We had the most amazing 10 days at this hotel — I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the level of attention and care from the entire staff was outstanding. The facilities, rooms, and food were all fantastic, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional customer service.
Everyone was so attentive and genuinely friendly, especially with my 18-month-old, who had an absolute blast. It was heartwarming to see how kind and welcoming everyone was with him. He loved dancing at the baby disco every evening after dinner — such a fun and thoughtful activity!
We were also really impressed by the management team, who regularly walked around to speak with guests and make sure everything was perfect. That personal touch made us feel truly valued and cared for.
We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Lovely hotel, outdoor areas are fantastic, pool areas are very good, a good selection of different areas to relax weather you want a quiet relaxing day or a busy activity day. Beach is lovely.
Staff are amazing, can't do enough for you. Animation team are fantastic, lovely to speak to, so very friendly and not over pushy to join in with activities if you just want a quiet day. Sarina and Ella lovely girls, so friendly and informative.
Rooms are quite basic compared to other hotels in Hurghada, but outdoor areas make up for it.

Updating this review on our last day -
We have since found that coming to the end of our holiday the service drops (not the first time this has happened in Egypt). We watch all the new arrivals been treated as we were on arrival, seen to straight away for coffee in the morning, drinks offered round the pool/beach quickly. However, the last few mornings we have been ignored and got our own drinks (not that it's a problem) for example, a table of newcomers were sat directly next to us at breakfast, they were seen to instantly and we were completely ignored.
I was sat by the pool yesterday on my own (female) whilst all other people were offered drinks, I was ignored. When I did manage to catch the waiters eye and asked for a water, it was nearly 45 minutes until I received my drink. The beach towels were left outside our room the night before leaving, way before the 10pm cut off time, and they hadn't been changed, had to ask this morning for fresh ones.
The usual friendly staff, drop the usual 'good morning, how are you' the last few days.
I understand they need to attend to everyone, but it is very apparent that newcomers are treated better (as we were when we first arrived).
The hotel appears to have a problem with mosquitos. My partner has been severely bitten, I lost count at 65 bites. I myself have never been bitten like I have here, just 25 bites on one arm! Other people we have spoken to have had similar problems. My partner went to the pharmacy at a cost of 90usd. I have never experienced this problem of mosquitos in other hotels in Egypt (my 4th time in egypt).
My earlier review was when a member of the animation team asked if I could kindly leave a review, this was on our 3rd day, they are stood next to you when writing the review, so do feel pressured to write a very positive review. Surely to get a fairer and accurate review would to do it at the end of your holiday, and not stand over you whilst writing it?

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Everything was top-notch – the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety every day. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to the amazing team at the Twist Bar – always smiling, professional, and serving up fantastic drinks with great vibes. Also, huge thanks to the entertainment crew – these guys really know how to create fun and memorable moments every night. We had such a great time and we’re definitely coming back!

This hotel in Egypt is very great! The food at the hotel is delicious and varied. You can try dishes from different countries, and the seafood and desserts were especially delicious. It was pleasant to eat both in the cafe and at dinner. The rooms are also great — clean and cozy, with everything you need. We cleaned every day, and it was always nice to come back to the room. The animation in the hotel is just great! The animators were always there for us, making us laugh, arranging games and events. Their energy was positively charged!

Hotel is beautiful, looked after like no other. Staff are very attentive and know how to look after you.
Entertainment team are brilliant and know how to get everybody up and enjoying their time. The music quiz was especially fun with audience participation. Tyga and Cora were especially great with the guests and even had fun with everyone dancing.
If you are looking to relax or have fun. This place is definitely the place for you.
