I had a wonderful experience at the hotel lobby bar during my stay. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived.
A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed and Mahmoud Salem, who went above and beyond to ensure every visit was enjoyable. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness truly made a difference. They both bring an exceptional level of service and create a friendly, inviting environment for all guests.
The drinks were also excellent – well-prepared, refreshing, and beautifully presented. Whether it was a coffee in the afternoon or a cocktail in the evening, everything was top quality.
Highly recommended for anyone staying at the hotel – you won’t be disappointed!

Steigenberger Aqua Magic is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to.
You can relax or stay active – whatever you’re in the mood for. The Rooftop Relax Bar is a perfect spot to unwind and the outdoor dining area is absolutely beautiful.
Special thanks to Taha at the rooftop relax bar – always friendly, super quick and makes you feel truly welcome. Drinks come fast and are prepared with real care. Easily one of the best bartenders I’ve met.
In the mornings, Ibrahim is cooking fresh eggs all in the outdoor area - and that just the way you like them – omelettes, scrambled eggs etc. - perfect start to every day! And always a big simile, just phenomenal
And Mahmoud Ali in the Lobby Bar is just outstanding. Even when things get really busy, he keeps a big smile on his face, stays calm and handles every order like a pro. Drinks are served quickly, spot-on and he’s super flexible, even with the more complicated requests.
All in all: a beautiful hotel, a fantastic team, and such a good vibe. I’d come back in a heartbeat

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. We had a beautiful view and incredibly comfortable bedding, which made it hard to leave the room!
The all-inclusive experience was truly top-notch. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding—from gourmet dinners to fresh breakfast buffets and tasty snacks throughout the day. The drink selection was excellent, and the bartenders were friendly and talented.
There was always something to do, whether relaxing by the pool, joining fun daily activities, or enjoying the entertainment at night. and there were plenty of loungers and shaded areas available.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every team member was professional, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free, luxurious, and fun-filled vacation. We’re already planning our next visit!

A very pleasant stay in a well-maintained hotel with friendly service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a solid selection. With a few small refinements, the experience could be even better – but overall, a well-rounded impression. We felt comfortable and would happily return.

The hotel, staff, amazing aqua facilities, food, à la carte restaurants — everything is excellent. The staff is friendly, always smiling and cheerful, ready to help with anything. Pool bar, drinks, beach restaurant, entertainment team — truly something for everyone.
A wonderful place worth visiting and an absolutely delightful experience.
Here’s a small detail: my teenage son accidentally left his dental retainer wrapped in a napkin on the table after lunch. The staff clears the tables after meals and sends everything to be washed and ironed in huge laundry boxes (perfect white cotton). After about 20 minutes, while lying on a sunbed, he remembered. We went back to ask, and the kind staff went through the laundry, shaking out napkin by napkin, and they found it. They called us to come pick it up.
They really go the extra mile and are absolutely wonderful!
