I stayed here for a week and left on Thursday. The hotel was lovely but what made it so special was the staff that I met on the way. The staff were friendly and always made sure you have everything you need. The lifeguards and workers at the towel stations were lovely, I did not catch some of their names however I do remember Ibrahim (I apologise if I spelt wrong) who was very helpful and kind, just like the other lifeguards and towel station workers at the main pool. At the towel station at the beach, the staff were lovely, especially Mohammed who was very helpful and would help us with anything we needed, even if we did not ask.
The staff at Rose Restaurant were so kind and would have lovely conversations with me and my family everyday (I did not catch their names but there were two specific workers, one who would take our dirty plates and one who would take our glass’s and bring us drinks, who were both incredible).
The staff at Jasmin Restaurant were also lovely and would always greet me with a smile, same with the staff at Sweet Moments who were very kind and welcoming.
The staff at all bars were so helpful and put great effort into making sure you have everything you need.
The rooms were clean and the cleaners did an incredible job, the beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me.
The food was amazing with good variety which is perfect as it gives plenty of choice for people with different food preferences.
Overall, I never write reviews for any places I visit but I felt like I needed to for this, as the staff made my visit so special. I will be coming back!

We are currently staying at Bellagio Beach Resort in Hurghada in a premium suite, and we are extremely happy with our experience.
The room is super clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Compared to the old hotel we previously stayed at, this is a huge upgrade. I am honestly very impressed with the room and couldn’t be more satisfied.
The staff here are amazing, very friendly, funny, and welcoming. They truly do their best to entertain the guests and make everyone feel comfortable. You can see that they genuinely put effort into creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
The resort also offers many activities outside the hotel, such as snorkeling, quad biking, camel riding, and trips to different islands. We personally chose to go snorkeling and visit the islands. We went to Orange Bay, which was absolutely beautiful. We decided not to do the camel riding because we felt sorry for the camels.
Today is our last day and we are honestly very sad to leave. We truly wish we could stay longer because we have enjoyed every single moment here.
Overall, we are incredibly happy and satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Excellent resort - really can’t find any faults or things to improve.
Everything is very well looked after, modern and so pretty. Starting from the lobby - it even smells beautiful, has beautiful furniture in the reception area. Reception staff are also so lovely and helpful.
The room - we got a sea view upgrade - definately worth it. Rooms are modern, very spacious, with huge comfortable beds and huge beautiful terrace / balcony. Bathrooms are huge and well lit (hair dryers are a bit meh but they do the job)
Food is delicious and always fresh - plenty of options at breakfast, lunch dinner etc. A la carte restaurants are also very good. The sweet moments pastry / cafe was my favourite, as it was open late and had a very good selection of cakes and deserts.
Pool and beach area is gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers, there is always something going on activities yoga bachata aquagym etc. The pools are also heated and are very good temperature.
The onsite spa - i had a cleopatra hamman and massage package, very worth trying. The sauna steamroom etc were amazing and the girls who did my massage were incredible.
Staff - you guys do an incredible job✨ starting from reception to housekeeping to bartenders and waiters - well done! The service was immaculate.

The best experience I had so far with an all inclusive hotel. Everything is very nice but not too posh, entertainment is scheduled for a whole month so even if you will stay 2-3 weeks every day is different. All workers are very kind and respectful. They have various professionals booked throughout the day to entertain you ie. Saxo player in the lobby. Various attractions throughout the day. We requested our room to be changed as we were sick and our room was directly at entertainment (which would normally be an advantage) they changed it for no charge. The food is honestly a very good quality - coming from someone who lived in Egypt for 2 years now- and there is “fresh” juice served every breakfast. Kids club girlies are lovely and if you need to they provide babysitting services at €10/h. I didn’t notice any inappropriate behaviour from the staff, they are all engaging but not bothering. They have life jackets for kids so they can enjoy everything.
10/10 will be back.

We stayed at the Bellagio for 7 nights including New Years and had a great time.
The staff are so attentive and want to make your stay very pleasant. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect.
The entertainment staff are very welcoming and make you feel included.
The hotel itself is clean and well looked after. A few works going on, but discreet and dont get in the way of your stay.
Whilst there I got involved in the morning stretches (yoga) and this was a great way to start the day.
There are lots of other things happening throughout the day. Such as belly dancing, darts, bouncy castles for the kids (and adults) BBQ's. The list is endless.
The beach is a lovely and the perfect place to relax and be away from the daily entertainment, but close enough to hear some music.
I would recommend staying here! :)
