while the hotel has excellent facilities like a great beach view and plenty of pools, its service is horrible. they have shortage of staff, they don’t respond to your requests on time, and they put stale food when they are working under pressure. it’s understandable that the food wasn’t the best in Eid because the hotel was crowded, yet it could’ve been managed better. the food is also pretty repetitive since they don’t change the meals at all. they also allow you to use the iron for 2 hours ONLY, which is weird compared to other hotels i’ve been to. overall great scenery and clean pools, but the service could be improved.

My husband and I took our 11 year old son here and without doubt we will return. The hotel was beautifully located and we were able to access the sister hotel's facilities which was a short walk away (free shuttle bus provided if needed). The staff were polite and attentive, especially Ragab Ahmed, the restaurant manager who made us very welcome. The rooms were a little basic but clean. We can't wait to go back.

We experienced an absolutely marvellous stay at the Stella Gardens Resort. Set amidst expansive and beautifully landscaped grounds, the resort offers a wealth of exploration opportunities, all conveniently connected by an efficient resort bus service. Additionally, we had the pleasure of visiting the Stella Beach Resort area – the sister establishment – where we indulged in all-day snacks at both locations. Ahmed Hegazy, the resort manager, was nothing short of extraordinary. His impeccable hospitality greatly enhanced our experience from the very instant we arrived. The luxury of having a heated pool situated just steps away from our accommodation was a delightful perk, complemented beautifully by a poolside bar, not to mention the generous assortment of food and snacks readily available in close proximity. Special accolades must be extended to Taha and his colleague from the housekeeping team. Their dedication to service was remarkable; they consistently maintained our room to the highest standard and added a sophisticated flair with their artistic towel and fresh flower designs – a testament to their attention to detail. In summary, our stay at Stella Gardens Resort was truly exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it as an outstanding destination for anyone looking to enjoy a dash of luxury and impeccable service.

stella gardens has been my most favourite holiday so far! the staff here have been superb. rooms are always cleaned, and the cleaning staff are ever so nice, was incredible for my partners 21st birthday, made the room so special. the all inclusive food and drinks are standard but there’s something for everyone, i especially loved the fresh pizzas and pasta! there’s a lot of entertainment and if you’re unsure, the staff are so helpful and will answer any questions. again i highly recommend if you want a stress free holiday!
