I spent a week at this hotel and can genuinely recommend it. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. A special shout-out to Omar from housekeeping – he did an excellent job every day and was always friendly and reliable.
The overall service was attentive and well organized. I also want to highlight the animation team, especially Ela. She brings real energy, motivation, and good vibes to every activity. The programs were varied and professionally run.
Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay: great room, strong service, and entertainment that truly adds to the experience. I would gladly come back.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The animation team was absolutely fantastic – always energetic, friendly, and offering fun activities throughout the day. The evening entertainment program was just as impressive, with great shows and a vibrant atmosphere every night.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for every taste. The entire hotel complex is beautifully maintained, with clean facilities, lovely gardens, and relaxing pool areas. My room was spacious, modern, and spotless, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights was the daily disco tour offered by the hotel – a great way to explore the nightlife and meet new people. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Our stay here has been absolute perfection. The hotel's elegant lobby and beautifully decorated rooms exceeded our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious with a separate shower and tub. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. We enjoyed exquisite dining at the hotel's restaurant and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We would highly recommend the Four Seasons to anyone looking for a truly 5-star experience

10/10 A truly unforgettable stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar
From the moment I arrived, I had the most pleasant experience. Check in to checkout flowed so smoothly and honestly, this has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My mum wasn’t well for part of the holiday because she was dealing with a cold and flu, and the staff were incredibly attentive and supportive, catering to her every need without hesitation.
Whenever my mum needed to rest in the room, I spent some time on my own around the resort, and Alice from the animation team was a standout star. She was so kind and thoughtful, always coming over to check on me and taking the time to get to know me. She is such a genuine, sweet girl and made a real difference to my experience. Barbie was really lovely too, I really enjoyed yoga with her!
The restaurant staff were second to none. From the gentleman with the round glasses, to the main managers, and the amazing team at the pasta and grill stations, everyone was wonderful. There were so many lovely people that I cannot remember all the names, but every single one of them helped make our stay special. When my mum wasn’t well, they even helped me pack food and arranged for it to be taken to our room. Their kindness meant so much.
The shisha guy was fantastic too, especially during the times I was on my own. He really looked after me and made sure I was comfortable. Our room cleaner also went above and beyond, keeping everything immaculate and adding thoughtful touches every day. I hate listing names because I know I am forgetting others who also made a huge impact on our stay.
The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the private beach is wonderful. Magda took amazing care of us down on the beach and made our days there feel extra relaxing. The food was top quality, with fresh grilled options every single day which I really appreciated. And the seafood night was unbelievable, with unlimited prawns, crab, salmon and so much more. It was honestly a highlight.
Despite my mum being unwell, we still had the absolute best time. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a relaxing break with excellent service, great food, perfect views and a team of staff who genuinely care, this resort is a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time in Egypt, and Jaz Elite Casa del Mar contributed to the most successful first impression.
This hotel fully deserves 5 stars and more. We opted for UAI and here are our impressions:
- Everything looks impeccable and clean, as if it didn't have such a large flow of tourists.
- From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by an extraordinarily warm and friendly staff, always with a smile on their faces.
- The room we were given is very spacious and spotlessly clean.
- As for the food, even the pickiest eater will find something to their liking. The variety of local and international dishes is impressive. Not at all seasoned with specific local spices, all of these are served separately so that everyone can season their food to their own taste. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, you don't have to worry about not having anything to eat or leaving the table unsatisfied.
- Each waiter/bartender pays special attention to every tourist to make their experience as enjoyable as possible.
- The resort has three à la carte restaurants, where you can make a reservation for a minimum of seven nights.
- The pools are very clean and large, as are the sun loungers.
- The sea: no undertow, the entrance is gentle, and there are no uninvited guests :)
