Our stay was wonderful and amazing. I love everything in this resort starting from the great welcoming, speedy check in, allowing me to choose my room location, daily variety of food and beverages, the cleanliness, the animation team to their caring for every detail in our staying there. Even my children were extremely happy and excited about everything there. I can’t find the words to express my gratitude and thankfulness. Truly thank you from the heart, it isn’t my first stay in this resort and it will not be the last.

Our stay in Room 2312 was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by the staff. Upon entering our room, we were immediately impressed by its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. Mohamed, our dedicated housekeeper, deserves special recognition for his outstanding work. Not only did he ensure that every corner of the room was spotless, but he also went above and beyond to decorate the space for our children. Their faces lit up with joy when they saw the special touches Mohamed had added, and their smiles never faded throughout our stay. The service at Hotel Sunrise Garden Beach was truly top-notch. From the friendly greetings at check-in to the prompt assistance with any requests we had, the staff consistently went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. Whether it was arranging restaurant reservations or providing recommendations for activities in the area, they were always eager to help and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. In addition to the excellent service, the facilities at the hotel were also impressive. The beachfront location offered breathtaking views and easy access to the sand and sea, while the on-site amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the pool area to the restaurants, everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed to enhance the guest experience. We have booked a DZ for 2 adults + 12-year-old boy. The extra bed was totally fine, but also sufficient in terms of space. The room was neat and well maintained. It was cleaned daily and there were always funny and beautiful towel surprises placed on the bed. Nothing was missing.

My second time to come here and will definitely keep coming! The front office staff was extremely welcoming during check in. The housekeeping staff ensured that the room is absolutely clean and comfortable. Many thanks to Sherif in housekeeping. Food for the three meals is always varied, healthy and delicious. Sunrise Garden Beach Resort is one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to as the location of the resort, the service and the restaurants are honestly excellent. Especially, the Italian Restaurant (Basilico) is probably the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever eaten in because the food was so tasty, everywhere you go in the restaurant, there is not one place that isn’t hygienic and the chefs and staff were so nice. The service was so good, especially Mr.Ahmed as he was so nice and asked for our opinions about the restaurant.
