantly ensuring everything was tidy and well-maintained. A special mention goes to Ms. Khlood, who really stood out with her exceptional attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure that all areas, including the pools and dining spaces, were spotless. Her warm and friendly attitude made her an absolute joy to interact with. It's evident that she truly cares about providing guests with the best experience possible. The resort's cleanliness made a huge difference in making my stay relaxing and worry-free. I highly recommend Riviera Aqua Park Resort for anyone looking for a top-notch, hygienic vacation destination!

The hotel is very large and offers many activities. There are waterslides for both children and adults, and the swimming pools are always clean and well maintained. The rooms are spotless. The restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious dishes. I want to thank the entire staff who truly made this holiday the best of my life. I have travelled a lot around the world, but I have never seen a staff as exceptional and positive as this one. * **Tarik** at the restaurant is attentive, helpful, and respectful. * **Mina** makes the best Turkish coffee. * **Abderrahmane** at the beach bar surprised me every day with different cocktails and impressed guests with the many languages he speaks. * **Mahmoud** at the reception is always smiling and full of positive energy every time I see him. * **Ahmed, Ziad, Yahya, and Ahmed** from the Aqua Park ensure everyone stays safe and has fun. * The **chefs** at the restaurant happily share their recipes when you ask. * The **animation team** creates unforgettable moments every day and night, making the stay even more enjoyable. * And a special mention to the gentleman at reception who speaks French — unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he was the kindest person, taking the time to explain everything and help us discover the hotel. My vacation went by quickly, but I will definitely come back. And once the renovation work — which is already well isolated — is completed, I’m sure the hotel will be fully booked all the time, so it’s best to reserve in advance!

Hi, for the quick relief of the dear readers, it was simply amazing. And for the reasoning part behind that thought I would begin with the negatives, but to be honest, it is really hard to find a flaw that the hotel crew didn't solve right there on the spot when it appeared, and also they were minor inconveniences. The only thing I really can't recommend is snorkeling around the beach as the coral reef was, well, not in an all around good shape. It is also really hard to highlight a good thing as I could begin listing them till this evening, so to mention the best part: The food and the all around catering. I was stunned by the vast amount of options I could choose from everyday, while the crew and the waiters were friendly and always helpful during events of mishappenings, 10/10. To summarise, I would and probably will come back and going to reccomend it for people in need of a friendly yet professional place to rest.

My stay at SUNRISE Riviera was absolutely wonderful! 🌴✨ Everything was perfect — the rooms were clean and modern, with no old furniture at all. The hotel has a beautiful, green and well-kept area with amazing views. The food was delicious and always fresh, with a great variety every day. The animation team made the atmosphere fun and full of energy — there was always something entertaining to do! 🎉 Everything in the hotel feels new, clean, and very well organized. I truly enjoyed every moment of my vacation and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this place! 💛

I am not the type of person who travels for the sake of the hotel room, so I did not mind that we were given an older one. The room was cleaned daily, so there is nothing to complain about in that regard. I am basing this review on two main criteria that matter to me when going on vacation: 1. Beach & Sea – The beach was well maintained, but access to the sea was possible only from a pier. Due to the tides, the water was somewhat murky and full of dead corals. I would not recommend it for elderly people, as some had difficulty climbing back up the stairs to the pier after swimming. Rating: 1/5 2. Food & Drinks – The food selection was more or less the same every day, but you could always find something. There are plenty of bars, at some of them, the staff can prepare really nice cocktail. Overall, the drinks tasted similar to those at other all-inclusive resorts I have visited. Food: 3/5, Drinks: 4/5 Lastly, big thanks to the amazing animation team (Cookie and Yo) and huge respect to all the staff for working so hard and always smiling.
